	We have big developments in the Trump federal case that he is seeking to get presidential immunity from.
	We're going to look at that briefly.
	We're going to talk about what's developing there.
	You know, continuously it becomes more and more apparent that they just don't mind saying the quiet part out loud.
	We're going to show you some Democrat clips that really uncover the truth about the agenda of the far left that has overtaken what, you know, was once a pretty centrist party, if you could even imagine that.
	Comparatively, at least.
	Not in policy, but compared to today, it's gone off a cliff.
	We're going to talk about that.
	We're going to look at some other big stories as well, including the three-judge panel currently ruling on Trump's immunity appeal.
	One of the judges just so happened to be married to an outspoken Trump-hating CEO of a DC-based partnership.
	You can't make this stuff up, of course, but this is where we are.

	And I guess the place where we should probably start is with Well, another story we're going to get into here today that I really want to unpack for everyone.
	You know, you've been probably hearing about this unrest down in Ecuador, right?
	And nobody's really covering this story very closely, other than you're seeing clips on, or at least I'm seeing clips on social media that are pretty graphic and pretty
	Terrifying to most normal people when you see cartels taking over an entire country Launching at what is really this is a real insurrection a real hostile coup happening down there Interestingly enough I'm gonna give you some details on the background of that and I'll get you some information on that as well, but also today I want to talk about An interesting development.
	The first U.S.
	moon lander in 50 years has now had a quote-unquote anomaly and its mission is endangered.
	Wow, really?
	So they're still not able to land on the moon even though we did it so many times in the past.
	How fascinating.
	I don't know where everybody stands on the whole moon landing was fake thing but look folks I
	You have to challenge the validity of the moon landing only because if you look at the the circumstantial evidence at minimum they've lost all the telemetry data by throwing it in a dumpster accidentally and it just disappears you know they can't they haven't been able to recreate quote-unquote the technology that got us to the moon for how many decades now?
	You're telling me it was simpler to get to the moon in the 1960s and 70s than it is today?
	That the technology was, I guess, somehow better?
	Or more reliable?
	I don't know.
	I just don't know how much stock I put into that.
	But we'll talk about it all.
	We're really going to cover the full spectrum here of news, and anything that's breaking as well, because we have stories always Breaking here on air, but I guess the first thing I want to talk about is this appeals court that Trump is appealing to as we speak.
	President Donald Trump showed up in a federal appeals court yesterday seeking to invoke his presidential immunity right, which should clear him of any Possibility of being prosecuted in these sham trials that are happening as we speak.
	Trump's attorney, John Sawyer.
	Oh, yeah.
	appeared before three-judge panel for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday morning to argue Trump's immunity, the claims in Jack Smith's D.C. case.
	The three-judge panel hearing oral arguments on immunity claims is Florence Pan, a Biden appointee, Michelle Childs, a Biden appointee, and Karen Henderson, a Bush appointee.
	Oh, yeah.
	And you know, when you look at these ladies, I cannot stress how I already know what they're going to rule I don't like to judge people based on their appearances, but like I was saying before, The interesting thing is, you know, one of the judges, this Pan judge, is married to a Trump-hating CEO from DC, right?
	And then the other judge is a Biden appointee, you know, left-wing.
	You can just tell when you, and I don't mean that in the sense of like, you know, you should judge people based on their looks, but honestly, at this point, you can just kind of feel what's going to happen here.
	Um, because A, it's a DC court, and B, the more we learn about these judges, the more we're seeing that there's a clear and obvious, um...
	I don't see Trump getting his fair shake of anything in this.
	the fact is we all know Trump can't get a fair case in DC.
	I mean, that that's fairly clear at this point.
	I think most people agree on that.
	And whether it's in a regular case or a federal appellate court, uh, I don't see Trump getting his fair shake of anything in this.
	And that'll probably mean this goes to the Supreme court.
	Obviously, um, the three judge panel hearing is being, uh, conducted as we speak.
	Um, the, the, the, the, the Don't forget, though, that Jack Smith went completely off the rails and told a federal appeals court that Trump's immunity argument would allow him to order his supporters to murder opposing lawmakers.
	His lawyers, Trump's lawyers, have argued that Trump is immune from federal prosecution for alleged crimes committed while he served as U.S.
	President.
	Jack Smith argued that Trump is not immune from prosecution because he could order the murder of his political opponents or sell nuclear secrets.
	And this is a tricky thing, but the argument Trump's lawyers are making in this case, it is very valid, right?
	They're basically saying that a president has an official immunity.
	An executive immunity because they have to do things in office.
	Whatever it may be, that could be consensual crime, but if you tie their hands, then they can't be an executive effectively, right?
	And that there is recourse and action for a president to be held accountable, and that's the impeachment process, where Congress can get together, file formal impeachment charges, and then have a trial in the Senate and in the Congress, and then he can be found guilty!
	And then you can proceed with whatever you want after that.
	Right?
	As far as going after a president.
	That would essentially revoke the immunity.
	But what Jack Smith and his henchmen are arguing is that that doesn't apply to Trump, but somehow it applies to all of the presidents.

