Knowledge Fight - #132: Minisode Aired: 2018-02-28 Duration: 32:57 === Why He Keeps Talking About Fake Shootings (13:28) === [00:00:00] Hey everybody, welcome back to Knowledge Fight. [00:00:02] I am Dan. [00:00:02] The second voice you will hear shortly is my co-host and dear friend Jordan. [00:00:07] This is a podcast where he and I like to sit down, drink some novelty beverages, and talk a little bit about Alex Jones. [00:00:13] I am coming in with a little introduction for a little Minnesota today. [00:00:18] What we've got for you is an excerpt of the episode that we did on Monday night. [00:00:22] The issue with the rest of the episode, I've decided to sort of chop off a bunch of it because we tried to cover a little bit of Alex Jones' rhetoric vis-a-vis the Parkland shooting, and what it turned into was kind of a repetitive thing. [00:00:37] I didn't feel like at the end of the day when I looked back at it that it added much to the conversation, the larger conversation in the world, and I felt like we were just retreading old territory that we've gone over, over and over and over again. [00:00:51] About how Alex Jones acts in these crises and tragedy situations. [00:00:58] And beyond that, too, we talked a little bit about the situation with YouTube and their quote-unquote strikes that they're applying to Alex's YouTube channel. [00:01:10] And already, I mean, we recorded it on Monday, and now here on Wednesday, that conversation has already evolved to the point where I think we have a different point that we'd like to make. [00:01:20] Which hopefully we'll talk about on our next episode. [00:01:25] From all of that, there was a piece of what we covered that I think is very important, and I think it is relevant in relation to the Parkland shooting. [00:01:34] Suffice it to say, Alex Jones is acting way out of line, and he's pretending that he's the victim, which is very standard for him. [00:01:43] He's throwing around rhetoric about how this is the globalist's main attack, which is something he says every time he feels a little bit cornered and sales have dipped a little bit. [00:01:53] I think that's kind of... [00:01:54] Or he fears... [00:01:55] That's sort of a lot of the stuff that we covered at the beginning of the episode. [00:02:01] But then we talked about a very bizarre incident that happened the day after the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. [00:02:11] And that was that Alex Jones had one of the students, a gentleman by the name of Jalen Martin, on the show. [00:02:19] And I think that that is something that is worth looking at. [00:02:23] I hope you all enjoy and have a good one. [00:02:30] We'll be back with another episode pretty soon, and boy howdy, there's a whole lot to go over. [00:02:36] Alex Jones' world is falling apart right in front of his eyes. [00:02:39] And it'll be tough to sift through all of it to try and synthesize an episode, but I will do my best. [00:02:46] For now, enjoy, and we'll see you soon. [00:02:49] Andy in Kansas, you're on the air. [00:02:51] Thanks for holding. [00:02:53] Hello, Alex. [00:02:54] I'm a first-time caller. [00:02:55] I'm a huge fan. [00:02:56] I love your work. [00:02:57] I love you. [00:02:57] So in that last clip, we heard that Alex Jones referenced that... [00:03:07] There was a kid from the school on his show. [00:03:10] Yeah. [00:03:11] And he had a gentleman by the name of Jalen Martin on his show. [00:03:15] The internet has gone up in a flutter of people saying that the government needs to protect him because he's going to get killed for the things that he has said. [00:03:26] And then another side of the internet has gone on the attack saying that he's not real or he wasn't a high school student and wasn't at the school. [00:03:35] And I think all of them are pretty crazy. [00:03:38] I was able to find, like, one guy who was making the argument that he's not a high schooler posted a link to this website called CECC Point. [00:03:49] It's like a conservative news blog of some sort. [00:03:54] At this point, news should never be anywhere near the word conservative. [00:03:58] A conservative opinion blog of some sort. [00:04:00] And so he was a writer, or is a writer perhaps even, and they're like, this is proof that he wasn't a high schooler. [00:04:08] But if you read his bio, it clearly indicates