Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to Radio Renaissance.
I'm your host, Jerry Taylor, and I do not have my indispensable co-host Paul Kersey with me today.
Mr. Kersey has been unavoidably detained, but I assure you, not by the police.
Although you never know, with a high-living, wild young guy like Mr. Kersey.
In any case, I am flying solo today, and I'm just not sure whether I'm going to make it all by myself.
But we'll give it a try.
And I'll start with comments, as we usually do, from our readers from around the world.
First commenter says, I'm pleased to hear Mr. Taylor resist blaming Baltimore's black officials for the cargo ship accident on the bridge.
This had to do with a story last week about a number of people claiming that Baltimore's black mayor was a DEI mayor.
And that he was somehow responsible for this cargo ship knocking down the bridge.
And I resisted that idea.
We have absolutely no evidence that that guy had anything to do with driving the boat in the wrong direction or perhaps not reinforcing the bridge more adequately.
Not his problem at all.
So, in any case, our commenter agrees with me.
He says, nothing is true simply because it accords with our suspicions.
The truth, that is, the demonstrable truth of which there is clear evidence is sufficient for all of us.
I agree 100%.
We see the damage of DEI all around us all the time.
We don't have to invent fictitious cases of it.
Polemicists lose credibility if they can't resist distinguishing what they really know from what they'd like to believe.
Well said, listener.
Absolutely well said.
Another listener writes in and says, I have an American transplant in Poland.
I've been studying medicine here for two years now.
There's now a halal board in every major city of Poland.
A halal board is a group of Muslim clerics who preside over the halal slaughter of meat so that just like kosher for Jews, Arabs can be assured that they are eating meat that has been killed in the appropriate manner.
There are halal boards from Breslau to Krakow and even Danzig.
Many Muslims at my medical institution have been demanding a prayer room, especially now during Ramadan.
Although Ramadan has just finished now, there was a great celebration at the White House, I understand, to celebrate the feast.
A colleague of mine complained to the school requesting that Muslim students wear masks during Ramadan, as they have poor oral hygiene during laboratory work.
They are not allowed to use Listerine, because it contains alcohol, and can't even have a Tic Tac or gum during Ramadan, so their breath is malodorous.
Our listener goes on to say, older Poles are getting increasingly frustrated with immigration.
Furthermore, Ukrainians refuse to assimilate and learn proper Polish.
Poland, despite its flaws politically and financially, is still an incredible country that's clean and safe, and for the most part, and with a Human Development Index of 88+, it is still better and considered a paradise compared to over 80% of the world's countries.
My request to Poles, and if any of you are listening, Polish boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, my request to Poles is wake up!
Diversity will spare no one.
Quite so.
A listener also sent in this story about squatters.
He writes to say, Police have arrested several suspected migrants.
That is the word we apparently have to use for these illegal immigrants.
The Israelis call them infiltrators.
I like that.
Illegal immigrants to Israel are called infiltrators.
But the police have arrested several of them who they found squatting with guns and drugs in the basement of a Bronx house.
The bust happened last Wednesday when police received a call about a man with a gun just steps away from a school.
Officials say they chased 24-year-old Hector Villata, who is believed to be from Venezuela, and he tried to hide in this house in the Bronx.
That's where police arrested him, along with seven other suspected infiltrators.
One man, 22-year-old Javier Alborno, tried to run away with a weapon in his hand, but he was soon caught.
When authorities got a search warrant, they found two more loaded guns, three loaded extended magazines, ammunition, and a bag of ketamine mixed with cocaine.
I don't know what ketamine is, but I suppose it makes you happy, happy, happy!
Now, the clincher of this story is a seven-year-old child was also found in this house.
Don't know if he was an illegal Venezuelan.
What the heck he's doing there?
And a neighbor, Alfred Munoz, so this appears to be a Hispanic neighborhood in the Bronx, he says, they're squatters.
The owner has been trying to get them out of the apartment for the longest time.
Now, listeners, I don't understand this business about squatting.
If a burglar breaks into your house and you call the police, he gets arrested.
It's a crime.
But if a burglar breaks into your house and stays, then he somehow becomes a squatter and the police won't remove him?
This is all too deep for me.
I have never been a squatter, and I've never been squatted upon, so I don't know the fine points of squatting law.
But this business of squatters staying forever, and you have to hire some bunch of roughnecks to haul them out bodily, I just don't get it.
Why don't the police arrest them?
They're burglars!
They've broken in!
In any case, this is a problem, and I believe, as we discussed last time with Mr. Kersey, there was an illegal immigrant who was quite the media celebrity, social media celebrity, by explaining to other illegals just how easy it was to come to the United States and squat in a house and live for free.
Come one, come all.
Not to my place, no sir.
So, yes, we love to hear from our listeners, and if you have any comments, if you have any stories you want to call to our attention, and in my case, I particularly like it when you call attention to any mistakes we may have made.
Mr. Kersey and I sometimes jump the tracks, I more often than he, and so if you hear us say anything that happened to be factually incorrect, Or even suspicious or debatable.
We're happy to hear from you.
And you can reach me at amren.com, A-M-R-E-N.com at the Contact Us page, and a message to me will come straight to me.
You can also write to Mr. Kersey at BecauseWeLiveHereAtProtonMail.com.
BecauseWeLiveHereAtProtonMail.com.
Again, we are very happy to hear from our listeners.
Now, first story.
is something that should have been obvious, but it took brave academics to finally figure it out.
