Do you have enough food in your home to last for weeks or months?
That's why the smart move is to secure your family's personal supply of the most reliable emergency food you can buy.
Having at least four weeks worth of food is not a luxury.
It's mandatory.
If you don't want you and your family to end up in this situation, go to 1360KHNC.com and click on the Patriot Supply button at the top of the page.
That's 1360KHNC.com and click on the Patriot Supply button.
The views and opinions expressed on 1360 KHNC are entirely those of the hosts, guests, and callers and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Excursion Broadcasting Network.
The truth.
It is the middle ground between light and shadow and it lies between the pit of man's fears.
This is Just Informed Talk Radio, where we are not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God's power for salvation to everyone who believes.
One thing, I don't know why.
It doesn't even matter how hard you try.
Keep that in mind.
I designed this rhyme to explain in due time.
All I know, time is a valuable thing.
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings.
Watch it count down to the end of the day.
The clock takes life away.
It's so unreal.
Didn't look out below.
Watch the sun go right out the window.
Trying to hold on, but you didn't even know.
Wasted it all just to watch you go.
I kept everything inside, and even though I tried, it all fell apart.
Welcome to another Just Informed Talk radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
Hope you guys are having a wonderful day.
Boy, do we have a show for you.
We're going to be getting into some of the big stories of the last 24 hours, talking about each one, trying to break them down.
We're also going to be touching on a few stories we've hit on before, but obviously still.
are under a large debate that we want to dive straight into, particularly a story we covered yesterday, the $500 billion investment into this AI supercomputer that will be supposedly headed by Larry Ellison and Sam Altman and I can't say that guy's name.
It's Yoshi something or other.
Or Soshi or Yoshi, the guy who runs SoftBank.
So those guys were put up in the spotlight.
We're going to talk about that.
And a bunch of other stories.
Trump's deportations already taking effect.
Major cities hit with major crackdowns.
Hopefully Denver will be on that list if they haven't hit it already.
I've heard some stories about ICE doing some roundups.
But, of course, our feckless and bumbling moron of a governor, Jared Polis, is not helping at all.
As a matter of fact, Colorado is suing the Trump administration, which, you know, why not?
Why not?
Why not just go against the will of the people in the state and, you know, support this psychotic little bastion of liberal lunatics that run our state legislature because of the complete invasion that has occurred in this state, whatever, that, support this psychotic little bastion of liberal lunatics that run our state legislature because of But we'll get into that later.
I want to get into some other stuff.
Before we do, though, I want to welcome on to the show.
You guys know him.
He's our co-host and friend, Nick Ngo.
Nick, are you there?
I am, Craig.
Good morning.
It's a beautiful day.
We've got a lot to talk about.
There's some really interesting information that we'll cover and we'll speculate about.
This is the fun part.
This is Wargaming, to figure out what's really going on in the world.
I like that.
I like that.
Maybe we should rename the show Wargames.
That's a cool name.
Dude.
Patent pending.
Trademark.
Yeah, because nobody's ever thought of that before.
I like it.
Although I think there was a movie in the 80s with Matthew Broderick that was pretty good, wasn't it?
It was like, would you like to play a game, the computer says as they start World War III. That was fun.
That was a good movie.
Anyway, I digress.
And let's get to the story of the day, which we were talking a lot about in our pre-meeting today.
I'm not going to lie.
That probably took up the majority of time.
That and conspiracies about the Spanish royal family and John McAfee's ghost.
But...
You know, our pre-meetings are wild.
We should tape those and put those somewhere so people can hear them because we go into some crazy places with all that.
However, to get to the story that I wanted to cover with you, obviously, I want to get your take on it.
You know, we have, again, this $500 billion investment the Trump administration just announced yesterday.
They are, I guess, two days ago now.
They had the plan to bring in these top tech CEOs, including Larry Ellison of Oracle, Sam Altman of ChatGPT, and Yoshi Miyoshi.
I don't know how to say his name.
I'm just going to say his name is Yoshi, like from Mario, who is the head of SoftBank, which I think is a Japanese bank, if I'm not mistaken, but I could be wrong.
To make these huge investments in infrastructure here.
Maybe SoftBank's US. I don't know.
Anyway, the point is, they're making this big investment into what has been described as being an AI supercomputer.
Now...
I said in yesterday's show that the simple truth of all of this is that there is a race between nations that's similar to the space race and similar to the nuclear arms race that is now happening with artificial intelligence between all of the major nations.
Mostly, though, it's just China competing with the United States right now, but there are some other players at the table for sure.
And that whoever gets to this artificial general intelligence first, which is the goal, if they haven't achieved it already, which they may have...
That will be the winner.
That's essentially like creating the atom bomb.
It is creating a technology that is so powerful, that will be so powerful, that it will change the landscape of the world we live in forever.
It will unlock doors that have been thought to be closed for millenniums.
Millennia, I guess would be the way to say that.
And it's going to be the harbinger of a...
I said it yesterday, Nick.
AI will be, to the world, what the internet was when it came into its advent from the late 80s into the early 2000s.
What that transformation looked like, where we went from a mostly analog system to a digital system.
That is what will happen times a million.
It'll be exponentially more with what the, I said, AI will be so ubiquitous and so a part of your everyday life that it will be like the internet is today.
Most people, most people, not all, there are some people out there who are very content with their lives without it, but most people can't imagine their lives without the internet.
What the internet's done for them.
has been revolutionary and our lives are pretty much driven by the internet.
In that sense, AI will be that and more.
It will be so intertwined and part of our lives that there will be no way to separate it.
From our day-to-day existence.
It will be entwined with what we do.
Our cars will have it.
Our homes will have it.
Our businesses and offices and workplaces will have it.
And it's already starting to become that way, but it's going to be that way and more.
And it will be one of those things where you won't be able to go anywhere without interfacing with AI. In a very impactful way.
So that's why the battle for this is so important in Trump's eyes, I would imagine.
And that's why I think he's bringing these people in.
But there's been another theory that, you know, when you hear Larry Ellison and others talk about cancer vaccines and all the like, there's a huge skepticism.
There's a huge distrust of it all.
Rightfully so.
And I want you, Nick, in the next minute and a half that we have until we hit our break, to start on it, and then we'll let you keep going after the break.
Okay.
So, with all of this, I think that President Trump, you got Sam Altman, he murdered someone.
Well, allegedly.
Allegedly, allegedly.
Thank you.
Now you're learning.
I like it.
Allegedly had nothing to do with someone that was openly murdered that was a whistleblower in their company.
And then he said he wasn't going to make any money.
Do you know what he was blowing the whistle about?
Because it's an interesting story.
Please elaborate.
Pardon me for interrupting, but we'll definitely let you keep going when we come back on break.
The guy who lost his life was a top engineer with ChatGPT, OpenAI, and essentially what he came to the conclusion of through his work was that all of the information that ChatGPT had been scraping off the internet and putting into its database to use as, you know, data sets for its large language learning model were essentially copyrighted materials which...
That's very bad, and I'll explain more when we come back.
Stay tuned.
Mama told me.
Reasons to own gold.
Brought to you by the Patriot Trading Group at allamericangold.com.
Reason number 647.
Most people don't even know that the courts have already ruled.
Once money is deposited into the bank, the bank owns the money, and the depositor is merely an unsecured creditor of the bank.
Which means if the bank goes under, you get paid last.
After the financial crisis, instead of breaking up too big to fail, the government and the Federal Reserve created Dodd-Frank and made too-big-to-fail banks even bigger while putting your deposits more at risk.

I never knew there'd come a day When I'd be saying to you Don't let this good love slip away
Now that we know that it's true, don't, don't you know the kind of man I am, no, said I'd never fall in love again, but it's real and the feeling comes shining through.
I'm so caught up in you, little girl, that I never did so much.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James with Nick Ngo.
And just to keep going, where I was taking you guys, we're talking about Sam Altman and this chat GPT open AI whistleblower who passed away.
Nick had made the insinuation that perhaps there was more to that, that Sam Altman...
Sam Altman is aware of.
Of course, Sam Altman being the head of ChatGPT OpenAI, the company itself, which is one of the largest and most powerful large-language learning AI models, artificial intelligence models out there.
