Today is a big day, of course.
We have a number of stories to get through, but I want to pick up A little bit of the thread we started yesterday with an update.
We have major influx in Chinese cyber attacks on the United States.
It seems that this is something that has not been seen before, at least not to this magnitude.
This is being reported widely and I just want to say that we should be prepared for what's ahead.
This war is only going to get more dangerous the further we go down this path which we have chosen.
Now, a lot of us here will say, no we haven't chosen this path.
deranged sociopathic lunatics running this country who stole it through a coup in 2020 and have been secretly running it for many decades.
Those are the ones who have chosen this path, but regardless, it is the path we are on nonetheless.
So I'm going to get through a bunch of stories about what's coming, China's development of AI, Their execution of these cyber attacks and what it might be linked to and how we're getting hit on all sides, it seems.
Now, we'll get into all these stories and more, I promise.
Plus, we're going to give you a bit of an update on what's happening with Trump.
There's some developments in the Jack Smith prosecution's case.
They're going after Trump now, taking it to the Supreme Court, which It's kind of a bold move, but I think a lot of this has to do with timing.
It's not necessarily anything other than a push for an ability to prosecute Trump for these crimes in the DC court, which is coming up.
So this is, I think they're trying to get ahead of it, right?
I think they know that Trump's going to push the appeal.
Or would have pushed the appeal to the Supreme Court anyway, so they're trying to get ahead of it.
But we'll talk about that too a little bit later.
We have a lot of other stories as well.

We're going to get into these stories.
We're going to go through them all.
We're going to give you updates on some big stuff.
I really think that these stories, not only are they being under-reported, but they're almost being ignored at this point.
And you have to ask yourself why.
Well, obviously, if there were a major cyber war on the horizon, which I believe there is, and probably in the works as we speak, of course the number one priority would be not to panic the population, to not tell them what's happening, Because that is essentially rule number one.
You can't tell the population what's happening, otherwise you risk starting massive panic.
And I'm not saying it's time to panic, but if you are not prepping, if you are not preparing for what's ahead, I believe that's a very foolish thing indeed.
Does that mean you should go out tomorrow and sell everything you have and go buy a bunker and, you know, strap in and lock yourself in there?
No.
But I would just say, if I were a betting man, I would say the hard times are still ahead of us.
What we saw with COVID was only a taste of what's to come.
Because as I talked about in yesterday's show, they're already releasing the warnings as to what they want us
to see the they're predictably programming us preparing us for a massive cyber attack the obama's release their film yesterday leave the world behind i did a full review of that movie in yesterday's show if you want to go see that check it out but ultimately what we do know at this point is that as these attacks continue to escalate we're gonna see
A higher threat level.
And also today, as this is all happening, interestingly enough, they're trying to push through Congress right now the Patriot Act 2.0.
A massive expansion of the FBI and CIA's ability to spy on Americans.
We're going to talk about that here, or the NSA and the FBI want warrantless
Want to renew their warrantless spying on Americans and they're having a push in Congress to reauthorize the FISA section 702 which, by the way, this was the section of legislation that was exploited to spy illegally, legally but illegally, on Donald Trump and anyone associated with him which they used to manufacture the hoax
Of him being a Russian agent which was used to push the fraud on the American people by the intelligence agency.
Remember when our former national security officials were all saying in unison that Trump may in fact be a Russian spy?
That the Russians may have helped him win the election because they may have chosen him to be their candidate.
And remember how all that turned out to be a complete fabrication and lie?
And they knew it!
That's the thing.
They knowingly lied.
And you ask yourself why?
Well, at this point it should be fairly clear.
Because Trump made himself an enemy of the Deep State by calling them out by name and promising to, as JFK put it, disintegrate them into a thousand pieces, but Like Chuck Schumer made clear in his interview with Rachel Maddow, the intelligence community has seven ways from Sunday of getting back at you when you cross them.
And that should be very clear to everybody out there today, given what we see happening, what we see happening to Trump as we speak.
So we have some instances that are not being reported very widely.
For instance, a story that kind of went under the radar from a couple weeks ago, where a Pennsylvania water system was hacked by Iranian-backed hackers who left a message saying, quote, Now this came from Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
Their water system was hacked by an Iranian-backed cyber group on Saturday.
The Municipal Water Authority reported.
The chairman of the Municipal Water Authority there said that the cyber group called Cyber Avengers hacked one of their booster stations.
Now, What they did, and what they were able to do, was shut down a pump on a supply line that provides drinking water from the Aliquippa Municipal Water Authority's treatment plant to Raccoon and Potter townships in Beaver County.
One of the hacked monitors displayed a message which read, You have been hacked.
Down with Israel.
Every equipment made with Israel is CyberAvengers' legal target.
Authorities in Pennsylvania have told residents that the water is safe to drink and reassured that the hackers could not get access to anything in the water treatment plant.
Per CBS, the machine that was hacked uses a system called Unitronics, which Mott says is software or has components that are Israeli-owned.
So, I want to be clear.
This is If there was a tip, this is just the tip of the iceberg here.
They're just scratching the surface of what they're capable of doing.
If you're trying to sell a nation on a war, then what are you going to do?
You're going to have false flags.
If you're trying to send a warning to a population, what are you going to do?
You're gonna make a movie about a cyber attack that starts a civil war at a coup d'etat and undertone it with racial division and an us-versus-them mentality.
And send it out for the world to see as a veiled threat to those who want to stand against the treasonous traitors who have infiltrated our government.

I'm your host, Craig James, and we're getting into some stories here that I think are very important being under-reported.
Blips on the radar, but they're going to add up eventually.
They are right now as we speak.
Planning something that is beyond what most people could comprehend, to be quite honest.
Not likely those who are listening to this broadcast knowing What you know and what we've discussed here for a long time, but for most people this kind of information is world shattering.
It shatters what they think of as the security blanket in which they live here in America.
And I say security blanket because most people don't seem to understand how vicious and evil the world is around them.
And I'm not saying there isn't good.
And I'm not saying there aren't good people.
And I'm not saying that God hasn't made a wonderful, beautiful world for us to enjoy.
However, I don't think living naively is safe or healthy either.
It's good to have a balance of understanding of what's going on.
And what I'm highlighting here, starting with this Hacking of an Iranian-backed, or an Iranian-backed hacking of a Pennsylvania water system is just the tip of the iceberg.
