| Some of the bigger stories of the day were things that we've already covered, but we can cover in even more detail and give you updates on, and we'll try to break it all down as best we can. | |
| And who knows where the conversations end up going, especially on our Thursday and Friday editions with Nick Ngo. | |
| So without further ado, let me just welcome to the show our good friend, co-host, U.S. Air Force veteran, military intelligence insider. | |

| Hey, good afternoon, Craig. | |
| It's going to be, or good morning, I should say. | |
| This is going to be a great day. | |
| It's beautiful. | |
| I've been up since 5. Oh, boy. | |
| Yeah, I know. | |
| I'm always up early every day because I do this show, so I'm always... | |
| Oh, basically up before the sun rises most of the time. | |
| And I'll tell you what, I love it. | |
| I love the early morning routine. | |
| It really gets you to feel like you have a full day, plus it helps me go to bed early, which I really appreciate. | |
| You know, the older I get, the more I understand going to bed early. | |
| It used to never really be appealing to me as a younger person, but... | |
| As I creep into the older years of my life, I'm like, man, I get it now. | |
| Sleeping, going to bed by 9.30 is a wonderful thing. | |
| And I know some people out there are like, you think 9.30 is early? | |
| You whippersnapper. | |
| But I think it's pretty early. | |
| I mean, anyway, it's good to have you with us, Nick. | |
| We always enjoy having you on the show. | |
| A lot to cover. | |
| I mean, we can get into all kinds of topics here today. | |
| A couple of the stories that I think are worth mentioning particularly include President Trump's latest fight against these judges. | |
| You and I were discussing it very briefly in the pre-meeting today, but the judicial activism in this country has become completely out of control. | |
| Would you agree with that? | |
| Radical leftist judges are waging all-out war against President Trump. | |
| It's wonderful to see, Craig, because they're all exposing themselves right now. | |
| They have to. | |
| They're pulling out all the stops. | |
| So as each one of them does this, it's out of control. | |
| But as each one does this, it's very easy to then map out their network because we're at war right now. | |
| President Trump said he's a wartime president before he even left office in 2020, left, quote-unquote. | |
| And since that time, nothing has changed. | |
| So I imagine they're all being mapped and collected on, just the same way the cartels are. | |
| He's going to probably use the T word against the judges, too, eventually, but that'll be one of the final phases, I think. | |
| Yeah, I think it is coming to a head at some point, either one way or the other, because you can't have a country run in such a fashion. | |
| I understand that we have three equal branches and there's supposed to be a check and balance on each other. | |
| I get how the constitutional republic and the federal government is supposed to work, but obviously our country's been infiltrated by not just this dangerous... | |
| Ideological cancer that is the communist, socialist, progressive, quote-unquote, left. | |
| But it is becoming apparent that judges are overstepping their legal authority to try to interfere in this administration's effort to deliver upon the promises that were made. | |
| More overly, the overwhelming mandate that was given to Trump through the popular vote and the Electoral College and the Senate and the House votes, you know, everything. | |
| It was basically the will of the American people is one thing, and then all of these, you know, judges are just acting as impediments to it because they legislate from the bench, which is not... | |
| The position of a judge. | |
| We've gotten into this radical world where judges think that their job goes beyond just interpreting the Constitution and making rulings based on law into the realm of they will... | |
| What we call, do something called, legislate from the bench or become judicial activists where they make decisions based on their own ideological, you know, beliefs as opposed to making decisions based on what the law actually says. | |
| Now, I understand judges have room for interpretation, but this is getting out of hand. | |
| Since returning to the White House, listen to this. | |
| Trump has been met with unprecedented legal onslaught, okay? | |
| Right now, as it stands, there are 119 legal challenges in just the first two months of President Trump being in office, which at this point has already reached more than double any U.S. president in history, okay? | |
| To let that sink in. | |
| You've got to understand the scope and the scale of this. | |
| It's not like we're just mad because a few judges are making some bad rulings. | |
| It is that there has been a warfare, a legal warfare being waged against him by these overtly biased partisan judges who are not ruling based on constitutional law. | |
| Rather, they're making rulings on, you know, how do we stop Trump? | |
| Which is absolutely insane in counter to what the purpose of the judicial branch and those who are in charge of being the arbiters of these situations, the rulers of the law, the people who make rulings on the law, the judges. | |
| Nick, I mean, absolutely crazy. | |
| For the first Trump administration from 2017 to 2021, they faced around 65 so-called nationwide injunctions, right? | |
| Which is way more than the first 44 presidents of the United States combined. | |
| So that is where we're going, and now it's even gone beyond that, right? | |
| We have 119, as I said. | |
| Legal challenges in just two months. | |
| Go on, Nick. | |
| I'm sorry to interrupt you. | |
| Yeah, it's insane to watch it all happen. | |
| You know, these guys, look, it goes all the way back to the Constitution. | |
| Look, this stuff, we had our country founding, and over time they have court cases that get checked by... | |
| You know, the Supreme Court over time, going back even to before mortgages even really became a thing, mortgages, like if you go back and use case law, you can go to the court and say, look, all mortgages are illegal, boom, precedent, and then walk out with a free house. | |
| Everybody can do this. | |
| Like, this is how far back it goes, but nobody takes the time to use the... | |
| The law in their favor. | |
| I mean, if people really did use these loopholes and really started using law for themselves, it would flip the script. | |
| But basically, over time, they've ruled and ruled and slowly moved away from the Constitution and Bill of Rights. | |
| And not only that, they're impeding and infringing upon those rights when making other decisions. | |
| And that, in and of itself, makes it a null and void law. | |
| Well, I'll give you some examples when we come back. | |

| Paul writes in Philippians 2.17, Are we willing to be offered for the work of the faithful? | |
| Are we willing to bind our worldly selves to the sacrificial altar to have the things of the flesh removed? | |
| The altar means fire, burning and purification and the removal of everything that God has not started and of every attachment that is not an attachment to God. | |
| If we wish to experience the fullness of God working in us and through us, the things of the world must be removed. | |
| As Chambers says, tell God you are ready to be offered, and God will prove himself to be all you ever dreamed he would be. | |

