	I hope you guys are doing quite well but boy oh boy do we have a lot going on here and abroad.
	It looks as though things are heating up.
	And who knows what's going to be happening next.
	We are going to get into it, though, what we know, at least, with our good friend and special guest co-host.
	You guys know him. He's our friend Nick Ngo, the Benghazi whistleblower.
	He's a U.S. Air Force veteran with a military intelligence background who joins us Thursdays and Fridays to help us navigate the Nick, are you there?
	Yes, Craig, I'm here. There's a lot of stuff happening right now that we've got to make sure the listeners are up on.
	I know you stay on it, but boy, is there a lot happening right now.
	There is. There is.
	I mean, we have everything happening here, everything happening abroad.
	I don't even know where to begin, but I guess where we can begin is with one of the bigger stories over the last 24 hours, and that is this case where With Judge Tanya Chutkin yesterday deciding to, you know, for no reason whatsoever, unseal Special Counsel Jack Smith's 165-page immunity motion arguing that Trump is subjected to presidential immunity following the Supreme Court's ruling.
	Chutkin unsealed 165-page monstrosity to do the maximum damage to Trump before the election, according to reports.
	Uh, Jack Smith rejected Trump's claims of immunity and said his actions on January 6th were private, apparently.
	A part of the motion says, or a part of the judge's, or Jack Smith's motion wrote, quote, the defendant asserts that he is immune from prosecution for his criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election because, he claims, it entailed official conduct.
	Not so. Although the defendant was the incumbent president during the charged conspiracies, his scheme was fundamentally a private one, working with a team of private co-conspirators.
	The defendant acted as a candidate when he pursued multiple criminal means to disrupt through fraud and deceit the government function by which votes are collected and counted, a function in which the defendant, as president, Had no official role.
	This was all from Jack Smith's motion.
	Last Friday, of course, Jack Smith pushed to publicly release a redacted version of his 180-page opening brief with cherry-picked quotes to do maximum damage to Trump shortly before the presidential election.
	Of course, Judge Tanya Chutkin, who we know is a liberally biased, Another corrupt judge last week approved Jack Smith's request to submit a 180-page opening brief on President Trump in the January 6th D.C. case.
	Trump's attorneys previously asked Chuck in to deny Jack Smith's request to file a 180-page opening brief because it is quadruple the page limit in D.C. Page limits, come on.
	The motion is a new development illustrating the unprecedented and irregular nature of the office's approach on remand as they are seeking permission to file a document that would quadruple the standard page limits in the district.
	The office cites no case in which such relief was granted, just as they cited no authority for the previous request to file a freestanding brief relating to presidential immunity that is not responsive to a pending defense motion.
	Trump's lawyers were a nine-page court filing.
	Trump's attorneys rightfully argue that Jack Smith's allegations presented through the 180-page document will enter the dialogue around the election, and they also argued that the gag order prevents Trump from even responding to the allegations and explaining in detail why Jack Smith's selective biased account is inaccurate.
	So this was kind of the big story.
	And a lot of people are pointing this out.
	I think Trump pointed it out already in a true social post.
	I pointed it out like the minute I saw this story.
	So, the day after Tim Walz gets completely shellacked in a debate against J.D. Vance...
	The corrupt judge in D.C., Tanya Chutkin, decides to release all of this, to unseal all of this information which will be used by the corrupt fake news media to shift the narrative away from that story to this story, Trump's bad criminal felon evil election denier.
	And the timing, I think, is, it couldn't be more clear to anyone who's paying attention, right, Nick?
	Yes, this is election interference, pure, plain and simple.
	And something that they neglected to mention, Craig, is that the vote wasn't actually legal because there were objectors and they said that there was cheating.
	They had 10 days, they were required legally to investigate the fraud and they did not do that and they certified anyway, which was an illegal action.
	Well, yeah. I mean, at this point, the one thing we all agree on, if we don't agree on anything else, is that there was a boatload of corruption that took place and fraud that took place during the 2020 election.
	Yet, you know, here we are, right?
	It never seems to end.
	However, I will say this.
	There are other things happening all around the world right now that we really haven't even started scratching the surface on, including stuff happening here, like this Longshoremen strike, which has shut down a number of Ports across the country.
	So essentially what we've seen happen starting on Tuesday is the Longshoremen's, I guess it's like their union, has come together and decided that now is the best time to shut down U.S. ports.
	And when we come back, I really do want to dive a little bit deeper in this issue.
	Because it is a fascinating one.
	And it is an interesting set of...
	There are an interesting set of theories that are popping up all around it.
	And I really do want to talk about what those look like.
	But suffice it to say, Nick, that, you know, stuff's going to start getting hairy around here, right?
	That's what the rumor is, Craig, is that...
	It's green light, green light time.
	Green light time. Okay.
	We'll talk about what green light time means when we come back because I really do, you know, we're about to hit a break and I don't want to start this story without having the sufficient time to get through it.
	But we're going to talk about that and a few other things.
	I mean, the massive barrage of airstrikes.
	I want to get your thoughts on that in Israel, Nick.
	And I also want to get your thoughts on some other stories that I think...
	Are quite pertinent toward understanding where we're at today.
	I mean, we're already seeing with this longshore men's strike, people fighting over toilet paper at Costco.
	So I guess we're back to that phase where toilet paper is going to become more valuable than gold.
	That might be a worthwhile investment.
	Stock up on that and sell it maybe on the secondary market.

