	But before we get into that, I mean, where do I even begin?
	What a news, what a news evening, news day, whatever you want, news cycle, right?
	We have Henry Kissinger, famed diplomat and statesman, passing away last night.
	He is now somewhere.
	I'm not going to say it.
	I'm not going to say it.
	But he is no longer with us.
	He died at the age of, I believe, 100.
	He was either 99 or 100.
	But he is dead.
	We also have an amazing viral video, Elon Musk telling The New York Times, as they were interviewing him for their Dealbook Summit event, to go F themselves, and particularly not necessarily just the New York Times, telling anybody who is trying to blackmail Twitter with money, as he puts it, to go F themselves.
	I'd play the clip, but obviously we can't play that kind of profanity on air.
	I will say this, though.
	What he essentially says is that his company is being blackmailed by advertisers who are boycotting it to get him to censor content that they don't want on there.
	Obviously things to do with, you know, what they say are quote-unquote anti-Semitic themes and everything else.
	And you know, look, I'm not a fan of Elon Musk.
	I've never made that a big secret around here.
	You guys, if you listen regularly, you know.
	And I'll explain why I don't trust Elon Musk at all, really.
	Even though he's been lauded by the uh... conservative movement is being a champion of the uh... cause it really is not true in my humble opinion i think he is a woven sheep's clothing and he's somebody that we shall be very very careful when we are uh... you know Applauding now.
	Of course, I'll applaud somebody when they do something that, you know, culturally seems good, but remember, this is the richest man in the world, and you don't become the richest man in the world by being a nice guy and having just altruistic intent.
	It's very, you have to be very cutthroat and very vicious and mean, and he's obviously fighting battles behind closed doors that we can't even imagine, and I would say it this way, that The way he explains himself is that advertisers are trying to boycott Twitter, right?
	The big, big advertisers are doing it.
	I had a list.
	Second to go, list of advertisers include, but are not limited to, Apple, Disney, The Washington Post, Paramount, NBC, Marvel, IBM, Sony Pictures, CBS, The Colbert Show, Comcast, Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, Discovery.
	Those are just a few of the companies who are pulling their ads from Twitter in an attempt to force Elon's hand as far as increasing the censorship.
	And Elon, you have to remember, okay, Elon's not making this an open platform for the good of humanity as he keeps claiming, in my opinion.
	The truth about Elon Musk that nobody wants to confront and nobody wants to talk about is that first of all he's making a large portion of his fortune in China, right, working with the Chinese Communists.
	He's also, in fact,
	said how much he admires the Chinese Communist Party and how much he admires the uh... what they call I think it's that the app is called WeChat and how he wants to turn Twitter into WeChat which if you guys don't know what WeChat is and I think it's WeChat somebody could fact check me on this if you don't if I'm getting the name of the app wrong I'm pretty sure it's WeChat and uh... the number is 877-536-1360 if you want to text or call to fact check me I always welcome it
	Essentially, it's an all-encompassing app that China uses to enforce its social credit score.
	Meaning, everything that you do runs through this app on your phone, going even into the COVID times, where you had to have a green pass to get in and out of stores, or travel on public transportation, or go to the bank, or whatever it may be, or go to a restaurant.
	It's essentially how the Chinese Communist Party enforces its social credit score system.
	And Elon has said how much he admires it, and how much he wants to develop X into that app one day, and that he thinks it would be a great idea.
	And that's not just... I'm not just saying that.
	That's not the only thing that Elon Musk has done that's suspicious.
	This guy...
	If you're a Christian out there, it's hard to say you can support somebody who's, at best, agnostic, but may, in fact, worship the devil.
	And you go, Craig, well that's crazy conspiracy theory.
	And I'll tell you this, last year for Halloween, he dressed up as the champion of the devil, wearing Baphomet head on his chest plate of armor with upside-down crosses and you go, well, that's just a Halloween costume.
	That doesn't mean anything.
	That's just, that's just a Halloween costume.
	Well, you know what?
	It does mean something to Christians, I hope.
	Because, first of all, I don't celebrate Halloween.
	It's a pagan, demonic holiday.
	So that's, that's first and foremost.
	Second of all, even if I did celebrate Halloween, You can bet your bottom dollar that there's no way I would ever go out wearing, whether it's Halloween or any other day, a Champion of the Devil leather armor set with Baphomet on my chest and upside-down crosses all over me.
	That just wouldn't happen.
	Now, you can say what you want.
	You can dismiss it away and say it's not a big deal and, you know, he's doing so many good things and how can you say all that?
	But the truth is, I don't trust Elon Musk and I don't trust anybody who, you know, glorifies Satan and wants to turn us into China with communism and the social credit score.
	He's done other things that, you know, we could talk about electric cars and what they actually do and how they're more exploitive than oil and gas as far as, you know, slave labor and mineral resource wars and everything else.
	But without going into all of that in too much detail, I mean, I'll just give you, that's just the at-a-glance rundown.
	Everyone is now saying how great Elon Musk is.
	And you know what?
	That's good.
	You know, fine.
	Good for them.
	I'm not going to jump on board, but I will say, it's always satisfying to see somebody stick it to the establishment, but then it's like, then you back up and you realize Elon is the establishment.
	I mean, he's the richest man in the world.
	So what he's essentially having is a little tiff between him and the other, you know, rich people.
	The other quote-unquote elites, where it's like, oh, you're gonna try to blackmail me with money?
	I'm the richest man in the world!
	Go F yourself!
	And, I just, I'm not impressed.
	You know?
	But the conservatives love it.
	And you know what, here's another thing.
	If Twitter was really free, why am I still banned?
	Right?
	Why do they keep banning me when I make new accounts?
	Why do I have to make anonymous accounts now just to use the platform?
	Somebody answer me that!

