	It is Tuesday, July 2nd, and yes, Steve Bannon has officially reported to prison.
	He is serving out his four-month sentence as we speak.
	With any luck, we'll be able to overturn that and get him out of there, but he has done it gladly.
	And I'll tell you right now, you know, we're probably going to need a lot more of that.
	Unfortunately for all of us, we're going to need people to gladly do what is necessary to defeat this evil.
	And that includes facing time in jail.
	And I'm not calling for violence or crimes or anything.
	I'm just saying that as the system becomes more and more corrupt, There's going to be more of these kind of persecutions, and these persecutions are going to lead us to places that we probably never thought we'd go.
	And I'm reminded of Paul, who spent a long time in prison, and was able to do great things from a prison cell, which I think we can do for this nation as well, as long as we put God first and allow Him to lead the way.
	If we do that, then I think we can overcome all of this, and that is something that I'm very thankful for it, but we should all keep Steve in our prayers, and Peter Navarro, and all the rest of the people under persecution from this corrupt system that we are living under.
	Another big story obviously today, Trump and the Supreme Court.
	This is the one that everybody's talking about.
	Apparently the Supreme Court has ruled in a 6-3 decision that a former president has absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers.
	Now, this is an interesting decision because it calls into question a number of different things, including all of the trials against Trump right now, where executive privilege was exerted and his presidential immunity was exerted.
	So those are probably going to fall apart and go away.
	Jack Smith's probably not going to be doing much more as far as prosecution goes.
	But beyond that, Trump's also called for some of his other cases to be reviewed because essentially the argument made was that he had enacted his executive privilege in these cases that were brought against him where the judge decided that it was not applicable.
	However, with the Supreme Court decision, his executive privilege goes hand in glove with his immunity and therefore he could not have been charged in these trials that were brought because the information that was utilized was privileged information and that's something that's his executive privilege goes hand in glove with his immunity and We'll look at how that plays out.
	But the left has taken this a whole different and very dark direction, if you could believe that, where a lot of people on the internet are going out and saying, hey, you know, with presidential immunity being enshrined by the U.S. subcommittee,
	Supreme Court, what is to prevent Joe Biden from using our military to assassinate his political opponents?
	Going as far as some of them are going as far as to essentially call for that political violence against their enemies.
	And it just shows you what these leftists' true intentions are, what they would do with unmitigated power.
	These are not Well-balanced individuals.
	These are ruthless, power-hungry sycophants who have nothing but disdain for the rule of law in our constitutional republic.
	They love nothing more than for it to be a democracy of mob rule where they can convince the masses through brainwashing and propaganda that their ideological stance on, you know, everything from
	The general mutilation of children to murdering innocent babies to, you know, destroying our nation's economy in the name of saving planet Earth, which is not even a real thing as far as how that would work logistically.
	They will do anything to affect their ends, but essentially what their ends are is they believe And we'll never, I mean, communism is going to be a thing.
	They believe in communism.
	They believe in the idea of the utopia that they can create.
	Like, if they just had full control of us, if you just absolved, or if you just basically gave up your individual autonomy and your freedom, and let them take control of your life entirely, that they could create a paradise on Earth.
	But it reminds me of the hubris that led to so many different nations failing and falling throughout Scripture.
	When you read the Bible, this is the mistake that most, you know, all civilizations make, especially when they begin to become so high off their own ego and hubris that they believe that they can do that which God has decided not to do, which is create a perfect paradise here on Earth, Um, they think they can do that.
	And, you know, it's funny to me that they're so historically illiterate that they don't understand what's happened in the past.
	Or, if they are aware of, you know, what's happened with communism in every iteration that's taken thus far, where it fails and leads to murder and death and chaos and anarchy, eventually and destruction, they say, well, you know, they just, those communists just didn't know how to do it right.
	They didn't know how to execute everything exactly the way that we figured it out because we figured out how to do it right this time, which is the song of every communist, right?
	One example though that was interesting was this child who's got a big social media account A lot of children with big social media accounts.
	A lot of children with a high level of influence in our society today, which is fairly disturbing.
	A superfan who loves Joe Biden.
	He's a superfan of Joe Biden.
	His name is, I think his name is Harry Cison.
	I don't know how to pronounce his name.
	You know, you've probably seen him on the TikTok or the Twitter with his little videos where he, you know, a smarmy little, you know, 18, 19 year old Spoiled brat who's drinking the Kool-Aid of the Communist Party in America, Democrats, and has gone full retard on his love and admiration of Joe Biden.
	That's a joke from a movie.
	I'm not using that pejoratively really as a slur against anyone in particular.
	I'm saying it's a joke from a movie.
	If you've seen it, you know.
	If not, I apologize for the crass language.
	But he's gone full Biden, let's say.
	That would be a better way to put it.
	He's full Biden.
	And he's giving us these lectures.
	You know, I remember when I was 18, 19 years old, and I thought I knew everything.
	And it's very easy to get those kind of people, once you ideologically convince them that they're on the right side of whatever the issue is, to just espouse all kind of nonsense and In this case, there might have been a law or two broken.
	But hey, we'll tell you what that was when we come back.

	I'm your host, Craig James, and we're talking about this presidential immunity ruling that's been given by the Supreme Court.
	Of course, their ruling is 6-3 that the former president has absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers.
	So the court held that a former president has absolute immunity for his powers that are constitutionally a part of his purview.
	And, uh...
	A lot of the Democrats have taken this as an opportunity to do some pretty nasty things online, which, you know, they always push the envelope.
	But again, as I said earlier, it gives you an insight into what these people would do with unmitigated power, meaning if we weren't living in a constitutional republic where they were constrained by the rule of law, and we were in a true democracy where it was mob rule, and they had full control somehow through whatever their manipulation propaganda tactics,
	That they would be hardcore authoritarian rulers who would be essentially the tyrants that we fought a revolution to overthrow in the first place.
	Here's a great example.
	One of the biggest supporters for Joe Biden in the Gen Z population, a big TikTok social media person, has come out now and said, said this.
	This was his quote.
	This is a quote from his tweet.
	Quote, according to the Supreme Court, Biden could now send in SEAL Team Six to take all of them out.
	He could send in the military, military to take out Trump.
	He has immunity, quote unquote, for his official acts now.
	End quote.
	All right.
	So I don't even know where to begin with that.
	Um, I guess what his insinuation now is that they should see here's the thing that really is not surprising but it's also very disturbing.
	The Democrats and their supporting base, I mean, these are not intellectual titans, let's be honest.
	We're not talking about the high IQ members of the Democrat Party, even though they're questionable, some of them as well.
	We're talking about, you know, a 19-year-old, whatever this kid is, 18, 19, 20, or he's 21, excuse me, 21-year-old kid who, you know, thinks he knows it all.
	He's got it figured out.
	21 years on this earth, he has figured out everything there is to know.
	And he knows that Joe Biden is the penultimate savior of this democracy, as they like to call it, even though it's a constitutional republic.
	So, he's telling us and lecturing to us about, you know, how Donald Trump's unhinged and how he's, you know, he's a criminal and da-da-da-da-da.
