Andrew Klavan’s Swiftian Normality episode mocks President Biden’s absurd re-election campaign—dead but claiming "God Almighty" can’t remove him—while exposing media complicity, like George Clooney’s Times op-ed downplaying his rigor mortis debate collapse. He ties Biden’s policies (open borders, defunding police) to elite "luxury beliefs," citing Rob Henderson’s Yale-backed analysis: foster kids doubled since 2000 due to addiction, and SATs now help underprivileged students escape decaying norms. Contrasting Swift’s conservative values with progressive hypocrisy—Obama’s 180° on gay marriage, NEA’s radicalism under Becky Pringle—Klavan argues capitalism thrives only on moral foundations, not materialism, warning of societal collapse without shared faith and civic literacy. Sadly, the President of the United States has passed away.
But on a happier note, he says he's still running for re-election.
President and venal house plant Joe Biden announced yesterday that though he was now dead, only God Almighty could remove him from the presidential race.
God Almighty announced that he already had removed him from the presidential race by bringing him before his throne of judgment, where they would soon discuss that 10% he'd been receiving from Hunter's influence peddling business.
And by the way, none of this there's no evidence crap in the New York Times was going to work with him because he was omniscient.
And frankly, he didn't even have to be normally omniscient to know enough not to get his so-called news from the New York Times.
Biden responded that he was not going to allow elites like God to push him around, saying, quote, I beat Donald Trump once, and I was hardly alive even then, sitting around in my basement watching the mold grow, wearing a mask for some damn reason.
A lot of good that did me.
And sure, we had to change all the voting rules and let illegal immigrants and small animals and even some insects send in their ballots before I could win.
But don't forget, the insects were required to show photo ID.
I don't see why I shouldn't be able to campaign the same way while I'm dead and run the country just as well as whoever is running it now, unquote.
The president's death became undeniable after a debate with Donald Trump, during which Biden responded to questions by lying motionless on the floor and not breathing while rigor-mortis set in.
The White House press corps was furious about the revelation, saying the administration had conspired to hide the president's death from them except for the not breathing and rigor-mortis part.
NBC White House correspondent Kristen Welker said, quote, Now that I look back on it, it's possible we should have asked some harder questions at the funeral, like, why is the president inside a box being lowered into the ground and covered with dirt?
But we thought his being dead was just a right-wing talking point like COVID leaking from a lab or Hunter Biden's laptop being real or the Second Amendment saying people have the right to bear arms.
So, when the White House spokeswoman said to us, sure, Biden is dead, but if people find out about it, they might vote for Trump, we just assumed he was still alive.
We will not rest until we get to the bottom of this cover-up, unquote.
Despite the president's passing, White House spokeswoman Corrine John Identity Hire says Biden continues to work as hard as any other dead person.
While many members of the cabinet have stopped attending meetings with him because of the smell, Biden continues to be surrounded by a team of loyalists.
The team includes Dr. Mrs. First Lady McJill Biden, who told Democrats, quote, let me be clear, there is no way Joe is leaving the Oval Office, not while I'm president, unquote.
Biden is also taking advice from his son Hunter.
And while insiders say Hunter will not be exposed to any classified information, he may be exposed to the woman filing the classified information if they can't get him to keep his pants on.
Otherwise, Hunter has been relegated to working on plans for a new federal department of Whoopi so that deep state women whose jobs depended on chevron deference can still make a living.
Other people surrounding Biden include Attorney General Merrick Garland, who is working on how many more old women he can arrest for opposing abortion, and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who is seeking to find a place on Benjamin Netanyahu's back where the U.S. has not yet stabbed him.
There's also Tinky Winky from Biden's favorite television show and The Hawk to a Girl, who will soon issue a white paper on what Thang we're supposed to spit on next.
Hunter's Influence00:15:29
Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris says she will continue to stand by the president because it's an easier path to power than the stuff she used to have to do for Willie Brown.
Quicker warning, I'm Andrew Klavan, and this is The Andrew Klavan Show.
All right, we are back laughing our way through the funniest collapse of a Republican human history.
No wonder we're laughing.
Please write into Clavin Clapbacks at Daily Wire.
That's Clavin with a K and Clapbacks with a K. Clavin Clapbacks at Daily Wire.
We do love to hear from you.
We want to hear what you think of what we're saying on the show.
Whether you agree with us or you're wrong, we will read your comments and your questions and we will answer them as best we can, which is, of course, better than anybody else.
Stay tuned for our interviews on Wednesday.
Last week's interview was with Gerwinder Bogal.
If you have missed this, I strongly urge you to listen to this.
Gerwinder is a really, really smart new voice talking about how everything's been turned into a video game and why and how that can control you.
You should watch that.
And this week, we will talk to the mighty Mark Hemingway, who is always worth talking to on matters of media and the culture and so on.
Also, leave a comment wherever you listen to us.
You can listen to us on Daily Wire Plus for free.
You don't have to pay for that.
You can listen to us, of course, on the other venues.
We sometimes get a little censored there, but Daily Wire Plus is the best place.
But leave a comment, and if the comment is reprehensible, we will read it on the air because that's who we are.
Today's comment is from Ruiz Morelos.
It says, this is the Klavinist show in the whole Klavinverse, motivating all us Klavinites to keep Klavining with Mary Klavinus.
So thank you, Mr. Andrew.
That's got to be true, right?
I mean, that's always inherently true.
All right, let's get to today's episode, Swiftian Normality and the Hawk to a Girl.
So this is Friday.
All week long, you've been in the narrative.
This is the time for us to deconstruct the narrative because basically we've gone from one false narrative, which is Joe is fine, to another narrative, which is this.
The next event is the big test of whether he's fine.
There is no test.
He has a degenerative disease.
It's getting worse and it's getting worse faster.
He's never going to be fine again.
He shouldn't be president now.
He shouldn't run for president.
The only question is, can they, somebody said, can we drag him across the finish line?
It's an old political phrase, but now they mean it literally.
And guess what?
As Joe Biden repeatedly said, that's only the little lie.
The little lies they are telling are the lies about his health.
There is a much, much bigger lie that almost no one is talking about.
We will talk about it here.
Going online without ExpressVPN is like walking your dog in public without a leash.
Most of the time, he'll probably be fine.
But what if one day your dog wanders a bit too far and gets dognapped?
Every time you connect to an unencrypted network in cafes, hotels, or airports, you're essentially leaving your personal data wide open for any hacker on the same network to access.