	I'm your host, Craig James, and we're talking about President Trump's immunity case that's being heard by a three-judge panel in Washington, D.C.
	This is related to Jack Smith's D.C.
	case against him.
	Trump's lawyers are arguing Trump's immune from federal prosecution for the alleged crimes committed while he served As president of the United States.
	And what crimes are they?
	They are challenging the results of an election with clear and obvious evidence of wrongdoing that led to an incorrect outcome result, a fraudulent result if you will.
	And that's essentially the crime.
	Albeit it's been hidden in all these different layers of legalese that make it sound far worse than what it really is.
	Interestingly enough, you know, Trump's in front of this three-judge panel, two Biden appointees and one Bush appointee, and people go, well, there's a conservative on the court.
	It's like, okay, a Bush appointee and a Biden appointee are the same thing.
	There is no difference.
	Even Trump appointees, to a degree.
	I don't trust them all.
	You know, you have hundreds of judges you're trying to get approved, and you have, you know, a very short amount of time to really go through the background of each one of these individuals, and then they get put on your desk, and, you know, who knows who these people are.
	And then on top of that, people always just discount and say it's conspiracy theory to believe that these judges are compromised, blackmailed, probably involved in, you know, honeypot operations and other things.
	I'm not saying that these particular judges are, that I have evidence that they are, but this is how our country has become, how it's run now, essentially.
	The intelligence agencies, the never-ending bureaucracy, they go, they compromise these judges, these politicians, corporate leaders, celebrities, and then they just become controllable puppets who enact the will of the regime.
	You know, a lot of people say, oh, that's a, you know, wildly blanketed statement to say that not all there are judges with integrity.
	Yeah, I'm sure there are judges with integrity.
	And I'm sure that some of them serve well, and I would trust that.
	But I would also say in the same breath, how can we trust the system when we know it's partially broken?
	What is the doctrine?
	I don't know if this directly applies, but it does in my mind.
	The, you know, fruit of the tainted tree?
	Is that what it's called?
	It's a legal doctrine, basically saying that if something is done or achieved or obtained through illegal means, then essentially that is inadmissible in a court of law.
	And I would argue you could almost apply that same principle to the justice system as a whole, because once the justice system becomes tainted, Even if it's just slightly tainted or mildly tainted, how can you trust any of it?
	If we know things like the Epstein honeypot operation, blackmail operation, was happening, right, and that that was probably being ran by intelligence services, and that they sought out politicians and high-ranking officials and corporate leaders and celebrities so they could gain control,
	And we know that this is a common tactic of the intelligence services, and we know that the CIA and these other intelligence services have been spying on Congress and doing all kinds of illegal things.
	They ramrodded the Patriot Act through so they could expand the deep state and make this all quote-unquote above the board.
	This is disastrous, right?
	Because you lose trust in a system that is supposed to work, obviously, one way, and it's working a complete different way.
	So, I don't trust these judges, especially when, you know, you at least have one of them whose husband is a big anti-Trumper.
	Judge Ngoron up there in New York, his wife's on social media posting, you know, F Trump memes and Trump in a jumpsuit saying, can't wait to see you in jail.
	Paraphrasing.
	It's like, hmm, you think there's a, there's a slight bias there?
	You think there's, there's a slight bit of Trump derangement syndrome driving these people's motivation and actions?
	You know, that's all just conjecture, right?
	That's not even really a substantive argument.
	But it's the feeling... I know I'm not alone.
	I know all of you out there, to one degree or another, have feelings very similar to what I'm describing.
	We all see this.
	And it's just a matter of time before enough people lose faith in this system that it will fall apart.
	And that's what They desperately, desperately, I think some people desperately want it to fall apart.
	I think that's why they accelerate the brazen criminality and they do it with such flagrant, you know, Indiscriminate, you know, action.
	They just don't care.
	They want you to see that it's a two-tiered system.
	They want you to know that you're not going to get a fair shake.
	They want you to see them persecute Trump.
	They want you to know that if you try to stand up against this system, you will face that same fate.
	You will have the entire weight of the federal government with its intelligence services and a corrupt judiciary Working to throw your backside in jail.
	And if you don't believe me, if you think I'm just speaking out of, you know, pure conjecture on that one, just do me a favor and go look up the case of Joe Biggs and Enrique Tarrio and Stuart Rhodes and all those other guys that got, I think there were others too, who got charged with seditious conspiracy, now are serving 20 years in federal prison for
	What happened on January 6th, whereas you had actual communists in Antifa and BLM plotting the destruction of entire city blocks with the purpose of political terrorism and extortion like the mafia would do.
	And they get bailed out by Kamala Harris when she's raising money to fund their, you know, protest bail relief fund.
	So, don't lecture me about how, you know, I'm being hyperbolic or I'm being, you know, overly sensitive.
	The fact of the matter is that the writing's already on the wall, folks.
	It's not a matter of If, when, if or when, it's a matter of what do we do now, right?
	How do we counter this?
	Because just like with Alex Jones, you know, being that he was the canary in the coal mine for censorship online and the advancing of this woke communist agenda to destroy The Constitution and our liberty here in America.
	I can mark, you can mark my words on this that Trump is that canary in the coal mine for our political freedom.
	Because first they took away our digital freedom.
	Right?
	I remember I grew up, I grew up during the advent of the internet.
	There wasn't, I'm like, I feel like one of the people who was blessed and cursed to a degree to grow up at a time when I saw it go from landlines and, you know, beepers.
	Anybody know what a beeper is?
	Maybe your kids don't know that.
	But landlines and beepers to, you know, the internet and connectivity and a global... And the internet, until recently, was essentially the Wild West.
	It was a new frontier.
	But just like in the Wild West, over time, things change.
	Bigger entities, governments get involved, and what was once a free domain is now heavily regulated, and censored, and algorithmically controlled.
	And now with AI augmented, you know, control systems, you literally don't have an ability to speak freely online, and your freedom is subject to, you know, state approval.
	And I don't mean that in the sense of, like, following laws.
	I mean, like, if you don't agree with the narrative, if you're not in the club, or you're not, you know, ignorant of the club even existing, then you don't have freedom, because you can't point out certain truths.
	I just saw today, online, this content creator, his name's Shane Rich, right?
	He goes and he interviews people, and he does those man on the street interviews.
	Sometimes it's funny, because he's...
	kind of a conservative and he goes and he asks, you know, kind of dumb liberals what they think about things.
	And they just they the things people say when you just ask random people on the street, you know, what their view is on politics.
	It really does indicate how low participation, low information, Most of these individuals in our society are, especially those who vote, because they'll vote.
	You'll ask somebody like, are you a Democrat?
	And they'll be like, yeah, heck yeah.
	And then you'll be like, are you, are you voting in all the elections?
	Oh yeah, Obama, Biden, I love them.
	And then you're like, okay, can you name three states in the United States?
	And they're like, hmm, Canada, uh, Austin and Los Angeles.
	And you're like, all right, that's a good talk.
	We're really working with a lot here, right?
	Or you'll ask them like, who was the first President of the United States?
	And they'll be like, Uh, hmm.
	Bill Clinton?
	You're like, oh, okay, yeah, that's the first President of the United States?
	Okay, yeah, makes sense.
	Or, you know, whatever the question may be.
	Anyway, he got his channel taken away.
	By YouTube, something I'm very familiar with.
	I've had that happen.
	You know, he had like a hundred and something thousand subscribers and had, you know, a big channel with big views, which I know that's a career.
	I mean, that is, you generate revenue from that that can, you know, give you a, in some cases, you know, depending on what kind of revenue you're making, a good career.
	I know that I was making a very healthy sum of money before the censorship started, really, when the algorithms were more true and not curated and artificially deviated to suppress content.
	Back in the good old days of YouTube, you could generate a healthy income just by posting content if you had an audience.
	And I know because I did that.
	So watching this guy, Shane Rich, have his channel taken away, it just is a reminder of what I went through post Alex Jones, Canary in the Coal Mine.
	And especially as we head into an election, you know, his video that got him taken down, what he claims at least, is he did a video with Vivek Ramaswamy that was like the most benign video you ever imagined in your life.
	It was like him doing a Rubik's Cube while Vivek Ramaswamy is like saying, we need to have voter ID laws, essentially.
	And you're like sitting there thinking to yourself, How is that a violation?
	Well, you know, they're gonna say, oh, his content is anti-trans because he asked a bunch of liberals, like, if men can be women, and it's like, they'll find whatever reason, but I guess that video was going viral so they had to shut down, which is just the same as my channel and many other channels.
	A lot of friends who had huge channels on YouTube, I mean, hundreds of millions of views, and they We all got basically sniped, taken out on the same exact day.
	I mean, talk about coordination, two weeks before the 2020 election.
	Talk about a coordinated effort to silence political dissidents, right, that don't comply with the narrative.
	They're doing it all over again.
	They did it, and for us it was the Biden laptop.
	Today it doesn't even matter.
	It could just be some viral video with Vivek Ramaswamy saying we need voter ID laws and they're like, you're gone.
	Sorry.
	Can't have that kind of rhetoric go viral because what people fail to understand, and I'll draw this back to Trump before we hit the break, what people fail to understand is in 2016 when Trump won, there's this video and I'll try to pull it up over the break.
	Where you have the top brass at Google having a closed door meeting, all hands on deck meeting, which is what they call the company-wide meetings.
	And they were crying.
	And they were crying that Trump won.
	And they were crying and saying, we will never allow this to happen again.
	So now you have a state ran entity in Google.
	Google's not a private corporation.
	It was created by the intelligence services.
	It's completely inundated by the intelligence services.
	It's ran clandestinely by the U.S.
	government.
	I don't care what anybody says.
	That's almost irrefutable, but for legal purposes, we'll just say allegedly it is.
	Right?
	And they are literally They're not just tipping the scale.
	They've just taken a sledgehammer and destroyed the scale and said, there is no scale anymore.
	We dictate truth.
	We dictate reality.
	We dictate what's right and what's wrong.
	And that all ties to Trump because, look, your political freedom is going to be next.
	They're going to criminalize political dissent.
	You already have the Biden administration.
	They're going to hunt down all January 6 suspects who weren't even in D.C.
	that day.
	Oh, that applies to a wide swath of people, including yours truly!