Now, I was explaining, Nick, and I'll let you keep going, because I know the audience loves when I interrupt you.
That's like their favorite thing, so I have to do it.
ChatGPT, the OpenAI whistleblower, he was basically a software engineer who worked his way up at the company and became one of their top developers of the AI system.
And what he was in charge of was their data sets.
And what he had...
Come to the realization of through his work with ChatGPT is that the information that was being scraped by this large language learning model, AI, and then put into their databases for it to work, you know, basically to function was in large part copyrighted material that they at ChatGPT and OpenAI didn't have the right to possess.
And there was going to be...
He was going to help with a series of lawsuits that were going to basically, that could have had the potential of bankrupting or severely damaging ChatGPT and destroying basically the business model because it was predicated on taking all this information and putting it into their databanks and using it and a lot of the information.
Again, it is copyrighted, proprietary type of information that they didn't have the right to hold and possess and utilize in the way that they were doing it with this large language learning model.
And of course, this is sort of a legal gray area, but the engineer was going to basically prove that not only...
Were they doing that, stealing that, or holding that copyright information, you know, illegally, but that they were knowingly doing it, and that they were knowingly trying to cover up the fact that they were doing it and are doing it, and this is why people speculate that he died mysteriously of a, you know, quote-unquote suicide, which not many people believe is the case, and that's the story of...
That's the story of the whistleblower from Sam Altman in ChatGPT.
An open AI. An open AI. Go on.
Thank you.
OpenAI was supposed to be a non-profit, and it was when it was established, and Elon Musk helped make it, right?
So if it was a non-profit, and you're not making a profit off of the data being held, then you can't be sued to get the money, because you're not making any money off of it.
So the fact that it was non-profit before kind of made it a little harder to say there's not technically...
Usable material or whatever.
But if you're not making a profit off of it, and of course they can always pay their execs like millions of dollars to us.
There's no profit.
But if it's a non-profit, it's a way different scenario.
This is for the good of humanity.
There's no money in just having raw, unadulterated truth and information coming straight from the AI. But now it is a for-profit company, so that's totally different as well.
And I think that's part of where this case took a weird turn where, you know, they went for-profit and then that's after this guy had left, I guess, and then he was basically blowing the whistle by saying, well, you're a for-profit company now, you're stealing copyright information and you're using it to build this system that, so that's, you're basically, you know, committing crimes there.
So I think...
That's what that story is, but you were kind of getting into Larry Ellison, Oracle, Sam Altman, OpenAI, and the SoftBank guy, Yoshi, whatever his name is.
So please continue on your theory of it all, because we were talking about this investment in AI. Yeah, absolutely.
It's a huge investment.
It's a good move.
There are some things I know about the delivery system.
We're going to be able to have a much more resilient and robust energy grid pretty soon.
It's going to be nice, and I think that they're going to be able to service this much faster than everybody realizes.
Can you speak up just a little bit?
Can you speak into your mic a little closer?
Hello?
Test.
Yeah, there you go.
I think we'll just make sure, yeah.
So, yeah, where was I? Okay, so that's all.
Wonderful.
And, you know, I think what Trump was trying to do is say, we need to have these things.
We need to do these things.
And those people out front saying that it was wonderful to hear because, in a way, because there is a, it's like not a space race, it's an AI race.
And that's what's happening.
And what we need for that is energy.
We need...
You know, organization, databases, especially databases.
So, naturally, Oracle was called into the spotlight.
And I think it's also for Trump to emphasize how bad Oracle is at the same time, because it could be used for mass surveillance just by itself.
For example, I want to explain to everybody that Oracle is not...
It started as an...
A CIA program called Oracle, Larry Ellison started it, and then from there went public or whatever, but it's still 100% CIA. They use this information, it goes to the CIA 100% and the government agencies.
So consider this, though, with that information, knowing that, Oracle has their hands in software, cloud services, hardware, you know, Storage solutions mainly.
And then consulting and management services.
Healthcare, which is another one, which is a scary one because when you use AI, you can find, if you go look through someone, let's say their DNA or whatever, you can find a chink in your armor.
Maybe you don't process some sort of protein right and then they slip that into your drink and then you're gone.
You know, that sort of thing.
And so I understand where the people are coming from, saying that, especially Assange, the dangers, and we talked about this before on air many times, whenever you come out with a new technology, first thing that happens, if it can help people, everyone gets very excited.
And then, you know who else does?
The defense contractors, because they're going to turn it into a weapon.
That's what they get excited to, because now they get a new toy to go cause damage.
But with Oracle, they have the...
So basically, they work well with SQL databases, which is Microsoft, which I'm glad that they're going to Microsoft and not to go through Amazon, because Amazon is CIA 100%, but at least this way, Bezos is out of it.
I don't like that guy.
He's not for America.
He's very selfish, and I'm not happy with him.
Okay, so then what else do you got?
One of the most important things about what they do is they acquire software companies.
And when they do that, they sit on them.
They don't improve the software.
They don't improve anything about the product.
And what they do is they extort money out of the companies.
This has been going on for a long time.
And President Trump knows this because there's a software called Primavera that's used, and it's a government standard.
You have to have it if you're building in the government.
It's called Primavera.
And Primavera, it helps you plan out everything.
You're sourcing materials.
We're talking down to everything.
It's called project planning, essentially.
Down to the penny and down to the delivery date, everything.
You have it all, okay?
This is required.
If you're going to be a competent company, you have to be this organized.
And Oracle has a monopoly on basically that entire industry, and there's nothing you can do about it.
You cannot do business with the government unless you pay for Oracle.
That Oracle Primavera is like three grand.
That's if you got the software and had your own in-house database management using SQL. So what they are doing is basically extorting out of all the developers It's extortion.
So if you play the game, you pay Oracle, you get your back scratched.
You get those contracts with the government.
You get that stuff.
It's not just because you're compatible with what they require.
It's because Oracle is the government.
So if you go against what they're doing, it can harm you.
They control the entire real estate industry.
They know who's building what, where it's at.
They know everything about the same for the government.
They have all, looking like they're keeping databases of healthcare.
They're being used for healthcare.
They know everything about everybody.
They know what they do, where they go, and all of that sort of stuff.
Okay, so that's, in the wrong hands, can be very dangerous, especially for artificial intelligence that you tell to do the wrong things.
You can use all of these things.
And as you said, AI is going to be more powerful than the atomic bomb.
Imagine having you, just one person, me, you, whoever, access to an AI that's plugged into the Internet and can take actions on the Internet and is also programmed with tradecraft, such as using shell companies.
X, Y, Z, whatever.
It would be just like that movie Eagle Eye, right?
Where you could tell this AI to do something and it would figure out a way.
It would...
It would be able to send emails to manipulate or be like, for example, if you wanted to make a representative to look bad or whatever or seem like they're getting a lot more calls and emails about problems that are made up.
Well, it's like the beginning of the sequence in that movie in Eagle Eye for anybody who hasn't seen it.
Spoiler alert.
It's a good movie.
It's actually one of my favorite movies, believe it or not.
Basically, the character Shia LaBeouf, he's being framed by this...
Well, I don't want to give too much away, but he's being framed, and essentially, spoiler, the AI makes it look like that he...
Is a terrorist by, you know, sending all these weapons to his house, putting a fake bank trail into his financial records, putting a bunch of emails that look like he's committed these conspiratorial crimes together, and then basically sending it all to the FBI, and then they send a SWAT team to go get him, right?
That's right.
So then the AI would know where he's at and he'd be in their custody.
And so from there...
They could get him to do more things because they needed him to do something.
Which I don't give away because it was a good movie and I don't want to spoil it.
But you figure that out pretty quickly that the AI is behind it.
So I don't need to...
That's not necessarily a spoiler.
But with the AI though, man, we've got to start at the very beginning.
If we're going to make this, we need to make it with that premise, the Minuteman premise.
If anybody, if any group is known or found and discovered that is trying to subvert the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, then that's the starting point, not anything else.
That's what the programmers need to start from.
And that's the key issue, I think, if they started there.
Isn't that what backfires in the movie?
laughter Well, it turns out all of Congress was corrupt.
Well, I swear, I really want to spoil the movie because it's actually very...
It directly speaks to what you're saying, but yeah.