	Welcome back to Just Form Top Radio. I'm your host, Craig James, joined by our special guest co-host, Nick Nutt.
	Nick, we're talking about this longshoreman strike.
	So, what we're seeing here is going to be pretty devastating.
	The effects are already being felt, certainly, in people trying to get ahead of this and prepare, similar to what we saw before the pandemic with COVID in 2020.
	But, essentially...
	What's happening right now is that there's a strike which has happened that they say, according to the person in charge of it, is going to cripple our economy if the International Longshore and Warehouse Union doesn't get what they want.
	The International Longshore Association, which is headed up by this individual who has made it very clear that he is more than capable of crippling the United States.
	45,000 longshoremen are on strike currently.
	Ranging in ports in the United States from the Gulf Coast up the East Coast, there are right now 50,000 ILA workers who've walked off the job, and this is from East Coast and Gulf Coast ports from New England to Texas.
	Let's see, 43 to 49% of all U.S. imports and billions of dollars in trade monthly move through these ports.
	The International Longshoremen's Association, which is the largest maritime union in North America, said that their president, Harold Daggart, It wants a $5 an hour per year increase over six years and all royalties for containers handled in strict language against automation.
	The union had rejected an offer from the port management group USMX on Monday that included a wage hike over six years of nearly 50%.
	Truckers who've been interviewed about this Warned it's the last thing we need right now, that with the current recession that's not being talked about, they're concerned about what's going to happen with this strike.
	And I'm already seeing videos, Nick, of people in long lines at Costco's fighting over toilet paper.
	So that's always my indicator that, you know, people are panicking right now, and panic buying is the worst thing you could do.
	This is why you and I, and probably many others who watch this show, have been stocking up and preparing for quite some time.
	However, you know, what do you see in all of this, Nick, as far as just, is this going to be a real, are we really going to feel it, or is it going to be less felt?
	Well, like COVID, a lot of people thought, oh, these silly people are out here running and panicking to get the toilet paper, and Production was down for several years.
	That's why there's a big problem with the banks too right now with the commercial industry, commercial real estate.
	That also went way down.
	They had contracts going for several years and they started to run out.
	There's all kinds of different variables, especially with the disaster right now that's happened over in...
	You know, the eastern coast there.
	I'd say that most of your listeners, I hope they have provisions already, and I would make sure you get them by the weekend if you can manage it.
	Everything that you'll need for at least a couple weeks, and if you could do three months, then do that too.
	Yeah, they say that's kind of the sweet spot as far as what you need provision-wise, is if you can handle the first three months.
	And describe to us, Nick, why that's important, because you've given us kind of a breakdown of why The timing matters, like how long you can be self-sufficient because a lot of the things, the chaos that will...
	And I'm not saying that this longshore strike is going to cause the kind of societal collapse that we've alluded to because it's probably going to be a combination of things.
	Like, I don't know, an X9 solar flare with a massive strike and global wars, you know, that kind of thing.
	But... Oh, by the way, there is an X9 solar flare that just went off that's incoming, so it might be a good reason to start prepping now if you haven't.
	I wouldn't panic buy it, but I would be looking at being prepared more, correct?
	Yeah, you don't want to end up like Carrie on Dumb and Dumber, wishing that you had everything working properly and you got all your water and provisions ready.
	Yeah, because look, I've seen it, Craig.
	I've seen it in Syria. I've seen it over in Libya.
	As soon as the water and the transport to the stores, the power goes out.
	Number one. And then number two, the water.
	And then you start to see all kinds of disease.
	And number three, the food eventually runs out.
	And when that happens, people start to act...
	They don't act civilized.
	That's all I got to say. And everybody's got to make sure that they can make it past that part, which is typically going to be by the end of the first month is when people will start to starve.
	And then by the end of the second month, people going around causing riffraff, they'll start to die down because they don't have enough.
	And then when you make it out of the third month, you know, you might have a better shot at everything.
	Yeah, I mean, if you can outlast the first wave of, you know, marauders, you stand a little bit better chance, right?
	But I don't know if I'm, you know, obviously I don't think this is going to come to that, but then again, who knows?
	There's so many things happening here and abroad that I think may indicate that we're going to be seeing very difficult times coming up here.
	You know, Nick, what are your general thoughts on where we're at?
	I know you can't say a whole lot because we're not sure yet, but what do you think about generally where everything's heading?
	Right now, this is the final battle, guys.
	Everybody knows that that hurricane was steered into the United States.
	Everybody knows that. To what end, though?
	To what end would that be done?
	Well, a lot of those were the battleground states, and now the ballots and the voting.
	And a lot of people actually have died.
	Entire cities were wiped out.
	1,200 bodies, you know, getting pulled out of one stream.
	It's terrible what they've done.
	And they showed by steering that hurricane and making it a category five using directed energy weapons and then harp type Technologies that can fit on a regular tugboat nowadays They've shown what they're willing to do and at that point that was that was a direct attack And I think that's kind of why we're starting to see a lot of stuff heat up all across the world
	Because that I believe and it like this is just this is just kind of hypothetical at this time. I think that It's go time for both sides They're going to lay down their cards right now and give it all they got.
	And it looks like to me, if that's the worst that they've got, then we should be in good shape.
	But I know that the military has been on stand-up.
	They got stand-up orders in the Navy, 80% stand-up within two years, and some other branches too.
	And I got to tell you, I had a really weird waking dream last night that And seeing this all happening, it was kind of strange, which is kind of weird because I got some of the best sleep I've had in years.
	Okay, so I'm going to start stocking up based on your dreams and premonitions, but...
	Sorry, Nick. I think it's because I had spicy food last night.
	Yeah, I think that might be it.
	You might want to lay off the Chipotle or something.
	But no, honestly, it is crazy what's happening.
	And to your point about steering hurricanes and all this stuff, there have been interesting reports on what valuable resources actually exist in this area, which has been so heavily devastated.
	Western North Carolina is actually home to some of the most rich lithium mines in the world.
	And a lot of these mines and a lot of these deposits were being held privately or by townships that were not willing to let their towns and cities be destroyed to do this kind of really invasive type of mining, which actually is very bad for the environment and is not very good for anybody who lives near it, as we've seen with these massive lithium strip mines
	in other countries around the world.
	And what the byproduct of that is, it's very toxic and very hard to dispose of as well.
	And Greg Reese made a whole report on this, which if you guys don't mind, I'm going to play here real quick.
	Let's listen to that.
	This is a video of the hurricane damage and flooding that's being played right now.
	Houses floating down rivers.
	This is entire neighborhoods being washed away right now.
	I'm just describing what's in this video before Greg starts talking here.
	We have had the technology to create, control, and steer hurricanes for decades.
	Project Cirrus is the first official attempt to modify a hurricane.
	It was run by General Electric with the support of the U.S. military.
	The official theory was that by changing the temperature outside the eye wall of a hurricane, which they did by seeding the clouds with various compounds such as silver iodide, a decrease in strong winds will result.
	On October 13, 1947, Project Cirrus targeted a hurricane heading out to sea.
	Approximately 180 pounds of dry ice was dropped into the clouds.
	The crew then reported a pronounced modification of the cloud deck, and the hurricane abruptly changed direction and made landfall near Savannah, Georgia.
	The public blamed the government.
	Irving Langmuir, who pioneered General Electric's Atmospheric Research Department and admitted that the project was about learning how to weaponize the weather, also claimed the reversal of the hurricane had been caused by Project Cirrus.
	But the government denied it for 12 years.
	After a short delay, the project officially continued, and in 1965, Project Storm Fury had targeted Hurricane Betsy for seeding.
	On that day, the storm immediately changed direction and made landfall in southern Florida.
	Congress blamed it on Project Storm Fury.
	But the government claimed that the hurricane shifted before they ever had a chance to seed it.
	And after two months of congressional hearings, the project was allowed to continue.
	In 1997, U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen admitted we have the technology to control the weather, including earthquakes and volcanoes.
	The U.S. government has placed gag orders on employees of the National Weather Service.
	In October of 2012, after Hurricane Sandy weakened to a tropical storm, microwave imagery shows a thick red beam immediately followed by Sandy growing into a Category 1 hurricane and taking an unexplained left turn into New Jersey.
	The push towards alternative energy demands more lithium, and according to the U.S. Geological Survey, the United States has over 6 million tons of identified lithium resources.
	The majority of this lithium has been identified in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
	Kings Mountain is believed to have one of the largest resources in the world, but the biggest problem is that people live there, and they don't want their quiet towns turned into lithium mines.
	People in Cherival have been pushing against a proposed lithium mine for the last several years, but everyone we spoke with here said it's too divisive of an issue to share their opinion on camera.
	Cherryville is a small, quiet town.
	I think that's good that we keep it small.
	So quiet, many don't feel comfortable speaking out against Piedmont Lithium's proposed mining operation nearby.
	I think we're a silent majority.
	I think a lot of people are afraid to say anything about it because they are bringing a lot to the town as far as money.
	Last year, the Department of Defense entered a $90 million agreement with Albemarle Corporation to increase domestic production of lithium for the nation's battery supply chain, specifically from Kings Mountain, North Carolina, starting by 2025.
	This is the same area experiencing what is being described as biblical floods.
	While the federal government spends billions on foreign wars and illegal immigrants, they simply cannot be bothered with the health and well-being of the American people, especially those living on coveted, mineral-rich land.

