[00:00:12]  She tweeted about Valerie Jarrett, a black woman who was an advisor to Barack Obama, as follows.
[00:00:18]  Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes had a baby, Valerie Jarrett.
[00:00:23]  ABC immediately canceled her program, even though it was easily their most profitable.
[00:00:30]  Ms. Barr's agent dropped her.
[00:00:32]  ABC even purged the old episodes of her show from its website.
[00:00:37]  In America today, you can ruin your career with just a few words.
[00:00:41]  If you're white.
[00:00:44]  Remember the 30-year-old PR executive named Justine Sacco, who became headline news and was also fired for a single tweet.
[00:00:52]  Going to Africa.
[00:00:53]  Hope I don't get AIDS.
[00:00:55]  Just kidding, I'm white.
[00:00:56]  That's all it took.
[00:00:57]  Gone. When the well-known TV chef Paula Deen admitted that in the past, long ago, she had used the N-word, the Food Network yanked her show and her career was finished.
[00:01:10]  In 2015, a white officer named Shannon Didline was fired from the Charleston, South Carolina Police Department for posting a single photo of himself, wearing boxer shorts with a Confederate flag on them.
[00:01:24]  In 2006, radio sportscaster Dave Lenehan Was excited to hear that Condoleezza Rice might become NFL commissioner.
[00:01:33]  She's African American, he said, which would be kind of a big coon.
[00:01:37]  He meant to say a big coup, of course, and immediately apologized on the air, but the station fired him on the spot.
[00:01:46]  In 2016, a student government leader at the University of Houston tweeted, Forget Black Lives Matter.
[00:01:53]  More like all lives matter.
[00:01:55]  Well, she was threatened with a 50-day suspension from student government and months of sensitivity training.
[00:02:02]  She was investigated and grilled repeatedly.

=== Why Whites Get Fired (05:15) ===

[00:02:06]  She finally took a 21-day suspension.
[00:02:09]  Last year, a Mississippi schoolteacher named Kami Roan wrote on her Facebook page, If blacks in this country are so offended, no one is forcing them to stay here.
[00:02:20]  Why don't they pack up and move back to Africa, where they will have to work for a living?
[00:02:24]  She was fired.
[00:02:26]  Just last month, a New York City lawyer, Aaron Schlossberg, was in a restaurant and one of the staff spoke to him in Spanish.
[00:02:33]  He got angry, and he told a manager that in America, people should speak English.
[00:02:38]  This was caught on video.
[00:02:40]  Mr. Schlossberg was kicked out of his office by his landlord, lost a big client, and New York officials are now calling for him to be disbarred.
[00:02:49]  He was angry about language, not race.
[00:02:53]  But newspapers are now running headlines like this.
[00:02:56]  Racist Manhattan lawyer receives envelopes stuffed with white powder.
[00:03:01]  Believe me, there are plenty more examples like this.
[00:03:06]  Whites grovel, they apologize, but it makes no difference.
[00:03:10]  Are blacks ever fired for this kind of thing?
[00:03:13]  Well, when Jamie Foxx explained the plot of his new movie Django Unchained on television, he said, I kill all the white people in the movie.
[00:03:22]  How great is that?
[00:03:24]  Nothing happened.
[00:03:25]  The black painter, Kehinde Wiley, likes to paint pictures of black women holding the severed heads of white women.
[00:03:33]  Here's another one.
[00:03:34]  This stuff hasn't hurt his career at all.
[00:03:37]  Barack Obama asked him to paint the official presidential portrait.
[00:03:42]  The student newspaper at Evergreen State College in Washington State has a section called, quote, For People of Color by People of Color.
[00:03:51]  As the paper explains, this should be a place where we can be us without it being overshadowed by the dark cloud that is living under white supremacy.
[00:04:03]  During a debate at Harvard, Miguel Feliciano, a Hispanic at the University of West Georgia, said, we should never affirm white life.
[00:04:12]  He said whites should kill themselves, calling this affirmative suicide.
[00:04:16]  Of course there were no consequences.
[00:04:19]  In 2015, black students at Dartmouth rampaged through the university library, shouting such things as, and I will omit the actual words, F you, you filthy white Fs.
[00:04:32]  When a white girl cried, they shouted at her, F your white tears.
[00:04:37]  Dartmouth President Phil Hanlon promised an investigation, but of course...
[00:04:41]  Nothing happened.
[00:04:43]  In 2014, black Philadelphia paramedic named Marcel Salters posted an image of two black men holding a gun to the head of a white police officer with this caption, Our real enemy need to stop pointing guns at each other and at the ones that's legally killing innocents.
[00:05:03]  There was a flap, but Mr. Salters kept his job.
[00:05:07]  This fellow, of course, lost his immediately.
[00:05:11]  There are lots of other examples of blacks getting away with this kind of stuff.
[00:05:15]  But if you really hunt, you can find blacks were fired for what they said about white people.
[00:05:22]  Denise Smith used to run the diversity program at Apple, but one day she said, there can be 12 white, blue-eyed, blonde men in a room, and they're going to be diverse too, because they're going to bring a different life experience and life perspective to the conversation.
[00:05:39]  Well, saying white people could be diverse brought tremendous criticism, and Denise Smith soon left Apple.
[00:05:47]  I looked very hard, and I did find a black person who was fired for saying nasty things about whites.
[00:05:54]  Taisha Baker, a nurse at the health center at Indiana University, tweeted this.
[00:06:00]  Every white woman raises a detriment to society when they raise a son.
[00:06:06]  Someone with the highest propensity to be a terrorist, rapist, racist, killer, and domestic violence all-star.
[00:06:16]  Historically, every son you had should be sacrificed to the wolves, bitch.
[00:06:22]  Now remember, this is a nurse.
[00:06:24]  There's also Ayo Kimathi.
[00:06:27]  He worked at the Department of Homeland Security, but he also ran a website called War Is On The Horizon.
[00:06:34]  It said whites are a, quote, sadistic race of devils who only seek to exterminate us.
[00:06:40]  And also, quote, in order for black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites.
[00:06:48]  He was put on paid leave, and it took four months to fire him.
[00:06:53]  Maybe there are more cases like that, but I sure couldn't find him.
[00:06:57]  So, yes, blacks can get the axe, but it takes a lot.
[00:07:01]  Whites can get the axe for just saying coon by mistake when they meant to say coon.
[00:07:07]  White people have imposed these rules on themselves while we are still the majority.
[00:07:13]  Are non-whites grateful?
[00:07:15]  No. If they become the majority, believe me, it's going to be worse.