	Because we can't say it definitively, but most consensus is that Google is an offshoot of the deep state, the intelligence community's DARP programs.

	They just so happen to have Mark Zuckerberg founding Facebook, which everybody has now turned over all of their data willingly.
	They submit it, you know, willingly to this platform that catalogs it, libraries it, and keeps it so that they have records on us.
	But beyond that, you have Google, who vowed that they would never let Trump go into office again.
	And we know they interfered in the 2020 election.
	And we know They tried to interfere in 2016 and they failed because they just didn't interfere enough.
	So they learned their lesson and then in 2020, they literally went all out.
	Suppressing content, censoring ideas, censoring information.
	Removing it from the public square so that people didn't even have a chance to be exposed to information that would undercut the political candidate or the political party that they deemed favorable, which in this case obviously is the... It's not the Democrat Party.
	It's not the Republican Party.
	It's the Uniparty.

	Be very clear here.
	They're not favoring Democrats, okay?
	They're favoring the uniparty club.
	It's a very, very interesting dynamic here where they give you this false paradigm of, you know, oh, they're bipartisan and all this stuff, or they're nonpartisan.
	They're partisan, it's just they don't care if it's a Republican or Democrat as long as they're in the club.
	And we all know what the club is, right?
	Uniparty, deep state, compromise, blackmail, complicit, corrupt, greedy, that club, right?
	Whatever, pick one, right?
	But we have evidence of them, essentially, on video, calling their all-hands-on-deck meeting in 2016 after Trump won, where they vowed to fix it!
	To fix the algorithm!
	And that's what they did, and that's what they're still doing today, listen to this.
	As Sergey said, this is a deep issue, I think.
	Over time, since we are definitely in the role, it's our core mission to help users discover information.

	So over time, understanding some of the things that are happening and course correcting, I think it's good, but it's a very, very difficult problem to tackle.
	But I think it's a moment of reflection, as I said earlier, for a lot of us, and I think there's good feedback in the question.
	And that's Sundar Pichai basically explaining that they were going to start curating the algorithms back in 2016, which is exactly what they did, by the way, mind you.
	And, on top of all of that, we have this testimony from Matt Gaetz about this very issue.

	Mr. Pichai, in 2016, there was an internal Google meeting.
	You attended that meeting along with Sergey Brin.
	A video of that meeting was leaked to Breitbart.
	And at the meeting, top Google executives, including Kent Walker, lamented Trump's victory.
	They compared Trump voters to extremists.
	And it was discussed that there was an intent to make the Trump win a blip in the populist movement in American history.
	Now, I know you've testified today in response to my questions and Mr. Jordan's questions that you don't intend this time to engage in electioneering on behalf of the former vice president.
	But given the video evidence of senior members of your team in your presence saying that they had the intent to make the Trump victory a blip, why should we believe that testimony today?