	A lot of stuff happening yesterday, including we have more pro-Hamas terrorists trying to stop the lighting of the Christmas tree there in New York City.
	That seems to be canceled now because There's an Islamic revolution, right?
	And Elon Musk is the champion of free speech now because he told some other elitist globalists to go F themselves.
	He is now somehow continually lauded into being the champion of free speech when I'm pretty sure he's the champion of much darker things that people can't even imagine.
	You know, for him to come out and say he loves free speech, that's all great and good.
	I mean, but he doesn't truly believe in that.
	Like, that's the thing that's hilarious to me is that people are like, he's the champion of free speech.
	Then why is Alex Jones still banned from Twitter?
	Somebody riddle me that.
	Why am I banned?
	Why are so many other people still banned from Twitter if he really believes in free speech?
	Well, it's because he doesn't actually believe in free speech.
	It's because he wants to broaden speech to the spectrum that he sees is fitting, but no further.
	And that's fine!
	You know what?
	He owns it!
	Whatever!
	But it is, and has become, a new public square.
	Which is why I believe these companies are violating the First Amendment when they censor all the speech.
	YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, the list goes on and on.
	But the point I'm trying to make with Elon is obviously I don't trust him.
	Obviously he is somebody who has garnered a lot of support.
	And let's be honest, he bribed a lot of people to support him.
	When he monetized Twitter in the way that he paid users for their engagement, writing, you know, five, ten, twenty thousand dollar checks to certain high-level influencers on the platform on a monthly basis, well of course they're going to say how great he is!
	Of course!
	It's like when Ron DeSantis writes a check for a hundred grand to What was it?
	Bob Vander Plaats, uh, you know, organization.
	Of course, he's going to endorse him.
	Like, are we really surprised?
	And it's kind of a genius thing if you, if you think about it.
	So Elon Musk buys Twitter.
	He, you know, creates this monetization system where users with high, you know, high levels of influence and following get paid for the, the, uh, interactions on their In their pages.
	And then, of course, those users are gonna be like, Elon Musk is the best person in the world!
	And then they influence all their minion, or their followers, quote-unquote.
	And then all of a sudden you have this, like, Elon Musk is the champion of conservatism.
	Ah, just ignore all the other stuff.
	Yeah.
	Don't worry about that.
	Don't worry about the Baphomet thing and the upside-down crosses and, you know, him dancing with the Chinese communists and, you know.
	Manufacturing a bunch of, you know, his vehicles over there.
	That is... Just don't pay attention to that.
	You don't need to worry.
	He's just the richest guy in the world.
	He's your friend!
	He's just like you!
	You know?
	The only difference between you and Elon Musk is, I don't know, 200 billion dollars or something like that?
	It's a shame.
	It's a shame, but it is what it is.
	And, I mean, there's so many other stories, too.
	So, that was the big one, right?
	That was the one that blew up social media and everybody went crazy, but in and amongst the chaos of the social media craze that we see now, there was another story produced by James O'Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas, who was ousted from Project Veritas,
	To now start his own media group called O'Keefe Media Group, otherwise known as AOMG, and he basically ran an operation not too long ago, taking a chief staffer for a US congressman named Jim Costa,
	The congressman is James Costa from California, Jim Costa, and the staffer's name is Daniel Sepulveda, and they basically ran an operation to extract information about the bio lab ran by a Chinese fugitive in California where they were studying
	Dangerous pathogens, including COVID, AIDS, and other transmissible diseases in a, in what can only be described as, I mean, if you live in California, right, like I did for three years, unfortunately, it was awful.
	Never, if you have the chance to stay away from California, Please.
	You don't want to go there.
	There's nothing good.
	I mean, the people are great.
	I'm not going to lie.
	The people in certain areas are wonderful, and it is very conservative when you get outside of the terrible cities, but mostly it's just polluted and overrun with liberals and migrants.
	You know, the invasion of illegal immigration is insane there.
	You know, they have basically no rule of law.
	To an extent.
	Where, you know, I'm not going to get off on a tangent there, but it's awful.
	And, but the people are good.
	Some, somewhat.
	Most of the people who are in the big cities.
	So, James O'Keefe does this undercover operation and gets this chief staffer for a US congressman named Jim Costa to admit that the illegal Chinese biolab Not only poses a grave risk to public health, but also to national security, and also that essentially it just all fell on deaf ears and nobody covered this.
	We covered this story, mind you, when it broke a couple months ago.
	I think it was back in early October.
	So maybe a little over a month ago.
	And let me just say, the story is essentially like this.
	A Chinese fugitive from, he's a fugitive from Canada for other crimes, but he's a Chinese national who has been, you know, who has been quoted on record as saying that this lab was being built to, to, you know, benefit the Chinese Communist Party in some way, shape, or form.
	And essentially this guy comes down to California in a city called Readley.
	It opens up a illegal biolab where they were experimenting on mice with different transmissible diseases that are highly infectious and contagious.
	Now the timeline for all of this would line up with what I've said, what I said originally about this lab, which was that if you were, if you were the Chinese communist, And you wanted to have a vector for transmission of your pathogens, whether it be COVID or anything else that you wanted to spread, disease, then you would do exactly what they did.
	You'd open up this... They had a shell company that was hiding the, you know, the corporate infrastructure for this shady biolab that was Full of mice with transmissible diseases and how, I mean, how hard would it be?
	I'm not an epidemiologist by any means, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I can't imagine it would be that hard to use the viral loads that you could extract from the mice to spread the disease further.
	And if you wanted to, I don't know, let's say exacerbate a pandemic to increase the level of infected, Then that would probably be an ideal place for you to work from.
	And what was interesting, what was interesting about all of this is that it was right at the time a lot of this came out, they released a report, the congressman did, and it was right at the time when Joe Biden was meeting with Xi Jinping.
	I mean, what are the odds of that?
	That the congressman's report gets released at the exact same day The congressman who wrote this report about how, yeah, you know, we had this bio lab, but it's not a big deal now because the guy's in jail, so don't worry about it.
	That all that just so happens to happen right when Xi Jinping is in California with Joe Biden and Gavin Newsom.
	I don't know, I'm not an odds maker, but I would venture a guess to say that the odds of that happening are slim to none in all reality, and I'm going to play a portion of this report here.
	I have a portion of it that I think is worth sharing.
	Let me go ahead and find the clip exactly, because I don't want to play the wrong clip.
	I have several clips.
	The point is, though, that what has happened here is nothing short of a major cover-up.
	Nobody's talking about this, nobody's questioning it.
	The local city officials, when they found this biolab, tried to contact the CDC, they tried to contact the federal government and the federal authorities, and it all pretty much fell on deaf ears.
	To the point where Congress had to take up an investigation of it, because nobody was really doing anything about it.
	They were just ignoring it.
	Saying, oh well, he's in jail now, so it's not a big deal.
	So imagine, And maybe I'll find the clip over the break, but imagine this, right?
	Imagine you're a corrupt government official or several corrupt government officials, and you need a factory to work as a vector for transmission of a disease like, or a virus like, I don't know, COVID, and you wanted to
	Work with your Chinese counterparts to make sure that the disease spread further and further and further and that you had an ample amount of viral load to spread so that you could get positive cases, so that you could, I don't know,
	Have major contracts with Chinese companies to manufacture PPE to send to America, or manufacture pharmaceuticals or whatever it is, or you wanted to, I don't know, bring in mass mail-in balloting to steal an election, or The list goes on and on.
	Or you want to just continue a pandemic so you can continue to seize power, to strip local businesses of their ability to remain open while making corporations richer?
	I mean, there's a number of reasons you would want some, like, shell company-run, Chinese-backed biolab manufacturing viral loads of COVID that you could spread at will from throughout California and perhaps across the country.
	I mean, how hard would it be?
	Go to places with high traffic, airports.
	Go to, you know, restaurants, whatever.
	Spread the viral load as you can, touching surfaces, interacting with people, etc, etc.
	I mean, look, this is why they call me a conspiracy theorist, and it's fine.
	It doesn't bother me.
	I'm just thinking out loud.
	I'm asking questions.
	But like, if I were to do, be, if I were a nefarious actor and wanted to do things like that, perhaps that's what I would do!
	Here's the thing.
	My personal opinion is that there is too much, there is too much out there that we just, we cannot know for sure, but There is a lot that they are hiding from us, and there's a lot with this story that they don't want us to look at.
	They don't want us to put these, you know, connect these dots, or to ask these questions.
	They just want to sweep it under the rug and make it go away.
	But I mean, the pictures and the evidence of what was happening there is insane!
	So I'll tell you what, when we come back, I'm going to give you more information about that specific bio lab.
	And we're going to keep going with a lot more that you're going to want to hear.

