Welcome, welcome, welcome to Just Informed Talk Radio.
What you just heard there was the scene outside of the Trump campaign's victory headquarters right after Trump gave his speech.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I am very thankful and grateful that I can report to you this morning That the 47th President of the United States of America We'll be President Donald John Trump.
All right, let's get a big round of applause out there.
Yes, folks.
An amazing victory last night.
Donald Trump takes it, and it is a sight to be seen.
We're going to talk about the election, what happened last night, what the results are looking like.
But I know a lot of you may have went to bed last night not knowing...
who the winner was, and I'm very thankful to be able to report to you this morning that, yes, in fact, Donald Trump won in not just an electoral landslide, but it looks like in a landslide across the board with him even going as far as seeming to take the popular vote. but it looks like in a landslide across the board So this is an amazing day, folks.
We have a lot to cover, a lot to be thankful for.
We're going to get into it all, and I'm very thankful to everyone out there who went out there and voted.
We're going to talk about the results here in Colorado, the results nationally, the results in the House and the Senate.
We'll walk through all of it, but the big story, I guess, of the day is our 47th president will be Donald John Trump.
All right, so with that, I want to welcome on our special guest co-host, who's obviously joining us, our friend Nick Ngo, Benghazi whistleblower, military intelligence expert, and he also is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Nick, are you there?
Yes, I'm here, Craig.
Happy day.
Tell us what you think, brother.

I know you can hold it in.
Well, it is the beginning of the end.
It's time for the justice phase, but we all know that there's going to be a little rough patch in between now and January 6th and whenever Trump's administration takes office.
We can have a victory lap today, perhaps, but the fight is not over.
They're going to do everything they can because they're facing the gallows, my friend.
They committed treason, and there is a steep penalty for that.
Yeah.
So first off, I want to give you full credit for making an amazing prediction.
You've been predicting this for quite some time now.
So, congrats to you, Nick, on being exceedingly correct in your predictions for the outcome of the election, and this is definitely, I think, a moment for us all to really give you credit, and thanks for your very concise and accurate predictions.

I really appreciate it.
It's been so much fun being on this show with you, and I know it's going to be fun into the future.
And, man, we can smile and know that everything's going to be all right and that this show has a bright future, and it's really exciting.

Well, I appreciate you, brother.
You come on here and give really great insights that I'm very thankful for, and I know our audiences are really thankful for as well.
But this is it, ladies and gentlemen.
Man, oh man, where do I even begin?
So last night, you know, for a lot of you watching who didn't stay up till the wee wee hours like I did, I'm running off of about three hours of sleep.
That's okay.
I'm not complaining.
I'm very...
Thankful.
I mean, three hours is enough, right?
I mean, it's better than none.
But the results came in in a series of waves, really.
And that's kind of what we expected.
But what's really crazy is that nobody was expecting the election to be called last night.
That's probably why a lot of you out there listening, a lot of people out there in the country went to bed not knowing what the result would be.
Yet here we are with Donald Trump, and I'm using the fake news polls.
People always say, and we've talked about this before, Nick, they'll be like, well, why are you using this organization?
Why are you using the AP? Why are you using these decision desks, the ones that reported the fake election last year?
Or in 2020.
Well, it's because if it's so obvious that they can't lie about it, then that means we definitely won.
And let's go to the AP for reference.
Right now, the AP has it called for Trump and they officially have him sitting at 277 Electoral votes to Kamala Harris' 224.
There are still several states that have yet to be called, but right now Donald Trump's also winning by about 5 million votes in the popular vote, 71 million to 66 million.
Now, of course, there are still outstanding about, I want to say, let's see, looking at the map.
Yeah, there's still outstanding maybe another...
9 million votes just from California alone.
And I'm sure that'll break.
It looks like that'll break about 60% for Kamala.
So she'll get another 5 million.
So that'll probably put her up at around the 70 to 71 million, plus whatever kind of is scattered about the country that has been counted yet.
So let's say she'll end at around 72, 73 million at most, I would imagine.
And that means that Donald Trump will, if you look at the numbers, he'll finish around 75 to 77 million if I had to just kind of extrapolate out the numbers.
But don't quote me on that, obviously.
I'm just kind of, you know...
Doing some napkin calculations here with regard to it.
it but when we come back i want to take everybody through each individual state how they were called what they look like right now because um there are still states out there that are coming but this looks like it was not only an electoral landslide but it will be a popular vote landslide the likes of which we haven't seen in a very long time so we're going to get into it we're going to break down everybody stay tuned you're listening to just inform talk radio

