The truth.
It is the middle ground between light and shadow, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge.
This is Just Informed Talk Radio, where we are not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God's power for salvation to everyone who believes.
One thing, I don't know why, it doesn't even matter how hard you try.
Keep that in mind, I designed this rhyme, it was played in two times.
All I know, time is a valuable thing.
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings.
Watch it count down to the end of the day.
The clock ticks, life away is so unreal.
Then look out below, watch the time go right out the window.
Trying to hold on, but you didn't even know.
Wasted it all just to watch you go.
I kept everything inside, and even though I tried.
Welcome to another Just Informed Talk Radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
Hope you guys are having a wonderful day.
Boy, do we have a good show for you.
I'm going to try to cover all of these stories.
So much winning, it's hard to keep up with.
That's the thing the kids say these days, right?
Well, we're going to look at the winning and see what it looks like.
Here in Colorado particularly, we start with a fascinating story.
A story that really...
According to our own politicians here, shouldn't exist.
This should be outside the realm of possibility, because we've been told for days, weeks, and months that we're living inside some sort of delusional fever dream, if you will.
When we point out the fact that there are Venezuelan cartels that live here amongst us, Extorting the local population, increasing crime rates, and draining us of resources.
We are completely misguided.
In fact, racist, homophobic, xenophobic lunatics, right?
That's what we've been told, at least.
But it doesn't seem that it's so, given the story that's just come out over the weekend.
Trump's deportation forces raid a makeshift nightclub in Denver, Colorado.
And apparently, over 50 illegal aliens, with ties directly to Venezuelan's Trende Aragua cartel gang, were taken into custody.
Now, excuse me, you know, I'm no genius, but as I recall, you know, our representatives like Jason Crow, you know, the military guy who's now a woke liberal and he preaches to us about our misogyny and homophobia and how dangerous it is.
And Jared Polis, our woke gay governor who tells us all the time that, you know, things aren't as bad as you're making them out to be.
Those two, and many, many, many others in the woke brigade that run this state politically, they've told us time and time again that this Venezuelan Trendy Aragu game doesn't exist, that it's a myth.
It's like looking for leprechauns or searching for the lost.
Treasure of Atlantis.
These things don't exist, right?
But the truth is that, as we've just seen, when law enforcement is actually given the ability to do its job, well, the crime and the criminals are pretty easy to find, as a matter of fact.
As a matter of fact, it turns out they're running illegal nightclubs.
In empty warehouses in the middle of the state's capital, Denver, Colorado.
So, this is, to me, what it looks like when you have a corrupt establishment, political class, who's turned their back on the people and has decided to take the path of least resistance to appease their Virtue signaling donors.
And the entire swath of illegal criminal immigrants, aliens, whom they want to convert into a voting base illegally.
This is what happens.
And you know, we can go through the stories and the crimes and the pain and the suffering.
The waste, the fraud, the abuse, the taxes that are taken from hard-working Americans and given to these illegal criminals, invaders, that is, military-aged men running amok, staying up all night, getting drunk and carousing at illegal pop-up warehouse nightclubs in Denver.
Engaged in the narco-trafficking and child sex trafficking trades.
I mean, look.
This is what it is.
According to officials, many of the dozens of people apprehended in Adams County, Colorado on Sunday.
We're illegal aliens who worked for the Venezuelan cartel gang, Tren de Aragua, the DEA, the Rocky Mountain Division, that is, in collaboration with Metro Denver Law Enforcement Agencies and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives, Homeland Security and Enforcement Removal Operations, Denver.
Executed the early morning raid in an illegal makeshift nightclub operating in the area.
Federal authorities reported the seizure of substantial quantities of illicit drugs, firearms, large sums of cash, underscoring the growing criminal threat posed by illegal immigration.
The operation was confirmed on social media by the DEA Rocky Mountain Division.
Officials described the operation as targeting a secretive invite-only venue used by gang members to orchestrate their criminal enterprises under the cover of a nightlife activity. .
How about that?
Somebody want to put this on Jared Polis' and Jason Crow and the rest of these...
Corrupt politicians' desks this morning.
Oh, by the way, no big deal.
Just a secretive invite-only venue used by cartel members in Denver to orchestrate their criminal enterprises.
But you're crazy to say that there's a criminal element in this state that's taking over many of the...
And the worst part is, yeah, the crime affects everyone.
For sure.
But the sickest and most disgusting part of it all is that the people who Jason Crow and Jared Polis and the rest of these virtue-signaling liberal idiots claim to really care about the most, the lower-class individuals in the state, the poor communities, the disenfranchised, quote-unquote, They're the ones being targeted by these cartels the most.
They're the ones having their apartments taken over.
They're the ones being extorted as a community.
They're the ones whose businesses have to pay extortion money to the cartels for a protection racket that's being run.
But, you know, where are the racists for saying we want to get rid of that?
Where the racists are saying we want to have law and order.
Make it make sense to me.
Make it make sense to me.
You know?
That's all I ask.
That's all I ask.
Is that too much to ask?
I just want someone to make it make sense.
But hey, you know, they feel good when they go home.
And tell their families about how virtuous they are.
How they're standing up for the little guy.
The little guy being a transnational criminal cartel from Venezuela.
Of course, stay tuned.

I'll never fall in love again, but it's real And the feeling comes shining through I'm so caught up in you, little girl That I never did this bad that I think so Welcome back to Just Informed Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And look, again, I have compassion for these people.
I think the difference between sort of what I see the conservative viewpoint as And what I see the liberal viewpoint as on this Is the fact that we actually care about people's safety and well-being.
Whereas...
I'm talking about we as in the conservative side.
The liberal side looks at this as an issue of, you know, we want to appear to be the virtuous and good people in this divide.
And I think this is why they've lost all credibility with the American public at large.
This is why Trump won the popular vote.
This is why Trump won all the swing states.
This issue couldn't be more clear.
I mean...
If you're sitting there telling me that the situation we find ourselves in right now is you have one side that is like sticking their head in the sand, telling us nothing to see here, nothing's going on.
While secretive, invite-only venues are being used by gang members in their capital cities to orchestrate criminal enterprises from, like something out of John Wick, something out of some gangster movie, you know?
And the other side's like, maybe we should go arrest those people.
Maybe we should not allow that to happen.
You know, for the sake of protecting the community and all.
The taxpayer people who, you know, are citizens.
And then they say, well, you're just not virtuous.
You're not compassionate.
You have no empathy.
You have no sympathy for these people.
Well, wait a minute.
Wait a minute.
Wait a minute.
For which people?
The ones who...
Have come here illegally to establish criminal enterprises inside of our borders to exploit our citizens and terrorize our communities?
Those people we don't have empathy for?
We don't have compassion for narco-terrorists setting up secretive clubs and warehouses to plan out their criminal enterprise from?
You're telling me that that's what I don't have compassion for?
Well, no, I don't, actually.
As an American citizen, no, I don't.
I think those people should be brought back to their country from which they came and reprimanded and told that if they come, we will continue to send them back in perpetuity.
Perhaps if they keep coming back and filing a law, we will put them in prison, even though I don't like that idea, because then we have to pay for it.
But at least it would be keeping them off our streets.
And then they come back at you, and I'm sitting here thinking to myself, I don't have any beef with, you know...
The lower-class citizens?
As a matter of fact, I want to protect people of all classes in this society in which we live.
All citizens should have equal and fair protection under the law.
You know, like the whole Constitution thing, like what it says in there?
Bill of Rights, etc.
But that doesn't compute these people.
They want everybody to have every right always, forever.
No matter what.
Because it's...
It's compassionate.
It's the right thing to do.
The more likely scenario, I think, is that a lot of these people benefit from this.
And you see this in the way that they talk about illegals, right?
I'll give you an example.
An example that's fairly popular.
