A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has attempted to block the president from deporting illegal alien members of a murderous Venezuelan prison gang.
No, really, President Trump had the plane load of tattooed murderers flown off to El Salvador, citing the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
The act, passed by the American founders, allows the president to summarily deport illegal alien rapist murderers, but only in the unlikely event that a mean-spirited corruptocrat suffering from dementia should one day become president and allow said murderers to cross the border in droves at the behest of anti-American leftist conspirators while the media pretends it isn't happening because the only book any of them has ever read is by a communist named Howard Zinn who believes the United States should never have existed in the first place.
The founding fathers were nothing if not far-sighted.
However, federal district judge Rufus T. Schnukelpus declared that Trump did not have the authority to deport illegal aliens who are members of one of the most violent gangs on the face of the earth and ordered that the gangster's plane be immediately returned to the United States.
Or, failing that, an alternative group of alien gangsters should be found to replace the ones who were deported.
Or failing that, an equal number of American gangsters should be taught to speak Spanish and armed with guns and axes so that the crimes the Venezuelan gangsters would have committed do not go undone.
Judge Schnucklepus told the administration, quote, it is absolutely outrageous that a group of perfectly innocent illegal aliens should be accused of being violent gang members on the basis of no more evidence than the screaming skull tattoos on their eyeballs and the t-shirts bearing the words, I joined a Venezuelan prison gang and all I got was this lousy t-shirt, plus the 15 grand I collected from apartment dwellers outside of Denver after their landlord fell off the roof in seven different pieces.
The judge continued, saying, quote, these gangsters came to our country to build a better life for themselves and their families by doing the atrocities American gangsters won't do.
And it's completely unacceptable that the president should simply toss them out on the basis of an outmoded 18th century law we no longer respect or follow like the Alien Enemies Act or the Constitution.
This is not a country of crinkly old laws passed by men who wore wigs and wrote with feathers.
This is a new, woke, modern country of 4,000-page laws that no one, including the Supreme Court, has ever read, but which are enforced by unelected bureaucrats in agencies that never should have been created in the first place, but can now never be destroyed, because after all, that's the law, or might be the law if I had time to read it, but I'm too busy rereading this great book by Howard Zinn, unquote.
Administration officials said they wanted to obey the judge's order, but they could not demand the deportation jet to return right away because the Alien Enemies Act does not mention jets, and so they weren't sure the jet fell under their authority.
The officials said they had tried to check the wording of the law, but a secret service dog had eaten it, and while they were chasing the dog around the White House trying to get the law back, the jet entered international airspace so that the pilots were now only allowed to speak Esperanto.
And before officials could locate an Esperanto speaker, the jet landed in El Salvador, Salvador, where the gang members were duly processed into the local prison and then given a decent Christian burial.
Democrats scheduled a protest march against the deportations to take place right after their protest march against the administration's ban on child sexual mutilation and right before their protest march against cutting waste and fraud and possibly in conjunction with their protest march against closing the border from an invasion of unvetted illegals which was to be followed by a meeting to discuss why democrats are so unpopular nowadays President Trump could not be reached for comment because he was busy brokering a ceasefire in Ukraine,
an effort which a federal judge in Washington, D.C. has declared unconstitutional.

You know, I just don't want to run that joke into the ground.
So before I get started, I just want to quickly address this story that's obviously been in the news, Jeremy Boring stepping down as the CEO of the Daily Wire to focus on creative projects in the company like Pendragon and other things.
The backstage will still be hosting and things like that.
And I'm not going to talk about the business side of this.
I know there's a lot of speculation about that, but I'm not really involved in the business end of the business.
I am talent and I come in and do my job.
But I do want to say this.
I was, this is a personal statement.
I was here at the Daily Wire from day one.
I remember I had just gotten back from visiting my son in Oxford, England, literally just gotten back, and I was so jet lagged, I forgot to put my shoes on.
And I showed up at Jeremy's pool house in my bedroom slippers because I didn't even notice until after my show was over.
I looked around and said, yeah, I forgot to put my shoes on.
And Jeremy said, yeah, I noticed.
I was here from the very start.
I think the company was me, Ben, Jeremy, and Jonathan Hay.
I'm not sure if Candace Brecca had joined us yet, but I think it was just the four of us.
And I just want to say that Jeremy has not only been a steadfast friend of mine and all-around good character, but he is the visionary who made this place into what it became very quickly, which was A major weapon, I think, in the fight, which is now, at least at this point, victorious, to make a corrupt mainstream media irrelevant.
I think we were leaders in that fight.
I think that we, you know, and it was Jeremy's vision that took us in.
By the way, I'm not in any way negating or minimizing the immense talent of Ben Shapiro or later on Matt Walsh.
And even, God forgive me for saying it out loud, even Michael Knowles.
But talent, finding talent and deploying it was Jeremy's major skill.
And he used that skill and that vision to shape us.
And I know he always idolized George Washington.
And I think in our way that the talent here has been kind of like the Minutemen popping up from the trees to take our pot shots at the empire of lies of the mainstream media.
I think Jeremy did a pretty good imitation of George Washington in that role.
So anyway, he's been a great friend.
He's a wonderful person to know, an interesting guy.
And on top of everything else, he has given me through his vision and through the way he ran this company and shaped this company, he has given me 10 of the most fun, interesting, exciting years of a fun, interesting, exciting career.
I've had an amazing career, but these last 10 years have been as just as much fun as they could possibly be.
And a lot of that was due to him.
I'm incredibly grateful to him.

Now, a friend of mine sent me a joke about a JFK conspiracy theorist.
The guy dies.
He's a conspiracy theorist about JFK, and he dies and he goes to heaven.
And God meets him there and welcomes him and says, as a welcoming gift, you're allowed to ask me, God, any one question, and I, being God, will answer your question with complete honesty.
And without thinking about it, the conspiracy theory says, who really shot John Kennedy?
And God says it was Lee Harvey Oswald shot him from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository.
There were no accomplices.
He acted alone.