I'm your host, Craig James, and we're going to break down the results of the election so far, what we know, what it looks like.
There's a lot to kind of unpack here, and I want to get right to it.
However, I do want to take a second and thank all of you guys out there listening.
Your support is always very much appreciated and it does not go unnoticed.
So thank you to all of you out there, you know, the listeners, the people who, you know, come out and support us and really give us that encouragement to keep going.
We want to thank you guys always.
But let's break down some of these election results.
Again, I'm citing the AP right now.
Take it with a grain of salt.
The only reason I'm doing it is because if the AP is reporting it, then it was, in fact, too big to rig.
And that's what it appears happened last night.
It appears that the margins were so far spaced out from what the expectation was, at least per the polling, that...
We exceeded the margin that we needed to exceed to ensure that they couldn't come in and fix the election.
But that is going to also come into question, I'm sure, over the next days, weeks, months, as the left will surely not accept this victory.
I think right now they're in shock.
I think right now they're kind of...
A strategic retreat, if you will.
They're gathering their thoughts and trying to formulate new plans.
Again, it's eerily similar how everything that happened in this election looked almost identical to everything that happened in the 2016 election, to the point where It's like they never thought she would lose.
I mean, last night, you had the Harris campaign, who was supposed to hold their election night event at Howard University, and they ended up canceling that event with the exact same thing that Hillary Clinton did with her event in 2016 on the night of the election, where, in Hillary's case, John Podesta came out and told everybody to go home and Get some sleep, and we'll get back at it in the morning.
And last night, in the exact same way, one of Kamala Harris's surrogates came out on stage, told everybody to go home, get some sleep, and that we'd get back at it tomorrow morning.
And here we are tomorrow morning, which is today, and we are expecting a concession speech soon.
If that comes over the wire, we'll try to play that live here on air.
But it is funny, Nick, how the similarities between 2016 and 2024, right?
Yeah, it's very similar.
Although this time, they weren't allowed to cheat as much as they were allowed to the first time.
They never thought she would lose.
Let me explain.
So they were going to use Hammer and Scorecard.
They used it for the first couple of hours and thought everything was fine, going all the way back to 2016.
I'm talking about then.
And then leading all the way back up to this time now.
It's very exciting, Craig, because they never thought she would lose, and now they all lose.
Yeah, I agree.
But let's go over...
Some of these election results, and my voice may go out as we go here.
I think this is just an effective, like, three hours of sleep.
I might be hallucinating halfway through the show, so bear with me if that starts happening.
But, okay, so here's the results as they came in.
A lot of the results started with, you know, things that we had commonly expected to happen.
Of course, Florida comes in strong for Trump.
Right now, Florida reporting 99% of votes counted, with Donald J. Trump winning by a huge margin.
Donald Trump received 6.1 million votes to Kamala Harris's 4.65 million votes.
So, a massive, massive million-plus vote victory there in the state of Florida.
Same thing in Texas.
You know, they were telling us that there was this blue wave that, you know, Texas could flip, Texas could turn, Texas could go whichever way.
Right now, with 98% of the votes counted, we have Donald J. Trump with 6.3 million votes to Kamala Harris' 4.7 million.
So that's a huge, huge victory for her there.
And we're going to get through all the different races down the ballot.
We'll talk about the Senate.
We'll talk about the House.
We'll break all this down here on air.
We're going to give you all the results as they are.
But then, of course, those were the two kind of states that we looked at.
These were huge margins.
But then you had the solid red block of states here with Alabama coming in.
Big for Trump.
He won 64% of the vote there.
Mississippi, 61%.
And he was outperforming his 2020 election by a wide margin in a lot of these states.
Louisiana coming in with 60 percent.
Arkansas coming in with 64.
Oklahoma coming in with 66 percent for Trump.
Missouri coming in with 58 percent for Trump.
And Kansas coming in with 57 percent.
Nebraska, they split the electoral college there.
So Trump did win, in fact, 60% of the vote.
But there's one district where one or two of the electoral votes is going to go to Kamala.
And then, and those were the ones we knew, like Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, South Carolina, all those states came in exactly as we expected with 55 to 65% margins for Trump.
Those we already knew going into that night.
And that includes up also, you know, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Idaho, Utah, the usual suspects.
So those all came in for Trump as we expected.
But now we're going to get into these swing states and how they came in because this is where Trump overperformed and Kamala underperformed by huge margins that led to the race being able to be called last night.
So the first state to be called last night, I believe, it was either Georgia or North Carolina.
Of course, again, three hours of sleep.
Forgive my noodle brain.
But Georgia came in last night big for Trump.
He had a commanding lead the whole way through, and he still actually, as of right now, holds a 50.8% to 48.5% lead, where he received 2.65 million votes to Kamala Harris's 2.53 million votes.
So right now, that lead looks like it's solidified and is guaranteed for Trump.
These margins now, I mean, Georgia's reporting 97% of votes counted, which basically puts this out of reach for her there.
Same thing in North Carolina, 99% of the vote in, and we have Donald Trump with a 51% to 47% win.
With 2.87 million votes for Trump to Kamala Harris' 2.68 million.
So that looks like he secured that very easily.
Now we go into what people called the blue belt, the blue wall.
They were calling it all these crazy weird names last night.
This was a must win for Trump.
He needed to win basically at least one of the three blue wall states and then a few others.
But he also basically just needed Pennsylvania, which right now with 97% of the vote in, It has been called for Donald J. Trump with a margin of 50.7% to Kamala Harris's 48.4%.
And right now, the vote tally stands with Trump receiving 3.44 million votes.
To Kamala Harris' 3.29 million votes.
So, again, these margins are so wide that they're not what we saw back in 2020, where they were so narrow.
And it was amazing to see how narrow they were with the fact that Joe Biden was winning so big in the popular vote.
That's what was crazy about 2020.
And people are pointing to the statistical anomaly of where Trump is now with regard to popular vote count and where Biden ended up and how ridiculous the whole narrative was that Biden won 2020.
So if you think about it, Donald Trump's been the 45th, 46th, and 47th president of the United States.
But Pennsylvania, that was the big one.
When that shoe dropped, that's when everybody knew.
That was the first major swing state to be called for him, which basically indicated that Trump would be the next president.
It was called, as I recall last night, here in Colorado, Colorado time, it was called at approximately...
Oh boy, it was definitely after midnight, I think.
It was probably somewhere around 12.30am, which would be 2.30am on the East Coast, I think.
So...
That was called for Donald Trump, and you see the margins, you see the numbers, and it still looks like it.
Now, the next shoe to drop for Trump in the blue wall that he took and made red was Wisconsin.
In an amazing turn of events, Donald Trump took Wisconsin with now 99% of votes in.
In Wisconsin, Trump won Wisconsin.
With a margin of 49.7 to 48.8%, so one by almost a whole percentage point, where Donald Trump received 1.68 million votes to Kamal Harris' 1.65.
So it looks like the difference there was approximately 30,000 votes, 32,000 votes to be exact.
But that's been called for him with 99% reporting.
One state that is yet to be called and is still too close to call according to the AP but most likely will end up in Trump's favor is also another blue wall state.
Michigan, right now, with 97% of the votes counted, Donald Trump currently sits at 49.9% to Kamala Harris' 48.3%, so you have a point-and-a-half difference there in that race, with Donald Trump sitting at 2.75 million votes to Kamala Harris' 2.66 million votes.
So...
Right now, the margin looks good for him there.
It looks like he's going to end up taking Michigan as well.
This is what we talk about when we talk about electoral landslide.
A lot of these states were being projected for Kamala in the polling, and they were saying that it would be almost impossible for Trump to flip states like Michigan and Wisconsin.
It looks like he not only flipped them, he flipped them very convincingly.
Which is good news for all of us.
Now, finally, there were a couple interesting contests last night.
Earlier in the evening, people spoke about New Mexico being a possible place where Trump can do well.
And to be quite honest, if you look at 2020 and compare it to 2024, Trump did improve very much so in the great state of New Mexico, one of my favorite places in the entire world.
But it looks like Kamala took it with 98% of the votes being counted.
She took it pretty handily, 51.6% to 46.1% for Trump.
Now we get into the states that don't really matter anymore.
But they do, especially when we get into the Senate elections and we get into the House of Representatives elections, those matter a lot.
But as of now, we knew that we weren't going to have the results in Arizona for a while.
That whole state is run so terribly that it's no surprise.
But As of right now, with 61% of the votes counted, Donald Trump is currently in a pretty big lead right now, 51.9% to Kamala Harris' 47.2%.
And we're looking at a margin of roughly 100,000 votes plus Trump's plus 100,000 votes there, with 1.15 million votes to Kamala Harris' 1.05 million votes.
But we're going to see how that breaks.
It keeps breaking because I know Maricopa County and other counties are still struggling just to count the votes, which, you know, is what it is.
It's what we've come to expect from Arizona, but we shouldn't do that.
You know, it's crazy, Nick, to me, where you have Florida that is the third largest state in the country and they can count all their votes.
And literally, they had the state called by, I think, 11 o'clock our time here.
No, by like 10 o'clock our time.
Not even, maybe 9.
And Arizona can't count, you know, can barely count more than a little over half the votes in 24 hours, and it's going to take them another few days just to finish up.
Finally, Nevada.
This is another one that they said was going to go, you know, could go either way.
It looks like Trump's got a commanding lead with 84% of the votes in, 51% Trump, 46.8% Kamala, 660,000 to 600,000 for Trump.
So 60,000 vote margin there.