Most of you have heard this, right?
The liberal argument about why we shouldn't do anything about the illegals in our country.
Well, who's going to pick your crops?
Who's going to clean your toilets?
Who's going to work the jobs that Americans won't work?
Who's going to foot the bill when things get more expensive because you have to have a corporation pay a fair day's wage and give benefits like health insurance and other coverages of Social Security to their employees?
Well, guess what?
You're going to foot the bill.
You're going to pay 10 cents, 20 cents, 30 cents more on the dollar because there's going to be no exploitable slaves in this country anymore.
So you better think about it before you, you know, careful what you wish for, buyer beware.
Somebody pointed out on social media, I mean, this is nearly equivalent to the argument being made for slavery by Democrats in the 1800s.
I mean, I guess the old saying is true, you know, times change, but people don't, right?
And maybe that's the point.
Maybe that's what we're all sort of waking up to.
And I'm not saying us.
I think most of us here listening, myself included, have been aware of this for a long time.
But maybe that's what the majority of Americans are starting to wake up to.
Is that the party of slavery is still the party of slavery.
Right?
The Democrats.
We're the party of slavery.
I'm not saying that as some like...
Anything other than the truth.
And if you look at the people who run the show over there, it shouldn't be surprising.
And this is why they fill their ranks with the least impressive people amongst them.
This is why AOC is in Congress.
This is why Jared Polis is the governor of Colorado.
This is why Jason Crow is in the House of Representatives.
Because they don't...
Within the Democratic power ranks, there are people at the top, tippy top, who you don't see.
You know, the Soroses and the like.
But then, the leadership gets filled with, I mean, Kamala, they ran Kamala Harris for president.
What more do I need to tell you?
What more do I need to say?
They told you Kamala Harris was a competent human being.
They told you Joe Biden was not a demented, senile pervert.
And the list goes on and on and on.
Jasmine Crockett, go look at that lady in the House of Representatives.
Go look at some of the people running the state.
Legislature here in Colorado.
I mean, we have men in wigs who think they're women.
I mean, look.
They're not putting their brightest forward, and there's a reason for that.
Because you don't want to promote...
I mean, like, what have we learned from DEI? Right?
And the woke.
Ideology.
It's not about merit.
It's not about how competent you are.
It's not about how skilled you are.
It's not about how intelligent you are.
It's about what diversity box do you check?
Are you, you know, LGBTQ? Are you a person of color?
Are you multiple things?
Are you a transgender, disabled...
Person of color, you know, two-spirit animal.
Like, oh, well then you might, we should probably promote you to the president of the country.
Because that's how it works.
Now, I don't say these things from a position of hate.
I don't hate these people.
I think they're misguided.
I feel bad for them, to be quite honest.
If I had to live in that nightmare every day, I don't even know how I'd make it.
You wonder why the suicide rates are higher with a lot of these people.
You wonder why depression is higher with a lot of these people.
Mental illness is higher with a lot of these people.
Because half the cases they're affirming their mental illness is some sort of identity.
I.e.
the transgender stuff.
And the other half, you know, these people have legitimate psychological disorders, and what are they doing?
They're giving them chemical lobotomies with these SSRIs.
They're pumping them so full of drugs that they don't know what planet they're on.
And then you wonder why the homeless people would rather live on the street than go into the mental health, you know, facilities.
Because they're going to give them, like, these Class A antipsychotic meds that are basically chemical lobotomies.
So you have a choice.
You can either be crazy and live on the street or go to the institution and have your brain basically turned into mush.
So maybe science should be working on, you know, ways to get around that.
I don't know.
I'm not a psychologist.
This isn't...
A psychiatrist, you know, not giving medical advice.
I'm not a doctor.
But I'm just saying.
The system is irrevocably broken, but it can change.
So it's not irrevocable, but it's irreparably in disrepair at the moment.
But it's going to change.
And, you know, the funny thing is, you get a guy like...
RFK Jr., for instance, who I don't particularly like or dislike.
I agree with him on certain things.
I disagree with him on other things.
I think what he's doing for the food is great.
I think his idea about taking fluoride out of the water, great.
I think his policies on guns, not so great.
His policies on climate change, not so great.
But good thing he's the HHS secretary and not the John Kerry climate czar.
Right?
So those are things I can get behind.
I think you can get behind too.
Like, oh, should we take fluoride out of the water?
Yeah, why not?
Sounds good to me.
Sign me up.
Which, by the way, if you're not asking your local jurisdiction right now...
If they have fluoride in the water, A, and if they're going to take it out, B, that's probably something you want to bring to the next city hall meeting, the city council meeting.
Because that's something we should do on a priority.
But suffice it to say that there are so many things that we can go down the rabbit hole of with how liberals and conservatives differ and disagree on these things.
Because there's a thread of compassion, common sense logic that you get with conservatives in general, conservatism, that's just completely gone from the left.
Nothing they do or say really makes any sense when you think about it.
It may feel good.
It may make you feel like you're virtuous and good and you're helping.
I'm going to stand up for those who can't fight for themselves.
Those poor Venezuelan criminal cartel members.
They're disempowered.
A society that doesn't want to accept their criminal enterprise.
But then when you back out two feet, you're like, huh, that's a weird thing to say if you really care about people and safety and health and law and order.
But I've said this before, I'll say it again.
They're huffing their own jenkum.
Forgive me for such a crass term.
But they're huffing their own fumes.
And they're delusional at this point.
And they have this view of the world that needs to be brought back to reality just to say, look, we can't do what you're saying.
it may seem in some weird twisted way in your mind that you're helping people but you're really hurting people and that's and that's my take on it .
When we come back, I want to talk about a few other things that I'm noticing online.
You know, we talked earlier, we kind of started with the thread of, you know, the whole liberal logic as well.
If you take away the immigrants, who's going to do the jobs that Americans won't do?
Who's going to foot the bill when things get moderately more expensive because people are being paid fair wages to do jobs that Americans won't do?
Well, maybe Americans should be doing these jobs.
Maybe Americans should be out picking crops and working in plants and working instead of surviving off of government benefits.
Maybe it's not healthy for a society to become addicted to government welfare.
Maybe that's not a good thing.
Anyway.
We'll keep going when we come back.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're talking about this illegal immigration thing.
The funny thing to me about it all is, as I was saying before the break, you have this argument a lot of times from the left.
Who will do the jobs that these illegals are doing?
And I'm seeing this all over social media.
I'm not making it up, man.
It is like...
Every video I see is like people taking videos of empty construction sites saying nobody showed up for work today after the ice raid started, right?
And people taking videos at Home Depot saying nobody's at Home Depot ever since the ice raid started.
And people taking videos from, you know, different places saying, you know, where are all the...
Nobody's picking crops now, right?
They're out on the farm.
These crops are going to die because the illegals aren't here to pick them.
Okay.
I mean, I understand that's probably going to be an issue for a short-term period of time.
But here's a novel idea.
And maybe I'm crazy.
How about we train Americans to do those jobs and then pay them a fair wage?
Oh, well, the liberals would say, yeah, well, that's fine if you want to pay.
50% more at the grocery store?
Well, hell, I'm already paying 150% more ever since Biden took office, so what's the difference at this point if it's another 20%?
I'm barely going to feel it at this point.
At least then I'll have the peace of mind in knowing my community is a little safer and Americans are earning a living wage doing a job that, you know...
It's going to teach them skills for the rest of their life.
And I don't care what anyone says.
As a guy who worked when I was younger, I had my own business.
I worked at one point three jobs while I was in college.
As a full-time student and I was working three jobs at the same time.
I can tell you that, and they weren't like, I wasn't, you know, they were pretty menial, low-level jobs.
But I'll tell you what, those low-level jobs taught me a lot about work ethic.