Now, what did we see following 9-11?
First of all, I mean, we can go through the evidence of 9-11 and how it was obviously, without a doubt, orchestrated It was obviously an inside job because nothing makes sense when you talk about how it happened and how it was allowed to happen.
How do buildings collapse into their own footprint in free fall at an accelerating speed without every one of the beams being cut at the same time, which would be what is called a demolition?
I'm not going to get off on a tangent about 9-11, but To recap 9-11, I have this testimony given from an NYPD officer who studied this Very closely and in excruciating detail.
And this was his conclusion.
Listen to this.
And the impact of a, uh, of a jet from what I understand the, uh, the outer, uh, skeleton of the building, the outer columns was like a, uh, a fishnet.
And you had these inner core columns, which was substantial, thick steel beams to withstand four or five times what the loads were.
The engineers always over-design a building.
No steel frame building has ever collapsed.
Before or since 9-11.
So that should say something right there.
And it said that Building 7, it was a progressive collapse that it was caused by fire.
But progressive collapse, unlike the Twin Towers, the Twin Towers collapse from the top down.
That's a progressive collapse.
Sure.
Floor by floor by floor.
But if you look at the videos of Building 7 collapsing, it collapses uniformly.
It's collapsing from the bottom.
The building stays intact all the way to the bottom of the ground.
Got it.
And you can see the sides caving in on it.
For a building to collapse uniformly, which the videos show, all the load-bearing columns would have to have failed simultaneously.
Now, fire doesn't act like that.
I came across an analogy of the Twin Towers, and if you could visualize cast-iron stoves stacked one on top of each other.
The stoves up at the top, yes, there's fire, and they've been damaged.
But the stoves on the bottom, they haven't been damaged.
So the structure underneath all of that is intact.
So it's impossible for a building to collapse near free-fall speed and increase Without a controlled demolition.
You're running into the path of most resistance.
Something else is going on.
I don't believe that it was just the planes or the fires, I think.
And they examined the dust and they found what they call thermitic material, which is like an explosive incendiary, which was in the dust samples.
And that's documented.
There were reports of the buildings were undergoing an extensive elevator renovation in the two or three years prior to.
All kinds of workers They had access to the cores of the building.
And on the day of the attack, the elevator company would not assist in the operations of the elevators.
And the elevator company was the elevator company.
It subsequently went out of business.
And a couple years after that, the information is out there.
At one time when I was heavily engaged in trying to get a new investigation, I definitely felt threatened.
I felt threatened for my family.
And it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Well, you go, Craig, why are you playing that?
firefighters regarding explosions in the building.
They were suppressed.
Just somebody making a statement, especially from Firemen Police, if they make a statement, I heard an explosion, that's grounds to initiate an investigation.
The firefighters, a bomb went off.
This is their own words, made that day.
They just ignored it.
Just like Building 7 was.
Well, you go, Craig, why are you playing that?
Why are you playing that clip of something we already know?
Because I'm trying to show you that to this day, they got away with one of the biggest frauds on the American people, murdering 3,000 innocent Americans in broad daylight in front of innocent Americans in broad daylight in front of the whole world with the cameras rolling, It's essentially tantamount to them waving their middle finger in your face.
And I hate to be crass, But that is essentially what they've done.
So I give that as an example to let you see how deadly serious these people are, and how they will continue.
Now, we talk about 9-11, right?
What other people, most people I should say, seem to forget when remembering 9-11, conveniently, or by design, whatever you want to call it, is the anthrax that Popped up after.
Do you remember all the anthrax attacks?
I actually happen to be living near one of the places where the anthrax was.
I actually happen to live about five to ten minutes away from the AMI building in Florida where one of the anthrax notes was sent to, I believe it was the headquarters of the National Enquirer.
And you ask yourself, well what is the significance of the anthrax, right?
It all kind of happened and then went away and we never really got any resolution on that.
I believe maybe a couple arrests were made but nothing, nobody gave like an explanation of why.
It was just, oh it happened and then we'll just move on.
Because that's the one thing I don't want you to ask is why.
Well, people have pointed out That two of the individuals who were targeted with the anthrax attack were sitting members of Congress who were standing in opposition to, you guessed it, the passing of the Patriot Act.
And just like the firefighters who in this video for this testimony, I actually believe this gentleman was a, he was either FDNY or NYPD, but he
Just like the firefighters who were intimidated into silence because of the testimony they were giving about the explosions they heard that day, the congressmen who had these letters sent to them with anthrax quickly changed their tune and immediately voted to pass the Patriot Act.
And right now, what we're seeing in Congress
is essentially re-authorizing the section 702 FISA spy courts which is another branch of the Patriot Act and what I guess I'm trying to say is that if we know the intelligence community was hacking congressmen and women's emails
And we know that members of Congress are seemingly being intimidated.
And we know that the same 46 or 50 intelligence, former intelligence officials, penned a letter to tell us the Hunter Biden laptop wasn't real.
The same people now are coming out and penning a letter saying that we must reauthorize Section 702 because it's a national security issue.
At what point do the American people wake up to what this is?
That's my question, because I know that you here listening, you get it, you understand, I would guess, because you're aware, because you're seeking this information, but the vast majority of people in this country don't even, if you ask them what Section 702 is, they couldn't even, they wouldn't even know what it's in reference to.
And again, this is the naivete, the blissful ignorance that they depend on, that they rely on, that they need to continue to get away with murder.
I see the world in a different way than a lot of people, I think.
And I mean, in the sense, I bring all this up, because I see the world in a different way than a lot of people, I think.
I think I see things, when I see something over here, I can connect it to something over there fairly quickly by, you know, a reasonable and logical deduction.
And I'm not saying that I'm some special person, but I do think that I have an ability to do it at a level which most people don't.
And it's only because I'm paying attention and seeking this information and trying to do it, but a lot of people can't even, or wouldn't even want to or try to.
And I know that probably a lot of you out there could do the same.
So when I look at this in its entirety, right?
I look at the entire battlefield.
I don't look at it as, you know, from a singular moment of time, saying like, what is happening today?
When I see things happening today, I look back into the past.
And I see what they've done.
I study the pattern, and then I reimpose the pattern on what's happening today, and then I make logical predictions using deductive, you know, a deductive process of thinking.
