[00:00:03]  Hello, I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance.
[00:00:07]  Last week's riots in Charlotte, North Carolina were not about police brutality.
[00:00:12]  They were not about racism.
[00:00:14]  They're about something else.
[00:00:16]  Actually, black riots are always about something else.
[00:00:20]  And if our rulers weren't deliberately ignorant, they might begin to catch on.
[00:00:25]  So what happened in Charlotte?
[00:00:27]  Last Tuesday...
[00:00:29]  A 43-year-old black man, Keith Scott, ignored repeated orders by the police to drop a gun.
[00:00:35]  An officer then shot him.
[00:00:37]  Scott's wife, Rakia, who was taking a video from a distance, swears he didn't have a gun, was just reading a book.
[00:00:45]  Police recovered a stolen gun with Scott's blood on it, and the gent who stole the gun says he sold it to Scott.
[00:00:53]  Scott doesn't actually sound like the bookish sort to me.
[00:00:57]  He did eight years in a Texas prison for assault with a deadly weapon and has a conviction in North Carolina for the same crime.
[00:01:04]  No book was found at the scene.
[00:01:08]  A year ago, wife Rakiya even got a restraining order against Scott because he carried a gun, told her he is a killer, had attacked her and one of their seven children, and had threatened to kill them.
[00:01:22]  But last Tuesday, she stood by her man.
[00:01:25]  And insisted that he was only improving his mind.
[00:01:29]  One more detail.
[00:01:31]  The Charlotte police chief, who was black, announced very early on that the officer who had done the shooting was also black.
[00:01:38]  Well, as soon as word got out, blacks gathered and started shouting, Black Lives Matter and no justice, no peace.
[00:01:46]  They set fires.
[00:01:48]  They stopped cars and jumped on them.
[00:01:50]  They looted a Walmart and several other stores.
[00:01:52]  They stopped all lanes of Interstate 85, jumped on more cars, broke into 18-wheelers, and burned the cargo.
[00:02:02]  Drivers turned around on the interstate and fled into oncoming traffic, which could have been really dangerous.

