	But we have news for you today.
	You know, there are so many different stories we could dive into here today, but let's start here in Colorado.
	Of course, that's where we are.
	That's where most of you are probably listening from here in the front range of the Colorado Rockies.
	And it's been brought to my attention that Governor Jared Polis, the Colorado governor here, that is, has declared a state of emergency because H5N1 bird flu has been detected with their fake PCR tests at one farm.
	And you ask, well, what does this do?
	Well, it does a few things.
	First of all, It activates the state's emergency operations plan and frees up additional resources, a.k.a.
	more money to throw around to all of his, you know, little minions in government.
	Plus, it turns out that they are going to be slaughtering, according to reports I've read, up to 1.8 million chickens.
	So that's something that I guess we all should be prepared for.
	The bird flu is here.
	It reminds me of COVID in California.
	You know, the emergency funds that were there.
	It reminds me of the wildfires in California, which when Trump started going after the states and their federal funding, In California, I was living there, it was the strangest thing.
	As soon as Trump started trying to restrict the federal funding to states that wouldn't comply with his, you know, America First agenda, all of a sudden these massive wildfires just broke out out of nowhere, and you had FEMA Dumping billions of dollars into the state's coffers and it was like, hmm, that's an interesting and very strange coincidence.
	Well, of course, it's how they launder money.
	It's their whole scam and racket.
	This is how they get money into the system to play with, especially ahead of elections.
	It seems to be their MO.
	So we'll see.
	What ends up happening with that?
	But yeah, they're going to slaughter 1.8 million chickens because they had a test at one farm that said they were H5N1.
	OK.
	That's a that's a story I just saw pop up on the radar, so I thought I'd start there because I feel like you know.
	I've talked about before.
	We're going to see a calamity.
	A series of calamities that are going to be preceding this upcoming election and the transition period if Trump wins, of course.
	So, we should always be paying attention to what's going on all around us.
	And they're having hearings in Capitol Hill, or on Capitol Hill now, about the corruption in the Trump trial.
	You got Joe Biden going over to NATO and just saying all kinds of nonsensical gibberish that nobody really can make heads or tails of.
	The illegals that are voting.
	Democrats trying to dump Joe Biden.
	You have the House Judiciary Committee releasing explosive evidence against Jack Smith and his corrupt deal.
	He's running against Trump.
	We have the White House whistleblower.
	That came forward talking about a lot of different things, saying now that Joe Biden's blackmailing Obama with proof of his homosexual proclivities.
	Joe Manchin dangling a carrot for the media saying this weekend's going to be a very consequential weekend for the Democrat Party.
	We'll see how that plays out.
	Donald Trump challenged Joe Biden to a charity golf match for a million dollars and also said he would give him 20 strokes.
	I'd love to, I'd pay to see that for sure.
	And Whoopi Goldberg says some stupid stuff.
	So a lot going on, a lot going on.
	But, you know, our discernment must always be And coming from the Lord and the Scripture and Jesus.
	Because, look, we just went through all these headlines.
	And yes, it is important to a degree, but it's all going to come to nothing.
	These people's plans to lie to us and manipulate us, they'll fail.
	Assuredly.
	So, I think it's something to pay close attention to, especially when you see how the world is continuing to just Crumble and fall apart.
	However, we have some interesting news I want to get into specifically talking about the judge in the case against Donald Trump, Judge Murchon, specifically his daughter.
	Who is in charge of Authentic Campaigns.
	She runs that organization.
	It's been enriching itself to the tunes of millions of dollars after this trial.
	Here's Representative, I believe, Kat Cammack, talking about the wild improprieties and obvious conflicts in this case against Trump.
	Listen to this.
	As Representative Gates pointed out, the judge's daughter significantly profited from this case, to the tune, actually, of $93 million raised for her Democrat clients.
	Clients that include a member of this committee, Representative Goldman.
	I should point out and put on the record.
	but also authentic campaigns of which Lauren Mershan, the daughter of the judge, she runs this firm, Authentic Campaigns, and was paid nearly $12 million for her work this cycle for her Democratic and was paid nearly $12 million for her work this cycle for her Democratic clients, and including $9.7 million
	Now, I know that there's been a tremendous amount of discussion today.
	So there's no conflict at all.
	9 point, whatever, 9.5 million dollars from the Biden-Harris campaign paid to the judge of the daughter, or the daughter of the judge overseeing Trump's case?
	I mean, come on folks.
	This is, it's getting to the realm of absurdity here.
	But we all see it.

	And we are just going through all of the news stories this morning, starting with, you know, these hearings on Capitol Hill.
	They're talking about the corruption of the judge overseeing the case, something we already knew.
	But ultimately, at the end of the day, it's not enough that we all know it.
	It's more overly that they need to overtly make it clear that there is nothing we can do about it.
	That's what it is, right?
	Again, I talk about demoralization a lot here as a strategy and a tactic of the left.
	And this is their tactic, right?
	It's demoralization, destabilization, and then there are several other stages after that, but these are the stages that we are in right now.
	And, you know, they keep trying to sow the seeds of confusion and chaos in and amongst us, but When you're talking about people who are willing to go to the nth degree to affect their means, there is a lot of criminality that we have to expose.
	For instance, the House Judiciary Committee and Representative Troy Nails have released an explosive video, and they've gone through kind of the step-by-step weaponization of the justice system against Trump, and I think it's worth listening to, so let's go ahead and listen to this.
	He's got more trials coming up.
	Well, it's time for that.
	Joe Biden has weaponized the DOJ against President Trump.
	And anyone who tells you otherwise, folks, they're lying.
	Now let's go down the list.
	First, Biden's AG Merrick Garland appoints Jack Smith as the non-partisan special counsel.
	Really?
	The same Jack Smith who went after Republican Governor Robert McDonald.
	Losing 8-0 at the Supreme Court.
	The same Jack Smith with a history of targeting conservative groups.
	The same Jack Smith whose wife produced Michelle Obama's documentary.
	Second, consider the case in Georgia.
	Willis' office met with White House lawyers in 2022.
	Then, just three days after Trump announced his candidacy for president, And Fannie's former lover and lead special prosecutor Nathan Wade met with Biden's inner circle.
	Third, look at the poster child of bogus cases in New York City.
	Manhattan D.A.
	Alvin Bragg campaigned on his experience going after Trump.
	And then he brings on Biden's former third highest ranking official at the DOJ, Matthew Colangelo, to lead the Trump investigation.
	Colangelo, by the way, wasn't just Biden's guy.
	He also led the New York AG's inquiries into President Trump.
	Folks, this is lawfare.
	Calculated campaigns to weaponize the judicial system, to go after political opponents.
	That's exactly what Joe Biden's DOJ is doing to attack Donald Trump.
	And Biden has even admitted it.
	We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power by, if he does run, making sure he under legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next president again.
	We must stop the left's lawfare tactics.
	And how do we do that?
	We do it now.
	Defund radical district attorneys and prosecutors like Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis.
	Use congressional oversight power to make sure the law isn't weaponized to go after political rivals.
	Without a doubt, folks, Joe Biden is responsible for the criminal targeting of his political opponents.
	The facts are undeniable, and we must take every possible action to prevent...
	That's just kind of even, that's just kind of a modern, like a recent overview of the ways that Donald Trump's being persecuted.
	Well, there you go.