But a pair of economists has found there is no statistically significant correlation between the racial and ethnic diversity of a company's executive team and its financial success.
The paper published in March in the econ journal Watch examines a very influential set of studies by McKinsey & Company that claim to have found a link between executive diversity and higher profits.
Apparently, those studies were baloney.
But they encouraged many companies to pursue more aggressive DEI programs.
As one of the scholars on this debunking study found, it's really easy to get away with sloppy research if it confirms what we'd like to be true.
Well, I don't even want it to be true.
In fact, I think it's obviously untrue.
When you have diversity of race, religion, language, all of these different things, that just leads to conflict.
And there's no reason why it wouldn't lead to conflict in the boardroom, in the executive suite, anywhere that it would anywhere else.
But it's now true that jabber about DEI, diversity, equity, inclusion, appears to have dropped dramatically since its peak in 2021.
Johnny Taylor, the president of the Society for Human Resource Management, said in a January interview, the backlash is real, and I mean it, in ways I've actually never seen before.
CEOs are literally putting the brakes on this DEI stuff that was running strong since the death of George Floyd.
I've said this many times, and I'll probably repeat myself many times again, but the idea that some sort of policy had to change because of George Floyd's death and the utterly insane riots that followed is nuts!
Why are you going to change your mind on anything other than the volatility of blacks and certain hopped up white people on account of all that rioting?
This is just the most primitive kind of thing.
It's almost magical.
The gods must be angry.
Look at all those riots.
Look at all that arson and burning.
Oh my gosh, my policies on employing people were all wrong.
Got to change.
No.
Idiotic, and I'm very glad that at least a few glimmers of sanity are being beamed back into the executive suite.
Here's a little story about UCLA Medical School.
It's from Daily Mail Online, which is almost always a pretty good source of stories that the American media tiptoe around.
The headline is, UCLA Med School Forced First-Year Students to Attend Structural Racism Course, Where Screaming Pro-Hamas Speaker Told Them to Kneel for Bizarre Woke Prayer.
Doesn't that sound like today's America?
First-year students were forced to sit through a lecture by a pro-Hamas activist who made them pray to Mama Earth, while a faculty member sought to identify one student who refused to participate.
Yeah, if you don't get on your hands and knees and pray to Mama Earth.
Lisa Gray-Garcia gave the two-hour presentation.
The lecture was a mandatory part of the Structural Racism and Health Equity class that all future doctors must take.
It's administered by a pediatrician, Lindsay Wells.
Needless to say, Lindsay is an African-Americaness.
So, she superintended while Lisa Gray-Garcia took the stage for two hours.
Two agonizing hours.
Gray-Garcia keeps her face covered with a keffiyeh, except in a few interviews.
And she called Hamas's October 7th attack justified.
At one point, students were instructed to touch the floor with their fists.
That seems unfriendly to me.
Why not with their palms?
While she made a non-secular prayer to Mama Earth and to our ancestors.
In her prayer, part of which was recorded, she says, Mama Earth was never meant to be bought, sold, pimped, or played.
She also claimed that private property is a capitalist lie that kills black, brown, and houseless people.
I guess that's some newfangled, fashionable term.
Houseless people.
At one point, she led students in chanting, Free, Free Palestine, during a second call for students to kneel on the floor.
Get down on the floor!
Can you imagine having to do this in class in order to become a doctor?
What a humiliating, disgusting business!
One refused.
Good for whoever that was.
Bravo, bravo.
And a faculty member said to have inquired as to who this was, sparking fears that this person might face punishment for refusing to humiliate himself.
Ray Garcia called modern medicine white science and referred to North America as Occupied Turtle Island and said that they were in what the Sutmers call Los Angeles.
This activist's work draws heavily on her experience of homelessness, growing up living in a car with her indigenous, disabled mother, Dee, from age 11.
Well, that is great preparation for teaching medical students how to be better doctors.
So, Grey Garcia, and judging from her photographs, she certainly does not look all that melanin-enhanced.
I suppose she's one of these people who claims to be Indian.
And that is why she was praying to Mama Earth and her ancestors.
And yes, from her photographs, she is really just a remarkably decked out creature with scarves wrapped around her face, wearing dark glasses.
Looks like she's ready to rob a bank.
Instead, she's robbing these first-year medical students of any kind of dignity they might once have had.
Moving on to the University of Washington.
University of Washington Health in Seattle, Washington has mandated that all white employees must undergo extensive DEI training that forces them to yield positions of power to non-whites to atone for the racism they were allegedly naturally born with.
The DEI training requires white employees to learn how to be anti-racist, forces them to provide examples of their so-called white privilege and fragility.
It instructs employees to take courses on unlearning the systemic racism that they were inherently born with.
Boy, hard to unlearn stuff you're inherently born with, like breathing in and out and digesting.
The required reading includes something called six ways to be anti-racist because not being racist isn't enough.
And another reading is called, Stop Killing Us, A Real Life Nightmare.
Some of the questions that they're forced to answer are, What am I doing every day to force myself to think about racism and white supremacy?
Well, I would think if we're inherently racist and white supremacy, maybe we don't think about it.
Well, I guess that's our problem, really.
We are inherently racist and white supremacist, and because we don't think about it and try to drill deep into our souls and extract and remove all this horror, that's the problem.
Another question you're supposed to ask yourself, what am I doing every day to stop the killing of black people?
