I'm your host, Craig James.
Hope you guys are having a wonderful, wonderful day.
We're back and better than ever, hopefully.
That's the idea, at least.
And I'm really glad to be here with you guys.
We were off yesterday, but we're back in the saddle, as they say.
Ready to get through some of these news stories.
A lot of crazy stuff happening.
Over the last few days, and we'll try our best to get through as much as we can, starting with an interesting story coming out of 60 Minutes, the television show this weekend, the supposed news show, but we call it the fake news show, right?
That's how it's known commonly for most people who are aware of such things.
But...
They decided to go over to Germany and interview some prosecutors on what constitutes a speech crime.
And the answer will be quite shocking to some, not as shocking to others.
And we'll listen to that in just a second.
We also want to cover the wide plethora of things happening across the globe, including negotiations for peace taking place in Saudi Arabia between Russia and the United States.
We'll give you a bit of an update from there in that story.
The extortion mob Renta Riot protesters are back spending this President's Day weekend protesting, you guessed it, the Trump administration and Elon Musk and Doge.
This coming, just as we found out that DOGE seems to have located over a trillion dollars in untraceable funds being allocated through the federal government.
But no worries, because I'm sure the government did the best they could.
You know, I mean, that's kind of all you can hope for these days.
Am I right?
You know, it's like we're just going to assume the best intentions when it comes to our federal government.
Because we know in the past, you know, from JFK to the Gulf of Tonkin to 9-11 and everything in between, Iran-Contra.
I mean, there is no reason to assume otherwise.
COVID. I mean, they've only had our best interest at heart for the last several decades.
So we have to assume that it was probably just an accounting error.
Just a few numbers, a few zeros in the wrong column, as they say.
We'll talk about that a little bit later.
But, of course...
That and many other stories we'll try to touch on here today.
However, I did want to start with a story because I want to give you guys an idea of what censorship looks like outside our borders.
Now, you look at the West, and you hear a lot of the talking points that were given about Western society and freedom, and it does sound almost too good to be true, and that's because it is.
The only thing, the only difference between, for instance, an authoritarian regime like the Communist Chinese and the German government, for example, seems to be a language, because there's not much difference otherwise.
I'll give you an example.
As I said earlier, 60 Minutes did an in-depth report on...
Censorship.
Actually, speech laws in Germany, really.
and some shocking things came about through it, but I want to note that 60 Minutes, believe it or not, did not do this report, in my estimation, because they are altruistic stalwarts of that which is good because they are altruistic stalwarts of that which is good and honorable, right and decent, bearers of the torch of freedom, and illuminators of the constitutional rights we all should have as human beings.
No.
No.
I think that they did this for different reasons.
I think they're trying to give leftists in the United States ideas About what speech regulation should look like here in the United States.
Because that's all these people are at the end of the day.
You know, I feel like what happens with a lot of these people...
Well, let's be honest.
The people who fill the ranks of television are midwits at best.
Who have fancy degrees that they most likely bought and paid for.
And...
They wield those as a license to propagandize and chill for the bureaucracy at large.
And these are still heavily funded vassals, even with the Doge and Trump administration coming in and sort of acting as a wrecking ball to all of this.
They still have the backing and the funding of the old institutional power, which is still very much in control, whether you believe it or not or want to accept it or not.
As a matter of fact, I think they're more in control than most people would like to believe at this point, given the fact that all those in Trump have been able to do so far in the first, what?
Four weeks of Trump's office, month, maybe three and a half and change, is effectively shine a light on it, to bring it out publicly.
But they haven't been able to do a whole lot to stop it.
Now, that's not to say that the funding hasn't been cut or ended.
But you have to remember, just a simple analogy that's quick, if I decide to stop putting gas in my engine, Because, let's say, the gas is ten times more expensive than what it should be,
and, you know, it's fueling a lot of bad behavior with my car that does not change the fact that the car still has gas in it.
And to use this analogy even further, it's not just one car, it's many cars.
And even if Trump has come in...
As, let's say, the responsible parent, for an example, and taking away the keys to several of these vehicles, there are still several vehicles that are perhaps still out, gallivanting around the city, causing mayhem and trouble.
Wow, that was a pretty good analogy.
I came up with on the fly there.
But that's kind of the analogy we're seeing here, right?
So Trump's stopped putting gas in the car.
Ostensibly, metaphorically.
And he's taking the keys away from a lot of these drivers, a lot of these drunk drivers.
He's walking around the bar, right?
The drunk on spending congressional bar.
And he's taking keys away from drivers left and right.
Like, no, you're not driving, you're not driving, you're not driving.
However, a few guys slipped out early and they're still just ramp, rioting around the city, having a good old time.
And 60 Minutes and the mainstream media and all that stuff, these institutions have funding and power that's been vested in them over the last four years that will surely last a while.
I mean, they planned intentionally for it to last a while.
So, that's why 60 Minutes and all these other left-wing outlets still function and haven't been destroyed entirely yet.
But eventually, That gas runs out, that tank hits E, and then they collapse on themselves because we all know they're not funding themselves the conventional way.
Anyway, I want to play this clip when we come back and show you about censorship.
Stay tuned.
In his well-known devotional, My Upmost for His Highest, Oswald Chambers asks, Are you ready to be offered?
Paul writes in Philippians 2.17, Are we willing to bind our worldly selves to the sacrificial altar to have the things of the flesh removed?
The altar means fire, burning and purification and the removal of everything that God has not started and of every attachment.
That is not an attachment to God.
If we wish to experience the fullness of God working in us and through us, the things of the world must be removed.
As Chambers says, tell God you are ready to be offered and God will prove himself to be all you ever dreamed he would be.

Tune in to Classic Vinyl with JD, Saturdays at 2pm, right here on AM 1360, Northern Colorado's Best Talk Radio.
We're all froze.
We're all froze.
I'm your host, Greg James.
And like I was saying before the break, I want to play this clip from 60 Minutes.
And I also want to preface it by also saying we should probably be looking at this through a lens that factors in longer timelines that perhaps go beyond Trump.
Because even if this is stymied or stifled in its...
Modern and current iteration that they've tried to put forth.
You can bet your bottom dollar that once the pendulum swings back the other way and the shoe is inevitably on the other foot, as it most certainly will be if we're all so unlucky one day, and Democrats and these globalist minions are back in control,
there will be a renewed And even more fervent push toward implementing this style of control on speech, limitation on speech.
And I know the Constitution at the moment prohibits it, but you have to remember a lot of the plans that the leftists have in store.
I mean, from packing the Supreme Court...
To, you know, using that court majority to then basically undo the Constitution through lawfare.
I mean, and then, God forbid, they were to take a majority in the House and the Senate with the presidency.
And heaven forbid, truly, in the same sense, they were to do what they were able to do here in Colorado and create a supermajority at any point, which would, I think, be however many representatives in the House and however many senators, I think 60 senators, obviously, but it's a little easier with that number, or whatever that situation may be.
And I know you say, well, that's impossible, but I don't know.
I mean, I keep my mind pretty open to all possibilities.
This is what they'll bring.
This is what they'll surely seek to implement here at home.
And when I saw this story, I thought, they're telling us what they are going to be pushing for.
And a lot of times with the left, their strategy is, you know, To push it so far and never cede ground.
So even if they push for two feet, they take one step, then they never take a step backwards.
Now this, with Trump, could be seen as them basically being pushed back, right?
They never voluntarily step back.
But this Trump administration is like a big shove in their chest, knocking them back a few steps.
But you can rest assured that the likelihood that they will continue their march toward totalitarian, communist, authoritarian statehood, it never ceases.
You can see the people marching in the streets.