| We're talking about this judicial activist lawfare that's being waged against Trump. | |
| We looked at a story that outlined this very, in much detail, talking about the fact that Trump's faced more than double... | |
| The amount of legal challenges that any U.S. president in history has faced. | |
| And we're only two months into his presidency, by the way. | |
| 119 legal challenges. | |
| And Nick, you'll be interested to hear some of the cases, I think. | |
| Many of the cases are being brought by illegal immigrants who are seeking citizenship. | |
| That's a large portion of these cases, either by the illegal immigrants themselves filing lawsuits or advocacy groups on behalf of the illegal immigrants filing these lawsuits and bringing them to the judges to file these injunctive reliefs and temporary restraining orders, etc. | |
| But there are also some other ones in there that I think you'll find very interesting, Nick. | |
| Did you know that there are multiple cases that were filed in federal court against Trump regarding the fact that these were Venezuelan citizens who were filing lawsuits to block their transfer to Guantanamo Bay? | |
| Did you know that? | |
| It's alright. | |
| You know, Nick sometimes takes a break and walks away and, you know, leaves me out here hanging. | |
| That's all good. | |
| Nick, whenever you come back, we'll bring you back. | |
| I'll re-explain this, but some of the stories are very interesting. | |
| For example, there was an interesting case here. | |
| This was Perez Parra v. | |
| Castro. | |
| This was three Venezuelan men suing the US government to temporarily block their transfer to Guantanamo Bay because they were already in proceedings contesting their detention. | |
| There was a coalition of immigrant advocacy groups who filed another case on behalf of, this is back in February, on behalf of families of four Venezuelan nationals. | |
| Who... | |
| Oh, yeah. | |
| You know what? | |
| Nick? | |
| Nick, are you there? | |
| Yeah, I'm here, Craig, and I'm excited. | |
| I'm not going to blame you. | |
| I'm going to blame me. | |
| Because you were there. | |
| I probably didn't turn your mic on. | |
| But don't tell anyone that. | |
| It was your fault. | |
| It was your fault in case anyone asked. | |
| Wait, Craig, I can be him. | |
| Wait! | |
| I'm like, Nick's not here. | |
| You know, he takes off for a minute. | |
| And I'm like, I looked down. | |
| I was like, oh, I didn't turn his mic on. | |
| Okay, so... | |
| Let me just finish the case, because I want to get you straight. | |
| So there were people, there were Venezuelans suing to block their transfer to Guantanamo Bay. | |
| There were also the families of Venezuelan nationals who were already in Guantanamo Bay filing lawsuits. | |
| That's interesting that you don't hear a lot about that in the news, about Venezuelans in Guantanamo Bay, except these cases seem to prove that they're being sent there. | |
| And why would you send Venezuelan nationals to Guantanamo Bay, Nick? | |
| Isn't Guantanamo Bay for, like, terrorists? | |
| And maybe you can explain. | |
| Yes, as I said a year ago, and no one really probably was listening, that the Venezuelans are really being run by, these gangs are being run by Venezuelan intelligence officers working from their commandos. | |
| They've been trained by them. | |
| And so these people are enemy combatants. | |
| They're not just citizens. | |
| So when they go to Guantanamo Bay, I was laughing hysterically when I heard that. | |
| And it's too bad because the audience probably would have got a kick out of it. | |
| Because once you're there, if you're already there, there's no getting out of it. | |
| There's no getting out of it. | |
| He used the T word. | |
| You're designated as a terrorist. | |
| It's over. | |
| It's all over. | |
| There's nothing that can protect you now. | |
| Nothing. | |
| All of you are going to be deported. | |
| And if you're a criminal, it doesn't matter if you're working on the behalf of another government, you will not be receiving amnesty. | |
| You will not be receiving mercy. | |
| You're going. | |
| And if you've been committing crimes against humanity, you're going to get the penalty. | |
| For doing such. | |
| If you've been sabotaging our food, if you've been killing our chickens, if you've been doing these things, you will face judgment and there's no escape. | |
| There's no appeals process. | |
| It's over for you. | |
| You're going to be removed from this earth. | |
| It's over. | |
| That was an ominous statement. | |