And the conspiracy theory thinks about that and he says, wow, this thing goes higher up than I thought.
And obviously the joke is just to point out that once people buy into a conspiracy, you cannot pry them away from it.
You cannot get them away from it.
People who believe conspiracy theories will never be talked out of them.
And this is, in some ways, one of the greatest time for conspiracies of all time, because, as I've said a million times, we're in an information crisis.
And that's made the most nonsensical conspiracy theories sound plausible.
Because all of the lies that the authorities tell us, the people we're supposed to trust tell us, the New York Times tells us, and the Democrat authorities and the bureaucracy and the CIA and the FBI, all those lies, the Trump Russian collusion stuff, the Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian disinformation.
Men can become women.
COVID didn't come from a lab.
All of this stuff.
On top of the fact that they censor you if you dissent.
They kick you off, you know, the social media.
They tyrannize you.
They ban you.
They cancel you.
You can lose your job.
You can be blacklisted and all this stuff.
So you think like when a guy comes along and says, I defy those people and I'm going to tell you that George W. Bush really bombed the World Trade Center.
I'm going to tell you that the moon landing was fake.
I'm going to tell you that the Jewish demons created the atom bomb to kill the Christians in Nagasaki.
You think like, yeah, because they're lying to me.
Now somebody has the guts to defy their tyranny and tell the truth.
And it's all nonsense, the stuff that they're talking and nonsense.
So we get a perfect storm of stupidity.
We get these powerful jackasses on the one side censoring us and lying to us.
And then you get the people reacting to them who get this glamour of defiance, but are still talking nonsense.
So I invented the joke Clavinon, obviously as a pun on QAnon, because QAnon was this idiot theory that I don't even remember what it was about, about child sex abuse and Trump was going to deploy the army and all this stuff.
And I pointed out that it was idiocy.
This QAnon was stupidity and ridiculous.
But it was also true that people in power are abusing underage people for sex.
And that's whether, and the authorities are covering up.
That's whether it's Jeffrey Epstein, which we still haven't gotten the papers on, the Muslim grooming gangs.
If you live in England, you're not allowed to say grooming gangs because that's anti-that's Islamophobic.
Catholic priests who were passed from place to place, Hollywood gays, the gay mafia in Hollywood who pass around young actors.
You're not allowed to talk about them.

So Obama-Biden judges are now waging war against the Trump agenda in a very dishonest way and in an almost ridiculous way.
It's kind of sad.
They have been various judgments that some have been appealed and overturned.
Some will be appealed and overturned.
They've said he can't fire employees in the executive branch, which is hilarious.
The executive can't fire employees in his own branch.
A doge can't look at social security fraud, even though thousands of other government employees are looking at it.
They're saying he can't stop money from being funneled to NGOs that are essentially Marxist, leftist NGOs.
Your tax dollars are going to these things.
They tried to stop him from deporting.
They've stopped him from deporting that Palestinian stooge, Mahmoud At-Khalil, from getting men out of women's prisons.
They've stopped him from banning the sexual butchery of children with that stupid name gender-affirming care, which is just a Joseph Mengele, the evil Nazi Dr. Mengele.
It sounds like him, it sounds like his phrase, and it is an actual Nazi atrocity.
For all the Trump is a Nazi, Trump is Hitler.
That's a Nazi atrocity is butchering, castrating children, and cutting the breasts of little girls off because you have some stupid theory that is completely unrealistic.
I love the one.
Trump can't ban transgenders from the military.
This is from, this is a particularly stupid one.
It's from an idiot judge named Ana Race, who was appointed by Biden, stumped for Biden, has donated nearly $40,000 to Democratic causes, including Act Blue.
And she says, you know, why can transgender people, people who think they're something they're not, so they're, you know, that's a mental illness, why can't they serve in the military?
She says, the court's opinion is long, but its premise is simple in the self-evident truth that all people are created equal.
All means all, nothing more, and certainly nothing less.
But that's obvious nonsense.
The Army is not a right.
You don't have a right to serve in the Army.
It's like the New York Yankees.
You have to get in there.
And she says these people fought for the very freedoms that you're denying them.
And I thought, you know, that's absurd.
It's like if a child was in the army and we said, hey, no children in the army, that child fought for the very freedoms.
No, the army is a specific thing meant to kill our enemies, fight and kill our enemies.
And the people who can't do it, say if they're crippled in some way, or think that they're a sex that they're not, they shouldn't be allowed to serve.
And this is my favorite part of her decision.
This is hilarious.
I got this from the American Mind podcast at Claremont, where my son is sometimes on the podcast.
But this was from Ryan Williams, I believe.
And he found a footnote where she says, all men are created equal.
I am not making this up.
In the footnote to this decision, it says, and women were included in the sequel when passage of the 19th Amendment granted.
And then it says, see Lynn Manuel Miranda Hamilton, an American musical.
In other words, she's citing a musical because they said in that women were included in the sequel and people are equal because it rhymes with equals.
And she's citing unbelievable stupidity.
Anyway, on and on.
All Obama and Biden judges, I think they're all in D.C. and deciding that you can bring a thing in from D.C. because it was passed by the president, and then they can stop it all over the country, which is a matter that should be decided by the Supreme Court.
And so far, John Roberts, the Chief Justice, has not had the guts to bring this forward.
And then there was the one I mentioned in the opening about deporting illegals who happen to be murdering scum.
They're illegal, so they should be deported, and they're murdering scum, so they should also be deported.

We have judges who are acting as partisan activists from the bench.
They are trying to dictate policy from the president of the United States.
They are trying to clearly slow walk this administration's agenda, and it's unacceptable.
As the president said last night, we will continue to comply with these court orders.
We will continue to fight these battles in courts.
But it's incredibly apparent that there is a concerted effort by the far left to judge shop, to pick judges who are clearly acting as partisan activists from the bench in an attempt to derail this president's agenda.
We will not allow that to happen.
And not only are they usurping the will of the president and the chief executive of our country, but they are undermining the will of the American public, tens of millions of Americans who duly elected this president to implement the policies that are coming out of this White House.