Now, of course, the American people don't want this, and the majority of Americans are against it for now.
Until the next crisis hits and people are taken out of their, you know, critical, they have this critical factor bypass enabled, which if you don't know what critical factor bypass is,
it's a mechanism by which in a moment of fear, Or anxiety or panic, your critical thought, your ability to critically think is bypassed by your sort of inherent instinctual motivations and actions.
So your fight or flight response mechanism kicks in and it bypasses your critical thought.
Or it can also work in a way where neuro-linguistic programming and other sorts of hypnotic types of influence can inundate your system and also can enact the critical factor bypass, which then makes you incapable of making clear and cogent decisions.
Some examples of this would be in the aftermath of 9-11, the hysterical, fever-pitched calls for war that were subsequently followed by Patriot Act passage, where we were constantly having our critical thought, critical thinking bypassed by the need for security.
Same deal with COVID-19.
A state of panic was initiated and ensued long enough to get us to sign away our freedoms and to have all of the things which I know a lot of us purposefully try to forget, but we have to remember all of the freedoms that were taken away during that.
I mean, if you were living in a red state, you were very fortunate.
I happened to be living in...
The bluest state in the country, California, and it was a nightmare, a totalitarian Orwellian nightmare.
Face masks in the grocery, you know, face masks everywhere, six feet apart everywhere, plexiglass on everything, lockdowns, people taping off parts of stores, not allowing people in.
It was absolutely horrific nightmare.
And that's just a few things.
I'm sure that it was the same here in Colorado, I can imagine.
But I guess the point I'm making is that inevitably, even if it's against our better judgment or our betterment, right, they will use some crises to get us to sign off on something.
We'll see how that ends for everybody.
But I digress.
I want to play this clip, 60 Minutes.
This is the 60 Minutes journalist interviewing a group of German prosecutors asking them what constitutes speech crimes in Germany.
Now, this should be very chilling for anyone out there listening who appreciates...
The First Amendment and freedom of speech and what that really means here in the United States.
Listen to this.
Is it a crime to insult somebody in public?
Yes, it is.
And it's a crime to insult them online as well?
Yes.
The fine could be even higher if you insult someone in the Internet.
Why?
Because in the Internet, it stays there.
If we are talking here face to face, you insult me, I insult you, okay, finish.
But if you're in the internet, if I insult you or a politician...
That sticks around forever.
Yeah.
The prosecutors explain German law also prohibits the spread of malicious gossip, violent threats, and fake quotes.
If somebody posts something that's not true...
And then somebody else reposts it or likes it.
Are they committing a crime?
In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well because the reader can't distinguish whether you just invented this or just reposted it.
That's the same for us.
The punishment for breaking hate speech laws can include jail time for repeat offenders.
Oh, man.
Now, to be clear, I understand this is a foreign country, and, you know, different countries have different laws, and there aren't really any other countries that I can think of off the top of my head who have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights similar to ours, which protects actual unlimited free speech.
But this is what they want for us here.
And you've got to remember, too, we are the exception to the rule.
Here in the United States of America.
We are not the rule.
The rule around the world is what you just heard.
The norm in most all societies on the entire planet is no free speech.
You have to remember, for instance, in Europe, practically all of these countries were at one point or another subject to monarchies.
And monarchies exist in a system of control where you are a serf, and you are the peasant, and they are the lord.
And as the lord, they are the end of all, you know, they have divine right to make all rules final.
And that divine rule cannot be questioned, and so you do not have the right to say what you would like, because what if you said something questioning or undermining their divinely given right to rule over you, to be your master?
Now, they can convince themselves, they're blue in the face, That the implementation of parliamentary systems has rectified any of the wrongs of the past with the monarchies and the control.
But do you honestly believe for one second that those monarchies just disappeared and fell off the face of the earth, never to be seen again?
Do you think that the wealth that they accumulated over generations, centuries, just...
No, it didn't.
As a matter of fact, the same people who have that and hold that generational wealth are controlling the levers of power in, for instance, European politics as we speak today.
This is why they do not have a Constitution similar to ours or a Bill of Rights similar to ours, because that was never an option that was given to them.
Now, we, on the other hand, as free men, took that by force.
We didn't ask for it.
And we will hold on to it by whatever force is necessary, given what scenarios may be.
Unfold before us as we go into the future.
And so the point I guess I'm getting at here is a lot of the people who lobby for this sort of control over what you can and can't say most assuredly fear what you have to say.
And or know and understand the power of the fact that if they can control what you say, then they can control what you do.
It's the next step down, really.
And the next step up from there is they want to be able to control what you think.
And that's where things like I was describing earlier, like neuro-linguistic programming, And other, you know, subtle psychological warfare tactics are implemented and deployed regularly against us as a population.
So, and here's the thing.
I'm not some genius pontificating from on high down at everyone like, oh, you don't know what these things are, but they're controlling you.
I'm literally just sitting here like...
Yeah, there's a problem.
I'm like sounding the alarm like, yeah, they're controlling what we do subliminally in a lot of cases now.
And this is the next step in their evolution of control.
And I know Trump's in there and that's all good and great and things are going the way we want him to.
So you think, how can you find something to go?
It wouldn't matter if, you know.
Whoever was in there, you'd find something to complain about, Craig.
You're just one of those troublemakers.
A rapscallion if I've ever seen one.
But the honest truth is, Trump can only take on so many facets of this warfare, and a lot of this warfare is happening beyond our borders.
Most of it, to be quite honest.
And it's being imported into America by our own saboteurs.
Our own turncodes, if you will.
Whatever you want to call these people.
I don't even know an appropriate term to describe them.
They are our modern day Traitors.
I don't know.
Anyway, you get the point.
That's what they want to bring.
They want it so that if you insult somebody, that's a crime.
Hey, your hair looks terrible today.
Straight to jail for you.
Stay tuned.
We're coming back.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig James.
And I love this conversation because it goes beyond just the next four years.
It's directionally where we're heading.
And like I said before, remember, never forget that the United States is the exception to the rule.
We are not the rule.
The rule is what we just saw and heard.
When it comes to free speech and regulating what we say and how we say it.
That is something you have to remember.
Okay, we had a couple of texters.
By the way, if you want to text in, 877-536-1360 is the number.
Somebody from the 970 says, The left is a cult.
They play the long game for their master.
Thus, they won't be going away no matter how much they lose.
Our good friend TJ in Botville.
I think Botville is just north of Loveland there, right there on the front range.
So thank you, CJ. Our friend, who may or may not be a bot, we're not sure on that yet.
The jury's out deliberating.
We'll see what they come back with.
But that's a great observation.
And to be quite honest, it could not be more accurate.
And that's the point I was trying to make, was that...
We're dealing with a problem that is going to stick around for a while, unfortunately, regardless of what Trump does.
And it's for no other reason than the fact that there's a large portion of our country as it stands today who are brainwashed and indoctrinated into a system of belief which You can't make this up.
It completely is counter to their best interests, but they believe that they...
They're like...
They deal in the currency of virtue, so if they can appear to be good according to the standards which this ideological belief system put forth, then they can use that currency to...
Elevate their status in society.
And that's how the whole, that's again another form of control and deception that we see with this very destructive system.
And this is again similar to how it would work in these other societies that, you know, for centuries have been under the control of Authoritarian, monarchy, dictatorships, etc.
Because the currency would be favor with the ruling class.
And you earn favor with the ruling class or party or king and queen by basically becoming a lackey or a toady or whatever that term would be.
Promote and perpetuate the system and elevate it until you reach a certain status.
And that's what we see.
That's why modern journalists, right, are sort of like this class.