	I'm trying to put this thread together here to show us, everybody out there listening, myself included, to kind of show how the whole thing is rigged right now.
	There are broader implications to everything that's happening, which I think a lot of people want to dismiss and say, well, you know, it's only Trump, it's not us, right?
	That is just so far removed from the reality of the situation, I believe.
	I believe everything we're seeing happen, right, especially when it comes to the publicly available information, It is a war that is taking place right in front of our eyes for the freedom that is part of this country.
	Our foundational documents have ascribed to us a God-given right to freedom, life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that is under assault.
	is is openly under assault and you know even if there are factions clandestinely working behind the scenes to fight this war on behalf of what they call the quote-unquote white hats that is meant to you know uh... protect our country protect you know the patriots in this nation and to ensure that we have stability You cannot just sit back on your laurels and expect that to, you know, do everything for you.
	And I don't mean that as in, this is essentially a call to action, politically, for all of everybody out there listening to get involved.
	You know, go find your local political headquarters, your local precincts, and get involved.
	We have to fight back politically.
	That's our recourse at the moment.
	Okay?
	I'm not saying that that won't change in the future.
	I'm sure there's a thousand different people who give you a thousand different scenarios on what the future holds in this country.
	I'm not here to prognosticate on that.
	I'm here to just say, look, we have a limited set of recourses, of actionable recourse that we can take at this moment.
	And that recourse does involve political efforts.
	Not the only recourse, I mean, we have other options, but when you see how broken the system is, and you understand the level of ignorant naivete most people exist in, on purpose, by design, I don't want to sit here and blame those people or even chastise them.
	It's not necessarily their fault that they are low information, low IQ, disinterested in the political process or anything revolving around that.
	Because a lot of cases they're programmed to do that, that's what the culture has instilled in them, and that is just the behavioral patterns that have been imprinted upon us via technology and psychological warfare that most people can't even fathom.
	Like that, I grant that.
	Because you could sit somebody down on the street, I think, And two things.
	You could say, A, Google rigged the election by censoring information.
	And most people, I would say, either would have one or two reactions.
	They'd either say, yeah, that's not possible.
	I don't even understand that.
	Or they would shrug their shoulders and say, ah, well, you know.
	Oh, well, what are you going to do?
	Google's a big corporation.
	I'm just one person.
	To a degree, that's true.
	But they depend on that attitude.
	Both those attitudes, really.
	Right?
	The ignorance and the apoplectic, you know, what are you going to do?
	Those two behaviors are what are going to lead us to full-scale destruction here in America.
	And I don't mean this as a chastising of anybody out there in particular listening.
	It's almost like a wake-up call for us to say, hey, there is an organized effort to enslave us.
	Not that we aren't already halfway there or more, but there's an organized effort and until we start organizing in the same fashion that these entities that have, you know, created these backroom alliances who have come up and made themselves more and more known publicly as we get further and further down this rabbit hole,
	If we don't combat that, politically, legally, lawfully, because you have to say these things, otherwise, you know, they'll pull you into court and throw you in jail for 20 years.
	Oh, you're inciting an insurrection!
	Meanwhile, Antifa and Black Lives Matter can plot to burn down entire cities, and they get probation.
	Ray Epps can incite an entire Yeah, that was the sentence, folks, by the way.
	Ray Epps, the guy who we see on tape, you know, as an agent provocateur, pushing to get the protesters to the Capitol starting on January 5th, going into the 6th.
	Whispering into people's ears.
	Smashing people with signs and doing all kinds of weird stuff.
	That is obviously a part of Agent Provocateur.
	He's the archetype of what the intelligence services would recruit as an Agent Provocateur.
	And did exactly what an Agent Provocateur would do.
	And then mysteriously was taken off the most wanted list and then put back on it and then arrested and then given this slap on the wrist, nothingness, probation and a fine of $500.
	That's their punishment?
	And you see clearly they're organized and operating against us.
	And when I say us, I mean we the American people, those who do not want to be enslaved and subjugated in a serfdom, and we who do not want to be, you know, a party to corruption and a two-tier justice system that seeks to exploit the weak and continuously empower the rich.
	Those who, and I'm not talking about the rich who worked hard for it, I'm talking about the rich who inherit their wealth generationally, who live in palaces in Europe and in, you know, estates, massive estates here in the United States where they have underground bunkers and they think of themselves as a superior class of human being.
	I mean, look, you can say what you want about Trump and all these other guys, but at least he's trying to stand up against it.
	At least he's been calling these people out.
	At least he's exposing that there is corruption.
	I mean, his point is valid when he says, Y'all could say, they keep saying Trump's a part of the club, and Trump's basically said, hey, nobody else was talking about this stuff until I came along, at least not in politics.
	Nobody.
	Nobody.
	So, take it with a grain of salt, but it is pretty interesting.

	Federal Appeals Court, three-judge panel, looks like a bunch of leftists, but we'll see.
	From what I can tell so far, it looks like we're up against, we're going to be going to the Supreme Court on this as well.
	And I think that's all on purpose, right?
	They want to undermine the legitimacy of the Supreme Court, which at this point, as I've said before, our justice system is so tainted, it's It's almost a joke in and of itself to think that there is something that can be taken away from, or that can be given to us that we already have a right to, right?
	Meaning they steal our rights, obfuscate and destroy what freedom that we have God given, been given by God, I should say.
	And then they tell us that we have to fight and argue to get them back.
	And then they put their little minion henchman in there to make sure that we never see justice.
	But beyond that, the D.C.
	Court of Appeals began its hearing on Tuesday.
	Judge Chutkan in the Jack Smith D.C.
	case ordered a stay on all proceedings, even though Jack Smith is still violating that stay, but that's okay, according to the contention of Trump's lawyers.
	The panel heard arguments on Tuesday.
	They appeared skeptical of Trump's immunity claim.
	One judge, a Biden appointee, asked his attorney if Trump would be subject to criminal prosecution if he ordered SEAL Team 6 to assassinate his political rivals.
	And I have that clip right here which I want to play for you to give you an idea of what's happening.
	Now this, for context, this clip was kind of cherry-picked out of context because Trump's lawyers argued that Obama, if this presidential immunity is removed, Obama could be prosecuted for using a drone strike to kill an American citizen.
	Right?
	Or American citizens.
	Which did happen, actually.
	Right?
	But, then the judge flips it on its head and says, well, can Trump use SEAL Team 6 to assassinate political rivals?
	And if you think about it, imagine a world where you literally have judges asking this question, and this is in bad faith too.
	And you know it's in bad faith because you hear the rebuttal from Trump's lawyer who says, no, this is, if a president did this, he would be impeached.
	And that's what impeachment is there for, specifically.
	Anyway, listen to this exchange.
	President ordered to seal Team Six to assassinate a political rival?
	That's an official act in order to seal Team Six?
	He would have to be and would speedily be, you know, impeached and convicted before the criminal prosecution.
	But if he weren't, there would be no criminal prosecution, no criminal liability for that?
	Chief Justice's opinion, Could a president who ordered SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival who was not impeached, could he be subject to criminal prosecution?
	of the impeachment judgment clause all clearly presupposed that what the founders were concerned about was not...
	I asked you a yes or no question.
	Could a president who ordered SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival who was not impeached, would he be subject to criminal prosecution?
	If he were impeached and convicted first.
	So your answer is no?
	My answer is qualified yes.
	There is a political process that would have to occur under the structure of our constitution which require impeachment and conviction by the Senate.
	In these exceptional cases, as the OLC memo itself points out from the Department of Justice, you'd expect a speedy impeachment and conviction.
	But what the...
	If you guys notice there, he's telling the judge like, look, a president can't get away with what you're saying is murder.
	You could have his own.
	Because we have a structure in our Constitution that is created to prevent that.
	But they're arguing, well, it just doesn't apply to Trump, because we want to get rid of him.