That's all absolutely true.
I mean, it's all true.
And it's, you know, it'll get to the Supreme Court and they'll decide, you know, some of these things, but like that just takes time.
It can take a year.
And that's the point.
The point is to preserve this stuff.
And there's a bigger point than this.
And Trump has, listen, Trump has been very restrained.
Unlike Joe Biden, who said, the Supreme Court can't stop me from forgiving student debts.
I'm not going to let just the Supreme Court stop me.
Trump has not been like that at all.
He has obeyed the law.
He has been very good on the rule of law.
Laura Ingram at Fox was questioning him about it.

Are there circumstances where you would defy a court order?
Well, I think that, number one, nobody's been through more courts than I have.
I think nobody knows the courts any better than I have.
I would say the chief judge does, but nobody knows them better than I have.
And what they've done to me, I've had the worst judges.
I've had crooked judges.
I have judges that valued Mar-a-Lago at $18 million because that benefited his case, because he wanted to see me convicted of something.
I have judges that had relatives making millions and millions of dollars on the election, ruling on the election.
Going forward, I had judges.
Would you defy a court order?
We all know that.
I never did defy a court order.
And you wouldn't in the future?
No, you can't do that.
However, we have bad judges.
We have very bad judges.
And these are judges that shouldn't be allowed.
I think at a certain point, you have to start looking at what do you do when you have a rogue judge.
First, I just want to say about Laura Ingram there.
Good for her for going after him and making him answer the question when he was clearly filibustering.
You know, she loves Donald Trump.
We love Donald Trump.
I love personally what he's doing.
I think he's been great so far.
But you got to hold him.
He's the president.
He's got all the power in the world.
He's one of the most powerful people on earth.
You got to question him.
You got to make sure he's doing the right thing and that he's answering your questions.
Laura did that, and good for her.
So Trump finally lost it at one point.
I think it was with the guy who was calling for the gangsters to be brought back in the country.
You can't make this stuff up.
And Chief Justice John Roberts said, you know, no, he shouldn't be saying, for more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response.
Oh, he wanted the judge impeached.
And Robert said that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.
The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.
But this is not the last two centuries.
Something has changed, and it changed with Obama.
And this, when I'm talking about Clavanon, when I'm talking about the conspiracies, the real conspiracies beneath the silly conspiracies, this is one of them.
Jacob Siegel writes about this.
He wrote about it last year at City Journal.
He wrote a piece called The Plot to Manage Democracy.
And he talks about the fact that this country used to be run by distributed places.
You know, there were local parties and there were voters and civic institutions.
There was a press, which was independent instead of what it is now, what it's become.
We could all see what it's become.
It's become an arm of the intelligence services and the Democrat left-wing globalist regime.
They just have.
It's not a paranoid thing.
We can see it.
We can read it.
And Jacob Siegel writes at City Journal, over the past two decades, this system has been replaced by one that is highly centralized and dominated by a party, the Democrats, of concentrated wealth, state-corporate collusion, and progressive monoculture.
Recognizing the long-term trends in digital technology and economic globalization, President Barack Obama and other progressive leaders built a new kind of vertically integrated national political organization.
The key was unifying America's professional managerial class and federal bureaucracies with its progressive billionaires, especially those in Silicon Valley, in the mutually supportive structure of a party state.
In this new approach, the state initiates, quote-unquote, whole of society campaigns, a term popularized in Obama's second term.
So all of these different aspects are brought together to push the agenda of the left.
And any group or individual violating these policies, segal rights, faces censorship, social cancellation, and even denial of access to banking, credit, and other essential services.
Now, this is the thing.
Consider how this works, Trump-Russian collusion.
That was the first time.
Every reporter covering it, they gave themselves, it was a complete joke, a complete fantasy made up by, it was a political psyop, right?
Hillary Clinton made it up.
You know, John Brennan forced it into the open.
James Comey made sure it got covered.
And the press just went with it for two years and then gave themselves Pulitzer Prizes for covering a story that did not exist.
It's like giving yourself a Pulitzer Prize for discovering the land of Narnia, a place that doesn't exist.
And then there was a tape of a meeting at the New York Times when it all fell apart saying, all right, well, we'll just move on to covering what a racist Trump is.
I mean, and this, like, you know, I've talked about Gay Pride Month, and you know, I'm not hating on the gays when I say, okay, fine.
You know, you won in the Supreme Court, one of the stupidest decisions Obergfell in the Supreme Court.
And now we have Gay Pride Month, and every business has to have a rainbow flag in it.
And anybody who says, you know what, I've got religious objections to this can lose their job or lose their social media or is deemed hateful.
How did that happen so quickly after 2,000 years of feeling that homosexuality was a sin?
It was never, ever won in a, you know, no, no recognition of gays was ever won in a vote.
It was just a decree by Anthony Kennedy, one of the stupidest decisions.
You can read it.
It's ridiculous.
How do we have gay?
Are we really proud?
A month's worth of pride?
Do we really have a month's worth of pride in homosexuality?
I don't think we do.
I don't think gay people do.
I mean, I think, you know, God let them live their lives, you know, and if they, and if God has a problem with it, that's between them and God.
I'm not trying to get in the way of their personal freedom.
I'm just saying, are we really proud?
No, this is a whole of society attempt to make sure this stuff sticks.
And if you want to see what it looks like, go to places that are run by Democrats, places that are one-party states like Illinois.
In Illinois, they have this thing in Deerfield, Illinois, outside Chicago, the Alan B. Shepherd Middle School.
A group of girls went into the gym to PE and they were about to change and they realized there's a guy in the locker room.
And they said, we're not going to do it.
We're not going to change in front of this man just because he declares himself a woman, a woman.
And the administration came in and forced, bullied these girls into changing in front of this man.
I mean, this is 13-year-old girls.
These are 13-year-old girls, and they're bullying them into it.
Nicole, I believe it's George Georges, Georges, maybe, a mom of a 13-year-old girl.