It's like a class of holy people in the cult of leftism.
Oh, Rachel Maddow said it, so it must be true.
Chris Hayes said it, so it must be true.
Anderson Cooper, Wolf Blitzer.
Even on the right, Jesse Waters said it, so it must be true.
And look, Jesse Waters is a nice guy, but Fox News' gatekeeper, Sean Hannity.
Oh, Sean Hannity, it's gospel, because it came from Sean.
Mitigate your necessity for free thought.
Right?
Is the ultimate goal there.
Also, we had a text from somebody in the 720 who said, it's hard to imagine a country like Germany, for instance, in such a short time frame post-World War II, has allowed a government to limit freedoms as much.
Well, Germany, I mean, their history isn't...
I mean, the modern history of Germany, not to get into, like, you know, Germanic tribes and the, you know, European medieval stuff, but the modern history of Germany, like, the last hundred years or so, I mean, is crazy if you look at it.
You've had the, you know, the wars.
You've had the, you know, East and West divide, Berlin, West Berlin versus East Berlin, and, you know, communism versus, you know, Western, you know, the West, if you will.
It's actually not as surprising that they are where they are today, but it's like the communists never went away.
And that's what the danger of communism is, truly.
This is why we talk about it still here to this very moment and day in America.
Because consider what we're being given.
Communism is alive and well.
It's an ideology that is being pumped into our children If you look at a lot of the literature behind these movements in society,
these quote-unquote cultural movements like the LGBTQ stuff, for example, their literature, their own sort of guiding documents are peppered and littered with Communist ideology spliced all through it.
The same with these racial movements like Black Lives Matter.
The same with these, particularly with these movements like these anti-fascist movements like Antifa.
I mean, these movements are basically written with The backbone of communism built into it.
Now, they present themselves outwardly in a very deceptive manner, and part of the tenets of these sort of communist values include deception, so when you point these things out, they'll say, uh-uh, no, we're definitely not communist.
Some of them will just say they're communist, by the way.
Because again, the kind of people that you recruit into these kind of ideologies, whether it's the LGBTQ stuff or the racist stuff or the Antifa stuff, these aren't the brightest bulbs in the bunch.
We all know that.
If you want an example of that, just go watch one of those man-on-the-street interviews.
Where they're like, so, tell us why you believe what you believe.
And all you hear is, well, how dare you, you communist?
No, they wouldn't call them communist.
How dare you, you fascist, racist, misogynist, xenophobic?
Do you hate people of color?
It's like, I literally just asked you to tell me what you believe and why you believe it.
It's like, that's evil!
How dare you ask me to...
Validate myself.
That's neocolonial, you know, patriarchy at its finest.
Like, what?
What are you even talking about?
I literally asked you the most simple of questions.
But that's, you know, be honest, that's who you need in these movements.
And that's who fill the ranks.
Now, the funny thing is...
Sad or unfortunate, I guess, more appropriately, is that the people who are in sort of control of pushing these movements, well, they don't necessarily subscribe to the same belief system as, you know, the 400-pound lesbian who's, you know, marching with her rainbow flag who also happens to be a transgender, two-spirit animal.
She might...
That one might be hardcore for the cause, but the person who's, you know, the Patricia Cullors of BLM, you know, they have four mansions and live very well.
Anyway, stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig Jameson.
And to give you a case in point example of what I was just referring to before we went to the break, and we're talking about the kind of people who these movements, these sort of communist-backed movements adopt and bring into their folds, and talking about how they're not the brightest bulbs in the bunch, this is just one example of...
That type of individual.
listen to this.
I think I have to get out of America.
I just saw a commercial that was my breaking point.
It's a Chili's commercial.
It's not even a political ad.
It's just a Chili's commercial and I'm losing my mind.
I think I have to leave.
I don't think I can be a part of this world and this culture.
Oh my God.
Oh my God.
This is because of a Chili's ad.
I'm tempted to laugh.
But it's so sad.
It's so sad.
How do you not feel bad for this kind of person?
And, I mean, this is the kind of person who's marching down.
You know this person's marching down the street with the rainbow flag and the BLM poster and the Antifa flag and, you know, I can't handle a Chili's commercial.
Now, I mean, we've all been flustered when we see stuff on television.
I'm not saying that that's an abnormal reaction, which I think is a quite normal reaction, as a matter of fact.
If you're watching a television ad and something pops up and you know and identify it for what it is and you go, oh, well, that's disheartening.
That's one thing.
It's another thing to be like, I have to leave the country.
I mean, that's a whole other level of...
Pain and suffering that I cannot imagine somebody living in.
And again, it does actually, that response, oddly enough, lends itself toward even further understanding the psyche of these individuals who are being controlled through this neurolinguistic programming and other means, and having the critical factor bypass sort of initiated within them,
that it speaks to The thought process that they have, you know, their reaction is flight, and their immediate response is victimhood.
Now, this is a pre-programmed response, and perhaps this person knows it, perhaps they don't.
I would not ever.
Want to live inside that mind for more than three seconds, but whatever the case, this is a pre-programmed response.
She is exhibiting behavior that's been imprinted upon her.
Now, understanding that is actually very important for us as individuals because this is something they've tried to imprint upon all of us.
It's not just her particularly, it is this mindset, this response mechanism, this sort of reaction is the end goal for the sort of control that they want to exert over us.
So, how do we break it?
Well, we break it by simply understanding it first, recognizing it second, and then...
Actively deploying our own countermeasures toward it.
Now, there's a certain percentage of the population who will never be able to recognize that they are in this control matrix, right?
They just won't see the matrix.
It's to use the sort of...
Overused example of the analogy of the matrix from the movie and we're all in this fake world and then we wake up and we see we're in this real world and we see things far more clearly.
And for some of these people, till their dying breath, they will believe wholeheartedly that it is those who are standing outside of this control matrix who are trapped within it.
Right?
That's the illusion of freedom that is so disturbingly scary is those who have convinced themselves that they are free when they are the furthest thing from it.
And what I mean by that is there are those out there who will, with everything that they have within them, believe that this is freedom.
Forever.
And they don't understand that they are living within a prison that's been carefully crafted and constructed all around them.
So, some people call it the prison planet.
Some people call it other things, the matrix, whatever.
But, the point stands that this is what we're dealing with here, folks.
So, glad we had that little And here's just to give you a further idea of what's happening in Germany.
This is another clip from that 60-minute show.
Listen to this.
It's 6.01 on a Tuesday morning.
And we were with state police as they raided this apartment in northwest Germany.
Inside, six armed officers searched a suspect's home.
Then seized his laptop and cell phone.
Prosecutors say those electronics may have been used to commit a crime.
The crime?
Posting a racist cartoon online.
At the exact same time across Germany, more than 50 similar raids played out.
Part of what prosecutors say is a coordinated effort to curb online hate speech in Germany.
Wow.
That looks fun.
Who wants to move to Germany now?
You know what I think?
We should start paying for our citizens who are not happy with the way things are going here to move to Germany.
They'd love it over there.
All the control and the...
The control over what you say and the complete disarray and lack of control over who comes into the country, it's probably a wonderful place of magic and wonder.
So, I don't know.
I mean, look, that's what they want to bring, so keep that in mind.
But, we're coming back, so keep it locked in here.

There's something happening here.
What it is ain't exactly clear.
There's a man with a gun over there.
Telling me I've got to beware.
I think it's time we stop, children.
what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And, you know, to kind of put a little fine point on all of this, I'll give you an example that just popped up.
Michael Knowles did this thing, I don't know, this is like this podcast or internet show where they get somebody to debate a bunch of people who believe the opposite of what they believe.