They taught me a lot about perseverance, how to deal with adversity.
You know, I had some bosses that were not the most savory characters.
I had some pretty...
Difficult things I had to deal with, but I dealt with them and I learned and it made me stronger.
It made me more adaptable, more capable.
And I would argue that that's something that's missing in America today because you have a generation of people who are being raised to believe that hard work is not the answer.
That they're the victim.
And this is, again, going back to the leftist ideology, which DEI and WOKE all want to teach.
That you are inherently a victim because of the color of the skin or because of the sexual orientation that you've decided to adapt.
Or you're a victim, and I'll get into that another day if you really want to on what that is, but on the gender that you've been, Given at birth.
Not given by God, of course.
Although it is given by God, and it's not a mistake.
So the people who change it are really the ones who suffer the most.
But the point is, they're taught to be victims.
And then, what's incredible is, you know, this is why they say that thing, keep them on the Democrat plantation.
Right?
Because the Democrat plantation in 1865...
Was an actual plantation, you know, with actual slaves and actual suffering.
The Democrat plantation in 2025 is government welfare, Section 8 housing, a dependence on food stamps, EBT cards.
Now, I'm not saying that we don't need Social Security and a welfare safety net for people who are legitimately in need of it, disabled or otherwise.
But I am saying that there are kids right now on TikTok and YouTube and Twitter and the rest who are bragging about...
Are complaining about how little they have, but how much greater of a victim they are.
Instead of, you know, the thing we used to do as Americans, pull ourselves up by our bootstraps, as they said.
And I'm personally a little tired of the excuse of, well, you know, I've been...
I'm a victim.
I mean, the victim mentality, especially on the left, but it's on the right too.
There are plenty of people on welfare, Trump supporters, who, you know, haven't figured it out yet.
But hopefully they will.
I mean, welfare is supposed to be like sort of a stopgap, short-term measure, right?
Like, oh, well, you know, you lost your job.
Here's some money.
Go look for a job.
We'll get you back on your feet.
We don't want people living on the streets.
We don't want kids to go hungry at night.
We don't want...
But then, if the benefit is, well, you know, you don't really have to look for a job.
We'll just give you money in perpetuity.
Because you're a victim.
You remove somebody's incentive to want to grow and do anything, and then on top of that, you say, well, not only are we going to pay you...
We're going to subsidize paying you by bringing in an underclass of serfs from other countries whom we can exploit to make sure that you can afford to go to McDonald's with that EBT card.
That system's not working for anyone.
Because then you have a whole family of people eating low-quality diet, fast food, junk food.
Hopped up on all the pharmaceutical anesthetizing drugs, like the SSRIs and whatnot, and the anti-anxiety stuff.
Smoking cigarettes, which is, you know, not healthy, but nicotine I'm on the fence on.
I think nicotine's got benefits.
But drinking alcohol, smoking dope.
Which is legal here in Colorado, so, you know, it won't be long before your EBT card can get you pot too, which I'm sure Jared Polis is working hard on right now as we speak.
And doing other drugs.
And it's just led to destruction.
Families being torn apart.
I mean, how many of you out there listening have had...
Issues within your family because of drugs and alcohol.
Poor diet, perhaps.
Obesity.
My hand's up with you guys.
I'm not...
I've had this stuff throughout my family.
And it's so destructive, societally.
Trump comes in with RFK, says, hey, we're going to make people healthy, and the liberals go, you know, they hiss at him.
Like a vampire when he sees a crucifix or sunlight.
Then you go, well, that's a strange thing to do when somebody's just genuinely trying to make you healthier.
Trump says, we're going to deport all these criminals.
Who are not only extorting, criminalizing, terrorizing our communities, but also so that they won't be exploited.
And perhaps, maybe, they'll go back to their home country and realize that you can't run away from your problems.
It's just like, it's the same thing when liberals destroy the state that they're in, and then move to another state, an expectative result, the Californians moving to Texas.
And then voting Democrat, thinking that, oh, we'll get it right this time.
No.
It's the same thing with the illegals coming here.
Yeah, I'm sure they come here for a better life, but if you just come here and bring the same problems with you, why don't you go back to your home and fix your problems?
Get your house in order.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And, you know, we're talking about this illegal immigrant thing, Trump's deportations, what they all mean.
It looks like we have a caller.
Let's bring him on the air.
Caller, what do you got for us today?
Hello?
Yep, you're on the air.
Oh, this is Craig James.
Okay, shoot.
Sorry, I thought I was on.
Hey, so I try to listen to the radio show.
I'm a truck driver.
And I try to catch you guys during the week.
You know, sometimes I don't always get it, depending on my schedule and all that.
But I like everything you said.
I really love how you start with prayer.
It's my first time calling, but I've been listening to you guys for weeks now.
I noticed that you were pointing out the EBT, and I agree with everything you said.
I just wanted to make one point, too.
You know, I had a colorful past before I made a change to get my life to the Lord.
I used to live up in Northern California, you know, and I ran weed.
I'm not going to lie.
You know, I did that whole weed trade thing back in the, you know, early teens, 13, 14, 15, all that.
And I noticed something, and you're not going to see this broadcast anywhere, but back then when it was like state legal, right, and it was right on, it was kind of a gray area.
Well, the feds came in and they took people's lands and farms.
And they didn't arrest anybody, but they took all crops, they took the land, and there was generational little pot farms there that had been growing for, you know, hundreds of years.
Even some of the natives, you know, because the natives up there, they did it for hundreds of years.
Well, what I noticed is big corporations started coming in and buying up all that land.
And if you notice now, weed is not the same as it was back then, and there's a reason why.
A lot of these corporations got into autoflower, which is genetically modified.
Now, to each his own.
I used to smoke weed.
I no longer have it for years.
I don't see anything wrong with it naturally for people who need it.
I didn't need it.
I lost my taste for it.
I try to live natural as much as I can, try to eat healthy as much as I can, but I'm noticing that all these big corporations and financial groups that control The weed game now, they control the weed market, specifically are using genetically modified weed.
And if you notice the people that are smoking weed, a lot of them aren't so much enlightened anymore, but almost like brain fogged, almost dumbed down to like a detrimental state.
That's all I wanted to touch on.
Again, I love your show.
Thank you for everything you do.
God bless you, man.
Yeah, thanks.
What was your name again?
My name is Eric, Eric Burton.
I'm a truck driver out of Missouri.
I used to live in California.
I lived in California for years.
I lived down in Bakersfield, brother, and I lived there for three years.
So I saw a lot of weird stuff out there.
I know exactly what you're talking about to a degree.
Thank you for calling, man.
That's a really powerful testimony.
I appreciate it, brother.
And I'll talk about it.
Let me just say this one last thing.
I know you've got to go.
I grew up in Southern California, right on the border of South San Diego, Tijuana.
So Tijuana, South San Diego.
The things I have seen, even some of the stuff that I have done, you know, I mean, I never hurt innocent people.
But in that world, that border town, it's like a black hole and just sucks people in.
And you get caught up in that fast money, fast cars, fast women, fast life.
So much.
So, thanks a lot.
I'm out of it.
Thanks be to God that you got yourself out of it.
And now you're living on the straight and narrow.
That's what we love to hear, man.
That's the story of grace and redemption, man.
That's how we get there.
Absolutely.
Amen.
Amen, sir.
God bless you, Eric.
Thank you.
Thank you for that.
Thank you.
God bless you, too.
Bye.
All right.
Well, that was great.
And I think Eric's hit on some good points.
I do think, you know...
Weed has changed, obviously.
I mean, you hear stories, I used to hear stories of family members of mine from back in the days that, you know, weed was...
You know, the sticks and seeds back then, and it wasn't very powerful, and it was something different than what it is today, which, my gosh, you go look at what they're selling in these dispensaries, and it's basically chemical warfare.