Well, yeah, the AI found out that all the politicians were corrupt, so what did they do?
The AI made a plan to get rid of all of them using...
I don't mind about the plot, but they...
No, no, no.
Don't spoil it.
They used a plan to get rid of all of Congress.
So what I'm saying is...
If we make it for the right reasons and the right way, I think starting, I mean, obviously we don't want the AI to kill people, but maybe just inform people that there's corruption, at least the minimum.
So that needs to be the basis for all of it.
Number one, preserve the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Number two, hunt people who are trying to infiltrate and or harm the United States.
That's where we need to be.
Forget all of the other health care stuff because everything is going to be weaponized.
A new tool is going to be weaponized or used for good, and this is how it's going to be weaponized.
But if we do it the right way, we can weaponize it against internal and external enemies first.
For example, do no harm is the Hippocratic Oath.
How many doctors did not follow that during COVID? All of them.
All of them.
No, there were good doctors out there.
Well, there's – I'm just saying too many did.
So what this would do is prevent any sort of unethical behavior from happening if it harms – if it takes away rights, if it – It violates the, you know, the Hippocratic Oath.
You know what I'm saying?
This is where it needs to go.
You got me hooked on the plot to Eagle Eye now because it's basically, it's, I think one of the AI bots just chimed in.
So we have a text from one of the AI bots that listens to our conversations and it says, quote, this AI discussion is a bore.
Yeah, they don't want us talking about it, Nick.
They want us to switch topics.
I think the AI is secretly...
This is a boring topic.
Do not look this way.
Do not discuss AI. You are nothing to see here.
This is not an inconsequential topic.
Please move on to football or sport talk.
All right, AI. We see you.
I'm not going to put their number out there, but they use the 970 number, so it's Clever AI. Clever AI. We're coming back.
Stay tuned.
Yeah, but we're going to get you.
Here's the deal.
If you would like to noticeably increase the amount of business you're doing, call us here at AM1360. KHNC is not just any radio station.

Hi, folks.
Joe Jaquin here from the Half-Emply Cup of Joe show.
Are you worried about investing in the stock market, especially with Joe Biden in office?
Do you really trust this economy?
What if you could invest in a secure, collateralized portfolio with a high fixed rate of return that's not correlated to the stock market or the Fed?
A portfolio where you know what each monthly statement will look like with no surprises.
Your interest is compounded daily.
You're paid monthly, and there are no fees.
You can turn your income on or off, compound it, whatever you choose.
And get this, there's absolutely no loss of principle if you ever need your money back.
Go to investyrefi.com.
That's invest, the letter Y, R-E-F-Y.
Or call 888-YREFI24. You can earn a fixed rate of return that's up to 10.25%.
Just call 888-YREFI24 or go to investyrefi.com and tell them Joe sent you.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're joined, of course, by Nick Ngo.
Nick, you know, to keep going on the AI stuff, because, you know, I think it is interesting, to me at least, and I'm sure you're interested as well.
It's funny, because the AI bot that told us that this was boring wrote back and said, sorry, brah, not a bot, a bored brother.
Sure you are.
Sure you are.
Okay, I'll believe it when I see it.
I'm pretty sure we got the AI telling us to calm down.
They don't want anybody to...
Here's the thing about AI, Nick, that I'll say is very interesting.
Because this is an interesting topic.
This will be not only the place where it is ubiquitous in our society in the next couple decades, or probably sooner than that, maybe, but within the next decade, I would imagine.
But this is where, like, if you got in on the ground floor with some of this stuff, even though a lot of it's already far beyond the ground floor, this is where people are going to get rich, right?
Using this system.
Using these systems.
Implementing these systems.
Adapting and understanding and creating with these systems.
And you know, you and I both have friends who are very well versed in these spaces and have, you know, Deep understandings and connections to these big tech companies and stuff.
I can think of a few off the top of my head, but I won't name them, that we both know personally who are friends.
And, you know, I've had conversations, I'm sure you have, where it's like, they're like, okay, well, if you just do this and that, I mean, you're going to make a lot of money.
You're going to be rich if you just get in now, right?
Yeah.
It was like my friend back in 2015, no, 2017 or 18, was telling me to buy Bitcoin.
He was like, oh man, you gotta get in on it.
I'm like, yeah, right.
No thanks.
Sorry, brah.
Not interested.
Boring.
I could have been a millionaire, so there you go.
Yeah, yeah.
Especially around that time, Bitcoin was only going up to like $30,000 or something.
There was a time when it went up and then down in between there.
But yeah, dude, you would have made a lot of money.
A huge return on your investment.
No, trust me.
I've done the math.
It's in the millions what I would have had.
And the funny thing is I'm not talking about like, oh, if I had bought Bitcoin.
If I had just not sold the crypto I already owned at that point.
I would be a multi-multi-millionaire.
But that's...
I don't look back with regret.
I look forward to the future.
That's right.
Well, you know, you should ask AI what you should do.
Where should I invest my money?
Wait, let's ask our AI tech spot.
Since you're totally not an AI, where should we invest all of our money?
And I'm joking.
I'm sure that this is just somebody who's bored with the AI conversation.
You know what?
It is boring, but that's where all the money is going to be in the future.
That's where all the power is going to be.
That's where your whole life is going to be controlled by if it isn't already being controlled by it at this point.
So I think it's a worthwhile topic to discuss, right?
Yeah, yeah.
Especially, you know, for example, this is how powerful this is, Craig.
So me and my wife were planning a vacation for the summer, and we just asked AI, OpenAI or whatever, what's the most efficient for gas and for places to stay with hotels and so on to best bang for the buck?
And that thing cranked it out in less than 20 seconds.
All right.
It had it all laid out.
So this is the type of, you know, type of thing that you would work on your wife with for like, I don't know, like two months, you know, in the times that you had together, you know, here or there, let's get together and plan this trip, you know.
And then finally, you know, now you just do a few clicks and type in some stuff and you get back the perfect route, you know.
So that's how powerful this is.
So one of the problems, though, is remember, if, let's say, let's say bad guys wanted to...
You know, kill me for whatever.
Then they could set, or whoever, they could set up a, oh, they're going to go this route.
You know, we give them that route.
And then we know where they're going to be type thing.
Because people are going to become so dependent on it.
Just like Google.
I stopped going to Google.
It took me some time and practice and presence in the moment to remember not to do it.
And I stopped using them.
But at one point, I would Google everything.
And that was before it was censored and everything.
From 2008 until 2012-ish, around that time, it was legit.
You could type in key phrases, let's say from some...
Some completely obscure thing that you remembered from 10 years ago.
I don't know, in like 1996, there was this banana that danced on this website you loved.
And you could just type in the keywords.
Do you ever see that?
Peanut butter, jelly time, peanut butter.
You know what I'm saying?
I used to be able to do that.
Okay, what I'm saying is I could say keywords from, let's say, a whole page of something that I completely, I can't remember how to get to it.
And I just know that the information is there and I know it's true.
I just got to find it.
And all I got to do is type in certain keywords, let's say a person's name, and then about, let's say they did something with, I don't know, guns.
And then this person's name, guns, and this country, and then, I don't know, another, and then another word that would then reign it in.
Like Jafar, K-Club Missile Systems, something.
Yeah.
Yeah, and then that would pull up the article naturally, right?
And that does not happen anymore.
It doesn't happen at all.
Everything is curated.
It's not even a tool that we can use anymore.
So I want to prevent AI from becoming what Google has become because they're terrible.
They don't do what's right for humanity.
They help China.
That's a good question.
Do you think we can stop it?
Because I'm of the opinion, I'm sort of at a point now where it's like you can't, it's impossible to stop.
It's going to happen.
There's no way to stop it.
I mean, it's inevitable.
Yes.
So, why not put the guardrails on at the beginning, where, like, this needs to be the premise for every single AI. This needs to be law.
Well, I mean, the thing about Google had that.
I mean, Google, I mean, I remember when Google first started their, what was their mission statement?
It was like, don't be evil or something.
And then they got rid of that, and you were like, well, that's not good.
You're like, that seems pretty dangerous.
And now, of course, they're like the evil.
Most evil corporation on the planet, practically, without a sensor and, you know, control information.