| But, yeah, if anybody's interested in looking up these cases, again, it was Perez Parra v. | |
| Castro, which you can look up. | |
| Also, there's Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center v. | |
| Noem. | |
| Those are two cases you can look up. | |
| And that's just a few examples of the kind of judicial lawfare that's being waged here in the courts. | |
| And what I'm interested in seeing is that almost all of these cases are being brought by these NGO-type organizations that are running the infiltration of America. | |
| For instance, another case here is the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops v. the Department of State, because the case was brought by this conference of Catholic bishops to allow them to continue to provide refugee resettlement because the case was brought by this conference of Catholic bishops And they sued the Trump administration because it suspended refugee admissions and funding for resettlement programs. | |
| So, why is the Catholic Church working so hard to... | |
| You know, Nick, if they were really, you know, as magnanimous and as thoughtful and loving as they pretend to be in their, you know, literature and their commercials where Sarah McLaughlin plays, you know, very nice songs. | |
| Why wouldn't they be having these resettlement organizations set up outside Vatican City and try to get as many people in Vatican City as they humanly can? | |
| Maybe the Pope could use that giant monstrosity of a house, the palace he calls a house, to house, I don't know, like tens of thousands of illegal immigrants, right? | |
| I mean, you would think that why don't they fill the halls of Vatican City and all the Vatican with as many illegals as they can? | |
| They can if they really want to be that kind and altruistic, Nick. | |
| Well, Craig, they have to be under the age of five or else they're not invited. | |
| They probably don't have to be choir boys. | |
| But that's disgusting. | |
| I'm sorry. | |
| I don't know why I laugh. | |
| I laugh because some of this stuff is disgusting and sick. | |
| It just goes to show their policy, their Jesuit policy, is being enforced by their muscle, which is Israel, that's under control of the Vatican. | |
| It's that simple. | |
| And that's why we had the invocation done with a Jesuit that's basically running both Hunter Biden and... | |
| You know, his father as well. | |
| That priest actually is associated on the board of Disney as well. | |
| He's been on Disney boards. | |
| What's going on with that? | |
| You got this guy in the article. | |
| He even mentions that he wants open borders. | |
| Why would a Jesuit person, if they were trying to, you know, be kind to a country and the host country that they're at, By the way, they have different laws. | |
| They have diplomatic immunity, a lot of these guys. | |
| So that's a problem. | |
| We need to take away diplomatic immunity as well for these organizations. | |
| Because guess what, Craig? | |
| If you live in a country, you better live by their laws. | |
| And if you're a citizen of that country and you commit treason, it doesn't matter what faith you are, you are going to be facing the gallows. | |
| And that's that. | |
| That one just kind of struck me, though, because it's like, I wonder, you know, I know that they're helping flood Europe, and I know that these Catholic refugee services organizations, I know they're helping flood Europe, I know they're helping flood the United States, but, I mean, there's so much room in the Vatican. | |
| I imagine you could fit at least 10,000, maybe 50,000 illegal immigrants. | |
| We could go to Sub-Saharan Africa or the poorest parts of Central America and just start putting cots all over in those big halls. | |
| You see those big halls. | |
| I can't imagine. | |
| That big hall that the Catholic priests go to do their whatever they do, you could probably put 1,000 beds in one of those halls, right? | |
| Well, Craig, I think they already got 1,000 beds under the Vatican. | |
| I think they already got that. | |
| Well, maybe they could put another 1,000 in the big empty halls and bring in all the illegals. | |
| They could bring in everybody. | |
| That's what they're, you know, they could wash their feet like, you know, the Pope does to whatever he does, you know, virtue signal. | |
| Look, I'm being a little facetious, a little, obviously, a little tongue-in-cheek here, but the point is that it is interesting to see how they... | |
| Have manipulated everything to a point where it's like, oh, well, we'll flood your country and we'll sue to make sure we can keep flooding your country with these illegals because it's the right thing to do. | |
| It's like, well, how is that the right thing to do? | |
| Why don't you, you know, lead by example? | |
| Let's flood the Vatican. | |
| Vatican City should be, basically, we should just turn it into a giant refugee camp. | |
| And then I will accept the premise that you, okay, Vatican City's full, now we need to start putting people elsewhere. | |
| But until Vatican City is full, end-to-end, front-to-back, side-to-side, with hundreds of thousands of illegals, then I will believe that they really have the best interests at heart for these people. | |
| But until then, everything they say will remain hollow to me. | |
| Craig, you, oh my gosh, when you kept saying that, I was like, oh my gosh, this is actually something Trump can really do. | |

| We're just complete suckers when it comes to how we get treated by the rest of the world. | |

| We just allow this all to happen. | |
| And it's like, for what reason? | |
| Because all of our politicians are blackmailed or corrupt and taking bribes? | |
| You know, it could drive you absolutely crazy trying to get to the bottom at all, right? | |
| Yeah, no one ever seems to be able to do the right thing. | |
| Every time someone pretends they get to the right place at the right time, and as soon as the time comes, they back down. | |
| Look, people. | |
| If you're not willing to go full length and you represent the United States, you need to lay down your life. | |
| Even if you're just working in finance, you need to understand that you're risking that, trying to support our country and keep it strong. | |
| Yeah, I think there's definitely some major truths amongst all that. | |
| But yeah, everybody keep it locked in here. | |

| You know, I have family members who are Catholic, so it's not against Catholic people. | |
| It's just about the hypocrisy of it all. | |

| Yeah, I think it'll be interesting to get her take on just what happened there in Maui and sort of get some interesting info out of that. | |

| But one of the stories I want to get your take on, Nick, and I've talked about this briefly, I think on Wednesday. | |
| We didn't really get to it yesterday, but it has to do with this case of the protester from Columbia University who goes by the name of Mahmoud Khalil. | |
| He was a left-wing, pro-Hamas immigrant agitator at one of these college universities, Columbia University specifically, who recently became quite notable because his green card was revoked by the Trump administration for his anti-American, or moreoverly, his anti-Israel activities. | |
| He was basically put out for deportation and removed from the university where he was studying. | |
| But he was also, I mean, a complete lunatic, you know, launching these massive protests at Columbia University. | |
| It cost the university millions of dollars in damage. | |
| And he also... | |
| Was the head of an organization whose stated mission was the total eradication of Western civilization, which, you know, that sounds like a friendly person you'd want to hang out with. | |
| It's like, well, what do you do? | |
| It's like, well, I want to eradicate Western civilization, death to the infidels. | |
| It's like, oh, great. | |
| You sound like a nice person. | |
| But... | |
| It raised a lot of very serious questions, and I made my position clear that I don't agree with Trump's position on these anti-Semitism executive orders. | |
| I don't think you can litigate free speech in that way, and I don't think you can restrict it, because eventually you have to look at it from the perspective of you have to accept... | |
| Good speech with bad speech and be able to counter it, not silence it, stifle it, or shut it down. | |
| And I don't think Trump's made the right call in that regard. | |
| But then I also said, on the other hand, you know, if you come here to the United States, particularly as a guest on a visa, you know, a student visa, and your... | |
| Position is, I'm going to lobby the American people and these college kids for the destruction of your nation. | |
| I don't think you should be welcome here. | |
| I think you should be deported because you're obviously advocating for... | |
| This is where you have this weird dichotomy of, you know, on one hand you're like, okay, well I want free speech, but then you're like, but I don't think we should be hosting people in this nation who want to do this. | |
| So, as it turns out, Columbia University now is folded because Trump... | |
| Came out and said if Columbia University did not expel or suspend all of the students who were involved in the anti-Israel protests that were in support of Gaza and Hamas and Palestine, that they would lose their federal funding, which I think came out to something in the ballpark of $400 million or so. | |
| So he followed through on that, on that promise and now restricted their funding. | |
| So now they've caved and they've suspended or expelled all the students involved in that protest. | |
| Nick, I know I have a feeling I know what you're going to say, but you know, I'll let you say it anyway. | |
| Anyway. | |
| What are your thoughts on that generally, the situation, the balance there of free speech versus this, you know, obvious... | |
| Clear a threat to American interests, even though they really don't like Israel. | |
| Yeah, that's trash, Craig. | |
| It's funny because this person is actually working indirectly for Israel. | |
| Because the UK is controlled by Israel. | |
| They've been captured a long time ago. | |
| And that's the old guard that's controlling Israel right now. | |