	And then in the same breath, he's calling for literally assassinating the political opponent of his parties, you know, who would be standing in opposition to his party, I should say.
	So, I mean, you've got to take a pause for a minute and say, well, that's disturbing, right?
	I mean, listening to a 21 year old kid spout off about how they know it all, it's not really that big a deal in the scheme of things because we all know And probably were 21 at one point or another or younger and thought we knew everything and realized that we didn't at some point.
	Some of you didn't have that problem because you were probably raised correctly and had good parents and maybe had a good head on your shoulders and God bless you.
	We're all thankful for you out there.
	We need more of that but some people like myself We're a bit of a knucklehead when I was younger, and I thought I knew everything as well.
	I've told my story here a thousand times, but I'll tell it a thousand and one now.
	You know, when I was in high school and college, I kind of strayed from my faith, got indoctrinated by the left-wing education system, and as I progressed through college, I kind of had this awakening, you know, starting off as From high school into my early years of college, I was kind of a hard leftist, right?
	A liberal, if you will.
	I mean, not as the liberals are today, like a traditional liberal, meaning... You guys remember, like, back ten years ago, when the Democrat Party wasn't full of insane maniacs who wanted to mutilate children and do... They were just kind of like, more of like a libertarian party.
	The more left-wing was the libertarian, not...
	The psychotic, deranged, LGBTQ child grooming mutilators, child mutilators.
	No, I was more in that camp, the libertarian camp.
	And it was through my interactions in college and the real world subsequently thereafter, that I slowly and obviously my being born again as a Christian was a huge step in the direction toward, you know, bringing me into this more conservative viewpoint.
	And I think that's a logical, you know, viewpoint.
	I know it's a logical viewpoint now, given what I've experienced, because I've seen both sides.
	You know, some people God bless you.
	If you've grown up your whole life and been a conservative your whole life and you've never strayed to the other side, some people don't have that firsthand experience of seeing what these people are like.
	And I've seen it.
	I've seen the hypocrisy.
	I've seen the two-sided nature of it all.
	I've seen both sides of it.
	And I can tell you right now through experience what I learned during my time interacting with the left as a quote-unquote leftist myself that There was only pain, there was only suffering, there was only self-hatred.
	You know, that's what their culture tends to breed, right?
	It's this false...
	This false idea of liberation, right?
	You're liberated to go out and do things that you wouldn't otherwise do just because you're free to do them, right?
	And you're unrestrained.
	But as I've gotten older, thanks be to God, I've learned about restraint and why it's so important and why moderation is so important and why You know, conservation is so important.
	And, you know, the things that they want to conserve are not the things that are going to bring us fulfillment and happiness in life.
	And that's why they continually try to fill those empty voids inside themselves with these, you know, virtuous in their mind, these things that signal their virtue outwardly.
	Because inwardly, they're morally bankrupt, right?
	And they know it because there's always that voice inside of you, you know, that you hear when you're doing something you know is not right.
	That's saying, you know, this isn't right.
	You know this isn't right.
	And I know for a fact that they all have that voice.
	Well, the ones who aren't, you know, demonically possessed or mentally ill.
	But they have that voice, right?
	There's that voice saying, you know, what are you doing?
	Why are you?
	Why are you doing these things?
	Some of these people that are really sick, you know, they're demonically possessed.
	I mean, the stuff that these people do at these parades in front of children, heinous, disgusting acts.
	I mean, these people are nearly beyond reproach.
	They're beyond saving, but at least in what I think I can do.
	I don't know.
	I'm not a miracle worker.
	Only God is.
	God could work a miracle in any of these people, and we hope he does.
	But, you know, there are those people who are just, I'd say it's about 4% to 6% maybe, ideological, hardcore zealot, demonically possessed, you know, you name it, They're living in that realm.
	But then the rest of them I think know what they're doing is wrong, but are doing it to fit in, to fill the void maybe that's left when you reject God.
	That's a deep and never-ending abyss that you'll continue to pour everything you can into to fill, but it'll just continually remain empty until you fill it with the Holy Spirit, and that comes through Jesus Christ and God.
	So, this is what I see these people doing, because I've seen both sides.
	And, you know, when I hear a kid saying that We should use the military to literally murder a former president, the leading political candidate in the United States.
	Well, the first thing I think to myself is, you know, A, Secret Service, FBI.
	We should probably go have a talk with this young lad.
	Like, hey, it's probably not appropriate to do these, to call for this kind of stuff on On your social media platform, right?
	But B, moreoverly, I'm reminded that if we're gonna win this battle, right, between what we say is, quote, good and evil, which it is, then we're gonna have to not only lead by example, but we're gonna have to have strong rebukes, and we're gonna have to stand in opposition.
	Right?
	It's not enough to lead by having a good example.
	It's about stating an opposition to this kind of stuff.
	Because we all have seen the examples of how this gets out of control and how quickly it can happen.
	I mean, go study for any amount of time the communist revolution, the Maoist revolution in China, and you'll quickly see that things progressed in that revolution at a high rate of speed, right? and you'll quickly see that things progressed in that revolution Almost to a point where some people said one day everything was fine,
	and the next day they were being dragged down to the street and beaten into submission to an authoritarian regime that they didn't really pay much and the next day they were being dragged down to the street and beaten into submission to an authoritarian regime that they didn't really pay much attention to because . . . . .
	So, this is where we're heading.
	It's not an irreversible track.
	We can write the course.
	The Supreme Court ruling, fine.
	I mean, it is what it is.
	You know, we've had the Supreme Court make some interesting rulings over the last few days.
	We have them coming out here and saying, you know, this about presidential immunity, which not only does it protect Trump, but it also protects all these other criminal presidents from all their actions.
	So that's an interesting thing to remember, is that the precedent that's been set here by The courts ruling on this issue has now and will now apply directly to former presidents and Joe Biden as well.
	So I don't think that point should be lost on people out there because the Supreme Court, as I've said before, are wholly, wholly dependent on this corrupt system to maintain and uphold their legitimacy, right?
	So, that's why they've made these very specific rulings over the last few days, weeks, months, etc.
	is because this is all a part of them solidifying their authority and their legitimacy.
	Think about it.
	The ruling that we had, what was the last week, where they came out and essentially said that the government can influence social media companies to shut down free speech that they don't like, that ruling was a ruling in favor of this deep state, the bureaucracy, the federal power structure, this tyranny that we're facing.
	Now, I'm all for a federal system.
	I think it works when it's done correctly, but we're at a point now where it couldn't be more clear that
	If the federal system is completely inundated and captured by complete and totally corrupt politicians and bureaucrats who are beholden not to the American people but to global spanking cartels and foreign oligarchs and corrupt crime families in the United States,
	Then the federal system has failed, right?
	And the Supreme Court is terrified of, you know, the system failing.
	That's why they're ruling on all this stuff.
	That's why they're ruling on this presidential immunity, right?
	They can't undermine the legitimacy of the presidency because that would undermine the federal bureaucracy's authority.
	And so they had to make this decision.
	It just so happened to be, you know, one that helped Trump, you know, temporarily.
	But in the long run, I could see this being used, of course, in a way that protects all of the past criminal actions of the presidents.
	Right?
	So, their hand was forced.
	They made their decision.