And that's something that they depend on the population not being able to do.
That's why they inundate you with TV and music that is, you know, That programs you to be mindless, to not critically think, to be only worried about pleasure.
Right?
Because they need you to be docile, inactive, and incapable of standing up to what they are perpetuating.
Now, they'll say it's for your good, and I guess, you know, if you want to have a debate on whether or not it is for your good, you can have that.
I would argue that it's not.
I would argue that this ignorant population, which is ignorant by design, mind you, a lot of these people are good, hard-working people who don't have, who by design don't have the time to do this research, who by design are distracted and inculcated in apathy, if you will, but
Unfortunately for us, looking at the writing on the wall, I believe that we are on the precipice of a much larger 9-11 style false flag attack which is necessary to bring about a further degradation of liberty in the United States and to push us closer toward
The globalist agenda.
And I'm not some... There's no magic ball.
I'm not looking into some crystal ball here, like some wizard.
I'm just telling you, the writing is on the wall.
It is happening.
Something big is about to go down.
A cyber takedown of the financial system, perhaps.
We have reports coming out talking about emergency responses.
We have reports coming out.
Emergency response organizations getting together and stockpiling bunkers with food and supplies.
There are individuals in law enforcement, intelligence agencies in the State Department taking actions that suggest they have inside knowledge of an impending event.
We have senators being given satellite phones.
In case of an emergency.
Now why would a senator need a satellite phone?
What does that tell you about what they expect is going to happen?
It tells you that they expect a cyber war, a cyber attack.
Something to knock out the internet infrastructure.
Which we know that's how we communicate in this country.
So they need something that can communicate outside of conventional communication systems.
So they have satellite phones.
Okay.
That's interesting.
There's a lot of chatter and signs in the military community right now.
If you're paying attention, that something's about to happen.

The UK Prime Minister Oliver Dowden warns of a potential meltdown and urges people to prepare for an analog era.
Gold prices are spiking.
Hundreds of thousands of immigrants are being intentionally brought into the U.S.
to settle and take over the country.
U.S.
Space Force Major Jason Lowry warns of financial collapse due to or risk due to cyber attacks on banking infrastructure, advocating for backup monetary systems using proof-of-work strategies.
And so on and so on.
There's so much more we could go through, but as we see an escalation in the cyber threat to America, I don't believe it's going to come from our outside enemy.
Just like 9-11, they need something to shock the people into rallying behind the government to give more of our liberty away.
Voluntarily.
See, that's the whole premise.
I don't, you know, I'm not one of those people who believes that the government's gonna put troops on the streets and come door to door and put a gun to your head and say, give us, you know, give up your liberty, give up your privacy, even though they did essentially do that to a degree with COVID.
I do believe that the slow crawl will come through orchestrated events like 9-11 that will continue to escalate and COVID that will continue to escalate.
And the next one, I believe, is the cyber attack.
They're already predictively programming the population to have a response.
See, people go, what is predictive programming?
Why would they do that?
Well, the idea and concept behind predictive programming is simple.
What you're doing is you're disarming the population by giving them A set of parameters and pre-programmed responses to follow when said event occurs.
So it's not about... You know, partially, yes, it's about the karmic retribution where, you know, if they tell you what they're going to do and then you join in with it and don't do anything to stop it, of course, then you are relieving them of any karmic retribution that they may suffer from.
Right?
Meaning, if they tell you that they're going to punch you, and you don't either walk away or try to defend yourself, then, in their mind, they're not going to be karmically visited with any retribution for their punching you.
Because they told you they were going to do it.
And you just stood there, and didn't put your hands up, and didn't try to defend yourself.
So, that's part of it.
But the other part of the predictive programming is simple.
It is putting in your mind a set of responses so that when an event occurs you subconsciously think you are coming up on your own with these responses when in reality you've been programmed to do these things.
And you go, well, give us an example.
Here's an example.
The movie that we talked about all day yesterday, or for most of the show yesterday, The Leave the World Behind, from the novel adapted to a movie and produced by Barack and Michelle Obama on Netflix, The Child Grooming Network.
In the movie, there is a cyber attack which leads to a collapse, which leads to a set of behaviors, right?
And in that movie, one of the main themes throughout the movie is division, is bi-race, racial division.
And what it is doing, whether people know it or not, is programming them to see in the world around them a division that they can exploit when an attack to a lesser extent happens. is programming them to see in the world around them So imagine this.
It may not be as bad as what is portrayed in the movie, right?
It may not be an attack that knocks out everything, it may be just select places get knocked out.
And this may, who knows, this could happen right before the election, conveniently, right?
And the program response is, for most people now, after seeing that movie, or Seeing other films that tug on certain threads with the same genre is to automatically divide amongst one another by race and have that division which can be exploited.
If you're talking about balkanization, you're talking about destroying civilization, you're talking about the globalist planned collapse of America, it's going to need that kind of separation and division In order to affect the outcome which they desire, which is further division, vulcanization, destruction.
Because as they believe in order out of chaos, the order which will come through that chaos will essentially be What you see there.
So, I'm throwing this all out there.
It's a lot to unpack and unravel, but one thing that I don't think anybody's prepared for is, and I'm sure that there are think tanks and military groups, cyber defense groups who are working on these things, but I mean, the population isn't prepared for the
The way that AI will rapidly speed up all of these sorts of threats and make them much more dangerous as we go further.
You know, what you're seeing with these artificial intelligence systems being used by social media companies like Google and Twitter and you name it, ChatGPT, all the rest, That's the stuff that they've released publicly.
The stuff they have behind closed doors is much more far advanced and is utilizing the information being collected by these lower level AI systems to further enhance itself.
And it will eventually enhance itself to a point where you'll be able to Launch massive attacks and cyber attacks that not many people could imagine.
And like we already know, they can mask these attacks as whatever they want.
Right now, China is planning to unleash a mass-produced humanoid robot to replace human workers.
And I think that should really worry a lot of people, because by the year 2025, now, the Chinese aren't going to do it very well, but they'll do it.
They will unleash a large number of humanoid robots, and these are robots that look and act like people, but are just walking computers with circuitry.
Now, when they do this, what they are going to have, essentially, is the beta version of A technology that will eventually replace most manual labor jobs.