She went before the, she filed charges with the police and with the federal government, and then she went before the school board.
And this is what she said, cut four.
The situation went from bad to worse.
A few days later, the male student was present in the girls' locker room.
Feeling violated, the girls made the choice to not change into their PE clothes with a biological male student present.
The next day, assistant principal Kathy Vantris pulled the girls into their office, questioning them.
The same day, assistant superintendent Joanna Ford, Kathy Vantrice, and multiple teachers all came into the girls' locker room, making them change into uniform.
This went on all week with the addition of Ginger Laugerman.
My daughter refused to take part in having her privacy being violated.
How dare they?
So the point I want to make about this is she's ridiculed and catcalled by trans activists.
The press, the Chicago Tribune, and the, what is it, the Sun-Times, doesn't cover it.
The person who covers it is my old pal Dan Proft at his morning answer show.
You know, this is something that 100% of Americans know is crap.
They know you're not a girl just because you dress up as a girl.
Every single American, including the transgenders, anybody who's not literally mentally ill, knows this is baloney.
And 80% of the people oppose it.
And yet, if you're in a Democrat atmosphere in a single party state, they can do this whole of society press to essentially erase the female gender.
It's an amazing, amazing power.
And so this is why the Democrats can't change, okay?
This is the real conspiracy, this whole of society thing.
The Democrats can't change because they are trying to put the fragments.
In the last election, this whole of society unit was fragmented and they're trying to hold those fragments together.
They don't want to give up on that power to suppress the truth and to enforce their way of thinking on every single aspect of society.
Why are these judges going after Elon Musk?
Why are people setting fire to Tesla dealers?
Suddenly, Elon Musk, the hero of the left, because he was going to solve global warming, is suddenly a villain.
Why are they so upset about this?
It's simple, because these guys are taking money from you and passing it through federal agencies that are not being looked at, and they're passing them to NGOs, to non-government organizations with leftist agendas.
And so they're using your money.
They're taking your money and they're just giving it to these far-left groups, these Marxist groups.
And Elon Musk caught them because he understands how to use algorithms and how to use computers.
And they don't really know as much as he does.
So that's why they hate him.
That's the whole point.
And when people complain about what a bull in a China shop, Donna, Donald Trump is, and when they burn down the Tesla things, and the Democrats wink and nod at the violence against Tesla, it's because this thing is in place and they don't want to let it go.
This whole of society power play is in place.
And it takes a guy like Donald Trump to take a hammer to the machinery of this tyranny and break the lies, this machinery of lies that's claving on.

Chapter 2, JFK.
So Trump made good on his promise, released thousands of, I'm not sure how many thousands of documents relating to the John F. Kennedy assassination.
And I want to talk about this conspiracy theory, especially because this has been going on right since I was a little kid, which is, you know, before the Civil War.
And I will just say up front, I have always believed that Lee Harvey Oswald killed John F. Kennedy because Kennedy was a staunch cold warrior who opposed the Russians and tried to get the communists out of Cuba.
And Oswald was a Soviet sympathizing and Cuba-sympathizing communist.
And I believe that the CIA didn't want to release these documents because it showed them doing absolutely objectionable things, like breaking into the French consulate in D.C. and planning military attacks on Chinese nuclear facilities and injecting poison into sugar that was going, Cuban sugar that was bound for the Soviet Union.
I mean, this is the stupid stuff the CIA was doing.
And the CIA got very full of itself, still very full of itself.
Guys like John Brennan, they're little tyrants, little Napoleons.
And, you know, it exposes a lot of the ugly stuff they're doing while they missed Lee Harvey Oswald, who they kind of tried to spy on him, but they didn't do a very good job of it.
And he got through and killed the president of the United States.
So they look like complete idiots.
But I don't believe that they were actually behind the conspiracy.
Where did the conspiracy, what's the clavinon beneath this conspiracy?
This is what I want to say because people forget.
And I'm going to go back in history.
I know we never talk about anything that didn't happen yesterday because our attention spans are over, but we've got to talk about this.
Right after JFK was assassinated and Lee Harvey Oswald, a Soviet, he tried to defect to the Soviet Union.
He went to the Soviet Union to defect and they wouldn't let him, they wouldn't let him in right after he was arrested, right?
I'm going to read from James Pearson, also writing in City Journal.
He said a struggle followed in the press right after this and on television to determine which of these, which issue would frame the assassination and define the public's understanding of it.
Was the assassination an event in the Cold War as it seemed to be in view of Oswald's involvement?
That's obviously what it was.
It was an event in the Cold War.
Or did it represent another chapter in the ongoing crusade for civil rights?
Was it support?
We see this all the time.
You know this happens.
People go in and shoot somebody.
And if they have a conservative agenda, that's all we hear about.
If they have a leftist agenda like transgenderism, they bury it like they did with the shooter at the Nashville Christian School.
They wouldn't let that out because it obviously revealed something true, which transgenderism, because it's at war with reality, is a violent movement.
Then they ban it.
So that's exactly, this is the start of that.
This was the start of that.
They did not want to admit that the Soviets that the press sympathized with, many of them had been communists.
Many of them still believed that this was the future and it worked.
Remember, the New York Times actually conspired to hide Stalin's starvation of millions of Ukrainians by burying that story, then lying about that story.
And so they sympathized with these guys.
They were Reds, and they thought it was the conservatives who were going, no, the Reds are bad guys.
The Reds are the bad guys.
And you know the three words, you can never say conservatives were right.
You cannot say those three words in America.
And conservatives were 100% right.
So they wrote all these stories.
James Pearson, again, in City Journal, saying, you know, leading journalists and political figures insisted that Kennedy was a victim of hate, which meant racial bigotry.
It was created by racial bigots, the Ku Kuk Slan, and anti-communist zealots, namely conservatives.
They claimed that JFK had been killed because of his supports for a civil rights bill.
James Restnan, who was the chief political correspondent, wrote a front page saying Kennedy was a victim of the violent streak he sought to curb in the nation, meaning right-wing violence.