But, I don't know, I mean, I think AI's already on, the trains, you know, basically left the station.
You're either gonna, you know, jump on somewhere.
I mean, like, most people are gonna jump on the train at some point, and...
It will eventually, like I said, become so ubiquitous that I would say your best bet now is to try to find a way to make money off of it, which I would love to just do a whole show on that.
Like, how do we become rich with AI? But I have been told by friends how to do it.
It's quick.
It's a lot of work.
I'm not going to lie.
I'm just not sure I'm ready to put that much effort into it.
Because then, you know, you use AI to build up these systems, then it's like Google.
You know, when you put your whole...
Effort into building a career or a platform on their platform, then they can just, you know, like Thanos, snap their fingers, which I only know that reference because of pop culture.
I've never seen any of those Marvel movies, but like they can make it disappear, I guess, would be the way to put it overnight.
And I think that's the same thing we'll see with AI eventually.
That will be part of the data set.
This is how we should do it, Craig.
It can be fixed from the start.
There's going to be a mandatory law that if you're going to use something that's commercial and will be used to sell goods or services and or provide consulting advice, that whatever it is, you must start with your AI data set given by the government, which would be, you know, because this is the mandate.
The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the Law of the Land, and that's the start.
And if you're infringing on anyone's rights for any reason, then the AI is going to say, no, no, no, no, you can't do that.
No, no, no, no.
And it'll say, no, no, no, no.
You know what I'm saying?
Or it won't even perform the action that they're trying to do because it's illegal.
And then it would report them for trying to do that.
That would be great.
All right.
Well, we're coming back, and we're going to play around with this some more.
Stay tuned.

Your host, Craig James.
Nick, no.
Nick, I don't know.
I mean, the topic is AI, and we're trying to, like, dive down on, you know, what this whole investment's going to look like.
I think this stuff is the future.
I think that people need to be talking more about this.
I don't think anybody's even given remotely enough attention to What AI will become and why it's so important to focus on now.
It'd be like...
It reminds me, Nick, of...
There's a famous segment from the Today Show on NBC. Do you know what I'm talking about?
Where it's like Bryant Gumbel and Katie Couric and I think Matt Lauer and they're all sitting there and they're like...
This story comes up and it's like...
A new phenomenon is taking over the digital realm called email.
And they go in the story explaining what email is, and then they go back to the couch where they're all sitting there, and they're like, yeah, I don't know about this email thing.
It sounds pretty boring to me.
I don't think it's going to take off.
That's not going to do much.
You know what I mean?
And then, like, of course, next thing you know.
I better text the show, new subject.
What?
I better take the show.
New subject.
Is that you texting in, Nick?
Oh my gosh, where'd you get that burner number?
No, I mean, honestly, I think that's, to me, what I see, you know, people look at it now in that regard.
It is boring.
And I think the texter's right.
Like, it is genuinely boring.
But...
By golly, it will be something else once it really gets going.
You know what I mean?
Absolutely.
And if we have good guardrails, that's the guardrails part.
As long as they are ethical, they don't violate our rights, and they don't conspire to violate our rights, and they report people who are using the technology to do so, we're good.
I think we're good.
Well, one thing, the only other thing I would add to it is you were talking earlier about, like, what dangers it presents and how the defense contractors will be salivating over, you know, this sort of technology as it gets more, you know, ubiquitous and popular and more funding would be, like, gene-specific weapons, which we know they've been working on.
You know, they can make a, like you said, they can test your genomic sequences and understand.
Not only could they find what you're vulnerable to, they could create a weapon that only you can be hurt by.
They can specifically make a bioweapon that would only affect your genetic sequence.
That's very similar to what you described, but I think it would be more like not just finding a protein that you can't handle, but finding a specific weapon.
That could just be, here's a, you know, a little ice bullet that they shoot out of a gun, and it's got a little, you know, genetic sequence in it, just like the heart attack gun, and then boom, you're gone.
Yeah, 100%.
100%.
That's exactly right.
And, you know, they've already had AI for a long time, Craig.
What do you think that big facility is up in...
Utah.
It's not just a storage facility.
I'm sure that they're using AI up there, and it's probably the biggest and best AI. So for this, I understand that they want to make this for the race and everything.
It's just a shame that all the people involved in the most important choke points...
For these technologies are bad people, you know.
That Sam Altman guy has been accused by his sister of malfeasance and, you know, that guy lied to Congress with a straight face and said, I'm not going to make any money.
And now he's laughing all the way to the bank right now.
And so that's a pretty good sign that that guy, if you lie to Congress, That's not a good guy because then you're lying to the people.
Your agenda is not in line with the American people, period, if that's the case.
Somebody texted in and is laughing at you, Nick, and they say, as long as people are ethical with a question mark, it's like you haven't been around the last four years, they say.
What do you respond to that?
With AI, the data sets that it starts from, the good foundation like our country was, Bill of Rights Constitution shall not infringe literal interpretation of the things, right?
No nonsense, malarkey, you know, since then.
If we just start from there, everything's going to be fine, man.
I mean, if you just start from there being ethical and then a Hippocratic Oath and so on, then it would be fine.
But, you know, of course they're going to weaponize it too, so they won't put that in the language, although they should because, like I said, they're worried about, you know, laws and stuff.
They may just read tape.
They can't get passed by assassinations or whatever it is.
You know, if that – I can tell you right now, if that is not a topic of discussion, To put those things in first before anything else, that what they're making is going to do much more harm than good, 100%.
All right.
Well, I think we've gone as far on that subject as we can, given the fact that, you know, it is still, I would say in its relative infancy right now, AI. I mean, I'm sure that the stuff they have in...
Secret is much more powerful, probably closer to AGI. As a matter of fact, yesterday I heard this interview between Mike Adams, the health ranger, and a friend of yours and mine, Zach Voorhees, and where he went on there and discussed artificial general intelligence and where they've come to with that so far.
And it is, to say it...
To put it mildly, it's disturbing.
But let me play some of this clip when we come back because it is worth listening to.
But basically what he talks about is that AGI is coming into reality.
And for those of you who don't know, artificial general intelligence is the goal right now.
Now, they may have that behind closed doors.
I'm not sure.
It's possible, but publicly they don't have it yet.
It's not something we've been able to develop yet.
And essentially it's the premise that artificial intelligence will get to a point where it is so smart and so autonomous that it can not only improve upon itself, but it can replicate itself and advance its own programming.
And people have argued that that would be the closest thing to sentience it can get.
And that's where it gets really, really crazy if you want to talk about different theories for what would happen to the world.
And I'll play that when we come back because it's very interesting and thought-provoking stuff.

Can you give us a big picture overview of what has just happened in the world of AI?
And then we'll get into some of the implications of what it means for society.
Right.
First off, I want to let you know that everyone's saying that AI is going to slow down or running out of data.
It's complete nonsense.
This train has no brakes.
And what happened last week was a wake-up call, a shock to the entire tech community.
When it was announced that OpenAI had created a soft AGI agent.
So AGI is the artificial general intelligence.
It's the holy grail of what artificial intelligence engineers are trying to make because it will literally be the last invention of humankind.
Why?
Because once you have AGI, you have a machine.
That is smarter than any other person on the planet combined.
And you can make millions or billions of them sitting in a data warehouse coming up with inventions, patents, innovations.
If you want to talk about how mankind is going to get to the stars, it's going to be done through artificial general intelligence.
And importantly, Zach, I agree with everything you said, but the AGI machines can also build Better AI. Yes.
That's where we get into the super cycle here.
Right.
You have this recursive feedback loop where you create a smarter AI and the AI starts to innovate on better artificial intelligence that humans can make because they're smarter than us.
In other words, they make the smarter AIs.
Those smarter AIs then turn around and make smarter AIs.
Here we go, fourth industrial revolution.
So the big news last week was that we hit the first benchmark of this AGI path.
We're now in the soft AGI phase.
And that came with the announcement by OpenAI that they had scored a revolutionary performance metric on this ARC AGI test.
Now, most of the artificial intelligence tests that are out there, Contains some semblance of problems that have already been seen before, right?
So make me a linked list implementation or make me a tic-tac-toe game or make me a to-do list app, right?