Gee, well, listeners, what are you doing every day to stop the killing of black people?
As for myself, I refrain from killing black people only every other day.
How's that?
Additionally, the DEI coursework orders them to commit to dismantling systemic racism in yourself and in our system.
You know, the systemic racism is this invisible, odorless, Absolutely.
Indetectable stuff, how you dismantle it is beyond me, but if you're going to go to the University of Washington Health in Seattle, Washington, you better figure out how to do it.
And the training provided its students with a growth chart in which they were instructed to mark off a specific zone indicating where they are located mentally in their journey towards anti-racism.
Boy oh boy.
The more I read about this stuff, I think the more I just go backwards.
I'm just heading away from anti-racism.
Well, and yet another academic study.
We got quite a few of them on the program today.
It's all about why there aren't more black lady PhDs.
Research reportedly shows that having mentors in graduate school with whom students can identify significantly impacts students' sense of belonging, persistence, and success.
Their sense of persistence and success?
Their sense of success?
Don't know quite what that means.
And black students, especially black women, still struggle to find faculty role models with whom they can relate.
Black women face structural constraints in academic settings that lead them to feel that they must change their behaviors, attitudes, and overall selves to assimilate to the broader societal norms of race and class.
Well, that's true for everybody.
If you are a backwoods hillbilly, you have got to learn to speak a little bit more intelligently, don't chew tobacco in class, and leave your overalls at home.
But I guess if this sort of thing happens to black people, it's just soul-killing and intolerable.
But this accommodation often forces black women to ignore their unique cultural identities and strengths.
It leaves them with feelings of loneliness, disvalue, disrespect, all of which can lead them to feel that they don't belong.
Boy, oh boy.
Just because they don't see other black women around them, it makes them feeling lonely, disvalued, and disrespected.
And the negative stereotypes often start in grade school.
Well gosh, I would think in grade school these days most black women, black girls, are ratting off a lot of other black girls.
But it starts there and I guess it just gets worse and worse.
The lack of mentors and role models who look like them makes many black women feel like outsiders.
Oh boy.
Now, and Black female members are just not nearly numerous enough.
A paltry 6% of full-time faculty were Black in 2021, and just 4% were Black women.
Well, it seems to me, if 6% are Black and 4% are Black women, that's only 2% are Black men.
That means there are twice as many Black women on full-time academic faculty than Black male professors.
Shouldn't Black men be the ones who are particularly Unfavorably impacted by this lack of role models?
Why not worry about them?
But no, no, no.
As it says here, black women still struggle to find faculty role models.
I guess black men can live without them.
Who knows?
But guess what?
Guess what?
The author of this groundbreaking, eye-opening, mind-expanding study is Antoinette Waller.
She is a current PhD candidate in education and her dissertation is called Social Mobility and Marginalization at PWIs.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, any idea what a PWI is?
I didn't know.
I had to look it up.
A PWI drumroll please, is a predominantly white institution.
I guess all of these fancy African-Americanists know what a PWI is because they go to them and they suffer them and they have to talk about them all the time, so they need shorthand lingo.
A PWI, Predominantly White Institution.
So her PhD dissertation is all about this and boy she just must know the subject inside out.
But my question to you is how did Asians ever manage to get ahead?
When there were no Asian faculty.
It doesn't seem to have bothered them one bit.
The fact that they didn't have all of these Asian PhDs, Asian graduate students, Asian mentors, Asian role models.
Oh, they just worked hard and got ahead.
Furthermore, this article about why we need more mentors and models for black lady PhDs mentions There's not one word about competence, hard work, determination, or intelligence.
None of that apparently matters.
The only thing that matters is having the right people with the right sex, the right skin color around to inspire you and make you feel seen and appreciated and valued.
Oh boy, when are we going to get over this stuff?
Now here's a bit of good news.
A bill In the Iowa Statehouse that would allow the state to arrest and deport some migrants, some infiltrators, is stoking anxiety among immigrant communities, leaving some to wonder, should I leave Iowa?
I'd say the answer to that is yes.
The legislation, which is expected to be signed by Governor Kim Reynolds, would make it a state crime for a person to be in Iowa if previously denied admission, Or removed from the United States.
It mirrors part of a Texas law that is under review by the United States Supreme Court.
In other words, if you're, you don't have to be just, you can be just plain old illegal.
You can have come in illegally, hopped the border, but this is a special subset of those people.
These are people who've not only hopped the border, but have in the past been denied entry or been deported.
All of these people, And who knows how many of them there are?
Probably several million in Iowa.
Who knows?
The law would permit the state to arrest them.
So all across Iowa, Latino and immigrant community members are organizing informational meetings and materials to try to answer people's questions.
Fabiola Schurmeister, Who hosts a local Spanish-language radio show explained how long organizers have worked to build a bridge with law enforcement.
Mmm, all this mutual trust.
I'm going to go out the window.
If, again, these aren't just illegals.
All illegals should be arrested and deported, every last one of them.
The fact that they're here is against the law.
But these are illegals who have been denied entry in the past and sneaked in, or been deported and again sneaked in.
Only those people are going to be subject to this new law.
But, oh, this is going to destroy all the trust, all the trust we've built up between police and our guests, our uninvited, unwelcome guests.
And this article goes on to say, in Iowa and across the country, Republican leaders have rallied around the refrain that every state's a border state.
What it is now.
The Iowa legislation, like the Texas law, could mean criminal charges for people who have outstanding deportation orders or who have previously been removed from or denied admission to the United States.
