Radio Renaissance - Jared Taylor - What Bernie Would Mean for Us Aired: 2021-01-08 Duration: 08:33 === Open Borders Debate (03:51) === [00:00:03] Hello, I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance. [00:00:06] These videos aren't being promoted in a normal way, so if you like what you see, I'd appreciate it very much if you'd send the link to a few of your friends. [00:00:14] Senator Bernie Sanders looks like the Democrat front-runner, even if a lot of people in his own party can't stand him. [00:00:21] As Hillary Clinton recently explained, nobody likes him. [00:00:24] Nobody wants to work with him. [00:00:26] He got nothing done. [00:00:27] It's all just baloney. [00:00:29] And I feel so bad that people got sucked into it. [00:00:33] Well, if Hillary thinks he's awful, does that mean there's something in him for us? [00:00:38] Afraid not. [00:00:39] For the moment, let's set aside questions about whether he's a socialist or a communist or where Bernie Sanders spent his honeymoon. [00:00:46] Well, it was the Soviet Union. [00:00:49] Thing is, if you go back far enough, he used to say sensible things. [00:00:53] In 1974, he said that bringing in foreign workers who would pick apples from sunup to sunset would, quote, bring slavery back to Vermont. [00:01:03] In 2007, he was still pretty good. [00:01:06] Unfortunately, the guest worker provisions in this bill, which will bring many hundreds of thousands of low-wage workers into this country, will only make a bad situation even worse, will drive down wages even further, [00:01:21] not only for low-wage American workers, but for highly skilled professionals as well. [00:01:28] This is from the same press conference. [00:01:30] And I think at a time when the middle class is shrinking, the last thing we need is to bring over a period of years millions of people into this country who are prepared to lower [00:01:41] for American workers. [00:01:42] Even during the 2016 campaign, he said open borders was a Koch brothers proposal. [00:01:49] Open borders? [00:01:50] No, that's a Koch brothers proposal. [00:01:52] Really? Of course. [00:01:54] I mean, that's a right-wing proposal which says essentially there is no United States. [00:01:59] But it would make a lot of global poor richer, wouldn't it? [00:02:02] And it would make everybody in America poorer. [00:02:04] Then you're doing away with the concept of a nation state. [00:02:07] And I don't think there's any country in the world which believes in the United States. [00:02:11] He still says he's against open borders, but he has scampered to the left along with the rest of his party. [00:02:18] Just this month, a questioner reminded him that he used to be against mass immigration and asked if donors had made him change his tune. [00:02:27] Can you please explain why you changed on that issue? [00:02:29] Did you have to change? [00:02:30] Because donors seem to want the low-wage workers. [00:02:34] No, no, no, no. [00:02:34] Okay. First thought. [00:02:40] What we, what I believe in, absolutely, is, I don't believe in open borders. [00:02:46] If open borders means anybody can come from any place in the world. [00:02:48] There's no country in the history of the world, I think, that has ever had that view. [00:02:52] That is not my view. [00:02:53] But my view is that we have 11 million undocumented here. [00:02:58] Many of those workers, by the way, are being exploited right now. [00:03:02] You know, Trump wants to throw everybody out of the country. [00:03:05] If he threw people out of the country, the price of food in this country would skyrocket. [00:03:10] Who do you think is picking the crops and planting all over this country? [00:03:14] Like all the Democrats, he thinks illegals should become citizens. [00:03:18] He hates what he calls the"racist wall," and he wants to give free medical care to illegals. [00:03:24] Mr. Sanders' official immigration program may not be completely open borders, but it's close. [00:03:30] It's called a"welcoming and safe America for all." His number one point is a moratorium on deportation. === Systemic Racism Exposed (04:53) === [00:03:39] That's for everyone. [00:03:40] Including murderers and rapists. [00:03:43] He would break up ICE and the Border Patrol, reinstate Dhaka, and throw the country wide open to refugees, including refugees from