I'm your host, Craig James.
We've been going through the election results for president.
It looks like Donald Trump not only won, but he's going to win in a convincing electoral landslide that will also end up being a popular vote landslide as well, it seems.
And as I was wrapping up, I told you guys about Nevada going.
Nevada and Arizona are going to take some time, apparently, because of the way they count their votes.
And that's really sad and broken, so we're going to want to get that fixed.
Now, just to give everybody a healthy dose of reality here in Colorado, since all of us live here, mostly.
Most of the people who listen, I'm sure, live here.
But a lot of you don't, I'm sure, as well.
Colorado came in of course for Kamala.
Kamala, Kamala, Kamala, communist Allah, with 1.374 million votes to 1.084 million for Trump.
Hey, I mean, I think he's improved in almost every state.
I don't have the exact numbers as far as 2020 to now, but he's basically improved by huge margins in a lot of these states.
Going as far as keeping states like Minnesota competitive, a lot of people said that that was even possible for him to look at getting something going in.
And Virginia as well, same story there.
He kept those states fairly competitive and really increased his margins from 2020.
And he also did this in other major cities.
He increased his margins in places like New York.
He increased his margins in other major cities on the East Coast.
So that's sort of the breakdown so far of the 2024 presidential election.
Nick, what do you think of all that?
I find it incredibly strange that somehow Joe Biden won the election last time with over, what was it, over 80 million votes, and then President Trump won this time with how many?
That is crazy.
So at this moment, if we're just looking at what's been reported, now again, a reminder to everybody, California is only reporting what?
54% of their vote, which means they still have roughly another 9-plus million votes outstanding there.
So that's the big one that's going to take a while to count.
California always takes weeks to count their votes.
It's just how broken that state is.
That's what happens when communists take over and run your elections.
But as of right now, Nick...
Trump secured the victory with 10 million less votes than Joe Biden did in 2020.
So Joe Biden, they tell us, allegedly, got 81 million votes in the 2020 election.
And we look at what Donald Trump has.
Right now, as it stands, Trump's sitting with 71.2 million popular votes, that is, nationwide.
Now, of course, these numbers are going to grow, and we expect, as I said before, I'm predicting, but I'm not, you know, don't quote me on this, but I'm predicting Trump to end up somewhere in the 75 to 76 million vote range with Kamala ending somewhere, I would imagine, in the 72 to 73 million vote range.
But if you're looking at it from, and it could be a little more than that, don't quote me on it, but if you're looking at it from the perspective of, you know, Red wave versus blue wave and all this stuff.
I mean, this is a red tsunami.
I mean, we're talking about Trump possibly winning the popular vote with a margin of, you know, one to two million votes or more.
And again, these are just rough, you know, this is, you know, napkin or, you know, whatever it is, cocktail napkin math that I'm trying to do in my head right now.
I have three hours of sleep just looking at the numbers and extrapolating out, you know, end results based on the proportion of votes to the proportion of, you know, who's got what percentage.
But I mean, if you think about it in those terms, Trump will win an electoral college landslide with less votes than Biden.
I mean, that and a popular vote landslide with less votes than Biden.
That just screams to me that, you know, what people are saying is like, What they're basically pointing out, I'm going to try to pull this up in a second here.
I want to make sure I have this right.
Nick, talk about this for a second because I'm going to try to pull something up.
Let me remind everybody that in 2020, Space Force was not subject to the Posse Comitatus Act.
They were not added into the language until December 27th of 2021.
So, consider this.
I think that Space Force collected all of the cheating and they have everything tracked, even the cell phone data.
They got it all, baby.
And the chickens, how does that go?
Something's come home to roost.
Whatever you call it.
I don't know.
I'm excited because there's no way out.
I think the chickens, the chickens come home to roost.
I'm not sure.
What I'm trying to do right now, for anybody who's wondering, I'm trying to go back and look at the outcome of the 2020 election.
If you guys will bear with me, I'm trying to make sure I get all of it.
I want to just compare what we saw in Okay, here we go.
So in 2020, Joe Biden won 303 electoral votes to Trump's 235.
I'll have to get better maps.
I've got to break this down better, but It says he had 81,284,666 weird votes, and that was Biden with 306 electoral votes, and then 270 to win, and 232 for Trump.
How many popular votes did Trump get last year as well as trying to find?
I think, well, this is from CNN, and it, you know, who knows if this is the accurate one, but it says 74,224,319.
So that's good, actually, because this is what people are talking about.
That's the number I was really trying to find, because I knew it was somewhere in that range, but I wanted to double check it.
So when we look at the, think of it this way.
They told us Joe Biden in 2020 got 81 million votes.
They told us that Donald Trump got 74 million votes.
This election is looking like Donald Trump will gain probably around 2 million votes.
I'm thinking he's going to come in around 75 to 76 million votes will be eventually what he ends up with.
And that means that Kamala Harris is probably going to come in around 72 to 73 million votes roughly.
Well, do the math, right?
Let's see.
Let me just pull up my handy-dandy calculator here, because I'm not good at doing the mental math here on air.
But basically, what we're looking at is...
I've got to add this up, Nick, because I want to make a point for everyone out here.
Oh, for the ratios in terms of...
So, let's see.
Let me do...
Yeah, so we're talking about 5 million, at least 5 million votes that have disappeared.
That...
Where are these 5 million people?
Are there just people who didn't want to vote this year for some reason, but they wanted to vote during COVID? And for Biden, who never campaigned and lived in his basement?
Huh.
It's almost like they rigged the 2020 election and just manufactured 5 million votes out of nowhere, and they weren't able to do it this time.
Hmm.
Interesting.
All right.
We're going to come back.

