Hello, I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance.

Our president is at it again, trying harder than ever to turn the entire federal government into a giant discrimination machine against white heterosexual men.
As usual, he's doing it by executive order, rule by decree, and pretending he's fighting discrimination.
Last month's edict has the usual weasel words right in the title.
Mr. Biden claims he is further advancing racial equity and support for underserved communities.
Equity, of course, means special treatment for everyone but us.
And underserved communities means people who have had more government attention, handouts and coddling than anyone in the history of the world.
The whole thing is a fraud.
Listen to this definition of equity.
But then, Mr. Biden recites a list of his underserved pets, whom he says are all getting the shaft.
Black, Latino, Indigenous and Native American, Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander persons, and other persons of color.
And, of course, LGBTQI plus persons.
The plus is for all the aberrations yet to be discovered.
We are actually supposed to believe that the federal government and white people are grinding them all down mercilessly.
You may recall that 60 years ago, the government passed what are called civil rights laws to require that everyone be treated in a fair, just, and impartial manner.
There are courts and commissions and grievance procedures to enforce that.
But equity is not about treating people fairly and impartially.
It's the opposite.
The goal of equity is equal results.
Confiscate one guy's box and give it to the other guy.
And Joe Biden is merely ordering the federal government to do what the school district of Westerville, Ohio, and plenty others, say they're already doing.
Equity does not mean treating everyone in the same way.
It means doing whatever it takes to get everyone to the same place.
It's not about ending discrimination.
That's so 1960s.
It's about pushing favored people ahead, really hard, at our expense.
That's what Mr. Biden means when he promises a multi-generational commitment to deliver a whole-of-government approach to racial equity and support for underserved communities and to continuously embed equity
into all aspects of federal decision-making.
But how does the government know how far behind its pets are and how hard to push?
It turns out...
Big Brother needs more data and Joe Biden was worrying about that the day he set foot in the White House and signed his very first executive order.
This lack of data has cascading effects and impedes efforts to measure and advance equity.
A first step to promoting equity in government action is to gather the data necessary to inform that effort.
And so, his maiden executive order set up an interagency working group on equitable data run by the chief statistician of the United States.
I didn't know there was such a thing.
And including such big cheeses as the Secretaries of Commerce and Treasury and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
If any of his pets are the least bit behind, he will know how and how hard to push.
What about Asians, who are ahead of whites?
Does Whitey get a push?
Of course not!
Asians are underserved BIPOCs, every last one of them.
That high-powered working group has had two years to churn out equitable data.
That means the latest EO can now order every piece of the government to cook up, and hang tight, a comprehensive equity strategy that uses the agency's policy, budgetary,
programmatic, service delivery, procurement, data collection processes, grant making, public engagement, research and evaluation, and regulatory functions to enable the agency's mission and service delivery to yield equitable
outcomes for all Americans, including underserved
It is part of every bureaucrat's job, part of everything government does, to make sure everyone ends up in the same place.
Thank you, Uncle Sam.
But the government isn't honest enough to say it's going to discriminate against white people.
It pretends that the problem is discrimination against its pets.
That's why black people shoot each other and Hispanics drive drunk.
Mr. Biden has therefore ordered every piece of the federal government to recognize and work to redress inequities in their policies and programs that serve as barriers to equal opportunity.
What barriers?
Against whom?
The February EO says underserved communities often face significant barriers and legacy exclusions in engaging with agencies.
Exclusions? Barriers?
Name just one, Mr. Biden.
Just one.
This is such a mountain of rubbish.
Who even believes it?
But the pious fiction is, oh no, we don't discriminate against white people.
We just remove barriers to underserved communities.
Well, tell me, who is underserved by police, prisons, public defenders, food stamps, Medicaid, free school lunches, Section 8 housing, and a hundred other handout programs?
It's not Joe Biden's pets.
It's white people and Asians who are underserved.
But in the name of removing barriers, the president has ordered every piece of the government to identify funding opportunities for community and faith-based organizations working in and with underserved communities.
They've got to create more flexibilities, incentives, and guidelines for recipients of federal funding and permits to proactively engage with underserved communities as projects are designed and implemented.
All this mush means just one thing.
Beat the bushes for every conceivable racial and sexual minority and then shove money down their throats.
And claim that this is fair, just, and impartial.
Let's also not forget one of the things Joe Biden's first day in the office EO did.
It revoked an executive order of September 22, 2020 called Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping.
Golly, why would Mr. Biden want to revoke that?
Because he revels in stereotyping.
That was a Trump executive order that banned any kind of training in the government or by a contractor that taught any of these things.
One race or sex is inherently superior to another race or sex.
The United States is fundamentally racist or sexist.
An individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously.
An individual should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment solely or partly because of his or her race or sex.
It likewise prohibited teaching that an individual's moral character is necessarily determined by his or her race or sex, or that an individual by virtue of his or her race or sex bears responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of the same race or sex.
The final prohibition was against teaching that meritocracy or traits such as a hard work ethic are racist or sexist or were created by a particular race to oppress another race.
This is critical race theory.
How many Americans want government employees or anyone being taught this anti-white poison?
But that's exactly what Mr. Biden wants.
In this latest order, he requires every piece of the government to dish out continued equity training and equity leadership development for staff across all levels of the agency's workforce.
Everybody gets to be an equity leader.
Do you remember what I said about the high-powered committee that's supposed to crank out equity data?
Well, it's a scandal that the government doesn't know how to track every L and B and G and T and Q and all the pluses.
And the government can't change what it doesn't measure.
It's going to start measuring.
Get ready for probing questions.
And this isn't only about government.
Ominously, the Feds will also be facilitating equitable flows of private capital, including to underserved communities.
What does that mean?
The Feds already browbeat banks and businesses into operating in high-crime, high-loss, underserved communities.
Is this going to be something new?
Lower mortgage rates for pets who want to move into your neighborhood?
There's more.
Joe Biden is going to promote equity and human rights around the world through our foreign policy and foreign assistance.
That's a sure-fire way to look like idiots and make people hate us.
U.S. diplomat calls for black girl magic in Afghanistan.
Our top diplomat there, this fool named Karen Decker, thinks women in Afghanistan under the Taliban just need to take a little advice from Lizzo and Beyonce, of all people, and work up some black girl
magic. That'll show those mullahs.
Joe Biden wants to preach critical race theory to the whole country, the whole world, discriminate against white men in every possible way and tell us it's fighting injustice.
This is not just redistribution.
It's not just socialism.
It's tyranny.
Joe Biden loves to rub our noses in it.
And it's not just incompetent blacks.
What else does it mean to appoint freaks like this to high government jobs?
Here is his HHS secretary, who will soon be the hero of an inspirational book for children.
Unlike some people, I don't think Joe Biden is a wind-up toy who goes wherever he's pointed.
I think he believes this stuff.
And thanks to people like him, the venom is working its way deep into the system.
Donald Trump was sabotaged at every turn by the two million people we laughably call public servants.
Personnel really is policy.
The next president could revoke Mr. Biden's executive orders, but CRT and equity are part of the furniture.
Why do we even pay taxes to a government that says outright that it's going to splash out money and privileges to people it is teaching to resent and hate us?
The Potomac regime might as well be the government of South Sudan for all it means to us.
