When I close my eyes, I can almost see it.
When I take a breath, you fill up my lungs.
When I close my eyes, I can almost see it When I take a breath, you fill up my lungs And if my mind works backwards just for a minute I'm holding you before the memory's gone I remember you, you lift my spirit
With you high is all I'm feeling Remember how we felt Welcome back.
Excuse me.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
We are joined by a very special guest.
She's an investigator.
Her work has been seen around the world.
She's uncovered many things with regard to our election system here in the United States and the 2020 election in particular.
And I want to introduce and welcome to the show, Catherine Engelbrecht.
Catherine, are you with us?
I am.
Thanks so much for having me, Craig.
Absolutely.
And may I just say, before we get started, thank you so much for your work, your dedication and perseverance.
You know, it is a privilege to have you on here today, and I really cannot tell you how much I and I know my audience appreciate the work that you've done.
So let me just say that first.
Well, thank you.
I'll just say real quick, you know, cause I heard you introduce me very kindly and thank you for the supportive words.
Um, but as an investigator and I, my mind immediately traveled back to 2009 when I started true the vote and it was not Catherine the investigator then it was Catherine who, you know, worked at a local election and said, why is this so weird?
Why is the process so, There's some things we can do procedurally from a workflow perspective that will help address these problems.
It was really that very simple observation of why does this feel so intentionally difficult that has led us to the conversation we're having right now.
I guess I have a hard-earned investigator's hat, but it was not one I was looking to ever wear.
No, I mean, and you can tell that, that a lot of people, when they get pulled into stuff that they didn't intend to in the first place, that it is truly something that you're passionate about, but you saw a problem and you wanted to fix it.
And I guess talk about then from 2009, how we go from there to 2000 mules in the 2020 election and tell us, yeah, like what, what was that ride like from there to there?
And how did you evolve into that?
Oh, my word.
More time than we have to discuss today, but I'll try to make it brief.
We started in 2009, just myself and a few folks that I had met at a tea party rally, saying, okay, well, look, we know that there aren't enough volunteers to work at the polls, and we know that all of this passion that we're seeing at these demonstrations needs to resolve into some kind of meaningful, sustainable action.
So let's go and volunteer and see if that's a place that we can You know, have a value.
As I mentioned, broken processes that resulted in our first research project that really was what kind of started this wild adventure that continues to this day because the problems we saw then that had to do with the bloating of the voter roll and then our very innocent thought that turning these findings over to our county, which was Harris County in Texas, Houston,
But that would be a one and done.
We'd turn it over and they'd fix it and that would be that.
But instead, we turned it over, we learned that they themselves weren't able to do the kind of research that we had been doing because they were under a consent decree, which is something I've learned far more about over the years that were ahead of us.
Consent decrees changed the way election processes run contrary to election code, and you would never know it unless you did the digging.
And we didn't know it at the time either.
But this consent decree prevented them from questioning incoming voter registrations.
It was a deal they had cut to get out of a lawsuit with the Texas Democrat Party.
And so we provided them information that they would not have otherwise had.
They were thrilled.
They called a press conference.
And that press conference made national news, and in a couple days, all of Harris County's election equipment, which was stored in a single warehouse, was burnt to the ground.
It was 10,000 machines and $30 million worth of equipment.
Coincidence?
Well, maybe.
Still unsolved.
I can't explain how that all occurred in the way that it did, but it certainly got the attention of parties that didn't like True the Vote, which actually wasn't even True the Vote at the time, it was, or maybe we did have our name, I don't know, but it was early, early, but they certainly put their targets on me.
That led into a years-long investigation by five different government agencies, five different federal government agencies over a two-year period.
I was audited or investigated 23 times, leading to congressional testimonies and I sued the IRS, only last week settled that case with a win with the IRS after suing them in 2013.
All of that time then also spent doing election work.
Well, to get to the net of your question, how did it start there and go to 2,000 mules?
What happened coming out of the 2020 election?
When we had so many new people that were trying to figure out for the first time in many respects, you know, what is broken about this system?
You know, for better or worse, I had the experience of the previous years looking back and going, some of the stuff that is being debated, while it is desperately in need of debate, is not going to hold up in court.
Because what we must have is evidence that can be given to The appropriate either election authorities or law enforcement officials to help get to the net of the bottom line of the crime.
And so what we decided to do was take a different look, a look that had not been taken.
We were familiar with the data that was available coming off of your cell phones and the apps on your phone and how that sends a tracking pattern that marketing companies use.
And so we Decided, you know what, we're going to make a buy of that kind of data and see if it sets us on a path to determine whether or not cell phones were repeating a pattern with any odd frequency in visits to Dropboxes.