| careful in watching develop is this trend toward violently assaulting and trying to kill or hurt Conservatives and their family members, | |
| for instance, we talked briefly on this yesterday about the story coming from Infowars, you know, several of their reporters, one murdered in cold blood, Jamie White, another, Chase Geyser, had his home. | |
| Swatted multiple times this week. | |
| Alex Jones came out and said that he's suffered greatly. | |
| Nick Sorter, a conservative media journalist, had his home swatted. | |
| His family was there. | |
| And this is actually starting to become sort of a trend. | |
| Other people have had their... | |
| Families themselves swatted by police. | |
| If you don't know what swatting is, it's where people call in fake threats to police to entice them into going to the homes of people they don't like so that the police will send what they refer to as a SWAT team, Special Weapons and Tactics Unit, to some perceived situation that... | |
| If not handled correctly, could escalate to a point where the police make some calculated move that ends up in the loss of life. | |
| That's ultimately seemingly the goal, but it's also... | |
| The goal is to have a campaign of intimidation and threat against anybody who speaks against the things that these people believe who are behind these swatting incidents. | |
| So the targets have seemed to be high-profile social media and media influencers who are effectively working against the Best interests of the deep state or Ukraine or the liberal agenda at large, I guess. | |
| I've told people, and I'm going to keep stressing this, Nick, I've been making this prediction, and I pray I'm wrong, but I don't think I am, that these campaigns of extortion and intimidation and terrorism are only going to amplify as we head toward the midterm election, | |
| which will be in 2026. And just as we saw the movement of Antifa and Black Lives Matter and these other sort of progressive, quote-unquote, left-wing Terrorist organizations grow and then eventually get bigger and bigger as we got closer to elections. | |
| The same effect will, of course, be here. | |
| It's all about intimidation, extortion, threats of violence. | |
| And I'm just saying that, you know, I guess first off, generally speaking, Nick, what are your thoughts on all of this? | |
| Do you have any other insight to it? | |
| Because this is all very calculated. | |
| Yeah, well, you know, if everybody converted to Judaism, then they'd get the attention and protections that they need. | |
| Yeah, then Trump might even sign an executive order about it. | |
| He better look. | |

| I'm tired of seeing... | |
| Look, this happened this last week. | |
| I'm going to bring it up. | |
| It's kind of related because they're all attacking conservatives, but this kid is not necessarily conservative, but he's a white kid walking through Baltimore and gets attacked by five teens. | |
| And this is seriously a racially driven crime. | |
| This is a hate crime. | |
| And this poor little boy got beaten up. | |
| And I've seen this over and over and over again. | |
| But we get anti-Semite laws, but we don't get protections for white. | |
| Like, look, everybody's protected from hate crimes. | |
| But why are white people getting overlooked? | |
| I'm getting upset. | |
| There are laws on the books about it. | |
| It's not that there aren't. | |
| They never bring charges against them. | |
| They never bring charges. | |
| I understand that might be the case in certain districts like Baltimore. | |
| I mean, good luck, right? | |
| But if this happened in Wichita, Kansas, or I don't know about Wichita, Kansas, but in a more conservative party. | |
| I'm sure there would be charges brought. | |
| And I think that's sort of a lot of the problem with the situation is that you have these places, these areas where, you know, racism is accessible. | |
| It's ingrained within this DEI critical race theory culture that says, you know, you can't be racist against one race, but you can be racist against all other races. | |
| And by being one race, you are racist against every other race. | |
| Inherently racist. | |
| Inherently. | |
| And that stuff is so... | |
| I mean, I know you and I probably were raised the same way. | |
| We've talked about this many times. | |
| You know, I was raised... | |
| You know, you look at everybody equally. | |
| You say, hey, I don't want to judge you on the color of your skin. | |
| I'd rather judge you on who you are as a person, the content of your character, as was said by Martin Luther King, who I don't know was a very good person, but he said that thing and it was right, you know? | |
| Yes. | |
| So that's where I stand on it all, and I think it's easy, though. | |
| You've got to remember, Nick, remember this and never forget it. | |
| You were the one who told me. | |
| Right? | |
| About how they were able to figure out if they fill your social media feeds with negative stuff, they can turn your attitude negative on something. | |
| And if they put positive stuff in it, they can influence you that way as well. | |
| So when you just said to me that you've seen it so many times, right, on social media, never forget that they are trying to... | |
| Not that I'm saying that this is not a big deal that this kid got beat up and that there's not going to be any, there may not be the recourse that there should be, but that they're going to try to exploit this to cause division, to get us to fight, to get us to hate one another, because the more we fight each other, the more they can get away with. | |
| And that is something I never, whenever I see something on social media, like, I saw the video you're referring to. | |
| And then I saw it again, and then I saw it again, and I know, for me, when I start seeing it that much, I know what they're trying to do. | |
| I know what's happening here. | |
| You know, I get it. | |
| Yeah, you know, they wouldn't be doing their job if they weren't trying to do that to me, Craig. | |
| I mean, look. | |
| They wouldn't be doing their job. | |
| Well, so you've got to just know. | |
| What they're trying to do. | |

| I want to welcome her to the show and get her take on everything here that has to do with the Maui wildfires. | |
| She has some incredible insights that I think are going to be very helpful. | |
| This is author of The Great Maui Land Grab, Michelle Melendez, joining us here on air today. | |
| Michelle, welcome to the show, and it's great to have you on. | |

| Really appreciate the opportunity to share what's going on with your audience. | |
| Okay, well, let's start there. | |

| I've been to Hawaii twice. | |
| I absolutely love it. | |
| I think it's a gorgeous, beautiful... | |
| Jem is just an incredible place. | |
| If you ever get a chance, everyone should go there at least once in their life and just experience the land and the ocean and the culture and the people. | |
| All amazing. | |
| So that is an incredible thing. | |
| And it was such a sad thing to see what happened to Maui and the loss of life. | |
| It was tragic. | |
| We shouldn't forget what happened there. | |
| Michelle, could you perhaps... | |
| Give us an update on the current situation in Maui. | |
| What's going on there? | |
| How's everybody doing? | |
| What do you know about that? | |
| Well, just so everybody knows, I wrote a book called Great Maui Land Grab, What Caused the Maui Fire and Is Your Home Next? | |
| And my family has been here. | |