	Now, um, I told you we're going to get into crazier stuff here.
	So, here's another one.
	What the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party found through its congressional investigation was that the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Center for Disease Control failed to properly investigate this California biolaboratory which was operated by Chinese nationals and handling deadly transmissible pathogens.
	According to reports, this biolab which was being ran had some very Nasty things going on in it.
	They found vials containing various biological substances, one of which was HIV, labeled in both English and Mandarin Chinese, as well as an undeciphered code.
	There were a thousand genetically modified mice, lab mice, inside the facility that were bred to simulate the human immune system for the purpose of laboratory experimentation.
	Now, why would Chinese nationals Loyal to the Communist Party have a biolab in California where they're testing deadly pathogens on mice which are specifically bred to simulate the human immune system.
	I mean, like, just break it down in simple terms.
	Can somebody answer that question for me?
	Why would the FBI not want to investigate that?
	Why would the CDC say, yeah, we're not going to touch that?
	I mean, does that sound normal to you?
	Doesn't that sound like the thing that those organizations may be specifically made to investigate?
	They found a lot in the facility, but what's even more fascinating about it is that this biolab Was awarded $500,000 in taxpayer dollars to fund its illicit activities.
	And no, I'm not making that up.
	According to public records, the bio lab previously tied to a company called universal Meditech Inc.
	Received $149,000 from federal government through COVID-19 era loan program.
	And the loans were dispersed right during COVID!
	How about that?
	What a coincidence that COVID, one of the things they were breeding these mice with and using in their lab, that that was what caused them to receive $150,000 plus.
	They had a $360,000 tax credit through the Cal Competes program, which was developed by Governor Gavin Newsom.
	And the reason why they were doing this is that they were in the lab.
	Now, they had this credit which, in all fairness, full disclosure, it was prevented from actually receiving that disbursement because they didn't meet the program guidelines, quote-unquote.
	But again, this money Was promised to them and $149,000 was also given to them through the COVID era loan program.
	The company eventually filed for bankruptcy in, in guess what year?
	2022.
	Huh?
	That's funny.
	So April, 2020, this company's rocking and rolling, getting $150,000 from the government one month after the COVID pandemic starts.
	And a couple years later, when it's no longer necessary, let's just say, perhaps, it's filing bankruptcy.
	They were also producing COVID-19 tests illegally there.
	They were actually legally licensed to produce pregnancy, ovulation, and menopause diagnostic tests, but they weren't necessarily doing and menopause diagnostic tests, but they weren't necessarily doing that.
	again Again, they found 900 plus genetically engineered mice.
	And they suspect that these mice were being used for all kinds of deadly pathogens.
	So, if you want to know why this isn't the biggest story in the country or hasn't... See, you gotta remember, the way I can tell, it's a pretty good barometer.
	I mean, not always right, but usually you can tell.
	The way you can tell that something is dangerous to the quote unquote narrative and hitting too close over the target is when there's a complete media blackout.
	When the FBI and the CDC don't want to talk about it, don't want to touch it, then you know there's something more there.
	It's a good thing.
	It's like there's a meme that goes around that says, you know, how do you know when something's newsworthy?
	When everyone censors it.
	Then you know it's probably newsworthy.
	And if you hear it on the fake news, it's probably propaganda.
	This is a good rule of thumb nowadays.
	So, I'll put it to you this way.
	There is only so much That we can do here in my humble opinion.
	But this happened and there's a big, big coverup and it took Congress having to open an investigation, which still hasn't really gone anywhere except to get this report released on the same day that Xi Jinping is in California with Gavin Newsom and Joe Biden.
	It's just a coincidence though, right?
	And the report essentially says, well, you know, the guy's in jail, so... Oh, well.
	Never mind.
	Yeah.