Once in custody, migrants could either agree to a judge's order to bugger off or be prosecuted.
I'd like to think that the penalties are sufficient so that rather than sticking around being prosecuted, found guilty, and getting three hots and a cots for a while is a whole lot worse than being sent back to wherever it is they came from.
Interestingly enough, the city of Denver, which has touted its immigrant welcoming personality for many years now, is singing a different tune.
Denver's recently appointed Newcomer Communications Liaison.
The city has such a thing.
Newcomer Communications Liaison.
If you move, if you move to Denver, do you think you get coddled and petted and approved of by the Newcomer Communications Liaison?
No!
His name is Andres Carrera, and he speaks Spanish, and I think his job is to deal with illegal immigrants who show up in his city.
Not legitimate Americans who want to make a move, but he was caught on video Pleading with newly-arrived illegals to turn around and leave the city?
The welcome is over, fellas.
There are too many of you.
Carrera is seen in this video warning migrants who arrived in the city on March 26 that there's nothing for them in Denver, that they should quickly move on to New York City or Chicago where they can get more, in his words.
In the video, Carrera is talking in Spanish.
He says, the opportunity is over.
New York gives you more.
Chicago gives you more.
So I suggest you go there, where there's longer-term shelter.
There are also more job opportunities.
As it happens, Denver has spent nearly $40 million on Joe Biden's flood of illegals and on Texas's brilliant idea of turning every state into a border state.
Carrera goes on to say, we've received too many migrants, and that is why we ran out of resources.
He said to this group of migrants at the main migrant shelter, if you stay here, you're going to suffer even more, and I don't want to see that happen.
Carrera also tells the migrants the city will pay for their airfare or bus fare to any U.S.
city.
Any U.S.
city?
You know, if I were one of them, I'd say, well, fly me to Honolulu.
I don't know, Maui sounds pretty good to me.
The weather's nice, you can sleep on the beach.
I bet they're not overrun with Venezuelans and Mexicans and Haitians.
Would the city of Denver fly them to Honolulu?
He even says we can take you up to the Canadian border, wherever.
But, after having delivered this We Don't Want You speech, it's all on video, Carrera asked who wanted to stay after his talk.
And every single one of the 20 or 30 infiltrators to whom he's speaking raised his hand and said that they wanted to stay.
As it turns out, Denver is a sanctuary city.
It does not cooperate with ICE when it puts a hold on a criminal.
Well, you'd think it should change its policy if they are tired of even these non-lawbreaking or not-yet-lawbreaking infiltrators coming.
You'd think they'd want to clear out their jails and clear off their streets the ones who have actually committed crimes.
Turn them over to ICE!
Mr. Carrera, change the policy and have them deported.
Moving to Scotland.
Police in Scotland were deluged with almost 4,000 complaints in the first 48 hours of a new hate crime law that was hustled through the Parliament by its Prime Minister Humza Yousaf.
Humza Yousaf.
I wonder what his tartan looks like.
I wonder which of the clans is his ancestral clan.
Humza?
In any case, it came into force and, as I say, the first 48 hours they had 4,000 complaints.
Officers, instead, received a hate crime complaint every two minutes during the first days.
Now, citizens, all on their own, they can report hate to the authorities.
The law invites reports of hate.
And what constitutes hate?
A person commits an offense if he communicates material or behaves in a manner that a reasonable person would consider to be threatening or abusive and with the intention of stirring up hatred based on... So these are two factors.
If you communicate material or behave in a way that a reasonable person would consider to be threatening or abusive and you do it with the intention of stirring up hatred.
Of course, this means somebody has to read your mind.
We have to know what your intention is.
And a reasonable person might think it threatening or abusive.
And it can be based on age, disability, religion, social or cultural group, or perceived religious affiliation.
It doesn't even have to be religion, just what somebody looks like.
Sexual orientation, transgender identity, variations in sex characteristics, Apparently this is a way of talking about the people who are intersex.
I've never quite understood that, but they have various sex characteristics.
Now, note the absence of race in this particular new law.
Well, doing something that a reasonable person would consider to be threatening or abusive based on race, that's already illegal.
And the bar for this offense remains lower than for the other characteristics because It includes insulting behavior, and the prosecution need only prove that stirring up hatred was likely rather than intended.
You see, race hate is absolutely the neck-blues ultra of hatred, and so you don't have to prove that the intention was to stir up hate, and it can include insulting behavior, And that hatred, stirring up hatred, was likely, no matter what you thought.
You might have thought that it was just an affectionate little way of referring to some of our melanin-enhanced newcomers, but no, no.
Somebody might think that it might stir up hate.
Well, the maximum sentence for stirring up hatred is seven years, seven years in the slammer.
The police said that it would take seriously every report made under the law, which became, which went into force, This Monday.
The legislation was immediately tested by the author of the Harry Potter series, J.K.
Rowling, as she challenged Police Scotland, quite impudently I would say, to arrest her on Monday after making a series of posts referring to transgender women as men.
She's famous for this.
She's famous for stating the obvious, that you can do all the snip-snip and you can swallow all the chemicals you like, but if you start off as a man, you're going to stay a man no matter how you act and no matter how much you mutilate yourself.
And apparently, of all the 4,000 complaints they got in the first 48 hours, the police have decided that they are not going to arrest her.
I don't know why they're not going to, but after all, she's saying things that she sort of might have had the intention of stirring up hatred.