| But my family's been here on the Big Island for over 30 years. | |
| And when that was going down, what happened was I'd been a fitness and wellness instructor for a very long time, many decades. | |
| And I started speaking against what happened with the COVID. And then what happened with the fires, I paused a little bit because I was looking at that going, something's off. | |
| Something's off with this. | |
| And then when the governor of Hawaii... | |
| When I went to the United Nations and started speaking, saying that it's climate change, I knew, I was like, okay, something's wrong. | |
| And I started interviewing. | |
| I interviewed a 33-year firefighter and retired captain. | |
| And I interviewed an almost 50-year arborist. | |
| Because what people need to understand is the trees weren't burning. | |
| The trees were not burning in the fire. | |
| So this is why they call it a wildfire and not a forest fire anymore, because the trees don't burn anymore. | |
| So I started looking at that, and then the firefighter that I interviewed, he said that this is no way a normal fire. | |
| He said you don't have glass melted out of cars. | |
| He said to melt glass is about 2,400 degrees, so a regular forest fire is about 1,200 degrees. | |
| He said, this is not a regular fire. | |
| And I asked the arborist, I said, how in the world does a tree, especially a palm fawn from a palm tree, not slide up, not burn? | |
| He said, because the chemistry of the fire is different. | |
| It's not a regular wildfire. | |
| It's a microwave chemistry. | |
| And when you have a microwave, it doesn't recognize organic material. | |
| So if you put a chicken breast in a microwave, it'll heat it from the inside out. | |
| But if you put a piece of metal in a microwave, it'll light up, it'll spark up. | |
| And so he said it's a different type of chemistry. | |
| And if people are going, oh, conspiracy theorists. | |
| Well, let me tell you guys, they have been working, the Department of Defense has been working with direct energy weapons since the 1960s, and I believe even before that. | |
| But they actually took an act of Congress. | |
| It's called the Direct Energy Weapons Acquisition Act of 2016. So if you look up an act that went through Congress, Direct Energy Weapons Acquisition Act of 2016, | |
| went through Congress because the Defense Department, even though they spent over $6 billion, Since the 1960s, they couldn't bring that direct energy weapons program all the way to fruition. | |
| So Congress took it over in 2016, and people's tax dollars have been paying for the direct energy weapons program to come to fruition, which it is. | |
| It has. | |
| If you look up, just in your URL, put in direct energy weapons patents. | |
| You will find patents, many, many patents, over 400 patents. | |
| And the one patent that I really am aware of, and it's in my book, is the microwave laser that uses a titanium sapphire to send a small, thin ionizing beam. | |
| And this is a patent. | |

| You can look up microwave energy patent or microwave laser patent. | |

| It's kind of one of those things. | |
| She's written a book about it. | |
| She's given us an idea. | |
| So you've talked about the idea, this concept that we have these... | |
| Sort of microwave weapons that may have started this fire. | |
| And your book is called The Maui Land Grab, I believe. | |
| So can you explain to us, you know, we kind of understand that concept. | |
| To what end? | |
| Have you figured out through your research, if it's a land grab, what was the value of the land? | |
| Why did they want the land? | |
| Is it just because it's valuable, or is there more to it? | |
| What have you found through your research on that end? | |
| Yeah, mahalo for that. | |
| No, it's more than that. | |

| So the reason why they're doing this... | |
| And when I say they, you guys, this goes all the way back to the elite bankers that run this country. | |
| This country is not a country. | |
| It's not the United States of America. | |
| It's the United States Corporation. | |
| It has been since after the Civil War. | |
| That's another, and I can share about that as well. | |
| But the reason why is because Maui was set to be, in 2016, Maui was set to be, was decided through Japanese and Hawaiian stakeholders that it would be a smart city. | |
| So Maui is a smart city. | |
| LA is a smart city. | |
| Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a smart city. | |
| Asheville, North Carolina is a smart city. | |
| So what's going on, and the banking elite families that, again, run the country... | |
| They have the largest stock in BlackRock and Vanguard, and BlackRock owns the Hawaii Electric Company, the California Electric Company, the North and South Carolina Electric Company. | |
| So it's all about money. | |
| It's all about taking over the land. | |
| And these places that are being attacked, and this is an attack on the American people, they are... | |
| What they're going to do is these are the poster children for these smart cities to come in. | |
| And that's what actually is happening in Lahaina. | |
| They're changing how Lahaina... | |
| Well, first of all, what's going on with the people there, they're not letting people fully build there. | |
| They're not letting people rebuild on the coast. | |
| If you lost your home on the coast, you're having a really hard time getting a permit. | |
| They gave one building permit after a year. | |
| Over 12 months, and one building permit was issued. | |
| It was outside Lahaina. | |
| Now there are some buildings being built in Lahaina. | |
| There's about three, I think, the last time I was there, which was last month, and I'll be there again in a couple weeks. | |
| But if you live outside Lahaina and you've got your house built, you're going to have an easier time than if you have your house built inside Lahaina, plus what's going on. | |
| The people are majorly traumatized. | |
| That death count, you guys, is an absolute lie. | |
| 100%. | |
| I actually interviewed the state representative, Ellie Cochran, who grew up in Lahaina, survived the fire. | |
| She barely survived the fire. | |
| She got out. | |
| When she called the fire chief and asked him, should we evacuate? | |
| The fire chief was off-island. | |
| As well as all of the emergency, the head of the Maui Emergency Center off-island as well. | |
| The fire chief goes, why? | |
| Why, Ellie? | |
| Why do you want to evacuate? | |
| She goes, there's a fire. | |
| So the fire chief wasn't even contacted to tell, told that there was a fire in Lahaina. | |
| The state representative had to call and say, hey, I see smoke. | |
| I smell fire. | |
| I see a fire. | |
| I smell smoke. | |
| Should I evacuate? | |
| He calls her back. | |
| In like two minutes and says, yes, evacuate. | |
| The best warning system in the world was not turned on. | |
| So there's so many things about this fire that are so wrong. | |
| My book, it's the third edition, because the first edition had 21 Maui fire anomalies. | |
| The second edition has 27 Maui fire anomalies. | |
| And now the third edition has, I've included... | |
| 21 LA fire oddities because there's a lot of things in LA that are very similar to Maui. | |