that he's still in school and plans to go to college this fall. [00:04:17] But interestingly, his name is taken off the writer's page on the website. [00:04:22] So I used the Wayback Machine, because I wanted to see if this was some nonsense and it was just some internet garbage. [00:04:29] Yeah. [00:04:29] But I pulled up from August 23, 2017, the same page, but with less articles, because they hadn't been written at the time. [00:04:37] It has the same bio, and the only thing that I want to take away from it is... [00:04:42] Jalen has been expanding his knowledge of the political world for nearly three years, specifically since June 16, 2015. [00:04:50] That's the day that Trump announced his candidacy. [00:04:53] So his libertarian and conservative views that were culminated from studying the history of Ron Paul, Barry Goldwater, etc. [00:05:01] And that's not wrong. [00:05:03] It's not wrong to have conservative views or anything like that. [00:05:06] It doesn't paint him as some sort of a monster. [00:05:08] But it should indicate that... [00:05:10] I mean, he's already an Infowars guy. [00:05:12] Yeah. [00:05:13] You know what I'm saying? [00:05:14] At least he's Nazi-adjacent. [00:05:17] Well, he's a Trump supporter who writes for a... [00:05:21] And I looked at the articles that they post on that site, and they're all Infowars narratives. [00:05:25] Yeah. [00:05:26] And so it's... [00:05:28] You know, what are you going to do? [00:05:33] What are you going to do? [00:05:34] That's how I feel about it. [00:05:36] It's like... [00:05:38] This is amazing. [00:05:39] Because he has as much license to speak about his experience as literally anybody else in the world. [00:05:47] Of course. [00:05:48] He has every right to do that wherever he wants to. [00:05:52] And I feel as bad for him as I do for the other students who are being assaulted and attacked online by the people saying he's not a high schooler. [00:06:00] Because from everything that's available, everything I can see, he is. [00:06:04] He was a student at the school. [00:06:06] And that is the same crisis actor attack coming from the other side. [00:06:10] And it makes me really sad. [00:06:12] It bums me out. [00:06:14] Now there's a further problem. [00:06:18] Oh, no. [00:06:19] When you have that long pause, that means it's a big problem. [00:06:22] It's a pretty big problem. [00:06:24] And I'm not going to be stoked about it, am I? [00:06:25] It's a pretty big problem, but let's just jump into the interview, and I'll get to the problem as it comes up. [00:06:32] Okay. [00:06:32] The first problem is that Alex Jones repeatedly says the name of the school wrong, which is, I mean, if you're going to misspeak once, fine. [00:06:40] But if you're going to consistently call it Majority Stoneman... [00:06:44] That means that you don't have a grasp on the issues. [00:06:48] So if you're consistently saying the name of the school wrong, I'm not going to take your in-depth information with as much credibility. [00:06:57] I'm going to say you might have not done the research. [00:06:59] You don't know the name of the goddamn school. [00:07:01] Anyway. [00:07:02] And Jalen Martin, a senior at Majority Stoneman Douglas High School, again, just about 40 minutes north of Miami, is joining us. [00:07:13] But the context here is the background. [00:07:17] KHOU, Matt Muzel, was in Florida covering the big baseball tryouts. [00:07:22] He's the top sports reporter on KHOU, very respected channel, top channel in Houston. [00:07:27] I hope they talk about the baseball tryouts. [00:07:29] We're now getting reports that other people said that there were shootings on both ends of the building going on. [00:07:34] Now, just like Vegas, it turned out... [00:07:36] The top acoustics experts listened to the audio, and there were multiple shooters, and now they are looking into multiple shooters, and they admit there's been some type of cover-up, and there was this big Saudi Arabian military conference happening that weekend, and Paddock was a gunrunner, and he had gone to the Middle East. [00:07:51] We broke all that the day after. [00:07:53] So what he's done already is said, Jalen Martin is our guest, acting like he's going to go to him, and before he does, he sets up... [00:08:03] What he wants to do, and that is he brings up this other narrative of