We'll try to break this down as best we can.

It's almost as if they manufactured millions and millions of votes in the 2020 election to help sway it for Joe Biden.

I mean, it is crazy, right?
When you look at these numbers, I mean, nothing's going to add up because I'm just doing like the quick math here, right?
So let's say right now we have roughly...
We have roughly 9.5 million votes being reported in California with 54%.
That's 54% of the overall expected votes.
So we're talking about maybe another 9.5 million votes there.
I'm looking around the board trying to find where there's other votes.
Not much else to really report.
Maybe another million votes in Arizona that are coming in, but that's probably going to break toward Trump.
But of course, even of the 9.5 million votes, I mean, right now it's 5.5 million to 4 million essentially in California, which if you just, you know, kind of keep that trend going, I mean, depending on if that gap widens or lessens, you're talking about You know, missing like 5 million votes from last election.
So where did they go?
Or did they even really exist?
I don't believe they existed, Craig.
I'm very excited that you asked that question.
I think that Space Force is going to have the answers because they weren't subject to posse comitatus until December 27th of 2021.
Therefore, they have collected all of the cheating, all of the ballots.
I'm looking forward to seeing when the trump card is played because when it is, there will be justice.
Yeah, I mean, it's almost looking more likely by the minute that there was massive fraud in the 2020 election.
But, you know, that's just speculation at this point.
We only know what we know.
We know that Trump won this election, though.
That's something that nobody has tried to contest, but, you know, hold on to your backside because we know that's what they have planned.

It's probably, what, between the ages of 20 and maybe 35 at tops.
Well, I imagine, though, in all fairness, some of the guys from 9-11 are probably getting up in geriatric phase.

Here's the thing.
I'm going out on a limb here and saying that regardless of whatever people believe with that, what you're talking about, which I know what I believe, I know what you believe, and I know what we've talked about privately, and we've discussed here on air somewhat, but...
Trump's in office again, and that has got to be a terrifying prospect for a lot of people who did a lot of very bad things to him over the last four years and before.
Somebody pointed out over on the text line, somebody from the 505 says, now we'll see all the chaotic leftist election deniers come out of the woodwork.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know that there's going to be a lot of election denial.
As much as there will be the people who will come out and say Trump can't be president because of the 14th Amendment in Section 3, they're going to say he's a felon.
And this is what we're going to get into a little bit here coming up is Donald Trump has his sentencing date coming up soon.
I think it's late November around the 28th.
They're going to be sentencing him for that court, the case he was found guilty of in New York, the felony conviction.
And this could throw a huge wrench in everything because they could try to, in desperation, throw Trump in jail, which could lead to quite a constitutional crisis, to say the least.