And Chief Justice Earl Warren, who wrote the Warren report, the investigation into the shooting, blamed quote-unquote bigots for Kennedy's death and never changed his mind.
And so this was a full court press to make, to frame the Kennedy assassination, which broke the heart of this country, to frame it as a conservative plot when it was a leftist plot.
And you know they do this.
You know they do it all the time.
And Lee Harvey Oswald had already been arrested.
And he, like I said, he was a communist, affected to the Soviet Union, tried to.
He tried a couple of months before, he tried to shoot a conservative retired army general.
He fired a shot through the guy's window, just narrowly missing him.
So he was obviously a shooter.
You know, he was obviously the shooter.
And this whole conspiracy, in my mind, was to cover this up.
It's been a cloud that they put over the country to cover up the fact that it was people they liked, a philosophy they liked.
Bernie Sanders going on his honeymoon to the Soviet Union, still pushing this crap.
Young people who don't know better, still cheering for this crap.
People still assigning Howard Zinn's communist hatred of America in their classes.
Matt Damon selling it in his first movie.
All of this stuff, Howard Zinn's hateful book about America.
The entire history, in my mind, of this part of the 20th century should be rewritten.
In 1940 and 50, there was a trial.
Alger Hiss was put on trial.
This was a Soviet spy.
He was working at the highest levels of government in the State Department.
He helped frame the Yalta Conference where the world was divvied up between the powers that won World War II and Stalin got Eastern Europe.
He was part of that.
He helped with the formation of the United Nations, which was basically an attack on American sovereignty.
He was exposed as a communist spy by Whitaker Chambers, who was a penitent spy who had worked with him.
And you can read Witness, which is Whitaker Chambers' memoir of that.
And it's a great, great book.
It's a classic book, really worth reading.
The press was totally on Hiss's side.
He was one of them.
He was per class.
They liked him, you know.
And oh, so he's a little bit red, aren't we all?
And they never forgave.
The person they never forgave in this was Richard Nixon.
Richard Nixon, as a congressman, went after Hiss and would not let him go, and he was proved right.
And every time you see Carl Bernstein on CNN going, this Trump is worse than Watergate, the only three words he knows, worse than Watergate.
Watergate would not have happened if they were not trying to bring down Richard Nixon.
I'm not saying Richard Nixon did nothing wrong, but John F. Kennedy was a rapist.
His administration spied on Martin Luther King.
He got us into Vietnam, and they took all of that and just wiped it out.
It was all fine.
And they went after Richard Nixon for the kind of peccadillos that he did.
He's not that bad, but he did.
Nowadays, it would be swept under the rug, especially if Joe Biden did it and Joe Biden did much, much worse.
And so my point is, is that the whole idea that, you know how you know that the Kennedy assassination was like leftist fantasy?
Because the movie JFK was made by Oliver Stone.
And that movie is one of the weirdest movies in American history because Oliver Stone is an incredibly talented guy.
And the movie is beautifully made and it tells a true story about a New Orleans district attorney who believed it was a right-wing, Kennedy's assassination was a right-wing plot because Kennedy was going to pull out of Vietnam, untrue, and that he was going to shut down the CIA.
And Kevin Costner played this heroic guy putting forward this complete fantasy.
The reason it's such a weird movie, it's beautifully made.
It's a total fantasy.
It is a complete fantasy.
Here's the scene where Costner delivers his impassioned, it must be going for 15 minutes, closing address to the jury.
Just listen to this for a minute.
Listen carefully.
It's cut 13.
If the government murders truth, if we cannot respect the hearts of these people, and this is not the country in which I was born in, and it's certainly not the country that I want to die in.
Dennison wrote, authority forgets a dying king.
This was never more true than for John F. Kennedy, whose murder was probably one of the most terrible moments in the history of our country.
You, the people, the jury system sitting in judgment on Clay Shaw represent the hope of humanity against government power.
I just want to point out that everything he says there is true.
When the government lies, you know, it's a terrible thing, then truth dies and all this, except for the part where he says, he says, oh, Kennedy was a dying king.
That was the way people felt about the left felt about Jonathan.
He was a dying king.
He was Camelot.
He was King Arthur.
He was the president.
He was the executive, the head of the executive branch.
That's all he was.
He was a guy who abused women in horrible, horrible ways.
He was a real sleazy guy in so many ways.
And, you know, there's no way to judge him as a president because his presidency was cut short.
But look, so people say these true things.
The government's lying to, you know, we're surrounded by lies.
And then they put forward fantasies.
And that's what that movie JFK does.
Isn't it an Oscar Award, Oscar-nominated movie?
And deserves it.
It's a beautifully made movie, but it's complete nonsense.
The jury walked out of that room and came back, I think, under an hour.
I think it was under an hour and said, this is nonsense.
We're not convicting anybody of this.
So yes, the government has lied.
Yes, they've censored you, but that does not mean that anybody who stands up against them is not serving something else that's right.
So people get up and say, oh, the government lied, and therefore George Bush bombed the World Trade Center or the Jews, whatever the Jews are doing this week.
The Jews are doing some terrible thing all the time.
They're controlling the weather now with their lasers.
Just because the first part of that is true doesn't mean the second part is true.
And I believe, I strongly believe that the Clavinon here is that the left has rewritten and lied about the Cold War in the same way they gave Gorbachev the Nobel Prize instead of Reagan, whereas Gorbachev would have preserved the Soviet Union with his dying breath if it hadn't been for Reagan and Thatcher.
And they just abuse Reagan and demonize him.
And all they talk about is the Iran-Contra scandal, but they don't talk about the fact that he freed a huge section of the world.
They have rewritten that entire century in order to lie.
And the JFK conspiracy, I believe, is part of that.
Lee Harvey Oswald was a communist.
He killed Kennedy because Kennedy was an anti-communist and a strong cold warrior.
And all they're doing is trying to keep from saying those three forbidden words.
Conservatives were right.

Chapter three, a former newspaper.