a mass shooting that he's already established as a fake false flag. [00:08:13] But he has no evidence of that. [00:08:15] He's established that, and so he brings that subtly into the conversation while also saying, you got distracted by the baseball aspect of it, but this Houston reporter who was there who talked to that girl who we've already referenced who said that she ran into the shooter on the way out. [00:08:33] So he's already contextualized where he wants this to go. [00:08:37] This is a subtle memory trick. [00:08:39] This is a thing that you can do to try and get people to... [00:08:42] Remember things differently. [00:08:44] It's like what investigators do who are unethical when they're questioning suspects. [00:08:49] Of course. [00:08:49] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:08:50] It's how you frame it. [00:08:51] If you did this in court, you would be... [00:08:53] Roundly... [00:08:55] You might have to go to the bench. [00:08:56] Yeah. [00:08:58] Just like we're covering all this the day after. [00:09:02] Oh, yeah. [00:09:02] I'm just at the table there that we don't just go into things and say... [00:09:08] Oh, it's a false flag. [00:09:09] Yes, you do. [00:09:10] Just for fun. [00:09:11] Yes, you do. [00:09:12] One day we'll do the Boston bombing episodes. [00:09:16] You can hear him, like, minutes after rush on air, be like, this is fake! [00:09:20] Oh, man. [00:09:21] Oh, it's fake. [00:09:23] Sometimes stuff is exactly like they say, and we are saying real people were shot. [00:09:28] The media will, of course, say that I say no one's shot. [00:09:31] That's a hoax they always put out because they're fake news. [00:09:33] They're also saying Trump blamed the victims. [00:09:35] There's no such tweets, no such statements. [00:09:38] CNN, MSNBC, they're all lying. [00:09:41] So, in this rambling introduction to his guest, he has... [00:09:45] Wait, the kid is actually going to come on? [00:09:47] Yeah. [00:09:48] Oh, shit! [00:09:48] Yeah. [00:09:49] I did not expect that. [00:09:50] Yeah, it's weird. [00:09:51] So, Alex, in introducing his guest, he has laid out the stuff we've already talked about, and then been like, CNN is going to lie about us, we are victims, we're maligned by everybody, and so is Trump. [00:10:06] Which is, first of all, too long of an introduction. [00:10:10] Yeah. [00:10:11] So, joining us for this segment, the next, is Jalen Martin. [00:10:15] We appreciate his courage. [00:10:17] Reaching out to us as a listener and getting us a student ID and all his info. [00:10:20] And so, here he joins us, senior at the high school. [00:10:23] First, I want to give him my condolences for any friends he may have lost or what happened. [00:10:27] You fucking fake bullshit. [00:10:28] Fuck you. [00:10:29] And longer if you need it, to talk about what happened. [00:10:32] Fuck it. [00:10:33] The empathy? [00:10:34] For real. [00:10:34] Yeah. [00:10:34] The empathy? [00:10:35] Oh, my condolences to you. [00:10:37] Now? [00:10:37] Now is a great time? [00:10:39] When you fuck... [00:10:39] That's unreal. [00:10:42] The... [00:10:43] God damn it. [00:10:45] It's tough. [00:10:46] I cannot hear that. [00:10:48] It's tough. [00:10:49] It's really fucking bad. [00:10:51] It's tough. [00:10:53] ...your view, the Secret Service, the SWAT drill, what faculty... [00:10:58] I told you. [00:10:59] Did you know or ever talk to Nicholas Cruz, the reported lone gunman, a.k.a. [00:11:05] Tim McVeigh, a.k.a. [00:11:06] Lee Harvey Oswald? [00:11:07] I mean, did you talk? [00:11:08] Did you know this fellow? [00:11:10] Thank you for joining us, Jalen. [00:11:12] Yes, Alex. [00:11:13] So I'd like to start off with saying I don't know Nick. [00:11:18] Okay. [00:11:18] And Jalen Martin. [00:11:19] Oh, shit. [00:11:21] We have, at the beginning of that clip, he says, to set up the interview... [00:11:26] A.K.A. [00:11:27] Well, no, to set up the interview at the beginning, he's referencing this video of a girl saying that she heard shots when she was in the presence of the shooter. [00:11:36] And then he rambles through all this other bullshit about how InfoWars is lied about all the time, and Las Vegas was a false flag, and we know all this information about it that I got from my internet message board, but I pretend I have FBI-level sources. [00:11:48] And