Nobody's happier this morning than the January 6th prisoners, and they said Amendment 79 passed that.
Yeah, we'll talk about Colorado here a little bit in the second hour when we get there, but yeah, I think the January 6ers, who Trump said he would pardon, are very happy.
Other people who Trump's looking at pardoning or commuting their sentences would be people like Ross Ulbricht, That's the guy who did...
I believe he was the Silk Road guy.
They said he's going to get a commutation of his sentence.
But you know who's really scared right now, I think, Nick, and very worried?
Are all the celebrities and musicians who were on the Diddy tapes who were blackmailed into supporting Kamala.
I feel like they should be very concerned, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
I also think that President Trump understands that a lot of those people were drugged and they had no idea what was – they were completely unconscious a lot of the times.
And they may not even remember that there's anything that happened.
And I think that – He's going to have some grace because he has a big heart.
I know how he is.
And I know this case is going to get huge.
I think that he's going to make sure that the prosecutors do give some grace to people that were not participating but may have been there as long as they cooperate.
I've been looking at this, and I don't know if someone has to check into this, but I guess the live feed outside of the White House Right now, and I've been looking at a bunch of posts about it.
They're building these big things just like they had last time in 2020.
Remember those big structures that were built outside?
I'm not sure what's going on with that, but maybe it's for a Diddy concert.
Yeah, I mean, look.
Look, I'm not gonna sit here and say that I think that any of these people deserve anything less than what's coming to them for what they did.
And especially if they did stuff to kids, I mean, you know, quick trial and get it over with, right?
Just a quick trial.
And Trump put that out in a tweet a long time ago, you know.
But I'll say this, that I understand what you're saying.
You know, we want people to cooperate because we want to stop this.
And I think, you know, you're gonna have to, to a degree, look at the severity of the crime, what they did, what they, you know, how they were involved.
But it is crazy to think of how many people supported Kamala based on the fact that, you know, they were being blackmailed, it seemed.
And I gotta be honest.
You and I, Nick, have been studying this for so long.
We know a lot of these people and how sick they are.
I mean, I could start listing names and it would never end.
We could just go through the whole list.
Some, I think, are worse than others, and some, I think, are more, you know, kind of just lemmings following the herd.
But I think there are certain kingpins and queenspins that are going to be taken down in the next few years that are going to send a shockwave through that whole industry that is long overdue.
Right, Nick?
Yeah.
Absolutely.
This is the justice phase, Craig, and there's a lot to look forward to.
We're going to have a new renaissance after the smoke clears.

When you texted me last night and you said that Trump won, you were like four hours ahead of the news organizations calling it.

And as you know, I called for it.
I said that Trump would smoke Kamala.
And the Democrats were going to get smoked, and it would even be a fairly easy electoral college win, and that he may even most likely get 300.
But, I mean, I just, I don't know why.
I just thought he was going to win.
I didn't think there was any doubt about it.
Yeah, and you were actually over with Lauren Boebert and a bunch of other people at their party last night, the watch party, right?
Yep, yep.
And I was happy to see that Congresswoman Boebert is going to be representing us up here in northern Colorado, which is Incredible to even think about having representation like that versus what we're used to.
It's going to be nice.

Speaking of Colorado...
We have a number of races still outstanding here.
Of course, Lauren Boebert winning her race, but we're still waiting for results.
Particularly the one I'm interested in right now is Gabe Evans and Yadira Caraveo here in the 8th Congressional District, which is where we are at right now broadcasting from.
Gabe is looking like he's got a commanding, you know, he's got a strong foothold, but he's down a point and a half right now with 69% of the vote in.
So did you get any feel on Gabe's race when you were with Lauren and them last night?
Not really, but other than we knew that this was going to be a really tight race with Gabe Evans.
I hope, I hope, I hope Gabe wins.
I know that there's still, a little while ago anyway, there were still, I was being told a lot of votes out in Weld County.
I know that there's tens of thousands of votes in Weld County that We're not getting the numbers for whatever reason yet.
So I'm hoping that there's enough of them in there for Gabe to turn that around.
I mean, it's razor thin right now.
So it's anybody's race to win.
I hope Gabe Evans wins.
Yeah, I'm rooting for him as well.
We're going to get through some of those results a little bit more as we go on, but I want to take a second.
So, you know, JD, we went through, you know, the first part of the show.
We basically have gone through all the different results from the different states for the presidential election.
Did anything stand out to you, JD, about last night as far as the results we've seen so far?
Just the massive amount of votes that Trump got.
And from all the different demographics, every single demographic, women, men, the black vote, Latino vote, young people, his numbers were up in every single demographic.
And just to give you an idea, he got more Votes in Pennsylvania than any Republican in U.S. history, including Puerto Ricans,
which the Democrats As strange as they are, we're hanging their hats on that stupid joke that that comedian made at the Madison Square Garden rally, which Trump had nothing to do with that, but that's what they do.
They go after and they attack like we've been talking about forever.
Yeah, I mean, it's a comedian.
I don't like that guy particularly.
There aren't many comedians I like, but it was a joke.
And people, anybody who's being honest, saw that it was a joke.
I mean, the guy wasn't literally saying that that's what he felt.
He was roasting everyone, and he happened to pick on Puerto Rico, and they seized on that.
This, I think, is indicative of people seeing through the lies of the media.
And I think it's only going to get worse for them from here, JT. So, all right.

So that's a whole different thing, because Boebert's the fourth, and this is the eighth with Gabe Evans.
And somebody I talked to who kind of knew about it was telling me about how they redrew the districts not too long ago, and they were saying something similar to that, that there was some shenanigans afoot, if you will, with how that all went down.
But good texts, great observations.

But let's do some more election results because we've talked about the presidential election.
We know where that is.
We want to talk now briefly about the Senate.
So it looks as though from what we see so far, Republicans will vote.
Take control of the Senate.
This is huge for Trump.
This is huge for his administration particularly because the Senate will be the ones in charge of approving his picks for his administration.
Plus, this is going to be really huge for Trump with regard to the appointment of judges.
This is going to be massive.
It's going to allow him to appoint a lot of judges.
This is huge, right guys?
I'll start with you, Nick.
Yes, Craig.
I think the Senate was the target as it was in 2020 when they were trying to get that.
It's got a lot of power over there in the Senate and a lot of important Pieces that you just named that President Trump is going to have to use to make sure we get back on track as a country.
Yeah, any thoughts, J.D.? Absolutely.
It's humongous.
I mean, if President Trump has a Republican House and a Republican Senate and, let's be honest, a Republican Supreme Court Yeah, and that's what it's going to take.
That's what he's going to have to have.
He's going to have to have all those things to get his cabinet And to get his agenda moved through and to heal this nation and to repair the damage that's been done,
it's not only going to take somebody like a Donald Trump, a one in a billion person, but he's going to have to have that help To get it done and, you know, thank God because we need, we got a lot of repairing to do.
Yeah, I think you're 100% right.
And this brings up the topic that I think I've been most looking forward to about the Senate race.
The thing I'm looking forward to most, and I knew if Trump won and the Senate won and the Senate turned Republican and we get the House, I will make the prediction right here on air.
I don't know if this is a bold prediction or not, but I would say at least two Supreme Court justices will be stepping down.
Two conservative Supreme Court justices will be retiring in the next year or two because it only makes sense.
This gives Clarence Thomas a path to walk away.
This gives...
Anybody else who wants to walk away, a chance to walk away, conservatives, Alito, it gives them a chance to walk away, and Trump will have the House, the Senate, and the White House.
So he will essentially be able to pick whoever he wants and put them in their place.
And as Trump says, he says he likes to pick them young so that they're there for a long time.
So I would not be surprised if we see multiple justices stepping down over the next year or two.