	And of course, we're joined by our special guest co-host, Nick Ngo.
	And Nick, you sent me over a couple of pieces of information during the break.
	Do you want to explain those and what's being said there?
	Sure. So, this is from a tweet from Dr.
	Ben Braddock.
	He's been verified. He says, I was able to independently confirm with a high-ranking FEMA official that Governor Cooper is impeding the deployment of military aid.
	And it says...
	I think we're good to go.
	The DOD said that they are standing by to fulfill any gaps and no movement on that.
	Also, Fort Campbell stands ready with high water vehicles, aerial.
	So basically, right now, it looks like the governor is trying to play politics when people are suffering and dying, which is strange behavior, which is, you know, a lot of people would say that's a crime against humanity.
	And that's going on right now.
	Well, not only that, it does seem to appear that on top of all of that, FEMA is the...
	Organization responsible for managing our emergencies, right?
	Coming in and cleaning up the aftermath when people need help.
	But apparently it looks like the new reports are coming out saying that FEMA's almost out of money because the Federal Emergency Management Agency has spent almost a billion dollars helping, guess what, illegal immigrants over the last two years.
	So, this seems to be what is also causing the federal government to not be able to intervene.
	Now, is it that they want the lithium or is it that they don't care?
	Is it that they're all, you know, a lot of the states are going to in fact be key swing states in the upcoming election?
	I would say the answer to all of those is yes.
	Like, it's a combination, right?
	All of the above, Craig.
	Yeah. What do the Democrats say?
	Never let a crisis situation go to waste.
	Yeah, and I think, you know, as we understand the way that these operations come through, you know, very much, like you said, a lot of it is opportunistic.
	A lot of it is not letting crises go to waste.
	Yeah. So, of course, they're going to seize on this as an opportunity to get control of the lithium mines.
	Of course they're going to use this as an opportunity to, you know, interfere in elections, right?
	Maybe they'll declare emergencies and say, well, because, you know, so much of the infrastructure is not working in these critical states so close to an election, we may need, you know, federal mail-in ballots or something.
	You know what I mean? Like, they'll come up with something And you go, well, that's against the law.
	And then you go, well, look back in 2020 when they had an emergency and they just disregarded all state laws regarding elections and just did whatever they wanted, right?
	Yeah, and think about the optics too with the Governor, Craig.
	Since he's denying the National Guard, if he looks like he held out as long as he could, he'd be like, look, I didn't want to declare martial law.
	I didn't want to. I tried to hold out.
	I didn't know that the lithium mines would get water.
	I didn't know about all that.
	Man, I'm so sick of these guys.
	They need to go to jail.
	Yeah. No, there's a lot that needs to happen, but I'm not sure how quickly it will happen.
	However, I will say this, that there is a lot that needs to happen in the next 24 to 48 hours at minimum for the people who are suffering.
	But over the next couple weeks ahead of the election, there's even more, given what we know the implications of all this is and will be.
	But here's another story that I thought was interesting.
	You know, we've seen these Israeli airstrikes, Nick, right?
	And both sides, you know, Israel bombing Lebanon and the Gaza Strip and Lebanon and Hezbollah bombing Israel.
	Some very disturbing, you know, videos coming in.
	Apparently the Iron Dome has just ceased to work.
	Either that or they've run out of money to fund it, because I know how expensive it is to run that.
	And some very major strikes hitting into very key and critical infrastructure inside of Israel, up to and including, from what I've heard online, reports that the Mossad headquarters, which was in, I believe, in Tel Aviv, which was in a very highly densely populated residential area, was directly struck by a missile strike.
	Which, of course, they intentionally put it there so that it would be protected, obviously using human shields, which is something that's interesting because that's what they accuse their enemies of doing often.
	So it is interesting that both sides, I guess, may be engaged in that practice.
	But beyond that, I mean, what are the implications of the international spy agency that's being run by Israel being hit by, you know, a missile strike in the middle of Tel Aviv?
	What do you think this escalation is going to look like as we move forward?
	Well, looks like all the Diddy files got erased and the same with the Epstein files.
	But look, there's a group that had basically commandeered and taken over Israel and it looks like they're getting taken out.
	And strategically, they didn't hit civilians on purpose.
	That's a pretty hard strike to do.
	And I've got to be honest with you, Iran, you know, I know that they did not have the capability, at least without having an intervention before they got the missiles close enough, they would have been wiped off the face of the earth, that target.
	So whatever happened there was not from their traditional means of attacking medium- to medium-range targets.
	Well, a lot of the new reports that are unconfirmed, of course, say basically that we have sort of a new phase in the war with hypersonics.
	What do you think of that? That could be absolutely correct.
	Well, think about it, Craig. That makes perfect sense.
	How could they hit that target so perfectly without hitting the civilian areas?
	That's pretty, it's very hard to do, you know, especially, I mean, I guess you could put the GPS in there pretty accurate, but without, with getting through the Iron Dome, I think you're right about that.
	That's probably, that's probably a really good theory because otherwise they would have been able to shoot it down.
	Yeah, I think there might be something to that.
	We had somebody text in about that specifically, and they say, regarding the Iron Dome, videos of rockets shooting past the dome don't appear to be going hypersonic speeds, so is there really an Iron Dome, or was the funding set...
	Send to Israel for said dome spent on something else.
	And they also say regarding the Iron Dome, those rockets are not going 5,000 miles an hour as we are being told they have the capability.
	So one thing I do understand about hypersonics, I'm not by any means a technical expert on that, but that hypersonics have a wide range of speeds at which they can go.
	And don't quote me on this, but it's like anywhere from Mach Two or three up to like Mach 90 or some ridiculous Mach 20, Mach 30, Mach 40, something like that.
	Like they can get up that high.
	So essentially what it is is it's taking a missile and turning it into a bullet, right?
	Like that sort of speed, correct?
	Yes, it uses—well, I guess that probably isn't public—but it uses its own energy being released from propulsion to then propel it further.
	So that's how it gets hypersonic, and that's why they're so hard to control, but they've figured out how to control them as of lately from the news reports I've seen.
	And look, Craig, if they were able to film— The missiles cruising around before they hit.
	I'm telling you, that sounds a lot to me like a cruise missile from a submarine.
	And there are only a couple of countries that are capable of that, and I don't think Iran has those.
	Hmm. Interesting.