then... [00:11:51] To give one further punch, he insinuates that Lee Harvey Oswald and Timothy McVeigh are fake lone wolves who Nicholas Cruz is exactly like. [00:12:03] So he's already implanted very deeply the suggestion that what I want out of you is I want you, who is a student there, to be my prop. [00:12:13] I need someone from the inside who I can throw around with as much credibility as CNN is doing with these kids. [00:12:21] Of course. [00:12:21] I need my version of that. [00:12:23] So what I need from you is I need you to validate that there were multiple shooters. [00:12:29] And Alex... [00:12:32] I mean, you know, in our episode about David Lynch that we put out on Monday, that episode... [00:12:40] Alex kept badgering him because he wanted to talk about 9-11. [00:12:44] Right. [00:12:44] He does the same thing to this kid about wanting him to say that there were multiple shooters. [00:12:50] I think it's a little bit different saying that to a grown man who directed Mulholland Drive. [00:13:00] It's very different. [00:13:01] I think it's a little bit different. [00:13:02] It's very different. [00:13:03] This is some making a murderer type shit right here. [00:13:06] It's really, like I told you at the top of the episode, it's incredibly disgraceful. [00:13:10] And you have no idea how disgraceful it gets. [00:13:12] Yeah. [00:13:12] But before we get to that. === Active Shooter Drills (12:45) === [00:13:13] God, if I had an interview with Alex, I would want a lawyer present. [00:13:18] Just to give me counsel on whether or not to answer. [00:13:20] I would want a lawyer who screams. [00:13:24] A screamy lawyer. [00:13:25] Dan? [00:13:27] Are you in luck? [00:13:27] You've got to pass the bar. [00:13:29] I have not done that yet, but I'm assuming it's pretty easy in Illinois. [00:13:33] There's one clip here of Jalen talking about his experience, and I'm going to play it because I think it bears hearing. [00:13:44] And also, I think that Alex is probably going to use it poorly, and I think that there's a benign explanation for what he brings up. [00:13:55] We all just went outside. [00:14:08] We stood there for like one minute. [00:14:10] Within one minute, there were like four police cars there. [00:14:13] My teacher was standing there because he didn't know what was happening. [00:14:16] No one did. [00:14:17] He thought it was a fire drill. [00:14:19] And then eventually he was like, okay, let's go because everyone was shifting. [00:14:24] I mean, there's like 3,000 kids there. [00:14:26] Everyone was shifting away from the school. [00:14:29] So within like the next three minutes, there had to have been like at least 50 cars there. [00:14:33] I kept telling people around me, okay, this is not anything serious until I see a helicopter. [00:14:38] And within like a few more minutes, I ended up seeing a helicopter. [00:14:41] But I got reports from people around me. [00:14:44] They were telling me, oh, this is a code black, which means bomb. [00:14:47] That was the new thing that we learned. [00:14:50] And then people were like, no, it's code red. [00:14:52] It's code red, which means active shooter. [00:14:54] So my friend took my phone from me and he used it to call his mom because he didn't have his phone. [00:15:00] He thought it was a fire drill. [00:15:01] He was just going to leave it in the classroom. [00:15:03] So he tried to call his mom. [00:15:04] His mom answered. [00:15:05] And he was like, mom, there's an active shooter here. [00:15:08] There's an active shooter. [00:15:09] A teacher came up out of nowhere and said, don't tell her that. [00:15:12] Be quiet. [00:15:12] Don't tell anybody. [00:15:13] And he was like, shut up. [00:15:15] And the teacher walked up, snatched the phone away from him, and it looked like he was going to break my phone. [00:15:18] I was like, no, that's my phone. [00:15:20] He was like, don't give it back. [00:15:21] Don't tell anyone. [00:15:22] So that experience, I believe, is probably accurate, or real at least. [00:15:28] And I don't think a teacher came out of nowhere. [00:15:30] I think he probably just didn't notice him. [00:15:31] But then the piece of it is like, yeah, you probably don't want people spreading erroneous information that hasn't been confirmed or causing a panic. [00:15:41] That sort of thing. [00:15:41] The idea that a teacher