	It's like the constitutional process is he would be impeached and put on trial.
	Yes, that is prosecution.
	And then there would be repercussions past that.
	So obviously, like his lawyer was saying, well, it's a qualified yes, because there's a constitutional process for it.
	But they want to get rid of the Constitution.
	They want to legislate from the bench.
	These are judicial activists who have no desire to enforce the law constitutionally and every desire to dictate tyrannical rulings from the bench and enforce them as if they are law.
	That's their agenda.
	That's what they're doing.
	So that's in a nutshell what's happening there with Trump.
	And for reference, I want to bring this up for reference because I think it's important, right?
	This is all pertaining to the Jack Smith case in Washington, D.C., correct?
	So if you think about it in that context, who are Jack Smith's team?
	Who are the people he's surrounding himself with?
	Well, one of the prosecutors on Special Counsel Jack Smith's team just so happens to be one of the people who was responsible, in part, for shutting down the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation in 2016.
	Yes, no, this is true.
	A top prosecutor on Jack Smith's team recommended that the FBI shut down an investigation of the Clinton Foundation in 2016, despite ample evidence of suspicious activity related to hundreds of thousands of dollars in foreign transactions, more like millions.
	The man in question here...
	I can't even get past this article because I'm constantly reminded of how corrupt our government is and how there has been no recourse against these individuals.

	He now serves on Jack Smith's team prosecuting Donald Trump for alleged crimes related to January 6th.
	I mean, look, we all know DC is an incestuous pit of vipers that are complete and utter traitors to this country who have a complete and total disdain for
	The people that make this country great, and that they only care about status, power, money, and a lot of these people are degenerates, you know, who are easily compromised by the deep state intelligence, honeypot blackmail operations, or corruption and bribery operations, which only goes to show you that this is not a problem that is
	It's a foundational problem, I guess is what I'm getting at here.
	This is a foundational problem.
	It's going to be difficult to fix this problem.
	Politically, it's not impossible, but it's difficult because there are so many roadblocks set in front of us right now, right?
	And maybe what they talk about when they talk about a slow release of information, Is this, this is painful, right?
	You talk about the concept that there are white hats working behind the scenes to try to make sure that this information gets out, but it can't come out too quickly and it can't be too abrupt as, or as, or which would point to, you know, an outcome where you have civil war, like civil chaos, if you will.
	Across the country, right?
	If you go, and I've said this before and I'll say it again, go arrest all of these people in Washington, D.C.
	because of the Mockingbird Media programming, because of the psychological warfare operations that are being conducted to inundate the masses, to make them apoplectic and make them, you know, controlled, mind-controlled serfs, you know, that would violently Wake people up.
	I'll compare it to this.
	It's like waking somebody up from sleepwalking.
	You know when they say, if you ever had a family member or friend who's a sleepwalker, right?
	They always tell you don't wake them up when they're sleepwalking.
	It's dangerous.
	Because if you wake them up while they're sleepwalking, they can have a violent reaction because it's jarring to them, right?
	They were in a bed and now they're waking up standing in a room somewhere and our brains are programmed in such a way that if that information doesn't compute, you automatically get in that fight or flight response mechanism and some people will choose to fight or to flee.
	Either way, it can be very detrimental.
	And that's how I look at most of the population now.
	I think that's a very, if you look at it from the perspective that we're dealing with a bunch of sleepwalkers, right, walking all around us, who have no idea about what's going on, who are completely under the spell of the media and the social media and the cultural propagandists and the Marxist controlling corporations.
	If we just shock them and wake them up out of their sleepwalking, I mean, that would cause untold violence, chaos, which not only would be detrimental to our national security here and our stability as a nation, obviously, but it would also
	It would be like opening the door and inviting our enemies to come in and destroy us, because we know Russia, China, Iran, every country in the world, practically, who has a vendetta with us, has sleeper cells in our country right now.
	And you go, well, that's a conspiracy theory.
	And you go, well, has our border not been open, our southern border not been open and being flooded for the last however many decades?
	To the tune of millions of people.
	You don't think within the millions of people walking across our border every year there are Chinese spies, Chinese communist military operatives, sleeper cell operatives, Russian sleeper cell operatives, Iranian sleeper cell operatives, Lebanese from Hezbollah sleeper cell operatives,
	Cartel sleeper cell operatives from all the different... from the Sinaloa cartel through every other cartel in South America.
	You don't think all of our enemies have infiltrated this country?
	So have... I mean, look at Dearborn, Michigan, for crying out loud.
	It's not even like they're coming across the border illegally.
	We're just flying the terrorists in!
	And then putting them in Congress!
	Why not?