And what kind of disruptive effect is that going to have on society?
Well, it's going to be pretty disastrous, to say the least.
It's not going to, in my opinion, create a utopia.
They always think it will, but it won't.
And why are they rolling out all this technology?
Well, because As you all know, as Harari puts it, there are too many useless eaters out there.

It's almost overwhelming.

We're talking about China.
They're in the process of developing these humanoid robots, which are going to replace human workers.

But they will get something, and it won't work very well.
We already know Boston Dynamics and other American corporations have this stuff clandestinely behind closed doors, classified, top secret black programs where they've already developed this technology.
So what you're seeing in China is the cheap knockoff that they've probably stolen or been given by Joe Biden or some of these other traders in our government that now they're going to roll out by design as well.

I'm like, oh gosh, that's how these people think!
And that's why, you know what, we're not doomed because we have Christ.
And I want to stress that.
None of this is to say that we are not still saved and that God doesn't still win and that there is no hope, because there is.
The hope springs eternal.
But, I will say that You know, countries come and go.
Civilizations rise and fall.
Empires do the same.
So, for me, to say that we're doomed is not referencing our eternal souls, unless you haven't accepted Christ in your heart as your savior, in which case I encourage you to do that now and watch what he does in your life.
It is very amazing, and I know from experience, and I've seen it firsthand, but It's to say that this country is doomed, this empire is falling, it's in decline, and... What do they call it?
They call it, like, the fourth turning, or whatever you want to say.
There will be a turning that will take place where they're going to make a push for this.
Now, to replace us with the humanoid robots, Maybe we have a little ways to go on that one, but like I said, Behind Closed Doors, Classified Black Ops Projects, you know, they have this stuff.
Boss Dynamics, you've seen the robots.
You've seen the... And that's the stuff they show you publicly, by the way.
Always keep in mind that whatever you see publicly, there's probably something ten times or a hundred times more advanced Behind Closed Doors.
You know, and that's just how the nature of this all works.
So, again, China's rolling out their humanoid robots because whatever technology they're using has probably been given to them by globalists to speed up the destruction of civilization as we know it.
But, on top of that, the warfare they're waging on humanity, it's not one-dimensional, it's multi-dimensional.
You have this, with the AI systems being enhanced, of course.
Trust me when I say that there are advancements in AI that are going to be very dangerous.
But then also, you have a cognitive warfare strategy, right?
So, what does that look like?
Well, think of things like TikTok, which is ran by the Chinese Communists.
Even though they say it's not, because the company that owns it, or runs it, is based out of the United States, but it's subservient to the Chinese overlords who own it.
But that's okay.
That's cognitive warfare strategy that they're employing.
Now, what the CCP calls it, According to Congressman Gallagher, who explained this in a hearing they had recently, Mike Gallagher from Wisconsin, the CCP calls it cognitive domain warfare, and it's part of their larger political warfare strategy.
This was given on testimony on the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party.
And they're using this cognitive warfare strategy against us here in the United States.
So it's not something that we think about when we're here in the West, but it is like soft power.
They're going after people's minds.

And what the PLA, the People's Liberation Army, which is the Communist Party of China's military, what they refer to is the strategy of mind dominance.
Which is defined as the use of propaganda as a weapon to influence public opinion to affect change in the nation's social system.
Now, what they do in a more aggressive way is a form of psychological warfare that's intended to affect the target's cognition, decision-making, and behavior.
Now, let me just briefly unpack that for everyone out there.
You say, how does that relate to TikTok?
Well, When you can convince children to believe, naive children, gullible children, to believe that what's bad is good, what's wrong is right, then, in a way, you are essentially changing their cognition and their decision-making and their behaviors.
So encouraging behaviors that make children less likely to succeed, American Western children particularly, that make them more prone to violence, make them more prone to degenerate behaviors, hedonism, and the like, then you're essentially, it's like a modern opium war.
Which they're also sending fentanyl over, so that's another form of the warfare they're waging.
But it's a modern opium war because they are essentially creating and conditioning the young, future leaders of this country to engage in these behaviors which are self-destructive.
And in a way, they can win a war without having to fire a shot.
Right?
Which is why it's interesting people have pointed out, appropriately, That when you look at the Western version of TikTok, widely available across all Western nations, almost, it's far different than the version of TikTok that is used in China.
Because the Chinese TikTok encourages positive behaviors.
It encourages kids to learn.
It's used as a learning tool, and it encourages positive, healthy behaviors in young children.
The Western version promotes pedophilia, degeneracy, immorality, violence, and it's not an accident.
It's not like a programmer, you know, missed a button on the, or missed a line of code in the algorithm.
No, it's intentional.
It is absolutely 100% intentional.
And it's being allowed to happen because the same people that in the future will be most assuredly behind the false flag cyber attacks or the next 9-11, whatever it may be, those same people are the ones who are benefiting, enriching themselves from this technology and the degradation of our youth and the pollution of their minds
They need dumb, slow, uncritical thinkers with short attention spans.
And that's what they desire.

So, first of all, Let's talk about this major story coming out of Jack Smith's prosecution, persecution of Trump.
We all know Jack Smith came out and announced the indictments.
Here's just a clip of what's coming up in Washington, DC.
This is Jack Smith in his own words.
Today, an indictment was unsealed charging Donald J. Trump with conspiring to defraud the United States Conspiring to disenfranchise voters and conspiring and attempting to obstruct an official proceeding.
The indictment was issued by a grand jury of citizens here in the District of Columbia, and it sets forth the crimes charged in detail.
I encourage everyone to read it in full.
The attack on our nation's Capitol on January 6th, 2021, was an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy.
As described in the indictment, it was fueled by lies.
Lies by the defendant targeted at obstructing a bedrock function of the U.S.
government, the nation's process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election.
Today, there is Jack Smith in his own words when he described the indictment against Trump And what it's going to seek to prove.
And essentially they're saying that January 6th riot was fueled by Trump's lies.
Which is... It is rather infuriating, I think, to most people who see the truth.
That they stole the election and that now they're covering up their stealing of the election by persecuting Trump.
Because they obviously are so desperate and evil, that they don't have any other choice.
But beyond that now, Jack Smith is ramping up his effort to jail Trump, asking the Supreme Court to weigh Trump's immunity argument and put it into question.