would be like, don't... [00:15:44] Don't spread that. [00:15:46] We don't know what the situation is. [00:15:48] That seems like the behavior of someone who's probably pretty stressed out, doesn't know what's going on, and is responsible for a large mass of kids. [00:15:57] Yeah. [00:15:57] Like, I don't think, that to me doesn't sound like some sort of cover-up. [00:16:01] My first thought is, okay, now you have 3,000 kids calling their parents, and you have 3,000 cars on their way, and there's an active shooter. [00:16:11] Yeah, you end up with a real, real bottleneck problem, and I don't know exactly, wasn't it like an hour and a half later that they caught him? [00:16:24] What are you going to do? [00:16:36] Again, what are you going to do? [00:16:37] I think that that experience is probably sincere and real, but I also think that the way Alex heard it is probably this teacher is trying to enforce a cover-up of something. [00:16:47] So also, Jalen goes on to say that the Secret Service has... [00:16:52] ...had a drill at the school a month prior, and that just doesn't make sense even if you're a conspiracy theorist. [00:17:00] Why would the Secret Service be there? [00:17:03] The Secret Service is engaged in protecting people like the president and other dignitaries. [00:17:08] Or going after treasury fraud. [00:17:10] Exactly. [00:17:11] It's not like a shoot-em-up kind of organization. [00:17:16] It's not like you would want the ATF. [00:17:18] This isn't Elliot Ness walking in there going like, I'm going to solve this problem. [00:17:23] You want the ATF or the DEA or something like that. [00:17:26] You want some other combination of letters, not the Secret Service. [00:17:28] It has nothing to do with this sort of thing. [00:17:31] So the idea that he's coming on and saying that the Secret Service had a drill there a month prior leads me to believe that he got some faulty information about who was doing a drill. [00:17:41] I would believe if it was the Sheriff's Department. [00:17:43] I would believe it if it was SWAT team even or something like that with the terrible world we live in now. [00:17:50] But the Secret Service aspect of this is horseshit. [00:17:54] I just heard him say... [00:17:58] They taught us codes. [00:17:59] Yeah, yeah. [00:18:00] They taught us codes. [00:18:02] It's a code black, that's a bomb. [00:18:04] I remember that. [00:18:05] I even experienced a little bit of that in school, or even in workplaces. [00:18:10] The shelter-in-place kind of drills. [00:18:13] When I worked at Groupon, we had to go hide in a fucking office a couple times as drills for shooter exercises, because they were concerned that someone might be able to come in and shoot up the office. [00:18:24] They should treat their workers better? [00:18:26] Yeah, I mean, that thought crossed my mind. [00:18:29] That thought crossed my mind while I was sitting in the unprotected office. [00:18:34] Yeah, it's like, oh, I hope I'm... [00:18:36] Oh, why would somebody come shoot up the Groupon? [00:18:39] Oh. [00:18:40] So here in this next clip, we get Alex doing his first volley and trying to get Jalen to say that there were multiple shooters. [00:18:47] And we will see how it goes. [00:18:50] But Jalen Martin, laying on us, recapping what you said. [00:18:53] You talked to friends that said they thought there were multiple shooters. [00:18:56] The Secret Service had a drill there. [00:18:58] Just other points. [00:18:59] I was asking you, what are your friends? [00:19:01] What are the people you're talking to? [00:19:03] Because school's out today. [00:19:04] I'm just repeating what you told me during the break. [00:19:05] And you said he's very easily led, kind of almost like autistic, that you can do anything you wanted. [00:19:12] That's why nobody was his friend, was because he obviously had some serious, saddening mental issues. [00:19:18] This guy sounds like the perfect... [00:19:20] Cut out like Sirhan Sirhan, and people know about what happened with the RFK. [00:19:24] That was totally, the local coroner said that he was shot from behind, not from in front. [00:19:28] Sirhan Sirhan's arm was wedged on the table in the kitchen. [00:19:32] He did not shoot Robert F. Kennedy. [00:19:34] When he was in the kitchen. [00:19:35] So that's a little bit of background. [00:19:36] This is really