And it was an incredibly difficult research project that we took on that was a nonstop effort to just refine and refine and refine and then hand our initial findings over to law enforcement.
And we believed at the time that that would be important enough that law enforcement would want to have a conversation.
But what we didn't calculate for is that the jurisdictions that we studied, which were the ones, some of the ones that were, you know, battleground, right?
I mean, you know, in and around the metropolitan area of Atlanta or Detroit or Milwaukee or Philadelphia, those broad areas where we were looking.
Maricopa County in Arizona.
What we learned was that the elected officials that were responsible for managing elections had already planted their flags on this notion that it's all a big lie and 2020 was fine.
And so we faced an obstacle that we just really hadn't I mean, rightly or wrongly, we just really hadn't thought would be the case.
We really believed we brought solid investigatory work.
You hit a wall with the political machines that have weaponized our election system, and they are going to persecute you.
I'm going to talk about that.
You exposed, with Greg Phillips, Connick.
We're going to talk about Connick.
We're going to be hitting a break here in just about a minute.
I just want to say that everything you just described is exactly what we know.
So let me just ask you real quick, you have about 30 seconds, tell me all the research, all the evidence, the crux of 2000 mules being that you saw the mules, you saw the ballot boxes being stuffed, we had the video evidence, it was all presented in that documentary.
Do you feel the results of the 2020 election were true?
election were true?
No.
No.
I mean, yeah.
And I feel that the people that are now saying, we told President Trump and therefore he should have listened and the indictments are just, is nonsense.
Nobody did their jobs to the degree that should have been done.
Our election process has been left to just run a course that is careening with disaster and it is right and appropriate and necessary to question it.
When we come back, we're going to talk about the Chinese connection.
We're going to talk about Connec.
We're going to talk about what they did to you, which I cannot believe that they even got away with it, but then you were vindicated ultimately.
We're going to talk about that, and we're going to get forward prospects on 2024.
What's your predictions and what are you going to tell us, what we can do to help to save the next election?
Stay tuned, folks.
We're joined by Kathryn Engelbrecht.
We'll be back after a quick break.
You're listening to Just Informed Talk Radio.
I'm your host Craig James.
We'll be back.
Stay tuned.

And now back to the program.
Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James, and we're joined by Kathryn Engelbrecht.
And Kathryn, so let's continue this conversation.
Let's talk about, you know, so you did 2000 Mules, right?
And you come out with all of that information, the geotracking, you put together this,
Very very well thought out and well presented case if you haven't seen the documentary guys go see it But and I'll actually be giving away a free copy of the documentary after all after this interview, but I just want you guys to know that that Catherine you went through you you didn't just Talk the talk you walk the walk and you were you were persecuted because you brought evidence that
Pennsylvania voter registration information was being held on servers in China.
Explain CONEC, explain the importance and significance of that, and then talk briefly, if you could, about what you faced having, you were arrested by U.S.
Marshals, and you faced a pretty hard time with that.
Could you go into some details for the audience on that?
Sure.
Again, hearing you recount it, the whole experience was uncharted because it had never happened before.
Over the years, I've learned never say never, but I will tell you that our legal team has not found any precedent for what happened to us.
It sounds odd in the telling, but it happened.
You know, it happened.
So while we were doing The Mule, which, you know, by the way, the only reason that we made a movie was because we could not get any traction with law enforcement and realized if we don't tell the story, it's just, you know, it's just going to go to the dustbins of history.
So we have to tell it, which is why I called Dinesh and ultimately what happened happened.
We didn't go looking to make a movie.
We looked to try to solve these problems.
But during that same time, we had, and as we were evaluating what kinds of approaches could be taken to meaningfully impact what had just occurred in the 2020 election.
One of the other paths we were looking at is softwares that states and counties often, you know, find themselves using that are not secure.
And it was that path that led us to the discovery of a company called Konic.
And in short, Konic is a Chinese Communist Party front software that houses all of its data But beyond that, even, runs the company from Wuhan, China.
Oh, Wuhan!
Where have I heard that before?
Yeah, where have we heard that name before?
In fact, it's kind of just a quick aside.
Konic was...
used in Australia.
Again, this is just, you know, presents presents like normal software on the front end.
But unless you know what's sort of happening behind the scenes, you it's you would never think this.
But in Australia, Connick built out the platform for the Queensland election of I think it was in the summer of 2020 was an election for their parliament, akin to like our midterms.
And the system flatlined during the election.
And so the election administrators in Australia were desperately trying to get technical support on the line, and they couldn't.
Why?
Because everybody was quarantined in Wuhan.
So anyway, you just can't make this stuff up.