I think that that's probably—that's a really good assessment, and I think that after the justice phase is when they're going to do it.
I'm sure that they'll want to stay in their seats until everything's settled down for all of the criminality that's going to be prosecuted.
I think they'll wait until after, but I think you're right about that, though.
And if he'd like to, he can put me on the Supreme Court.
I will be to the letter— You'd be the worst Supreme Court justice ever, man.

They were going to do all these crazy things.
They were going to have all this kind of reform that was going to be really disastrous, which has all been averted.
And I think...
People say this a lot on these talking head shows, which I don't particularly like.
I like this kind of show where you have conversations.
I don't have a teleprompter and you guys don't.
It's like we're not sitting there staring at teleprompters going like, somebody wrote this and I'm going to say it to you.
But there is truth to the idea that he's been given a mandate, I think, now with this election.
Yeah.
And it couldn't be more clear, right, J.D.? Oh, yeah.
I mean, the American people have spoken, man.
The American people have absolutely given him a mandate.
In my opinion, and by the way, I want to thank God for saving Donald Trump's life.
Obviously, he intervened that day on July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania, and he has big plans for Donald J. Trump.
But I want to thank God, and I want to thank the voters all across this country for getting out and fighting.
For this country and taking it back.
But here's what I think.
I think that Americans, the majority of the people in this country, they don't like the America.
They want to go back to the America we grew up in.
The America that our parents and our grandparents grew up in.
The America that Our ancestors fought and died for.
And that America would have been gone forever had the Democrats won last night.
And we basically have been given, not only has he been given a mandate, but we all have been given a reprieve.
I actually think this is going to be good for the Democrat Party because I think there's a lot of Democrats out there that are like, hey man, yeah, this ain't my party.
This ain't my mom and dad's party.
I don't know what this is, but it's not what...
I'm used to.
And I think now a lot more Democrats are going to have more courage and stand up and say, guys, yeah, they ain't buying what you're selling, man.
And I really hope that the Democrats take this opportunity over the next few years, hopefully 12 years, to fix Their insanity that their party has developed.
I really hope that happens.
Don't know if it will, but I hope.
Yeah, that couldn't be more true.
Hopefully you're right.
All right, so I want to go over some of these results.
If my voice will cooperate, we'll definitely do it.
Some of the races that are for Senate are very interesting.
And I want to talk about a few of them here.
Pennsylvania, this was a big shocker, but it wasn't when you look at the presidential election.
David McCormick taking out Bob Casey for Senate there.
That's looking like a very likely outcome, but we're still not sure about that.
They haven't called that over on the decision desk yet.
But you're also looking at the race in Michigan right now is razor thin, or is just as tight as it gets, 48.5% to 48.4% between Alyssa Slotkin and Mike Rogers, Mike Rogers, of course, being the Republican.
So there are a couple races where we could get a pretty big majority in the Senate that would really take a lot of pressure off Trump because, you know, you have to remember, we have we have rhino senators that are still walking among us, people like Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins.
So if a few of these races go the way we hope they will, Arizona, Carrie Lake and Ruben Gallego, you know, Carrie's behind, but there's still 40 percent of the vote or so left to be counted.
Nevada, Sam Brown, he's looking very strong there.
If some of these races go the way we the way the presidential election went and is going, then we could have a very strong majority.
We wouldn't have a super majority, but we would have a very strong and formidable majority in the Senate.
So that's something to look at.
Now, as far as the House goes, It's looking pretty good for Republicans.
Right now, we're sitting with plus two seats, so we've gained two seats.
Some of the races that are pretty close right now, of course, we're looking at The Colorado District 3, so this was one where Lauren Boebert stepped down from to come to Colorado District 4.
This is the Jeff Hurd-Adam Frisch election, and Jeff Hurd's got a pretty strong lead with right now 86% of the votes in here in Colorado, 50% to 46.8%.
Hopefully that holds.
We have some races out in California, a lot of races out in California, but some strong Republican candidates out there that are looking good.
Vince Fong made it in the District 20 out there, which is where I used to live, out in California, out there near and around Bakersfield.
So he looks like he's winning.
That's good.
We got a few up in the western part, or the eastern part, I should say, of Washington, where you have right now the race of Dan Newhouse.
That's looking pretty good, but only 50% of the vote in, so we'll wait and see on that.
It looks like we're on pace, folks, to take a majority in the House, Senate, and hold the presidency.
And as J.D. points out so appropriately, we're going to hold the Supreme Court as well, even though it's...
I hate that that's a reality because it's supposed to be objective and non...
I wish they would just follow the Constitution because then we wouldn't have, quote-unquote, liberal justices.
But...
It's looking pretty good, folks.
So when we come back, we're going to go through some of the state ballot propositions and amendments here in Colorado and tell you guys some of those results that we have to report.
And we'll just keep breaking it down.