getting bad, folks. [00:19:37] This looks just like Vegas. [00:19:40] So just recapping everything and the points you haven't made here, Jalen, because this is, and we've got new video on top of the other videos we're going to play as well. [00:19:46] The points you haven't made. [00:19:47] More eyewitnesses. [00:19:48] Recapping the things you didn't say. [00:19:50] You talked to witnesses that said the same thing. [00:19:52] Please elaborate. [00:19:54] Yeah. [00:19:55] I talked to a guy who had a class with him, and he said he was just really weird. [00:20:00] He did everything that people told him to do. [00:20:03] It was like he just wanted friends, but it was more like there was obviously mental issues with this guy. [00:20:10] And it was like when he told me that, I kind of thought to myself, okay, this is... [00:20:18] Makes sense in a way, you know? [00:20:21] And it's like, when people are compliant like that, to that degree that he specified, there's so many things that they could do just from someone telling them to do it. [00:20:32] So he doesn't say anything. [00:20:34] He doesn't confirm the multiple shooters. [00:20:36] What he says is this guy was influenceable, and so that supports... [00:20:42] Maybe a needy kid? [00:20:43] Yeah, at the... [00:20:45] Like, the best Alex can do with that is that supports that it's somebody controlling him, as opposed to... [00:20:51] Well, what he said there at the end was purely speculative. [00:20:57] Right. [00:20:57] But to be like, yes, someone might be able to tell him to do a thing. [00:21:01] Yeah, exactly. [00:21:01] It's like, this is not good evidence of anything. [00:21:04] And you hear him stammering around, and he doesn't have any knowledge of the shooter. [00:21:10] He's basing this on something he heard from someone else. [00:21:13] So this is second-hand information at best. [00:21:16] So Alex has tried to get him to say that there was multiple shooters. [00:21:20] And so he didn't get what he needed. [00:21:22] So he goes back to the well a little bit later. [00:21:26] And so it could have been him as the shooter. [00:21:28] I'm just zeroing in. [00:21:29] Have you seen the video of a senior there at the high school, Alexa Mednick, who says that she knew him and talked to him. [00:21:38] And there he was as shots are going off and that she thinks there were multiple shooters. [00:21:44] One more little interesting thing about that is he dropped the gun and blended in with all the crowd and then left. [00:21:51] If I had walked home, I just went to Starbucks because it's right there and I waited for my mom to pick me up. [00:21:56] But if I had walked home, I would have been walking beside him because he was caught literally on my street. [00:22:03] And that's the thing about that is they were pillaging through the school and I heard that there were still shots. [00:22:11] I heard. [00:22:12] I don't know if that was a police officer or what, but that's what I heard, and if that is true, then there is no way, because he would not... [00:22:23] I know exactly how long it takes to walk to my house, because I've walked... [00:22:28] Sure, so you're saying the official story doesn't add up. [00:22:31] And over and over and over again, we now know, you said you've been a listener a few years. [00:22:35] We're talking during the break. [00:22:36] I mean, Vegas now, they admit the official story's not true. [00:22:39] The guy was a gunrunner. [00:22:40] Well, we first got that from FBI sources the day after. [00:22:43] He'd gone to the Middle East. [00:22:44] I mean, we're not saying we know exactly what happened. [00:22:46] We're just saying we've been lied to, and credible sources are telling us that. [00:22:49] So in that clip, he is, again, asking him to just say that there were multiple shooters. [00:22:55] He doesn't say that, but he goes just far enough that Alex brings him in for a warm verbal hug there at the end with the, you know, oh, so it doesn't all add up. [00:23:06] The official story is a lie and great, just like everything else. [00:23:10] But he knows that he needs more. [00:23:13] He needs the, I think there were multiple shooters. [00:23:17] Right. [00:23:17] That's what he needs. [00:23:18] In quotes. [00:23:19] He needs something a little stronger because this isn't going to play. [00:23:21] He needs it. [00:23:22] A