	And of course, Joe Biden's going to come out and say, oh, well, this is an affront to democracy and blah, blah, blah.
	But he knows just as well as everyone else knows that this, this ruling is helping him as well.
	Because he'll be able to say, well, son of a, you know what?
	I gave the prosecutor all that money.
	I gave, I said I wasn't going to give him a billion dollars and what do you think happened next?
	The prosecutor got fired.
	You know what I mean?
	So it's like all the crimes now, of course that was when he was vice president, so maybe that is why he's a little worried because that crimes, those crimes aren't necessarily covered under this act, this decision, but I don't know.

	We're talking about Trump's immunity that has been ruled on by the Supreme Court.
	And my argument is simple.
	I believe, I mean, as far as I can see it, the ruling has been a blessing for the criminals of the past, the criminal presidents of the past.
	Trump, of course, He's going to be the beneficiary simply because he is the one who is under these criminal indictments now for, you know, obviously crimes that weren't really crimes anyway, but I mean, taking out a loan and paying it back with interest that the bank agreed to give you on time.
	Yeah, no, it's crime of the century there.
	A bunch of bogus, you know, accusations from a bunch of mentally unstable women.
	You know, that kind of thing.
	It's like, all right, and they even changed the laws to ensure that could happen.
	So as far as the state laws go with statute of limitations, so those are not necessarily crimes that I'm referring to, especially when I'm talking about presidents.
	We're talking about bribery, corruption, treason, you know, that kind of thing.
	They're the beneficiary of all that, unfortunately for everybody.

	No immunity for acts not following under the definition of official.
	For example, no president can murder and have immunity.

	I think one of the parts of the arguments of Trump's lawyers in that case was that, you know, as an official act, the president can order a drone strike, right?
	But, and then that's, I guess, a part of, you know, his war power or whatever it is.
	But then the questions brought up, well, what if they drone strike American citizens?
	Right?
	Well, how would that work?
	Because that's what Obama did.
	So I don't know what they're going to say with that gray area there, but yeah.
	Yeah, I guess that would be interesting.

	A lot of these very active leftists, especially, you know, it's interesting, you go, every now and then there'll be a story that pops up where you have these, you know, kind of climate activists or the Antifa or the BLM or the whoever will get arrested and it'll turn out that they come from this, you know, ultra, ultra wealthy family, right?
	Like, and you think to yourself, well, why would you?
	How would you be doing anything?
	I mean, you're set for life.
	What do you care?
	But this is the problem with our culture because it proves the point that the majority of people who are active in those movements, right, whether it's BLM, Antifa, Biden, whatever, the majority of those people, and I'm talking about like the real active zealot people, They are not.
	They're doing it as a form of fitting in, right?
	It's a form of social acceptance.
	They want to fit in with a group.
	So they're identifying in a certain way.
	So then it's the same with LGBTQ stuff.
	So it's more like a social clique that they're trying to get into as it's the popular kids, right?
	In high school, you know, when we were growing up, Kevin, you'll probably recall, you know, you had the popular kids, you had the people, you know, it was like different cliques.
	And this is the new clique.
	This is the new popular kids.
	And this is what they want to fit in with.
	And this is what they... And so it doesn't matter.
	He doesn't really care about Joe Biden and his policies.
	Like you said, he's rich, he's wealthy.
	He'll never worry about money the rest of his life.
	So he's adopted this persona that gives him social acceptance so he can ingratiate himself with his peers who he sees doing the same thing, right?
	And they all do that off of one another because there's no independent thinkers.
	His social stature is way more important than his bank account right now in his mind.
	Oh yeah, of course.
	And I can actually... Sarah Fields, I think is her name, she's the one that pointed out that every citizen comes from money.
	His mom and dad's wealthy.
	Real estate deals, along with some other Democrat stuff going on there, they're very wealthy.
	I don't think so.
	Oh, if I say this, then everybody... I went to college with them.
	Well, and remember, all of these things are being manufactured, and this is all a part of the way that culture is being manipulated.
	This is psychological warfare at its finest.
	This is, you know, Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals.
	This is why the leftists have targeted higher education, because they know that that's a gateway into culture, and culture is how they control the masses.
	So, culturally, if you can convince people that the trendy, cool thing is to, you know, love the government and submit and be a subservient slave, then they're all going to do it because it's the way that they see an entry point to social acceptance.
	That is one thing, but hey, Kevin, you know, I have an interesting experiment that I just thought of here.
	What if, I mean, what would be an interesting experiment to me would be if we take little Harry and little Harry Sison, and we take away his, you know, parents' credit cards that he probably uses to pay for everything in his life, and we take away whatever money he's been handed.
	I told him, hey, all right, you know, we're gonna do this quick experiment.
	Let's get you a real job, nine to five, you know, you work five, six, seven, maybe days a week, and you gotta go pay rent, and you gotta do it all on your own, and you gotta do it without your TikTok money, without your, you know, without Biden spending all, giving you all this money.
	You have to do just a regular, hard, day-to-day job, regular labor, like we all had to do.
	Normal people like us, who've had to do it our whole life, right?
	We get up, we work hard, we go home, And that's how we live our life, right?
	And just see how quickly he goes from being a hard leftist to a staunch conservative as soon as he sees that first paycheck and looks at all the amounts of money that have been deducted from his paycheck, right?
	Look at the amount of taxes, FICA, federal withholding, Medicare tax, Medicaid tax, all that.
	Yeah, his tune would change.

	And this is indicative of the disconnect between I've seen in the culture is that, you know, most of these kids, if you think about it, they're at college.
	They don't even have a true grasp on what the real world is like.
	I mean, their parents are paying for everything.
	The institution is providing all of their, you know, meals and housing and they're being indoctrinated.
	I mean, you talk about a cult, you know, they always want to say we're in a cult, Kevin.
	I mean, there's nothing more cultish than that, right?

	And look, I always enjoy having our good friend, Kevin Cullen.
	He made a great point.
	You know, I wanted to make it official without really making it official, but I guess I'll make it kind of official now.
	The plan from here going forward is that on Mondays, we will be playing the sermons from Pastor Dean Miller here when they're available on the show, because I really do think You know, the answer to solving all of these issues comes from Scripture.
	It comes from biblical discernment.
	It comes from having a greater understanding, which is definitely a part of why, you know, I try to bring you guys basically ways to find that, you know, whether it's a sermon from my pastor at Front Range Baptist, Pastor Dean Miller, or it's giving you guys tools to access to get Pastor Dean Miller, or it's giving you guys tools to access to get your own scriptural discernment on a daily basis, like with I really do.
	That's like my goal in life.
	I'm not here ideologically to win you over to my political belief system.
	I'll tell you what I believe about things, but I'm not here to do that.
	I'm here to bring people to God.
	To deliver them.
	Not even that I'm the one delivering them, but imagine your life's a highway And even if I'm just a road sign you pass somewhere along your journey, that sign is not pointing to Trump.
	That sign's not pointing to any man but one, and that is Jesus.
	That's, that's, the sign, if I was a sign on a highway as you're driving in the day of your life, and you look to your right and you're passing it, the sign would just say Jesus with an arrow pointing up.