How do we know?
How does anybody know?
So there you go.
Now this is not as bad as I believe it's the case and our well-informed listeners will certainly correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that they are mulling a hate crime law in Canada in which if you report hatred and hatred is in fact detected And somebody actually pays, then you get a reward.
There's a bounty on sniffing out hatred and reporting it to the authorities.
How do you like that?
I don't believe that's the case in Scotland, but boy, there must be an awful lot of people who fear hatred.
Hatred just must be swirling around the highlands like nobody's business if they had already 4,000 complaints in just two days.
Wow.
Well, we need a category.
of idiot white people. But this category of podcast items would be so fat that I would think just
about half of every news item we cover on Radio Renaissance would fall into this category, but
this one in particular, boy oh boy. A job description at St.
Louis.
Louis Park Public Schools.
That is a suburb of Minneapolis.
It says the district, the school district, is seeking an assistant superintendent who can examine the presence and role of whiteness in systems and structures.
Phew!
Boy, that's like asking for a diviner or a medium or a shaman or a voodoo artist.
The superintendent is going to examine the presence and role of whiteness in systems and structures.
Boy, that takes some sort of extra-sensory perception to me.
And the assistant superintendent will get an annual salary between $134,000 and $201,000.
That's a pretty interesting span.
That's nearly $70,000 of range.
I guess the more presence and role of whiteness in systems and structures you have sniffed out in the past, then the higher your salary will be.
And the position where you'll be part of the superintendent's leadership team will have a significant influence on how the school district operates.
The first sentence of the job description says, the assistant superintendent proactively supports the superintendent to create and communicate anti-racist
structures and systems, works to interrupt systems of oppression,
and serves as a role model for culturally relevant pedagogy.
I guess pedagogy is a fancy name for teaching.
So, this person not only is assistant superintending, but is a role model for teaching.
Does that mean this person is going to teach, or just going to be a role model for teaching?
In any case, this person must be unwaveringly committed to anti-racist action.
Eat, drink, sleep, and dream anti-racism.
He or she must examine the presence and role of whiteness in systems and structures and be open to feedback regarding his or her own racial blind spots.
Well, come on.
BIPOCs have no racial blind spots.
Having, being open to feedback about one's own racial blindness, that applies only to white people.
Good grief!
BIPOCs don't have racial blindness.
They have 20-20 anti-racist divisions.
So I suppose that's a backhanded way of saying, you know, we might even consider, we might even consider a melanin-deprived, poor, stale, white, maybe even a male.
Is that possible?
Ha ha ha, no chance.
The chair of the St.
Louis Park School Board said that, oh, I jumped the line here.
Earlier this month, the St.
Louis Park Public Schools hired a brand new superintendent, Dr. Carla Hines.
She is, of course, Black.
And at the time of her hiring, the chair of the school board said, That Dr. Hines' educational leadership, dedication to student academic success, and vision for racial equity transformation is impressive.
She's got an impressive vision for equity transformation.
Now, believe it or not, she replaces another black.
This was someone by the name of Austin Osei, who resigned last year in September, just one week into the school year.
A message on the district's website announced Austin Osei's resignation, but gave no reason.
I had to poke around with considerable diligence to determine that he was charged with sexual harassment of an employee.
Oh dear, oh dear.
Well, I'm sure he was just DEI-ing up a storm, but in his spare time, I guess he wasn't eating, sleeping, drinking, walking, and dreaming DEI.
He had time enough on his hands to make unwanted sexual advances, and so out he went.
Be interesting to know just how inclusive he was in his predatory tastes.
In any case, it turns out he was making $220,000 a year and also got a $700 a month car allowance.
Now, I've never had a car allowance.
$700 a month sounds like a lot to me.
And ChatGPT informs me that for $700 a month you can get, and I quote, A luxury sedan like a BMW 3 Series, Audi A4, or Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
I don't know what any of that means, but it sounds pretty flossy to me.
Now, here comes the reason why this should go into the idiot white people category.
As I say, that's going to be a very fat folder of stories.
St.
Louis Park has just over 4,500 students enrolled across its nine schools.
53% of the students in the district are white, and only 20% are black.
12.5% are Latino.
St.
Louis Park itself is 77% white, 5% black, 5% Hispanic, 5% Asian.
77% white.
white 5% black, 5% Hispanic, 5% Asian, 77% white.
So all of these white people living in what is probably a very liberal, well-meaning place.
They are falling all over themselves.
Hiring these African-Americans and African-Americanesses to tell them how racist they are, transform their schools, turn the place inside out and upside down, and make sure that they practice diversity, equity, inclusion, and they have to turn themselves into active little anti-racists day in day out.
And of course, beginning with the students.
Meanwhile, here's a rather depressing story.
I don't like these stories, but it's part of the facts of life about Ramadan in Europe.
This story goes, there are few more joyous places for Christmas at Easter than Northern Europe.
But Cologne, Germany, which is in Northern Europe, is also staging a very different kind of religious event this Holy Week.
This is a story from the week before Easter.
Last night at a football stadium five miles from Cologne Cathedral.
That's really a classic Gothic monument to Catholicism.
But just five miles away, hundreds of Muslims attended the city's first communal Iftar.
That is the sunset dinner, the sunset Islamic feast that marks the end of the sacred month of Ramadan, the sacred month of fasting.