For instance, I think there was a show where Ben Shapiro was on this thing talking about something.
Some other people have done it, but this one's Michael Knowles with the transgender stuff, right?
And not only does this clip belong in the Internet Hall of Fame, because it's pretty good, but this is to give you an idea of who we're...
Who are being recruited by the side that is pushing for this sort of communist totalitarian control system?
And this is the level of critical thought.
What you'll see in this clip is both the critical factor bypass in full effect and the neurolinguistic programming having taken full effect on an individual whose own cognitive dissonance Disallows them from being able to even listen to the other side,
which is what they want to create in all of their subjects so that they become fervently incapable of any sort of disobedience to the cause or the movement or to the control structure.
Listen to this.
How are you going to get people to stop being trans?
I think we're going to tell boys that they're not girls.
So we're going to tell boys that they're not girls, that they're going to listen?
Yeah, basically.
Really?
Yeah, that's what we've done for most of history.
That happened to me, and I can promise you to God that I didn't listen.
Yeah, well, because we live at a time that is affirming the transgender delusion.
But if we lived at a more sensible time, probably you would have listened, and you might have had some.
And I think we should just return to a more sensible kind of politics.
You're not giving a solution on how you would even be capable.
Yeah, I think I am.
I think we kick the fellas out of the boys' bathroom.
We kick the transgender teaching out of schools.
How are you going to do that?
We just enforce the law as it was before 2015. There was a law prohibiting trans women to go into the women's bathroom or trans men going into the men's bathroom.
Yeah, it's there in the term women's bathroom.
That's a law.
That's why men can't go in.
That's a law.
Yes.
There are all sorts of laws against public indecency, for one, against men going into women's sports leagues.
There are all sorts of regulations against that, or at least there were until recently.
We did not have established in public life transgenderism until very, very recently.
That's not true.
That's not true.
What about the two-spirited people?
What is the two-spirited people?
In the indigenous community, they are...
I don't want to get into semantics, but I'm just...
I know that there has...
The fact is that there has always been trans people.
Do you know where the phrase two-spirited came from?
I don't.
Please enlighten me.
It came from the 3rd Annual Intertribal Native American First Nations Gay and Lesbian Americans Conference in 1990. And the woman who coined that term...
Yeah, I'm like, I just don't think that that's true.
It's true.
The woman who coined that term admitted...
Hold on, hold on.
Let me just finish my point on this.
The woman who coined that term, Maya Laramie, admitted, somewhat recently, that the term Two-Spirit came to her in a dream, in 1990. Now, the Ojibwe Nation actually has translated this term.
I just don't...
It's the Nijmani Duwag.
I don't understand.
But they translated it from the English in 1990. I don't understand how you're capable of eradicating an entire percentage of people by setting laws.
Because people are so good to go.
I think you're choosing not to hear what I'm saying.
Because I'm saying we don't want to eradicate any people.
Isn't the word eradicate?
But the other word is transgenderism, which is an ideology, not a group of people.
But I am a transgender person.
You are a confused person.
I'm not, babe.
I'm so secure in myself.
And there's other women in this room that are also trans, have been trans for 20 plus years, seven years, babe, that know exactly what they're doing.
You're confused because it's not possible for a man...
Looking at somebody without knowing their bodily autonomy, knowing anything that's going on with their medical history.
Because I know the basics of human nature.
You know nothing about me.
I know that you're human.
And I know a little bit about human nature.
Alright, we'll be back.

Okay.
We were going to do this on Monday, but we were off Monday, so we're going to do it today.
It's our segment where we play a sermon from Pastor Dean Miller over at Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Let's listen to his sermon called The Stuff the Church is Made Of.
Let's listen to him right here.
Amen.
When John saw the Lord, he fell at his feet as dead.
What a day that's going to be when we see Jesus and we see God in his glory and majesty.
And thank God we'll have a glorified body because we couldn't stand it.
But we'll get to see him as he is.
Colossians chapter 4. Lord willing, we have this week.
And then next Sunday, we'll close the book of Colossians out.
And there's some things that I think will be a good warning to us for next week that will help us as believers.
Paul is dealing with, if you're new to this study, Paul has been dealing with a cult that has been growing in Colossae.
And it was a cult that was following after the traditions of men and the philosophies, and they were elevating others above Christ.
Listen to me carefully.
Any religion...
That puts anybody between you and Christ.
It becomes a cult.
Paul was saying, uh-uh.
The church is his.
It doesn't belong to the pastor.
It doesn't belong to the pope.
It doesn't belong to the founder, Joseph Smith.
It doesn't belong to Mary Baker Eddy.
It doesn't belong to any...
It doesn't belong to Buddha.
It doesn't belong to Muhammad.
No, no, listen, listen.
It's Jesus.
It's Jesus.
He is all in all and he's in you all.
And he's not just the starting point.
He's the start and the finish.
He's the alpha and the mega.
He's the first.
He's the last.
He's the creator.
He is the firstborn.
He is all together.
Everything that makes up the church.
It's his church.
He bought it.
He shed his blood for it.
It's his.
And the whole church and everything, he ought to have the preeminence and our singing and our worship and our praise and our adoration.
He ought to have the preeminence.
It's all about Christ.
And he began to just lay waste to the cult of Colossae.
And he was letting them know that the church doesn't follow.
You can't come to God following a man.
You come to God through Jesus Christ alone.
And it's all about Jesus.
But at the end, Paul took his view from the vertical on Jesus to the horizontal on people.
And anybody, listen, anybody who tries to exalt themselves above Christ is out of place.
But anybody who belongs to Christ and is members of his body serving him is right where they need to be.
And what Paul was really saying was, this is the church.
Watch this.
This is what we're going to preach on today.
Paul was saying, I want to show you the stuff that church is made of.
It's all about Jesus and then these relationships.
This is the stuff that church is made of.
Look at it.
Verse number 10 of Colossians chapter 4 and verse number 10. Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, saluted you.
And Marcus, sister's son to Barnabas.
Touching whom ye receive commandments.
If he come to you, you receive him.
And Jesus, not that Jesus, the Jesus that is called Justice, who are of the circumcision.
These only are my fellow workers under the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
For I bear him record that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea and them in Hierapolis.
Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas greet you.
Here's what Paul's saying.
Paul's closing out the book and listen, we read sometimes, we read these lists like we're reading a genealogy, like who is Aristarchus?
Who is Marcus?
Who is Justice?
Who is Epaphras?
Who is the other us's?
And we just kind of read through it, we skip over it.
But when you unfold all of this and you realize that this is not just incidental, this is not just something Paul tagged on, this is inspired scripture.
This is God-breathed.
There's an intentional purpose behind every word of God.
Every word of God is pure.
Every word of God has purpose.
Every word of God has power.
Every word of God is effectual to work in the believer.
And what Paul is doing here is he has built this entire book to get our focus onto Jesus.
And at the end, then he says, now I want you to see.
Who the church is made up.
It's all about Christ.
But look at those around you and the work that Christ has done in them and the work that they have done in Christ.
Because this is what the church is made up.
I'm telling you, the church is two things.
It is Jesus and its relationships.
It's how we serve Christ and how we live for Christ and rather how he lives in us.
And how He has made us members of His body.
And I will tell you that as we go through these names and we pull back the veil, you're going to see that this really is the stuff that the church is made of.
I want you to do your best not to think of anybody in particular necessarily.
I'll call your attention to certain people along the way.
But I want you just to repeat after me for a minute.
Just say, this message is for me.
Alright?
I want you to say that with me like you mean it.
This message is for me.
It's not for your spouse.
It's not for your kids.
It's not for the guy in front or the person behind.
It's for you.