	Because look, that's what I'm here for.
	I've realized a long time ago that that's my purpose.
	Now, will that lead to wild fame, success, riches, and all the rest?
	I don't know.
	I don't know God's plan.
	Maybe.
	Probably not.
	But I'm not in this world fighting for those things.
	I'm in this world fighting for God, not because of any other reason than when He saved me and gave me the greatest gift in the world, which is my eternal salvation, the first thing I thought was, man, I want to give this to everyone I know.
	It's the best gift I've ever received and ever will receive.
	And that's why I want to spend every day of my life sharing His word, right?
	So, you know, you can look at it and say, oh, I'm this or that.
	And I think that has freed me to say what I believe, right?
	Because I'm not encumbered by fear of losing things that are of this world, whatever it may be.
	Because ultimately, I understand and recognize that what's of this world will come to nothing, but what's not of this world is eternal, and that's what we should be focusing on.
	That's where we should be storing our treasure.
	That's where we should be putting our spiritual savings into.
	Right?
	If we had a spiritual 401k, or a spiritual IRA, or a spiritual retirement account, it's in heaven.
	I know it's kind of a weird analogy, and I don't mean that literally.
	I'm sure there's ways you can poke holes in that, but I'm just saying, in that regard, that's my life, right?
	That's what I'm here for.
	I know that that's my purpose.
	God showed it to me.
	He gave it to me.
	He put it on my shoulder and said, here you go.
	Now I'm not perfect, and I'm going to make mistakes, and I'm going to fall short, but I get up every morning, thank God, pray, repent, start over.
	If I've ever failed or fell short, I trust that God is a God of mercy and love who sees what's in my heart.
	And you can do that same thing.
	You can have that same thing.
	It's pretty simple.
	You just give your life to Christ.
	Then work tirelessly every day to give Him the glory.
	Knowing that in our human condition we're going to fail and fall short, yes, that's of course a part of the process.
	None of us are perfect, but God sees what's in our hearts.
	He knows what intentions we bring to the table.
	He knows the outward person just as much as He knows the inward person.
	He sees you.
	He sees right through us.
	So remember that, you know?
	That's how you've developed character and integrity, is first in that humble submission to God, saying, I know you see everything.
	I know you know everything.
	I know you know what's in my heart.
	Let my heart be pure.
	Let my heart be cleansed.
	Let my heart have pure intention in what I do.
	Let my heart be driven by the scripture you've given us.
	Let my heart be driven by the discernment you provide through what you show us in our lives.
	And in that way, we can do great things.
	But, I will say this.
	We have a lot of news I'm going to try to cover and I also want to play a little later in the show.
	Very fascinating.
	We had a few, I got a few Tucker clips I thought were interesting.

	Which, interestingly enough, House Democrats have already promised to file constitutional amendments to reverse the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.
	Well, you know who's not going to like to hear that?
	Barack Obama, Joe Biden, George Bush, Bill Clinton?
	They're not going to like to hear that!
	Because that could be a bad thing for them.
	Not so much Trump.
	Yeah, we'll see how that all plays out.

	Welcome back to Just a Forum Talk Radio, I'm your host Craig James.
	You know, we're talking about this ruling from the Supreme Court, and it's been an interesting set of conversations that we've come across here.
	Some of the things that were interesting would be, for instance, the minority report or the, excuse me, the dissenting minority, Sonia Sotomayor, chimed in and basically came forward.
	And she said she proved how stupid she was when she said, quote, the president is now making a king or is now a king above the law, unquote.
	She said, as she echoed the, what somebody said about the hypothetical SEAL Team 6 assassination scenario, where Judge Florence Pan gave a hypothetical.
	She said, quote, orders.
	Versus Navy SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival.
	Immune.
	Organizes a military coup to hold on power.
	Immune.
	Sotomayor wrote in her dissent.
	With fear for our democracy, I dissent.
	Well, you know, it's a constitutional republic, which I wish they would get that right.
	But, you know, you'd think the chief just, not the chief justice, but one of the Supreme Court justices, one of the highest judicial positions in the country, would know the difference between democracy and constitutional republic, but I guess would know the difference between democracy and constitutional republic, but I um...
	The court's majority opinion absolutely torched Sotomayor.
	Uh, here is, this is Chief Justice Roberts.
	Let's hear what he had to say.
	Now, I'm not a big fan of Justice Roberts, but let's hear his majority opinion.
	It says, as for the dissents, they strike a tone of chilling doom that is wholly disproportionate to what the court actually does today.
	Conclude that immunity extends to official discussions between the president and his attorney general, and then remand to the lower courts to determine in the first instance whether and to what extent Trump's remaining alleged conduct is entitled to immunity.
	So that's what he wrote here.
	He went on and said, "...unable to muster any meaningful textual or historical support, the principal of dissent suggests that there is an established understanding that former presidents are answerable to the criminal law for their official acts." He says, "...conspicuously absent is mention of the fact that since the founding, no president has ever faced criminal charges, let alone for his conduct in office."
	And accordingly, no court has ever been faced with the question of a president's immunity from prosecution.
	All that our nation's practice establishes on the subject is silence.
	Coming up short on reasoning, the dissents repeatedly level variations of the accusation that the court has rendered the president above the law.
	He went on and said, the dissent's positions in the end boil down to ignoring the Constitution's separation of powers and the court's precedent, and instead fear-mongering on the basis of extreme hypotheticals about a future where the president feels empowered to violate federal law.
	And then it goes on and says, the dissents overlook the more likely prospect of an executive branch that cannibalizes itself with each successive president free to prosecute his predecessors, yet unable to boldly and fearlessly carry out his duties for fear he may be next.
	And then it goes on and says, the dissents overlook the more likely prospect of an executive branch that cannibalizes itself, with each successive president free to prosecute his predecessors, yet unable to boldly and fearlessly carry out his duties for fear he may be next.
	For instance, which has been, Section 371, which has been charged in this case, is a broadly worded criminal statute that can cover any conspiracy for the purpose of impairing, obstructing, or defeating the lawful function of any Department of Government.
	So, yes, it does help Trump.
	Yes, this is going to help him.
	But it also protects the criminals who have ran our country in the past, to a degree.
	So you've got to look at this.
	It's a double-edged sword.

	They said, can you please talk about what's happening in France and how that might affect us?
	Thank you.
	Yeah, I can talk about it briefly.
	I'm not an expert on French politics, but I do have a very brief and kind of, you know, I have a brief synopsis of what's happening there and how it's going to affect this.
	I'll give you my take on it.
	But again, I would seek out other resources for this as well.
	I wouldn't just take my opinion, as again, I'll concede I'm not an expert in French politics.
	Essentially, what's happened there is that their country has been overrun by these illegal immigrants.
	They're on the verge of all-out war with Russia through Ukraine, and there's been a tide-turning set of events that have basically started pushing the population away from this unmitigated mass migration because it's been a calamity for their nation.
	And this has led to the rise of some what they call far-right, extreme-right leaders who are really just, you know, moderate conservatives, really.