I mean, biological warfare with the GMO, like Eric was pointing out, and the stuff they're putting in these things, and yeah, it is.
I mean, think about LSD and Timothy Leary and the whole stuff we know now about...
What was happening with that purposely being introduced?
LSD was being used in an experiment, in multiple experiments that we know of from MKUltra.
They were trying to perfect mind control, for crying out loud.
So, of course, they have some vested interest, especially in anesthetizing the population and putting people in sort of a trance of, you know, like he said, a fog, right?
A fog state where you can't think clearly.
That makes you an obedient surf, ultimately, at the end of the day.
And like Eric said, I am sure that there's medical, you know, uses for weed.
People with cancer use it for anti-nausea.
There are other things that make sense where weed can be utilized.
And if it's natural and not like this GMO weed, I think it can be used in a way that's more effective, I would imagine.
I think Eric hit on some good points there.
I don't know if I can get into each one of them, but his perspective is unique in that where he came from, obviously, is tied closely to what we're talking about today.
And he's somebody who, it seems, you know, has a unique perspective, but understands the point that I'm making, which is simply that in this country, you know, we're creating, we're breeding this.
And we're anesthetizing the population, putting them to sleep, essentially, whether it's with the GMO weed or the pharmaceuticals or the, you know, poor diet that leads, that can lead to a brain fog there too.
I mean, it's a lot of work and a lot of effort to take care of yourself, right?
I mean, I've been working on for years now.
Being able to grow my own food, you know, have a garden, eat out of my garden, have chickens, eat the eggs that they lay, make sure that it's all, like, working together.
And a lot of people, I understand a lot of people, that's something that's untenable at the moment.
Perhaps they're living in a situation where that's not something that you can do.
But there is a way to work toward that, and you can work with your community.
And that's why I think...
Everything the conservative side has been talking about, which is like building communities, strengthening communities, getting rid of crime, you know, promoting family values.
Like, these things are not controversial.
Unless you are in that state of anesthetization or inability to kind of see clearly what the forest through the trees.
That's where a lot of people are stranded right now, and it's sad.
It truly is.
But we can pray for them to get out of it, and we can encourage them in the hope of Jesus Christ, who can pull anyone out of anything.
I know that, if he so will.
So, let's take a break, come back.
There is a story that I've got to touch on, which is absolutely hilarious, about the Colombian president.
You're going to want to hear this.
Stay tuned.
Before hiring a realtor from a big corporation who outsources their jobs and pays little to no taxes, ask yourself, what do you really want in a realtor?
You need a realtor who is honest and has integrity.

There's a man with a gun over there.
Telling me I've got to beware.
I think it's time we stop, children.
what's that sound?
Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
It's your host, Craig James.
And I've got to get to this story.
You know, on Monday we play, in the second hour, a sermon from my pastor, and hopefully yours as well, Pastor Dean Miller, Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Before we do that, though, I've got to get to this story.
Over the weekend, one of the funniest stories I've ever seen came out.
Funny, sad, and funny.
Engaged in these mass deportations and people are being now flown, whether on military planes or otherwise, they're being flown out of the country and being flown back to their country of origin.
So on Sunday morning, it seems, a couple U.S. military planes loaded up with Colombian criminals were being flown back to the country of Colombia.
And upon arrival...
They were told that they would not be allowed to land by the socialist president, Gustavo Petro.
They said, no, we will not take these criminals.
You need to turn around and go back to your country.
Trump, obviously, didn't like this.
He was out golfing at his club in Miami, it seems, and took time out of his golf.
to go and draft this response.
He says, quote, The
One week, the 25% tariff will raise to 50%.
A travel ban, an immediate visa revocation on the Colombian government officials and all allies and supporters.
Visa sanctions on all party members, family members, and supporters of the Colombian government.
Enhanced customs and border protection inspections of all Colombian nationals and cargo on national security grounds, i.e.
IEEPA, Treasury, banking, and financial sanctions to be fully imposed.
These messages are just the beginning.
We will not allow the Colombian government to violate its legal obligation with regard to the acceptance and return of the criminals they forced into the United States.
Well, if you're thinking that the Colombian president...
Made a mistake.
Well, I think he thought that too, because within 15 minutes of this order being put out, it was announced that the Colombian president himself was sending his personal presidential plane to pick up these criminals and take them back to Colombia.
But the story doesn't end there.
Because Trump then later came out and said that, you know, this is good that they're taking these criminals and we will not impose these sanctions.
Well...
Within a few hours of that, somehow it gets leaked to the media, particularly the Daily Mail, that the president of Colombia, the social president, Petro, Gustavo Petro, was having an affair on his wife with a transgender hooker.
And I thought to myself immediately, Hmm, what a funny story to come out right after he gets dressed down by Trump.
It's almost like Trump knew, had that information, and then released it intentionally as a punishment for him trying to avoid doing what's legally obligated of him to take these criminals back.
And the left was screaming the whole time, you're going to pay more for Colombian coffee, you're going to pay more for Colombian coffee, really?
I don't think we're paying more for Colombian coffee and the illegals are back in Colombia.
So that's what happens when you have a strong leader and strong leadership.
See how that works?
Anyway, stay tuned.
We're coming back after the break.

All right, let's go right over to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon.
From this last Sunday on Unlocking the Power of Your Tongue, this is Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Let's check them out.
There was a young man working in a local grocery store one summer, and a lady came in the store, and this young man was in the produce section, and she said, excuse me, young man, I want to buy a half a head of lettuce.
And he said, well, we don't sell half a head of lettuce.
You've got to buy the whole head of lettuce.
And she said, but I don't want the whole head of lettuce.
I just want half.
A head of lettuce.
And I don't want to pay for the whole thing.
I got a recipe and it only calls for half a head of lettuce and I need a half a head of lettuce.
And he said, well, you're probably going to have to buy the whole head of lettuce.
And she said, I want to talk to the manager.
And he said, fair enough.
So he turned, he went to the manager, and the manager just happened to be standing down in the middle of the aisle, and he said, sir, I got a question for you.
There's this idiotic, lame-brained, brash, harsh woman, can you believe it, who just wants a half a head of lettuce?
And the manager is motioning to the kid that the lady was behind him.
He turned around and he saw this lady and he goes, and this wonderful lady wants the other half.
And the manager, when all that was done, said to that young man's son, that was the quickest thinking I've ever seen anybody ever do.
That was amazing.
And he said, well, sir, I grew up in Grand Rapids, and if you know anything about Grand Rapids, he said, we're known for our amazing hockey teams and our ugly women.
And the manager said, my wife is from Grand Rapids.
And he said, what team did she play for?
Now, I want to tell you, more people get in trouble.
With one member of their body than any other member, and that's the tongue.
We can get ourselves in serious trouble, and I think many times we underestimate the power of the tongue.
People say talk is cheap, but I want to tell you talk is not cheap.
A conversation with a doctor, in just a few words, he can change the trajectory of your life when he says it's terminal.
A judge, in just a few words, can put a man in the electric chair or in prison for a lifetime.
In just a few words, there is power in the tongue.
And as we've been going through the book of Colossians, the Apostle Paul is teaching the Colossae church that Jesus Christ is to be all in all.
Listen, He is to be preeminent in everything.
That Jesus Christ, He explained, is the Creator God.
All things are made by Him.
All things are made for Him.
All things consist by Him.
Jesus Christ is the glue of the galaxies.
He holds everything together.
He is all and in all.
And listen, He is God.
He is the fullness of God.
He dwelled in Him bodily.
And now your life is hid in Jesus Christ.
And Jesus Christ is in you.
Therefore, He ought to have preeminence in all.
When we come into his church, he ought to have preeminence in the body.
Your home, he ought to have preeminence in your home.
He ought to have preeminence in your marriage.