	I mean, it really could be much longer if you go all the way back and start at, you know, the Russia hoax and then go into the impeachments and go into the way that Congress tried to kneecap him, the infiltration of his administration by these quote unquote the infiltration of his administration by these quote unquote deep state bureaucrats.
	I mean, if you want more proof that our country is run by a bunch of kleptocratic criminals, there is plenty.
	That's for sure.
	And I think we all see it.
	I mean, that's the thing.
	I think at this point, it's almost getting to the point of being repetitive, but it's not because there is... This shouldn't be normalized.
	This shouldn't be accepted.
	This shouldn't be, you know, tolerated in this nation.
	That's the thing that we have to keep reminding ourselves.
	If we don't keep drawing a giant spotlight toward it and saying, look, this is wrong, this is corrupt, this is broken, Then they will get away with it time and again, and they will keep getting away with it.
	And that's the problem, I guess, would be the main issue from my perspective.
	But that was Andy Biggs kind of just explaining briefly what modern issues we're facing.
	But the Congress is broken, too, right?
	You have these guys there that don't truly represent the will of the American people.
	They really only represent what special interests have bought and paid for their positions in Congress through campaign donations.
	You know, they'll say what they have to to get elected, but then when they get into office, they do whatever they want with impunity.
	For example, I mean, people are already saying now that this speaker, Mike Johnson, is worse than Kevin McCarthy.
	You know, I thought Kevin McCarthy was bad, given that I used to live in his district, and I know him pretty well from that experience there.
	But Mike Johnson, who replaced him, is just another uniparty establishment stooge.
	And that's why he was allowed to get to the position that he's in today.
	You don't become the Speaker of the House without being a part of the club.
	And the club that I'm referring to is the club that George Carlin referred to when he said, there's a big club and we ain't in it.
	That's the club that Mike Johnson's in.
	That's the club Chuck Schumer's in.
	That's the club Pelosi's in and everyone else down the list.
	McCarthy.
	They have their special interest donors.
	They have the K Street lobbyists.
	They have their, you know, fancy china and their tea rooms behind closed doors where they get together and laugh at us because we're paying them, you know, six figure salaries to do essentially nothing but sell us out to the highest bidders, both domestic and abroad.
	And there are a few exceptions, but for the most part, You know, this is our government.
	This is what it's become.
	It's so far removed from what it once was that it's almost shocking, but not really, right?
	You guys heard me talk about this story a couple times.
	Representative Anna Paulina Luna, is that her name?
	I think it's, yeah, Anna Paulina Luna, who's a Republican from Florida, first introduced a, basically introduced a resolution To hold Merrick Garland under the same contempt charge that jailed Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon for not complying with congressional subpoenas, right?
	And she called for him to be put in jail.
	Well, then they backtracked off that because of, you know, the fact that we're run by kleptocrats who really only say what they have to to get the headline and then they won't follow through on their promises, really, ever.
	She then backs away from it and says, well, you know, instead of putting him in jail, we should fine him, right?
	Well, I guess that didn't go over well with her constituents because they've been pushing her to follow through on her original resolution which was, you know, involved essentially throwing Merrick Garland in jail for doing the exact same thing that Steve Bannon was prosecuted for and Peter Navarro was prosecuted for, right?
	But, of course, as usual, Speaker Mike Johnson now is imploring Representative Luna to hold off introducing her inherent contempt resolution against Attorney General Merrick Garland.
	This is supposed to come today.
	According to a source present in the GOP conference, Speaker Johnson is facing tough resistance as Representative Luna is determined to proceed with her resolution.
	This comes after she told conference at the mics that she'd bring up contempt and it will be on the floor Wednesday.
	She told members that she amended it so that it would not end with Merrick Garland being arrested, rather he would be fined.
	So, Representative Luna informed fellow lawmakers that she was going to introduce this resolution today and compel the House Sergeant-at-Arms to detain Attorney General Mike Merrick Garland and present him before the lower chamber.
	And, look, here's the thing.
	A lot of these people may have the best intentions right and then they get to Washington DC and they realize that it doesn't work the way they thought it should or does or would and they Are put in their place fairly quickly.
	There are some cases like this where they will do whatever they can to appear as though they gave it their best shot, but the system's so rigged from the get-go that you're not going to be able to follow through on these, you know, pretty radical promises just because of the way the system's set up.
	So I'll believe it when I see it.
	When I see Merrick Garland in handcuffs, I'll believe.
	I'll then say, okay, good job.
	But that's never going to happen.
	We all know it's never going to happen.
	And Merrick Garland is the quintessential corrupt politician.
	A former judge who's got a political axe to grind that nobody's ever, the likes of which not many people have ever seen with regard to his hatred of Donald Trump, given that it was the Republicans with Donald Trump winning the election who essentially precluded him from becoming a U.S.
	Supreme Court Justice.
	So it's not like the guy has the most obvious and clear You know, conflict and political acts to grind against Trump, not even a big deal, right?
	Just ignore that.
	But then, going even further, the question is, why should the Attorney General, who's supposed to be the head of all law enforcement authorities, be allowed to disregard congressional subpoenas, right?
	They asked him to bring the tapes to Capitol Hill of Joe Biden's deposition with the special counsel Robert Hurt, the guy who was investigating Joe Biden for essentially the same crime that they went after Trump for, which was these classified documents that were being held, supposedly, you know, outside of secure facilities, insecurely, right?
	So, The fact of the matter is, Merrick Garland's non-compliance should be one of the most glaring and obvious indications that there is no real system of accountability or justice that is in effect right now.
	It is kleptocrats, demagogues, and tyrants who will just, at their own whim and will, execute whatever Whatever plan or priority they have, you know, above and beyond the Constitution, extrajudicially, they don't need the law.
	They are the law, right?
	They're Judge Dredd.
	I have the law, says Merrick Garland.
	As he ignores congressional subpoenas while simultaneously overseeing cases to lock up people for doing the exact same thing, who invoked executive privilege for their refusal to comply with Congress.
	But that was ignored and they were prosecuted nonetheless and thrown into prison.
	Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, specifically.
	So, I'm not really going to lose sleep over this because I know what's going to happen.
	and it The most surprising outcome would be that there were some consequences for these people's actions, but like I said, I'm not going to hold my breath over this.
	I'm not going to lose sleep.
	I'm not going to have that expectation, even though this shouldn't be normalized.
	This shouldn't be accepted.
	Normalized in any regard, but it is the way it works.
	Now, I don't think it should work this way.
	I don't think constitutionally it's it's prescribed to work this way, but when you have these kind of corrupt people running the show, you shouldn't be surprised when criminality and corruption becomes the norm.
	So I don't know all the answers on how to fix it, but I know that it's clear as day to anyone who's paying attention what's happening.