So what we're seeing now, Jack Smith is fighting to keep the March 4th trial date one day before Super Tuesday in his January 6th case against Trump.
In DC, Trump's lawyers argued that Trump is immune from federal prosecution for alleged crimes committed while he served as U.S.
President.
Jack Smith skipped over the appellate court and went straight to the U.S.
Supreme Court on Trump's immunity claims.
Now, why did he do this?
The question that's being presented is whether a former president is absolutely immune from federal prosecution for crimes committed while in office or is constitutionally protected from federal prosecution when he has been impeached but not convicted before the criminal proceedings begin.
Now, I'd say there's a number of reasons why this is happening, but why Did Jacksman skip over the appellate court and go straight to the Supreme Court?
A few reasons.
One, obviously, if it goes to the appellate court, that will take time, and that time will interrupt the timeline that they have set for Trump to be indicted or to be brought to trial the day before Super Tuesday, of course.
So he went, he fast-forwarded, fast-tracked, it went straight to the Supreme Court, too.
However, the Supreme Court rules.
Whether they rule in favor of Jack Smith and completely betray the American people, but more importantly, betray their oath to the Constitution and the rule of law in this nation, or they rule in favor of Trump against Jack Smith, it's a win-win, right?
Because either Jack Smith gets what he wants, or Jack Smith gets the media narrative talking point that the Supreme Court is compromised,
That the Supreme Court is corrupt, that the Supreme Court is ran by Trump's hand-selected minions who are working at his behest to protect him, and that further invalidates the legitimacy of the Court, which we've seen a growing effort, especially since the destruction of Roe v. Wade,
And other Supreme Court rulings where you have the talking point from the left-wing media is the court is not valid.
The court is not valid.
Because it's been politicized.
They want to blow up the court anyway.
So either way you look at this, it's a political calculation strategically implemented by Jack Smith with the intention of further delegitimizing the Supreme Court.
Essentially, he's trying to extort the court by saying, you make a ruling on this or otherwise I will Make you out to be the villain if you don't rule in my favor, and if you do, then you'll be the villain either way.
So this is how corrosively destructive having a corrupt system is.
Because people have been brainwashed to believe that Trump is the issue.
When in reality, we all know the issue.
It is people like Jack Smith, People like Merrick Garland.
People like Joe Biden and his corrupt family.
People like Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, Obama's invisible hand running everything.
Those are the problem.
Those people are the real problem in this country.
And because our country, as I said, has been dumbed down to such a degree, They just work 100% based on emotion.
They don't work in logic, fact.
Where they work from is a place of emotional satisfaction, meaning, you know, it feels, it felt so good to have Barack Obama.
He was the first black president.
He was so cool.
All the celebrities like him.
You know, the same celebrities that go and glorify adultery, And hedonism, and sin-filled lifestyles, immorality, degeneracy, all of that.
Those people, oh, they love Barack Obama!
Well, of course they love Barack Obama!
Because he loves the things they love!
And what most of our fellow compatriots in this country, unfortunately, have been programmed to love.
I can only say this so many different ways, but because our country has slipped so far down the slope, as it were, we are now faced with an issue, and the issue is this. as it were, we are now faced with an issue, and
That we have criminals who have infiltrated our government from the mid to the highest levels, and they are running the show.
So, if you put the prisoners in charge of the prison, what do you expect is going to happen?
Chaos will ensue.
Lawlessness will become the law of the land.
But again, it's not just lawlessness.
It's even more insidious than that.
It's rules for thee and not for me.
It's two-tiered justice.
It's we're going to politically persecute.
And the talking points, when we get back, I'm going to play you the insane talking points.
We have the former AG, Eric Holder, coming out.
He was one of the most corrupt AGs ever.
And describing to a T what they're doing.
Again, this is Saul Alinsky stuff, folks.
Accuse your opponent of what you yourself are doing.
Rules for radicals.
This is communist infiltration.
These are communist tactics.
These people need to be brought to justice.
Our country is broken and falling.
People need to wake up!
I'm going to give you a bit of a call to action later on how we can do at least our part, but make sure you understand this.
These criminals are working under the concept and the precept that they are untouchable because they've leveraged our country Into a place of such insecurity that for them to go down would be a national security threat.

He's pushed it up to the Supreme Court.
The question of Trump's presidential immunity.
The question being whether a former president is absolutely immune from federal prosecution for crimes committed while in office or is he constitutionally protected from federal prosecution when he has been impeached but not convicted before the criminal proceedings begin.
So according to court documents, Smith wrote in the Monday filing, quote, this case presents a fundamental question at the heart of our democracy, whether a former president is absolutely immune from federal prosecution for crimes committed while in office.
Jack Smith.
Now he's circumventing the appellate court and going straight to the U S Supreme court for one reason.
He wants to get a conviction before the election.
John Turley wrote Jonathan Turley.
You guys may know him.
He wrote this, uh, Remember that it's not just about the timeline, which it is.
seeking to leapfrog the appellate court and ask for a ruling from the Supreme Court on Trump's immunity claims.
The only reason for this petition is to seek a guarantee of a trial of Trump and possible conviction before the election.
So remember that it's not just about the timeline, which it is.
It is definitely about the timeline, but it's not only about the timeline.
It's also about, as I said before, putting the Supreme Court and its legitimacy into question.
See, because, as I said previously, if they rule in favor of Jack Smith, then they undermine their own legitimacy by going outside of what the Constitution provides as a requisite for a ruling, what the law says.
But if they stand against Jack Smith, then essentially they put themselves in a position of being ridiculed and being lied about and slandered in the fake news media and having more calls from congressmen and women to basically call into question their legitimacy.
And then to violently extort them into making rulings based on the will and whims of the criminals running our government.
So, I would say this.
It's a pretty tough position.
But of course they want this to happen before Trump Before the election, because they need to have Trump indicted before the election.
And you ask yourself, why are they wasting so many resources on him?
Why are they going after him with such vigor and such harsh intent?
Well, the simple reason is, he's made a vow, a campaign promise, to go after every one of them.
And you know what?
Here's the thing.
Our system is so broken now that the criminals who have ran the show and are running the show are now coming out and saying that if Trump becomes president, he'll become a dictator and he'll go after all of his political enemies.