	Namely, the one being Marine Le Pen, who've basically been able to grow their party size exponentially over the past few election cycles here in these parliamentary elections because France is ran in a parliamentary who've basically been able to grow their party size exponentially over and in a parliamentary system you have you
	You don't have it like we do in the United States, where you have this kind of bicameral, two-party system of control.
	You have the parliamentary system, which is similar but different, especially in regard to how it's ruled.
	In a parliamentary system, mostly, you know, you have various parties across the spectrum who then have elections, and then they earn seats in the parliament, and the parliament is separated into all these different, you know, kind of political groups who then have to
	form alliances usually to have control of the parliament.
	So meaning if there were in the United States, let's say if there were five different Democrat parties, right?
	Like they were all it was like the climate party, the LGBT party, the, you know, the African American Party and whatever it is, you know, you break it down however you want politically.
	That those parties would then form a coalition and then they would they would basically run the government as a coalition where they have to negotiate with one another in order to stay in power and they at any time one group could leave that coalition and make the the two whatever groups are left into a weaker coalition that wouldn't have a majority rule.
	So you have to form a coalition that's strong enough to be the quote-unquote majority of parties in there.
	That's a very, this is not, don't take, this is not like a lesson in political science by the way, this is just my very elementary understanding of parliamentary systems.
	Now, what's happening in France right now is you have this kind of
	Far-right, they're calling it, political party led by Marine Le Pen, who's been growing exponentially in power to the point now where they're like 30 or so, 30 or 35 percent of the parliament is going to be filled with members from this party, this far-right, quote-unquote, party.
	And, of course, there is also, just like in the United States, there's kind of like a rhino, fake conservative party that's in opposition to the far-right, quote-unquote, party, and then there's the left-wing party, which is the Macron coalition, which is kind of made up of a number of different political parties on the left-wing spectrum, political spectrum, left side.
	So essentially what's happened in France, as my understanding is, is that the political establishment is freaking out because this quote-unquote far-right party led by Marine Le Pen is doing things like Putting forth what they call a radical agenda.
	And you hear this is their radical agenda, slashing immigration, ending birthright citizenship, and creating a national preference for French citizens on social housing and welfare programs.
	That's, that's the radical right wing agenda that they are terrified of.
	Now you think about it, and that's like, that's like moderate Democrats in America, basically, right?
	But in Europe, this is like far-right stuff, right?
	So, and maybe the ending birthright citizenship's a little more right-wing than you would say here.
	But regardless, this party's grown in size from like, it was like 5%, then 12%, now it's like 35% almost, and they're freaking out.
	So what's happening, and interestingly enough, instead of the conservative quote-unquote mainstream party that's in opposition to this right-wing party but also in opposition to the macro and leftists,
	Instead of them forming a coalition with Marine Le Pen and her party and creating this, you know, which would take control of France essentially for the conservatives, it looks like they're going to do, you know, exactly what our rhino traders do in Congress here, and they're going to side with the bureaucracy, side with the leftists to try to form a coalition against Marine Le Pen, even though
	In the parliamentary system, their numbers are like astronomical as far as support goes.
	So how will that affect us?
	I don't see it affecting us directly.
	I mean, maybe in an indirect way with regard to Ukraine and what the policy is like.
	But like I said, if you look at what their agenda is, I mean, it's so radical, right?
	Putting French citizens first above illegals and ending birthright citizenship so that all the people who are flooding their country don't automatically become citizens as soon as they get born.
	And cutting back the unmitigated immigration.
	I mean, I don't know that that will have a direct effect on us, other than it's a good thing, generally speaking.
	So that's my take on it.
	Fact check me if I'm wrong on anything.

	One of the things that I wanted to cover, though, is what's happening in other countries, which is very interesting to me.
	Of course, you have Tucker Carlson doing some great work.
	He's actually been traveling around the world, as it were.
	He was in Australia most recently, and he gave some very powerful remarks there, which I think are interesting and I want to share.
	But even beyond that, we also had Tucker talking about something very interesting just recently, We'll get into that here a little bit later in the show, but a couple things I want to touch on before we go much further.
	Let's start with this.
	I have this great clip here that I think tells you everything you need to know, right?
	You want to know about Fox News, you want to know about how they feel about you and us, etc.
	Well, let me give you this clip.
	Neil Cavuto and Bill Barr, the former attorney general, listen to their exchange mocking Steve Bannon.
	You know, Bannon says I'm the first to go to prison under President Trump.
	I don't lose any sleep over it.
	I'm not worried about that.
	I think he's in prison right now himself.
	Let me ask you, Bill Barr, finally, if you weren't.
	I don't mean to make a mistake.
	But Steve Bannon's been very vocal about his disdain for Barr, Bill Barr, and what he's done and how he should be in prison, which I agree with wholeheartedly. - Exactly.
	All these people should be in prison, and I mean all these people, not just a few.
	Everyone who violated the law, everyone who, you know, committed this treasonous act against our nation, they should all be facing Very serious charges, but that's not the world we live in.
	We live in a world where, you know, there's injustice and it's real and it's making itself known and clearly it's visible.
	But you listen to that conversation, just that short clip there, that little repertoire where you have Neil Cavuto, you know, mocking Steve Bannon, who's a political prisoner in jail.
	With I mean this is the establishment folks if you think Fox News and I and I know it's like beating a dead horse because we all know Fox News is fake news just as much as CNN it's like the same thing just it's gatekeeping for the conservatives just like CNN's gatekeeping for the liberals it's like they're just gatekeepers they make sure you don't you don't think outside the box as they say but
	Neil Cavuto mocking Steve Bannon in prison is the ultimate, you know, form of an elitist type, the ultimate example of an elitist situation where you just have this, this elitist mentality of, you know, Steve Bannon's in jail.
	I'm on with Steve, with the real Attorney General Bill Barr, who's not in jail.
	This is what they do, the sycophants.
	They cozy up to the authoritarians so that they can gain favor, and that's all these people are.
	They're smarmy little rats, just to be very clear.
	Now, another club I want to play is a great exchange between, between, let's see.
	Well, there's a few.
	I don't know.
	I'm trying to decide which clubs I want to play right now.
	However, I do think one of the more important clips to play is this.
	This is Todd Carlson.
	Let's listen to this.
	And this is his comment on Joe Biden's dementia, which I think is interesting.
	Listen to this.
	I watched CNN today and they had the presidential debate, the U.S.
	presidential debate.
	And maybe some of you saw it.
	And if you did, well, it was amazing.
	It was amazing on every level.
	But what was especially amazing was afterward they went to the panel of assembled Democratic operatives posing as journalists and all of them were like shocked to discover that Joe Biden has dementia!
	Like they couldn't believe it!
	What?
	Oh my gosh!
	He's non-compass menace!
	No way!
	Are you serious?
	I'm thinking to myself, what year is it?
	2024-ish?
	Middle-aged people identify with that?
	Okay, 2024, people are saying.
	It was 2019 that I heard from a friend of mine who's friends with his sister, Val, that the family was very upset because Joe has dementia and he's running for president.
	And, well, I said this on TV, by the way, at the time, and was denounced as a racist or something.
	I mean, everything, in the United States, like, that's just, like, the all-purpose term for shut up.
	Um, racist!
	It's like, I think he's white.
	Shut up, racist!
