=== Global Tax Deal Challenges (04:10) ===

[00:08:18]  Right.
[00:08:19]  So, is it sexual Christ or don't kill your family?

[00:08:28]  So, we start the show off, and Alex is in a place where he has battle adrenaline going through his veins, and he's got a big news story to cover.

[00:08:37]  I can't help but have just adrenaline and other endorphins flooding through my arteries right now.

[00:08:49]  Because there's a thrill to war, there's a thrill to the battle actually starting, and the swords clashing, and the spears flying, and the daggers plunging.
[00:09:03]  But it's the worst analysis is now true.
[00:09:06]  We are now officially in a global collapse.
[00:09:08]  It's already begun, it's accelerating, and 132 countries in the last week have agreed not just to a global income tax, but to tracking everything you do in live time to then tax and control what you do and punish you with a global social credit score.
[00:09:26]  And it's all been prepared and beta tested, but it's now being announced.
[00:09:32]  So, would it surprise you to learn that that's not true?
[00:09:35]  Absolutely not.
[00:09:37]  Yeah.
[00:09:37]  132 countries didn't sign on to this global income tax agreement to create a one-world government.
[00:09:43]  Sure, sure, sure, sure.
[00:09:44]  What happened is that there have been some negotiations going on between countries and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development aimed at agreeing to a minimum corporate tax rate of 15% for countries that agree to be a part of this.
[00:09:56]  Right, right, right.
[00:09:57]  Just to be clear up front, too, this only applies to companies with, quote, global turnover over 20 billion euros and profitability above 10%.
[00:10:06]  So, this is really narrowly focused on giant companies.
[00:10:10]  Yeah, yeah.
[00:10:10]  So, you can't just take your money all the way to blah, blah, blah, and keep it there, and nobody gets any money from you, you thieving pieces of shit.
[00:10:18]  Yeah, the reason to do this is because when there are countries that don't have any or have very low corporate taxation, big international businesses have a huge incentive to either actually or symbolically base their business there in order to avoid paying massive amounts of tax to their actual base countries.
[00:10:33]  It's like how all tennis players live in Monaco most of the time.
[00:10:36]  Sure.
[00:10:36]  Yeah.
[00:10:36]  What happens then is that these companies move to low-tax countries or tax shelters, and all the revenue that would be being paid back into the countries they're from to support the infrastructure and development of their home countries, it's instead just kept by the executives.
[00:10:50]  Right.
[00:10:51]  In addition to this, the plan also dealt with digital service taxes.
[00:10:54]  Countries are able to impose these taxes on companies that are based elsewhere but provide services or goods that are consumed in their country.
[00:11:02]  Part of the proposed plan had to do with shifting away from digital service taxes and what are called unilateral measures.
[00:11:08]  The United States had threatened tariffs against Austria, Britain, France, Italy, and Spain as they were part of this agreement, but were opposed to dropping their digital service tax, which would have led to redundant taxation.
[00:11:19]  Sure.
[00:11:20]  The latest news is that these five countries agreed to keep their digital service taxes in place until the new tax agreement becomes active in 2023, and then they will drop them at that point.
[00:11:30]  Sounds good.
[00:11:30]  Obviously, implementation of this is going to be a challenge, and it would be difficult to make sure that these giant companies don't just find other loopholes or just move to some of the countries that didn't agree to be a part of the arrangement.
[00:11:41]  No, there's only 132 total countries.
[00:11:44]  But overall, this is definitely something Alex should be in favor of.
[00:11:48]  If his position is one that he's against these gigantic multinational corporations having free reign, then even though this deal isn't perfect, it's movement in the direction he should support.
[00:11:57]  Totally.
[00:11:57]  But instead, what we see is a complete misrepresentation of what this story is even about from Alex and a lie designed to make his audience scared of this corporate tax agreement.
[00:12:06]  It's almost like he's trying to trick his listeners into opposing something that would help them and hurt big businesses.

=== Honed Aggressive Traits (15:21) ===

[00:12:11]  Yeah, for somebody who's complained about how the North American Fair Trade Agreement has moved all of our jobs offshore and all this stuff, he should also be like, and we should have the money in here as well.