	And, you know, just to be clear, everything that we're covering here in today's show so far is not even really news, right?
	I mean, like, but it's like Groundhog Day.
	You get up and it's the same thing every single day.
	I mean, and we're just being distracted.
	I mean, there are much bigger stories happening all around the world that we're not paying any attention to.
	I mean, Russia made the accusation not too long ago of the U.S.
	expanding its biological weapons research into Africa, simply moving the labs that Russia took out in Ukraine down into Africa so they could expand and Invest more in their biological weapons research, right?
	They have to do it off shore.
	How are you going to make another COVID pandemic or whatever and release it if you can't have a lab to do it clandestinely somewhere overseas?
	You know, we got the Pentagon failing to account for $62 million in US weapon aid to Ukraine.
	No big deal.
	I mean, Hey, it's just 62 million dollars.
	Try just, you know, it's an accounting error.
	Maybe they just forgot to pick up a zero or something somewhere.
	But, even beyond that, I mean, we're on a high-speed track to World War III.
	I mean, we're already in it, essentially.
	We're in the cold phase of it.
	God forbid it were to turn nuclear hot.
	I mean, we're still in a kinetic war.
	We're proxy war against Russia through NATO and Ukraine.
	We're, you know, involved in this complete and utter disaster in Israel and Palestine.
	What's happening there is horrendous on all sides.
	I mean, people always say, oh, well, you have to pick one side over the other.
	And it's like, well, no, can I not?
	Say that the complete and total tragedy of war is horrific on all sides, you know, whether it's one side murdering other innocent people or the other side murdering innocent people.
	I'm against murdering innocent people is basically my point.
	And that's a controversial thing to say these days, right?
	Because you have to pick one side to be in favor of murdering innocent people, otherwise you're not This, that, or the other.
	And that's the problem, really.
	We've been put into all these different PSYOPs where they want to control what we think and do, and it's, I'll tell you what, it's becoming ever more clear every single day how they are going to keep pushing this.
	A couple other stories I want to get into here today.
	This one's a great one here.
	Donald Trump challenging Joe Biden to a charity golf match.
	Let's listen to this.
	I'm also officially challenging Cricket Show to an 18-hole golf match right here.
	Under Riles Blue Monster, considered one of the greatest tournament golf courses anywhere in the world.
	One of the great courses of the world.
	It will be among the most watched sporting events in history.
	Maybe bigger than the Ryder Cup or even the Masters.
	And I will even give Joe Biden 10 strokes a side.
	10 strokes.
	That's a lot.
	That means 20 strokes in case you don't play golf.
	I will give him ten strokes a side, and if he wins, I will give the charity of his choice, any charity that he wants, one million dollars.
	And I'll bet you he doesn't take the offer.
	I bet he does, because he's all talk.
	Well, what's funny about this is that it's kind of a, you know, it's kind of a jab at Biden.
	It's kind of a tongue-in-cheek thing.
	He knows he's probably not going to take it.
	But what's so interesting is the way that, a couple things.
	First of all, The way the Biden administration responded to this was interesting because they, it's like they completely had instant amnesia, which is not surprising given, you know, it's Biden's administration, about the fact that it was Joe Biden who challenged Trump originally in the debate to this match.
	Listen to this.
	And by the way, I told you before, I'm happy to play golf if you carry your own bag.
	So there you go.
	He said he would be happy to play golf against Trump, but Trump has to carry his own bag.
	All right.
	So Trump's like, all right, fine.
	Challenge accepted.
	I'll give you 20 shots aside.
	So then the Biden administration or the Biden campaign releases this, uh, kind of ridiculous statement saying, you know, Donald Trump and project 2025 and,
	You know all this craziness it really none of it is doing anything other than feeding into this never-ending childlike just complete circus that we're all just a lot of us sitting on the sideline are just in almost complete awe that we've gotten here because it's it's such a spectacle but yep that's where we're at speaking of spectacles
	Gotta share this one.
	Let's go check in with Wolfie Goldberg over on The View.
	Let's see what she's doing these days.
	I don't care if he's pooped his pants.
	I don't care if he can't put a sentence together.
	Show me he can't do the job, and then I'll say, OK, maybe it's time to go.
	Now, he had a bad night the first time that he went out and debated with Kamala Harris.
	And everybody wanted him to quit then and say, you can't talk to women like this, or you're doing this wrong, you're doing that wrong.
	He came back, said, you know what, I got it, and gave four years.
	So yeah, I have poopy days all the time.

	I step in so much poo, you can't even imagine.
	Now I'm not running the world, but I don't know anybody who doesn't step in stuff at some point.
	So I'm just simply saying, there are two debates.
	And if he can't do what he needs to do for the second debate, I'll join any crew that says get rid of him.
	But loyalty to me, if you are doing the job, I might not like everything you're doing.
	I don't like it all.
	But I'm gonna stand behind you like those guys stand behind the guy who should have been the person people were talking about saying, yeah, Biden had a bad day, but this guy couldn't tell the truth if it split his lip.
	Okay, so thanks, Whoopi.
	That was... I mean, what do you even say to this?
	You talk about cults, right?
	They're like, he could literally Defecate himself and, you know, have a complete episode of dementia and be in a coma and these people would be justifying their support for him by saying, Donald Trump's bad!
	We have to support the invalid!
	It's like, what?
	It's like, it kind of reminds me of, like imagine our country's a bus, right?