	So the delay request came just one day after Judge Cannon had set a tentative trial date of November 18th, with prosecutors still awaiting over 100 subpoena responses and conducting forensic analysis, including ballistics and DNA testing.
	The government says their case is far from ready to proceed.
	We know Ruth was the guy who went down to Trump's international golf course in Florida and set up there for 12 hours on September 15th, waiting to ambush the president, assumedly, and to assassinate him.
	But somebody is pointing out, I think very appropriately, our good friend Mike Benz, who's a former State Department cyber security expert.
	He's the author of a bunch of books, including Weapons of Mass Deletion.
	He's really come out and been very A very useful person for understanding how the deep state operates.
	But he responded to this online and I want to read what he said because I think this is very much what it's all about.
	He says, quote, it's complex, quote unquote, because like I've been telling you, the CIA, the State Department, the U.S. military are all involved, and the DOJ's second job is to protect their sensitive operations, like recruiting terrorist fighters and getting them no-look visas, as Ryan Ruth was doing.
	And of course, we've played a lot of the clips here that Mike Benz has been a part of or done, explaining this in detail how all of the information that was pulled from publicly available resources like his social media accounts and other places seemed to indicate that he was working on behalf of The U.S. government, the intelligence services most likely, as a recruiter for bringing in terrorists and mercenaries to foreign battlefields that, you know, we are clandestinely involved in, from Ukraine to,
	what was the other place?
	I think mainly Ukraine, but other places as well, all around the world.
	So if that is the case, then I mean, this all makes perfect sense that they're currently circling the wagons and they're going to try to drag their feet on this because even though the trial date itself was set for November 18th, which would be beyond the election that's upcoming, I mean, it stands to reason that they don't want this to ever come out.