And when you see me point, I've got three fingers coming right back at me.
It's for me.
This message is for me because this is the stuff the church is made of.
Look at verse 10. A guy by the name of Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, saluteth you.
Aristarchus.
We first run into Aristarchus in Acts chapter 19 and verse 29. He was a guy who was from Thessalonica.
When Paul was in Troas and had a vision to go to Thessalonica or to go to Macedonia to help them, Paul went over to Philippi.
There he led Lydia to Christ and a number of people and the Philippian jailer and many people got saved.
In the dead of night, Paul left Philippi, went on down to Berea, then made his way into Thessalonica.
And he was only in Thessalonica for three Sabbath days.
He was only there for three weeks.
But he labored day and night preaching the gospel, winning souls, training, discipling, getting people the gospel.
And one of those was Aristarchus.
And that was an ideal church.
The Bible says that from that little church at Thessalonica, the gospel sounded out to all of Macedonia.
I mean, listen, it was a young church, a thriving church.
And in there was a guy named Aristarchus.
He joins Paul on Paul's second missionary journey.
And he's with Paul when Paul makes that trip to Ephesus.
You remember when Paul was in Ephesus?
And Paul began to preach in Ephesus and people started getting saved and they weren't buying the little trinkets for the goddess Diana and the silversmiths.
Remember Demetrius?
Demetrius got angry and got all the silversmiths together and they started a riot.
We're coming back.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
We're going right back to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon, The Stuff the Church is Made of.
Check it out.
How many of you remember the riot that we studied about in the book of Acts?
They started this riot, and I'm telling you, they wanted to pull Paul apart.
They came in to get him, and it was Aristarchus was one of the two men that stood in the way.
They helped Paul get out.
He was in the middle of that riot.
They were going to kill him.
He hazarded his life for Paul's sake and he stayed in that place until it all calmed down.
Aristarchus got away from that riot.
He was in the line of fire there, but got away.
The Lord intervened and he joined back with Paul and went with Paul.
He was actually on the fateful journey that Paul went on to Rome when the ship wrecked.
Remember when Paul wrote, I was a day and night in the deep.
Remember when Paul wrote that I was clinging to a board?
Paul said, I was there.
Well, you know, Aristarchus was like, so was I. When Paul got cast away on the island of barbarians, Aristarchus was there too.
When Paul finally got to Rome and got put in prison, let me tell you what he had to do.
He wanted to minister to Paul, so what he had to do under Roman law is he had to become a voluntary prisoner so that he could be...
Under house arrest to minister to Paul.
He became a prisoner to stay with Paul.
You say, what does that mean?
I'll tell you what it means.
It means that the church is made up of Aristarchus's, listen to me, who are the faithful.
They're the faithful.
Look at me, look at me.
The church is not built on orators.
The church is not built on preaching.
The church needs preaching.
Church is strengthened in preaching.
Church is commanded to preach.
Church needs preaching.
You need preaching.
I need preaching.
The church is not built alone on executives and administrators and staffs.
Let me tell you what the church is built on.
Faithfulness.
It's the thick and the thin.
It's the in and the out.
It's the ups and the downs.
It's the lean and the fat.
It's the rich and the poor.
It's the health and the sickness.
The people who've just been in that thing and stayed in it.
When pastors came and pastors went.
When Sunday school classes had to change rooms.
When they had to go to a different part of the building to have class.
When they went from pews to chairs.
When they went from a sanctuary to a gym.
They just stayed by the stuff.
They were just faithful, week in, week out.
They gave their tithes.
They gave their offerings.
They made their prayers.
They showed up in the place.
And they just stayed by the stuff.
Listen to me.
Orators come.
Orators go.
Famous come, famous go.
But it's the faithful people of God who week in, week out, give themselves to the gospel that God builds.
That's the stuff the church is made of.
I'll tell you just a minute right now.
Who in this room right now this morning has been in this church over 40 years?
40 years or more.
Would you stand right now?
If you've been in this church over 40 years, would you stand right now?
Now in the first service we had a good number of people.
I think about twice as many.
But here, the wig gets out.
Now, Mike, you just stand down here.
I know you don't remember it because you're only 41. Your sister joined the church when she was about 30, 40 years ago.
But anyway, 1983, Sam and Creda came.
Mike, what year did you guys come?
78, when the church started, they were founders.
The hoods were here this morning.
1978, founding members.
Listen, stay standing for a minute.
You know what these people have endured?
With the death of our first pastor.
Building programs, capital campaigns, church splits, people leaving, moving into this building.
Setting up chairs every week.
Tearing down chairs every week.
Then Pastor Redling comes and God uses him.
They build a relationship with that pastor and then God moves him to Pensacola and then God brings a Mississippi hurricane here.
And everybody's wondering, what's this guy going to do?
And they've just stayed.
They've outlasted the pastors.
They've outlasted the staff.
They've outlasted...
Just faithful.
The Aristarchus.
When Paul was preaching and hundreds were being saved, or when Paul was running and hundreds of stones were being thrown, When they were gathered in rooms or people wept and said, Paul, you've changed my life.
Or they were hanging to a board in the middle of the sea, wondering if they would survive.
They just stayed by the stuff.
Faithful people.
Let me tell you, when God brought me to this church, I've been in ministry all my life.
I got saved as a little boy, was raised in a pastor's home.
I've been in church all my life.
And when I came to this church, I knew I'm entering into other men's labors.
I'm coming in to where others have sacrificed and prayed and sweat and bled and given to keep the doors of this place.
And there were times that this church, and many of you may not know our history, but there were times it was lean.
There were some tough times here, and they just stayed by the stuff that Aristarchus does.
That's the stuff the church is made of.
How many of you have been here for more than 30 years?
Would you stand?
30 years.
Stay standing, 40s.
Alright, a few of you, a few of you, 30 years.
How about 20 years?
Would you stand for just a minute?
20 years.
Two decades in.
Hey, let me tell you, those of you that are new to this church, those of you that have been saved here, baptized here, counseled here, discipled here, God's done something in your life here.
I mean, you just look around.
It's the Aristarchuses.
It's the people who just said, I'll willingly be a prisoner.
I'll give myself to that.
Hey, can I just say something to everybody in this room?
Listen to me.
Jesus didn't just give part of his body for you.
So don't just give part of you to the Lord's work.
Jesus was all in.
Amen.
And he wants us to be all in.
Don't just have a church that you attend.
Belong.
This is the stuff the church has made of.
Let me tell you something while they're standing.
I've heard some of the most famous preachers preach, and I have forgotten a lot of their messages.
But it was the Jim and Joyce stewards who for decades stood at the back door, remembered my name when I was five, and 15, and 25. Saw me grow in the Lord.
I had no idea when I was a kid that they were rich people.
I didn't know that.
If I would have, I would have been better friends.
But when I would walk through that door and I would come in and he'd say, hey little Dean, and all my buddies that were with me.
It wasn't just because I was a preacher's kid.
He had all my little buddies.
He'd grab you by the hand.
I still don't know how he did it.
I've tried to practice it for years.
He'd grab you by the hand.
And he'd take two fingers and he'd just put you on the...
He'd just grab my wrist with those two fingers.
And that man could vice grip your wrist with his two fingers.
And I would just...
As a little kid.
And then he'd say, hey, let go of my hand, alright bud?
I've got to shake other people's hands.
And I couldn't pull away.
And he would just keep...
He'd say, hey, let go, let go.
And then he'd say, oh man, it's my arthritis.
Joyce, my arthritis.
I can't let go.
And then I'd start freaking out as a little kid.
It was the Jim and Joyce story that every Sunday were at the door when we came in.