	Okay, anyway, um... But, uh...
	But his sister had told a friend of mine, like an actual friend of mine, one of my neighbors, that the family was upset and that his son, sadly, had passed away.
	By the way, not in Iraq, fighting a war for freedom, but of cancer.
	I don't think he's aware of that.
	But sad.
	And that the family was convinced he needed to kind of get it out of his system by running for president, but of course no one's gonna, like, make Joe Biden the nominee because we had Pete Buttigieg for that.
	Now it's a joke, but at the time they were like, people are gonna love Pete Buttigieg.
	He's incompetent, but he's gay!
	Great!
	And then people are like, what?
	No.
	So they had to go to Joe Biden, and he actually became the nominee and then somehow became the president.
	But it was obvious the whole time that he had no idea where he was, and that it was cruel, and that his grasping, horrible wife, who like poses as a doctor, was pushing this so she could go to state dinners.
	And everyone knew this like there's not one person who didn't know this and when you travel outside our borders you know people are always so nice about other people's countries like they don't attack you to your face and obviously I'm the most American person who's ever lived and I love my country and I'm gonna die there and would die for it without even thinking that's how much and I mean that so everyone wants to be polite to you about your country and when like if I ever went to New Zealand I wouldn't mention Jekinda Adhern or what you know what I mean that would be rude I wouldn't say like, oh, that retarded girl with the teeth, is she here?
	You know, I wouldn't.
	That would be... No, I wouldn't.
	Because...
	That's not something a guest says, right?
	You're in someone else's, you know, you're having dinner at someone's house like the food is appalling.
	What's so good?
	You know what I mean?
	But even given the high standards of politeness offered to foreigners in foreign lands, everywhere I've traveled around the world for the past four years, and it's been a lot of countries, people are like, um, so Joe Biden, um, how is he?
	Well, I think he has dementia.
	He certainly does!
	Like, everybody knows.
	Everybody knows.
	Because they have, I can't remember, the internet.
	And it has video on it.
	And it takes about 15 seconds to determine the leader of the most powerful country in the world, with this mass nuclear arsenal involved in two simultaneous wars, doesn't know what day it is.
	And that's really scary.
	But if you come to the United States, and you're in the media envelope, this, like, fake world created by this disinformation specialist who run our media, that's never mentioned.
	At all.
	It's like everyone pretends... It would literally be like everyone pretending Jaquinda Aderhorn is, like, a legitimate person.
	Which they may have done in New Zealand.
	I wasn't there.
	You know what I mean?
	Where people say, oh, that's the Prime Minister.
	What?
	It's ridiculous, actually.
	But everyone sort of plays along, like it's not happening.
	And this is the whole Emperor's New Clothes story is based on this phenomenon, which is a very human phenomenon.
	But for the media today to be like, wow, we just got the diagnosis.
	This is shocking.
	He can't run for president.
	Either they're really stupid, like too stupid to breathe unaided, or they're liars.
	They're truly dishonest.
	They're hiding the obvious from you.
	And I'm betting on the latter, but even more amazing was the response to that.
	So remember that our media are not just observers of reality, or describers of reality, people who bring you the story, first on the scene, No!
	They're the gatekeepers to reality.
	You don't know what the world looks like except through them.
	They are the pipeline through which all information flows.
	And in the United States, they're political actors.
	They work for a political party.
	In effect, if not officially, they all work for the Democratic Party.
	And the Democratic Party, and I think this is probably true here, has one mission this season, which is to save democracy, which is gravely in peril, you may have heard, by Vladimir Putin, who is ending our democracy.
	Somehow.
	And, don't laugh.
	What are you, you, you Putin lovers?
	Anyway, yeah, okay.
	That's fine, I don't care.
	He's not my president.
	You can love anyone you want, as far as I'm concerned, because I believe in, you know, the autonomy of man.
	You can have your own opinions.
	But the point is, in my country, and probably here, the self-described mission of everyone in the media is to save democracy, and democracy, simply defined, is the idea that the people own their country.
	You know, it's their country.
	And they hire people to represent them.
	But fundamentally, they are shareholders in this enterprise.
	They're owners.
	They're not serfs.
	They're not renting it.
	This isn't a rental car.
	It's your car.
	You change the oil in it because it belongs to you.
	Right?
	And that's what citizenship is.
	And so in a democracy, you know, you don't have to do everything the majority wants every moment.
	But over time, if what you're doing bears no relationship to what the majority wants, then you know for a fact it's not democracy.
	And, you know, you can try to convince people of things.
	You can say, well, you know, you want this, but I think you should want that, and here's why.
	But you can't ignore them, or else it's not a democracy.
	It's an oligarchy.
	And you see yourself as the owner, and they're the tenants, the serfs, the renters.
	And you can just do whatever you want.
	It doesn't matter what they think.
	So that's the most anti-democratic attitude possible, right?
	That attitude is the enemy of democracy.
	And all of a sudden today, these defenders of democracy are like, well, I mean, obviously Joe Biden's got Alzheimer's, and he's super unpopular.
	He can't win.
	Therefore, we need to replace him.
	And it's like, wait a second.
	He was already elected.
	In the biggest landslide ever.
	I don't know if you knew that.
	Like, he got over a billion votes, you know, in our country.
	He got more votes than Black Jesus.
	And because he's just so unbelievably popular.
	People just love Joe Biden.
	It was a landslide, literally a landslide in 2020.
	And that gives him the authority to do whatever he wants, whether you like it or not, because so many of your neighbors voted for him.
	You don't know their names.
	But it happened, okay?
	It happened.
	It's sort of like COVID deaths.
	You never actually met anybody who died of it, but millions did die.
	Everybody voted for Joe Biden except you, so shut up.
	So he has this mandate, this moral mandate to do literally whatever he wants, import 30 million people illegally, and you're not allowed to say anything about it.
	Racist.
	And yet, at the same time, and then Democratic primary voters, just like the other day in our system, the members of the party vote for their nominee.
	He's elected by his own party.
	People actually went to the polls and cast a ballot for him.
	But all of a sudden, because he might not win against the orange man, we need to take his job away from him by force and let the donors put someone in there who can beat the orange man.
	Because that's democracy.
	And that made me start to think for the first time, maybe we're defining the word democracy a little differently.
	Maybe you've got a different understanding of what that means.
	Maybe you think democracy is when we do exactly what you and eight of your friends want.
	That's what you think it is.
	Whereas I think democracy is when you do the will of the majority over time.
	Well, there you go, folks.
	That's Tom Carlson on Joe Biden, and I think that those words are so prescient, what he's saying is so true.
	What he's basically clearly outlining is the difference in mindset that we're facing right now.
	And that's exactly what I was trying to kind of show you guys with what we were talking about earlier with the, you know, Supreme Court ruling and the reaction of leftists.
	Because this Harry Sison kid, he's not, you know, an exception to the rule.
	He is the rule on the left.
	This is what they're all saying.
	They're all saying, essentially, You know, oh, the president has immunity.
	Let's become, you know, more dictatorial, more authoritarian.
	Let's go murder our political opponents.
	I mean, that's what they're saying.
	They're saying, well, this opens the door.
	This opens the door.
	And it's like, no, this is insanity.