	Welcome back to Just Swarm Talk Radio.
	I'm your host, Craig James, and we have a lot of stories we're getting through.
	Somebody texted in here, our good friend Henry said, while the lack of accountability and consequences is frustrating, eventually every knee will bow and everyone will answer for their actions when Jesus returns.
	Yeah, I take solace in that.
	I do.
	I truly do.
	Because, you know, it's it's funny how Wherever we are in life, right?
	We all deal with people who are, you know, unscrupulous.
	People who are shady.
	People who are, you know, backstabbers.
	People who are double-dealing.
	People who are undercutters.
	You know, people who really are snakes in the grass.
	And they know who they are.
	You know, those people, to me, you know, they do all kinds of shady things.
	They'll say one thing to your face and then behind closed doors act a whole different way.
	They're ruthless and cutthroat in their actions and they have no real concern about true human-to-human interaction.
	They're pretty much, you know, just really sick people, in my opinion.
	You know, you deal with those people.
	I deal with those people, believe it or not, still.
	Um, I'm trying to cut those people out of my life.
	I won't be dealing with those people going into the future.
	I don't trust those people.
	And I never really did trust those people, so it's my own fault for allowing those people to get that close to me.
	Um, but it's, it's something that we're gonna have to deal with, you know, every day.
	And we have to put our faith in God, because God sees what's in these people's hearts.
	They know, God knows what they're doing.
	You know, their disregard for integrity, morality, honesty, being ethical.
	And God will deal with them as He sees fit.
	I don't lose sleep over it, to be quite honest.
	You know?
	Especially when you get certain things, power involved or money involved.
	People are ruthless, backstabbing, undercutting Uh, you know, just fakes.
	And you know what?
	You just, you kind of look at them and you say, it is what it is.
	You call a spade a shovel and you move on.
	And you go back to God and you say, God, give me, give me clarity.
	Give me strength.
	Give me wisdom.
	Let me see what's what's ahead.
	God will provide.
	Gotta provide.
	Plus, these people who say one thing to your face and then do something completely different behind your back, those people are the ones you want to cut out of your life.
	Get them away from you.
	Don't do deals with them.
	Don't talk to them.
	Don't have any... Don't have anything to do with those people.
	Because all they're gonna do is bring you down.
	All they're gonna do Is, is lie to your face and then, and then do the exact thing that you thought they would do from the beginning.
	And it's just not worth it.
	It's not worth your time.
	And it's not worth the frustration and, and the complete, uh, you know, it's not even worth the attention you'd give it.
	So just, that's my advice, you know, having dealt with people like that in my life.
	Often.
	You deal with these people by just ignoring them.
	Just letting them be.
	Let them toil in their own devices.
	But that's a good point, Henry.
	Eventually, every knee will bow and everyone will answer for their actions.
	I like that.
	Everyone will answer for their actions.
	So they know who they are.
	They know what they did.
	But we have to be paying attention.
	Obviously, there are other news stories going on.
	I mean, the 2020 election is going to be the most rigged election in history.
	Even though I don't like Mike Johnson, our speaker, you gotta... These guys kind of... A lot of these congressmen and women are like broken clocks.
	They're right maybe once or twice a day, as they say.
	Mike Johnson even saying, quote, we have we now have so many non-citizens in the country that if only one out of a hundred of those voted, they would cast hundreds of thousands of votes.
	If an various actor wants to intervene in our elections, all they have to do is check a box on a form and sign their name.
	That's it.
	That's all that's required.
	This is all in relation to Congress working to create this citizenship requirement or even further verification of citizenship to be able to vote because as Mike Johnson points out so clearly, we have people in this country.
	And I'll give you an example.
	Okay, this is how it would work in California, for example, where they send out an unsolicited 20 million ballots, right?
	I was in an apartment in California, for example, for a brief period of time.
	I lived there for about, you know, a few months while I was looking for a home there.
	And in that brief time, we had a special election.
	And I've said this story before, but for those of you who are new or just kind of tuning in, essentially what happened is me, as one person in one apartment in California, because of the way the system is, They send out these unsolicited ballots.
	I got personally in hand.
	About 8 or 9 ballots for the previous tenants of that apartment.
	I mean, I'm talking about 8 or 9 special election ballots for the people who previously lived in that apartment before me.
	So extrapolate that across the millions of.
	apartments that are in California, or however many, hundreds of thousands, I don't even know.
	And let's say each house gets two or three.
	Let's say those apartments are being lived in by illegals, people who are not here legally, which is a very common thing in California.
	So then, essentially what you're having a situation of is a person living in an apartment who is not here, not a citizen of the country, not here legally, receiving multiple ballots, and all they have to do is Fill out the candidates, sign whatever the name says on there, send it out.
	Nobody's checking and verifying signatures.
	Just another mail-in ballot.
	Be lost in the shuffle.
	So there you go, that's how, I mean, that right there in California alone could account for hundreds of thousands of votes, if not millions.
	So, I don't know.
	That seems pretty corrupt to me.
	But what do I know, right?

	What it is ain't exactly clear.
	There's a man with a gun over there.
	Telling me I got to beware.

	Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
	I'm your host, Craig James.
	And of course, you know, there are a lot of things happening here in Colorado.
	There are a lot of things happening here in the United States.
	There's a lot of stories that aren't getting enough attention, but we'll try to cover as much as we can.
	I want to play for you quickly, testimony from Brad Smith.
	Which absolutely annihilates the legal basis for Trump's felony conviction.
	We'll play a little bit of this right now.
	In the written testimony today, I explained at length why the convictions of Donald Trump in New York in May, because they relied in the end on alleged violations of Federal Reduction Campaign Act, or FECA, were incorrect as a matter of law.
	And I discussed some of the errors of law made by prosecutors and judges in the case.
	To quickly summarize, the payments that were made to Stormy Daniels were not under current law and should not be, as a matter of policy, treated as campaign expenditures, and thus Michael Cohen's brief fronting of the money, which was repaid to him shortly thereafter, does not constitute an illegal contribution.
	But moreover, the prosecution theory that the defendant Trump had to engage in a vast conspiracy because of a desperate desire to hide Stormy Daniels' allegations from the public, and thus ignore campaign finance laws, simply makes no sense.
	Because even had they treated these as campaign expenditures, which again, I think they're correct not to do so, nothing would have come out before the election.
	As I explained under their reporting schedules, nothing would have been reported until after the election.
	And the idea that illegality was needed is simply laughable.
	In fact, Donald Trump and the Trump for President campaign had plenty of cash to pay for Daniel's non-disclosure agreement as of October 27, 2016.
	They did not need Michael Cohen to front them money for that purpose.
	Further, even assuming the expense was a campaign expenditure, no public disclosure of the expense would have been required until 20 days after the election.
	And, repeatedly, the prosecution emphasized that the main desire of Trump was to hide this information until after the election.
	As a practical matter, then, having Michael Cohen front the money for the nondisclosure agreement between Mr. Trump and Stormy Daniels could have no influence on the 2016 election, despite the repeated claims by the prosecution that that was the core of the case.
	And this undercuts the entire theory of the case offered by the prosecution.
	This is explained in my written testimony.
	I'm happy to answer questions on that as we go forward.
	But right now, I just want to emphasize that this New York prosecution is something that is a very bad precedent.
	Let's just put it that way.
	Not only because it threatens the rule of law, and generally we have not, in our defense of democracy, we have not only to shortchange procedures of law, But because it also threatens the bipartisan campaign enforcement system established by Congress.
	If allowed to stand, any state could do what New York has done.
	That is, pass a law making it a felony to try to influence an election by unlawful means.
	Then, the state court could effectively try defendants for those alleged violations of FICA.
	Remember, in the Trump case, there was no finding by the Department of Justice that Trump had violated the law.
	Indeed, they decided not to pursue it.
	There is no finding by the Federal Election Commission that Trump had violated the law.
	They also decided not to pursue it.
	No federal body had found violations here.
	And effectively, the state was simply making up the law and enforcing federal law in a partisan, with elected judges, elected prosecutors, unlike the non-partisan, bipartisan system set up by the Federal Election Campaign Act.
	And the members of this committee, and there are several who live in states that are dominated by the opposing party at a state level, might want to take heed of that possibility, that this game can be played in many different ways.
	Well, there you go.

	Specifically, I wanted to play this Tucker Carlson clip.
	I wasn't able to play it all last time, and I think it's worth a listen just because it is such a very clear example of Tucker basically destroying the fake news media.

	Racism is a thing.
	We're all called racist if we don't agree with Democrats on everything 100% of the time.
	It's just their new go-to because they know what the invocation of that word means in some people's minds, and it invokes some pretty dark, dark things.
	When a term is used so consistently without basis, it becomes less powerful, right?
	And that's what's happened with these Democrats who call everything and everyone racist.
	I'll play this clip, though.
	You guys know Joy Reid.
	She's one of the new resident lunatics over at the mental asylum known as MSNBC.
	And here she is giving us her basically her pitch on why anybody who is coming after Joe Biden is a racist.
	But yeah, of course, if you don't like Joe Biden, you're racist.
	So let's listen to her take on it.
	All of that happened this weekend.
	But please, please, privileged, rich, white, elected Democrats, you just keep publicly defenestrating your party leader and president to feed the media thirst for Democrats and disarray stories because you're scared for your own seats and apparently don't know how to campaign on a surging economy, high-tech jobs, and $35 insulin.
	I mean, you're the most important thing here, right?
	You and your donors, of course.
	Not the actual voters in your party base who can't afford to see prices double on everything they buy due to Trump's China tariffs, and who would be the first ones fired from their federal civil service jobs under Project 2025, or shot in the streets by Trump's stormtroopers if they protest.
	You do you.
	The media is super entertained, and that's what's important.
	And also, this is your brand, right?
	Remember after Democrats passed Obamacare?
	Obamacare's popular now, sure.
	Imagine being able to see a doctor or take your kid to the emergency room.
	But it wasn't always a slam-dunk, people-pleaser.
	And it was actually quite toxic, with some Democrats running away from the President's signature health care reform law.
	So, that's Joy Reid.
	And I just want to point out a few things.
	Okay, first of all, I love the invocation of the Trump Storm Trooper is going to shoot you in the street for protesting.
	Because if anybody's been paying attention, then they would know that you are more likely to get shot in the street now than ever before, given the crime rising.
	We have a story almost every day now of illegals sexually assaulting and or murdering or, you know, viciously attacking people.
	We have Chicago and other major U.S.
	cities that have perpetually been war zones where there's countless shootings on a regular basis.
	Murders and violent crime is the norm.
	And all of this is completely obfuscated by Joy Reid, who tells us that privileged, rich, white, elected Democrats going after Joe Biden is racist, right?
	And it's funny, because she actually says something in there that I don't think she actually meant to say.
	Or maybe she did, because she's not very smart.
	I know she's one of the lower IQ people on that network.
	But she said That they were afraid of losing their seats because I guess Joe Biden is so incompetent.
	And then she says, Oh, well, you can't campaign on, you know, high tech jobs and $35 insulin.
	And you're like, You can't campaign on a platform of, we're gonna steal everything from the rich, not fix anything, and continue to destroy the country by keep voting for us because it'll make you virtuous and not racist.
	Like, that's their whole argument at this point.
	They don't even have an actual platform from which to stand on or say anything.
	They're just like, well, If you vote for us, then you're not racist.
	So, and you're virtuous.
	And that means you'll be accepted socially and we won't come dox you at your house or harass your family with our violent protesters.
	And then, and then she has the audacity or nerve to say that Trump's stormtroopers are going to shoot people in the streets, protesters.
	Um, I don't know about shooting protesters.
	I do know that if the protests, you know, unravel and devolve into the things that we saw during the BLM and the Antifa riots, then I would not be surprised if this all continues to go downhill.
	So let's quickly... Chuck, you're on air.

	I saw it about two years ago, and it was on TV, and it went into detail about how he ruined this man in court.
	Joe Biden has never worked a day in his life.
	I've never read The Great Gatsby, but Joe Biden came from nothing, still is nothing.
	And his brothers have been into scams with solar and different projects.
	And I don't know if he took this vet off this guy's lot.
	I think Jill's husband was a very successful car dealership.
	Yeah, no, and I've heard a lot about that as well.
	But the funny thing is, you know, beside all that, I mean, look at the timeline of how he met Jill.
	It's very strange.
	She was a babysitter.
	She was 15.
	Very strange stuff.
	He was a grown adult.
	And now, I mean, she's still running the show, and I've heard her husband has some big gripes with the whole thing.