	So... Our country is...
	I don't want to say we're screwed, because I think that's too far, but I will say this.
	Our country is being systematically destroyed.
	And you know, all this talk about racism and white supremacy and destroying the patriarchy and all of that, it's coded language for destroying a Christian nation That became, and is holding on by a thread to, the number one position in the world.
	Again, the sleepwalkers, as I've described to you, living in their ignorant bliss, sleepwalking around us, not paying attention, who cannot be disturbed or awakened because you risk a very violent reaction, They don't.
	They're just, unfortunately for us, mostly they're useful idiots.
	And that's sad, and I don't like that, and that's why I do share the Gospel here on the show, and I tell people, hey, when I meet them in real life, or if I talk to them online or wherever, I'll always say, hey, you know, if you're hopeless, there's Jesus.
	There is hope.
	Because God can fix all of this.
	He will.
	He has.
	He's already won.
	We're just trying to rebuke evil in all of its forms here in this world.
	Right?
	But you can't for a minute get me to believe that
	All this corruption we're seeing, even if there's white hats in the military working clandestinely, and QAnon and all the drops were accurate with what information was discussed there and disseminated, and that there is military intelligence, what General Flynn has alluded to, what certain other Lieutenant General, or no, General Major General Paul Vallee, I've had him on the show.
	You know, I think, I want to say Lieutenant General, but perhaps General McInerney.
	These high-ranking military guys are saying, look, there is, and even our own contributor here on the show that we have on regularly, and we'll have on again on Friday, U.S.
	Air Force veteran, Benghazi whistleblower, military intelligence insider, Nick Ngo.
	I mean, all these people I've talked to over the years have described to me a situation where you have the military working, because the military has to be aware of all this, right?
	I mean, obviously they're not...
	created to work in domestic affairs.
	But when domestic affairs intertwine with national security and our foreign adversaries' infiltration, there are gray areas there where they get involved.
	We all know that.
	Nobody's denying that.
	But the problem is that even if those guys are doing what they're doing, which I think it's fairly likely that they are, There are white hats, what they call quote-unquote white hats, who are fighting what they call quote-unquote black hats, bad actors within our government and other places, who are trying to destroy us.
	Even if you take that as fact, right?
	Just take it as given.
	Again, when you're surrounded by the sleepwalkers, and you're surrounded by people who are incapable of even fathoming The levels of complete and utter treason that we are facing and betrayal, it becomes necessary for you to identify these things on an individual basis and be woken up slowly, right?
	They wait for you to go back in the bed and you kind of doze off a little bit or lay down on the couch and then they gently will wake you up, you know, when they think the time is right.
	And that's what all this feels like to me.
	It's like, what we're seeing with Trump is exposing an underbelly just like every- I mean, I'm talking about not just recently, I'm talking about going back 2016 and all the way up till today.
	You're talking about, on that timeline, practically eight years.
	Where we've had this slow expo- you know, the slow exposure of a criminal faction within our government, right?
	That is operating in plain sight.
	That doesn't hide its actions, rather it executes them with impunity, flagrantly thumbing their nose in our face saying, what are you going to do about it?
	And the most difficult part of the job for us average Americans is waking other people up to it.
	I don't know about you, I've had conversations with my family.
	I try to explain these things to them.
	I try to explain, hey, this is the level of corruption we're dealing with.
	They're a psychopaths.
	Not just within our own government, but within NGOs and the corporate private sector and outside forces, foreign adversaries, who truly do want the whole scale, the full scale, wholesale destruction of America.
	Right?
	Enslavement of the masses, population control, you know, control matrices put on top of every facet of our freedoms.
	They want to control the food supply, which is why they buy up all the land and create entities to control that.
	Corporations, you know, that really want... What do they call that?
	That's full domain dominance?
	Full spectrum dominance, right?
	That's what they're trying to do to us.
	Because
	In all fairness, I think the calculation of a lot of individuals within the higher echelons of society is that because the masses are so low IQ in some cases, low information, disinterested, apoplectic, disconcerned, or disinterested, that we have essentially relinquished our right to self-governance.
	We've relinquished our right to freedom.
	We have willfully submitted to the tyranny by accepting their You know, proposition, which is you get free cheap stuff from China, you get, you know, to feel good watching your pornography and eating your fast food and being exploited and brainwashed by, you know, fake news liars and the, you know, celebrities that want you to worship Satan.
	You get all that.
	And in return, they get full spectrum dominance over your life.
	You live in the pod.
	But you'll feel good in the pod because you'll have VR headsets that'll make you think you're in a relationship with a woman.
	It'll be beyond pornography.
	It'll be AI-infused sexual gratification bots that you plug into as you eat your bachelor chow.
	Alone, and you watch your comedy sitcom show that makes you forget about the plight of your life and the adversity and struggle that you're facing.
	But there won't be adversity.
	There won't be struggle.
	That's the other thing.
	You know, when they say you'll own nothing and be happy, you need to take them at their word.
	Because what they're essentially saying is that, as Yuval Noah Harari put it, They will use drugs and video games and other things to just keep you numb.
	You won't even, you won't desire anything else because you won't know anything else.
	You won't know what it's like to hike up a mountain.
	You won't, I mean, other than doing it in VR.