Just to drive this point home of how desperate they are to rewrite history to keep from saying conservatives are right and how that makes us crazy and conservatives keep thinking that therefore anything they say is right.
Let's take a trip to the stupidest place on earth.
It's the Times op-ed page, which we like to call Knucklehead Row.
So an opinion piece from a knucklehead and knucklehead row in the New York Times, Zeynep Tufekki, professor of sociology and public affairs at Princeton University.
And she writes, we were badly misled about the event that changed our lives.
So I wanted to fix that headline, you know, as I, you know, they say online, I fixed it for you.
I wanted to fix it.
We lied.
We lied so much.
We lied so much.
We can't even write a long enough column to say how much we lied.
So this is a column about COVID.
And she says, in 2020, when people started speculating that a laboratory accident might have been the spark that started the COVID-19 pandemic, they were treated like kooks and cranks.
Now, again, I'm kind of penciling things in.
They were treated like kooks and cranks by the New York Times.
Many public health officials and prominent scientists dismissed the idea as a conspiracy theory, insisting that the virus had emerged from the animals in a seafood market in Wuhan, China, along with the New York Times.
And when the nonprofit called EcoHealth Alliance lost a grant because it was planning to conduct risky research into bat viruses with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, research that if conducted with lax safety standards could have resulted in a dangerous pathogen leaking out into the world, no fewer than 77 Nobel laureates and 31 scientific societies lined up to defend the organization as well as the New York Times, right?
So, you know, this is the kind of stupid stuff that was going on, if you don't remember, when Trump called it the Chinese virus, just like German measles or something like that.

This was the way the press treated him.
It was Cut Five.
I would like to begin by announcing some important developments in our war against the Chinese virus.
Why do you keep calling this the Chinese virus?
There are reports of dozens of incidents of bias against Chinese Americans in this country.
Your own aide, Secretary Azaro, says he does not use this term.
He says ethnicity does not cause the virus.
Why do you keep using this?
Because it comes from China.
It's not racist.
It's not racist at all.
No, not at all.
It comes from China.
That's why.
It comes from China.
I want to be accurate.
But, you know, we have to remember, do you remember how Fauci, Anthony Fauci, this guy who screwed up the AIDS crisis and now is screwing up this crisis?
Do you remember how people were lighting candles with his pictures on him and just like idolizing him?
And he was, oh my God, you know, he was getting glamour shots in the magazines that wouldn't put any glamour shots of Melania Trump in there, who's an actual glamorous person.
Here is Fauci testifying before Rand Paul about that eco-health system, where what happened was what happened was Fauci, leading the NIH, NIH, sent money that went eventually to gain of function research in Wuhan, which was illegal.
It was illegal for us to fund gain of function research, which is stuff that takes these diseases and makes them stronger.
It's probably most likely for, they say it's so they can cure it more, but I think it's to use them for bioweapons.
So he could, you know, arguably be partially responsible for a lot of deaths.
So here's Fauci testifying under oath to Rand Paul.
The NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute.
And he stuck to that, except as he went along, he said, well, it started to sound a little Clintonian.
Remember, it all depends on what is.
It all depends on what sex is.
It all depends on what lying, you know, is all that stuff.
He started to say, well, it all depends how you define gain of function research.
This was research that maybe in which the viruses gained some function, but that doesn't mean gain of function.
The of was missing because the of was, you know, so it was maybe function gain, but it wasn't gain of function.
He did it.
He did it.
And, you know, that led into this disaster that killed millions of people.
And like, you know, all that time, these reporters act like, you know, the phrase mistakes were made.
That's the way reporters act.
It's like, how on earth could we have known?
We only are the most powerful research organizer.
You know, the New York Times, how could they have known?
They're only the most powerful research tool on earth that's not artificial intelligence.
How could they possibly have found out?
Well, they could have done some investigating.
So here's my favorite part of this column.
And this is why I want to read it.
It's not hard to imagine how the attempt to squelch legitimate debate might have started.
Some of the loudest proponents of the lab leak theory weren't just earnestly making inquiries.
They were acting in terrible faith, using the debate over pandemic origins to attack legitimate, beneficial science to inflame public opinion, to get attention for scientists and public health officials circling the wagons and vilifying anyone who dared to dissent might have seemed like a reasonable defense strategy.
And once again, they leave out the press who was flagrantly guilty.
It wasn't just scientists.
It wasn't just public health officials.
It was the New York Times.
It was all of them.
They were writing stories with headlines that just, you know, that dismissed the emails between Fauci and Francis Collins saying we have to hide the Wuhan narrative, basically protecting the fact that, you know, that Fauci was guilty here.
There was a New York Times headline, scientists under fire from Republicans defend Fauci and COVID origin study.
You know, this whole, that whole last paragraph can be reduced to, well, conservatives were right, but they're so awful that were they really right?
Were their intentions good when they were being right?
Were they they dressed so poorly?
Were they dressed nicely when they were being right?
Rewriting History Opens Doors 00:02:32
It's all about this.
And this is this rewriting of history all the time.
And so you have to be careful.
You have to be careful when you start to say, okay, history has been completely screwed up.
Therefore, that opens the door to anybody who wants to rewrite it with complete nonsense.
Vladimir Putin is a wonderful, wonderful person.
The Jews bombed Nagasaki to kill Christians.
All of this nonsense.
Well, we'll talk about this more in a moment, but I just want to say that when these guys rewrite history to protect themselves and keep in place this whole of society push to make everybody a globalist leftist, when they do that stuff, it opens the door to people on our side who want to sell their lives, and we have to watch for that.

There's only irritable mental gestures which seek to resemble ideas.
And I don't know if that was true in 1950, but it's true now of the left.
They don't really have any ideas.
You can't think of anything that the left has said that has any kind of connection to reality, that's an intellectual perspective on things.
You know, we say men are women and we have to let men be women because reality doesn't exist.
You know, that's not an idea.
That's just an irritable gesture.
And I think there really is no intellectual life on the left anymore.
I think all of the smartest, all of the people who are thinking are thinking on the right.