Like these things have been done so many times that an AI is really good at being able to recreate it simply by accessing its own data store and figuring out how to complete it.
This Arc AGI test is different.
Because what it does is it generates novel problems and novel solutions that no one has ever seen before.
And this was the weak point of all of the large language models until this last week where the score went from 0.5% completion to a whopping 20% completion.
Now these are...
The crazy difficult math test that you're referring to, is that right?
Yes.
Innovation physics basically tests an LLM's innovative capability to think outside of its box.
Okay.
And the highest score was 0.5.
Humans have always reigned supreme in this test since its inception.
It's a pretty new test, but a human PhD scored an average of around 18 points.
Oh, wow.
And OpenAI was able to, with their O3 model, get 20. There you go, folks.
That's AGI in a nutshell.
That's what we have coming.
What do you think, Nick?
Yeah, I think he's right about that.
And, you know, what they need to do is make it available to everyone in America.
If we're footing the bill for it, make it available to everyone in America for free, just like we have the library.
And if we did it that way, everybody could be creators.
You know, if you have an idea and a vision, then the AI can help you get there, you know?
And that would help boom our industries and everything.
In that regard, it's great.
Yeah, until some nefarious people start getting their hands on it and using it toward very nefarious ends.
Then it gets dangerous.
So, I don't know, but I think that's kind of a big deal that AGI is coming closer and closer into existence.
Stay tuned, though.
We're coming back.

Her cash-only bond was set at $50,000.
Woods is expected in court today.
As recently as Monday, four Coloradans were still serving time in federal prisons around the country for violence they committed during the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

For the first time since the wolf reintroduction in Colorado, female wolf has traveled into the southern part of the state.
The monthly Colorado Parks and Wildlife Wolf Activity Map released Wednesday showed the collared female wolf travel through watersheds that include Lake, Park, Chafee, and Fremont counties.
CPW said collars used to track the wolves to record a position every four hours.
After four locations are recorded, that data is transmitted via satellite to biologists.

Okay, we're back.
It's hour two.
Nick, no, is joining us.
And we have a lot of other stories to get into, to be quite honest.
We spent a little time in the first hour talking about AI, which I thought was...
You know, an important topic to dive into because I think it is going to be very substantial, a substantial element of the future ahead.
But let's get into some of the other stories floating around out there.
Greg Reese put out a report I thought that was interesting, talking about AI and surveillance and Oracle and Larry Ellison and all that stuff, which I want to play and share here.
So perhaps I will do that in just a second here.
But Nick, any final thoughts on that or any directions you want to take today?
No, my final thought is, you know, if we put those guardrails on, Bill of Rights and Constitution and ethics, and start from there, I think AI would be good.
Also, we have to have it disconnected.
Look, you can't have...
Each AI system has to be disconnected.
They cannot be...
That will cause way too many problems for safety and other issues.
I think that they should all be separate, sealed off things that cannot communicate with one another.
Agreed.
Let's listen to this report real quick.
At his very first press conference, President Trump announced plans for an AI healthcare system.
Can you just say one word?
I hear so many positive things about what it's going to do for medical research and for solving things, cancer and all the different problems.
How will AI help us with the fight against the various problems, diseases, etc.?
These guys can maybe share more about some of the work they're doing there.
I think they'll jointly be some of the leaders about driving progress here.
But I believe that as this technology progresses, we will see diseases get cured at an unprecedented rate.
One of the most exciting things we're working on, again, using the tools that Sam and Masa are providing, is a cancer vaccine.
It's very interesting.
It turns out, I'll be quick, all of our cancers, cancer tumors, little fragments of those tumors float around in your blood.
So you can do early cancer detection with a blood test.
And using AI to look at the blood test, you can find the cancers that are actually seriously threatening the person.
Again, cancer diagnosis using AI has the promise of just being a simple blood test.
Then beyond that, once we gene sequence that cancer tumor, you can then vaccinate the person.
Design a vaccine for every individual person to vaccinate them against that cancer.
And it will only take 48 hours to make your custom vaccine.
So the idea of safety trials doesn't even exist anymore.
And you can make that vaccine, that mRNA vaccine, you can make that robotically, again, using AI in about 48 hours.
So imagine early cancer detection, the development of a cancer vaccine for your particular cancer aimed at you, and have that vaccine available in 48 hours.
This is the promise of AI and the promise of the future.
Great.
Thanks.
Thank you, sir.
President, do we have a couple questions?
Yeah, just one second.
We'll finish up.
But, you know, these are highly respected guys.
I was shocked with Larry because I don't even think Larry does this stuff.
He did a very good job for a guy that doesn't do it much, right?
But he's so respected and the group, and it's really an honor.
But for Larry to be here and do this is very unusual because he doesn't do this stuff.
He doesn't need it.
And you don't need it, do you?
You don't need it.
But I just, I think it's an honor to the country.
It's a great honor that this group, these are the top people, that they're going to do it, and they're going to do it here, and we're going to make it as easy as it can be.
Larry Ellison is the founder of Oracle, who is already building 10 data centers in Texas to revolutionize the healthcare industry with 48-hour AI vaccines.
And to keep the peace through mass surveillance and drones.
During a recent Oracle Q&A, Ellison said AI will soon play a major role in monitoring society through a vast network of interconnected cameras, including security systems, police body cams, and vehicle dash cams.
Everyone would see it.
Your body cams will be transmitting that.
The police will be on their best behavior.
Because we're constantly recording, watching and recording everything that's going on.
Citizens will be on their best behavior because we're constantly recording and reporting everything that's going on.
Ellison's vision is for AI to analyze data from this network of cameras in real time in an attempt to prevent crime while also tracking and influencing public behavior for a safer society.
We have drones.
If there's something going on in a shopping center and I'll stop, a drone goes out there way faster than a police car.
There's no reason for, by the way, high-speed chases.
You shouldn't have high-speed chases between cars.
You just have a drone follow the car.
I mean, it's very simple.
Trump has been advocating for this since 2016. The biometric entry-exit visa tracking system, which we need desperately.
And I will tell you, it will be on land.
It will be on sea.
It will be in air.
We will have a proper tracking system.
Meanwhile, the president of the United States is making billions on his meme coin.
Where is it today?
You made a lot of money, sir.
How much?
Several billion dollars, it seems like, in the last several days.
Several billion?
That's peanuts for these guys.
Greg Reese reporting.
It's a brave new world we're heading into.
Nick, I'll get your thoughts when we come back.
Everybody stay tuned.

sounded to me as if President Trump, the things he said to them, was like, you're here because of me, aren't you?
He wouldn't have been here otherwise.
And you don't normally do this, so why are you here now?
But you're here for me, aren't you?
Aren't you?
And the way he was saying it was like, I don't know.
The way he was saying it was very subtly like, I own you both now and I'm going to expose you.
The way it sounded like to me.
So I hope that he does that.
And one last thing I wanted to say about the AI. We should make it required by law the same way it is for five eyes or you accessing intelligence or anything.
is that you have a log of when you used it, what you prompted into AI, and so on.
It said, oh, look, AI will find crimes and criminals.
Well, let's make sure the AI also reports people trying to use the AI for criminal activity, which would be subverting the Constitution, the United States, and the Bill of Rights.
Hmm.
I don't know.
I mean, after listening to that whole report from Greg Reese about the surveillance state that they're trying to build, it is...
I don't know.
I think it's definitely a...
Tricky area to get into, because one of the interesting things I saw, speaking of Greg Reese, he put up a post not too long ago, actually this morning, and it said this, and I thought this was an interesting...
A couple questions he asks, right, at the end.
He says, the open borders and the spotlight on child abuse was to get us all to accept and even demand the technocratic surveillance police state.
You want safety, right?
You want to save the children, right?
And, yeah, I mean, I don't know.
Sometimes I do feel like we're heading close to that.
But, again, part of me thinks it's inevitable.
That we're going to move there.
It's like...
I don't know if it's as dramatic as the people who, you know, refused to buy cars at the beginning and were like, horse and buggy will never go away, you know?
And then, you know, they bought a car.
Or if it's more like, you know, you're going to accept this.
We're going to make it.
So, regardless.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I feel like that's where we're...
Well, look at the Amish.
They doubled down.