	This is craziness.
	This is the kind of talk that leads to civil war.
	This is the kind of talk that leads to chaos.
	And that's what they want, though.
	Because they want a civil war.
	Because remember what Joe Biden likes to remind us of all the time.
	They have nuclear weapons and F-16s, and we don't.
	And like Tucker said, we're serfs.
	We're renters.
	We're peons.
	We are just a moderate, mild inconvenience to them.
	So, things will change, but we'll have to change them.

	I'm your host, Craig James, and we're getting into some very interesting topics today.
	Still a lot more to cover, but, you know, there were some interesting things I wanted to cover briefly here.
	So, you know, with the talk of all this, you know, discussion of presidential quote-unquote immunity, what that means, what it looks like, One of the things that's interesting to watch unfold is the panic that is coming forth with potential military tribunals on the agenda for Trump, right?
	They're saying this is what he could do if he got into power, right?
	And I have this great clip from MSNBC where you can see the panic is real.
	Listen to this.
	Can you explain how if Donald Trump even slightly pushes the envelope on this, which we know he will totally push the envelope, what this could look like in terms of, I mean, there are not going to be people around him who say, listen, I don't have immunity, I can't do that.
	That's not going to be the reality.
	At all.
	And the way that you described him coming into office before is accurate.
	He didn't think he'd win.
	He surrounded himself with people that he thought looked the part and might be good at the job that turned out to be restraints on his power.
	The lesson he learned from that is get rid of all restraints.
	Make sure you only have loyalists working for you at the cabinet level, inside the White House, but also in the bowels of government.
	Make sure that anybody like a McConnell, a Liz Cheney, a Paul Ryan, anybody who has institutional power that could thwart you, get rid of them.
	They're gone!
	All of them!
	There's going to be no person in a position of power in Congress, especially if Republicans win the majority in the House or Senate, who you would say is a Trump critic that would put the brakes on the work that he would do.
	He's not going to have any of those people around him.
	Before, there's people inside of institutions in the government that most people haven't even heard of that could slow things down, gum things up.
	No!
	They know where those positions are now.
	They have all kinds of organizations outside of the campaign that are making sure they have the right people in place.
	Not only that, they're making sure that they have the legal argument for when they take these moves, that they could take it to the court and win.
	The courts have shown a proclivity towards siding with a lot of the stuff that Trump has wanted to do.
	So there won't be restraints.
	So what can he do with it?
	Even the things I just outlined there, he's going to think about using the military in a way he hasn't in the past.
	The Justice Department, throughout history, it's not necessarily written into the Constitution that there has to be this huge level of independence.
	but through tradition and through operation, it has been an independent agency.
	He's been very clear There's not going to be an independent agency.
	He's going to have a loyalist as Attorney General.
	The Attorney General is going to get rid of anybody in the Justice Department that they see as a threat to his power.
	They're going to get rid of the cases that he has.
	He's going to start cases probably against the Biden family.
	He's been very clear in his own words.
	He's going to use that to go after his own critics.
	Yesterday on True Social, he's liking and following these social media posts that talk about creating military tribunals for For Liz Cheney, for Mitch McConnell.
	Might be hyperbole, might not, but certainly shows you the direction that he wants to go.
	And again, there's nothing that I've said in this segment that he has not said or that his people haven't said.
	Yes, seethe with fear, cower.
	Oh my gosh, listen to these people talk.
	It all sounds quite appealing, actually.
	I'm in favor of everything they've outlined here.
	We should do all of these things.
	But beyond that, because we know it's the right thing to do, right?
	We have to have, if we want equal law, right?
	We want law and order.
	We want no one above the law.
	Then this is what needs to happen.
	But they're talking about it using all of these scary terms, right, that they use intentionally to try to manipulate the masses into believing that any exercise of power by the opposition party, whether constitutional or otherwise, is a threat.
	It's, it's a, he has loyalists who will just enact his, I mean, you're like,
	It's amazing to me how we've come to a point where the cognitive dissonance is so strong with a lot of these things that are running, these operations, and the people's cognitive dissonance is so strong in not seeing it that, you know, this guy just outlined Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, I mean, everything.
	And do you see how they say things that, like, He kind of say things in passing that if you're not paying attention would just seem innocuous, but they're really very substantial, right?
	Did you notice the part where that person outlines that he said Trump's not going to have anyone in his way to gum up the system?
	To gum up the system.
	What do you think he's insinuating when he says gum up the system?
	I would like to hear your thoughts on that.
	Because the way I interpret that, you know, obviously you could give him this, you know, benefit of the doubt in saying, oh, well, he just meant a check and a balance, right?
	A balance to the weight of the authority of the president.
	Okay, but I would perceive it based on historical example, right, which we have plenty of, given Trump did serve for four years, and that was the context of the reference, to mean that Trump will be wise to the
	unsavory games that the deep state would play in trying to encumber him as the executive, as the executive commander in chief of the executive branch.
	So what they're essentially saying in that, you know, very telling interview is that their biggest fear is that Trump will in fact be savvy of their schemes and scams that they've very telling interview is that their biggest fear is that Trump will in fact be savvy of their schemes and scams that they've used in the past to hinder him from being able to fully enact the authority he had and was
	Now they can put all these different, you know, qualifiers around it and say things like, oh, he's gonna, he's gonna target his political opponents with his loyalists, and they can say all these scary things, but A, what part of, you know,
	At what point do we realize the Alinsky tactic of projection being implemented by these communists and their clever treachery that they time and again utilize, right?
	They say this so flippantly that it's almost unbelievable, yet here we are, where they're saying, well, you know, Trump's gonna Trump's going to go and weaponize his government against his enemies.
	I mean, really?
	I couldn't imagine.
	Where have I seen that before?
	And the truth is, to anyone who's been paying attention, who is not You know, it's funny because I feel like the reason conservatives both fail and succeed often is because of our objectivity, our clarity of thought and mind.
	We try not to allow, in the most part, our emotions cloud our judgment, whereas most of the leftists seem to be driven by emotion and logic and You know, rational thought kind of take a backseat to their, to how they're driven.
	And, and their passion is what leads them to be effective and successful in a lot of ways.
	But their passion also leads to blunders and mistakes.
	And they've just, they've, they've, in every success, they've created a pitfall of a next mistake, a future, a future pitfall for themselves.
	And this is just the exact same thing here.
	Because they're not contemplative.
	They don't think that far ahead.
	At least the masses.
	There are some manipulators and people who take the time to really think things to a higher level.
	But mostly, everything they do is reactionary.
	And that's gonna be their downfall, I think.
	So we'll see how that all plays out.

	We're going to get into a few interesting things.
	I want to talk briefly about this story which I found And I can only harken back to the words I've said here time and again, which is that we are being ran by a bunch of corrupt, spineless, uniparty degenerates who have no interest in actually following through on the words they say.
	Everything they say is a false promise.
	That is, swiftly backtracked on after the effect is done.
	Meaning, they will say what they have to, to create an effect, to create a sort of reaction, and then they will backtrack immediately.
	And this is no different.
	Here we are.