He ought to have preeminence in the way you raise your children.
He ought to have preeminence in how you go to work and where you work and who works for you, how you treat your boss, how you treat your employees.
That Jesus Christ is all in all and in you all and that he ought to be magnified and glorified in everything we do.
And all God's people said?
That's the message of the book of Colossians.
That listen, Jesus Christ is all.
You can go deeper into Jesus, but you cannot go deeper than Jesus.
You can go beyond in Christ, but you cannot go beyond Christ.
And every believer needs to be so rich in his fullness of Christ and the word of Christ dwelling in them so richly that Christ is seen in everything.
And Paul, if you know anything about his writings, Paul always takes the first couple of chapters, and every epistle Paul writes, he takes the first couple of chapters, and Paul lays a doctrinal foundation.
A strong doctrinal foundation.
He shows us that the doctrine of God is that when Jesus Christ saved us, Christ moved into me, I was placed into Jesus.
Therefore, listen, if you're saved today, when God looks at Jesus, he sees you.
And when God looks at you, he sees Jesus.
Our life is hid with Christ and God.
That's our position.
Isn't that wonderful?
And listen, I want to tell you, that is a joy to know.
But it's a job to show.
We are not saved by works.
We are saved to works.
And I'll tell you what happens when you come to Jesus Christ and you get saved by grace through faith without any works.
It's a wonderful joy.
But now the work begins.
Of letting Christ be seen in us.
And the number one way that Christ is going to be seen in your life is through your tongue.
James talked about it in his book.
James gave three pairs of pictures.
He said, your tongue is like a bridle and a rudder.
A bridle turns a big old horse.
A rudder turns a big old ship.
And so your tongue is a little tiny member.
I mean, I remember when we were living in Mississippi and we had horses there and little Juliana loved our horses.
And I remember when she's just a little girl, I'd pick her up and put her up on the back of that horse.
And here's this little pipsqueak four-year-old girl on the back of a 1,200-pound horse.
And I'd put those little reins in her hand and she'd just...
And she'd walk that horse all over the place.
And here's this little tiny kid.
And I remember as a dad being so nervous, thinking, that horse could stomp her.
That horse could run to Timbuktu.
We'd never be able to stop that horse.
That horse had so much power, and yet, listen, just a little pool of the rain by that little girl.
She'd turn that horse wherever she wanted.
These big old ships in the ocean, the captain just turns the helm, and that little rudder turns, and that big old ship moves right with it.
And why is he saying that?
James says your tongue is like a bridle.
Your tongue is like a rudder.
Your tongue has power to direct.
Let me tell you something.
The direction of your life is going according to your tongue.
The power of your tongue is the power to direct the course of your life and other lives.
Not only that, James said, your tongue is like a fire and a venomous beast.
In fact, James said, your tongue is a fire set on fire of hell.
That's why God had to bathe it in saliva and lock it up behind two rows of ivory bars, put lips of flesh around it to keep it closed.
God gave you one of these, two of these.
He said, your tongue is a fire.
And oh, how great a matter, a little fire kindlet.
One little spark.
And look what happened in California.
Look at all the lives that were damaged by one little spark of fire.
You get one little spark of fire by somebody's tongue in a church and it can destroy people's lives.
In your home, it can destroy people's lives in your home.
Our tongue has a power to destroy.
A little drop of poison from a serpent getting into your bloodstream can take your life.
A little bit of poison from your tongue can hurt somebody.
You have the power of death and life in your tongue.
And so you have a power to direct.
You have a power to destroy.
But then James gives a pair of pictures of a fruit tree and a fountain with clean water in it.
And James said, the tongue has power to delight.
Walk up to a fruit tree and it's just bowed down with fruit.
You pluck it and it's sweet to the taste.
You're on a journey and you're hot and tired and thirsty and you go to a fountain of cold water and you drink cold water.
That's why the proverb says good news from a far country is like a glass of cold water.
Why?
It's just refreshing to the soul.
Have you ever been with somebody who just has the power to delight you with what they say?
They just speak life into you.
They just encourage you.
It's sweet to the taste, the way they talk and how they encourage it, what they do and what they say in your life.
All right, we're coming right back.

Let's go right back over to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon about unlocking the power of your tongue.
Listen, your tongue has the power to direct.
It has the power to destroy.
It has the power to delight.
And I want to tell you, we don't harness the power of our tongue like we should.
More trouble happens by this little thing right here.
I was going to preach a message one time on...
The worst member of our church.
Come tonight and I'm going to preach on the worst member of our church.
And I wanted to advertise that.
When everybody came, I preached a message on the tongue.
The tongue is the worst member in this church.
It destroys more lives.
It wreaks more havoc.
And I want to tell you, you have power in your tongue.
And what Paul was going to tell the church of class, he said, listen, it's wonderful that we're in Christ.
He said, it's wonderful to know it.
But it's more wonderful to show it.
And the way you show it is in how you talk.
Now let me just tell you this.
Paul was talking about our mode of life and our behavior of life.
And I want to tell you, your walk talks.
And your talk talks.
But your walk talks louder than your talk talks.
People see your life and what you do and then they hear what you say and what you say and what you do better match.
And so Paul is going to show us here the importance of the tongue and the power in your tongue.
You go to most prisons today, and let me tell you something.
You go to prison, and you talk to prisoners, and you ask those prisoners in that jail, how many of you had a parent tell you that you were never going to end up by anything but a criminal and in prison?
I want to tell you, overwhelming percentage of them had parents that told them, you're never going to amount to anything.
And you know what they amounted to?
Nothing.
It's the power of the tongue.
There have been many times I've been discouraged in my life and my wife has come and sat down next to me and she has spoken into my life something that just ignited the fire back in me.
And just a spoken word gave me boldness and encouragement.
And that's the power of the tongue.
Do you have a friend who doesn't know how to harness their tongue?
Let me just tell you something about weak-minded people.
Weak-minded people only ever talk about people.
Weak-minded people only ever talk about people.
And so Paul's going to tell the church of Colossae, listen, it's wonderful to know that we're in Christ.
It's more important to show that we're in Christ.
And one of the greatest ways that you can show it is in your tongue.
Watch it.
Look at verse number two.
Paul said, continue in prayer and watch in the same with thanksgiving.
With all praying also for us that God would open unto us a door of utterance.
To speak the mystery of Christ, for which all psalmen bonds, that I may make it manifest as I ought to speak.
walk in wisdom toward those that are without redeeming the time let your speech be all the way with grace season with salt that you may know how you ought to answer every man here is the power of Do not underestimate the power of what you say.
Proverbs 18, 21, death and life are in the power of the tongue.
And church, I want to tell you something today.
Speech.
Don't miss this.
Speech.
Is a gift from God.
Listen, speech is a gift from God.
If you have the ability to talk today, God gave you that gift.
And with that gift comes the responsibility to use it in a way that gives Christ preeminence in our life.
And so, to unlock the full potential of our tongue and to really use our tongue in a powerful way to impact those around us and to give Christ glory and preeminence, I want to show you some things that Paul talked about how to use your tongue.
The first thing Paul said, the number one way, watch this, don't miss this, the number one thing that controls everything about your tongue is the first way you use it.
And Paul calls us in our first use of the tongue to prayer.
Look at verse number two.
Continue in prayer.
Continue in prayer.
Now I want everybody to just sit right up and I want everybody just to listen to this today.
Because I want to tell you that prayerlessness is the key to fail.
I don't care how good you are in your plan for life.
I don't care how well read you are in business or how much leadership skill you think you have or how wise and savvy and smart you are navigating all the things of life.
Let me tell you something.
If you don't pray, you're going to fail.
You can do more after you pray, but you cannot do any more until you pray.
And prayerlessness is the key to failure in every area of life.