It doesn't take much technical knowledge to hack someone.
With some cheap hardware, a savvy 12-year-old can do it.
Hackers can make up to $1,000 per person selling your data on the dark web, which is why you need to protect it with ExpressVPN.
I love that ExpressVPN creates a secure, encrypted tunnel between my device and the internet so that hackers can't steal my sensitive data.
It would take a hacker with a supercomputer over a billion years to get past ExpressVPN's encryption, and I don't have a billion years.
ExpressVPN is extremely easy to use.
Just fire up the app and click one button to get protected.
Plus, it works on all devices, including phones, laptops, tablets, and more, so you can stay secure on the go.

You spell it K-L-A-V-A-N.
Chapter 1, Clooney Tunes.
So this is the new story that we've gone from one narrative, which is Joe Biden is fine.
Now we're in this new narrative where it's like, this is the big test.
You know, it's the NATO meeting.
It's the press conference he's going to give.
He had a press conference.
And I love that Karin John Identity Hire said, this is a big boy press conference.
The president of the United States.
I think we need more than a big boy.
But anyway, he got up and he made some flubs.
He introduced Zelensky.
This was my favorite flub.
This is cut 15, I think.
And now I want to hand it over to the president of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he has determination.
Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin.
President Putin.
You're going to beat President Putin.
President Zelensky, I'm so focused on beating Putin, we ought to worry about it.
Anyway, Mr. President, I'm better.
You are a hell of a lot better.
Thank you so much.
Putin Zelensky.
What's the difference?
You know, he did fine in the press conference for the most part.
I mean, a lot of flubs, but then he flubs all the time.
The point is he has a degenerative disease.
It doesn't matter what happens today, right?
He's going downhill, and he's going downhill more quickly than he can, and he's going downhill past the point where the cocktails of drugs they've obviously been giving him can work.
That's just the true story.
And so the true story is now, what are we going to do about this?
And, you know, will the press help us hide it again?
Will they sacrifice what little tiny scraps are left of their reputation?
And by the way, by the way, he's doing fine, except what they're talking about at NATO is promising to allow Ukraine into NATO.
That's what they're talking about.
And we're worried that Donald Trump might win and not let Ukraine into NATO.
And my feeling about that is letting Ukraine into NATO is a recipe for World War III, all right?
So we want Trump to get elected to stop them from doing that.
I mean, what a stupid, stupid idea, which is part of the big lie we're hiding, but we'll get to that.
So I just want to emphasize for a minute the incredibleness of the elite fantasy that we're watching.
What we are watching is we're watching the sausage getting made, the sausage of the elite narrative that has governed this presidency and the presidency of Donald Trump in a negative way.
So George Clooney, who you know just hosted a $28 million, raised $28 million in Hollywood money for Joe Biden, he suddenly turns on him and writes a piece in the New York Times.
It's devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fundraiser was not the Joe big effing deal Biden of 2010.
He wasn't even the Joe Biden of 2020.
He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate.
Was he tired?
Yes, a cold?
Maybe.
But our party leaders need to stop telling us that 51 million people didn't see what we just saw.
We're also terrified by the prospect of a second Trump term that we've opted to ignore every warning sign.
I know people in Hollywood, and I know they did opt to ignore it.
They are stunned to find themselves caught out like this.
But we've got to stop telling us that 51 million people didn't see what we just saw, right?
So that is what happened.
Remember, after the fundraiser, Obama had to lead Biden off the stage.
And here is how Corine Jean Identity Hire talked about that.
This is cut one.
Let's not forget, President Obama, President Biden have a relationship.
They are friends.
They're like family to each other.
And I think that's what you saw.
You saw the president put his hand on the back of President Biden, and they walked off the stage after taking questions or at an event taking questions from Jimmy Kimmel.
That is what you saw.
But I would refer you to President Obama's to office statement.
They talked about this, they discussed this, and they came out with it pretty quickly.
So that statement was, I think, Eric Schultz's Obama senior advisor.
put on X, this did not happen.
This did not happen.
That was his quote.
Now, all of that that you just heard were lies from beginning to end.
I mean, Biden hates Obama.
Obama despises Biden.
Joe Scarborough is now accusing Obama of working behind the scenes, which he undoubtedly is, to get rid of Biden because he's a dead weight on the party.
And, you know, Obama is, I think, pretty well known to have seen, known that Clooney was going to do this.
I don't know if he told Clooney to do it, but Clooney was going to do it.
But here's something that's interesting to me.
I've said this about Clooney for years, and now a couple of people have sort of mentioned it.
Clooney himself is an illusion.
And I want to say before I say this, I really like Clooney.
I liked Michael Clayton as a great movie.
I like the Gravity movie, you know, and all this.
I think he's a good actor in a limited range.
He's obviously an intelligent man, and he directs fairly well.
The one he did about the boats, the boys in the boat was okay.
You know, he's a good director.
He's not a movie star.
He was never a movie star.
Movie stars are people who open movies.
You go to a movie because it's the new Julia Roberts movie, the new Will Smith movie.
No one has ever gone to a movie because it had George Clooney in it.
No one ever.
With the exception of the movie Gravity, which is a really good movie starring Sandra Bullock, you know, it's a Sandra Bullock movie.
Most of the movies of Clooney's that have been big box office have been the ocean movies that have every star on earth in them.
Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt.
You know, the guy, because the guy can't open a movie, he could never open a movie.
He never has.
And in terms of, you know, they'll say to him, well, he's Hollywood royalty like Tom Hanks.
Yeah, Tom Hanks made Forrest Gump, Private Ryan, Apollo 13, Castaway, Catch Me If You Can, Sleepless in Seattle.
Tom Hanks has been a huge, huge movie star for almost his entire career.
I mean, he was a comedy movie star, and then he was a drama movie star.
Clooney is just a guy who's made a lot of money and has a complete creation of the celebrity press.
Like I said, I admire him.
He's talented.
He's handsome, obviously.
He's a good, decent director.
It has nothing to do with that.
It has nothing to do with that.
It has to do with the fact that he's not a movie star.
He is a complete creation.
So here you have this guy who is a complete creation of the press, who is not a guy who brings in the people, who brings in the punters.
But he has real power now because, of course, he's made all this money and because everybody turns around when George Clooney goes by.
Everybody says, oh, George Clooney, he's a movie star.
He's not.
He's a celebrity because he's celebrated by the machinery that celebrates people.
You're a celebrity because this machinery celebrates you.
You're not a celebrity because the people love you.