| So the other thing that's really strange about what happened in Maui, and this is people go, Michelle, when you talk about blue things that didn't burn, blue things that didn't burn, everybody. | |
| So one of the people that has a lot of really great images that he took after the fire, he was walking through the fire. | |
| This man was walking through the fire the day after and saw this blue piece of paper in the ash. | |
| And he pulls out, it's on video, he pulls out this blue paper ticket and white ash is falling off of it. | |
| A blue paper ticket, nothing. | |
| It's not burned, it's not singed, nothing. | |
| He finds six blue cotton t-shirts in the white ash, literally buried in a white ash, pulls them out, all intact, no holes, no singe marks. | |
| This is the reason why things aren't burning that are blue. | |
| The same thing happened in L.A. Somebody saw a blue piece of paper. | |
| It was like off of a label or something, completely intact, sitting on top of the white ash. | |
| It's like, how does paper not burn in a fire? | |
| And the reason is because what I believe and some of the scientists that I've researched say is that when you have a titanium sapphire that, again, is from the direct energy weapons, you can look it up, the microwave patent, look up the microwave generated laser beam patent, look it up, and it says it uses a titanium sapphire crystal. | |
| Well, sapphire is blue. | |
| And so if it hits something that's blue, the blue color and the sapphire are the same wavelength and frequency. | |
| So the blue does not absorb the energy of the laser. | |
| That's why blue things aren't burning. | |
| That's why you had Tommy Bahama. | |
| All six Tommy Bahama umbrellas completely intact right next to a building that's completely destroyed by the fire. | |
| So many different things around what blue didn't burn. | |
| And so people need to understand this is not a regular fire, especially when you have a house that burns, that disintegrates into white ash, leaving no refrigerator, no toilet, no stove. | |
| But the house is completely gone, and you have the palm trees outside standing up still there. | |
| And this is the same thing that happened in L.A. There was a parking lot in Maui where all the cars were destroyed with their glass melted out. | |
| Some of their engine blocks dissolved into nothing. | |
| But the trees above them are still intact with their leaves. | |
| Their leaves are dried because of the heat. | |
| The leaves are still there. | |
| They're not burned off. | |
| So what causes that? | |
| They're not a regular fire. | |
| You can't call it a wildfire. | |
| That's why they changed it from a forest fire to a wildfire. | |
| The other thing I want to share, and definitely want your audience to know, is about climate change. | |
| Because again, the governor goes to the United Nations. | |
| And why does a governor go to the United Nations? | |
| He's a governor. | |
| He's not a leader of a country. | |
| May I stop you? | |
| May I interject? | |
| What's the governor's name? | |
| Governor Green. | |
| Josh Green. | |
| Green? | |
| Josh Green. | |
| And he's going to meet with the UN? Yes. | |
| That's interesting. | |
| I wonder what's going on there. | |
| Calm down. | |
| Michelle, please continue. | |
| Yeah, he had a narrative. | |
| He had a narrative. | |
| And his narrative was to tell people, everybody around the world, oh, this is climate change. | |
| Well, if you guys look up, I want you to check this out, look up World Climate Declaration. | |
| Put World Climate Declaration to your URL, and you will find a declaration that has been signed by almost 2,000 scientists. | |
| From around the world. | |
| And you had to show your credentials to sign this document. | |
| And this document states there's no climate emergency. | |
| There's no climate danger. | |
| And it's signed by almost 2,000 credentialed scientists. | |
| John Coleman, who was the first weatherman on Good Morning America in the 1970s, he also founded the Weather Channel. | |
| So he was also given the Meteorologist of the Year Award in 1984. He's actually gone on anybody who would allow him to go on and told people there's no climate, significant climate danger, there's no significant global warming. | |
| They had to change global warming, the global warming narrative to climate change because, you guys, the Earth is starting to go down. | |
| It's starting to cool. | |
| This is according to the National Library of Medicine. | |
| They put out a report August 4th of, I believe it was 2021, and it said that the Earth is cooling. | |
| It talks about a solar minimum, which means the Earth is cooling. | |
| A solar minimum will lead to terrestrial cooling, Earth cooling. | |
| Also, a 50-year professor of meteorology, Who works for the U.S. Navy. | |
| His name is Dr. David Dilley. | |
| He talks about the Malekovic cycle and how the Earth is going around the Sun and the Earth is moving away. | |
| It was closer to the Sun 8,000 years ago, so we were warmer 8,000 years ago and we're now cooling. | |
| This is why they changed the narrative from global warming to climate change. | |
| Because global warming wasn't going with their narrative anymore, but they needed people to believe in climate change because, you guys, they've been messing with the weather since the early 1900s. | |
| The very first, if you look up, there was another act through Congress called Weather Modification Act, October 3rd, 1976. Weather modification patents in the United States was in 1891 to feed clouds for rain. | |
| So if there's clouds or any moisture in the air, they can actually create clouds and make it rain. | |
| They can put these fires out. | |
| And the day before the Maui fire, the day before, there was really weird clouds. | |
| They were linear clouds. | |
| My friend Bruce Douglas on Maui has been studying the weather for 15 years on the island. | |
| And again, this is all in my book, you guys, GreatMauilandGrabBook.com. | |
| So another friend of mine who works for National Security was going over, flying over Maui the day before the fire, flying over Maui because she was going to California. | |
| And she said, Michelle, I saw these really weird clouds. | |
| And it was like a square cloud and blue sky. | |
| Square cloud and blue sky, she said, for miles. | |
| And so what were these? | |
| And here's the thing, that we have satellite images, and you can see the satellite images in the book. | |

| And what happens is these linear clouds go to the Hawaiian Islands, and they don't go past the islands. | |
| It's a clear sky. | |
| How does that happen? | |
| This is the day before the fire. | |
| The day before the fire also, there was a white haze. | |
| And someone took a video, and I have the pictures in the book, that shows white haze, like the entire island. | |
| Somebody took a video and said, what is this white haze that's covering the island of Maui? | |
| And there's actually a patent called, I'm not sure of the exact name, but it's combustible clouds. | |
| It's combustible clouds. | |
| And if you look up combustible clouds patent, you will find it. | |
| It will show up. | |
| So they have been messing with our weather for a very long time. | |
| Also, the wind came down from the mountain. | |
| Lahaina sits below a mountain and rarely gets wind. | |
| This wind came down the mountain and was going from east to west. | |
| It was actually pushing toward the ocean, which is really rare because wind comes usually from the ocean. | |
| It went in all four directions. | |
| It went against the wind. | |
| The fire went against the wind. | |
| Numerous people have said that they saw fireballs in the air. | |
| There's so many different questions. | |
| Michelle, thank you. | |