	You know, like I said, it's a serendipitous thing when everything that I'm describing is perfectly put on display as the circus in Capitol Hill continues.
	Hunter Biden has literally, literally walked into a hearing that is meant to hold him in contempt of Congress for ignoring congressional subpoenas.
	So, Let me set the stage for you.
	In case you're living under a rock or you're not aware.
	And I don't mean that as a disparagement.
	I just mean, in case you haven't been following this saga, which I understand some people, it's like, tune it out because it just becomes overwhelming with the flagrant criminality.
	of Hunter Biden, right?
	I mean, I honestly started getting a little tired of this story when when the videos came out of him, you know, selling crack and, you know, telling prostitutes how he's being extorted by Russian mafia members.
	But beyond that, Hunter Biden was subpoenaed by Congress to come in and give testimony with regard to his company Burisma, where it's been alleged that he's been laundering money to his family and his father specifically, and they were using that as a vessel from which to sell influence politically in Washington, D.C.
	to foreign adversaries like China and Russia and Ukraine and corporations within those territories.
	He was subpoenaed by Congress to give testimony, which he flagrantly violated.
	If you recall, a few weeks ago, I believe, he was supposed to go and give testimony from Congress, per a subpoena.
	To which he showed up on Capitol Hill that day, but did not go into the hearing and gave a statement on the steps of Capitol Hill, basically, you know, putting a big old middle finger up toward Congress and saying, you know, screw you, what are you going to do about it?
	Now, in an even further act of complete contempt of Congress, Hunter Biden has Walked in to a hearing that is specifically being done to bring contempt of Congress charges against him, and I'll just play you.
	I'll play you this.
	This is a circus, folks.
	Listen to this.
	You know, Hunter Biden broke the law.
	He did so deliberately.
	You did so flagrantly.
	You showed up on the Hill, on the Senate side, the day of that congressional subpoena, to defy it and spit in the face of this committee.
	That's what you did.
	The question the American people are asking us is, What is Hunter Biden so afraid of?
	Why can't you show up for a congressional deposition?
	You're here for a political stunt.
	This is just a PR stunt to you.
	This is just a game that you are playing with the American people.
	You're playing with the truth.
	Hunter Biden wasn't afraid to sell access to Joe Biden to the highest bidder when he was in elected office.
	He wasn't afraid to trade on the Biden brand, peddle influence, and share those ill-gotten gains with... For reference, let me just be clear.
	This is Nancy Mace.
	Giving testimony in Congress, or basically giving her a lot of five minute speech, in front of the hearing about holding Hunter Biden under contempt of Congress charges for violating his subpoena, not showing up, As she's staring, and I can't, I'm going to describe to you what's happening, she is literally talking about Hunter Biden, staring at him, sitting in the audience of this hearing.
	So think of that.
	Imagine the visual here.
	The visual is, Hunter Biden ignored a subpoena, didn't show up to give his testimony, now he's sitting in Congress as Nancy Mace is saying, you're just sitting here, it's all a PR stunt, because that's all this is.
	They are rubbing our nose in their criminality and they're telling us there's nothing we can do about it.
	I'll let her finish though.
	Members of his family, including Joe Biden, he wasn't afraid to compromise the integrity of the presidency and vice presidency by involving Joe Biden in shady business deals with our foreign adversaries.
	But Hunter Biden, you were too afraid to show up for a deposition.
	And you still can't today.
	I believe that Hunter Biden should be held completely in contempt.
	I think he should be hauled off to jail right now.
	Because it wasn't long ago, too, my friends on the other side of the aisle, that you also believed in the power of a congressional subpoena.
	Not long ago at all.
	You believed in holding those who refused to comply with a congressional subpoena accountable.
	And I stood with each and every one of you.
	I am the only member in this room today who has held a member of my own party in contempt of Congress for not showing up for a subpoena.
	And I see nothing but complete hypocrisy on the other side of the aisle.
	The ranking member of this committee even so eloquently put it, the lesson is, please tell your children out there in America, if you get a subpoena to go before Congress, go.
	You have a legal responsibility to do so.
	So the hypocrisy is stunning.
	What are we to tell our children today?
	There's nothing the other side can say with a straight face.
	As the only member of this committee to vote to hold a member of contempt of my own party, let me be clear.
	This should not be a partisan issue.
	If Congress issues a subpoena, you show up.
	Period.
	This is not a responsibility we take lightly.
	It brings no joy for us to do this, but the President's son broke the law and must be held accountable in the same way anybody else would.
	I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to do so.
	And my last message to you, Hunter Biden, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
	Will the gentlelady yield for a question?
	Will the gentlelady yield?
	Will my friend yield from South Carolina?
	Sure.
	I do want to commend the gentlelady who was the only Republican who stood up and voted to hold in contempt the Republican members of the House who blatantly and categorically refused to comply with subpoenas that came from the bipartisan January 6th committee.
	I would like to ask my friend Ms.
	Mace from South Carolina Um, whether she's aware of all the case law which says that the committee has to engage in good faith interaction with the witnesses they've called and they're supposed to arrive at a solution.
	And what do you think about the fact that the chairman on multiple occasions gave this witness the opportunity to come before the full committee and he agreed to that?
	We issued a congressional subpoena, and I know with your constitutional law background, you know exactly what that means, and he should have showed up.
	And because of your vote, and because of your statements, you should be voting to hold this man in contempt of Congress today.
	There you go, that was Jamie Raskin, Nancy Mays.
	It's a circus.
	I mean, what else are we to think?
	These people are laughing at us, by the way.
	They go behind closed doors in their little tea halls and sip off their fancy china and they just laugh at us.
	You know, it's the most emasculating, complete and total demoralization move you could ever imagine.
	Talk about just a complete and utter showing of the total impotence of our legal system of our constitutional republic.
	You know, who cares?
	Ignore the subpoena.
	Go to the hearing.
	You know, go watch.
	Nothing happened to you.
	It's disgusting.