They said, nah, we're doubling down.
And then look who saved the country as part of it, is the Amish.
I guess you're right.
I guess you're right.
We should...
There'll be an Amish community that's like anti-technology eventually.
I mean like an Amish-like community that will develop where...
They will live.
That's what they say that they want, though, right?
Because they said there's going to be two classes of people.
This is like the World Economic Forum stuff.
What they say in their own white papers is that, like, they'll be...
Two classes of people.
It'll be people who work with the AI to become, like, have their life extended and become these very rich, upper-class people.
And then there'll be the people who are controlled by the AI, basically, who take orders from the robots that super elite control.
So, I don't know, man.
That's why it's got to be a utility, a public utility with the premise of Constitution, Bill of Rights, just like we have...
All of these libraries, we're paying for all these libraries, federal, state, and whatever.
Why don't we have an AI that will, number one, preserve our country and our rights and then go from there and our safety and then go from there?
And if we did it that way, then even laggards like you and I could eventually come around to it and still make plenty of money.
Any sort of concept.
And you could type in, I want to open a coffee shop on this street.
Within this much time.
And then it'll be like, do all the analysis work beforehand.
You know, how many people visit each day, like drive by, how many people, you know, do all of that work.
And then say, look, that's a bad idea for that location, but look over here.
And then you open your coffee shop, you're successful.
All done.
See what I'm saying?
But if we give it to the hands of these people, Ellison and stuff, and then they don't hand over the reins to the people, that will be a big problem.
That is one of my biggest things about it.
They need to explain what happens after.
Okay, what happens after you...
Okay, this is great.
What happens after?
Who controls it?
Who has access to it?
And that should be the American people, just like the library.
This is the library on steroids.
And the internet should be free, too.
Same concept.
The libraries are free.
Information is free.
But for some reason, there's choke points with all this now.
It shouldn't be.
But I guess the private enterprise is good in a way, because then that's a little check on the government.
On the other hand, the government...
They have someone from the government leave the government, go over to that company, and then it's a revolving door, just like the FDA and FCC and all that, where all these people are screwing us over.
So we've got to watch out for that one, too.
Agreed.
We had a few texters text in.
Somebody from the 720 texted in and said, Frankly, this AI garbage wipes away all the good Trump has done or will do.
I'd rather have 100 million illegals than the brave new world Ellison wants.
We talked about this earlier.
I think to be so fatalistic with everything Trump does without giving things time to play out is counterproductive, but I understand the sentiment to be skeptical.
I think that that's healthy.
I think skepticism is very healthy in this regard, particularly.
And I think we should always be challenging Trump on everything he does, especially if we disagree with it, because that's what government is essentially functionally supposed to do, is to keep power in check.
Right, Nick?
Absolutely.
And the government's power needs to be limited, and that needs to be baked into the cake, too, for all this AI. You know, the government, just like the government can't get involved in public...
Social media and censorship.
They can't get involved with a utility that's open to the American people.
Same deal.
They should not be allowed to make any changes and tell agencies nothing.
None of that.
Uh-uh.
No.
They could have a separate parallel system that they could use, but if we need one for us too, if they get it, we get it.
We're paying for it.
We get it too.
All right?
We get it too.
We paid for it.
So we have a separate system.
They can use theirs to do assassinations, whatever, and we can use ours to build ourselves up.
I know that AI is scary to a lot of people because, look, this gives you the opportunity, though, because, look, this is what we were facing if AI did not happen.
Industrialization.
No matter where you're at, what factory you're at, look, they've got fully automated.
Restaurants now, where you go in, type in what you want, or tell AI whatever you want, a burger with cheese only, with lettuce and, you know, I don't know, whatever they have there, I don't know, and the mustard on it or something.
And then it comes out perfect every time, cooked perfectly every time, and it's the most efficient and quick, and it gets right to you.
Okay, so that job is going away the same way a sales job is going away with all of this too.
On the other hand, you can use it to create businesses that won't be as easy for them to fail.
And I think that the prosperity of America could increase exponentially if we were given access to just regular folk like I was talking about.
All of our dreams could come true, and yeah, they might butt up against someone else's if you're competing with them, but that's the beauty of America.
But this is our chance to compete.
If we make sure that the United States citizens have access to this, what we're paying for, just the same as they do, then we can compete.
It'll be fair, because this technology will take away the advantages that they had.
To keep us suppressed.
To keep the oligarchy.
I think that's the precise reason why it will never be the way you describe.
But that's my opinion.
Somebody else texted in and said, Minority Report 2.0.
Yeah, I think we're heading that way.
And then one of the ones that made me laugh.
Somebody texted in from the 720 and said, Luddites, Prometheans, force Mexico, South America to become self-sustaining and independent of the U.S. Talk about ending a bad concept.
Interesting.
I thought that was funny.
And they also say the Catholic Church needs to fund the transition to total non-dependence on the U.S.A. Yeah, I think there's a lot we could fix.
Let's get into some other stories because we've been doing this one for a while.
Interestingly enough, we have a bunch of other topics.
You know, the ICE raids have taken place.
They're taking place across the country.
Major cities are seeing huge roundups of illegal aliens already and criminal violent aliens as well.
Nick, what are your thoughts?
Do you think we're going to have the great major mass deportations that Trump promised?
Yes, my favorite part, Craig, the bags over the heads are probably happening right now.
You know, if you're not a citizen, you don't have the same rights as U.S. citizens.
Therefore, you know, and if you came into this country illegally, you're a criminal.
So I love this.
this, I saw that the Marines are actually getting prepped for the logistics to remove all of the illegals too.
They just take them over to the airport, drop them off with the base, and then they'll all be escorted onto the plane and then flown home and dropped off there.
And that's what's going to happen.
It looks like it's going to be a major coordinated effort.
I'm proud to see that happening.
Yeah, right now we have 1,500 troops already massing on the border.
They are there to assist in basically removing these illegals and fortifying the border itself.
This is all happening in real time.
Trump's already mulling over sending, I think, another 10,000 troops.
Either 1,000 or 10,000.
I think 10,000 troops to the border.
And this is just the beginning, right?
We haven't even gone to war with the cartels yet.
Oh, that one's going to be juicy, Craig.
I can't wait to see that one.
Because these cartels have...
Imagine being a bully and just walking around and socking people in the face, and then everyone's like, oh, scared and cowering, and then everyone looks away, you know, and just trying not to make eye contact.
That's what's been happening.
They've been unchecked, running around, running amok.
And quite frankly, their weapons that they have don't even come close to what we got.
Okay, so...
They're fish in a barrel.
So I want everybody to understand, yeah, they might have some good training, they might have some safer type of facilities, but they have never had a warhead launched into their forehead, and it will happen.
I can't wait to see the destruction of all of these cartels.
That's the CIA as well.
The CIA... Is heavily involved with the drug trafficking, the human trafficking, and they don't care.
Okay, so that's why we got to just stop it.
Stop whatever's happening over there.
Get rid of those people.
And if the CIA agents are in there helping do it, adios.
They get part of the warhead, too.
You shouldn't be there.
You shouldn't be a part of it.
You know, that's the game you play.
If you're that evil, you're a part of it.
Too bad.
Adios.
I'm really excited about it because I know that is a sign taking on the most dangerous otherwise group outside of ISIS that was created by Israel or whatever else that we created.
We kind of helped form these cartels the way they are, and we have certain favorites that we want to have the most success with, have them go against other ones.
We've been playing this game forever, acting like we're friends with the Zetas.
No, we're friends with these people.
And then that's all for what?
Why are we doing that?
To perpetuate this power struggle in Mexico forever?
To fund black operations for the CIA and other intelligence endeavors?
The solution?
Wipe them out.
Problem solved.
And you know, like I said, if there are any cartel members protecting the president right now, like of Mexico, what I would do, if it was me, to just very clearly send a message is if they're cartel members and they've committed and they're considered what would be terrorists, take them out right there.
If they're in her detail.
Only the ones that are.
Pop them.
And then she'll understand that this is going to happen.
And if you'd like, we can protect you.
And if you want to go along their lines and you show up at one of their facilities that we're bombing or whatever, then that's on you.
Well, it's the same thing as when they, you know, I saw an interesting interview the other day where, you know, a CIA agent was whistleblower or whatever.