	What you've seen come out now in this civil fraud case in New York City with Letitia James is very interesting.
	As we talked about in yesterday's show, the New York Attorney General, their case against Trump and his organization, his foundation, and his kids, and everyone else, is not only unfounded, but the bank itself in question, who is supposedly or was supposedly defrauded, that would be Deutsche Bank, came out and basically blew a hole in her story yesterday in the case itself,
	Essentially saying that Donald Trump and what was happening with his asset valuation calculation was a normal practice that was not cause for any concern or red flags.
	Now again, this whole case is a $250 million civil case against Trump and his foundation and his family stating that essentially he defrauded the bank by overpaying.
	Overestimating his net worth to gain a loan that he couldn't have otherwise afforded had he, truthfully, quote unquote, as they say, gave a realistic valuation of his net worth.
	So, that's the fraud that they're alleging.
	Now, who are the victims?
	Well, nobody.
	There are no victims.
	Because the loan was taken and repaid in full with interest on time.
	And this happened many years ago, according to this banking official from Deutsche Bank.
	This is a standard practice, that there were no red flags, that there was no cause for concern.
	But, of course, they're coming out now and trying to You know, go back and forth.
	Letitia James has come out now and said that this wasn't, you know, it's not what it seems, even though the bank official said that basically there is no case here.
	And you gotta remember, this is a completely deranged left-wing lunatic and a left-wing lunatic judge, left-wing lunatic court clerk.
	Deranged left-wing lunatic prosecutors who have just suffered so tremendously from the TDS, the Trump Derangement Syndrome, that they can't even see clearly anymore.
	All they see, when they see Trump, they just see red, like people who have rage problems, like rageaholics, anger management issues, and they just want to go after him every single time.
	So, what's interesting, Is that the case itself is continuing, even though Trump on his true social page has been posting today and yesterday, I believe regularly these updates from the wife of the judge who's on social media or an account under the name Don Marie.
	This is George Arthur and Goran's wife.
	She's posting pictures of Trump in an orange jumpsuit, posting pictures of him in prison, posting pictures of him, you know, in all kinds of obvious and flagrantly anti-Trump sentiments.
	But that's okay, you know?
	I mean, look, I'm a fan of free speech, but And that's fine.
	If she wants to be some deranged left-wing lunatic who hates Trump, you know, that's her problem, not mine.
	But it becomes my problem when her husband is overseeing the case and the clerk of the court is, you know, hugging Chuck Schumer and posting pictures on social media of her with him and giving speeches about, you know, supporting left-wing causes.
	That would show obvious bias, and that the judge, his wife, is out there saying how much she hates Trump every day, and that the AG is a flagrant racist who campaigned on the promise of pursuing Trump through a phishing expedition, legally speaking, that has yielded the result of creating a fraud and a crime that there is no victim for.
	I mean, all of these things, you put it together.
	And to be quite honest, it just, it paints you the picture of where we're at.
	And a lot of people, you know, are going after Trump today too, because Trump went on his social media.
	So, so here's the story.
	Let me explain this to you.
	Because a lot of people are like raging about this, especially the DeSantis folks.
	They, they're like, they think they've hit a home run here.
	So this guy named, I think Mark Fisher, you know, fact check me on that.
	He was one of the founders of a Rhode Island chapter of black lives matter.
	And he went on to, uh, social media the other day, or he was doing an interview, I think.
	And he said that he supports Donald Trump now.
	This kind of went viral.
	BLM founder supports Donald Trump.
	Now remember, BLM is like, it's formed in chapters and it's a national, or international probably now, movement that has all these different factions within it.
	So it's not like this guy is the head of all BLM.
	He's just the founder of a Black Lives Matter chapter in Rhode Island, right?
	And that's what his association is.
	And...
	So he comes out and endorses Trump, and it's pretty hilarious.
	And Trump then goes on his social media account and says, I had a chance to talk to Mark Fisher, and I want to thank him and BLM for supporting me.
	And all of a sudden, dude, it's hilarious.
	You see all of these people just lose their minds.
	Trump's supporting BLM!
	Trump's pro-BLM!
	Trump's this, that, and the other!
	And I'm like, thinking to myself, first off, it's a masterclass troll by Trump.
	If you don't see that, you're obviously, I mean, let's be honest though, the people who have tried to seize on this as a gotcha moment for Trump, they're not working in good faith, mostly.
	I mean, some people just aren't paying attention, I'll be fair and say, they're like, what?
	Trump supports BLM?
	But what Trump did there, in my humble opinion, I'm just one man, take it with a grain of salt, was pretty hilarious.
	He essentially is saying, He's basically saying BLM supports me.
	That's how bad Joe Biden is.
	Do you see like that?
	That's the jab.
	The jab is that the left-wing lunatics have gone so far off the spectrum and are so unhinged that even BLM is coming around.
	And that's the point Trump was making.
	I believe him.
	But, of course, his critics and the DeSantis, you know, keyboard warriors are out there.
	Trump's a BLM man now!
	He supports the BLM!
	Dude, he was saying that everything's gotten so crazy that even BLM's saying this is too much.
	And BLM, they're out there.