Okay, guys.
Are we ready to go through some of the state ballot measures that have come through here in Colorado?
I think it's time we kind of check some of these boxes off for some of these issues, which unfortunately didn't go the way we had hoped.
State ballot measures that we have to look at right now are Starting with Amendment G, we'll go through all of them.
These are the results so far.
Now remember, this is right now, this is not very recently updated.
I'm over here at this one of the websites that's reporting.
I'll try to find maybe a more up-to-date one, but it looks like Amendment G, which was the extending homestead property tax exemptions, passed.
It looks like Amendment H, which was oversight for judges, passed and is going to pass.
Amendment I looks like it's going to pass for denying bail to murder defendants.
Amendment J, which was repealing the same-sex marriage ban, looks like it's going to pass, unfortunately, which, I mean, these are not surprising given how liberal this state is, but Of course, they're codifying this stuff into our Constitution, which is disgusting, and it's perversion, and it's terrible.
But it is what it is.
Amendment K, which was the tightening election deadline, one failed.
It looks like it's going to fail.
Amendment 79, which was the one that I was advocating very vocally against, ended up passing, unfortunately, by a very wide margin, which was the abortion access that they put into our Constitution now, which is just, you know, it shows you Where we live, and this state is going to hell in a handbasket, I'm not going to lie.
But we'll try our best to right the ship and do what we can, you know, in this world that we live.
Amendment 80, which was adding school choice to the Constitution, looks like it failed.
Hmm, interesting.
They sold that as it would be anti-parents, or it would be anti-public school teachers, which I was like, sign me up for.
No, no.
But Proposition JJ, the sports betting tax revenue one, passed resoundingly, it looks like, or it's gonna, which to me is so crazy that they've just voted.
The people just voted that the state should be able to keep the tax money that you're entitled to.
And I think they're too stupid to realize the president they set with that one with regard to the idea that just because it was framed as sports betting and casinos losing their rightfully earned tax money back to go into some general fund that the state can then use, you don't think they're going to try to use that president against the people and say, oh, well, now you don't need your tax money anymore, do you?
We'll keep it.
Same exact thing they're doing that they tried to do with Tabor on property taxes.
Exactly.
That was the whole point, right?
Proposition KK, unfortunately for us here, the end around to the Second Amendment, which was the tax on guns and ammunition sales, it looks like it's going to pass, even though it's still tight as far as the last report I'm seeing.
But these numbers could be a little out of date.
These are numbers from...
I'm going to see if I can find a better resource for more up-to-date numbers, because these are reported as of 3.30 a.m.
last night, so I don't know that these are the most accurate, but some of them are very wide margins, so it's fairly easy to say.
Another one that's fairly close right now is the ban on mountain lion bobcat hunting.
So just another way to restrict, you know, our freedom and tell us we can't, you know, provide for ourself and hunt.
That one looks like it is going to fail, interestingly enough, which is a good thing.
And if I'm getting any of these wrong, guys, and you know, or have better, more up-to-date info on it, let me know.
Proposition 128, which was the prison sentence reform initiative, looks like it will pass.
This basically just made people going out on parole, made them stay in jail longer, which, interesting, you know.
I gave my reasons for what I believe on that, but it looks like it's going to pass.
Proposition 129, the veterinary position one, that one looks like it's very close.
I don't know if that's still too close, but it looks like it's leaning toward passing.
Which somebody brought up a point that it was just about making more positions that need licenses in veterinary practices so the state could get more tax revenue and money for licensing.
So that's unfortunate that that passed.
Or looks like it will pass.
Another one that looks like it will pass is the law enforcement funding bill, which I called the law enforcement bribery bill.
Like, let's get $350 million that we're going to steal from taxpayers to bribe cops into enforcing laws that nobody wants to enforce because they're unconstitutional.
That one looks like it's going to pass.
And finally, the ranked choice voting, thanks be to God, looks like it failed.
That one...
Yeah, that surprises me that that one failed.
I'm glad it did.
Yeah, well, I'm glad it did, too.
Because that would have been a nice area for us.
It would have turned our state into a one-party state overnight, so...
Yeah, exactly.
There would have been no Republicans on the ballot in blue areas.
Not that it isn't already a one-party state, but it would have been like...
It would have really destroyed Colorado in a very big way.
So, thankfully, that's something that we are going to look at and be thankful for.
But yeah, that's pretty much it.
Now, again, I'm not sure those are all the most accurate or up-to-date because, of course, like I said, that's as of 3.30 a.m.
last night or this morning.
And those were the most recent ones I could get, though.
And we'll see how that breaks down.
If I'm wrong on any of those, I apologize.
Just make sure you check them out later once we get the final results.
And I mean, as of right now, let's see what we're reporting in Colorado.
Just to be sure that I'm checking off all the boxes here.
So right now, Colorado is reporting...
75%.
And I guess they did stop counting here at 3.40am.
So those are the most recent numbers.
That's from all polling.
So last night or this morning at 3.40am was, I guess, when they stopped the count.
I'm sure it's going to resume here any minute.
75% of the votes in, though, in Colorado.
Any thoughts on any of those things, guys, that we talked about?
I'll start with you, J.D.? Yeah, there's no surprises there, other than the one I already mentioned.
I am very surprised, as well as very pleased, that the jungle primary amendment or proposition did not pass.
I'm surprised that it didn't.