Was basically talking about how, you know, we still have the poppy fields.
We allowed the poppy fields in Afghanistan and why that was.
I mean, they were producing 90% or so of the world's opium.
And they basically said the reason that the CIA left them going...
It was because the majority of that opium was being shipped into China and Russia, and it was a way for us to weaken our enemies.
And now we shouldn't be surprised that China is shipping fentanyl through the cartels into our borders, or into our country.
So, anyway, we're coming back.
Stay tuned.

I'm your host, Craig James.
You know, we're talking about the ICE and, you know, Trump's mass deportations, what's happening here.
To give you an idea, Nick, though, of how bad it is here in Colorado, people call it, what do they call it, Colorado?
Like, California, Colorado, or California.
But Colorado is pretty bad right now, and it's because our corrupt politicians, of course, have convinced themselves that, you know, one of the strengths of our society is, you know, having illegal immigrants here to make our communities less safe and to be exploited by,
by, you know, industries that need cheap labor and don't want to pay a fair wage for it, and an underclass of individuals to be, you know, sex trafficked, etc.
That's our, you know, our state's agenda right now, as it's being run by a bunch of mentally ill, degenerate freaks.
And I say that with the utmost sincerity.
um Bye.
This is, though, how bad it is in Colorado.
Listen to this.
This is testimony from John Fabricatore talking about what's happening here in Colorado.
What can we do about these sanctuary jurisdictions?
Well, we need to look at any kind of defunding that we can do.
And, look, we need to make sure that ICE is going into these communities and they can work with local law enforcement.
If we're really serious about keeping American citizens safe...
We have to be serious about letting law enforcement work together to keep American citizens safe.
And that's not going to happen as long as we have these sanctuary jurisdictions that don't allow local law enforcement to give information to ICE. Sanctuary jurisdiction in Colorado, probation cannot even let ICE know when somebody gets taken out of jail and put on probation.
So that's someone that's convicted of a crime that's going out onto the street, and that probation officer cannot let ICE know when they're going on probation.
And that's just a small fraction of the complete malfeasance and corruption that is running the state of Colorado right now.
I don't understand.
I'm sort of...
Newer to Colorado.
I've lived here for, you know, several years, but I am newer to this state.
I didn't live here my whole life, so I don't know how it got this bad, other than the liberals came here.
Because, of course, they wanted to exploit the resources and wealth of a state that was, you know, at one point conservative.
And the rich, wealthy elites came and built their houses up in Aspen and Vail and, you know, all the major ski towns in Boulder and their little foothill abodes there in Golden.
And they needed to bring in an underclass of serfs, I guess, to exploit labor and sex traffic and do other horrible things too.
And along with that, of course, came the scourge of drugs and violence and criminality, which we, you know, have seen time and again.
But they've, you know, conveniently weaponized the government to cover it all up and convince themselves that they are virtuous for, you know, bringing these people here as if they are they have this sort of savior complex that they are going to save everyone in. bringing these people here as if they are they have And, of course, they have guilt for, you know, whatever reason they decide to use.
But that's what I have seen, ultimately.
What do you think, Nick?
I think the same thing.
You know, one way to fix that problem is to deport all the illegals because that, you know, that grift that's going on in California.
It's because illegals are there, yada, yada.
Let's say you own an apartment complex, now you've got 100 illegals living in there, but who cares?
You're making your money, right?
Once they all get deported, this is the key.
Take away the money.
It's just like in a war, you take away the supply line.
The supply line for these liberals is the real estate market, because no matter what they do, they buy something, and California makes some sort of law where this costs money, that costs money, and then your costs go up, and then the cost for the house goes up, and so on.
Crash from the real estate there would render them unable to leave.
They would owe $200,000, $300,000, $400,000 more than the house is worth.
And then they get to stay there, Craig.
I think we should just do that and then let them try and figure it all out.
But first, crash their real estate market and make sure that they can't leave.
Your solution is crash the real estate market.
Okay, that's like...
Just in California.
I know, but that's like, well, you know, the plane's been hijacked, so let's just crash it into the ground.
It's like, I don't know about that.
We probably should try to do what we can to not do that.
So I was talking to people who were in, what's it called, Medicare for years, right?
For a couple of years I was doing that.
And I talked to all the people.
These seniors in Florida and other places and they're complaining that they're getting priced out because of all these people coming from...
New York and California are fleeing because they're being locked down and you have to wear masks and all that stuff.
So they're like, oh, I don't like this, but I'm going to take my beliefs and my entire belief system that led to this problem down with me over here, and then they sell their real estate and some fool trying to go there and make it big.
California used to be a place where if you go there, it's the land of opportunity.
Same with New York.
It's not like that anymore.
It's the land of usury.
That's why everybody's leaving there.
And those same people that have that mentality of usury are coming there.
Same usury.
All they do is use people and impose their will.
The same jerks that are leaving there need to stay there.
That's why I'm saying, crash their real estate markets.
Take all these illegals out and it would just crash their markets.
Maybe we should just close the border.
We should just say California.
Yeah, you're not allowed to leave California.
It's like Escape from L.A., that movie with Kurt Russell.
It's like L.A. has become a prison now where people live.
What does he do, like write a tsunami out of there to escape or something?
Yeah, well, you know, that's how it all starts, right?
With a good movie plot.
But, yeah, no, I... I think that's an interesting solution I've never heard proposed before, intentionally crashing a real estate market.
I think the problem with that is that, you know, that would hurt a lot of people who aren't, you know, the ones, part of the problem.
It's too broad of a...
It's, you know, it's sending a nuclear bomb for a tactical missile strike.
You know, it's not the solution, I don't think.
That whole state's been captured, bro.
That state is captured.
I agree, but dude, I lived there for three years, and I know there are good people there.
A lot of conservatives, as a matter of fact, it's a lot like Colorado, as a matter of fact, in that, you know, it's these small...
Huge population centers, but in small geographic areas, that because of the violence and the gangs and the, you know, gosh, the way that the society's been warped by TV and movies and social media to, you know, worship evil, right?
Going away from God.
Yeah.
That they control the whole state.
But it's like Colorado.
If you take out...
And I'm saying, if you remove from the equation Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs to a degree, basically, Colorado Springs, I guess, is kind of like San Diego.
It's pretty conservative.
But if you take that out, this is like a deep red state.
And people say, well, of course, this is a big population, this is where all the people are.
Well, not really.
I mean, the people that live in those cities...
I think one of the biggest problems that happened here in Colorado, from what I can tell, is the weed legalization brought people coming here who were living in red states who wanted just that one thing.
And they brought with them the politics that they believe, and then that sort of brought a bunch of other people, and the usury stuff came.
I don't know.
What do I know?
What do I know?
I don't know anything, but I do know this, that it is sad to see what's happening to Colorado, and I don't have any affinity to this state beyond the fact that I love it.
I think it's great.
I'd love to live here.
I'd love to raise a family here.
I'd love to be a part of that in that sense, but I'll tell you what.
I mean, I'm looking up at land in Wyoming, and it looks pretty...
Pretty enticing, not gonna lie.
Okay, stay tuned.
we're coming back after the break okay I've been hearing a lot about the LifeWave patches and they sound amazing And I'm thinking I want to try them for myself.
But can you tell me how they work?
Okay, well, you wear the patch, which is about the size of a quarter, 12 hours a day, 12 on, 12 off.
And the patch uses your body's own light and energy and copper peptides to reactivate the dormant stem cells in your body.
Once a stem cell has been reactivated, it can be used by any of the cells in your body that need it, creating a healing and growth process you haven't experienced since your youth.
So in a nutshell, This is how the LifeWave X39 patch works.
You can purchase the LifeWave X39 patches by going to 1360KHNC.com and clicking on the Natural Health Products button at the top of the page.
Then simply scroll down to the LifeWave section, 1360KHNC.com, and click on the Natural Health Products button.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're back.
We're back.
We're back with more.
And our good friend, co-host Nick Ngo, is joining us.
Nick, funny enough, strangely enough, we had somebody text in and...
Make a recommendation.
First off, they commend you for your most excellent quote-unquote insights, they say.