	To go further though with it, we talked about DeSantis yesterday and I thought that was an important point to make about if you want another neocon, globalist, establishmentarian, politician who lies, then go with Ron DeSantis.
	He's a Yale, Harvard, Secret Society, Bush, Cheney.
	Crony.
	Neocon.
	He's getting support.
	What was he just endorsed by?
	It was either him or, yeah, Nikki Haley, I think, just got the Koch brothers on her side.
	If you want, like, if you want George Bush again, if you want to go backwards and go away from the MAGA movement or the Christian National Movement in this country, the revival of Christianity and all this stuff, go with those people.
	Because the point I'm trying to make here is that That's what they represent.
	So, it is what it is.
	A few other stories here, let's see.
	We have this story which is crazy.
	So, Jack Smith, you know the special prosecutor's going out there and basically building this case against, building this case against Trump in all different ways.
	Him and the Obama judge, Beryl Howell, Are attempting to cover up how both suggested Trump was a flight risk to justify a secret ex-Twitter search warrant.
	So Jack Smith and this Obama judge, Beryl Howell, are now attempting to cover up the fact that they essentially suggested that Trump would be a flight risk, which was used as a pretext for getting a search warrant to go after his Twitter account.
	Jack Smith admitted he included inaccurate information when he was asked by Judge Barry Howell for a secret search warrant of Trump's Twitter account.
	Twitter delaying the release of that information was fined $350,000 and the search warrant was so secret that Trump didn't even know Jack Smith issued a subpoena for it.
	But during the months-long battle that took place surrounding this, Twitter argued that the nondisclosure order violated the First Amendment and Stored Communications Act because they essentially told Twitter that they couldn't talk about it, they had to shut their mouth.
	Which is, you know, you know these people are doing nefarious, evil things when they have to silence individuals and corporations from talking about it right because they don't want the public to see it or know it but they want to be able to do it they wanted to tie it up in what they call
	and i've talked about this before an ongoing investigation so apparently according to sources at cnn the dcc Circuit Court of Appeals said that the court found there were reasonable grounds to believe this, that Trump would jeopardize the ongoing investigation if he knew about the search warrant.
	The District Court, according to the D.C.
	Circuit Opinion, found that there were reasonable grounds to believe that disclosing the warrant to former President Trump would seriously jeopardize the ongoing investigation by giving him an opportunity to destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior, or notify Confederates.
	Even though Jack Smith admitted to Judge Howe that he included inaccurate information when he suggested Trump would become a flight risk if he learned about the secret gag order.
	Do you think we're working with good faith actors here?
	Does this sound like a legitimate judicial system?
	A justice system?
	It doesn't to me.
	It sounds like you've got a bunch of thugs lying to each other in courts to get warrants to go after the political opponents, making up ridiculous stories.

	Did you know that Pueblo, Colorado has the world's largest wind turbine factory?

	Yeah, I already knew that, but I guess, when you hear him say this stuff, so, this is, if you're just looking at this like from an outside perspective, you've got to imagine, this guy supposedly, now I'm not, there's a lot of people who say he doesn't, but supposedly they want us to believe that they allow this guy to be in charge of our nuclear arsenal.
	Can you imagine?
	I mean, I'm pretty sure that the military, like, I don't even know what they're doing.
	They probably have locked him out of the codes because who knows?
	He could wake up one morning and just have a dementia bout and then be like, we're gonna go bomb, you know, Uzbekistan.

	So, apparently now Trump's a congressman, and he obviously is representing Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, too.
	But, this is what we're dealing with on the Democrat side of the aisle, and what we're dealing with on our side of the aisle, J.D., is almost just as bad when you look at the lack of leadership on our side, where you have Ronna, Romney, McDaniel in charge of
	The GOP who is not only I think purposefully sabotaging the GOP and the conservative movement in this country, but I would go even a step further to say that she is obviously on board with Yeah, I mean that's another head-scratcher right there.
	and this is why they're undercutting Trump at every opportunity they can, and they're going to work just as hard as the Democrats to make sure he doesn't become the candidate.
	Would you agree?
	Yeah, I mean, that's another head-scratcher right there.
	Why that woman is in charge of the GOP, the party, I mean, what do you say about that?
	I say this, that one of the biggest critiques of Trump is that they'll say things like, oh, well, Trump endorsed Romney or Ronna and Ronna Romney, same person.
	But what I think people fail to see, J.D., a lot of the time is that Trump makes very calculated decisions politically.
	So, for instance, if somebody is going to win a race, J.D., and the writing's on the wall, the support's there, he knows that He either can endorse them and take the credit when they win, or he can not endorse them and then they'll say they won without him.
	His political calculation is always, I'll just endorse whoever it is, and then when they win, take the credit, and then that way they can't use that against him later to say, well look, we don't need Trump because we can win without his endorsement.
	You know what I mean?
	Yeah.
	I think that's his political calculation.
	But he also has taken advice which anyone in that position would have to do.
	I mean, you have to be able to depend on somebody, and I guess maybe it was the same person that Gave him advice about Fauci in the beginning, or Jeff Sessions as Attorney General in the beginning, or, you know, there were definitely some... Well, first of all, there was a steep learning curve, obviously, and our politician never was.
	Well, he was getting some bad advice.
	And he was, yeah, he was being surrounded.
	You know, you can imagine you go to Washington, D.C., and you're surrounded, essentially, by these swamp creatures, as your show, you know, puts it, right?
	Right.
	It's the swamp there, and you're surrounded.
	And Trump, I think, did his best as he went along to make good decisions.
	The whole Fauci thing, dude, we could spend a whole show talking about that and where those calculations came in.
	But I think just more importantly, it's important to understand that, you know, with Trump, He has this mindset of gamesmanship politicking, where he's like, OK, it's better if I just endorse somebody who's probably going to win, even if I don't endorse them fully.
	I get it.
	So then they can't use that against me later.