And if you do not first give your tongue, listen to me, if you do not first, Give your tongue preeminence to Christ in prayer and in worship and in thanksgiving and adoration to Christ.
If you do not spend time praying, you will soon give your tongue to every other kind of vice.
You will give your tongue to gossip.
You will give your tongue to slander.
You will give your tongue to arrogance and boasting and pride and cursing and filthy talk.
Listen.
No Christian ought to let corrupt communication come out of his mouth.
And if you want your speech to be right with men, you better get your tongue engaged with God.
And I want to tell you something.
Listen to what I'm going to tell you right now.
Now listen to this.
To have the gift of speech and to not speak to God is an insult to God.
To have the gift of being able to formulate a thought and to communicate it in the spoken word and to convey a thought with your tongue.
Listen, I mean, think about the marvel of the spoken language.
Have you ever been in a foreign land where everybody's talking but you don't know what they're talking about?
To have the ability to speak and to be heard and to be understood is such a powerful thing.
And to have the ability to talk and then not let your voice be heard in the ears of God is an insult to God.
If we're not praying, we will soon be boasting.
If we're not praying, we will soon be gossiping.
Just mark this straight down.
Mark this right down.
Just put it down.
It's the fact.
It's not conjecture.
It's not speculation.
I'm going to tell you it's fact.
If you have a friend...
That is always critical and gossiping.
You can go to the bank on it.
They do not have a prayer life.
You cannot be engaged with God in faithful, fervent prayer and be destroying other men with your tongue.
James said it.
James said, how is it that we can bless God and curse men?
With the same tongue.
You can't do that.
A fountain doesn't give out fresh water and salt water from the same fountain.
You can't have a cursing tongue and a blessing tongue.
And if you give your tongue to God, then with that tongue you will bless men.
But you've got to give that tongue to God.
I heard a preacher one time say, what we need today is we need some people in this church to put their tongue on the altar.
I'm afraid the altar is not long enough.
And it's probably true.
People, our propensity is to gossip and slander and criticize when we ought to have a tongue that is filled with power speaking life and blessing and grace to the hearer.
Let me give you some things about prayer.
Prayer should first of all be faithful.
We ought not to just pray.
Notice what he said.
Continue in prayer.
Now that means a constant.
The Bible says pray without ceasing.
Jesus said, I would, in Luke 18, 1, I would that men...
Always pray and not to faint.
Listen, we ought not just to pray in crisis.
We ought to pray in crisis, but we ought not to only pray in crisis.
And there are too many Christians that only pray when they're in trouble.
Well, you get a Christian who's got some problems and man, their prayer life heats up.
I want to tell you, we ought to be praying always faithful in prayer.
And you need to be praying and praying and praying.
I talked to a lady this morning in our first service and she said, Pastor, I want you to know I stopped praying about something.
I prayed about it for 20 years.
And God hasn't done it yet.
And I quit praying about it.
And God convicted me about that.
I need to be praying about it.
My great-grandparents prayed for a little grandson.
Their grandson, my father, they had no idea where he was.
They prayed for him for 26 years.
Had never met him.
Had never, did not know where he went.
But for 26 years.
They prayed for him.
And in the providence and sovereignty of God, God had saved my daddy and called my daddy to preach.
And my daddy was in college studying to be a preacher.
And when he got to meet his grandparents, my great-grandparents, they had been praying for that very thing.
And God had heard their prayer.
They had prayed for 26 years.
Who are you praying for today?
Be faithful in prayer.
Pray.
Pray, pray, pray, pray.
And don't ever get the idea that we have to keep praying because we're trying to talk God into it, that God is reluctant.
God is not reluctant.
The goal of prayer, listen to me, the goal of prayer is not to get our will done in heaven.
The goal of prayer is to get God's will done in us.
And so when we pray and we're faithful in prayer, it keeps us in tune with the will of God.
And we wait on God.
And we pray.
And you keep praying.
Listen, just because God delays does not mean that God denied.
Keep praying.
Some of you have been praying about something and you've gotten tired and you've grown weary and you have fainted in that prayer.
You better keep praying.
Maybe you're praying for an unsaved husband, an unsaved wife, unsaved parents.
Maybe you've been praying for your children that are wayward.
Let me tell you something.
And you think, they're never going to come back to Christ.
Don't you say never.
With God, there is nothing impossible.
And I want to tell you, Christians, we need to get back to praying faithfully and continually and consistently and be faithful in prayer in season, out of season, when we feel like it, when we don't feel like it.
If you want to have Christ have preeminence in your life, you be faithful to pray.
And then he says, I want you to continue in prayer and watch.
And watch.
What does this mean?
It means alertness.
It means to be awake and alert.
So oftentimes when we pray, we just flip it in our prayers.
We just kind of pray casually.
We pray these flippant prayers.
Dear God, bless us today.
Bless our family.
Bless all of our missionaries.
Bless our church.
Bless our pastor in Jesus' name.
Amen.
And we're not alert in our prayer.
We're not awake in our prayer.
We're not listening to the Holy Spirit as we pray.
We're not thinking about what we're praying.
And listen, if you're not awake in your prayer, you'll assume...
Be asleep in prayer and your meditation will become meditation.
You ever done that?
Man, there have been many times I went to God in prayer and I'd start to pray and 15 minutes I've dozed off and I'm sound asleep.
And I just wake up and say, Lord, you said you'd give your beloved sleep.
Thank you for that.
Good nap.
Now listen, we ought to sleep when we pray and we ought to have peace to pray, but we ought not to always sleep when we pray.
We need to be praying alert.
And by the way, listen.
This is what Nehemiah said in Nehemiah chapter 4. Nehemiah said these words.
He said, And we set a watch against them day and night.
Let me tell you why the Lord says to watch and pray.
Over and over again, Jesus said watch and pray.
Paul said watch and pray.
Peter said watch and pray.
The apostles said watch and pray.
In the Old Testament, watch and pray, watch and pray, watch and pray.
I'm talking like Gideon's army down on one knee and they're scooping up the water and they're keeping an eye on the enemy as they're drinking in the water.
They're being watchful.
Why?
I'll tell you something.
Because prayer, listen, prayer is not something we do for the spiritual war.
Prayer...
Prayer is the spiritual war.
When I come to this pulpit to preach, the victory of this message is won or lost, not in this pulpit.
The victory of this message was won or lost in my prayer time.
Prayer is the war.
And when you go to prayer, let me tell you something.
If you want to know spiritual warfare, go get a prayer time, start praying, and watch Satan bombard your mind.
You'll have interruption after interruption.
You're going to have all kinds of things happen.
The phone's going to ring.
The dog's going to bark.
The house is going to catch on fire.
All kinds of things are going to happen when you go to prayer.
Satan, listen, the reason for it is because Satan laughs at your plans.
But he trembles at your prayers.
Prayer is the key.
And the Bible says you need to be awake and watch.
Be alert in prayer.
Know what you're praying for.
And pray with an awareness and an alertness and a vibrancy in your prayer.
God rid us of these casual, flippant...
Listen, one thing that drives me nuts is people writing out their prayers.
Now, if you write out your prayers, fine.
That's between you and the Lord.
But I see these things like inauguration and they get these reverends up there with their backwards collars.
And they pull their paper out.
And then they start, oh God, we beseech thee today.
And can you imagine if people talked to you like that?
Imagine if people just walked up and they saw you and they're like, hey, they grabbed a piece of paper.
How are you today?
I wanted to see if you were enjoying this weather.
You'd be like, man, get real!
What's wrong with you?
All right, we're coming right back.

We're going right back to Pastor D. Miller's sermon on Unlocking the Power of Your Tongue.
Let's listen.
That's how many of us, we approach God like, you know, we approach God like we have to have a script or we wrote out, or we feel like we have to be a miniature Shakespeare.
Oh, thou that hearest prayer.