climate change. [00:03:52] Well, the sky's the limit on that one. [00:03:55] And as he explains, he put together his immigration platform because we have a president who is a racist, a xenophobe, and a demagogue. [00:04:05] Senator Sanders also has a racial justice plan that will root out institutional racism wherever it exists. [00:04:13] Well, where's that? [00:04:14] Just about everywhere. [00:04:16] As you can see from the very first of his key points, he's going to address the five central types of violence waged against black, brown, and indigenous Americans: physical, political, legal, economic, and environmental. [00:04:33] Five kinds of violence. [00:04:34] Well, I would guess at least 95% of the physical violence black and brown people get is from themselves. [00:04:41] Michael Bloomberg tried to put an end to that, but that's a thankless job. [00:04:45] And the other four kinds? [00:04:47] Political violence, legal violence, economic violence, environmental violence. [00:04:52] I don't even know what those things are, but I'm sure whatever they are, it's all our fault. [00:04:57] So, stop that economic violence. [00:05:00] Because Bernie is coming for you. [00:05:02] As he explains, our campaign is fundamentally dedicated to ending the disparity of wealth, income, and power in this country. [00:05:10] It's time to bring a systematic approach to systemic racism. [00:05:15] Structural problems require structural solutions. [00:05:18] Well, structural solutions means turning the country upside down. [00:05:23] The word"Asian" never appears in Bernie's racial justice plan. [00:05:28] Is that because Asians already get racial justice despite all our systemic racism? [00:05:34] Bernie sure didn't leave out the Indians, though. [00:05:37] He's going to help them advance traditional ways of life, and he's going to do that through government deference and support. [00:05:44] Well, is there anything for white people? [00:05:47] I'd like to advance our traditional ways of life, but Mr. Sanders has other plans. [00:05:53] As he explained last June, he is going to war. [00:05:57] I'm Jewish. [00:05:59] My family came from Poland. [00:06:00] My father's whole family was wiped out by Hitler and his white nationalism. [00:06:07] Too many people have fought over the years. [00:06:10] Too many people have died against racism to allow it to resurface and flourish in America. [00:06:16] We will go to war against white nationalism and racism in every aspect of our lives. [00:06:24] If you're a colorblind conservative, Or just a Trump supporter? [00:06:28] Maybe you think this doesn't apply to you. [00:06:30] But don't forget, Mr. Sanders calls President Trump a racist, a demagogue, a bigot, and a xenophobe. [00:06:37] His war is surely against the president and maybe you too. [00:06:43] Mr. Sanders is big on college for all and canceling all student debt. [00:06:48] Well, as a practical matter, this means more college-educated activists who hate us. [00:06:53] In an undercover video, Kyle Jurek, A paid employee of the Sanders campaign explained that people need to go to college so that they can help forcibly re-educate Trump supporters. [00:07:05] Do you even think that some of these, like, Mexican people could even be re-educated? [00:07:14] I mean, we gotta try. [00:07:16] I mean, like, so, like, in Nazi Germany, after the fall of the Nazi party, there was a shit-ton of the populace that was fucking Nazi-fied. [00:07:26] I mean, like, Germany had to spend billions of dollars re-educating people to not be Nazis. [00:07:35] Like, we're probably going to have to do the same thing here. [00:07:41] That's kind of what Bernie's like, oh, hey, free education for everybody. [00:07:45] We're going to have to teach you not to be a Nazi. [00:07:48] There is plenty more of this sort of thing at Project Veritas Action. [00:07:53] And is that what Mr. Sanders thinks? [00:07:55] He hasn't fired this guy or any of the others that Project Veritas got on camera and who were just as vicious. [00:08:02] Look, I'm not even sure Bernie Sanders is the worst of the Democrats, but he could be on his way to the nomination and from there to the White House. [00:08:12] Donald Trump has been a disappointment in a lot of ways, but which man would be better? [00:08:17] If you ever thought elections don't matter, think again.