They were standing in the back watching for people's hands to be raised that didn't know Christ.
I've thousands of times watched Jim walk over to a man, put his arm around him and say, can I walk, can I go with you, show you?
There are men today preaching in pulpits around this country, my friends in ministry.
They got saved because Joyce and Jim walked them down the aisle.
That's the stuff the church is built on.
You may be seated.
Aristarchus.
The word for Aristarchus?
Faithful.
And God's not going to say, well done, thou good and famous servant.
Well done, thou good and faithful servant.
Look at this guy.
Verse number 10. And Marcus, sister son to Barnabas.
Marcus was Mary's son.
He goes by the name Marcus.
He goes by the name John.
He goes by the name John Mark.
We all know him as Mark because of the gospel of Mark.
But he was Mary's son.
Mary was Barnabas' mom.
Barnabas' sister, rather.
She had a house in Jerusalem.
She was one of the early believers who opened up her house for the early church.
The church in Acts chapter 2 and beyond began to meet in her house.
Hundreds of people would no doubt come and they would gather and John Mark, little Marcus was a part of that and through the Apostle Peter's ministry, John Mark came to know Christ.
As he was growing in the Lord, God was using Barnabas to train Saul of Tarshish and Saul was a new believer and Barnabas was pouring his life into Saul and God called him to the mission field.
And on their missionary journey, Saul says to Barnabas, Hey, is there anybody else we should take along?
Barnabas said, I've been praying about my nephew.
I think John Mark should go with this.
Great, let's bring him in.
So John Mark comes along.
They go over to Cyprus.
They have a ministry in Cyprus.
They sail from Cyprus up to Perga.
And when they get to Perga, John Mark leaves.
He quits.
People have speculated why did he quit.
Maybe he was homesick.
Missed his mama.
Maybe he had a girlfriend back home.
And he went back home.
He was young, homesick.
Some say it wasn't homesickness, it was seasickness.
He just sailed across that channel and got seasick and thought, man, this is not for me.
Maybe it was the fact that he was watching Barnabas and Saul become Paul and Barnabas.
And it maybe hurt him that Barnabas was taking a backseat to Paul.
And Paul was asserting authority.
And he didn't agree with it.
We don't know why, but we know this.
He quit.
And we know that that deeply affected the Apostle Paul.
And we know that later when he went back home and Paul and Barnabas were going to go on another journey, Barnabas said, I'm going to bring John Mark.
And he said, no.
Paul said, over my dead body, that boy's not going.
He's a quitter.
He left us in a moment of need.
That boy quit.
We can't count on him.
We got souls to win.
He's not going.
And boy, Barnabas and Paul had no small tangle.
They split ways and broke a friendship.
Barnabas took John Mark and then Paul took Silas and they went on separate journeys.
And it was later that Barnabas died and John Mark was down in Babylon helping Peter.
And he came to visit Paul.
I think one of the things that drew him back to Paul, I can't prove it in the Bible, but I think one of the things that drew him back to Paul...
was the fact that James was the pastor of the church in Jerusalem and because of their hard stance with Judaism and trying to figure out the gospel and how does the gospel jive with the Mosaic Law and all of that stuff.
There was some contention there and Paul had come to the council and tried to help him with that and I think there was a big disparity over his reaching the Gentiles but I think John Mark realized that God was in that thing and he saw the work that God was doing and John Mark Came to him, and I can only imagine that first reunion.
You know, I read Paul's writings, and I admire his theology and his ability to write, but I want to tell you something.
I'll tell you where Paul grows in my mind, in respect, is that Paul humbled himself, took John Mark back, forgave him, loved him, used him.
And he actually had written to the Colossians and gave the Colossian church commandments to, I'm going to send him and you'd receive him.
This guy's got stuff you need.
This guy understands conflict.
This guy knows how to reconcile.
This guy knows some things and Paul said, I'm going to send him to you.
Hey, here's my name for John Mark.
This is the stuff the church is made for.
If Aristarchus is faithful, John Mark is the forgiven.
You know what the church is made up of?
It's made up of a lot of forgiveness.
There have been people in this church that they went to connection class today or they're sitting in a connection class now together with somebody who got sideways with them years ago.
Somebody who gossiped about them.
Somebody who did something to hurt their children.
Somebody who maybe even left the church and then came back.
And I want to tell you, there have been some people through the years who got crossways with each other and had conflict with each other.
But the grace of God reconciled it and they humbled themselves and they made it right and they mended their ways and they did it biblically and they loved each other and they had their hurts healed by the grace of God.
The church is filled with people who've learned to forgive.
That's what it's about.
If you've got a conflict in your heart today, if you've got anger or bitterness in your heart towards somebody, listen to me, let God deal with that with His grace.
Amend it.
Anything can be amended if you will amend it.
Give people space to get right.
You young couples, when you see these couples who've been married for 50 years walking around, let me tell you what it tells you.
There's been a lot of forgiveness given.
They didn't always have a hunky-dory marriage.
They went through the same problems you're going through.
They had the same conflicts you're going through.
They had the same pressures you're going through.
They had the same battles that you're going through.
They had the same temptations that you're going through.
But they made a decision that they were going to get right with each other when they needed to and humble themselves and forgive and accept one another as husband and wife.
And I want to tell you, that's the stuff that makes for love and intimacy and bonding in the church.
It's to forgive.
Be back.

Let's go right back over to Pastor D. Miller and his sermon, The Stuff the Church is Made of.
It's easy to walk into a church and to look around and say, yeah, you know, I really don't like that.
I don't like that.
But I want to tell you something.
Listen to me.
It's the people who've come in who've had their feelings hurt and somebody hurt them that made it right and stayed and let God deal with it.
That's the stuff the church is made of.
It's made of making wrongs right.
Listen to me.
I'm not a perfect pastor.
I'm going to hurt you.
You're not perfect church members.
You're going to hurt me.
You're going to hurt one another.
But it's the grace of God that forgives.
The church is made up of forgivers.
Thank God for John Mark.
I love to read his gospel and think what a blessing that he was forgiven.
What a gift he was to the church.
Later in Paul's life, when he was about to die, he said to Timothy, hey, bring John Mark.
He's profitable for me in the ministry.
When he was young, he was a pain to me in the ministry.
And now I see his profit.
Hey, let me tell you something.
Let people grow.
Love people.
Forgive people.
Be quick to forgive.
If you've got a brother that's got aught with you, run to him and confront it and make it right.
Don't let it fester and build and grow.
God can do something with that.
John Mark, forgiven.
Aristarchus, faithful.
Look at this guy, Jesus Justice.
He was a faithful servant, the Bible says, a fellow servant.
And he comforted Paul's heart.
He was an encourager.
He was a Jew.
His name was Jesus.
Now, he wasn't that Jesus.
He was Jesus Justice.
Jesus was a common Hebrew name because it's the Hebrew word for Joshua, which means Savior.
And a lot of Hebrew boys had that name.
And I'll tell you something about Jesus Justice.
Let me give you some insight.
The greatest information that we have on Jesus Justice is that we have no information on Jesus Justice.
But he's there!
And you know what he's there?
He's there in a group of people.
Paul said in Jesus' justice, and these are they of the circumcision who are with me, laboring in the kingdom of God, and are a comfort to me.
All we know about this, listen to me, we don't know a thing that guy did.
We don't know anything that Jesus did.
We don't know where he came from.
We don't know when he got saved.
We don't know what he did.
All we know is this.
He was in the work of the kingdom and he was encouraging Paul's heart.
I told you last Sunday.
Unknown does not mean unimportant.
Just because, listen, there are scores of people.