| I'd like to see if you are familiar with the individual who was the former Las Vegas officer who led the Route 91 shooting investigation, who became the Maui police chief during the Lahaina fires. | |
| he's his role in all of this, it seems is getting even stranger with him being brought up in the Sean Diddy Combs sexual assault lawsuit. | |
| I don't know if you have any thoughts on him or if you research found anything on him, but we're hitting a break. | |

| And before the break, Michelle, I asked you about if you knew anything about John Pelletier, the captain formerly with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police who became the chief in Maui during the Lahaina fires. | |
| Just interested to see if you've done any research or investigation on him, and all these strange things coming up now. | |
| He seems to be in the news again, being brought up in the... | |
| So he was there for the largest mass shooting in U.S. history. | |
| He was there for the Lahaina fires as the police chief, and now he's being mentioned as a suspect in this Diddy case for trafficking sex victims. | |
| Did you come across him at all during your research? | |
| Absolutely. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| He's in my book. | |
| Again, I wrote the book, Great Maui Land Grab. | |

| Yeah, he's in that book. | |
| I actually did a video on him as well yesterday. | |
| There was actually a law. | |
| You had to be a resident of Maui for a year before you were able to be a police chief. | |
| They canceled that. | |
| They removed that law before he was brought in as a police chief. | |
| So he actually snuck right under that. | |
| He also had many, there were many complaints against him when he first got into the position that he's in, Maui police chief. | |
| There was actually many complaints. | |
| Two police officers and one employee complained to the Maui police commissioner against him, and they found them, oh, their findings were unsubstantiated. | |
| So he's being protected. | |
| He's being protected. | |
| He also asked for a 20% raise. | |
| I think it was less than a month or less than three months prior. | |
| Sorry, less than three months after he got hired, he asked for a raise. | |
| They upped it to 28%. | |
| They gave him a 28% raise. | |
| This man also was very, very interesting and questionable. | |
| His secretary had a car accident, like a very, really weird, suspicious car accident. | |
| I think it was a couple months after he got hired on. | |
| And this woman was loved by everybody. | |
| So very, very questionable situation there. | |
| But this man, you guys have to understand, is that he was the coroner. | |
| He was the coroner of the Maui fire because there wasn't a very small island, and there wasn't a coroner. | |
| If there's not a coroner, the police chief becomes a coroner, which means he was signing people's death certificates. | |
| You guys, the death count... | |
| Went down. | |
| It went from 115, and it went down to 97, and it ended up being 103 people dying. | |
| He was the one that was signing, saying how people died, you know, whether it was in the fire or something else. | |
| So this man, he also blocked, the police blocked the roads. | |
| They blocked the roads from people getting out. | |
| And at first, the police chief denied it, so he's definitely a liar. | |
| And so many people were saying the roads were blocked. | |
| The roads were blocked. | |
| And then he finally said, oh, yes, we had to block the roads because the telephone poles were down. | |
| Well, there have been numerous pictures that show the police blocking the roads, and the telephone poles are standing straight up behind them. | |
| There's no telephone poles were down. | |
| So the people that mostly survived the fire were the ones that went around the police blockade. | |
| There was a friend of mine who was with her daughter, and she literally ran out of her house, found her daughter down the street, jumped in her daughter's car, and there was a police that was blocking their way, and she told the daughter, she said, go around him because the fire is coming. | |
| And they went around him, and they were the last people to get out in that area, and the rest of them died in their cars. | |
| And this is murder, you guys. | |
| This is not a regular fire. | |
| It was not natural. | |
| It was murder. | |
| And this man is somehow, he's definitely connected some way. | |
| I don't know. | |
| And in the Diddy Combs thing, he's denying everything. | |
| There's actually, the mayor has said, you need to step down while this investigation goes through. | |
| And the Maui Police Chief, Pelletier, didn't want to step down. | |
| He said... | |
| You know, this is unsubstantiated evidence, and I shouldn't have to step down. | |
| But a lawyer was like, no, he needs to step down, because if he's a dirty cop, which in my opinion he is, then everything he touches, every case he's on, could be thrown out. | |
| So also, what's going on with that is that he has shown bank records stating that he was not in Los Angeles at that time. | |
| He was in Las Vegas. | |
| So his credit card, it doesn't mean him, but it means his credit card was used in Las Vegas. | |
| And there's also, on March 23rd, which is the day that he's being accused of sex trafficking, there was also a receipt that has his signature on it, and that was in Carlsbad on March 23rd. | |
| So there is evidence saying that he wasn't in the area, but in my opinion, evidence can be tampered with because this guy, I mean, this guy, he's a special piece of work. | |
| He's a special piece of work. | |
| He was the incident commander for the Mandalay Bay incident where I believe it was 58 or 60 people died. | |
| There was one gunman, which is impossible. | |
| But there was 1,000 rounds. | |
| He shot 1,000 rounds into 22,000 people, a crowd of 22,000 people. | |
| And they didn't find the motive. | |
| But yet they stopped the investigation. | |
| They didn't find the motive. | |
| They didn't find how he got so much ammunition and his weapons up into his room. | |
| And so they left a lot of questionable things in the Mandalay Bay and also a ton of questionable things in the Maui fire. | |
| So this man is definitely a special piece of work, in my opinion. | |
| He's absolutely in the book, Great Maui Land Grab Book. | |

| And I've been talking to, there was a former spy, he's a former spy, and I'm like, how do we stop these attacks? | |
| Because in L.A., then South Carolina, you guys have to understand, fires don't just start by themselves because it's dry weather. | |
| So the thing with Maui, With South Carolina and with L.A., all of them had major rain about six to eight months, actually 11 months in L.A. and South Carolina. | |