	There were some other things happening here in the United States as well that continue to really draw some very, let's just say, worrisome conclusions.
	Now, there was an incident that took place in, I think it was Georgia not too long ago, right Nick?
	Oh, yes. You're talking about the explosion.
	Yes, there's a massive biolab explosion and it's on fire, burning, and it's got a whole bunch of toxic fumes coming out of it.
	Well, to be clear, I want to make sure we get this story correct.
	Biochemical. Yeah, it's a chemical manufacturing plant that is named BioLab.
	People have been really confused by this because when we hear BioLab, we automatically make the correlation between You know, the level four bio labs that we saw in Ukraine and elsewhere.
	This is a, it's a pool chemical company whose name, their company name is like something bio lab.
	And the chemicals that exploded in that, and this is just what I've heard from the reporting.
	The chemicals that were exploded there caused a toxic cloud, which then caused a number of places to be evacuated.
	I think more than 10,000 people, I think, were evacuated from their homes.
	I think that A lot of people, you know, jump to the conclusions, oh, it's a biolab and this is like, you know, some, you know, biolab is going to, another Wuhan and all this other stuff.
	But I think the main takeaway is this just goes back to what we've been dealing with for the last four years or more with the infrastructure sabotage, right?
	Whether it's the PFC chemicals in, or the PVC chemicals in Ohio, where you had that explosion which caused the toxic cloud, which still to this day they're cleaning up, or if it's this pool chemical company, you know, creating another toxic cloud, or if it's the train derailments, or if it's the food processing plant fires, or if it's, you know, whatever it is, this stuff is really continuing,
	whether oil and gas infrastructure, everything in between, right?
	That's right, Craig. And I'm thinking to myself, a pool chemical company, they're making these pool chemicals, right?
	Now, did you see that fluoride was officially defeated recently in federal court so that they're going to have to remove all the fluoride from our water?
	Yeah. I feel like fluoride, I don't remember off the top of my head, but I know fluoride is a byproduct of some chemical manufacturing process, but I don't remember which one.
	I think it's aluminum. Alcoa was the company that tried to pitch it, probably using Bernays or someone like that, because the byproduct was toxic, right?
	And they were like, what are we going to do with all this toxic stuff?
	It's so expensive to get rid of.
	Oh, put it in the water!
	Perfect. I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh at that, but that's like, could you imagine how evil you have to be to be at a meeting?
	It's like, okay, we have this toxic chemical that it would cost a lot of money to get rid of, so let's put it in the water supply.
	That sounds like a good idea.
	I mean, that is absolutely insane.
	How do you sell it to the city, Craig?
	Well, we could send a hurricane through and just bulldoze it.