	Whenever we see that another U.S.
	woman or child has been raped or murdered by a criminal immigrant, we should remember about millions of women and children being trafficked across borders.
	Yeah, you know it's funny because I didn't hear, I don't hear Joy Reid talking about that.
	sexually assaulted and murdered along the journey.
	This is modern day slavery and is being done by the global wealthy ruling class.
	It is gross and sad.
	Yeah, you know, it's funny because I didn't hear I don't hear Joy Reid talking about that.
	She's more concerned about the privileged, rich, white elected Democrats who don't want to support Joe Biden and his border that is wide open, that is facilitating everything that you just described, Kathy, in that wonderfully put text.
	You know, that is a part of it, too.
	You know, the crime we're seeing in America is, she makes a great point, it's not just that crime, it's the crime we're seeing across the board here.
	You know, we're seeing trafficking, like she said, the human toll of allowing this border to be open is so immense.
	And you know, it's by design.
	These people want that.
	You have to imagine that this is their this is their pipeline where they get They're slaves, right?
	They're sex slaves and they're labor slaves and all that stuff.
	And they don't want that closed, you know?
	The argument has been, you know, oh well, who's gonna do certain jobs if we don't allow the illegals to come in here and be exploited so they'll do them for cheap?
	It's like, well, Maybe that's what's wrong with America.
	Maybe instead of having a bunch of lazy do-nothings sitting around, you know, complaining about every, you know, microaggression that they see online when somebody uses the wrong set of pronouns, maybe those, you know, purple-haired You know, LGBTQ activists who have nothing better to do on a Wednesday afternoon than go, you know, march down a street while stripping in front of three-year-olds.
	Maybe those people should be doing jobs like that.
	Maybe they should be out in the fields, you know, tending to the farms.
	And maybe that would lead to a healthier society.
	I'm not saying that they should be slaves.
	I think they should be compensated for their work in a fair way.
	But I think working is one of the most critical ways that we as humans are able to develop a healthy Lifestyle and a healthy attitude, and it's biblical, you know?
	Reaping and sowing, you know?
	These are principles that have been in play for thousands of years, yet today now, you have these people who are... I mean, how many... Look at the spike in mental illness, for one example.
	Right?
	Everybody's mentally ill.
	Everybody's depressed.
	Everybody's got some mental condition, and they have to see a psychiatrist, and they're on disability, and they can't work, and they can't do anything, and it's like... We've fed into a lot of people's delusions.
	Now, I'm not saying there aren't people who are legitimately disabled or legitimately mentally ill.
	That's a real thing, but I think there are a large percentage of people who are just lazy, who are just incompetent, who are just...
	You know, and in some cases, maybe it's not even their own fault.
	Maybe it's just they were born into a family that bred that, that never encouraged them to work, that were they themselves were wards of the state, and so they taught their children how to become wards of the state.
	I see it all the time on social media.
	I mean, these people who are perfectly capable of doing anything, and they choose to just Live in this constant state of victimhood and that everything is, you know, everyone's against them and their life's so hard when they live.
	You know, comparatively to other people in the world, they live some of the most cushy and easy lives you could ever imagine.
	Their biggest struggle is like, you know, deciding what to spend their food stamp money on at the grocery because they're on disability because they're too fat to walk.
	It's like, well, maybe try a treadmill, chubby?
	I mean, I'm not trying to be disparaging of people who are overweight, but, cause you know, we all have, some people struggle with that more than others, but it's like some of these people, they get online and they say, well, I'm proud of my fatness and it's a disability.
	It's like, wait, what?
	Or I'll give you a great example.
	I've seen it a lot around here lately.
	And it drives me absolutely nuts because I'm, as a Christian, you know, I know, I believe in hard work and I believe that you have to get up, you know, the early bird gets the worm.
	You gotta really reap and sow and put forth the effort.
	And I'll see, I'll drive through these parking lots sometimes and you'll see a guy with a lady and a baby standing there with a little sign saying, you know, need money, give us money.
	You know, they are all, they look perfectly capable.
	And people say, oh, well, you don't know what they're actually like.
	You know, they could look fine and then have some kind of mental illness.
	It's like, well, maybe, or maybe they're just lazy.
	Maybe they just have figured out that our society, our country rewards people more for doing nothing than they do for actually getting up and putting in the effort.
	You know, that's what these communists want.
	They want everybody to be equal, right?
	We're all equally poor.
	We're all equally distributed the things that we didn't earn.
	And that's the mentality and mindset of some of these people.
	So I look at these people and I think, man, You know, you got a guy who's in his, what, maybe mid to late 20s?
	Perfectly healthy, looks like in good shape, looks like they look like they clean cut.
	They don't even look homeless.
	Well, they just got out of the barber looking fresh and shaved and go, go get a job, buddy.
	You got a kid and a family.
	You have a wife, go work.
	I mean, it just baffles me.
	As a Christian, I truly do.
	It's not because I don't care about these people.
	It's actually, moreover, because I do care about these people that I want them to realize that being a victim is only going to lead to your life becoming worse and worse.
	And your life's going to get... You're not going to get anywhere.
	Stop being the victim.
	That's the point I'm making.
	Somebody also texted in from day one eight and said asset trafficking in the courts is also human trafficking, i.e.
	lawfare.