Not all of them are right, but that is why it matters so much that we keep our ideas fresh and clean and preserved from, look, every movement, every philosophy, every ideology has its bad guys.
And that's going to be true of us too.
And if we are going to win and gain power, which God willing we will, you know, those are the things we have to stave off as long as we can to keep power from corrupting us.
So in 2014, the Treasury Department Inspector General caught the IRS targeting Tea Party conservatives to make it impossible for them or harder for them to get tax-exempt status in order to shut them up and keep their movement from growing in the run-up to the midterm elections.
The report came out, and here was Barack Obama, the president's reaction, and I guess it was May of 2013, Cut 7.
I've reviewed the Treasury Department watchdog's report, and the misconduct that it uncovered is inexcusable.
It's inexcusable, and Americans are right to be angry about it, and I am angry about it.
I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any agency, but especially in the IRS, given the power that it has and the reach that it has in all of our lives.
And as I said earlier, it should not matter what political stripe you're from.
The fact of the matter is that the IRS has to operate with absolute integrity.
The government generally has to conduct itself in a way that is true to the public trust.
That's especially true for the IRS.
So here's what we're going to do.
First, we're going to hold the responsible parties accountable.
All right.
So that was what he did when he thought maybe he was going to get caught on this, because he was obviously part of this.
The guy from the IRS was walking in and out of the White House every day.
And that's when he thought he was going to be caught.
But then he began to realize the press was never going to attack him.
They never attacked him.
And when anybody asked a difficult question in a press conference, he was attacked as racist by fellow members of the press.
It didn't even have to be a really tough question.
It just had to be questioning the guy's motives.
They didn't make jokes about him on Saturday Night Live.
He was an obsidian wall.
You couldn't get a grip.
That's what one of the writers said.
He was an obsidian wall, smooth, black wall.
So you could not get a grip to make a joke about him.
A guy who ate dogs and smoked dope most of his life and possibly hung out in cave bars.
You couldn't make a joke about him.
This is what he said when he realized the press wasn't going to touch him over it.
And nobody, by the way, was ever penalized for, you know, punished for basically using the IRS, the power, this amazing power of the IRS, to penalize, to skew the vote.
Okay.
This is what he said on Fox News, Cut 8.
What some people are saying is that the IRS was used at a local level in Cincinnati, maybe other places, to absolutely wrong.
But how do you know that?
Because we still don't know what happened.
Bill, we do.
That's not what happened.
Folks have, again, had multiple hearings on this.
I mean, these kinds of things keep on surfacing, in part because you and your TV station will promote them.
Bill, when you actually look at the stuff, there have been multiple hearings on it.
What happened here was that you've got a 501 C4 law that people think is confusing.
That the folks did not know how to implement.
Oh, because it basically says involved corruption there at all.
No.
That's not what I'm saying.
That's actually.
No, no, but I want to know what you're saying.
You're the leader of the colour.
Absolutely.
You're saying no corruption.
No.
Not.
No.
There were some boneheaded decisions out of a mass corruption.
Not even mass corruption.
Not even a smidgen of corruption.
Not even a smidgen of corruption.
They were so corrupt.
They did it on purpose.
He knew they did it.
He directed them to do it, you know, allegedly.
But obviously, that was Bill O'Reilly.
His name skipped my brain for a second.
And Bill O'Reilly was, you know, questioning him.
No corruption.
So we're going to hold everybody accountable.
We're going to get, I'm really angry about this.
Nah, nothing going on.
Here's the Clavinon dilemma for the right.
I think Trump is doing a great job.
I'm thrilled with what Trump is doing.
And, you know, there's some blundering around.
They're rushing.
And, you know, sure, you know, he's not a perfect guy, but, you know, I think he's doing a great job.
I think this bureaucracy is a cancer.
I think it needs to be ripped up.
I hate this idea that we're supposed to just live with everything the left does.
You know, the old joke that what conservatives conserve is what the left did in the last administration.
That's all conservatives ever conserve.
No, Trump is actually ripping up this cancer that has taken the Congress basically out of action and strangled the government.
You can see that Trump, the executive, is not even being allowed to fire people in the executive branch.
It's ridiculous.
The Clavinon dilemma, the dilemma for the right is that we have to still, loving Trump though we may, we have to still make sure that he sticks to the law.
Because just because they're breaking the law, if we start to break the law, that just escalates the end of the constitutional order.
And that doesn't mean we have to get all delicate about it.
It doesn't mean we have to be prissy about it.
Because this is the thing really bothers me about the Never Trumpers.
You don't hear a word from them during Joe Biden's reign of terror.
And it really was despicable, the stuff.
Bill Biden was one of the worst people in government ever, in our governments ever.
You don't hear a thing from the Never Trumpers about that.
But the minute Donald Trump steps a little bit out of the line or tries to get something to go to the Supreme Court knowing he'll be sued, oh my God, the cries.
And I don't want to name them because some of them are friends and some of them are on the right, still on the right in some ways or other.
But listen, when you deport a bunch of illegal aliens who are members of a Venezuelan prison gang, I'm looking the other way.
I'm sorry.
I mean, I love the Constitution.
I want the letter of the law to be fulfilled.
Sometimes a perp falls out of it, down a flight of stairs.
I mean, sometimes that's the way it goes.
These guys have got the tattoos all over them.
They're killers, they're murderers, they're rapists.
They're taking over towns, you know, and extorting money out of people so long.
And, you know, this judge, he may win on a technicality, but I do not want that plane coming back.
And, you know, if you think I'm going to cry over that, you are absolutely wrong.
I think Trump is doing a great job.
But yes, we have to do what Laura Ingram did.
I think she was a model right there of what, you know. of the way we have to talk.
We have to make Trump answer questions.
We have to make sure he's honest.
We have to stand up when he does something that's really wrong.
We cannot, but we can't let them manipulate him.
Remember, the way this works is that they keep calling crisis, crisis, crisis.
You know, remember, everything's a constitutional crisis.
They did a great supercut of this, really cut nine.