[00:12:23]  It's really strange because it's kind of counter to his stated larger beliefs the way he's reporting on this story.
[00:12:32]  And honestly, I wouldn't be too surprised if he just didn't know because he leads the show with this.

[00:12:42]  Yeah, why would it?
[00:12:42]  He doesn't understand anything that's going on there.
[00:12:45]  I think he just skimmed a headline and was like, here we go, baby.
[00:12:48]  If 132 countries agree on anything, he's like, well, obviously the globalists have started the war.

[00:12:54]  So I think what actually one of the big problems is that Alex was out late with Rogan last night.

[00:13:10]  But if you don't protect yourself, you really do deserve to die.

[00:13:36]  And so the premise here essentially is that the vaccines, if children are vaccinated, that's the Rubicon being crossed.

[00:16:08]  But I can just tell you, Elon Musk, at least when he tells Joe, and that's not a secret, is he doesn't like what's going on.

[00:16:17]  I think Elon's trying to survive in the system, but does not like where it's going.
[00:16:20]  And he wants humans to have a future and to go interstellar.
[00:16:23]  He believes in a human future.

[00:16:25]  He may think of a cyborg future with humans, but he thinks we deserve to at least survive and have free will.
[00:16:30]  So I think that's the difference.

[00:33:17]  One of the main studies that was used as support for that claim was from the University of Ottawa Heart Institute and the headline that claimed that one out of 1,000 people vaccinated developed myocarditis.
[00:33:29]  This was from a pre-print study and in the process of peer reviews discovered that they'd used the wrong number for the total number of vaccines administered, which wildly threw off their results.
[00:33:39]  They'd based their number on 32 myocarditis incidents in 32,379 vaccinations when the number was actually 845,930 vaccinations.
[00:33:50]  That's a little bit off.

[00:33:53]  This study was retracted by the authors who apologized for the error, but people like Alex and the Gateway pundit who screamed about it have never acknowledged this retraction.

[01:04:44]  All the precise details of it are too complicated for us to get into here, but suffice it to say that they took indicators like school closings, restrictions on gatherings, and stay-at-home requirements into consideration, and they created a means of quantifying lockdown restrictions.
[01:04:59]  Naturally, this is a figure that changes for any given country over time, but the lockdown tracker is regularly updated, and the only two countries in Africa over a 75 out of 100 are Uganda and Namibia.
[01:05:11]  And in Latin America, there are just two also, and it's Venezuela and Argentina.
[01:05:16]  Of those countries, only Namibia and Venezuela are over an 85.
[01:05:21]  Looking over the qualifications and rankings, if you had a country making people stay inside for all but two hours in a week, it would have to be over 85 on the scale, just on how highly they would score in all of the other categories.

[01:06:36]  The government also had been operating a fuel distribution schedule since the end of last year, where vehicles could be fueled on specific days based on the last number of their license plates.

[01:24:07]  The section that Alex is reading is referencing one of the studies on children aged 12 to 15 that has its results pending.
[01:24:15]  And the final report on that is to be submitted by October 31st, probably where Alex got Halloween from, 2023.
[01:24:23]  There is a full study on children aged 6 months to 12 years that has a final report due on May 31st, 2024, and one on infants under 6 months that's supposed to be done by October 31st, 2024.
[01:24:37]  That doesn't mean that it'll definitely take until then, but that's the proposed timetable.
[01:24:42]  But Alex is trying to pretend that those dates are set in stone as when these things will be known, and that's when they'll be approved.

[01:24:53]  And since then, Pfizer has released the results of a phase 2/3 study that reflects a very positive response in children aged 5 through 11.

[01:25:11]  Just this week, the FDA looked at the data Pfizer had collected in their study, and NPR reported that they said that, quote, kids-sized doses of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine appear highly effective at preventing symptomatic infections in elementary school children and cause no unexpected safety issues.

[01:25:28]  Yeah, because they lower the dose.

[01:31:43]  However, the Vaccines and Related Biological Product Advisory Committee at Pfizer just released a briefing document for their meeting that's going to be held on October 26th, 2021.

[01:31:58]  This is the data that we talked about earlier that Pfizer released an initial press release for back in September and has since been reviewed by the FDA for the kid-sized doses.