Likewise, a stretch of the Venloorstrasse, a large and busy street near the central mosque of Cologne, is sporting decorative Islamic street lighting.
With large Happy Ramadan signs, Eastern-style Aladdin lanterns, and half-crescent moons.
All this goes on at dusk, each day, all during Ramadan.
Instead of Christmas, or I'm sorry, instead of Easter decorations during Holy Week, they have Muslim decorations during Holy Week.
Meanwhile, Windsor Castle hosted its first Iftar feast, with permission from King Charles.
Charles, by the way, is the Supreme Governor of the Church of England.
But his guests feasted on coconut milk and dates right there on the grounds before they got a private tour of the state apartments.
So here's King Charles showing off his bedroom to these muzzies because it's the Feast of Ramadan.
He's supposed to be Defender of the Faith.
That's one of his titles.
I believe he successfully got it changed to be Defender of Faith.
So he defends all faiths.
You can practice santeria or voodoo.
You can do anything you like.
So long as it's faith, he'll defend you.
Bush, none of this boring old-fashioned Christian stuff.
At the same time, during During Holy Week, Westminster Abbey, which has been a Christian site for over a thousand years, flew the national flag of Pakistan with the Muslim crescent and star to mark Pakistan Day.
I didn't know Pakistan had a day, but maybe that's its own Independence Day.
Well, if it has an Independence Day, it got independence from, you guessed it, from Britain.
And it's probably been much poorly governed ever since.
But they celebrate, and so does Westminster Abbey.
Likewise, during Holy Week, the official departures notice board at London's King Cross station featured Islamic prayer times during Ramadan and a quote from the Prophet Muhammad referring to sinners.
I wonder who the sinners are?
Those are people who don't believe in Islam.
That's most of the people who walk to the station, or at least a certain number of the people these days who walk to the station.
One organization objected to that message, and the messages were eventually removed.
And the organization that objected was the UK Humanist Society, which said, this broadcast of religious scriptures is profoundly misjudged.
Public train stations should not be urging sinners to repent.
Or needless to say, Bible verses would never ever have been posted.
Imagine somebody posting something about God so loving the world, No, no, no.
That would just be laughed off the signboards immediately.
But no, you've got to put up verses from the Quran to celebrate Ramadan.
Last year in London, Labour Party Mayor Sadiq Khan, he was the first, he switched on the UK's first Ramadan lights.
That happened last year.
Going muzzy at a great pace.
Sariq Khan is a practicing muzzy who observes strict fasting and regularly attends the Al-Muzamil Mosque in Tutting in South London.
He turned on the lights.
There were 30,000 of them.
Arranged along a street, a stretch of Oxford Street.
The display was funded by the Aziz Foundation, a charity begun by billionaire property developer Asif Aziz, who owns so many properties in the area that he's known as Mr. West End.
And I guess his charities have a particular direction.
He's the guy who paid for 30,000 Ramadan lights to go up on Oxford Street.
Makes your average Brit Cockney speaker feel right at home.
Ramadan lights have also appeared for the first time in another German city, Frankfurt, courtesy of the local Green Party mayor.
Likewise, in Oslo, Norway, a $75,000 publicly funded display was sparkling away near the City Hall for the 30 days of Holy Islamic Fasting.
Of course, the proliferation of Ramadan lights in Eastern time did not go unnoticed by everyone, and the Oslo Lighting Party was marred by a group called Stop the Islamization of Norway, which, oh my gosh, can you believe the horror?
They burned a Quran.
They burned a Quran.
Uh-oh, uh-oh.
A spokesman said, many of us are outraged.
We're giving more space to foreign customs while we deny our own.
There are plenty of examples all over Europe.
And he's right.
In Italy, a school had references to Christmas, renamed as the Great Festival of Happy Holidays.
Isn't that great?
It's not Christmas anymore.
It's a great festival of happy holidays.
At least, it's a great festival.
And a Christmas tree had to be taken down from the town hall so as not to offend the feelings of Muslims.
This is Italy, which used to be a Catholic country.
At a Frankfurt secondary school, some people call it a junior high school, 24 children were told by the teacher they could not drink water.
During the holy month of Ramadan, because there were three fellow pupils, three fellow pupils in the class, who are Muslims, observing the Ramadan fast.
So, the German children, they couldn't drink water either.
They had to be in sympathy with these muzzy children.
At the Cologne Germany Mega Mosque, with its 50 foot high minarets, instead of preaching in German, As agreed with the government, the sermon is now in Turkish.
But who cares?
These are Muslims, and their practices must not be interfered with.
Believe it or not, there are now 6,000 mosques in Europe.
In Britain, there are 1,700, and the number continues to climb.
Now, here is a relatively good bit of news.
It's about the American Society of Magical Negroes.
Mr. Kersey and I spoke about this movie when it was still under construction.
Well, apparently it bombed at the box office.
It's a satirical film that tells the story of a young black man who is recruited to be part of the magical society in which black wizards use their powers to appease white people so that they don't hurt black people.
The idea is that it's the job of these magical negroes to make black people happy because unhappy black people are a terrible, terrible danger for, I'm sorry, unhappy white people are a terrible danger for black people.
Well, it seems to me unhappy black people are rather a thorn in the side of white people But there are no magical white people, no magical white people running around making them happy, are there?
There are an awful lot of unmagical idiot white people running around trying to make them happy, but nobody will ever make a movie out of that.