It's like, oh, you mean the criminals who have been framing him for crimes he never committed?
Oh, those people.
Of the people who have been exploiting the American taxpayer for decades to enrich themselves and their families.
Oh, those people?
Well, of course those people are going to come out and say that Trump's going to become a dictator, because to them, every crime that they've committed will be exposed, and they will suffer the consequences of their actions.
And they can't have that.
And the logic fails the shoe-on-the-other-foot test, too.
Because in what world, let me ask you this, in what universe does it make sense for Trump to say, I'm a rich man, I'm a billionaire, I'm worth ten billion dollars, let me just go be president to politically persecute people for no reason?
It makes no sense when you flip it on its head, right?
Because the left keeps saying, Trump's a Russian agent, Trump's Hitler, Trump's corrupt, he's corrupt.
He could have avoided all of this and just been a rich old guy that everybody loved.
Because remember, the Democrats used to love him.
He could have.
He didn't have to do any of this.
A lot of people believe the military tapped him to do it.
That's another story for another day.
But he didn't have to do any of this.
So how in the world does it make any sense whatsoever that he is now going to become this dictator to exact vengeance on his political enemies when, in fact, he made enemies who are doing that to him right now?
And those enemies are not just enemies of Trump.
Let's be clear.
These are enemies of the American Constitutional Republic.
Enemies of those who stand for law and order and that which is right.
So that's the thing that really baffles me.
It blows my mind, actually.
That the people, and it doesn't though, because I talk about this all the time, but people are so dumbed down.
It is so frustrating.
Like, how do you sell this narrative?
Okay, guy, 10, guys worth $10 billion goes runs for president, loses billions of dollars, becomes hated by half the country overnight, runs on an agenda of self-sacrifice to make this country great again,
Wants his dying legacy to be the restoration of law and order, the protection of our national sovereignty, the protection of our constitutional rights, and somehow he did all of this just to be a Russian agent?
When there's no cases out there against him for taking money from Foreign adversaries?
But we have ample evidence of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden and so on and so on and so forth.
All of them, they're taking money from Saudi Arabia.
They're taking money from Ukraine.
They're taking money from China.
They're taking money from Russia.
They're taking money from all of our adversaries.
They're enriching themselves.
They go into office with way less money than they walk out of office with.
And you want me to believe that Trump is doing this for what reason?
Let's listen to the former Attorney General Eric Holder explain what Trump will do when he becomes president, right?
Listen, the level of cognitive dissonance is insane with these people.
The level of manipulation and lies and accusing others of what they're doing is, it's Orwellian, folks.
I mean, that's the best way to describe it.
Listen to this.
Can you just describe a little bit in terms of the role of and how it would transform if an Attorney General were not looking at things purely from the facts, purely from the evidentiary burden and how to meet it, but instead taking directives on who to prosecute from the President of the United States?
Sure.
If the president told a compliant attorney general, I don't like what this congressman said about me or did about me, did to me over the course of the last two, three years, whatever, open an investigation on that person.
That attorney general could tell a compliant United States attorney to do just that.
I mean, do these people hear themselves?
who could be replaced by the president, to open an investigation, and then to just look through that person's life and look for anything that you possibly can find.
I mean, do these people hear themselves?
Do these people even realize what they're saying?
How flagrantly manipulative, how much of a liar do you have to be?
Did you hear what Eric Holder just said?
He would just need a compliant attorney general to get a compliant U.S.
attorney to go and open an investigation with a compliant FBI director and they could just look into a person's background.
That's exactly what they did to Trump!
Like, he literally, in no uncertain terms, directly literally just said what they did to Donald Trump.
Specifically.
I gotta play this again because it's that wild.
It is that wild.
Just, just, let's run, maybe I misheard this, but I'm pretty sure everything he's describing, just use this, just imagine the person he's talking about is Donald Trump.
Listen to this.
The United States.
Sure.
If the president told a compliant attorney general, I don't like what this congressman said about me or did about me, did to me over the course of the last two, three years, whatever, open an investigation on that person.
Robert Mueller?
Barack Obama?
James Comey?
Like those people?
like what they did to Donald Trump?
Okay, I'm, I'm, I am, I don't know if you can tell how frustrating this is, but it is a part of the demoralization.
and then They want you to believe that you're powerless.
They want you to believe that you're crazy.
Like, I know I'm not crazy, but when I hear Eric Holder say these things, I feel like either I'm crazy or the people watching CNN are functionally mentally retarded.
And I mean that in the sense that they cannot cognitively understand things.
Because everything that Eric Holder is saying is what they did to Donald Trump.
Am I crazy?
Am I missing something?
I mean, what is happening here, folks?
I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.
I really do.
And I know that's by design.
I know that's intentional.
I know that's what they want.
I know that the intent behind why they do this so flagrantly, so obviously, so out in the open, is to make you feel helpless, is to make you feel crazy, is to make you feel like you are the one who is wrong.
But I assure you, In no way, shape, or form are we incorrect in asserting that everything Eric Holder is saying is exactly what they did to Trump and that they are now coming out and saying that that is what Trump will do because when Trump does become president again, if they don't steal it or do something else,
That he will legally and lawfully try to go after the people who did this to him, therefore they must start sowing the narrative, seeding the narrative, that Trump is doing that which they did to him.
So, another example of predictive programming here.
Another example of flagrant abuse of power and lies.
And you have to sit back and almost, you almost have to, you know, give him some credit.
To be this capable of lying is almost impressive if it weren't so downright, despicably evil.
Like, it would almost be impressive to be able to go on national TV and say these things with a straight face.
I mean, I'm surprised they're not... He can say it with a straight face.
But again, these people live in a fantasy land.
They've drunk their own Kool-Aid.
They're huffing their own Jankum.
They are high on their own gasoline can.
They don't understand what... They could care less what's going on around them.
It's a matter of survival, I guess, at this point for them.
And I guess desperate people will do desperate things, so I shouldn't be surprised.
But it is rather brazen, if you will, that they can do this with such gall and audacity.
To get on national TV and say that?
It's almost unbelievable.
But that's, again, that is the intent behind it.
It is meant to be unbelievable.
It is meant to be audacious.
It is meant to be so completely brazen that you almost, you have to take a step back and go, did he really just say that?
Did he really just describe everything they did to Trump and now claims that Trump's going to do it to them?