[01:40:25]  PolitiFact, they reached out to Terry Thornton, the deputy press secretary for the California Department of Corrections, who confirmed that there were pregnant women in custody, but quote, they were pregnant when they were admitted to state prison.
[01:40:38]  This is just a transphobic backlash to California passing the Transgender Respect Agency and Dignity Act, which quote, allows incarcerated transgender, non-binary, and intersex people to request to be housed in a men's prison or a women's prison that is consistent with their gender identity.
[01:40:54]  Alex most likely saw this meme or was made aware of it because Stephen Crowder did a segment on it, which got him kicked off YouTube, you know, because the story wasn't real and it was essentially just anti-trans propaganda designed only to spread hate.
[01:41:08]  As it turns out, the story, and even possibly the meme, originated from a story spread by a member of the Women's Liberation Front, which is a group that NBC described as, quote, a self-described radical feminist organization best known for its opposition to transgender rights.

[01:52:53]  So, first of all, the part about the 20 times increase in cancer in vaccinated people doesn't come from any data, nor is it from a UK report.
[01:53:00]  This one's just from a LifeSight blog entry cited, which cites a doctor from Idaho.
[01:53:06]  This doctor has pushed false stories about COVID in the past, and unless there's verifiable information here, it's dumb to just take his word for it.
[01:53:13]  So, that's Greg's evidence on that claim.
[01:53:15]  Presumably, that is.
[01:53:16]  No offense to Idaho, but if you say doctor from Idaho, my first response is that they don't have doctors there.

[01:53:23]  So, the other claim, the one about people losing various percentages of their immune system, is much more amazing.

[01:53:34]  I immediately thought of the story that they fucked up where it's like because there is the dropping antibody total, they're bullshitting us and being like, your entire immune system is going away.
[01:53:44]  No, that's part of the defense of this point, probably, but it's not the source that they're pointing to for this.

