[00:00:02]  On Monday, Joe Biden got about as vicious a kick in the pants as any outgoing president ever got from the new guy.
[00:00:10]  Mr. Trump called the Biden administration radical and corrupt, the worst in our country's history, and promised to totally reverse a horrible betrayal.
[00:00:20]  And as soon as he was sworn in, the new president started issuing orders.
[00:00:25]  He announced an end to birthright citizenship.
[00:00:28]  He declared a national emergency and an invasion at the border.
[00:00:33]  He will admit zero refugees for at least four months.
[00:00:37]  He turned off the absurd Biden CPB1 phone app.
[00:00:42]  Since January 2023, it had let nearly a million border hoppers make appointments for Pete's sake to amble in, apply for amnesty, and get turned loose.
[00:00:54]  About 30,000 people got a new message.
[00:00:57]  Your appointment is canceled.
[00:01:00]  Mr. Trump ended an outrageous Biden program that flew in half a million people at our expense from about the most awful of awful places, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Haiti.
[00:01:14]  And this is really important.
[00:01:16]  He will expand expedited removal to the whole country.
[00:01:21]  It's a way to boot illegals without having to go through clogged immigration courts that have a backlog of nearly 3 million cases.
[00:01:29]  Other presidents used expedited removal only at the Mexican border.
[00:01:34]  Mr. Trump will vigorously seek the death penalty for all illegals who commit capital crimes.
[00:01:41]  What will probably be his first piece of legislation, the Lakin-Riley Act, just passed the Senate and went to the House.
[00:01:49]  It will mean any illegal who commits a crime, from shoplifting on up, will be locked up.
[00:01:55]  No more catch and release at the police station.
[00:01:59]  Mr. Trump will root out government DEI.
[00:02:02]  He also canceled every single Biden DEI order, which grotesquely ordered every agency, including the armed forces, to make race preferences a top goal.
[00:02:14]  And he means it.
[00:02:15]  He has already fired the commandant of the Coast Guard.
[00:02:18]  She's a lady admiral named Linda Fagan, appointed with great fanfare by Joe Biden as the first woman to head a branch of the military.
[00:02:27]  Among her sins, excessive focus on diversity.
[00:02:31]  I can believe it from this woman.
[00:02:34]  He just issued a very important order ending all race and sex preferences in the government, and he set up a plan to stop what he called illegal and immoral race discrimination in the private sector and in universities.
[00:02:47]  It's about time.
[00:02:48]  There will be a fight over birthright citizenship.
[00:02:52]  Twenty-two states and two cities, San Francisco and D.C., naturally, have already filed suit to keep it.
[00:02:59]  What an insult to America.
[00:03:01]  They want every child of an MS-13 gunman or a Haitian crack hoe hatched on our soil to be a citizen.
[00:03:10]  The Supreme Court will have to decide, and Mr. Biden's quota hire on the bench won't help.
[00:03:16]  But if Mr. Trump wins, it will stop 150,000 foreigners each year from dropping anchor babies.
[00:03:23]  This would cover all non-permanent residents, including H-1B visa holders.
[00:03:28]  Declaring an invasion and an emergency at the border gives the president emergency powers.
[00:03:34]  He can spend money without Congress's approval to finish the wall.
[00:03:38]  Soldiers can collar illegals, not just help, with transport and warehousing.
[00:03:44]  The plan is to seal the border.
[00:03:47]  If no one can hop the fence, no one has to be pitched back over it.
[00:03:52]  Mr. Trump will also declare foreign gangs and cartels terrorist organizations.
[00:03:57]  That means anyone helping them is a criminal.
[00:04:01]  Every street corner thug who pushes cartel drugs could face serious jail time or expulsion.
[00:04:08]  We never even heard of Tren de Aragua until Sleepy Joe waved in hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans.
[00:04:15]  Trump wants them out.
[00:04:17]  His big glaring failure is on H-1B visas.
[00:04:22]  His tech pals don't seem to realize that America first means Americans first.
[00:04:27]  I want all those scab workers out.
[00:04:31]  So far, I give the new president an A-minus.
[00:04:35]  Where could he improve?
[00:04:36]  I want an immediate end to temporary protected status, or TPS, for illegals.
[00:04:43]  Just 10 days before he was evicted, Joe Biden extended TPS for 800,000 Venezuelans and Salvadorans.
[00:04:51]  That's right.
[00:04:52]  Those nice people who brought us MS-13 and Trend Aragua.
[00:04:57]  Out. Only Congress can abolish the diversity visa lottery, but I want a full-scale assault on a system that treats America like a prize in a bingo game.

[00:05:10]  And I want mass deportation.
[00:05:13]  On Monday, Mr. Trump said he would be returning millions and millions of criminal aliens back to the places from where they came.
[00:05:20]  Millions and millions is lyrical, but don't stop with criminals.
[00:05:25]  Out! All of them!
[00:05:27]  In just two days, Donald Trump has dug a chasm between his presidency and the dog's dinner that just ended.
[00:05:36]  Hooray! And this time, he's swooping into Washington with a crack team of dedicated people.