	It's the audacity.
	I agree with you that we're in year nine, and no one knows how to cover the audacity.
	The audacity is that someone should have said, stop it, stop, stop.
	Are you effing kidding me?
	And they should have dropped that F-bomb, right?
	I mean, they should have just...
	This is a debate.
	This may be the only chance people have to see the difference.
	It's the audacity.
	It sounds like they're doing well, so we wish them all the best.
	But yeah, I mean, you listen to these people that are losing their minds over that, so we are currently in the middle of this horrific scenario playing itself out all across the country with people losing their minds.
	What are your predictions for the upcoming elections, Nick?
	I'd love to hear it. My prediction is a landslide victory that could have never been anticipated.
	We're talking, I think, 80% are going to vote for President Trump.
	Too big to rig, baby.
	Too big to rig at this point.
	Yeah, but... Excuse me.
	But our good friends over at MSNBC just, but they tell us that everything's being mansplained.
	Listen to this. Like muting powers.
	And I actually think if you're a woman, that might be the worst moment J.D. Vance had because he was going to mansplain right over that mute button.
	He was, and again, I don't pretend to know how everyone will react I think that a lot of women in positions of authority that should command respect just by virtue of that dynamic will see themselves as some dude that disrespected them and talked over.
	You know, I mean, there was a moment like that with the vice presidential in the Harris-Pence debate where she's like, Okay, so now J.D. Vance was mansplaining to Tim Waltz, which, as Donald Trump Jr.
	points out, I wasn't sure that Tim Waltz was a woman, but I guess this is something we can't know these days because you can't assume anything.
	And, of course, she was talking about mansplaining over the debate moderators, but...
	Nick, you know, we haven't had your comment.
	I mean, you watched the debate, obviously, I'm sure.
	What were your takeaways from that?
	He's a really good orator.
	He's presidential material.
	After seeing him a few times, now I'm wholly convinced he's the real deal.
	He eviscerated the guy.
	I don't know if you look at his eyes. Look at his eyes, Maury!
	Look at his eyes!
	If you look at the other guy's eyes, he has those eyes from that same guy that tried to have everybody drink the Kool-Aid and go to the comet and live on it or whatever.
	Jim Jones. And all those people, he looks just like that.
	And actually he was nodding with him a lot of the time.
	J.D. Vance's like, oh yeah, that's right.
	Okay. Yeah, you're right. You're not supposed to do that.
	You're supposed to be going against him.
	And even Rachel Maddow even had a good compliment about it.
	She's like, man, he was well prepared and he did really good and the other guy didn't.
	Yeah, I mean, I took away a few things from that debate.
	I think, I said this in yesterday's show, that the big takeaway for me was that Tim Waltz's response on China...
	And that there's something deeper there.
	I think he's...
	Similar to what we saw with Hunter Biden in Ukraine and China, I think Tim Waltz has some intelligence ties that put him in China from starting in the late 80s, that he was over there doing stuff that he doesn't want to talk about, which is why he was picked, I think, because, you know, obviously...
	I may interject. He also said it was a good thing, too.
	He's a good model, he said, for government.
	He said that. And then he also went on to say, on accident, maybe, because it happens because we accidentally misspeak sometimes, but he said that he's been friends with school shooters.
	He said that. I think he meant to say friends with people who experienced the terror of a school shooter, but he didn't say it right.
	Yeah, yeah. I mean, that was like the big gaffe.
	But I thought the real thing was I saw the terror in his eyes when China was brought up.
	And I don't think it's just because, you know, of him being embarrassed that he went there.
	I think it's that, you know, what do they do?
	Roger Stone said it on his...
	Twitter account, he was like, this is what they do.
	They get people like him over there, and then they basically blackmail them.
	That's just how China operates, and then they keep coming back for whatever they're looking for.
	How could he afford doing that as a schoolteacher?
	He went there like 40 times.
	How could he do that as a schoolteacher?
	Yeah. Well, he was working for an NGO that was started by a bunch of Harvard alumni, and we know NGOs are connected to the State Department, CIA... Organized, non-governmental organizations, right? And that's what people are saying that might be what he was doing over there.

	He said, I was there to learn.
	And I think what he, you know, observing and learning, that's kind of what the CIA does, right?

	And Nick, you know, we're talking about a lot of things here.
	And one of the things I talked to you in the pre-meeting this morning about, which I wanted to share here on the show, and I want to get your take on it, is this theory.
	You know, we've talked a lot here on this show previously about, you know, maritime law.
	And we've talked a lot about The, you know, corporation of the United States and what that is in regards to, you know, how our country is operated and a lot of people have speculated that, you know, what we see obviously, we know a lot of what we see already is basically kind of like kabuki, political theater, etc.
	But... What I think people are failing to see clearly right now is that there is this port shutdown and that this might have, you know, more implications than we know, right?
	And I talked about this briefly with you in the morning, but I told you about this video I watched and I want to share it now.
	And I want you to listen to this, Nick, and our audience to listen.
	And then just, you know, keep an open mind.
	to this person's theory on the port shutdowns you know we know this strike was timed out that it was planned years in advance that this strike we knew this was coming so it's not like this is something that just happened overnight this is something that's been planned that's been organized and now it's coming into effect here what i think it was planned eight years ago if i'm not mistaken and let's rewind eight years to the date uh nick What was happening around that time?
	It was, oh yeah, Trump was about to become president, right, in 2016, eight years ago, right?
	So that's interesting, and we know that, you know, people like Jerome Corsi have come out and said the military recruited Trump to become president, so that's interesting.
	And this guy is explaining what this whole strike is really about.
	So listen to this, Nick, and our audience listen, and let me know what you think.

	So I wanted to ring in because everybody's freaking out about the whole longshoreman strike and all this other stuff.
	And I want to give you my opinion.
	So here's what's really what I believe is going on and everything basically lines up to this.
	The ports that we have right now are U.S. ports.
	They didn't become U.S. ports until after the War of 1812.
	In the treaty from the War of 1812, American ports were made U.S. ports.
	And shipping, international shipping, international maritime commerce, would not go to American ports anymore.
	So those ports have inherently been dismantled since America lost the War of 1812.
	I know what your textbook said, that's a lie.
	You can go to Fort McHenry and literally read about how America lost the War of 1812.
	So, with the American national flag that flies above Fort McHenry.
	So, what happened is after the War of 1812, there was a systematic dismantling of the American Republic.
	It happened over Decades, centuries, okay?
	And ultimately, in 1964, when the Reconstruction Trust expired, the American Republic went dormant.
	The American and the NATO became the security agency for all of North America because there's no domestic trust.
	There's only foreign policy and foreign trusts.
	What's happened is in August of 2023, a domestic American People's Common Trust was delivered to the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army, summoning them to return to the American people, the indigenous, who are now called indigenous in world trade, international trade, Summoning them to the Ministry of the American Republic so that the Marine Corps could take their original American Continental Marine position to guard the American Continental Congress and the American Regular Army to assume its Judge Advocate Marshal General Rawls For law courts and equity courts and to bring the USMCA treaty that was enacted in July of 2020 back to America,
	the Republic. So the US ports, the Navy, is who has to move these assets because the Navy is in charge of the civil law, civil personnel, so they're in charge of the The transfer from foreign to domestic, now that there is a domestic trust.
	The Army, the Navy, and the Marine Corps are all in possession of the American People's Common Trust.
	They are moving the assets and reactivating the original Declaration of Independence and American Constitution trusts that include the Bill of Rights so they can then open those courts and open those systems.
	But the Navy has to take control with the Coast Guard of American ports.
	That's why you're not hearing the agreements for the longshoremen were not between the International Longshoremen's Association and the U.S. Maritime.
	Well, the U.S. Maritime is out.
	Because under USMCA, this becomes an international American issue, not a United States Article I Congress issue, removing the federal government and NATO's jurisdiction over US ports that will now be American ports.
	And if you refer to the Treaty of 1812, it was specific in that treaty that Ships conducting admiralty or maritime law across the high seas were not allowed to use American ports.
	They were only allowed to use US ports.
	So that is being returned back to American ports by the Navy to bring the Army and the Marines back on to the land of America to the people of America and the inhabitants of America per the Liberty Bell and reset and separating the people from their subjugation under the U.S. Congress and their federated corporate states.
	So I hope this explains.
	Please share because I get censored all the time.
	This is my opinion.
	I know where the trust came from.
	I know who wrote the trust.
	I've read the trust. I've seen the trust.
	I know what the trust is, and I know exactly the dates that it was delivered and exactly where it went and exactly how it got there.
	So I have participated in this process of delivery and the correspondence between the military and the American people.