You're a celebrity because these people create you as a celebrity.
He is a creation, okay?
So he's so rich.
He has this villa on Lake Como where Byron used to live.
I guess where Mary Shelley conceived of sitting around going, Joe Biden is my hero.
So this illusion of a person who has real power is sitting around saying, oh, everything's great.
I love what Biden's doing.
I love this.
Everything's fine.
Here I am.
Lake is beautiful.
You're in Italy, George.
Yeah, but it's great.
So Biden's doing a great job.
So it's a complete, the whole thing is an illusion.
Now, the other big stab in the back that Biden suffered this week was from Nancy Pelosi, right?
Now, Nancy Pelosi is all politics all the time, a genuine political snake.
I admire her because of her incredible talent at what she does.
She's wicked, but still she has an incredible talent for politics.
This is what she said about Joe Biden.
This is cut four.
It's up to the president to decide if he is going to run.
We're all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short.
The, I think, overwhelming support of the caucus, it's not for me to say.
I'm not the head of the caucus anymore.
But he's beloved.
He is respected.
And people want him to make that decision.
Okay.
So you heard that.
And now this is what happened when she was questioned in the hallway by ABC's Rachel Scott.
was cut five.
I never do.
I never do.
So it's nothing new.
I understand, Madam Speaker.
Do you believe that him waiting so long to make this decision?
I'm not going to find any comments in the hallway about the fate of our nation.
I think.
Are you concerned whether or not he can win in Overemann?
I think he can win.
Do you believe he should run for re-election?
I'm not.
Am I speaking English to you?
I'm not going to be making any statements about any of that right now.
So she turns to him and she says, am I speaking English to you?
Do you speak English?
To Rachel Scott from ABC, who was doing her job there for a change.
You know, it's nice to see a reporter actually.
It must be fun for these guys to finally do their job.
Pelosi, though, is a real person.
She's a completely calculated person.
What she said on the show, on the air, was her statement.
And her statement was, we just are waiting for Biden to make a decision.
Biden has made this decision three times.
He has said, in no uncertain terms, including in the presser after the NATO meeting, he has said, I am running for re-election.
He's made the decision.
So when she says we're waiting for him to make a decision, he's got to make this decision.
We'll find out what his decision is.
She's telling him, get the hell out of here.
She is a person who understands where the power is.
She's telling you right there in the hallway, I'm not talking to you in the hallway about this.
Why?
Because she hasn't calculated what she's going to say.
Every word out of Pelosi's mouth is a calculated thing.
So she at least is openly creating this world of power.
Whereas all the rest is hidden.
The fact that George Clooney is not a big movie star, that's hidden from you.
You know, the fact that he is a creation of a machinery that is completely owned by one side, the left, whereas if he were a right-winger, he would not be what he is.
Blue Bloods is one of the biggest success shows on television.
Nobody ever writes an article about it.
Why?
Well, because they do not want a show with conservative values to be promoted, right?
But Clooney always, he's always a big star.
All he has to do is take a drink on his lavish villa on Lake Como, Italy.
And he's a big star.
So this entire, everything you see, everything you see is fake, which is what gives power to these conspiracy idiots on X, you know, who's telling you that, you know, whatever their conspiracy theory is, That's what gives them power is.
You know you're being lied to, and it's frustrating, and you don't know where to go for the simple truth.
Besides, of course, this show.
This also though, gives Trump power, and I will show you why.
They released this video of him on a golf course.
I'm sure you've already seen it, but let's play it anyway.
This is cut six.
Why Everything Is Fake00:02:27
He's on a golf course and he's talking to the caddy you gave me so much.
How did I do with the debate the other night?
Broken down, pile of crap.
Yeah, it's a bad guy.
He just quit.
You know he's quit into this, is that right?
Yep, I got him out of the race, and that means we have Kamala.
I think she's going to be better.
She's so bad, she's so pathetic.
I just can't imagine.
Can you imagine that guy dealing with Putin and the president of China who's a fierce person?
He's a fierce man.
A very tough guy.
When they see him, they probably can't.
But they just announce he's probably quitting.
You just keep knocking him out, right?
Thank you, brother.
What I love about this, two things I love about it.
First of all, the wonderful thing about Trump is he's talking to the caddy or whoever this guy is assistant.
He tips him.
I think he gave him $100.
So good for him on that.
But he's talking to him like he's a pal.
This is the guy that we loved when he picked up the Marine's hat and Marines' hat blew off.
Highlight of his presidency as far as I was concerned.
And he chased after it without thinking.
That was the thing.
It wasn't calculated.
But that's the other thing that gives Trump so much power.
Everybody said, oh, we caught him on the golf course on an iPhone.
And he'd have said that in a speech.
You know, he would get up and say that.
This guy's an idiot.
I hate this guy.
Oh, my God.
And, you know, Kamala, she's even worse.
He'll say it at rallies.
He'll say it at rallies.
So you can't catch him because he's telling you exactly what he thinks all the time.
So now I want to stop.
I just wanted to emphasize, to take a moment to emphasize how fake so much of what we see is.
Fake people with real power.
The only thing that's real is the power.
Because George Clooney really does have the power when he says to people, come and give your money.
People are really pissed off in Hollywood, by the way.
They're really pissed off that they gave $28 million to this guy and he's not, he doesn't look like he's fit to run.
But now I want to start to talk about what is really going on.
And the real, the big lie is not Biden's health because everybody knew about it already.
That's not why it's not having a bigger effect on the polls.
You'd think his polls would completely crater, but everybody knew except the press.
Everybody knew except the journalists.
But that's not the big lie.
Let's talk about that.
Now, for some people, tossing and turning all night is a frustrating experience.
For me, it's just normal.
But when I want to fall asleep fast, I use Beam.

It's K-L-A-V-A-N.
Chapter 2, The Significance of the Passage of Time.
The significance of the passage of time, right?
The significance of the passage of time.
So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs.
And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children.
The woman is the greatest philosopher Americans have today.
That is the most incredibly prescient thing that that woman has said.
I live to hear her philosophy.
Think about, just keep that in mind, the significance of the passage of time.
And take a look at two of the elections that took place overseas, two dramatic elections.
One was the British election, and the Tories were thrown out.
Gerard Baker, who is himself British at the Wall Street Journal, said it was a punishment beating for the Conservative Party because they have not done what the people wanted them to do.
They won a big victory in 2019, and that was because working class former labor voters backed Brexit because it was taking their jobs away, but they still wanted the social protections that the left gave them, and they wanted less elitist wokery, right?