Now, the director of the American Society of Magical Negroes, his name is Kobe Libby, explained how his own experience as a black man and his frustrations with Hollywood's presentation of black people inspired him to come up with it.
Yeah, sure.
All the black people, all the black movie characters in Hollywood movies are all muggers, rapists, just degenerates, crack hoes.
That's right.
That's all they get.
That's all you ever see on screen.
He said the film's larger message was to expose the comforting fantasy white people live in, believing that black people enjoy living under systems of white power.
The Magical Negro trope is a happy slave trope.
It imagines that black people love fitting themselves into systems of white power, that we're actually quite happy.
Which I think, for a white majority, is a really comforting fantasy.
Boy, they've got white people figured out, haven't they?
They even know what our fantasies are.
That fantasy, I think, is really compelling for white people.
Yeah, we think they're just so happy.
We just say to ourselves, we sit down for dinner, and we say to our wives and our children, black people are so happy in America.
And we, that's just repeated.
Let's see, Justice Smith One, he's the star apparently.
He is the guy who is recruited into this society of magical negroes.
He said that he related to the character's experience having to make himself small to make the white people around him feel comfortable.
Smith called exploring that dynamic on screen cathartic.
Well, I'm glad he felt better about it.
But apparently, apparently the movie was not a success.
Meanwhile, That different magical negro appears to have lost her mojo.
Rachel Rollins, an African-Americaness.
She is the disgraced former U.S.
attorney from Massachusetts, nominated by President Biden, has lost her license.
Less than a year after resigning from her position, at the time when she was appointed, she was paraded as a rising national leader.
After her appointment to U.S.
Attorney.
But she had her law license suspended due to the non-payment of registration fees.
Seems like a pretty simple thing.
Pay your registration fees.
But before the DOJ investigation that centered on her alleged unethical misconduct related to political activities in favor of Democrats, Rollins, Rachel Rollins, then Suffolk County District Attorney, was praised by liberal media outlets and Democrats in Congress.
Massachusetts Democratic Senator Ed Markey and Elizabeth Wright described Rollins as a great choice for U.S.
Attorney for the state, and they were proud to recommend her to the Biden administration.
Lots of other extravagant whooping went into her ultimate confirmation by the Democrat-controlled Senate, but The DOJ later found that she had lied under oath about leaking sensitive DOJ information to the press in an effort to help a Democrat win elected office.
Oh dear.
Not what the attorney, U.S.
attorney for the state of Massachusetts is supposed to do.
So again, a magical Negro who lost her mojo.
Moving on to life in the big city.
Lee Carter, age 52, approached a woman who was pregnant and panhandling in Houston and gave her a daughter.
Mr. Carter offered to help the woman, who accepted, and he drove her to his home.
Then he held her in his garage for, get this, five years, regularly raping her.
She was apparently finally able to contact the police using Carter's computer.
Authorities said that the roughly 30-year-old 5'2 woman was malnourished and weighed just over 70 pounds.
Carter is also a local rapper who goes under the entirely appropriate stage name of Viper.
And after five years of holding this woman in sexual slavery, he has been arrested.
Here's another horror story, I'm afraid.
One's heart bleeds for these people.
Someone by the name of Mahogany Jackson, who was mahogany-colored, still is, arrived at Brandon Pope's home in Macmillan Avenue in Birmingham with several friends.
Then she was abducted.
Videos taken by suspects show that other mahogany-colored people, Teja Lewis and Senya McCall, stomped on her and spat on her outside of the home that she had visited.
Poor Mahogany Jackson is on the ground, being repeatedly assaulted by several of her suspects.
At one point, Teja Lewis, That is a mahogany-colored lady straddle Jackson, punching her in the head, the typical MMA ground and pound.
The footage shows Jackson telling her attackers that, you've won, you've won, and begging to be let go.
In another video, Teja Lewis tears off Jackson's shirt and drags the completely naked Jackson by her hair towards a vehicle.
Then, Another one of the mahogany-colored ladies, Xenia McCall, is seen in the video yelling for someone to pop the trunk.
Jackson's then moved to Serenity Apartments, quite appropriately named, where the two ladies, Lewis and McCall, were roommates.
Four more videos of Jackson's torture were recorded there.
She's shown being forced to perform oral sex on several men.
At one point, McCall made Jackson pull down her pants.
I guess she'd gotten back into them somehow.
And told Jeremiah MacDonald, age 18, to rape her.
She was then taken from Louis' apartment by MacDonald and two other men and fatally shot.
She was found in the early morning hours the next day under a mattress at an illegal dump site.
Her torturers were four men and four women.
This horror movie, and you have to call it a horror movie, has an all-black cast, and I don't know any more about this story.
It's very difficult to find out what was the motivation.
Why did they do this to this person?
Poor Mahogany Jackson, age 20.
She clearly knew some of the people involved.
I guess they had some sort of brutal grudge against her.
And it was mostly women who were the ringleaders in this horrible, horrible treatment of another woman.
It just boggles the mind to think of people doing this to someone that they know.
But this is something that happened in Birmingham, Alabama.
Moving on to the owner of the Washington Post, Jess Bezos' ex.
His ex-wife.
Most of the $640 million in new charitable donations that Jeff Bezos' ex, Mackenzie Scott, is dishing out will go to nonprofits pushing super-duper left-wing causes.
She will give 67 migrant advocacy organizations a combined $122 million for legal aid and other assistance, including helping migrants who commit crimes.
Got to keep the little dears in the country, after all.