	All right. So, Nick, I know that was a lot of information, but just general thoughts on that.
	Yeah, well, President Trump bankrupted America on purpose, the Federal Reserve at least, and that was before he even left office.
	And there's some weird stuff that happened that will explain exactly what happened.
	If you look at when he went to visit the Queen, he walked in front of the Queen and the Queen trailed behind before she died.
	There's some other things, too.
	We took the gold from the Vatican because the Vatican had basically stolen gold, committed crimes against humanity, and so on.
	We've had the gold for some time.
	And the whole thing with the continuity of government, whenever the U.S., you know, the corporation, you know, cheated and then they elected Joe Biden, what happened was, At that moment, there's stuff put in place, though, by Trump for just that reason, where Homeland Security and FEMA can take over the U.S. government, or the military can, based upon the legislative, judicial,
	and executive branches all being incapacitated.
	So what happened first?
	The cheating in the election. Then we couldn't get the courts to even hear the cases.
	Okay, they're out. Then you had the Congress, they were supposed to have, you know, 10 days to investigate the claims of fraud.
	And they didn't do that and they're still certified.
	They're incapacitated.
	And then enters the president.
	Then all branches were incapacitated.
	Continuity of a government was launched.
	Then they did not get the nuclear football.
	And at that time, you know, the U.S. military and National Guard occupied D.C. for about a year.
	I don't know if everybody remembers this, but the lights were even going out at the White House.
	And that would never happen under any circumstances because even if one light bulb goes out, that puts them at risk because they don't have enough lighting to protect the The president who's supposed to be in the White House.
	And if you remember, there's gates around it, all that sort of stuff.
	And that lasted for a long, long time.
	And that's basically because of the military law of war manual 11.3 and 11.4.
	It says that basically you have to occupy a foreign territory for a year before you're considered the owner of it.
	For example, let's see.
	So the corporation was ended, and basically anybody, any country could have just showed up with their troops and then said, this is our land now, and then they would have had D.C. as theirs.
	So what we had to do was reclaim it back, and at that point, the country was reclaimed, okay?
	And then so what they're doing now is reclaiming the ports.
	It's the next step. I mean, you know, I know it sounds crazy.
	I do. I understand that.
	And I understand that a lot of people out there may hear that and think, that's just outside of the realm of possibility.
	I do believe that international order and this, like, admiralty law, this maritime law, these things have been around for a very long time, and they are what allows a nation to be established, right? Otherwise, none of this works.
	And a lot of the countries, I think, that are the target of our ire, as it were, Like Russia and Iran and North Korea are ones that don't comply with this admiralty law, right?
	Yes, that's right.
	So basically the postmaster ended up being Britain a long time ago, all the way up to the Y2K crisis.
	And there's this guy, gosh, I feel bad for it, Russell Jay Gould, who went in there and basically did it the right way.
	And Timothy Horton?
	Oh, yeah. Horton. Oh, my gosh.
	Horton's a hoot. We've got to get him on here again to talk about this.
	But, dude, they basically did it by the book, and they're like, you can't do that.
	You can't do that.
	You're not supposed to know about that.
	And they're like, well, that's too bad.
	And then they went all the way to the Vatican and even took over that.
	What's the name of that series for people who want to watch it?
	I can't remember the name of it.

	And Nick, you know, we were talking about this, and another thing to point out is what you shared with me, which was Liz Crokin and others have pointed out that there has been a military presence which has been spotted at these ports during this strike, which is strange.
	Maybe not that strange, but it is strange, right?
	Coincidental. And then on top of that, like I said, I think the timing of it, it lends itself to this theory being more accurate.
	Like you said, it's like how many data points do we need?
	But as I said before, this strike has been planned, I think, for the last eight years.
	So if you think about it, the timing, it's like as soon as Trump becomes president, this strike, they started planning this particular strike to happen at this particular time.
	So it's all a coincidence, right?
	Nothing to see here.
	Sounds like an operation that, yeah, has been well in the making for a long time.
	It looks like to me, if it is all true, I would expect them to occupy our ports for at least one year.
	All of the Navy to be going up to stand up 80% is kind of strange over the next two years.
	But also, maybe they're going to build new ports.
	You know, so it sounds like to me that really...
	That really could be the case.
	It sounds bizarre, guys, but if you do the research, you do the legwork, and you research it yourself, it all makes sense.
	Yeah, and this would have to be planned with strategic and precise military timing because if you think about it, one of the things that, like you said, when you talked about Washington D.C. and as it was, it needed to be occupied in order for it to be reclaimed by our military, which is representing the American people and not the U.S.
	corporation, that in order for all this to happen, there would be moments of very high vulnerability for us from our So it would have to be strategic, it would have to be planned, and it would have to be done in phases as it seems it's being done in, right?