There are people that I had stand a minute ago that were like, Pastor, please, do not make me do that.
My name doesn't need to be in the bulletin.
I don't need to be recognized.
I don't need to be brought up in front of everybody.
I don't need to lead a group.
I just want to be there and encourage and be faithful and just be the guy who is friendly.
That's him.
That's him.
He's the friendly guy.
He's the guy who shakes the people's hands in front of him.
He's the guy that shakes people's hands behind him.
He's the guy that says to somebody, hey, it's great to see you.
He's just the guy that's just kind of around the church, just kind of being friendly.
We don't really know a whole lot.
Who is that guy?
I don't know, but he's nice.
Who is that person?
I have no idea what they do.
But they're always encouraging me.
Listen, that's the kind of stuff the church is made up of.
There's a lot of nameless people in a church that are just in their place serving for the kingdom and making a way for others to be encouraged.
Somebody say amen right there.
Hey, aren't you glad that anonymous doesn't mean unimportant?
Aren't you glad that there are people in this church?
That are just in their place, doing their thing, don't need recognition.
They're just the Jesus justice.
In their place, friendly.
I'm going to skip one on purpose for a minute and I'll come back to them in a second.
But look down at verse number 14. Luke, the beloved physician.
Oh, I like Luke.
Luke is the only Gentile who got to write books in the Bible and in the New Testament wrote two books, the Gospel of Luke and the Book of Acts.
Luke was a Gentile kid.
He was a doctor.
Studied in the Greek medicine, and boy, it was really something in those days.
They were making great advancements in science and in medicine, and Luke was a doctor, and he got saved, and he joined Paul.
If we had to give him a word, he'd be famous.
He was a famous guy.
You know why he was famous?
He was a doctor.
Everybody wants to be a friend with a doctor.
We got several doctors that come to our church.
A good number of doctors that come to our church.
You can always see who they are.
They're the guy running to the car at the inn and there's always somebody going behind them like, hey, can you take a look at this?
Hang on, brother.
I got this ooze.
Poor guys.
But let me tell you what Luke was known for.
He was just the beloved physician.
Everybody loved him.
He was a man well known and well loved throughout the church.
And let me tell you why he was so loved.
Because he was a man that was willing to be the answer to Paul's prayer.
In Acts chapter 16 verse number 10, the pronouns change from they to we in the story of the book of Acts and Paul's ministry.
They to we.
It was in Luke chapter 16 verse 10 that Luke joined Paul's team.
If you study your Bible out, you'll see that the timeline of that, Paul had been praying.
He had some kind of a physical malady.
He had a thorn in the flesh.
He had something physically wrong with him, and he went to God three times with seasons of prayer and fasting.
Oh God, take this from me.
Oh God, deliver me from this illness.
God, whatever it is, we don't know what it is.
I don't know what was wrong with him, but he begged God to help him.
And three times God said, no, no, no.
And I can see Paul arguing with God.
Oh God, I could do so much more for you if I didn't have this issue.
And God said, that's the problem, Paul.
The problem is if you didn't have this issue, you would do so much.
But I need you to be weak so I can be strong.
Paul would have a tendency to get in the way.
You need to be able to say, I can do all things.
Through Christ.
So Paul, I'm not taking that because when you're weak, then I'm strong.
But my grace will be sufficient.
And it was at that moment, listen, God's answer of grace in Paul's life was Luke.
God gave him a doctor.
And Luke was faithful.
He was God's grace in Paul's life.
He took care of Paul physically.
He ministered to him emotionally.
He encouraged Paul spiritually.
He strengthened him.
He was with Paul through the thick and thin.
Listen, here's a guy who could have gone back and had a practice and said, you know, Paul, I could probably do a lot more for the missionary work if I went back home and built a practice and made a lot of money and I could just fund your endeavors.
But he didn't use it that way.
He said, Paul, I'm going to go with you.
And let me tell you something.
He was with Paul to the end.
Paul, in 2 Timothy chapter 4, I believe it's verse number 11, Paul wrote, only Luke is with me.
Luke was the last believer that Paul talked to before he lost his head.
Boy, isn't that just like the grace of God?
It's with us all the way to the end.
Others had forsaken Paul.
Others had fled.
Luke just stayed right by the stop.
Luke was a friend.
Luke was the faithful, wonderful doctor to help him.
You know, I thank God in our church we have some doctors.
They would never want me to say, but I'll tell you one of the things that encourages my heart.
I'll just give you some...
I won't tell you who.
There's a number of them that serve.
And I would just tell you, I love to get reports to see those doctors in the jail ministering to inmates.
Or over at the Fort Collins Rescue Mission.
Helping the homeless.
Serving with men that are addicted and broken and helping mentor them.
There's something to be said about Men like Luke.
Who could have everything this world offers them if they wanted it.
But they've offered all of themselves to God.
And they're just a grace to the church.
Thank God for that.
Thank God for that.
Notice, this is the stuff the church is made of.
Look at verse number 12. I'll come back to this guy.
Epaphras.
And Paul says more about him than anybody else.
We already were introduced to him back in chapter 1 because Epaphras was the guy from Colossae.
All right, we're coming right back.
In his well-known devotional, My Upmost for His Highest, Oswald Chambers asks, Are you ready to be offered?
Paul writes in Philippians 2.17, Even if I am to be poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrificial offering of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.
Are we willing to be offered for the work of the faithful?
Are we willing to bind our worldly selves to the sacrificial altar to have the things of the flesh removed?
The altar means fire, burning and purification and the removal of everything that God has not started and of every attachment that is not an attachment to God.
If we wish to experience the fullness of God working in us and through us, the things of the world must be removed.
As Chambers says, tell God you are ready to be offered, and God will prove himself to be all you ever dreamed he would be.

We're going right back over to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon, The Stuff the Church is Made Of.
He was the guy who was saved in Paul's ministry at Ephesus, where Aristarchus almost died.
And he was the guy who got so burdened for souls and the call of God in his life, he went back home to Colossae and started a church in Colossae.
Then he went over to Hierapolis in this Tri-City area and he started a church in Hierapolis.
Then he went over to Laodicea and started a church in Laodicea.
Epaphras was a guy that Paul calls a fellow servant.
Every time you read Epaphras' name, you're going to see the word fellow with that.
Now, there's an important.
He was a man who believed, listen to me, in the value of the local church.
He believed in the value of the local church.
Listen, he went and started a church in Colossae, and then he went and started a church in Hierapolis, then he went and started a church in Laodicea, so those people in those places could have a local New Testament church.
I want to tell you something.
There's something about belonging to the body locally.
There's something about being involved with other people, other members, and being in that church.
And Epaphras believed in that.
He was a fellow servant.
He believed in the ministry of the cooperation of the local church.
That we are members one of another.
Many years ago, I went to a pastor and the church had missionaries that they had sent out around the world.
I'm praying that we would have some sent from our church, that God would let us send people around the world to preach the gospel and be missionaries, and praying that God would call some of you.
And by the way, parents, if your kids want to go into ministry, don't tell them, well, go get an education and have a plan B so you can make money.
Listen, just give your life to God and let God do it.
I wish parents would get out of the way, God's way.
Labors are few.
God is still calling.
We're on a cliff in America.
We're converging on a massive problem.
We are seeing churches closing.
The average age of pastors is going up and up and up.
And the number of kids that are in college to study ministry is going down and down and down.
Because parents are like, you better have a fallback.
Let me tell you something.
If you're following God and His will, you don't need a fallback.
Where God guides you, God provides for you.
Let your kids serve God.
Get out of their way.
Let God have them.
Give them to the Lord.
My wife and I, when our kids were born, that's one thing we did.