And then there were more traditional, highly educated conservative voters who favored smaller government and more economic liberalism.
And Gerard Baker says the Tories failed both of the people in that alliance by allowing illegal immigration to explode, presiding over the continued cultural progressive march through British institutions, and by raising taxes and spending to the highest levels in more than 50 years.
Sound familiar, right?
That's Mitch McConnell Republicanism.
That is the Mitch McConnell Republican Party where, you know, you do nothing about the border.
You do nothing about woke.
You don't care about those things because your donors don't care about it.
The rich don't care that workers are coming in.
That's how they'll get their lawns mowed.
You can't write an editorial in the Wall Street Journal.
You cannot write an editorial in the Wall Street Journal saying illegal immigration is bad.
You can't do it.
They won't publish it because their readers are thinking, who's going to mow my lawn?
You know, what the hell?
What's going on?
You expect me to pay union prices when I can hire illegal people?
You can't do that.
They don't care about the wokeness because it's not affecting their lives, right?
They don't care.
This is a slap in your face that the border is open, that the laws of the land are not being enforced by the people elected to enforce those laws.
It doesn't affect the rich people.
They like George Clooney.
They're sitting around the Villa Diodati on Lake Como.
Things are great.
Why don't people like, this is my favorite.
Why don't you like the economy, America?
Why don't you like the economy?
It's great.
The economy is great.
It looks great from Lake Como.
Oh, so your kid got top marks, but he can't get into a good school because he's white.
Well, what about when you held slaves?
Remember that?
Sure, it was 100 years before you were born, but you're the same color as some of the people who held slaves.
So you have to pay reparations because we're against judging people by the color of the skin, and you're white, so you suck.
You know, this stuff is offensive.
It is offensive to ordinary people, but it's fine for the rich.
They're going to succeed no matter what.
It's fine for me.
It's not bothering me.
What do I care?
I mean, sure, I have to fight a little bit with people who want to edit my work, but here I am at the Daily Wire, so they don't edit my work.
They let me do what I want to do.
You know, it's fine.
But if you're on the way up, no matter what color you are, no matter what color you are, it is bad for you.
I mean, how dare these smug little bastards sit around and say, you know, why don't you like the economy, America?
The economy is fine.
The economy isn't it, booby.
You know, it's fine.
It's fine.
How dare they when people can't buy gas for their cars, when people can't buy eggs for their dinner table, their breakfast tables.
All right.
So that's what's happening in Britain.
The Tories have been thrown out for now, but there's also been a move toward the Reform Party, the Nigel Farage Party, a little bit.
So they've been thrown out for now because they didn't do what Tories are supposed to do, which is why Republicans get thrown out too.
Let's look at France.
In France, there was this moment when they have rounds of voting in France, and the right seemed to be on the rise.
The right just creamed the left in the first round of voting, and then the left did a clever thing.
This is not stealing.
They said, we will get together.
Different kind of left parties, the Green Party and the far left and the center left.
We're going to get together, we're going to remove conflicting, competing candidates so there's only one candidate against each right-winger, and they managed to bring the government to a stalemate.
And then, of course, the left celebrated in their traditional way of rioting and burning things down.
So now, you know, no party or coalition has won enough seats to claim an absolute majority in the National Assembly, so they're a little bit paralyzed, but the right was stopped.
However, however, the right was stopped, but it now has more seats than it has ever had.
I mean, it's only like 10 years since it had like two seats or something like that.
Now it has 142 seats.
It's the biggest single party.
So it ended up third, but it's the biggest single party.
So this is steady rise to the right.
So here's the significance of the passage of time.
Both the UK and France are moving toward populist rightism, but they're fighting a two-front war, right?
The right is fighting a two-front war.
The Nigel Farage types, the populist right, is fighting against the rhinos, the Tories, the ordinary right who just doesn't do what you hire them to do, the Mitch McConnell right, let's call them.
And they're also fighting against the left.
And in France and in England, the left is smart enough to unite.
So the right is fighting a two-port war because they're morphing into this populist thing.
What do the people want?
Why do we call them populists?
The people want one thing.
They want normality.
They want normal lives.
They want normal values.
They want the values that have been our values for a thousand years.
What the left calls racist, normality, what it calls sexist normality, what it calls phobic gay or transphobic or whatever.
Just normal, normal life.
That is what people want.
And this is the thing.
This is the big lie.
You know, the Intercollegiate Studies Institute is run by a guy named John Boetke IV.
Daniel McCarthy is there.
He's been on the show.
Really, really smart guy.
But Boetke writes in his newsletter, he says, the American dream is dead.
Nearly 80% of Americans, and listen to this, this is not just like hysterical talking.
The American dream is dead.
Nearly 80% of Americans under the age of 30 don't believe it holds true anymore.
A majority over the age of 65 agree.
The reality is that Americans are feeling hopeless, cynical, and doomed.
For good reason, through no fault of their own, the doorway to opportunity has slammed shut in their faces.
For the first time in American history, there are more single adults with no children than there are married adults with children.
And 40% of all births are now out of wedlock compared with 18% in 1980.
Post-pandemic addiction rates remain high in America.
Some habits like social media porn, video games, and regular marijuana use, which recently outstripped alcohol use rates, erode mental health and sociability, and others like opioids and methamphetamines proved fatal.
A decline in civic liberty, I'm sorry, civic literacy has contributed to a loss of cultural memory and identity.
We all know about that.
And finally, 28% of Americans are religiously unaffiliated, and only 21% attend a religious service weekly.
Without a shared religious foundation, the ethical basis of our laws erode.
The social support provided by churches diminishes and the thrust of our culture becomes fundamentally materialistic and nihilistic.
Normality has disappeared.
While they're sitting around waving, stuffing rainbow flags in our faces, you can't buy a house.
Kids can't buy a house.
The people who used to be able to get a starter house and start their family, they don't have a family.
They don't have a family to start a house in.
They can't get a job that pays enough.
And what we're talking about is whether people, we can butcher kids, cut off children's testicles in order to turn them into girls.
We want normality.
That's what we're looking for.
You know, the New York Times, you know, when the New York Times runs anything that goes against the left-wing narrative, you know it's because they feel footsteps coming up behind them.
That is why the New York Times does it, because I know their readers.
I know the New York Times readers.
They have no idea what's going on.
I was being told seriously two weeks ago by people who read the New York Times, I was in New York, and people were saying to me, these cheap fakes, Biden's fine, he's cheap, he's fine, he's fine.