	Luckily, I was bobtailed, which means a truck without a trailer, on my way to South Carolina to pick up.
	Well, I can't say what I was picking up.
	But anyway, I was picking up.
	And even way over there on the back road, you could smell the chlorine in the air, you know, where this fire had hit this plant.
	However, you guys brought to light today what else they do, which is pretty amazing.
	And that information, people need to know that, you know, Lipid nanoparticles that they sell to part of the pharmaceutical industry.
	And this strike, coincidentally, two interstates running into North Carolina, I-26, I-40.
	That would be the way I would usually go down to Columbia, South Carolina to do my pickup.
	They're destroyed now.
	I have to go 150 miles out of route down through Atlanta across I-20 eastbound through Augusta into South Carolina to pick up my load and bring it back up here to southern Tennessee, southern east Tennessee, and drop it off.

	Low-lying areas like Knoxville, Oak Ridge, they did suffer a little bit, but nothing like North Carolina did.

	I-40 runs out of...
	East Tennessee into western North Carolina, right through Asheville.
	And then you go on down to I-26, right there at Asheville also.
	And hit it eastbound to go on down into South Carolina.
	And both those roads are kind of destroyed right now.
	But it seems kind of coincidental.
	Well, there's really no coincidences.
	But the port strike...
	The port strike and two major interstates going into southeastern United States are shut down at the same time, basically.
	Yeah, that is strange.
	The fire in Corners, Georgia...

	I mean, I think the first, you know, the port shuts down, then the truckers stop going there because there's nothing to get or everything runs out that's there.

	It's giving us some interesting insight into not only, you know, what happened down there in Georgia with that fire at that BioLab facility, which is, as we clarified, it's named BioLab.
	It's not a BioLab, but they do produce interesting things there.
	You've talked about road closures and highway closures around the area where the flood struck and the storm hit there in western North Carolina.
	But just quickly, Kevin, give us your observation from people.
	I'm sure you know people who are other truckers.
	What do they see this longshoreman strike having the effect of on them, their business?
	What do you see? What's your take on it all?
	Well, if it continues without any kind of intervention, And any union, the government can actually step in and intervene and say, listen, you know, this is destroying us economically.
	You have to go back to work.
	They only have to work for, I think, 90 days, and then they can actually go on a full strike.
	With our current administration, I don't see them intervening.
	You know, it's their wish that we are on our knees.
	But it'll first affect, you know, drivers that take goods, that go to Walmart, Target, all the stuff from China.
	Now, crude oil from the Middle East, if it is used in any fuel production, that'll be affected.
	And that will, that'll actually hurt truck drivers, it'll hurt you, it'll hurt Nick, it'll hurt everybody.
	You'll see the price of gas that will spike.
	And prices actually at Walmart, you know, those will go up.
	But people still need whatever they need, you know, whether it be Toilet paper, which is kind of stupid.
	My hometown Walmart, I heard this from a friend.
	The shelf is wiped out of toilet paper.
	Why do people...
	Am I crazy?
	What is people's obsession with toilet paper?
	It's like we're all going to get...
	You know, I have no idea.
	But it happened in COVID. Yeah.
	And, you know, they were worried more about wiping their rear end than they were having water and food.
	Yeah, dude, there's water and there's no toilet paper.
	It's like, I don't think people have their priorities straight, you know, but I digress.
	It reminds me of the people in the Titanic, you know.
	The guys got all dressed up in their best before it goes down and they're just like, what for?
	Make sure that they're clean, I guess.
	You know, I guess you starve to death with a clean rear end.

	If you don't have food or water, you probably won't need toilet paper to be quiet.

	And like you said, so you're saying the stuff from China, Walmart, that stuff is going to be affected, Target, etc.
	Then the crude oil, then what do you think is next after that?
	I mean, what else do they bring in off these ships?
	I don't even know. Honestly, If the crude oil stops and it gets to where I can't buy fuel or, you know, Tyson Trucking can't buy fuel, there goes your meat.
	Right, right.
	So that will affect domestic stuff.
	That will.
	That will affect domestic stuff.
	I mean, we...
	To my understanding, when they shut the Keystone pipeline down, that was a fracking pipeline.
	That was natural gas, correct?
	I believe so. I mean, we still do a lot of our own fuel here, but if we get any help from Saudi Arabia or...
	Venezuela.
	Yeah, Venezuela.
	You know, oil, if they want to offload it, That will affect fuel production to an extent.
	I don't see a certain that's too bad.
	But once again, people blindly, like the toilet paper, they think gas is going to be affected.
	Yeah, and then they'll afford that, and then they'll really start panicking when they go to Walmart to buy, you know, some cheap Chinese crap tchotchkes and they're not on the shelf.
	Then they'll really start to panic, and then they'll start panic buying food.
	Yeah, I see. It's a slippery slope.
	Man, so my best advice to everybody out there, you know, I think don't panic buy.
	That's not a good thing.
	Buy a little bit extra every time you go to the grocery.
	And wherever you go, just get a little extra, you know, where you can afford it.
	Don't go out and panic buy.