New warnings of a constitutional crisis just weeks into Trump's second term.
And the stage is set for a constitutional crisis.
Could this signal the start of a constitutional crisis?
Legal experts say our country could be headed toward a constitutional crisis.
They're calling this a constitutional crisis.
This is a constitutional crisis.
I am unapologetic in suggesting we are in a constitutional crisis right now.
Are we already in a constitutional crisis?
Those two words, right?
Constitutional crisis.
The reason they do that is because one day there will be a crisis.
One day there'll be a crisis.
You know, he's president of the United States, right?
You can't go four years without a crisis.
And that's when they'll say, see, see, it is a kind of, you know, it's been like this all along and now it's only coming true.
I get it.
I get it.
But we still have to stand for our freedoms.
We still have to stand for the Constitution.
It's all about transparency.

People attack the guys at the Daily Wire.
I was talking about that when I opened up talking about Jeremy.
I don't know why they hate the Daily Wire, except for the anti-Semites.
I know why they hate it.
But I don't understand why people think, you know, don't listen if you don't like it.
But they attack Shapiro because he supports Israel.
That's not sinister.
That's his opinion.
He tells you why.
He explains it.
He gives you the facts as he sees them.
He supports Israel and he says so.
He tells you why.
Walsh, you know, is more of a Fortress America guy.
He would just assume we never had any foreign dealings whatsoever.
I'm like, I support Israel when it's in our interests, but our interests come first.
You know, it's not sinister.
We're telling you what we think.
We're telling you our opinions.
And we're allowed to say anything we want.
You know, as long as, you know, I don't suppose I would ever come in here and support abortion, which I detest.
But, you know, that would be something we would just say, no, we don't include that opinion here.
Go to a leftist venue.
But still, we're telling you everything we think.
It's not sinister.
The people that you have to watch out for are the innuendo guys, the suggestion guys, the people who say, oh, you know, why did that third tower fall down?
They say, oh, the BBC reporter reported that the third tower at the World Trade Center fell down and she reported it before it happened.
And my question is, so what?
You think somebody told a street reporter at the BBC that they were going to bomb, you know, the World Trade Center, but don't tell anyone.
You know, you're at the BBC, but don't tell, oops, I forgot.
You know, it was chaos.
And somebody, you know, got a report that was false and they put it out there.
It's ridiculous.
You know, when people talk about, you know, I was talking about the Jews bombing Nagasaki to kill the Christian.
What the hell did that look like?
Where was Harry Truman when that was happening?
That was the most stupidest conspiracy ever.
It's for morons.
It's for people who never read books.
And the people who are saying it have never read a book or they've read one book and they think it's true.
We have to defend ourselves against this.
We have to, even if it means sometimes attacking people that we love and sometimes attacking people who have done good things or said things that we enjoy or basically are on our side.
We have to.
We are the good guys.
We are the good guys.
We are held to a higher standard than the left who are the bad guys.
They are the bad guys because they hate freedom and they hate this country.
People are sinful, they lie, and they hate.
And the answer from our point of view is to look for the facts, stick to the facts, love God, love your neighbor, and let the truth win out.
So Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer just went on national TV bragging that he's put hundreds of progressive judges on the bench and said he's proud they're, quote, ruling against Trump time after time after time.

Why Rock Isn't Just Music 00:03:57

This time, I got a lot of letters on two subjects.
Some of them came to Clavin Clapbacks, some of them came to me personally.
One was Christian rock.
I pointed out that Christian rock was kind of, it was just an offhanded remark, really.
It was kind of silly because you're using an inherently sexualized music to say Christian things.
And why not invent music of your own?
And so Uriah Wilkerson wrote in, you have to either argue that rock as a style is inherently sexual or rock as a culture is sexual.
Rock as a style is not inherently sexual.
It is a massive leap in logic to say that rock as a style is inherently much of anything.
I disagree with that.
You know, other people pointed out that rock has some origins in gospel music, which is a good point.
I think that's actually a better point.
But listen, listen to rock music.
It is a driving beat.
It has always been connected with kind of wild dancing and stuff like that.
And then just compare it in your mind to Bach.
Compare it in your mind to a Bach cantata.
All right.
And this is one of my problems with modern music.
I think to myself, you know, some of it's catchy, but why would you want that in your head?
Why would you want that boom, boom, boom in your head?
And think of the difference between, for instance, a waltz and the kind of dancing that you see now on a dance floor.
And I think there is something inherently sexual about the rhythms of rock.
And okay, fine.
You know, that's, you know, we want to live as, you know, regress to being savages.
That's fine.
But still, with crappy music, go ahead.
But Christianity once generated Bach, right?
Bach was a Lutheran, you know, working in churches, and he was inventing that music to celebrate God.
And so if you're doing music to celebrate God, why not make up a form, your own form, to do that with?
That was my point.
My point was simply that Christianity should be, if Christianity is alive, it is the generator of forms, not the user of other forms.
Whether you disagree with me about the sexual nature of rock or not, Christianity should be the generator of forms.
And the other thing that people talked about was about the engineer, Paul, wrote in and said, I heard your response to the engineer looking for Jesus.
One of the strengths of engineers is that they accept reality.
When a rocket blows up, it doesn't matter if you really like your idea.
It didn't work.
I think your answer to him was perfect when you said you have to believe in Jesus because Jesus is real.
He says, but maybe you have a point about flow and snapshots, but I think engineers are pretty good at flow sometimes too.
And a lot of people wrote in, engineers wrote in and said, no, we're not just kind of all Elon Musk type people.
We actually do understand the flow of things and we like art and stuff like that.
And of course, I was generalizing, but I'm saying that the kinds of ideas that go into fixing machines and the kind of ideas that go into seeing that the world is a flowing organism and that life and human life sometimes defies logic and that logic is not always the best way to solve a problem.
There's sometimes pure inspiration and intuition.
I think intuition is probably a better way to solve problems.
That's the first thing I think about when I think about engineers, but still, still, I was generalizing.