	And I just played for you the Nancy Mace saying that he should be put in, you know, arrested and put in jail immediately for, you know, ignoring a subpoena from Congress, as it is the correct, I guess, action in this certain scenario.
	And now, It's come out that as soon as Marjorie Taylor Greene began to speak, he got up and marched out of Congress.
	So, yeah, I'll play that clip.
	I mean, this is just, it's, this is a joke.
	Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
	Excuse me, Hunter, apparently you're afraid of my words.
	I'd like to reclaim my time, Mr. Chairman.
	Wow, that's too bad.
	level wow that's too bad so i mean this is a publicity stunt obviously This is Hunter trying to... See, this is the sad part.
	You know, this is what I talk about.
	I talk about the sleepwalkers, right?
	The people who watch CNN, religiously, and take it as gospel, that everything is said on MSNBC and CNN is true.
	I mean, the whole reason Hunter Biden did this today is to further Empower the narrative of the fake news that Congress is illegitimate and powerless and therefore shouldn't be listened to.
	I mean, you can't.
	It is so frustrating.
	It's the same narrative they're trying to sell us about the Supreme Court right now.
	They're trying to undermine the legitimacy of all of our government's institutions, which, in all fairness, these institutions have undermined their legitimacy all on their own.
	They don't need Hunter Biden's, you know, publicity stunt to do it.
	But again, this is competing narratives, right?
	There's a true narrative of truth, constitutional justice, law and order, right, that we're trying to reestablish here in this country.
	That's what the Make America Great Again movement is predicated upon, in part, Law and order, a judicial system that's not too tiered and corrupt.
	And what the competing narrative that they're trying to establish in the fake news, which is being emboldened and propped up by PR stunts like what we're seeing here with Hunter Biden, is that it's all illegitimate.
	Congress is impotent.
	They can't do anything.
	Hunter, you know, if he was really a criminal, how could he just walk into Congress and show his face?
	It's meant to, truly, in the most real form, this publicity stunt is meant to create a narrative that Congress and these congressional representatives aren't serious and they're incapable of doing anything.
	And again, this goes to the Yuri Bezmenev concept of demoralization.
	You know, you have demoralization, you have destabilization, then you have crisis, and then you have normalization.
	Those are the four stages, right?
	And how they all work is they work in congruence to create a population that is overtaken by, in this case, communism, Marxism, totalitarian dictatorships, whatever.
	Right?
	So this is all part of the demoralization and destabilization.
	They've demoralized us.
	They've given us the evidence.
	They've literally given us the laptop with all the evidence of Hunter Biden's crimes, his father's complicity, abusing their family members, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, extortion plots, etc., etc., etc.
	That's the demoralization part.
	Now the destabilization part is, You're not going to do anything about it.
	You can't do anything about it.
	The courts won't prosecute.
	The FBI won't investigate.
	Congress can't do anything.
	He can walk into a hearing of his own contempt charges and walk out without any repercussion.
	Literally just walk in to show his face, to show them that he's untouchable.
	To make you and I realize that Hunter Biden, while he's untouchable and a free man, Trump is being arraigned in court after court after court across this country for crimes that are being manufactured off of novel legal theories that are solely intent to interfere in our election process.
	They're solely meant to interfere in our election process by removing the most popular candidate from the ballot, the political adversary of the puppet regime of Joe Biden, a man who was installed, not elected.
	You cannot orchestrate this any better, in my opinion.
	I mean, kudos to whoever thought of this.
	Because talk about just rubbing our face in it and saying, look, there's nothing you can do.
	You've been demoralized.
	This is your destabilization.
	Now they're going to hit us with crises.
	COVID was just a shot over the bow.
	We're going to have cyber attacks, terror attacks, sleeper cells activated, more wars popping off.
	And as more crises begin to inundate us,
	What will eventually end up happening is we will become overtaken by the communist, tyrannical dictators who will then normalize criminalizing political opposition, suspending elections, a one-party state.
	I mean, just like what they've done in Ukraine already.
	Ukraine's the beta test.
	Just like Ukraine was the beta test for how to run a color revolution to install a puppet, and then they did that here.
	The CIA did it with Zelensky in the Maidan Revolution, then they did it here with COVID in January 6 with Biden.
	The beta test is being ran and almost completed now in Ukraine, where They've criminalized political opposition, made a one-party state, criminalized a religion that is not in favor of the state.
	And then, they're rolling that out next year.
	Mark my words.
	Unless we do something to stop it, I don't know.

	With that being said, though, there is hope, even though a lot of this stuff, look, it feels hopeless sometimes, right?
	When you look at the complete and utter criminality, corruption, depravity, degeneracy, immorality, everything that surrounds us, right?
	On a regular basis, it can seem hopeless, but I'll tell you what, there is hope.
	And we're going to look at some scripture, because I want to leave you guys with some hope and encouragement.
	That's what I seek to leave you with every day and remind you that You know, there is always hope, no matter what, no matter how bad it gets, no matter how dark it seems.
	It's never over.
	And God can do things that we can't imagine.
	So just because it looks impossible, we have a pretty mighty God, a very mighty God, the most mighty God, and He can do things that we can't imagine.
	We can't even fathom them in some cases.
	And this is some scripture for you guys.
	We're in the book of Psalms.
	Psalm 24.
	We're going to pick up right where we left off.
	Another Davidic psalm about the king of glory.
	I'll read it to you and then we'll talk about it.
	It says, "...the earth and everything in it, the world and its inhabitants, belong to the Lord.
	For He laid its foundation on the seas and established it on the rivers.
	Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
	Who may stand in His holy place, the one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not set his mind on what is false and who has not sworn deceitfully?
	He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from God of His salvation." Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob, Salah.
	Lift up your heads, you gates.
	Rise up, ancient doors.
	Then the King of Glory will come in.
	Who is the King of Glory?
	The Lord, strong and mighty.
	The Lord, mighty in battle.
	Lift up your heads, you gates.
	Rise up, ancient doors.
	Then the King of Glory will come in.
	Who is He, this King of Glory?
	The Lord of hosts.
	He is the King of Glory, Salah.
	Again, serendipity, right?
	I don't plan out these verses.
	We just start in the Book of Psalms, and where we end up, we end up.
	Today was Psalm 24, but it speaks directly to the hope that I really want you all to see, in all of this darkness, in all of this trouble and affliction.
	Right?
	I mean, think about what God did.
	He created this entire planet, the world that we live in, the seas and the rivers, The foundation underneath our feet, what we stand on as we speak.
	God did it all.
	And His love for us is true and pure.
	I love when it says, who can stand in His holy place?
	Who can ascend the Mount of the Lord?
	The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not set his mind on what is false, and who has not sworn deceitfully.
	He will receive a blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from God of His salvation.
	Listen, God knows what's in our hearts.
	He knows.
	He can read us like a book.
	He can see into our heart and He knows if we're truthful or we're deceitful or we're honest or we're dishonest, He sees it.
	So use that as encouragement to live with integrity, knowing God sees it all.
	And not only does He see it all, but in whatever situation you're facing right now, He will reward you with blessings and righteousness.
	When he sees what's in your heart.
	So that's my encouragement to you.
	Go out and live for God with integrity.
	If you haven't accepted Christ, now's your opportunity.
	Repent.
	Say a prayer.
	Accept Him as your Lord and Savior and watch Him do great things.