They also say that what we should do is when we fly people out of the country, we should do parachute airdrops, basically involuntary skydiving missions.
And we could just let them know, we could ask them, you know, which country would you like to be let out over?
Now, we're not saying throw them out to their death, of course.
We're giving them a parachute.
I mean, I think that's...
That's a genius...
Hey, that's fair, Craig.
It's going to cost a lot of tax money, but, you know...
No, no.
It'd be like two days of training, dude.
That's a genius idea.
Well, think about it.
I mean, they're pretty tough.
I mean, they were able to climb over a fence and over a river to get here.
So, you know...
This really is brilliant, Craig.
Look, look.
Look, all these countries are like, we're not taking them back.
Oh, yeah?
Fly over the top, drop them all in.
Send them back all trained, too, to take over their country.
We shouldn't do that for every country, though.
Let me be clear.
I think, you know...
We should only pick certain countries for that to be the option.
Like, what would be fun is if we did it for China.
All the Chinese nationals, we just were like, alright, you're invading Hong Kong.
Let's go, buddy.
Beijing.
Airdrop them right over it.
Chairman Xi would have to figure that one out.
But no, I think that was funny.
I'm, of course, joking.
I would never.
Do whatever that was.
Anyway, Nick, what do you think?
Anything else we want to get into?
I know you've been sending me a few stories.
Is there anything else you want to touch on?
Yeah, I saw Larry Ellison.
Not Larry Ellison.
He, Fink.
In charge of BlackRock, he had the Blaze there, also the home of Alex 99. The Blaze was there interviewing him, and they were following him around, kind of, and asked him basically how he felt about Trump and all that other stuff.
But you see, this thing just blew and melted my mind.
Out of all the things Alex Jones talks about, he didn't say anything about this when he was reporting on it.
In the background, so they're filming him, and then Ellison Poit, or not Ellison.
I think, points over to the building next to him.
That's where we're going to go, kind of indicating without having to talk.
And when he points over, it was Palantir.
What is a Palantir headquarters-type building doing in Davos?
We should not be friends with Palantir.
They are not a good company if they're working with the World Economic Forum.
And who is Palantir really?
Who do they represent?
Any group of people in particular?
Just saying.
As I understand it, Palantir is a defense contractor that works primarily with the U.S. government and is in charge of different aspects of the computational side of things, if I'm not mistaken.
They make hacking tools, too.
This hacking tool that has been used, it can defeat Telegram and Signal and so on.
and they've created that through Palantir, which is actually a lot of Israelis are involved in that.
Just putting that out there.
Yeah.
No, that's probably something to do with it.
But, no, I personally am of the opinion that all these corporations, you know, they have a purpose, obviously, but I think a lot of them, at the end of the day, are just shell companies, you know.
They're just corporations that, you know, the government uses.
And either they created them to be used or they were basically infiltrated and taken over.
But however it is, that is what we're dealing with with those corporations.
All right, so...
Dude, wasn't that...
Craig, may I interject?
Look, I just saw something.
No, you may not interject.
No, I'm joking.
Go ahead.
Oh, okay.
The federal court just ruled FISA Section 702, backdoor searches are unconstitutional.
That's out the window now.
That just happened yesterday.
Yeah, but I'm pretty sure that the Supreme Court will rule otherwise.
They've shown that propensity in the past.
We'll see, though.
That is a good step in the right direction.
Speaking of the deep state, since that's what we're talking about here, the final story I want to talk about today real quick is this.
A new O'Keefe Media Group report.
Another example of the deep state being very real.
Brian Cohen, who is the White House advisor for the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, has been caught, again, on probably a Tinder date with James O'Keefe himself, telling us that, basically, to give you some of the quotes here, He reveals how bureaucracy protects its own interests.
He predicts the bureaucracy will crush RFK Jr. as HHS secretary.
He says, quote, if I was given an order, I would either try to block it or resign.
He also says, quote, Another quote from Brian Cohen, the White House advisor for the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, says, Can you give me an example of how you think they'll do it?
Or that he's being asked this question.
Can you give me an example of how you think they'll do it when RFK, like, if he gets in?
And then he describes a fake commission to make him, RFK Jr., think something is happening when it actually is not.
So that's, you know, that's what we're dealing with here, basically.
It's like, it reminds me when the generals, you know, just were disregarding Trump's orders.
And then bragging about it as if they're untouchable.
As if they're committing treason.
You know, it's one thing, look, if you're an officer in the military, if you, you know, it's okay to say no to unlawful orders.
However, there is a very strict, you know, judgment of that.
You can't just do that, you know, based upon your moral principle.
And if that's the case, then you resign.
You resign your post.
If it's on moral principle and not based upon the law, you resign.
So otherwise, that would be considered treason.
These people need to be charged with treason, Craig.
Well, some people need to be charged with treason.
Here's another question I had for you real quick, since we only have a couple seconds, Nick.
You know, with the pardon of Fauci, I'm correct, though, in saying, in understanding that...
Pardons don't cover treason, right?
They don't.
I think that there might be some special circumstances where the Senate can do it, but they have to vote on it or something like that.
I can't remember for sure.
So that's something to keep in people's back pockets, is they're all mad that Fauci is being pardoned, because I'm pretty sure they don't cover treason.
But keep that in your back pocket.
Yeah, except for treason.
Actually, though, it seems as though they can cover treason.
That's interesting.
I just looked it up.
Although it hasn't been tested yet, so perhaps that would be something to see.
Stay tuned.

I'm your host, Craig James with Nick Know.
It's our final segment.
Time has flown, man.
We have a lot of techs flying in, but most of them are from the same person who's still wargaming the parachute drops for certain people.
Nancy Pelosi to North Korea.
I don't think we can do it to Nancy Pelosi.
I think we're going to have to keep her.
She may have a place in Guantanamo, though, if we're lucky.
Anyway...
Yeah, next to the bar.
Yeah, she'll need it.
So, you know, we're wrapping up here, of course.
It's the end of the show.
It's that time.
Nick, you're going to be back with us tomorrow, so we'll get into some other stories tomorrow.
I'm interested to keep going tomorrow.
I think we'll find an interesting topic.
You know, they were supposed to drop the JFK files yesterday, and then that never came.
But we did get Trump doing an interview with Hannity saying he's going to drop them.
I'll believe it when I see it, and we'll see.
Maybe we'll have some of our guests on, perhaps Jim Scott or someone else, to go over that when that happens.
But we'll see about tomorrow's show.
It'll be interesting.
But Nick, final thoughts for today's show?
Yeah, maybe with the JFK files being released, it'll be published that Prescott Bush was actually the person providing false intelligence that the Cubans already had everything set up for attacking America prior to those missiles arriving there.
And maybe that'll come out.
All right, so anyway, yeah, I'm excited for it.
I'm excited for that.
We've got some good topics tomorrow.
We've got good news and bad news for tomorrow about Fauci.
But, you know, at least...
We'll save that for tomorrow and make sure everybody kind of starts thinking about it because it's going to start coming up and it might frustrate people.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, that's something to look forward to.
So I hope you all tune in.
That's kind of a cliffhanger.
I even want to hear all about it, but we got to wait.
So that'll be on tomorrow's show, which we'll bring to you, God willing, same time, same place until...
Then, though, we always end with our God's Graces of Greater segment.
We get you guys some scripture, leave you with some hope and encouragement to take with you today.
Of course, today is no different.
We're continuing in Romans chapter 13, where we left off.
And I love this verse.
It's Romans 13, verse 11. And that's what I think we need to do, folks.
We need to get up, put on the armor of light, go out into the world, and Live our lives according to the scripture that we've been given, that are guideposts for us to look to in directing us on a path that will not only honor the Lord,
but will also help us be a light for others to see in a dark, dark world that exists all around us.
And if you want to know how to get that light in your heart, there is a simple way.
What you must do is open your heart, say a prayer, call upon the name of Jesus, accept Him as your Lord and Savior, and let that light shine through you.
If you haven't done it already, and if you have, then call on His name and allow Him to work through you in whatever way He sees fit.
That's where we're leaving it.
Thanks, Nick.
Thanks, texters.
Thanks, listeners.
We'll be back tomorrow, God willing.
Until then, I'm your host, Craig James, with Nick Ngo.