real quote as opposed to his endgame quotes. [00:23:26] Well, but he needs a quote that isn't like a conditional statement based on something he heard from somebody else. [00:23:32] Yeah. [00:23:32] This isn't a source. [00:23:33] This is, I heard that there was shooting later, and if that's true, then of course he couldn't have been. [00:23:39] Yeah. [00:23:39] Which anybody with a thinking, like a functional brain would be able to tell. [00:23:43] Like, that's just like, if A, then B. It's that simple. [00:23:47] So Alex goes back to the well a third time. [00:23:51] And... [00:23:51] This is not good, and it's going to really make you mad, and also probably make you laugh a little bit at the end. [00:24:01] I do have the capacity to go from one to the other very quickly. [00:24:05] An almost disconcerting ability. [00:24:08] This is Alex Jones, to a T, badgering a child in order to use them as a prop for their propaganda arguments that aren't based in reality, and then you'll see what happens. [00:24:20] Jalen, in your own words, because you got cut off on the last break, you were getting into your friends coming out, people that knew him as well, but I don't want to put words in your mouth, repeat what you were trying to finish, when you talked about people that you talked to saying multiple shooters as well, as we have a lot of witnesses coming forward, more video clips coming up in the next segment of You'll Ride Shotgun with us in a few more minutes, but just briefly, what specifically did your friends and classmates say they thought? [00:24:44] Okay, so they said that after the school was clear and everyone was, you know, mostly gone, and I think one of the people I talked to said they talked to, I can't remember right, So this is third hand, basically. [00:25:02] One of my friends said they talked to the other girl. [00:25:05] The girl in that video who ran into the shooter in the hallway. [00:25:09] The girl told my friend who then told me. [00:25:12] Right. [00:25:14] She said that she was with her, I think. [00:25:16] I think. [00:25:17] And the weird thing about that is that she was with her, and then she heard the shots, too. [00:25:21] There's two people in the same place who heard these shots that obviously he couldn't have done. [00:25:26] So I think there's... [00:25:28] All right, Jalen, Jalen, I know school's off today, but I know you're busy, and you've gotten in a windy spot, and you're walking around outside. [00:25:34] Let me put you on hold of you. [00:25:34] You can do five more minutes. [00:25:35] I want to come back. [00:25:36] We're going to get you in a spot where it's audible, and we're going to come right back to you. [00:25:39] We appreciate your courage, but I want to get this clear. [00:25:41] I'm having trouble getting the last part. [00:25:43] You're crystal clear, more articulate than I am, and most of my other crew around here, when your phone's clear, it's the phone that is being inarticulate here, so we're going to try to get to a spot where the wind is not blowing in the receiver. === 50% Off Super Blue (03:05) === [00:25:55] I'm going to get to it next hour. [00:25:57] We put this out on the web from the live show. [00:25:59] We'll put the clips on the front and the back of more people coming forward. [00:26:03] KPRC, KHOU saying, oh yeah, multiple shooters. [00:26:07] You name it. [00:26:08] That's all coming up when we come back. [00:26:10] I've got a plug, though. [00:26:11] We're not going to be here. [00:26:12] The crew keeps pointing that out to me. [00:26:15] We've got 50% off all of the Super Blue fluoride-free toothpaste. [00:27:54] Early next week, so take advantage of that. [00:27:56] And find a cutting edge organization that will cover the news. [00:27:59] The globalists don't want you to be aware of. [00:28:03] So... [00:28:03] Wow. [00:28:05] Yep. [00:28:07] Fucking... [00:28:07] You know... [00:28:08] He realized that he had gotten as much out of it as he's gonna get out of it. [00:28:12] Right, right. [00:28:13] He got him to say just enough. [00:28:15] He almost said multiple shooters. [00:28:16] A friend told me she talked to her and may have also heard something, I think. [00:28:20] And he was with her at the same time, and he may have said that they still heard shots. [00:28:26] Right. [00:28:26] I think. [00:28:27] I