And the fact that the New York Times lied to them.
about that, because the New York Times is a big, big story about how the cheap fakes, the cheap fakes, that's never going to register on them.
They're not going to stop reading the paper.
That's their paper.
That is the newspaper.
That's where they get the news.
And it's not just where they get the news.
Almost every news organization in the country, except those that are dedicated to the right, get their news from the New York Times.
And they're lying, the fact that they're lying.
So now, all of a sudden, the New York Times runs a piece by Rob Henderson.
He has a doctorate in psychology from Yale, I believe.
He started at Yale anyway.
And he has a thing where he talks about luxury beliefs.
See, he grew up poor.
He had addicted parents.
So he talks about when you defund the police, who do you think gets hurt by that?
Who do you think gets hurt?
The poor.
He says, I've been poor.
We need the police.
Then he talks about some other things.
Here he is, cut 17.
Decriminalizing drugs.
That's another luxury belief.
All drugs should be decriminalized.
I want to decriminalize drug possession for personal use, and here's why.
Should crystal meth be legal?
The answer is yes.
That movement has been most supported by well-educated Americans, less so by those without a college degree, who are more likely to experience the downsides of the drug trade.
My mom once tied me to a chair with a belt while she got high.
And it's not just me.
Since 2000, the number of foster kids has doubled due to parental drug use.
Luxury beliefs are all over the place.
Get rid of the SAT.
Four hours of my life, down the train.
SAT scores help underprivileged kids get into college.
Reject marriage?
I find marriage completely pointless.
For poor kids, one of the strongest predictors of success is having married parents.
I know what you're thinking.
You're thinking, yeah, we knew that.
We knew that.
Why didn't they say conservatives are right?
Because, as I tell you, those are the three words you're not allowed to say in America.
You're listening to this show.
You know everything that guy just said.
In the New York Times, there are people going, what the hell?
What are you talking about?
I've never seen anything like this before.
This is a shock to them.
They can't say that conservatives are right.
They won't say it now.
They won't say it now.
I read something interesting in the New York Times.
The question is, can normal people, this is the question on the right, can we take back enough of our parties so that we can force elites back to normal, successful Western life instead of the decay, which, as I always tell you, helps elites.
Elites love decadence.
They love it.
They can have sex.
They can sit around in Lake Como, around Lake Como, and drink their cocktails.
They're having a great time with decadence.
It's only ordinary people and the poor who get screwed by this stuff.
And this is the big lie.
This is the biggest lie of all and the lie that drives me absolutely nuts.
Obama told it when he ran for office as a centrist and then governed as a stone leftist.
Joe Biden, why is Joe Biden the candidate?
He is the candidate because he looks like a normal Democrat from years and years ago.
That's why, right?
They didn't want Bernie.
They said, oh no, no one will go for Bernie because people don't like these policies.
They got Biden and Biden suddenly revealed himself to be the biggest leftist of them all.
Here he was during the George W. Bush administration when people were talking about a law banning gay marriage.
Here he was then, cut eight.
We already have a law, the Defense of Marriage Act, where we've all voted, not where I've voted and others said, look, marriage is between a man and a woman and states must respect that.
Nobody's violated that law.
There's been no challenge to that law.
Why do we need a constitutional amendment?
Marriages between a man and a woman.
What's the game going on here?
So that was him during the W administration.
Here's Biden during the Obama administration, cut nine.
The good news is that as more and more Americans come to understand what this is all about is a simple proposition.
Who do you love?
Who do you love?
And will you be loyal to the person you love?
And that's what people are finding out is what all marriages at their root are about.
Whether they're marriages of lesbians or gay men or heterosexuals.
Is that what you believe now?
That's what I believe.
It's all a lie.
It's all a lie.
They run as people that you want to vote for who basically stand for basic values.
Normality.
They stand for normality.
They govern as leftists and then they get caught.
It was before, remember, before Joe Biden revealed himself to be falling apart, he was losing adherents and losing voters because of his policies, because of the radicalism, the wokeism, the pornography in schools, and telling us that we're banning books if we keep pornography away from our kids, that it opened borders and then telling us the borders are fine.
It's all the policies.
It's not about the fact that he's falling apart.
Nobody thinks he's running the country.
It's the policies and, and look, this is not about hating anybody.
It's not about hating gay people or people who have gender dysphoria.
That's not the point.
The point is, normal is a man and a woman getting married and having children and buying a house and having a family and building something that will outlast them and having that legacy of their lives.
So at the end of their lives, they can say, wow, I did a thing, right, which is the beauty of life.
That's normal.
And in a normal world where normality is protected and established, there's a lot of tolerance, right?
We know what people are doing, other things.
We always knew, believe me, we knew who Liberace was back in the day.
Adversaries Conspiring Against Normality00:09:32
We knew who Paul Lind was back in.
Nobody was fooling anybody.
But it was normality was the thing that was being supported.
They lie.
They open borders.
All of it is just a lie.
And Biden is the face of that lie and always has been.
So you may have heard that flavored air is quickly becoming the leading alternative to vaping and smoking.
This new movement toward building better habits is led by one of our sponsors, Fume.
Fume is an innovative, award-winning, flavored air device that uses flavored air instead of vapor.
Flavored air isn't like vaping.
If vapor was compared to sticky soda, fume cores are closer to herbal teas.
Instead of harmful chemicals, fume uses delicious flavors like crisp mint, orange vanilla, maple pepper, and sparkling grapefruit.
Fume helps you break bad habits by giving you something you can reach for.
It's a guilt-free alternative that doesn't use any vapor or nicotine.
Plus, it's designed with movable parts and magnets for fidgeting because keeping your fingers busy is helpful for breaking your habit.
I tried it, by the way.
It really tastes good and it's fun to play with and all that.
Fume continuously invests in third-party studies to ensure the safety of their products.
Fume has served over 300,000 customers and you can be the next success story.
For limited time, use my code Claven to get a free gift with your journey pack.

And one reason I love Fume is there's no E at the end of Fume.
It's just F-U-M, and there's no E in Clavin either.
I just make it look this easy.
Chapter 3, Shapiro vs. the Caterpillar Man.
So I want to really, if I had, oh, I do have a hat, but I would take it off if I hadn't already taken it off to Ben Shapiro.
He testified before the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the alleged conspiracy, the alleged conspiracy to suppress conservative voices under the guise of brand safety.
It's not alleged.
It is a conspiracy.