| So they had major rain like months before. | |
| Then they all three had droughts. | |
| All three of them, droughts. | |
| And what happens with that? | |
| When you have a ton of rain, it will allow for more vegetation. | |
| So they had way more vegetation. | |
| Then drought dries everything up. | |
| So what are you setting up? | |
| You're setting up a kindle box. | |
| You're setting up some place, area, where if a flame starts, it will light everything up. | |
| And that's what happened. | |
| Almost 200 fires in South Carolina, I think it was 178. Okay, how does 178 fires just start? | |
| It doesn't start because of climate change and because of drought and because of dry weather. | |
| There has to be an ignition point, like lightning or something. | |
| And then in L.A., they're saying, oh, arson. | |
| There was a satellite image that showed three fires starting at the exact same time. | |
| I mean, are the arsons, do they have, like, these telephones? | |
| Okay, start it now. | |
| You know, it's like, come on. | |
| People, this is an attack on America. | |
| And I'm not sure how to stop, who to complain to, because also with the act of Weather Modification Act. | |

| This is an interesting topic. | |
| We've really, you know, well, we, I should say you, Michelle, have gone through a number of different stories related to it and other fires and this idea of... | |
| You know, what we've seen with the lasers and microwave weapons, directed energy weapons, and where those ignition points could have come from. | |
| Nick, I want to bring you on because we haven't had a chance to hear from you really at all so far. | |
| Is there any questions, thoughts, things you want to bring up that we're missing with Michelle while we have her here in this last segment? | |
| Yes, the cloud, the conductive cloud and things like that. | |
| Barium and aluminum that's released in these Chemtrails and other stuff is highly flammable when it's an oxidized powder, and that's basically what it is. | |
| So what I'm saying is that that mist stuff could have been preparation for that. | |
| Something else that a lot of people need to look into, and maybe you do too, is the meter company. | |
| The meter company, and okay, but you need to dig further the second layer. | |
| Who owns the holding company that owns the meter company? | |
| And that's actually, I believe, a Rockefeller company. | |
| And I just want everybody to know that yes, the lasers, look, if they use these lasers and it hits your house, the microwaves, it will actually make the wires in your walls become Basically, a heating element that you use in the stove. | |
| And the entire house can go up in an instant just with microwaves alone. | |
| But with the smart meter, you can use it in a way to heat up the wires to cause fires too by pushing too much voltage through or amperage or whatever it is. | |
| And I'm just saying that I think that there's... | |
| I think you're right. | |
| It is a major conspiracy, but there are so many moving parts that need to be investigated. | |
| It's hard to know which way to go. | |
| Yeah, absolutely, and I 100% agree with the smart meters. | |
| That's actually in the current edition of the book because I looked into that, and not only the smart meters in Maui, but also in L.A., in Paradise. | |
| The PG&E in Paradise actually admitted to, and I think it was 81 counts of, I can't remember the exact terminology, but they pleaded guilty to causing the campfire up in Paradise. | |
| And nobody goes to jail, though, for that, because it's a company. | |
| And nobody got fired. | |
| They had millions of dollars in fines. | |
| But here's the thing, when you have a big company like that, If you have millions of dollars in fines and you're not fixing the situation, that means there's something else that you're going to benefit from, you know, for that. | |
| So I think that should be also looked into. | |
| But, yes, that's definitely part of this issue, part of this attack are these smart meters, and you can get those removed. | |
| So if you have one, I highly recommend that you do that. | |

| The other thing I was going to share with you guys around the Weather Modification Act is that in the act, it literally states that people, if you're, anybody can pay, there's a weather modification company that you can go, weather modification company online, just find it online, it's right there. | |
| It says we can, our scientists, Our engineers can work on any project that you have, and it talks about looking up at the sky and seeing potential. | |
| But in this Weather Modification Act, it says that if anybody who does weather modification needs to report it to the federal government, except if you work for the federal government or if the federal government is doing a program or a project on weather modification, they don't have to report it. | |
| So that's in the act. | |
| It literally says, it gives them an out that they don't have to be reporting. | |
| People, it's really, I think that's a crime. | |
| If you're going to change weather and not tell people, that's like, that's a crime. | |
| That's affecting people's lives and livelihoods. | |

| And this kind of reminds me of when you brought up the corporations, for example, the drug companies. | |
| They know they're going to kill people. | |
| They know so many people are going to die. | |
| They lie about the efficacy of their drugs. | |
| And it's just a cost of doing business. | |
| They get sued. | |
| It's $2 billion. | |
| That's why no one got fired. | |
| It was their plan. | |
| It was their plan just like it was the pharmaceuticals plan. | |
| Exactly. | |
| Exactly. | |
| 100%. | |
| This has been planned for a very, very long time. | |
| And I'll just go into a little bit about who owns this country. | |
| So people need to understand that this country has stopped being a United States of America and went into a United States corporation after the Civil War. | |
| The Civil War was funded by both sides were funded by foreign bankers, the North and the South. | |
| But they didn't care who lost and who won, because afterwards the country was bankrupt, and they literally gave the United States to the foreign bankers, and the foreign bankers collateralized all the agencies. | |
| This is why every single state is a corporation, and it's not a United States government. | |
| So these bankers, they run and they own everything. | |
| All of it. | |
| The CIA, everything is run by these foreign bankers. | |
| And when people start to really understand that, we can actually look and see, okay, what can we do? | |
| And you guys, the only thing we can do, the only thing we can do is locally. | |
| You have to get involved with your local county. | |
| And even though a lot of these elections are rigged, especially here on the island, on Hawaii. | |
| My opinion, completely taken over. | |
| But we have to try. | |
| This is where our forefathers came in and everything was local. | |
| So the other thing that I want to share is that these attacks, these are poster children for the smart cities. | |
| But this is also coming in through your general plan. | |
| So you have to look at your general plan. | |
| On Big Island, they want to make most of Big Island's conservation land. | |
| And take people off the land. | |
| It's really scary what they're doing here. | |

| So never give up and never think it is hopeless because we have hope through our relationship with Jesus Christ and the eternal salvation from the sacrifice made on the cross. | |
| And if you don't have that relationship, I encourage you now, open your heart, say a prayer, call upon his name, invite Jesus into your life to become your Lord and Savior, and find that hope that allows us to continue so that we do not give up. | |
| So that's where I'm going to leave it. | |