	Like I said, we're gonna try to play this Tucker clip.
	I want to play it because it's really, really interesting to watch Tucker kind of pick apart the media and the fake news liars and how they operate.
	I played part of this earlier, and I want to play the finish of it.
	We never got to finish it because the story broke out the other day when we were playing this.
	But I do want to give you guys some more of this clip.
	Let's listen to our Carlson.
	I think it's a perfect inversion of what you're supposed to do.
	If you're a journalist, your job is to challenge power on behalf of the powerless.
	It is not to align with the powerful against the powerless.
	And that is precisely what you have done.
	I watched your ABC this morning in my hotel room for about 20 minutes until I looked around for a vomit bag.
	And I watched, it was one of the most grotesque, I couldn't even believe it was real!
	The first story, this is unbelievable, the first story was Assange, God bless them.
	That is the biggest story.
	The second story was a family of four found dead in a house.
	I think in a suburb of Sydney, but it may have been Melbourne.
	I beg your pardon.
	But four Australians found dead of what they suspected was a drug OD.
	Apparently they've been taking a new synthetic opioid that has emerged in Australia and is killing people.
	Now this is a huge problem where I live, much bigger than here, but I'm familiar with it.
	And the reporter said it's probably the synthetic opioid and it's been seen and they're dead.
	On to the next story.
	The next story was the Australian government's new law that will require a prescription to buy nicotine products.
	And we were treated to a 15-minute lecture on ABC, whatever the hell that is, about how nicotine is dangerous and we need to keep it out of the hands of Australians.
	And I'm like, wait a second.
	Nicotine, first of all, is not dangerous.
	That's not true.
	It's factually incorrect.
	You know nothing about the science, A. B, compared to what?
	Compared to what?
	Oh, we have this new synthetic opioid that's killing people.
	The government, not too concerned.
	What they're really concerned about is that people might be using nicotine, which, by the way, has the byproduct of raising testosterone levels and making people a little harder to command.
	That's a massive threat!
	So this is the point where the media gets involved and says, wait a second!
	Let's chart the death toll from vaping versus fentanyl.
	Maybe one's a little worse than the other.
	And what exactly are you doing about it?
	Why don't you press your ministers and your prime minister?
	What are you doing about it?
	About drug use?
	And the answer is nothing.
	Instead they're hassling people, adults who want to use nicotine, which I would highly recommend to every person in this room as a life-enhancing God-given chemical.
	That's just my view.
	But I'm like, a media should be like holding these people to the fire on that.
	Or the vax injuries and deaths, which are manifold, they're everywhere.
	Are you joking?
	And in countries that actually believe in science, and there are a few in Europe, they're looking at the... Every vaccine causes injuries, every single one.
	One of my children was injured by a flu vaccine.
	This is known.
	In the United States, we're not allowed to sue.
	We can sue makers of playground equipment, totally fine.
	We can sue anybody for anything.
	Gun manufacturers, you cannot sue vaccine manufacturers.
	And every vaccine causes injuries, every single one, and there's a database publicly available in the United States that shows you how many.
	And the COVID vax, the mRNA vax from Pfizer, has caused more injuries than all, self-reported injuries, than all the previous vaccination campaigns for the last 50 years combined.
	And no one in the media has written a story about it!
	Because... Well, there are a couple reasons.
	One is that Pfizer is one of the largest advertisers on television in the United States.
	And the point is not to sell the pro... And I worked in television my whole life, so I can... This is not speculation.
	The point is not to sell some weird drug for rheumatoid arthritis to TV viewers.
	Because people can't prescribe their own drugs.
	No, that's not the point.
	This is not a retail sales pitch.
	This is an insurance policy that the drug makers are buying with the big media companies.
	We're your biggest advertiser.
	Maybe if we have a lot of vax entries from a brand new product, you won't say too much, and they don't.
	I think that's completely corrupt and shameful.
	And I have to say, you know, I was fired over a year ago so I don't have to, like, worry about this or be defensive about it because I, like, don't have a job.
	So there is a certain freedom in unemployment.
	And so I sympathize with you guys who work for these companies that are, like, truly corrupt and you sort of know that but you don't want to deal with it because you've got kids and a mortgage.
	I get it.
	I've been there.
	But let's just be honest.
	Everybody else knows what it is.
	Everyone else knows how corrupt you are.
	And so there's a reason they have contempt for you.
	I'm just saying.

	It's shocking.
	You should watch it.
	It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen on television.
	I do want to ask about a country you haven't mentioned today, and that's China.
	But before that, I wanted your response to the former Vice President, Mike Pence, who has tweeted in the past hour or so that the Assange developments are a miscarriage of justice by the Biden administration and that Assange endangered the lives of our troops.
	Can I just apologize for something that I said, and it's my fault.
	When I ascribe sort of all badness to the Biden administration, that's actually not true.
	You know, the worst things that happen in our capital city are a bipartisan effort.
	And they are.
	That's just a fact.
	And so I don't want to be partisan and claim it's all the Democrats' fault.
	It's absolutely not.
	On the worst things that are happening in America, immigration and pointless wars and COVID policy, It was both parties, guys like Mike Pence, aligning with guys, well Joe Biden's not a person anymore, but the people around Joe Biden.
	And, you know, the truth is, one of the actual, I won't be boorish, but Mike Pompeo was Trump's CIA director.
	And it emerged, and it's factual, that as CIA director, when Assange was locked in the Ecuadorian embassy for however many, seven years or something, that he plotted to murder him.
	And Assange had never been charged with any crime in the United States.
	At all.
	And under our system, and yours, you can't just murder people because they embarrass you.
	So Assange leaked CIA secrets, and Pompeo, as director of CIA, plotted to murder him.
	That's a fact.
	And the remarkable thing is that no one arrested Mike Pompeo.
	He's still walking free.
	This guy plotted a murder.
	He's a federal bureaucrat.
	In a democracy, federal bureaucrats, people just like appointed to a job as a political favor, can't just kill other people they don't like.
	That's not allowed.
	Speaking of Russia, And yet in my, this is aimed at my country, people are like, no, that's totally reasonable.
	Like Pompeo's an upstanding guy.
	No, he's not.
	He's a criminal.
	He's a criminal.
	And he tried to murder the guy who exposed his crimes.
	It's super simple.
	It's what the mafia used to do.
	It's why they won every jury trial, killed two jurors.
	The others have quit.
	And he tried to do that.
	And it blows my mind.
	And I think, I think Mike Pence is a sad, weak man, but I think that's an incredibly shameful tweet.
	I read it and I was enraged by it.
	And I'm just sorry that I didn't describe the problem in greater detail previously.
	I'll get on to China now.
	You may or may not be aware of a strategic partnership Australia is involved with, with your country and the United Kingdom, called AUKUS, where we will get nuclear-powered submarines.
	Can I get your assessment of that?
	And it was largely in response to China.
	Do you think China poses a threat here?
	You know, first of all, I think it's very complicated, but I think the overview is this.
	China has 1.4 billion people and not enough resources or land.
	Australia has 26 million people and a sparsely populated continent that is brimming, overflowing with resources that countries with expanding economies need.
	And I don't know how expensive your politicians are.
	I'm guessing not very.
	So I don't think it'd be too much of a lift for China to just buy them all.
	And I assume they already are doing that.
	I mean, obviously they are doing that.
	They're doing that in my country, too.
	They bought the current president's son.
	So I'm not mad at China for that.
	Well, they did.
	They bought Hunter Biden.
	I mean, that's the whole story.
	And it's proven.
	OK, so I'm not mad at China about that, just for the record.
	I'm not particularly anti-China.
	I don't want to live in China.
	It's not my system at all.
	And I find a lot of parts of the culture repugnant.
	On the other hand, I see China, in China, a country acting in its own interest.
	So I'm not mad about that.
	I'm mad about the countries like my own and possibly yours that allow themselves to be taken advantage of.