You know, Shapiro, first of all, Shapiro just had his 2000th show, and I offer him his congratulations, having been there for his first show.
He is one of the rare people in life for whom my respect has gone up over time.
Now, to be fair, when I met him, he was like seven years old.
So maybe that's why.
But really, he has remained a wonderful guy.
And in spite of all his fame and money, he is just a really decent human being whose values have actually gotten better over time as he's learned more about life and having a family and all those things.
And he's really terrific.
And I know a lot of cynical people say, well, you're saying that because he's part of management.
Anybody who knows management and asks them whether I'm nice to them because they're management would laugh at that hilariously.
I really like the guy and respect them.
And what he did at the House Judiciary Committee is one of the reasons he's such an important guy.
He went in, first of all, he made this statement about why he was there.
And it was just a statement of real clarity.
It's cut 10.
Let's play a little bit of that.
We're in the midst of a trust crisis in the world of media, which is because so many in the legacy media have lied in order to preserve left-leaning narratives.
To take just the most recent example, we were told by the legacy media that President Biden was just fine.
For years, anyone who questioned his health and mental fitness was trafficking in cheap fakes.
And then President Biden went out and engaged in a full-scale mental collapse on stage in front of hundreds of millions of people.
So we can see why Americans, at least Americans who are not Democrats, do not trust the media.
The question isn't really why the legacy media have lost Americans' trust.
We know that answer.
The question is why, despite that loss of trust, the legacy media continue to gain share in the advertising market.
So he then went on to explain why we suffer for advertisers.
And we have suffered a lot.
We've taken a lot of hits on social media and all this stuff.
And that's why I'm always thanking the guys who are members of our outlet because they help us so much in this battle we're in.
But he then talks about something called the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, GARM, which basically invites these people in, telling them they're going to tell them where the safe places are for their products, and then tells them that the places that are unsafe are all the places they disagree with, namely us.
So they basically go after right-wing media and they keep advertisers.
I mean, they control a lot of advertisers who belong to them and they talk together and conspire together how to keep them off our outlets.
I mean, if you ever wonder why the big advertisers are not on Fox and not on Daily Wire, they are being kept off and they're backed up by government people, people in government who threaten them and say, we need a law about this.
And everybody's going, we don't want that law.
We don't want that.
Facebook is sitting there going, no, we don't want to make enemies of the people in government.
And remember, the left is always in government because they are the deep stake.
So after this, there was an exchange between Ben and Eric Swalwell.
And I told Ben that this was like watching a college professor discuss philosophy with a caterpillar, except Swalwell is unlikely to turn into a beautiful butterfly.
That was the only difference.
But here is the thing.
What does Swalwell try to do?
First, he tries to link Ben to this 2025, Project 2025, which is a think tank thing of suggestions of what Trump could do in office.
And they're trying to stick Trump with it because they think it's going to horrify people, though I'm not sure it would.
But Trump has said, no, this is not my thing.
Just pay attention to the Republican platform and we'll go forward with this.
But what he is basically doing to Ben as you watch this is he's basically trying to say that Ben's typical, normal, established Western values based in his religion, which is one of the major religions.
He is an Orthodox Jew.
That those things are outre, that those things are unspeakable.
That his opinions on normal things are bad.
And this is what Garm is about.
And this is why we're under attack.
It's because if you speak the normal things, if you say the normal values, people don't run away.
They don't get shocked.
They don't reel in horror.
They only reel in horror because they're afraid of getting canceled.
So Ben, of course, you know, really, this is a battle of wits with an unarmed man.
Ben goes after Swalwell and leaves him just completely devastated.
But listen to what Swalwell is actually saying.
This is cut 11.
Bans against books about slavery.
Do you support that part?
Why would I possibly be in favor of bans about books about slavery?
That would be absolutely ridiculous.
What I am in favor of is the idea that school libraries should be able to make decisions along the lines of what exactly is appropriate for, say, a seventh grader and whether they ought to be treated to cartoons and genderqueer.
That's not quite the same thing.
And just because we found some receipts, you did say I think homosexual activity is a sin.
Yes, I'm a religious genitalist.
There's a genetic component.
But the view of all religious people I know has always been that sexual behavior is something that is up to you.
And you said, I may have a desire to sleep with many women, but I do not.
I agree with me.
Yes, that's drawn.
Right.
So Ben says he agrees with me.
But what Swalwell is saying is that if you think homosexuality is a sin, homosexual activity is a sin, if you think being faithful to your spouse, even though you are a male and therefore, you know, constitutionally desire other women, if you think all those things are just okay, there's something wrong with you.
By the way, this is Eric Swalwell, who was banging Fang Fang, the Chinese spy.
So he's talking to Ben, who is a dedicated, ardent family man, who in fact treats his family like the precious things they are.
And this is a Swalwell.
But this is the thing that they're saying.
This is what they're trying to say.
They are trying to make it instantaneously, instantaneously, the next step, you know, when they go from marriages between a man and a woman like Biden to, no, I agree with gay marriage, instantaneously, it becomes the norm, according to them.
So remember, Obama who said, no, marriages between a man and a woman, oh, now I've evolved.
And he was lying then because he had already earlier answered a questionnaire saying he was in favor of gay marriage.
The moment the Supreme Court in the stupid Obergfeld decision said that the founders had put gay marriage in the Constitution, guaranteed the right to gay marriage in the Constitution, he lit up the White House.
Obama lit up the White House with a rainbow, with rainbow colors, okay?
So if he's a man who ran when he was running for office, he said, marriages between a man and a woman, instantaneously, when Obergfeld came in, he lit up the people's house, the people's house, with a rainbow flag.
And now if you don't support the rainbow, man, the entire month of June, June is gone for one thing, but also you can get fired, you can call down to HR.
Normality is what they are trying to get rid of.
They're trying to tell you that normality is out of bounds.
It is censorable.
It's fine for Garm to keep advertisers away from the Daily Wire and Fox because they are normal.
Normality is the crime.
They run as normal people.
They run as Joe Biden, Lunchbox Joe, ordinary Joe.
But the big lie, the big lie is not about the fact that Joe Biden has some kind of degenerative disease, which he obviously does.
Normality Is The Crime00:12:41
That's not the big lie.
That's just a lie.
The big lie is not George Clooney is a movie star.
That's not the big lie.
That's just a lie.
The big lie is that these people support the normal lives of everyday men and women.
And so the question now is, how does the right speak back to these people without hatred, but how do we speak loud and clear that we believe in the values that made us what we are?