Thou God of Jeroboam, Rehoboam.
God of Jehoshaphat and all the fat boys.
I've been on the platform, I've told you this before, but I've been on the platform preaching at a conference somewhere and a pastor will be talking to me.
We're so glad to have you here.
Man, we're so thankful.
We're just really praying that God will use you.
He starts walking to the pulpit after the singing.
He's going to greet the people and he's going to pray.
And he's been talking to me over here and he gets behind the pulpit and he goes, let us pray.
Oh God!
And I look up and I think, who is that guy?
He was a normal dude over here and he turned into some vampire behind the pulpit.
You don't have to approach God like that.
Be real in your prayer.
Be vibrant in your prayer.
Pray.
Talk to God.
Listen, do you understand the privilege that your voice, your speech gets to be heard in the ears of God?
And then to think that we take no time for prayer.
I want to call you to prayer today.
Paul said, watch and pray.
And then he said, pray.
With thanksgiving.
Continuing prayer and watching the same with thanksgiving.
So how do we pray?
We pray faithful.
How do we pray?
We pray alert.
How do we pray?
We pray with gratitude.
The church, listen, too many of us, we get our prayer list.
We write it down on our prayer list.
We've got all these prayer lists that we write down.
And they're just like a grocery list.
And we go into God and we say, God, hey, real quick, God, I need you to bless this family and this and this and help them with that.
And God bless that.
And take care of this.
And God, meet this need.
And God, we're praying for this family over here.
They're really going through it.
We're praying for that.
In Jesus' name, amen.
And we think we've done our prayer duty because we ran in and we read our list to God.
Listen to me.
God already knows what you have need of before you ever asked Him.
God didn't need to read your list.
I'm glad you have a list.
I think you ought to have some things written down so you're reminded to pray.
I have a prayer list, and that's wonderful.
But listen, if we're only going to God, asking without ever thanking, that is the height of selfishness.
We're not just running into God's presence and throwing our list at His feet and then running out the door saying, boy, I hope He takes care of that.
We come before His presence with singing.
We enter into His courts with praise.
We come before the Lord with thanksgiving.
Hey listen, when's the last time you just got somewhere alone with God and you said, Lord, I have nothing to ask of you today.
I just want to tell you how thankful I am for you.
God, thank you for being God.
Thank you for being holy.
Thank you for your mercy.
Oh God, you've been so merciful to me.
God, you've been so good to me.
God, I was just thinking back how you saved me.
You forgave me.
Oh God, thank you for saving me.
I don't even know why you would be mindful of me, but Lord, you came and visited me and convicted me of my sin.
I would tell you something right now.
The old songwriter wrote it best when he said, how much needless pain we bear.
All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.
You know, if you go to God and you pray for things with a grateful heart, you'd be amazing how big God would be and how little your problems would become.
When you just go to God and begin to worship and praise Him and thank Him and glorify Him.
Oh, man.
God is magnified.
Problems are minimized.
And peace comes in.
And God answers prayer.
Listen to me.
Listen.
Be thankful.
Boy, we need an attitude of gratitude.
We need an adjustment in our world today.
We've taught our children to be in grades.
Parents, when's the last time you went out to eat and you bought the food and you're getting in the car and your kids just said, thank you, Dad.
Thank you, Mom.
When's the last time, Mom, you got finished eating and your kids just came and said, Mom and Dad, thank you for that food.
Mom, thanks for cooking that.
Mom, thank you for keeping the house clean.
Oh, listen, our kids demand so much of us.
Our kids want us to sit up in those bleachers and cheer for them when they dribble the ball off their foot.
And I think parents ought to.
I never missed one of my kids' games.
I'm thankful for that.
I thought I was going to die in a bleacher.
I've seen more volleyball than a man should ever have to see in his life.
Thank you.
We want our parents to sit up there.
When's the last time your dad came home and you just said, Dad, you're the best dad.
Thank you for working so hard for our family.
You know, we've raised a generation that does nothing of gratitude.
We're living in America, in the land of plenty, on thousand dollar phones.
Drinking $6 lattes with heat and air conditioning and automobiles.
And we're marching about how we're oppressed.
And I'll tell you why.
Because we're ingrates.
The wrath of God was revealed from heaven against all unrighteousness and those who hold the truth in unrighteousness.
Because when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God and neither were thankful.
In the last days, perilous times shall come.
Men should be lovers of their own selves, boasters, proud, unthankful, unholy.
You know what the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah was?
It was not homosexuality.
Read about it in Ezekiel.
The sin of Sodom and Gomorrah was that they had fullness of bread, they had idleness of time, and they were unthankful.
And because they had enough food in their belly, and they had comfort in their lives, and they had no thought of God, they went out looking for what else I could do, and they began to commit all sorts of perverse acts in the name of pleasure and self-gratification.
And it all stemmed from one thing, zero gratitude.
And church, I'm afraid that it has made its way into the American church where God's people sit in churches today.
And we're unthankful.
But we're so quick to criticize.
Hey listen, I'll be the first person to tell you, you have an unperfect pastor.
You go to an imperfect church.
There are things around here that get done that I think, what in the world?
Why did that happen?
Who did that?
Why did that?
How did that not get done?
And listen, it's just, it's human error.
It's people.
It's just people.
It's imperfect people.
But I want to tell you something.
There are a lot of things to thank God for in this fellowship of believers.
And you have a choice today with your tongue.
What you're going to do with God.
And Paul said, if you're going to do anything with your tongue, pray.
And be faithful in that.
Use your tongue to speak into the ears of Almighty God.
Come before Him boldly and let your requests be made known unto God.
You get the privilege of talking to God.
And remember, when you go in there, into His throne room and talk to Him, be awake.
You're with God.
Be alert.
Be thoughtful and mindful.
Be attentive.
And be thankful.
Know who you're talking to.
That every good gift comes from our Father above.
God is so good.
He's so gracious.
And we ought to just be thankful.
Amen.
And then let me just say this.
I gotta be done.
This is only the first point of the message, and I'm going to stop here on this one.
I think we need it.
Paul said, when you pray, if you want to use your tongue right, pray.
And how do you pray?
You pray faithfully.
How do you pray?
You pray alert.
How do you pray?
You pray with gratitude.
How do you pray?
Look at it.
Verse number three, with all praying also for us.
And then notice what he says.
Paul didn't say pray for us.
Period.
He said pray for us that God would open unto us a door of utterance to speak the mystery of Christ for which I am also in bonds.
Pray for us that I may make it manifest as I ought to speak.
Listen to me.
When we pray, we are to pray with specificity.
Pray specifically.
Pray with purpose.
Pray on purpose.
How general and generic do our prayers become?
God bless our church.
Well, good.
But what does that mean?
God, we pray for our missionaries.
Bless them.
Good.
Let me tell you what that's a sign of.
Number one, that is a sign of faithlessness.
Alright, we're coming back.
Stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And of course, we're going right back to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon titled, Unlocking the Power of Your Tongue.
When you pray big general prayers, you never have to realize if God answered it or not.
All we did is say, well, I prayed.
And we never have to be concerned if God answered.
God, bless our missionaries.
Well, guess what?
I didn't hear of any missionaries dying today, so God blessed them.
No!
Let's pray specifically.
I want to ask you a question.
What is the big thing right now that you're praying for with specificity?
God, answer this.
God, I need this.
God, in my child's life, this is the thing I'm praying for.
In my spouse's life, this is what I'm praying for.
Oh God, I'm praying for that.
In our church, Lord, I'm praying for this.
In this family's life in our church, God, we're praying specifically for this.
George Mueller noted in his prayer journal over 80,000 specific answers to prayer.
And he had the date when he prayed it, began to pray for it, and the date when God answered it.
And some of those were decades apart, and some of those were seconds apart.