And boy, oh boy, a lot to really unpack here.
We've kind of unpacked most of the election results that we know up to this point.
An astounding win for Trump.
Electoral and popular vote landslide, it appears, is taking form as we speak.
And as the final votes are counted and come in, it seems as though with all the states that have been called, There wouldn't even be, like, even if they tried to pull something where they said, oh, well, we got it wrong, we made a bad call, it doesn't even seem like that's going to be possible for them at the moment.
I mean, you're looking around the board, as it were, at what we have to see so far.
I mean, like, Pennsylvania right now, 97% in, and Trump's still got a two-point lead, over two-point lead there.
Wisconsin, right now, 99% vote reported.
Trump's still sitting with a one-point lead there.
Michigan, 98% reported.
And Trump's still got...
Almost a one-point lead there, about.6%, so a little over a half a point there lead.
You know, obviously Arizona and Nevada are still being counted, 84% in Nevada, 61% in Arizona.
But, gentlemen, it looks like we have won.
I'll start with you, Nick.
What are your predictions from here going forward?
My prediction, Craig, is we had this wonderful day.
We can do our three lap.
However, I'm sure of it that these people who are facing serious criminal charges are going to do everything they can to keep President Trump out of the White House.
They're already starting.
For example, that court case you were talking about when they're going to read his sentencing, That was actually moved.
I don't know if anybody remembers that one, but it was moved right before the election.
It was going to be, I don't know, the day before the election or something like that.
They've already had this all war-gamed out, and I predict we're going to have a bumpy road ahead, and there's going to be a whole lot of political violence when it gets close to January 6th, unfortunately.
I think that's a good prediction.
J.D., what are your predictions going forward?
I don't think it's going to be...
As bad as his first four years in that respect.
That's just my opinion.
I really think...
I mean, the first four years, like we've talked about before, was basically on-the-job training for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has learned a lot over the last eight years.
And I believe that during our lifetimes, We're lucky enough to be alive right now during the time that the greatest president in U.S. history was in office.
And we were alive to see that.
I think Donald Trump is going to heal this nation.
And I think now the Democrats, they can't say he's illegitimate because he's even won the popular vote.
They can't say anything now, and I believe the next four years there's going to be a lot of healing in this nation, and I pray to God I'm right.
I think I'm on the same exact page with you.
When you said earlier, thanking God, how I opened the show was that touching moment there at the Trump headquarters where they were convening for the post-election party where they're singing those gospel hymns together and they're just giving thanks to the Lord.
I mean, that's where my mind goes is that There are evil people out there.
There's going to be evil plots that are going to be set against us, as Nick pointed out.
There's going to be stuff that's going to be thrown at us that maybe we expected, some that we might not expect.
But ultimately, it's those people who are going to end up falling into their own traps, as it were.
I'm just going to make my prediction here real quick in the last couple minutes.
My prediction is pretty simple.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
The plan has never been more clear to me as to what these people are going to do, what they plan to do.
The plan is and always has been to, in the event that Trump wins to invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, they're going to take this battle to the courts.
They're going to make a claim in the legal arena that because of Trump's felony conviction, he is disqualified from being able to hold office.
And as that plays out, I believe what we're going to see more than anything else is the amplification of violent rhetoric on and in the left, Where they're going to escalate things on a regular basis.
Never forget this explanation from Jamie Raskin as to what the plan was in the event that Donald J. Trump wins.

What can be put into the Constitution can slip away from you very quickly.
And the greatest example going on right now before our very eyes is Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which they're just disappearing with a magic wand, as if it doesn't exist, even though it could not be clearer what it's stating.
And so, you know, they want to kick it to Congress.
So it's going to be up to us on January 6, 2025, to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he's disqualified.
And then we need...
Bodyguards for everybody in Civil War conditions, all because the nine justices, not all of them, but these justices who have not many cases to look at every year, not that much work to do, a huge staff, great protection, simply do not want to do their job and interpret what the great 14th Amendment means.
And I'm glad that Sherilyn's creating her new center so we can bring that back.
So that's what I think.
If I'm making a logical and concise prediction as to what's ahead, we are going to see lawfare like we've never seen before.
And I mean that because I know lawfare has been a big part of how they operate, and this is no different.
They're going to come at it from the angle of, yes, Trump won.
Yes, he has a resounding mandate, but that's all invalidated by the fact that he is ineligible to become president, and they're going to put together this major effort in the mainstream media.
You're going to see CNN, you're going to see MSNBC telling their audience on a nightly basis that, yes, Trump won, but no, he is not legitimate.
And that's going to foment rage amongst their base.
And that rage is going to manifest itself in the form of violence in the streets.
And that violence in the streets is going to have a destabilizing effect for the next several weeks as we get up to January 6th.
And we need to keep going to God because this is going to get worse from here.
I know it's good to take our victory lap, but like Nick said...
The victory lap is done.
We've won.
The next battle begins, and that is this constitutional battle that they're going to wage.
We need to be prepared.
But luckily, I think most people in the Trump camp are prepared.
They're aware of this strategy.
They're formulating ways to counter it, and we're going to see that battle play out.
So when we come back, we're going to give JD and Nick, their final thoughts for the day, for the show, for the election, and we'll do a little God's Grace is Greater.

God has a mandate when you're talking about mandates.
This is God's mandate and Trump was, you know, always saying too big to rig.
That's exactly what happened.
But that popular vote, him winning the popular vote, that is huge.
Huge.
Because they can try to do whatever they want to delegitimize whatever they want.
But the fact is that the majority of the people in this country Would be against that, including cops and the military, so I don't think they're going to succeed with anything like that.
All right, I agree.
I think it's going to be a very big uphill battle for them.
Speaking of battles, that's the verse I actually picked out for today.
I wanted to go and talk about Christian warfare.
What that looks like for us as Christians is we wage these battles that are coming at us.
And we have quite a few ahead of us, but we've had some great victories as well.
And we want to first give all thanks to God because it was only through Him and by His Son that we were able to get this outcome.
Now, it's incumbent upon us to go back to God and say, Lord, okay, you've given us this victory.
Now guide us and show us how to overcome whatever we may face going into the future.
And for that, I want to share these words out of Ephesians chapter 6.
We're gonna read verse 10 through verse 17.
It says,
And therefore, with truth like a belt around your waist, righteousness like armor on your chest, and your feet sandaled with readiness for the gospel of peace.
In every situation, take the shield of faith, and with it you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is God's word.
And that's my encouragement to all of you out there.