Final chapter, Hawk Tua.
Now, I'm sure you all saw the Hawktua girl.
It seems like everybody, Haley Welsh, I think her name is, she was in Nashville.
She was apparently, as I understood this interview, she was trying to get over a breakup.
And she was with a friend and they were drinking in Nashville.
And these two guys who do man on the street interviews, Tim Dickerson and Arius Marlow, were interviewing people about things.
And Haley and her friend crossed the street to talk to them.
And one of the things she said was they asked, he said something like, how do you get over a guy?
And I heard her to say that that was what she was trying to do.
And the only way to get over a guy was to get under another guy.
And then there was this now famous exchange, Cut 12.
What's one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time?
I love my country.
She went so viral with this video that she now has a management team and she's doing interviews and she was invited to sing at a concert.
Now, you and I can guess where this thing is going.
You know, you can guess where it's going when a girl goes out drinking to get over a guy by getting under another guy.
You can sort of understand.
We all know where this is headed.
But I hope she enjoys herself.
There's even merch.
My favorite was a hat that said something like, if you don't hawk to her, I won't talk to you.
So anyway, you know, I feel for this girl.
I feel like on that show, whatever.
I think I'm doing that show, whatever, next month sometime, you know, where they talk to these poor girls who have been left alone by the culture, you know, because I'm sorry, but young girls need people to take someone to take care of them.
And that's why, you know, fathers used to point shotguns at guys and why there used to be all these balls and things to manage the distribution of women, right?
And that, of course, has all gone by the wayside and it has left girls unprotected.
It has left them at the mercy of culture, which is exactly where the abnormal people want that.
So, of course, you know, if you're on the right, you have this instinct.
You immediately want to condemn the Hawk to a girl.
But no, you know, she is now a normal girl.
She was working in a spring factory.
You know, she's out on the street drinking.
I walk around Nashville all the time.
I see these busloads of girls go by drinking.
Do I think they're doing the right thing?
No.
But do I think that they're the problem?
I do not.
I do not think that they're the problem.
Let me show you the problem.
The president of the nation's largest teachers' union, right, gave a speech.
This is a National Education Association.
President Becky Pringle was on the podium.
This is the largest teachers' union.
And I want you to understand that just like George Clooney, you know, you may think, well, the teachers' union is just a teachers' union, a lot of the delegates at the Democrat National Convention are from the teachers' union.
They are an extraordinarily powerful political force in the Democrat Party.
Just compare this to the Hawktua girl, who's just an ordinary girl.
This is Becky Pringle, president of the National Education Association, giving a speech to her members, CUT13.
Our colleagues are depending on us to win all the things.
Keep going, NEA, to preserve our democracy.
We must win all the things.
Delegates, we won't go back.
We will keep going forward because we are the NEA!
It's like the seat of the office where the blood of blood is the oils, the wheels of history or something like this.
So you may remember back in, it was probably January before January when Taylor Swift was showing up at Kansas City Chiefs Games, and I'm following the Kansas City Chiefs, and she's come there to watch Travis Kelsey.
And a bunch of, I thought, foolish people on the right started saying, this is a psyop because, you know, Taylor supports Biden and all this stuff.
And she's a harlot who sleeps with all these different people.
And I said, this is foolish.
Take the win.
This is the cheerleader going out with the football star.
This is normal.
This is what we want.
And it's a cultural win.
We don't care who Taylor Swift votes for.
What we care about is what she represents.
Now, this name is been, this has been given a name by Edmund Smirk, who has an ex-account that I know Michael Knowles just loves it.
And it's a good ex account, but he also writes for The American Mind, where my son sometimes edits.
This is the Claremont for young people.
And Edmund Smirk calls this Swiftian normality.
And he says, this is what Republicans should represent.
He says, I've been captivated by the meteoric rise.
This is Edmund Smirk writing American Mind.
I've been captivated by the meteoric rise of basketball finom Caitlin Clark, who recently broke the all-time NCAA women's scoring record.
Clark is every conservative's dream athlete.
She's an openly Catholic woman from suburban Iowa who credits her religious faith, education, and family for her success.
She models the Christian virtues of humility, kindness, and charity, both on and off the court.
She's also aggressively apolitical, refusing to be drawn into every contrived nontroversy the left-wing media attempt to involve her in.
She responds to her detractors with grace.
When asked what she wants her legacy to be, Clark began crying and said, inspiring children to follow their dreams while bringing Iowans a lot of joy.
And she says, best of all, Edmund Smirk says, best of all, however, Clark is an unrepentant Swifty.
What he's saying is, this is normal femininity in our world.
And Swift, he points out that Swift had a relationship before Travis Kelsey with a kind of a metrosexual type and, you know, who would not allow people to talk about him.
He was a British guy, wouldn't allow her to talk about him, made her walk on the traffic side of the street and all this stuff.
And now she left him for Travis Kelsey, who is a man's man and everything that we on the right like in men and expect men to be.
And he writes this.
He says, it's true that many millennial women listen to Taylor Swift because they relate to her.
How could they not?
They are living the same tortured existence brought on by modern dating culture and the ongoing breakdown of sexual relationships.
And he points out that both of these young women, Clark and Taylor Swift, have big relationships with their parents, their fathers, especially.
They have a big relationship with their fathers.
He says Brent controversially enrolled Caitlin in boys basketball leagues as a youth since no girls leagues were nearby.
And after Taylor decided to buck Scott's professional advice, her father's professional advice, which was rare, by criticizing Trump in 2018, he bought several armored vehicles for her personal safety.
What he's saying is we should be represented by what he calls dad girl conservatism.
We should support femininity with all its flaws and all its weaknesses and protect feminine people.
A little love and care for what people need in this moment, in this broken, broken culture.
We look at the culture and we despair, but we blame the wrong people.
Instead of blaming people like the NEA who is selling that garbage to our children, which we do, I mean, to be fair to the right, we do blame them.
But let's not blame the products who are trying to find their way in the world.
Girls want to have fun, as the old song says, and what we should show is a little bit of love and care.
You know, when I hear people, I hear people saying the nastiest, nastiest things about gay people, about trans people.
They're not the problem.
They're not the problem.
You know, let's take abortion for a minute.
Abortion is a terrible, terrible sin.
It's as bad as slavery.
It is as bad as slavery.
And the people who support it are in the same place as slavery is they don't know how bad it is.
It's not really their fault.
They are immersed in a culture that has told them this is normal, that has succeeded in normalizing it.
Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln, the great liberator, did not run on banning slavery.
He ran on keeping it from spreading, right?
Because this, and the slavers immediately revolted.
They immediately seceded.
Why?
Because they knew the minute somebody said the words, this is wrong enough that we have to stop it from spreading, people would wake up from the dream of slavery being excusable.
The same thing is true of abortion.
People are living in a dream about this.
It's exactly the same.
It really is.
They're living in a dream about it that somehow it's okay.
It's a woman's right to choose.
It's women's health care.
You know, no argument ever strips that little baby of its humanity and killing human beings to solve your problems is not the way to go.
So Donald Trump is right on this.
This is what he can do.
He's doing what Lincoln did, right?
He's doing as much as he can do by taking it off the platform and people are complaining about it.
That's fine.
But you have to understand that this is where we are.
We have to move in a broken culture with patience and humility and kindness.
The Constitution of the United States, which is what we're trying to save, is about the fragile sinfulness of man.
That's why power has to be limited, because we're fragile and sinful.
That's why people marry instead of having free love because we can't handle free love.
We need to be committed to one another and protect our children, the little people who have no protection except for us.
We obviously have to protect them from the National Education Association, from the left, from all these people who are trying to sell us a brand new utopian world where everything is going to be on the same moral level.
And of course, it's going to be hell.
It is hell.
It is exactly what hell is like.
There's no form, there's no shape, there's no culture, there's no custom.
A little forgiveness, a little understanding, a little normality, and the day will be ours.
You can't create art without humility.
You can't create culture without forgiveness.
You can't create politics without kindness and understand that the culture is in ashes.
The people who are doing some of the things that we're doing that we don't like, hawk to a, are victims.
They are not the criminals.
We need to attack the power.
We need to hammer the power.
We need to have compassion for the people on the ground.
They are our voters.
They are trying everywhere, France, England, here, to take back the government.
We have to help them do it.

All right, remember, it's Clavin Clapbacks at DailyWire.com, Clavin with a K, clapbacks with a K.
We do love to hear from you, so please write in and ask your questions, hurl your insults, lavish us with praise, whatever.
We will listen and try to respond from Brent Capitalism.
He's responding to something I said about capitalism.
Capitalism is nothing more or less than the commercial aspect of liberty.
You conflate capitalism with what is essentially corporatism, another term for fascism, and that makes you look stupid.
Anyway, thank you for great explorations.
Not quite.
I'm not sure.
I don't entirely agree with you, but I do know what you're saying.
I do know what you're saying.
My only point about capitalism is that it rests on, like freedom, it rests on certain kinds of values.
That was my point about capitalism.
And when the right, and it did do this after Reagan, it wasn't Reagan's fault, he didn't do it, but it was the people who came after Reagan who did it.
When we make capitalism the center of our program, we are basically dealing with the top of the Jenga Tower instead of the bottom of the Jenga Tower.
Capitalism lives in a system of values.
When capitalists say that a company, it doesn't matter if a company moves and destroys its community, it has to do with the profits.
The profits, the profit doesn't mean mine, you know, it's no problem if it goes global.
The right was supporting globalism, remember?
It was, you know, it's cheaper, the workers are cheaper, everything's...
No, no.
You know, if we're going to say that a business is a citizen, and in some ways it is a citizen, if we're going to say that, when the citizen has to have values and the same values as we do.
And so that's my only point about capitalism.
It is a great, it is the best economic system, but it rests on something better than itself, which is those values.
Christian says, Hail Clavin, master of the multiverse, destroyer of ease, and the source of swooning worldwide.
I certainly hope so.
Firstly, I am eternally grateful for the wisdom that has been beaten into my head from your mouth.
I started listening to you in 2017 before I started college.
I'm now a mechanical engineer with a wife who loves making sweet sandwiches and beautiful children.
Good on him, pal.
Your example of how a tough guy can also be an educated, well-spoken gentleman without even an E to his name has inspired me to a higher standard.
That's a really nice compliment.
Thank you for that.
That is a lovely compliment.
So his question is really, really long, and I've had to condense it.
And so forgive me if I haven't gotten it exactly right.
But basically, here's the short version.
His wife and he are moving from their cradle Protestantism towards something more orthodox.
They're attracted to a local Catholic church, but they're uncomfortable with the idea that their own insights and beliefs might be subjugated to people within the church who are corrupt.
And he says he's willing to submit to God, but not necessarily to the Pope.
And he says, I eagerly await your 100% correct answer and look forward to more Claviny goodness.
So I have solved this problem, as many of you know, by becoming an Anglican Catholic.
So I do follow a liturgical worship, which is very important to me, a fairly orthodox belief system.
I believe in the Nicene Creed.
That's what I speak every week, and I do believe in it.
But I'm not responsible to what Rome says.
If the Pope is heretical, then that's his problem.
Now, what Catholics say is God is handling the church.
So even if it goes into a period of corruption, it is still the right church.
For me, life is short.
You know, this is my only life on this plane.
And I want to be able to say, no, this is wrong.
I'm not going to believe that.
I'm not going to defend beliefs that I don't believe in.
And if there is a corner of Catholic belief, I'm not going to become a sophist and make excuses for things that are not biblical and are not in Scripture as I read it.
Now, Protestantism, to me, has developed certain ideas about Scripture that it thinks are absolutely true that I don't agree with either.
Where I am now is where I can live comfortably.
You have to decide for yourself.
He says he has an Anglican church where he is, but it's a liberal enclave, which does happen because there's all these different little subgroups of Anglicanism.
I'm in a very conservative church.
But all I can say to you is if you are going to join the church, you have to join it with your conscience intact, and you're going to have to stand by your conscience, even when it means not agreeing with the church.
I look at it this way.
I look at it this way.
The church is a vessel for carrying God.
That's what it is.
To me, the church is a vessel for carrying God.
If your church is carrying God, that's the big deal.
If you have to secretly disagree with some of the things they say, it's a human construct.
It's a human chalice meant for carrying God.
I do not believe that God says, you know, this, this, and this, and otherwise you're done.
I believe that he wants you to get to himself.
That is what I believe the point is.
That's what I believe the point of communion is.
That's what I believe the point of ritual is.
That's what I believe the point of certain kinds of prayer are.
So you have to decide for yourself, you know, which vessel is going to carry God.
If you find a local church, I'd say that's pretty good if you can stick with it, but you may find that you come up against things you can't deal with later on, and then you're going to have to change.