[00:02:09]  Next night, same thing.
[00:02:11]  At least a dozen stores are ransacked.
[00:02:14]  ATM machines looted.
[00:02:16]  This time, Interstate 277 was shut down.
[00:02:19]  Windows were smashed and employees punched at downtown hotels, such as the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, and Hyatt House, no doubt ensuring indelible memories of Charlotte for out-of-town visitors.
[00:02:33]  That same night, Justin Carr took a bullet to the head and later died.
[00:02:38]  Of course, the Charlotte Clergy Coalition for Justice accused the police of shooting him.
[00:02:44]  But the next day, Raekwon bore him.
[00:02:47]  Who has a felony record, admitted that he shot Carr.
[00:02:52]  Anyway, the governor declared a state of emergency and the National Guard was called out.
[00:02:56]  The State Bureau of Investigation and the Justice Department have opened investigations, not into the rioting, of course, who cares about that, but into the police shooting.
[00:03:07]  The media are squeamish about this, but the riots and the violence were clearly anti-white.
[00:03:14]  A reporter found the brother of the man the police shot and asked him, Is there anything we should know?
[00:03:19]  Here is his reply.
[00:03:21]  Just know that all white people are fucking devils.
[00:03:24]  And make sure you air that way.
[00:03:26]  Air that shit.
[00:03:27]  All white cops are fucking devils and white people.
[00:03:32]  A protester was approached by TV cameras and once he was assured that yes, he was on live TV.
[00:03:38]  He explained that white people are, quote, barbaric and that white lives don't matter.
[00:03:45]  Another black explained that the rioters should head for the white suburbs because, quote, the people with the money are there.
[00:03:54]  Blacks cornered whites and beat them up.
[00:03:56]  They attacked three white TV newsmen, sending one of them to the hospital.
[00:04:01]  So let's summarize.
[00:04:03]  A black officer who works for a black police chief shoots a black criminal holding what was probably a black gun.
[00:04:10]  No white people involved.
[00:04:12]  But blacks shout about racism anyway.
[00:04:15]  They riot, loot, burn, and vent their hatred of white people.
[00:04:19]  Is this some new frontier in black craziness?
[00:04:23]  You can go all the way back to the Watts riots of 1965, and you'll always find some white chump who gets the blame for setting the spark.
[00:04:33]  Usually, it's a policeman.
[00:04:35]  Most of the time, he didn't do anything wrong, but the man was there, at least in token form.
[00:04:41]  New York in 1967.
[00:04:43]  The King assassination riots in 1968, which affected 125 cities, by the way.
[00:04:50]  And then skip up to the big Miami riots of 1980, 1991.
[00:04:54]  Rodney King riots in 1992.
[00:04:56]  Cincinnati in 2001.
[00:04:58]  Clear up to Ferguson in 2014.
[00:05:00]  There's always been some white guy somewhere to blame and to hate.
[00:05:06]  Things got a little fuzzy last year in Baltimore.
[00:05:10]  Six officers were indicted for Freddie Gray's death, and three of them were black, and they got the heaviest charges.
[00:05:17]  It was still a good excuse to holler about racism and do some early back-to-school shopping.
[00:05:24]  But in Charlotte, no white people involved.
[00:05:27]  Blacks still hollered about racism and did some back-to-school shopping.
[00:05:31]  For Hillary and the New York Times, the absence of white people seems to have been a mere technicality.
[00:05:36]  They're still hollering about racism, too.
[00:05:39]  The fact is, Charlotte is not a new frontier.
[00:05:44]  A police shooting is just a pretext, and blacks don't even need a pretext.
[00:05:50]  Remember the flash mobs of a couple of years ago?
[00:05:53]  Young blacks would group up and then go on a rampage robbing and beating up white people.
[00:05:58]  Louisville, Kentucky had them over and over.
[00:06:00]  There was a bad one at the Iowa State Fair in 2015.
[00:06:04]  Kansas City had flash mobs three weekends in a row with as many as a thousand teenagers terrorizing white people.
[00:06:12]  Here's a black mob attacking a driver in Philadelphia.
[00:06:16]  Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Memphis, Cleveland, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. They all had flash mobs.
[00:06:23]  Now, here is a white people flash mob.
[00:06:26]  One hundred girls dancing in Piccadilly Circles.
[00:06:30]  A variant on the flash mob is for 20 or 30 blacks to file into a convenience store, ransack the shelves, and clear out.
[00:06:38]  It's also called Mob and Rob.
[00:06:41]  Here's what was left of a store in Davidsonville, Maryland, last year after blacks got finished with it.
[00:06:47]  Fourth of July is a great time for mobs.
[00:06:50]  Once the fireworks are over, it's dark.
[00:06:53]  Lots of unsuspecting white people are walking around.
[00:06:56]  Boom! Rob them.
[00:06:58]  Beat them up.
[00:07:00]  Blacks can just be out celebrating.
[00:07:03]  For three years in a row in the 1990s, when the Chicago Bulls won the NBA title, there were serious riots.
[00:07:10]  You see, the principle is very simple.
[00:07:13]  Whenever you have a crowd of blacks, especially young blacks, there's a pretty good chance they'll riot.
[00:07:19]  And when blacks riot, white people watch out.
[00:07:23]  And a riot is always a chance for some back-to-school shopping.
[00:07:27]  Now, blacks claim they are protesting police violence, and the media believe them.
[00:07:33]  But the truth is, fish swim and birds fly.
[00:07:38]  North Carolina Congressman Robert Pittenger got it right during the Charlotte riots when he said that blacks, quote, hate white people because white people are successful and they're not.

=== The Entire Media's Fault (00:25) ===

[00:07:49]  He later apologized, of course, for telling the truth, but that is why they riot.
[00:07:54]  They're not successful and we are.
[00:07:57]  The entire media and political class tell them that their failures are the fault of white people.
[00:08:03]  Your fault.
[00:08:04]  My fault.
[00:08:05]  And so they deserve to be angry.