	In the Republican Party, and I'm going to play a couple of clips here for us that I think are valuable to understand where we're at.
	First off, Ron DeSantis, when he is questioned by, I think it's Lauren Ingram, is that her name?
	Lauren Ingram, yeah.
	Yeah, she's the one who goes later after one of those people.
	Honestly, I don't watch Fox News anymore.
	I quit it just like I quit CNN.
	The interview here that I found on social media, the portion of it here, is fascinating because if you listen to the way Ron DeSantis describes his He won't say anything bad about Ron McDaniel because she is propping him up, just like the rest of the neocon establishment, to be the replacement to Trump.
	Yeah, she's on his side.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	So listening to this exchange is rather telling because I don't know what you think about Ron DeSantis, J.D., but I do not trust him at all.
	Everything that he does reminds me of George W. Bush, he is a carbon copy of Bush, and he also is a plagiarizer of Trump.
	So it's like a dangerous combination, if you ask me, with regard to DeSantis and what he actually supposedly brings to the table.
	The only good thing I can say about him, Ron DeSantis, is that I would rather have him in the White House than any Democrat right now.
	That's the only good thing I can say.
	Yeah, I don't know about that.
	Well, I mean, what's your choice?
	I don't know.
	Honestly, like, it's sad that this country has come to a point where you have to choose.
	See, because here's my point, J.D.
	You could pick Ron, or you could pick Biden, or Kamala, or Gavin, but it's the same thing.
	There is no difference.
	Yes, you're going to get some.
	A little bit of difference.
	Here's my point.
	I think that we'd be far more likely to get another 9-11, another Patriot Act, another endless war in Iraq or some Middle Eastern country or somewhere else.
	With a guy like Ron DeSantis than we would with Joe Biden.
	At least Joe Biden's ineptitude has led to such a failure that he has been basically pushed back on so hard, you know, with the congressional flipping of the House and everything else, that it's kind of hindered his ability.
	He's basically a lame duck.
	He's got us swimming in three wars right now.
	Well, true.
	That's a valid point, but obviously I think those wars would escalate further and that there would be much more... I mean, it's already bad enough, Jay.
	All I'm saying is, it could get worse, I think, especially when you look at what the Bush cartel has brought us, historically.
	I'm not... I'm just saying.
	No question.
	So... I mean, they're swamp creatures.
	I mean, that's what they do.
	But I'm telling you that Ron DeSantis is a thousand times better than Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, or Gavin Newsom.
	That's what I'm saying.
	I mean, I feel like... I understand what you're saying, and I know I should agree with it, but I hesitate because... Well, the economy would be better off, I can promise you that.
	But every impulse I have, J.D., is to say it is the same thing.
	There is no actual difference.
	Well, the difference is the economy.
	That's always the difference between a Democrat or a Republican, and I'm telling you right now that The economy is number one.
	If that's not going well, everything's off the rails.
	You gotta have a good economy.
	Trump knew that.
	That's one of the main reasons why he was so popular.
	But that's what I'm saying.
	I agree.
	I mean, look, the fact is...
	You're right in that DeSantis obviously would be better, but my whole hesitation just simply lies with the idea of I hate to be, well, the better of whatever, best of all evils.
	I do too.
	I have enough principle to say I'd rather have no leadership at this point, which is essentially what we have with Joe Biden.
	You understand what I'm saying?
	Yeah.
	It's like I would almost rather have an empty vessel that is completely almost neutral than... I mean, obviously Joe Biden is dangerous and detrimental, but there could be...
	I fear, I don't want to say fear, but I worry that what would happen with a DeSantis presidency is that you would get not only the things I've outlined, but you would have this re-embracing of the deep state and it would just bolster them and strengthen them even further.
	At least now we have a conflict within the government, right?
	It's hard to articulate very well, and I'll try to think it out and articulate it better in the future, but this is my only... Reality, bud.
	The reality of it is, we're going to have to choose between one side or the other.
	Period.
	End of story.
	Yeah, but J.D., see, this is my problem, is that it's like the Blue No Matter Who philosophy.
	It doesn't matter, but that's the reality.
	I mean, I'm hoping it's gonna be Trump.
	I appreciate that you are basing your argument pragmatically in reality, which is what I try to do all the time, and I understand what you're saying, and I, to a degree, agree with it, but there is a part of... I don't like it.
	No, no, no, and that's the thing.
	There's a part of me That looks at this from the perspective of, if I'm gonna say, you know, oh, DeSantis is fine, alternative to Biden, then, but without providing the caveat of, like, he is a part of the same corrupt organization that Biden is, that, you know, we're kind of resubmitting ourselves to this false
	Pretense of a dual system, right?
	The red versus blue, like we buy back into that.
	MAGA broke away from that.
	They all went to swamp you.
	No, I know what I'm saying, but MAGA tried to break that.
	And my whole opinion is if we don't continue to push for, in my opinion, Christian nationalist values, then we're going to be hit.
	I mean, we're going to be hit again in some form or fashion, but look, this is a debate we could go into in detail.
	We have people texting in though.
	Somebody texted in and said, DeSantis is far better than anything the Democrats have to offer.
	A billion times better.
	You can't let Democrat come out of your mouth for your Republican.
	Negative ghostwriter.
	There's a big difference.
	Now say what you would get with a Biden presidency, Kamala Harris very soon after election.
	I mean, look, these are all fair.
	Like, I appreciate the texture called Text2Get and being like, I get it.
	Like, I get it, I get it, I get it, but... Well, we could hang on to Joe Biden who, instead of having a proctologist, has a taxidermist.
	Look, I'm just of the opinion that there is an establishment that, as George Carlin said, there's a big club and we ain't in it.
	Oh, we definitely ain't in it.
	Well, and I think Trump represents the outsiders.
	And I think that if we go back and say, well, you know, oh, they arrested Trump.
	And, oh, they removed him from the ballot.
	And, oh, they rigged the primary so he didn't win.
	And, oh, well, we'll just go with DeSantis.
	It's like – He'll still win.
	No, but, I mean, that doesn't fly with me because it's like that to me is like betraying my – what I've tried to build like principled arguments on is against these people, is against this uniparty establishment system.
	It's like, I understand you have to have coalition building and government and all that stuff, and I understand you have to sometimes work with your enemies to get things done, to a degree, but it's like, man, I don't know.
	Politics has always been dirty.
	It's just that nowadays, it's gone from dirty to disgustingly filthy.
	That's where we're at.
	Well, I think what Trump did in a lot of ways is he helped peel the veil back.
	Oh, yeah, he did.
	That people were living under, like, this false— And so did COVID.
	Yeah, COVID did.
	Trump helped a lot.
	You know, and all of it basically, I think, peeled a huge—you know, a lot of people were living with this, you know, false pretense or false sense of security or whatever you want to call it.
	We have zero chance of anything ever getting fixed for the better.
	And I'm not saying that it's even going to happen with Trump, but with Biden in office or any of the others that are in his orbit, With any of them in the White House, we have zero chance of turning anything around in this country, changing the direction that this country is headed in.
	Zero chance.
	I mean, honestly, pragmatically, I agree.
	See, that's the hard part, is that what you're saying is true.
	It is hard to build a case against it.
	The only case I'm making is What is the alternative is not appealing to me as a person who is trying to make decisions based on, you know, principle and integrity.
	I get it.
	And not be like, oh, well, you know, they put Trump in jail, so let's just give up.
	It's like, that just seems to me like that's letting them win.
	Anyway, we got off the rails here.
	We were talking about RNC and Don and Ron.
	I guess it's all the same vein here.
	It's all the same, yeah.
	But, so the funny thing is, though, the RNC, for instance, has now seen an eight-year low in donations under Ron McDaniel's leadership.
	Here is, this is Ron DeSantis speaking of him.
	Well, if that's the case, she won't be around much longer.