	So if you'll recall, it was representative Anna Paulina Luna, who initially came out with a very strong hardline stance and she was backed by people like dan crenshaw remember this and i and i had my reservations and doubts about this because i said at the time when this story broke which was i believe last week or so or maybe the yeah i think it was last week i said very clearly i said look
	i don't trust this because dan crenshaw's on board and there are other rhinos there i don't see any people who i really trust in congress and uh i was i was proven right here it is So basically, she came out and said that Merrick Garland would have to be arrested.
	She said that if he doesn't comply, if he doesn't provide the tapes of the Biden interview with Robert Herr, the special counsel investigation, you know, deposition of the President of the United States, if, if Merrick Garland didn't comply in giving the tapes to Congress because the argument Congress made was that because the transcripts were given to Congress, there could not be any executive privilege declared to withhold it from Congress.
	So it was incumbent upon Merrick Garland and DOJ to turn over the tapes from the recorded conversation of the deposition of Joe Biden because they thought there was more there than what was in the the literal text transcripts that were given to Congress and they wanted to verify it.
	So she said at that time with Dan Crenshaw and a bunch of other questionable folks in Congress that she was proposing that Merrick Garland be thrown in jail.
	I'll repeat them, but you may remember what I said at the time.
	the hard line you know our conservatives are going to lay down the law and throw merrick garland in jail okay do you remember my exact words folks i'll repeat them but you may remember what i said at the time i said i'll believe it when i see it i said i'll believe it when i see it and well what do you know all the time i'll say it's not a good time i'll say it's not a good time
	All of my spidey senses that were tingling when I gave you guys the breakdown of that story previously and how I was very skeptical of anything actually coming of it have now been proven correct here in this story that I'm going to tell you right now.
	They voted to hold Garland in contempt for failing to hand over the Robert Herr audio tapes, and of course, here we are, after promising to direct the House Sergeant-at-Arms take on into custody, Anna Paulina Luna has now changed her tune.
	Oh, I could never imagine why.
	Um, because we're just, we're not represented by real, real representatives.
	These are just, they're actors, okay?
	It's one thing you got to know about these Congress people, and I'll get into that in a second here.
	I'll tell you a story about an actor.
	Um, but essentially now she said, well, we're not going to put him in jail, but we're going to, now we're going to fine him $10,000 a day until he complies with the subpoena.
	Now my prediction for this is there will probably be never be a fine levied against the Attorney General.
	He will not turn over the tapes and they will hope that you forgot that they said they were going to do this at some point in the future.
	So that's my prediction.
	Speaking of how these congressmen and women are all actors, I have a very quick and brief story I'll tell you guys.
	I went out to dinner last night with my beautiful wife, and I'm not going to say where, I'm not going to say anything about where not trying to dox anyone but let's just say we sat down at a table and we weren't getting very good service so we decided to move over to the bar because we thought we'd get quicker service at the bar it's a very popular restaurant and very busy and we were sitting there and lo and behold
	we just so happened to sit next to i'm not going to say who but a sitting u.s.
	Congress member.
	That's all I'm going to say.
	Not going to say names, not going to say locations.
	We sat down next to a sitting U.S.
	Congress member who, I will say this, proceeded to get very inebriated over the course of a couple hours that we were there.
	made several trips to the bathroom with a companion, which we're slightly suspicious if we know what the proclivities of those in Washington are.
	And at one point, while in said bathroom, bathroom left their unlocked cell phone open and sitting on the bar where anyone could have walked up picked it up and took in taken it taking all their personal information gotten the contact information of now i don't know if there's a separate phone that this congress member u.s.
	Congress member, we're talking federal U.S.
	Congress member, uses for if they have a separate phone they use for congressional stuff and and there's nothing on this phone but at minimum this phone could have been used to get their personal texts their personal information any information on the apps that were on their cell phone their and they and they were um very visibly
	intoxicated to the point where they were um slurring their words and making you know kind of nonsensical statements about certain things and And that was my night last night, because we don't usually go out to eat on Monday nights, but by some grace of God, I happened to sit next to a sitting U.S.
	Congress member who is quite inebriated, who
	At one point during their meal left an unlocked cell phone personal cell phone sitting on the bar unattended with nobody looking nobody paying attention for approximately 15 minutes which I mean that if there is stuff on there that's that's related to her congressional They're congressional.
	Oh, I made a slip.
	They're congressional.
	You know, job.
	That's a security risk.
	And then on top of that, it's a personal security risk.
	So please, people stop being careless.
	Stop being flagrant.
	People want to support people.
	But then when you see them and they act like that, how can you support that?
	I'm not going to say who, I'm not going to say where.

	I'm your host Craig James and we're here for our God's Grace Career segment.
	It's our final segment.
	First though, we have a texter from the 818 texting in saying, you were being profiled.
	I guess regarding my story I just gave you about sitting next to a sitting U.S.
	congress member last night and watching them get inebriated to a point of you know high intoxication leaving their personal cellular phone out for anybody to walk by pick up i mean anybody could walk by
	this bar picked up a sitting u.s congress member's cell phone unlocked and walked right out of the bar and had full access to all of their personal information their text messages their apps their you know contact information Now, I don't know, again, if this is a cell phone that is separate from their congressional cell phone that they may have a different phone for, which is very, very possible and likely.
	But even so, you would have access to all of their personal contacts, their plethora of information which could be used in a number of ways to compromise that individual.
	So, but they obviously felt that they were I guess they did what they did.
	If I was being profiled, I doubt it.
	But, you know, still, that's what we see.
	Look, guys, this is what we're seeing.
	Because it was an accident that we were even there, so none of this could have been set up.
	It was just by the grace of God I was sitting there.
	And if you guys do want to know the name of that congressperson, I may say it or may not, I don't want to put people's personal business out there.
	I know some people want to go out and have a good time, but could we please act like adults and stop acting like You know, I mean, this is what I say when I say I don't like certain people in Congress, because they are outwardly one way.
	When they get on a TV or on an interview, they say things that make you think, oh, that person's so great.
	But then inwardly, when they think nobody's watching, or nobody knows that they're where they are, they do things that are... they do things that are untoward, right?
	Let our yes be yes, and let our no be no.
	That is what we should strive to, right?
	But far be it from me.
	Well, I guess that'll bring us... I'll do that for our God's Grace is Greater segment.
	Let's talk about that.
	Let's go to James chapter 5.
	Let's look at verse 12, right?
	This talks about truthful speech.
	It says, Now above all, my brothers, do not swear either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath.
	Your yes must be yes and your no must be no so that you won't fall under judgment.
	And what that means to me is quite simply, we must be outwardly the same we are inwardly.
	If we're going to outwardly present ourselves as those who love God and profess the name of Christ, inwardly, God sees what's there.
	And inwardly, a lot of times, where we think nobody's watching, we think we can get away with things.
	But God sees it.
	And that's why I'm not making any pronouncements of judgment.
	I'm not trying to put this individual on blast.
	But if they happen to have listened to this, or if they happen to know somebody who's listened to this and they know who they are, please, stop what you're doing.
	Stop living this lifestyle that is disingenuous.
	It's not an affront to me as much as it is to God.
	When you act one way outwardly and another way inwardly, God sees it.
	So, that's my words for all of you guys today.