think. [00:28:27] It's possible. [00:28:28] Yeah. [00:28:29] There's wind, and Alex is like, sweet, ad break, get the fuck out. [00:28:34] Yeah. [00:28:34] That's it. === Optics And Ads (04:22) === [00:28:35] You know, that... [00:28:38] It's embarrassing. [00:28:39] It's a disgusting lack of... [00:28:43] Optics is what I want to say, but this is the game. [00:28:47] This is what he does. [00:28:49] This is it. [00:28:50] It's the day after this shooting. [00:28:52] He has a kid from the school on there, badgers him to try and confirm the multiple shooter narrative that he wants to push, and when he gets close enough, he's like, hey, your phone's too windy, I gotta do a two-minute ad. [00:29:04] That's what he does. [00:29:06] This is nonsense. [00:29:07] Yeah. [00:29:08] He's an illiterate man who also is backed into a weird pill multi-level marketing scheme that he's desperately afraid he's going to lose because he got in bed with some fucking people who were committing treason. [00:29:23] That'll happen. [00:29:24] And it turns out everyone gets hurt. [00:29:27] That's what ends up happening. [00:29:28] That's just the end result. [00:29:30] That's the cautionary tale we have. [00:29:31] You know what I have to say to that? [00:29:33] Learn to read. [00:29:34] Eh. [00:29:35] What you gonna do? [00:29:36] The one thing that I immediately thought about whenever he did that ad pivot is all that is is a more brazen cable news. [00:29:47] It's so... [00:29:48] It is something that should be noted that as disgraceful and embarrassing as that is, how much difference is there between that... [00:30:02] And CNN running all of this live coverage, and then we're going to have to go to break. [00:30:07] And they're selling toothpaste! [00:30:10] So how much of a difference really is there? [00:30:14] It's different because after that two minutes, he went to commercial. [00:30:20] Oh. [00:30:22] That's what's different. [00:30:24] I mean, that's another level of disgrace. [00:30:27] Yeah. [00:30:28] That is a second step up. [00:30:30] You're right. [00:30:31] I don't disagree with you there. [00:30:33] The agreement that we have societally gotten into with entertainment is someone's got to fund this entertainment that we want to watch. [00:30:41] And so we put up with these commercials because they pay for the entertainment and the shows that we want to watch. [00:30:47] In the same way that you've got to watch a little ad before YouTube videos sometimes. [00:30:52] Trailers and commercials at the movies. [00:30:54] It's just the agreed-upon situation. [00:30:56] Alex breaks this social contract by doing commercials in the middle of the show, and he does it so brazenly with the, like, I'm going to do something, I'm going to get some moment of intensity, and then I'm going to fucking throw it to the commercial, because I know I've put you in a suggestible state. [00:31:15] Right. [00:31:15] And so that's what he's doing. [00:31:17] I just don't think, at the end of the day... [00:31:21] I don't think that there's any reason to engage with him about the stuff that he's doing right now. [00:31:28] No, I agree with you. [00:31:30] I think that... [00:31:31] This is not... [00:31:34] This has stopped being awful. [00:31:38] And this is now truly pathetic. [00:31:42] It's very sad. [00:31:43] It's just... [00:31:45] What are you doing? [00:31:47] What are you doing? [00:31:49] There's a piece of it that is like, have you no decency? [00:31:52] There is a part of it that's like that. [00:31:54] But the answer to that is no. [00:31:56] Of course not. [00:31:56] Never have. [00:31:57] And none of them do anymore. [00:31:59] No. [00:32:02] All right, so that's the episode, guys. [00:32:03] I hope you all got something from that. [00:32:06] I hope we learned a little bit. [00:32:07] I hope we saw a very disgraceful ad pivot being kind of the main end goal for Alex. [00:32:14] The primary end goal, of course, getting Jalen to say that there were multiple shooters or that he believed that to be the case. [00:32:20] And then the actual goal that that is in service of is getting a nice, hot, two-minute sales pitch in right before going to commercial. [00:32:30] And, you know, this is Alex. [00:32:33] Heartless pile of garbage. [00:32:35] Anyway, guys, if you want more of our show, you can find us at knowledgefight.com.