	We're finishing a clip that we started the other day and didn't get to get through.
	Tucker Carlson in Australia being interviewed with questions from the fake news media there.
	Rather incredible exchanges.
	Let's go ahead and go back to that.
	That's the truly shameful thing.
	So I don't hate, again I just don't hate China.
	You know, I see a rapidly growing country that will do whatever it can to help itself.
	And if it crushes people in the way, it will.
	Okay.
	So that's pretty reasonable.
	That's kind of a, you know, time-tested model.
	Your job is not to be crushed.
	And so I'd be very, very, very concerned about it.
	I don't think you face an imminent invasion or anything.
	I do think that the concerns about China, just the size differential, The resource question, population, these are the fears that have pushed generations of Australian governments into a counterproductive alliance with the United States and Great Britain.
	I think the view here is that the U.S.
	will rescue us if we ever really have a problem.
	And I don't think that's true.
	I'm sorry to say that.
	And I'm just saying that, I just don't think it's true.
	And I think you're unwise for believing it's true.
	And I think a lot of people in Taiwan thought that was true.
	It turns out not to be true.
	I think a lot of Pashtuns in Afghanistan thought that was true.
	A lot of Montagnards in Vietnam thought that was true.
	You know, a lot of Christian Iraqis thought that was true, and all of them are the hard way that it's not true.
	That in the end, countries act in their own interest.
	And in a democratic system, leadership changes every four or eight years with different views expressing, you know, evolved opinions from the public.
	So, no democratic country can be longitudinally reliable as a partner simply because its government changes so often.
	That's just a fact.
	It's not an attack, I'm not attacking the United States, I'm attacking you.
	I'm just saying, if you think that allowing the U.S.
	government to stage, you know, foreign troops on your soil, they didn't beat you in a war, did they?
	Then why do they have foreign troops here?
	That's, I mean, I'm sorry, I know I'm offending everybody, it's just a fact.
	And I don't know if that's like a huge part of your economy, but like rule one in my country is we don't have foreign troops on our soil, because we're a sovereign country.
	And I don't understand why all these countries allow it.
	I mean, I love the United States.
	I'm glad, you know, that we've got the whip hand, I guess.
	But I just, I don't think any country should put up with that.
	No, you can't have soldiers in my country.
	Go away!
	You know what I mean?
	Like, we can be friends, but having troops on my soil suggests not a friendship, but a master-slave relationship.
	And I'm just not into it at all.
	And I don't think you should be into it either.

	So you talked a little bit about immigration and in the past you've talked about how white Australians, Americans, Europeans are being replaced by non-white immigrants in what is often referred to as the Great Replacement Theory.
	Have I said that whites are being replaced?
	I don't think I said that.
	Well, it's been mentioned on your show 4,000 times.
	Really, when did I say that?
	I said whites are being replaced?
	You have said that before.
	Really?
	Yeah.
	I would challenge you to cite that, because I'm pretty sure I haven't said that.
	I said native-born Americans are being replaced, including blacks.
	Native-born Americans.
	Native-born Americans.
	Americans who, like black Americans, have been, African Americans, have been in the United States for, in many cases, their families, over 400 years.
	And their concerns are every bit as real and valid and alive to me as the concerns of white people whose families have been there 400 years.
	So I've never said that whites are being replaced.
	Not one time.
	And you can't say it.
	I believe that's untrue.
	We just met, but when our relationship starts with a lie, it makes it tough to be friends.
	So let's pull that back.
	I'm happy to explain what I do think.
	You actually can't say it because I didn't say it, and I don't believe it.
	And I'm telling you that to your face, so why don't you just accept me at face value.
	My concern is that the people who are born in the country are the main responsibility of its leaders.
	And as noted earlier, when those leaders shift their concern from the people whose responsibility it is to take care of to people around the world to put their priorities above that of their own citizens, that's immoral.
	And they are being replaced in my country, people who were born in the United States.
	And the birth rate tells the whole story.
	They are not at replacement rate.
	And so the U.S. population is growing because we're importing people from other countries.
	And my view is that happy people have children, and a functioning economy allows them to do that.
	And we don't have that.
	And so you need to fix the economy and fix the culture and make it so that people who want to have kids can.
	You don't just go for the quick sugar fix of importing new people.
	Like, that's my position.
	And if you think that's racist, that's your problem.
	I never called you racist.
	But, of course, you are suggesting.
	And I must say one of the reasons people don't like people like you in the media is that you never say exactly what you mean.
	Your slurs are all by implication.
	and you're about to tell me the great replacement theory is racist or anti-semitic, whatever.

	I hope to, if I live long enough, say it a hundred more times.
	I think it's completely honest and real, not racist or scary.

	We read some scripture, we leave you guys with some hope and encouragement, and I think that's very important to temper ourselves in scripture and the knowledge and solace that God is there with us.
	Before we get there, I want to quickly read one of the texters from the 505 who said, With regard to backstabbing friends, don't overlook the possibility the Holy Spirit may lead to witnessing to them or taking another with you to confront evil actions or win them over with God's love.
	Yeah, you're right.
	I should probably temper myself with that, and I have done my best to do it.
	I did pray and pray and pray about it, and, you know, the fact of the matter is that it's still frustrating to deal with people who are dishonest and people who do things in a way that is, in my view, unscrupulous and immoral.
	But, nonetheless, We persevere.

	The help that we seek that is of this world, unfortunately, will come to nothing.
	But the help that we seek that is not of this world is eternal, and that comes from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
	That's the victorious help that we can seek.
	And I hope all of you out there listening will seek Jesus.
	If you haven't already, open your heart, say a prayer.
	Repent of your sin.
	Call on the name of Jesus.
	Accept Him as your Lord and Savior and watch what great things He'll do in bringing us all victory, including yourself and your life and whatever afflictions or obstacles you're facing.
	And if you have accepted Jesus, go out today, be an example unto others with kindness and love in your heart and do what is Whatever God is calling you to do, to honor Him in His name, and that's how we find victory, though, is by calling on the name of the Lord.