	She'll probably be around forever at this rate because it's like they want to destroy it until Trump's gone.
	She'll be around until Trump is in prison or something.

	No, Jenna Ellis, the former Trump attorney who raised 200 plus thousand dollars and then took it and then turned her back on Trump and became a big Ron DeSantis guy.
	She came out yesterday and said, if you don't watch the debate between Gavin Newsom and Ron DeSantis, you hate democracy and you hate this country and you want to see it fail.
	You sound like a Democrat!
	I know, somebody pointed out on Twitter, they were like, They were like, so if you don't watch a debate between a third-rate candidate who doesn't stand a chance and a non-presidential candidate, then you don't believe in democracy?
	It's like, what are you even talking about?
	But anyway, here's Ron DeSantis on Romney McDaniel.
	You need somebody who's leading the charge, like I did in Florida, who's going to inspire people to want to support the effort because they see that your vision is going in the right direction.
	We did that in Florida, we'll be able to do it nationally.
	So you think there should be no change at the RNC?
	No change, but it's working out well?
	I called for change after the midterms.
	I was the only presidential candidate running that called for change.
	I wasn't running at the time, but my view was, we've lost all these elections in a row, why are we continuing to do it?
	But here's the thing, as the nominee, I will be responsible for doing it, and I will get the job done regardless of who the chairman of it is.
	I led the drive in Florida, I'll lead the drive nationally.
	We can do it, we just need leadership.
	Oh, he's the politician, man.
	Yeah, dude.
	And it's like, that's... See, this is why... One of the things I don't like about Ron is that we've gotten, I think, so used to Trump who's just... He just calls it like it is.
	He calls a spade a shovel.
	He doesn't hold back.
	He'll give you... You know where he stands and what he thinks.
	You get a guy like Ron in there, man, you're not going to know anything, dude.
	You're not going to be able to figure out what's heads or tails, up or down, left or right.
	All you're going to get are the soundbites that are carefully coordinated by a group of, you know, publicists and advisors and then, guess what?
	He's going to be, you know, you talk about Obama running Biden, you know, the neocons, the Bush family and all those, they're the ones running DeSantis and Paul Ryan.
	So it's like to me, you go, I understand your argument where you're like, Okay, well Ron DeSantis is going to be better than Joe Biden, but in my mind, all I can think is, Ron DeSantis, he represents everything that we stood against when we voted for Trump in 2016 in trying to take back the conservative party in this country and fight against this neocon establishment tyranny that was being thrust upon us during the Bush years.
	It's so for me, it's a tough sell to be like, well, every morning for decades now.
	If you're a member or affiliated anything to do with the Republican Party, or even more so, the Democrat Party, for decades now, they all get the same message sent to them every morning.
	Used to be fax, then it was email, now it's push notifications, but they all get the same talking points.

	The point I'm trying to make is exactly what this texter said, is that it has become a uniparty, and if you vote for the other side of the uniparty, you're still voting for the uniparty, you know?

	But, you know, that's just, that's just tranquility right there, right?
	And that's tranquility of servitude.
	That's not the animated contest of freedom.
	And when you talk about the economy being switched on, I agree with that.
	But I like liberty more than I like the, you know, than the, you know, serving, you know, loving wealth more than freedom.
	So, I have to agree with what, you know, your cohort's saying there is, at least when we have Biden in there, People realize how bad things are.
	We get the stances in there.
	It's just business as normal.
	It's that whole cycle of flipping from Republican to Democrat, Republican to Democrat.

	So nothing really, you know, yeah, there's nothing new under the sun, right guys?
	If you love wealth more than liberty...
	You know, the tranquility of servitude more than the animated contest of freedom.
	When things are going good, that's when people put their heads in the sand.
	And then on the other side of it, like right now when things are going bad, a lot of people put their heads in the sand.
	So, I mean, I get what you're saying and they're great points.
	I mean, Brian, I think you're right.
	I think you've hit the nail on the head.
	I don't, I don't think that people will wake up unless they see how bad things get.
	And I think that's what we're seeing right now.
	And like you said, this is my opinion.
	It's just Uniparty.
	It's back to the red blue.
	It's back to, you know, MAGA will just slowly fade off into the distance, just like they want it to, just like they want Trump to go.
	It's not going to go out with a bang.

	It'll be same as always.
	We just need to be shook up right now.
	We really need to be up for the animated contest of freedom.
	And we need to win over the hearts and minds of people.
	And it's happening of the other side.
	People are switching.
	It's getting so bad that, like you said, you're seeing people that were hardcore on the left that are going, what the hell's going on?

	Absolutely.
	And the last thing we need is to go back to the same old.
	You know, Vivek, say what you want, but his interviews as of late with Alex on the Infowars gang, they're very compelling.
	They hate this guy just like they hate Trump.
	They can't stand anybody that's speaking the way they are, that's putting America first, that's exposing the deep state, that's exposing just the complete corruption.
	A lot of it's just hard for people to wrap their heads around.
	I mean, that's understandable.
	You wake up and you find out you're just this incredible dystopic reality.
	It's hard, but it's something that has to happen.
	And more and more people are getting it.
	I mean, I know people that thought I was left 15 years ago.
	Isn't that funny too, how they attack Trump and they're doing all the things they're doing to him, and here's another guy that's not Trump, Ramaswamy, here you have Yeah.
	white guy and you have a brown guy who are both saying the same things.
	It don't matter who you are, man.
	It's got nothing to do with Trump.
	If you're against them and you're exposing them, they hate you and this is what they're going to do.