Oh, well, what a shame that would be, right?
To visit retribution on those who have done wrong to you.
But in this circumstance, do it rightfully.
Righteously, if you will.

Maybe I'm crazy.

Bush, went to the same secret society, Yale, Harvard, University, probably has a skull and bone, which, remember, that's a secret, we don't talk about that, right?
This guy gets no pushback.
And Trump, on the other hand, is indicted in four jurisdictions with 91 counts.
And they're trying to put him in jail for the rest of his life for the crime of nothing, essentially.
And Jack Smith now is trying to fast track His effort to jail Trump by going to the Supreme Court to get them to rule that the president doesn't have immunity.
Now a lot of people are arguing, and I mean it's an interesting concept, that everything that's happening in Trump's case is a part of a broader strategy to make other presidents' crimes come into play.
Which I guess that's an interesting theory.
It's something.
They're saying that, you know, they're going after Trump.
Basically, if Jack Smith gets this kind of a ruling from the Supreme Court that presidents are not absolutely immune, well then, what crimes have the Obamas committed?
Or the Clintons?
Or Bush?
Can we go back and prosecute all them?
I mean, it's an interesting thought, and it's the same thing they're saying about this push from Jack Smith now.
He's coming out and saying that he will use Trump's phone data at his January 6th trial in D.C.
according to a new court filing.
They've come out now and said that they've extracted and processed data from Trump's phones and one other individual.
That brings another interesting... Well, if we can go after Trump's phone data, can we go after Obama's phone data?
Can we go after Bush's phone data?
Can we go after Clinton's phone data?
I mean, of course this is never going to happen, and it might.
I hope I'm wrong.
I hope I'm wrong.
I hope that if Trump becomes this, you know, quote-unquote sacrifice for this, that at least, minimum, we would get some sort of Retribution against the criminals who've been running this country for so long.
I doubt it.
It's a far stretch.
I mean, it would be nice, but we'd have to wait and see on that.
But that's what they're doing now.
So Jack Smith, he is Going to the Supreme Court to get rid of presidential immunity, Trump's presidential immunity, and he's going to be using his phone data, and is that setting the precedent?
But who would?
That's the thing.
These criminals are the ones running the show.
They're all protecting each other.
I doubt, highly, that they would just be like, oh, okay.
What they'll do is, they'll create these presidents for Trump, use them, and then once they get another one of their minions back in, one of their globalist, uniparty puppets in, they'll either have some legislation or executive order, they'll change it back, so you can't.
Can't do that anymore!
That opened up Pandora's box, don't want that open.
Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but do I have faith in The people running the show right now?
Well, if they're the same people that we see on TV every day, like O'Biden and his minions, I don't, unfortunately.
Another story that many people aren't covering right now.
is that 46 top former national security officials have come out signing a letter.
Does this sound familiar?
They've come out and signed a letter.
Let's hear what it's about.
Urging Congress to quote reauthorize FISA 702 legislation needed to fight terrorism, fentanyl traffickers, and cyber attacks.
They go on to say, quote, we cannot hamstring the U.S.
intelligence community, unquote.
Section 702 saves lives, quote, unquote.
Saves American lives.
Oh, no.
It's Groundhog Day, folks.
Just the same stuff, different day.
Same stuff, different toilet.
I mean, this is insane.
46 top former national security officials signing a letter.
Well boy gosh gee willigers, I better trust them on this.
They've never steered me wrong before.
Hunter Biden's laptop, except for that time.
Except for the time they weaponized the intelligence services to exploit the FISA
I mean, we had the former director of the NSA, Admiral Mike Rogers, come out and give open testimony to Congress explaining how widely abused FISA Court and Section 702 were, specifically in reference to Trump and their spying on him and people around him.
U.S.
citizens, by the way, Who did nothing wrong other than support a political candidate.
Many of whom were later framed as being Russian spies or carrying water for Vladimir Putin.
And that's what we're going to reauthorize, folks?
So, here's what you're going to do.
All you have to do...
is take two minutes find your representative's phone number wherever you are say call them and say I'm a constituent and I'd like representative so-and-so to vote for the Protect Liberty Act HR 6570 which is against the FISA Reform Act HR 6611 hopefully they'll answer because that's some legislation that's being put out there
To counteract the reauthorization of Section 702.

I'm your host, Craig James, and we're talking about Section 702, the reauthorization coming through Congress.
What they've come out and essentially said is that they're going to be pushing this protect, or excuse me, the FISA Reform Act, H.R.
6611.
We have people coming out in opposition to it and they've actually formulated a bill to counter it.
which goes by the name of the Protect Liberty Act, HR 6570.
I would say it's probably not a bad idea to go after this.
The Protect Liberty Act would require a warrant for searches of Americans' private communications collected under Section 702.
It would close the data broker loophole, and it would strengthen the FISA Court to a degree.
The FISA Reform Act, by contrast, is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
It would not prevent any of the worst abuses of Section 702 to spy on Americans.
It would expand warrantless and suspicious surveillance of immigrants, and it would extend Section 702 until 2031.
Now, of course, both of these bills obviously need further scrutiny, and I'm not going to tell you to support them without trying to read them, at least.
but But, taking it a step further as to what we're seeing here, inside of the House Intelligence Committee Section 702 Reform Bill, which is scheduled for a floor vote as soon as today,
What you'll see is that there are some seemingly innocuous changes, according to reporters online, that change the definition of electronic service communication provider.
And what they say is that the bill vastly expands the universe of U.S.
business that can be conscripted to aid the government in conducting surveillance.
So under the current law, according to a reporter by the name of Elizabeth Goyton, The government can compel companies that have direct access to communications such as phone, email, and text messaging service providers to assist in Section 02 surveillance by turning over the communications of the Section 702 targets.
But under Section 504 of the House Intelligence Committee's bill, any entity that has access to quote-unquote equipment on which communications may be transmitted or stored, such as ordinary routers, fair game.
What does this mean?
Simply put, Hotels, libraries, coffee shops, and any other place that offers Wi-Fi to their customers could be forced to serve as surrogate spies.
They could be required to configure their systems to ensure that they can provide the government access to their entire streams of communications.
Even a repair person who comes to fix the Wi-Fi in your home would meet the revised definition, meaning that that person is an employee of a service provider who has access to equipment, your router, on which communications are transmitted.