Who on earth As a charitable donation.
Gives money so that people can keep illegal alien criminals in the country.
In any case, before announcing the $640 million new donations, Scott had already given away $16 billion of the fortune that she collected after divorcing Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in 2019.
So, since 2019, this lady has given away $17 billion.
$17 billion.
Practically every penny of it, as far as I can tell, to super-duper lefty organizations.
Scott's other awards included, this year, this year alone, $117 million to prisoner advocacy groups and other organizations helping jailbirds and ex-cons.
$72 million to groups promoting gender identity, sexual orientation, and other LGBTQ idiot causes.
She champions the rights of biological boys who pretend to be girls to compete in female sports.
Oh boy.
She is the third wealthiest woman in the United States.
She was married to Bezos for nearly 25 years and has four children with him.
It was a profitable marriage.
When she parted ways with Bezos in 2019, The divorce settlement was worth $38.3 billion in Amazon stock.
And boy, she is going through it at a pretty good clip.
Pretty good clip.
And she is wrecking the country in the process.
Here's another one of these head-scratching stories.
I think it can go into that great, fat, and ever-growing folder of idiot white people.
North Central University is a private Christian university in Minneapolis.
It has a George Floyd Memorial Scholarship.
It was set up June 20th, 2020.
That was just maybe almost three weeks after George Floyd ascended into heaven.
And it was to invest like never before in a new generation of young black Americans who are poised and ready to take leadership in our nation, just like George Floyd.
That's what North Central University President Scott Hagan said at the time, it's open only to black students.
Of course, it's a violation of U.S.
federal civil rights and a legal complaint has been filed with the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights saying, no, no, no, no, no.
Well, let's find out a little more about North Central University with its George Floyd Memorial Scholarship.
George Floyd Memorial Scholarship.
Well, it was founded in 1930 as the North Central Bible Institute under the ownership of the North Central District Council of the Assemblies of God.
It has a Christian Studies core that is required for all bachelor's degrees.
Students must attend daily chapel, and can voluntarily attend other methods of spiritual formation, both faculty and student-led.
The Christian Studies core is something that you must take for your BA, and let's see, the students are prohibited from activities such as alcohol consumption and tobacco use, and they must adhere to strict curfew restrictions.
The university has a partial exemption to Title IX, which allows it to discriminate against LGBT students for religious reasons.
I didn't know you could do that, but this is one thing North Central University does.
Same-sex relationships are forbidden by policy.
Students have been forced to leave the school because they were vocal about being LGBTQ+++++.
Now, from its website, it is overwhelmingly white.
Overwhelmingly white.
As you'd expect, in this super-intense, hard-shell, Bible-beating, Christian place.
And they have got a George Floyd Memorial Scholarship, so as to bring on a new generation of young black Americans, poised and ready to take leadership.
Crazy, crazy.
This is white people for you.
Ladies and gentlemen, beware of white people.
Be very, very aware of white people.
They are a strange bunch.
Now, some of you remember the CHIPS Act.
It was signed in August 2022.
It was designed to shore up U.S.
semiconductor supply chains, earmarking $52 billion to establish the CHIPS for America Fund.
and you'll have to pardon me while I turn this thing off.
Very sorry, ladies and gentlemen.
That was bad planning on my part, I'm afraid.
But let's get back to the CHIPS Act.
Let's see.
It set aside $52.7 billion to set up this CHIPS for America Fund, which supports private sector investment in domestic research and manufacturing of silicon chips.
Now, the word diversity Equity, inclusion, DEI, is sprinkled throughout this long bill.
It's not even going to be given out.
This money is not going to be given out unless recipients go step by step and meet and prove they are meeting all of these DEI requirements.
This week, Representative Jim Banks of Indiana, who chairs the House Anti-Woke Caucus, I'm glad there is one, Circulated memo.
It said that applicants for Chips for America funding must have a plan to employ ex-cons.
A plan to employ ex-cons.
Expand employment opportunities for people with limited English proficiency.
How are they going to get the job done?
Hire more women for construction jobs.
You know, there's so many women out there eager to lay roof, pour concrete, lay tile.
And also, it's got to produce a plan for contracting diverse suppliers that are women and minority-owned.
Applicants for large grants must guarantee affordable, accessible, reliable, and high-quality child care for all workers, including construction workers.
And this means CHIPS and Science Act funding that can be used to build child care centers.
Isn't this great?
It also requires that applicants submit a Climate and Environmental Justice Plan accounting for, quote, climate-related risks that may occur over the lifetime of the facility.
All of this, obviously, is going to tie these grant applicants into knots.
Gordian knots.
And last year, South Korea's then-Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy, Lee Chung-yang, expressed concern about conditions attached to the Act, specifically noting the Biden administration's child care requirements, and added that investing in the U.S.
superconductor supply chain is becoming less appealing.
Well, that's probably putting it very mildly.
And last month, Intel delayed the construction timeline on its $20 billion plant.
It declined to say if the Biden administration's requirements were part of that.
In any case, this is the kind of stupid thing we do.
We're trying to get people to invest in chip plants in the United States and we make it impossible for them to do so by pretending that we are somehow the leaders in advanced thought on all matters.
Ladies and gentlemen, my time has run out, even though I have many, many more stories for you.
It has been a joy and a delight and a great pleasure and honor to spend this time with you, and I look forward to being with you next week, and I feel sure that co-host Paul Kersey will be back with me at that time.