[01:53:53]  So, this story is based on a blog post on a website called The Expose, which I guess is some kind of an upstart Infowars type of anti-mainstream media media outlet from the UK.
[01:54:03]  They have an article that Greg Reese uses as a source in his video with the headline, quote, new UK Health Security Agency report proves without a shadow of a doubt that COVID-19 vaccines do not work and have negative effectiveness as low as minus 66%.
[01:54:19]  Okay.
[01:54:19]  This is quite a claim.
[01:54:21]  That's a big one.
[01:54:21]  So, I figured I'd go and find this blog and see what they were working with.
[01:54:25]  In Greg's video, he shows a particularly jarring spreadsheet from the blog post, which claims to be from a UK Health Security Agency report showing negative rates of vaccine effectiveness.
[01:54:38]  So I go to the blog, and the first thing that actually shocked me was that this post is actually arguing that getting vaccinated makes you more likely to get COVID.
[01:54:46]  The negative effectiveness is what that's how they're describing it.
[01:54:50]  That is a big swing.
[01:54:52]  Very.
[01:54:53]  Because it is hard not to go outside and say, well, obviously that's not right.
[01:54:58]  Sure.
[01:54:59]  And so this argument is based on a spreadsheet, which is labeled Table 2 from this HSA report.
[01:55:06]  The rightmost column of this spreadsheet is labeled, quote, vaccine effectiveness.
[01:55:11]  And it has numbers like negative 85.71% for the group of people between 40 and 49 years old.
[01:55:19]  Okay.
[01:55:19]  Which seemed really weird.
[01:55:21]  That does seem weird.
[01:55:22]  Something didn't sit right with me.
[01:55:23]  So I found the actual HSA report that this came from.
[01:55:26]  And guess what?
[01:55:27]  This blog added the vaccine effectiveness column.
[01:55:31]  That's a stat that just made up and they photoshopped into this thing that they're presenting as a reference to this official document.
[01:55:39]  And guess what?
[01:55:40]  That's already fraud.
[01:55:41]  They're already deceiving by way of manipulating the information because they want you to think that this vaccine effectiveness statistic is something that the HSA tracked.
[01:55:49]  It's something that they thought was relevant and it comes from official sources.
[01:55:53]  Yeah, you got to sue them or something, right?
[01:55:55]  That's got to be done.
[01:55:57]  But I noticed something else that wasn't quite right.
[01:56:00]  From top to bottom, the version in the official report had eight rows of data, but the version in this blog only had six.
[01:56:08]  No.
[01:56:08]  That's super weird.
[01:56:09]  No.
[01:56:12]  They added this column and they deleted two rows of data.
[01:56:14]  Don't do this to me.
[01:56:15]  It's because they're fucking liars.
[01:56:16]  And the information that was in those rows would have made it harder for them to lie.
[01:56:21]  So here's what's going on.
[01:56:23]  There are two primary columns that are relevant to this explanation.
[01:56:27]  These are the rates per one, the COVID rates per 100,000 people who are vaccinated versus those who are not.
[01:56:33]  Right.
[01:56:33]  What this blog has done is take the numbers of these columns and create their own stat.
[01:56:39]  They're taking the COVID case rate per 100,000 of vaccinated people and dividing it by the rate of people who are unvaccinated and then presenting that as a meaningful stat for some reason.
[01:56:50]  That doesn't make any sense.
[01:56:51]  So that doesn't make any sense.
[01:56:52]  Remember how I said that they claimed a negative 85.71% effectiveness rate for people between 40 and 49?
[01:56:59]  That was because they took the rate of 1,281.8 per 100,000, which is the figure for vaccinated people in that age range, and they divide it by 690.2, which is the rate of unvaccinated people.
[01:57:12]  The result is 1.8571, which is how they got to their figure, and it's completely meaningless as a statistic.
[01:57:19]  I mean, no, I remember, because when I was growing up, Pythagoras gave his famous theory, which is A squared plus B squared equals goat.
[01:57:29]  Yep.
[01:57:30]  However, if you look at this meaningless statistic, this helps explain why they deleted those two rows of data from the spreadsheet before they posted it on their blog.
[01:57:39]  These were the rates for the groups of people under 18 and those between 18 and 29.
[01:57:45]  People between 18 and 29 showed a significantly lower rate of cases among vaccinated people, but the under 18 group was through the fucking roof.
[01:57:55]  People under 18 had a rate of 278.8 per 100,000 among the vaccinated and 2,325.7 per 100,000 among the unvaccinated.
[01:58:08]  That's going to be tough.
[01:58:08]  The ratio is enormous.
[01:58:10]  Yeah, you might have trouble dividing that into a way you can bullshit.
[01:58:14]  Yeah, immediately you see how these data points would be a slight problem for the argument that this blog was trying to make based on their weird calculation they did and presented dishonestly.
[01:58:22]  This would not be something they could explain, so they delete it and they pass the information along.
[01:58:28]  No need for their readers to see those data points.
[01:58:30]  It would just make them question them.
[01:58:31]  It would be confusing.
[01:58:32]  Right.
[01:58:33]  I don't want to confuse my readers.
[01:58:35]  They come to me for clarity.
[01:58:36]  They might look for more information about what these numbers actually capture, and then they'll find out that I created an entire column and deleted rows.

[01:58:52]  So they cut out one other thing, and that was a note that's directly under this spreadsheet in the original post in the HSA report, which says, Interpretation of the case rates in vaccinated and unvaccinated population is particularly susceptible to changes in denominator and should be interpreted with extra caution.

[01:59:12]  And then Greg Reese found it, didn't look further into the data at all, and decided to use it in a bullshit video about how everyone won't have an immune system next year.

[02:00:47]  The letter that Alex is citing is that letter the FDA sent to Pfizer to approve their license to sell a biological product over state lines.
[02:00:55]  In addition to that, it included tentative timeframes for when various studies about other questions of post-market effectiveness had to be completed.
[02:01:02]  It is not in any way saying that the Pfizer vaccine will not be approved until 2026.
[02:01:06]  This is a fabrication of Alex not being able to understand things that he reads.

[02:01:12]  Back in August, the FDA approved the Pfizer vaccine for use in people 16 and older, generally, just as a whole.
[02:01:17]  Additionally, they extended the emergency use authorization for people between the ages of 12 and 15, and that is pending a full authorization, which they now are starting to get the data on is probably forthcoming.