We just said, Lord, we give these kids to you.
I'd rather have my kids around the world in the center of God's will than next door.
And I'm going to tell you something, I would love to have them next door.
We were FaceTiming our grandbabies last night.
And I looked at my wife, I said, We both said, I wish they could just live right here.
We could just hold them and hug them.
But we said many years ago, we'd rather have our kids around the world in the will of God than next door out of the will of God.
The greatest gift you can ever give to God is your children.
You hear me?
Now, I'll tell you that.
I led my wife that way, and we prayed about that.
For years, I kept telling her, sweetheart, listen, we're not raising these kids for ourselves.
This is going to be somebody's wife.
You've got to think about that dude.
What kind of wife is he going to get?
This is somebody's mama.
What kind of mama are they going to have?
We've got to raise our kids for that.
We've got to give them away.
We've got to give them away.
I preached that to my wife for all those years.
Then we gave them away.
And I wept like a baby.
And my wife didn't even cry.
I'm going home.
What's wrong with you?
She said, I believed you all those years when we said we had to give them away.
I was ready for this.
I gave them to the Lord.
Well, I didn't.
I was trying to get you to do it.
Apaphras, Apaphras just went to serve God.
Thank you.
And I'll tell you something about him.
I'll tell you what the stuff the church is made of.
He was fervent.
Look at it real quick.
We're almost done.
He's a servant of Christ.
When I went to Mississippi years ago, I was going to tell you, I had a missionary that we had sent out, and I got a call from a missions agency in that part of the world, and they said, hey, you need to get your man off the field.
He's doing a lot of damage to the cause of Christ.
He's a loner.
He came here and just wants to do everything himself, wants to do everything by himself.
He doesn't cooperate with anybody.
It's all about him.
It's his way or the highway.
And he's just running over all the work that people have put in the way.
And he just has a sense of arrogance.
And I want to just tell you, church, listen to me.
In the body of Christ, there are no loners.
God doesn't want anybody to just be a loner.
There's no lone wolves in the ministry.
It's always we.
We are members one of another.
Jesus said, I gave you a commandment, a new commandment that I give to you.
Here's his commandment, that you love one another.
Listen, you can't be a lone wolf and love one another.
You have to be one another.
There's 52 one another commandments in the New Testament.
It is God's will for you to get into a church and belong to it.
And can I tell you, you're never going to find a church that's going to check all your boxes.
So get into a church and find out, God, where can you use me to love these people?
How can I serve?
How can I minister?
How can I help encourage this church to go reach our area for the gospel?
What ministries could you help me give?
Find a place!
That's what Epaphras did.
He got saved and he went home.
Started winning people to Christ.
God used me.
And God used him.
And I'll tell you what he did.
He was fervent.
Look what he did.
He prayed.
Look at how Paul said it.
Paul said he prayed always.
This was a man who was faithful in prayer, constant in prayer, laboring in prayer.
Notice what it says.
He labored fervently.
He was red hot for God.
I want to tell you something.
That's the same word that was used of how Jesus prayed in Luke 22, 44. That Jesus, when he went in the garden of Gethsemane, labored fervently, agonizing in prayer.
I'll tell you what's missing in the church today.
It's some epiphases who get a zeal for God.
Look at what it says.
Look at the verse.
Look at verse number 13. I bear him record.
He hath a great zeal for you.
Oh God, give us some people who get such a zeal for others in the church that they pray for them.
And they fervently pray for them.
They agonize over somebody's cancer.
Agonize over somebody's need.
Agonize over their lost baby.
Agonize over them and their troubles.
Agonize to God.
Pray and seek God for that marriage that's going through hard times.
Pray.
Pray for those in the church.
Listen, oh God, give us some people that'll get a zeal and a fervency for others and we'll beg God for them.
I want to tell you, it was John Jowett that said this.
He said, prayer that costs you nothing accomplishes nothing.
We have such a prayerlessness in the church.
In our American church, our prayers are barely even pulling on the rope that rings the bells in heaven.
Most of the time our prayers are for ourself.
He prayed constantly.
He prayed fervently.
He prayed personally for you.
He told Colossae, I bear record of this.
I've heard this guy pray for you by name.
Hey, do you pray for people in the church by name?
How about your connection class?
How about the people who sit around you?
Have you gotten the prayer sheet on a Wednesday night and just prayed for people by name?
Say, I don't even know those people.
Well, God knows them.
We always pray for ourselves.
I heard about a girl one time who got under conviction and said, I'm never going to pray for myself again.
So she went to prayer.
She started praying.
She said, now, Lord, I told you I'm not going to pray for myself, but right now I'm going to pray for my mother.
God, give my mother a handsome son-in-law.
All right, we'll be back after the break.
I'm Joe Jaquin, CEO of the Patriot Trading Group, and I would like to encourage everyone to make sure they are prepared financially as the Federal Reserve continues to destroy the value of the dollar.
Since the closing of the gold window in 1971, the Federal Reserve has led the way in the explosion of debt and the devaluing of your money.
They openly say that they need 2% inflation, which simply means they hope to devalue your money, and they want to do this every single year, year after year.
I know it's hard to understand, but the Federal Reserve believes in prosperity through debt and growth via the devaluation of your future.

back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and that was Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon about what the church is made of.
And I'm thankful to him for sharing that with us, and I hope you guys got something out of it.
I do that because I really do believe that this show that we do here is not just about the news.
It's about the good news.
It's about sharing the message of Christ to all who can hear and will hear.
And I appreciate all of you guys listening, all the positive remarks.
And if you're so interested in attending one of those sermons live, you can go on over to Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins.
The services there are at 9.30 and 11 a.m.
On Sundays, for anybody who is interested in joining, all are welcome.
So I do encourage you all to go check that out.
But that's pretty much it.
We've hit our final segment of the show.
Of course, there's always more to cover, and we'll get into it tomorrow.
Any stories that we weren't able to get into here today, we will be covering tomorrow and much more, I'm sure.
So you have that to look forward to.
But I really do want to take a second here at the end of the show and give you guys a little bit of a message of hope and encouragement that will hopefully find you wherever you're at today.
You know, last week we had somebody message and then call in.
Say how thankful they were that we mentioned battling addiction and sobriety and the importance of it and what that meant to them.
And I want to reiterate that message here today for anybody who may need to hear it.
This is your moment.
This is your opportunity.
This is what you've been waiting for.
If you've been waiting for a sign...
That it's time to get sober, and it's time to clean up your life, and it's time to start living right and getting right with God?
Well, here it is.
This is it.
This is the sign that you've...
Probably been hoping or waiting for.
So I encourage anybody out there who needs that help to go get it.
There are groups you can visit like Celebrate Recovery.
It's a great Christian recovery organization that helps people in all kinds of different places with addiction to get out of it.
And I really encourage you all to do that because it is so vitally important that we ready ourselves for the many battles we will surely face in this life.
And beyond.
So it's not...
Well, it is just about getting right with God and having that faith and belief in Jesus.
But once that is taken care of, then it really is important to take care of yourself and treat your body with the respect and love that it needs to grow and be able to give you the strength to help not just yourself but others.
And honor God through all of that work.
So that's my encouragement to all of you out there listening today for our final God's Grace is Greater segment to go out and take advantage of this week and make yourself better.
And it may be a hard journey, but it's certainly worth every step.
So that's where I'm going to leave it.
I want to thank you all for listening.
We'll be back tomorrow, same time, same place, God willing.
We'll go over all the stories we weren't able to cover today, like I said before, but I want to thank you for joining us.
Thanks to the callers, texters, listeners, everybody who's out there.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Until then, I'm your host, Craig James Gutt.