Does that sound like something you want to sign up for?
So again, call your representative, whoever they are, and I would highly recommend That at minimum, you tell them to vote against the reauthorization of section of the FISA 702.
I mean, I would say that that is the minimum.
Because, trust me when I say, when you have 46 top former national security officials signing letters telling you to do something, you probably want to do the opposite.
In almost 99% of the scenarios.
Unless they were all signing a letter saying, like, don't jump off a bridge.
I'd strongly start wondering why they don't want me to jump off that bridge.
I would start considering what benefits are there to jumping off the bridge.
And people would go, you're crazy.
You're a conspiracist.
It's like, well, no, actually, it's like this.
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice.
The point is, I'm not going to get fooled again, as George Bush would so eloquently put it.
So, I don't know about you, but for me, I have no interest in supporting this legislation.
And if they do reauthorize it, then it's just another... I mean, it's literally... This is how we are betrayed by the people representing us.
And in all fairness, they're probably compromised too.
Like Madison Cawthorn told us about all these congressmen in DC, the first thing that happened when he got there is they were offering him cocaine, inviting him to sex orgies.
I mean, these people are disgusting!
Talk about wolves in sheep's clothing!
They present themselves as these wholesome and family-oriented, you know, just wholesome people, and then the minute they go to Congress, they turn into Lauren Boebert, you know, or MTJ or MTG, you know, having affairs and getting divorces.
It's like, it's almost like the people who go to Congress, the majority of them, are just the most heinous and despicable people.
Or their establishment sycophant acolytes like Ken Buck, the Dick Cheney acolyte, best friends with Liz Cheney.
These people don't represent us.
But at minimum, what we should do is light up their call board and tell them why they should represent us and what we want.
And what I would say is a reasonable thing to ask is that they don't reauthorize
This FISA 702 legislation, at least not in its current form, at minimum, given the fact that, as I just explained in the literature itself of the bill, it's saying that a repair person who comes into your house technically could be compelled to give access to your private communications to the government
Without a warrant.
At least not without a legal one, at least.
See, but what they do is they make crimes legal and then it's not a crime anymore.
Hey, how about that?
But this is what they did to Trump.
They opened a phishing expedition on him.
They surveilled him, surveilled anyone around him.
They unmasked people around him.
These are all blatant violations.
So you know what their solution is?
Not end the criminal program that's spying on American citizens and being weaponized against political figures.
No, no, no.
Let's make it broader.
Let's make the crimes legal.
Let's put legislation out there that says, hey, you know what?
All those crimes that we committed, let's just make them legal now.
That way we can just do it without having to worry about pesky things like law and order and justice.
That sounds reasonable.
That's where we're at, folks.
Call your congressman or woman today.
Tell them you don't want Section 702 to be reauthorized.
It only will take you a moment.
And I believe it's worth it.
Tell them that you would like them to vote no on H.R. 6611.
Because that is ultimately just one more nail in the coffin of this constitutional republic.
As we're scratching on the door trying to get out, underneath the boot of the tyrants, they're shoveling the dirt on our heads while we're still breathing, gasping for air.
There's hope, but it's fleeting.
But there is true hope, and we're going to talk about that Stay tuned.

Because, you know, as we look around, I mean, there's so much evil.
There are so many people who are lost.
And I sometimes have a real character flaw, I guess you could say, where I get so frustrated by this, it almost, when I speak, makes it sound like I think it's hopeless.
And I don't.
I don't.
I don't believe any of this is hopeless.
I don't believe that this fallen world should ever make you believe for one second that there is no hope, because there is hope.
And that hope is found in true belief in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the power He can wield in our lives.
And the things He can do are For most people who don't know Jesus, I guess for all people, it would be unimaginable.
And even when you give your life to Christ, it's hard to imagine what great things He can do.
Now, I'm not saying that when you give your life to Christ that, you know, there's going to be sunshine and rainbows every day, and that you're going to get everything you ever wished for and then some, and that your life's just going to magically turn into this movie that you've always imagined.
Because I can't, that might happen, I don't know.
I can't make that promise.
I'm not some prosperity preacher who's going to sit here and tell you that, you know, if you just give me some money, I'll tell God to give you what you need.
No.
That's not how this works.
It works simply.
You give your life to Christ.
You let Him work wonders.
You let Him move mountains.
But He'll do it in His time I mean, God works on a timeline that we can't know, but as Jeremiah 29, 11 says, His plans are for a future and a hope.
And today we're going to look at some scripture quickly.
It's Psalm 15.
We're in the book of Psalm.
We're going through all the Psalms.
And we're in Psalm 15, another Davidic Psalm, which is interesting.
It's a description of the godly.
So let's read it.
It's pretty short, and then we'll talk about it.
It says, Lord, who can dwell in your tent?
Who can live on your holy mountain?
The one who lives honestly, practices righteousness, and acknowledges the truth in his heart.
Who does not slander with his tongue, who does not harm his friend or discredit his neighbor, who despises the one rejected by the Lord but honors those who fear the Lord, who keeps his word whatever the cost, who does not lend his money at interest or take a bribe against the innocent.
The one who does these things will never be moved.
Now, if you want to ask me Well, what should I do?
What can I do?
What does God ask me to do?
I think this is a fairly good description here.
Live honestly, practice righteousness, and acknowledge truth in your heart.
Don't slander, don't harm, don't discredit people unjustly, don't despise people who don't despise, or excuse me, do despise the one who is rejected by the Lord, but honor those who fear the Lord.
Don't lend your money at interest or take a bribe against the innocent.
And if you do those things, you will never be moved, and God will be there standing with you.
And that's my message to all of you out there.
Just take these things, Psalm 15, you can go read it yourself later, but take these things with you today, and make sure you try to implement them in your day-to-day life And watch God do great things for you.
When you live with this righteous integrity that's described here, God will do things that you can't imagine.
If you haven't given your life to Christ yet, now's your time.
Say a prayer, open your heart, repent of your sin, accept Him as your Lord and Savior, and watch Him do great things for you.
Live by these precepts that we learn from the Scripture.
Share it with one another.
And if you have accepted Jesus, then go out and take these words of wisdom and discernment and put them to action today.
But that's where we're going to leave it.