	Look at Argentina, man.

	So here's the thing.

	And that's just me because I've seen what they do.
	I know what they will bring.

	If it's a DeSantis-Biden ticket, or Newsom, I will write in Donald Trump's name, and I will encourage all my listeners to do the same, and I will hope that we can start a movement where we write Trump in and put him in office.

	I mean, not necessarily.

	But, you know, RFK, they all say he's probably going to steal votes from Biden, too, just as much as Trump.
	So, who knows, man?
	We could have an interesting... If he's on the ballot, he will.
	A lot of things could happen.
	If he's on the ballot, he will, yeah, but there's no guarantees of that.
	He's going to run as an independent, so he'll be on the ballot in many states, I'm sure.
	We would think, but you never know.

	Right now it's tipped over.
	It's, you know, it's bleeding out.
	People are waking up.
	They want people to go back to sleep.
	If you put somebody like that back in, Nothing's going to change.
	It's going to pacify your Hannity listeners, okay?
	It's not going to change a whole lot.
	At the very end of the whole cycle, when things aren't any better, it's going to give the left the gunpowder to say, see, look, look how bad things are when you put them back in.

	I think this is the whole point of the MAGA movement is we came in like a wrecking ball trying to destroy what we saw as an authoritarian establishment that has worked completely against the best interests of the American people for so long that for us to go back to them It would just be caving in to their extortion.

	I mean, we are just a beacon of hope.

	It's hard on everybody, but as we see what's going on around the world, as things get crummier, what's happening in Spain, what's happening in Italy, what's happening in Argentina, it's also taking place over in the Netherlands.
	We really gotta be up for the animated contest of liberty, guys.
	Let me tell you guys something.
	Let me tell you what we won't have here in the United States of America with a, hopefully Trump, but a Republican in the White House.
	Let me tell you what we won't have.
	We won't have PTA parents going to jail.
	We won't have men using women's bathrooms.
	We won't have We got Trump in there, man.
	When we got Trump in there, nothing happened.
	We were in control of both houses.
	That's the thing.
	That's the leftist view.

	And, you know, we started the Book of Psalm last week, J.D., and we're already in Psalm number 7.
	And how appropriate that it is the Davidic Psalm, a prayer for justice.
	Now, I don't plan these out, and I don't, I just, we start with a chapter, and we go right through it, and we study it, and we share it, and I share this to give people hope going out in the day, but before we get into the scripture, J.D., I want to thank you for joining me today on the show.
	Well, thank you, man.
	I mean, I love coming on, and thank you for having me anytime.
	I appreciate it.
	Yeah, and really, really great dialogue today.
	I think we really, really helped get different opinions and see where everyone's at, because that's important.
	We've got to know that.
	It is a problem, and it is an issue, and we're going to have to work it out between now and next November.
	Yeah, absolutely, absolutely.
	So, with that though, I want to read Psalm 7.
	I always try to impart to the audience some scripture, give them something to take with them to have a hopeful and good day, and to remind us all that, you know, we live in a fallen world.
	Yeah, things are bad.
	Yeah, it's politics and wars and all this stuff.
	And evil exists, but God is good.
	God is, He wins, and He is with all of us if we look to Him and put Him first in our lives.
	So, Judy, I'm going to read Psalm number 7.
	It's a shorter one.
	It's about 17 verses, but we'll just read it.
	It says, Yahweh my God, I seek refuge in You.
	Save me from all my pursuers and rescue me, or they will tear me like a lion, ripping me apart with no one to rescue me.
	Yahweh my God, if I have done this, if there is injustice on my hands, if I have done harm to one at peace with me, or have plundered my adversary without cause, may an enemy pursue and overtake me.
	May he trample me to the ground and leave my honor in the dust.
	Salah.
	Rise up, Lord, in your anger.
	Lift yourself up against the fury of my adversaries.
	Awake from me.
	You have ordained a judgment.
	Let the assembly of people gather around you.
	Take your seat on high over it.
	The Lord judges the people.
	Vindicate me.
	Lord, according to my righteousness and my integrity, let the evil of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous.
	The one who examines the thoughts and emotions is a righteous God.
	My shield is with God, who saves the upright in heart.
	God is a righteous judge and a God who shows his wrath every day.
	If anyone does not repent, God will sharpen his sword.
	He has strung his bow and made it ready.
	He has prepared his deadly weapons.
	He tips his arrows with fire.
	See, the wicked one is pregnant with evil, conceives trouble, and gives birth to deceit.
	He dug a pit and hollowed it out, but fell into the hole he had made.
	His trouble comes back on his own head, and his violence falls on the top of his head.
	I will thank the Lord for his righteousness.
	I will sing about the name of Yahweh, the Most High.
	I think our politicians need to read that.
	Amen, brother.
	And you know what?
	I don't plan these out and I don't schedule them to hit a certain day or a certain way, but I think this is obviously a very appropriate verse for what we just discussed about this evil that we see overwhelmingly taking control in certain areas of our world that we live.
	His righteous wrath will come on those, the traps they set they themselves will fall into, and if we have to go to God every day, JD, I believe, and say, look, if we are unrighteous, Lord, let our punishment come, but if there is injustice and there is evil, Lord, let your will be done.
	So, JD, that's where I'm going to leave it, alright?
	Amen!

	Now is your opportunity.
	All you have to do is say a prayer, open your heart, repent, and allow Him to come in and do things in your life that you never thought were possible.

	Or, also, if you have accepted Jesus, go out today and remember that the Lord is a Lord of justice and righteousness and that He will deliver us in our time of need.