George Mueller walked in one morning in his orphanage, and there were hundreds of empty stomachs and hungry eyes of little children at the table.
They had nothing to eat.
And before, every one of those kids were nothing but empty bowls.
And George Mueller said, Good morning, children.
Let's pray for the food.
And the kids all looked at their plates and thought, what food?
And George Mueller began to pray, oh God, we thank you that you always meet our needs.
And Father, you know what we have need of before we ask.
And Lord, we give thanks for the food that you're about to provide.
And Lord, we pray that we'll receive it with gratitude and use it for your glory.
Jesus, bless this food.
Amen.
No sooner did George Mueller stop praying that prayer, a knock at the door.
And a man said, Mr. Mueller, I'm out delivering milk.
I've got milk in the wagon and we broke a spoke and the wagon is not going to be fixed.
By the time they get a new wheel, the milk is going to be spoiled.
Can the orphanage use the milk?
He said, bring it in.
While they were bringing in the milk, Bringing it in all those pails, those big metal pails, while they're bringing in the milk, a knock at the door, and a baker came and said, Mr. Mueller, we had a big order for bread.
We were up all night baking.
We got this big order of bread, and they canceled this morning.
Can the orphanage use this bread?
And let me tell you something.
In just a few moments, knock after knock after knock, and those kids were eating breakfast better than they'd had in days.
And many of us are thinking, wow.
I don't believe that.
And that's the problem.
We don't believe it.
We have not because we ask not.
And so many failures are in our Christian life because we do not pray.
We gossip.
We slander.
We criticize.
We point out faults in everybody else.
We speak anger.
We get frustrated.
But we don't pray.
You know, if everybody would just stop posting on Facebook their little passive-aggressive things about, you know, I wish some people would.
And everybody puts all their problems on Facebook.
You know, if we'd pray about them instead of post about them, we'd see God do great things.
Let me tell you something.
When you start putting all your problems on social media, you know what people do?
They look at it and they go, hmm.
And they like it and they swipe right past it.
But when you come before God with a request, God inclines his ear.
And God said, what do you know about that?
He wants me to take care of that for him.
He thinks I can.
He thinks I'm able.
He has faith.
Boy, that pleases me.
And then God rolls up his sleeve and he said, I want to show you how strong and mighty I am.
Call unto me and I will answer thee and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not.
We have a generation of kids growing up in our churches who believe that God is dead.
We hear about him.
He's a person in a history book.
But they never encounter him and see God do mighty things.
And they hear parents talk about, oh, the problem with that school and that teacher and the problem with that church and that preacher and the problem with that job and my manager and the problem with this country and that senate and the problem with this state and that governor.
And the problem with...
And the problem...
And our kids are just thinking, all dad ever thinks about, all him ever thinks about is the problem with everybody else.
But when's the last time the mom said, hey son, come here, let's pray.
Father, we're so thankful for this teacher that you've given our son.
And the years that they've put into training as a teacher.
And Lord, we don't really understand what's going on in the classroom, but we pray for this teacher today.
Lord, I pray you help the teacher's heart to change toward my child.
Help my child's heart to change for the teacher.
Father, I want you to do a great work there.
Give the principal wisdom as he makes decisions for the school.
God, provide for our school financially.
God, do mighty things.
Let someone write a big old fat check.
Help our school.
Lord, help the church.
God, give our pastor power when he preaches.
Help him to lead and have wisdom and clarity.
Help him to sleep well at night.
Give him health.
Bless his family.
Bless his marriage.
God, I pray for our governor.
He needs to be saved or voted out.
One of the two.
God, remove him.
I pray for him to be stricken dead, but God, just strike him alive.
Save him.
Maybe repent of his sin and get right with God.
Wouldn't that be something?
Lord, Nancy Pelosi.
Lord, I'm praying impossible prayers now.
She's been chewing on them dingers for the last 25 years.
God help that woman.
Now listen, I want to tell you something.
I want to tell you something.
Listen.
Listen, we're so quick.
Because we think we have to fix the problem and we fix it with our gossip.
We fix it with our pride.
Well, if I were in charge, let me tell you what I would do.
Well, you know what you would do?
Nothing, because you're not in charge.
It's one of those like, Willie don't want the ball.
Oh, grace, how many...
There was a kid named Willie one time on an basketball team.
Willie was always wanting the ball.
Throw me the ball, throw me the ball, throw me the ball.
And all of a sudden, they throw in the ball in the last seconds of a game.
I'll tell you something.
Willie got the ball.
He didn't want the ball.
There's a lot of people who sit on the sideline.
They can tell you what they would do if they were in charge.
Until they get in charge.
Then they don't know what to do either.
Anybody listening to me right now?
And all of our fussing and fighting and boasting and pride and criticism and arrogance and the words that we speak into our family, it all comes from the fact that we have not given that tongue first in prayer.
Alright, we're coming right back.
Stay tuned.

When I was broken at the bottom, I found you're my healer and redeemer, Jesus.
That's who you are.
You brought me blessings out of a tragedy.
You turned my old song into a symphony.
And we're just living inside of me.
I'm a new creation.
I'm a new creation.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
But it rose until I stumbled and made my mistakes.
Then I could know in my soul how amazing was great.
Welcome back.
Just Form Talk Radio here.
Let's wrap up Pastor Miller's sermon and then we'll talk about it for a second and send you guys off for the rest of the day.
Be careful.
Be full of care.
Be anxious.
Be worried for nothing.
But in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.
Let me tell you something about Christians.
I mean, let me tell you something about real Christians, like the Apostle Paul.
Now, if I were Paul, writing this letter to Colossae, I would have said, and brethren, pray for us, that the doors of the prison would be open unto us, so that we could get out of here.
Paul prayed for open doors, but not for the prison.
Paul never said pray that the Lord would open the doors of this prison.
Paul said pray that God would give us an open door of utterance to be able to speak his word.
I'm in prison for speaking his word and I want more of it.
I want an open door.
I want to be able to make known the mysteries of Christ.
I want to make it manifest.
I want to make it known.
I want to speak as I ought.
And by the way, that church began to pray, and let me tell you the answers to Paul's prayer.
Let me tell you the answers to Paul's prayer.
When he prayed for utterance to make known the mysteries of God, let me tell you the answers to his prayer in that prison.
Are you ready?
Here's the doors of utterance that God gave Paul.
Ephesians.
Philippians.
Philemon.
Mysteries of Christ, mysteries of the church, the glories of the Christian life, soldiers marching on, were all given to Paul as utterances of the greatness of God while he was chained to a Roman soldier in a Roman jail because people prayed specific prayers for doors of utterance.
And the Word of God went forth.
And 2,000 years later, we're still preaching them.
Paul did more in that prison by opening the doors of utterance with his mouth than he would have ever done out of that prison free.
But it takes somebody who knows God and is in touch with God and has the will of God and who knows the mind of God to understand that.
Amen.
And the reason why Paul had such a great use of his tongue is because he gave it first to prayer.
Alright, that's it for Pastor Miller's sermon, Unlocking the Power of Your Tongue.
And I love those verses that he's referencing there where Paul talks about the power of your tongue and how to use it and wield it appropriately according to God's will.
And I hope you guys take this message with you today.
Take it out into the world and remember that the things we say matter and that we have to use our level-headed, compassionate thoughtfulness According to Scripture as it is written, an understanding that the most powerful thing we can do is pray to the Lord.
Call on His name.
If you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, now is your opportunity to open your prayer.
Open your heart, say a prayer with your tongue, calling on the name of the Lord.
Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
And if you have accepted Him, go out into the world and make sure you use the power of prayer to your advantage.
But that's where I'm going to leave it.
I want to thank you all for listening.
We'll be back tomorrow, same time, same place, God willing, to get into much more hijinks, I'm sure.