So we found this problem, And initially it led us to, excuse me, although you are correct in saying that there's a huge exposure in Pennsylvania, we found that initially in LA County,
which is the largest voting block in the country, and Connick, thankfully which is the largest voting block in the country, and Connick, thankfully many counties have discontinued use of Connick because of all But at the time, Connick was being used in some of the largest counties and even some states.
So it had, you know, massive exposure.
We turned all of this over to the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and I realize in saying that now, given what all we've been through, that that sounds like, well, why in the world would you do that?
No, it's because you believe, like we should as Americans, that there's integrity in law enforcement, and that these people at the FBI and the Justice Department would do the right thing when presented with the information, and it's really a sad state of affairs that, you know, you just have to point that out, Catherine.
I just, I had to say that.
Oh, well, no.
Look, I totally agree.
You know, every once in a while we have people come at us and say, oh my god, Catherine and Greg are fed.
Come on.
What would you do if you had a series of national security?
So anyway, while all the Mule stuff was going on, we were working as what we believed was a very meaningful investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation acting at their best in furthering our understanding of CONIC and what was going on there.
All kinds of things happening and we were turning all of this information over and it was our understanding that we had a shared hope, a shared expectation That before the 2022 election, this would be stopped.
And so it was with that in mind that we were working.
And I mean, all of it, again, happening, Connick and then Mules, all of it happening and other things happening at the same time.
And so the long and the short of Connick is we turned all of this over for about 16 months.
We worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and with the local agents who I then I believe then and now we're doing the best they could and working in the interests of of the United States citizen.
I believe they were doing good work.
And then DC got involved.
Yeah, then the phone call comes from the seventh floor.
That's right.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
That's exactly right.
Exactly right.
And we were told over a series of communication that it was getting bad, and that we needed to take precautions to protect ourselves.
And one of the agents that I was working with, suggested that we prepare to take the nuclear option, which he Defined as going to the press.
Well, I knew in the reality in which we live going to the press Mainstream press would also go nowhere.
So instead what we did was hosted an event where we brought together about 150 researchers and we gave them everything we had done to that point thinking if we just are made to be silenced or Go away that that research would live on because we recognized the importance of it.
And so that was the the That was the approach that we took, and they did just that.
We were able to exponentially grow the research that was done.
And through that, then, this company sued us, Connick.
And again, another very long story.
Federal judge comes out of retirement to take this case.
Connick gets an ex parte TRO, temporary restraining order.
Against us.
Ex parte, meaning we didn't even know about it.
They went to a federal judge and got this order executed before we even knew that there was anything happening in the courts against us.
That led to this federal judge then deciding that if we didn't give him names of confidential informants to us, that he was going to put us in prison.
Based on nothing except the power of an Article III federal judge, And he did exactly that.
It was only by the intervention of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals where we released... Yeah, I was going to say, they vacated your contempt charges.
And so that shows that the judge was completely out of line in the first place.
But that doesn't matter because people can get away with it in the meantime.
And all it was meant to do was to slow down the momentum that you were building and creating.
That's right.
And it was exactly what they needed to do.
The work you've done in exposing these connections, right?
These webs, right?
We have the mules work, which shows there's an organized network of individuals who are coordinating the mass fraud of our election system.
And then that goes into CONIC, where you see the offshoring of these servers and information, which I'm sure the Chinese communists would never use any of that information to their benefit to maybe help get somebody who's more favorable to them into a position of power here in America.
Let me be real clear on that point because it's very important to understand that there are professors formerly of the United States that are now in leading universities in Communist China that are building the redistricting maps
that are used here, and the data that Connick and others can provide helps to define the messaging that, you know, there's just no other way to say it, but that the Democrat Party uses and that there are offshoots used in targeting voters.
Oh, and then you see the machines and it says Made in China on the side.
A hundred percent.
A hundred percent.
And look, you know, there is, while I wish That everything we could use in elections was wholly made in America, and that is something that we should absolutely aspire to.
Our current manufacturing set up here in the States is such that, and elections set up such as in the States right now, just requires that we do a true and accurate audit of what we have, what back doors exist, and close the doors.
There is no, you know, our election system is categorized as critical infrastructure and managed at the topmost level, frighteningly, by the Department of Homeland Security.
No, but the federal government doesn't run our elections, Catherine.
I thought that was a conspiracy theory.
Right, interesting, interesting.
So what happened when the Obama administration designated elections as critical infrastructure, it gave an element of control over to Department of Homeland Security.
And now that cuts both ways.
On the one hand, DHS has a reach, or the federal government has a reach into state-run elections.
But the other side of it, and it's the side that we as patriots need to lean into, is that there are certain standards that critical infrastructure must adhere to relative to security and transparency and certification. is that there are certain standards that critical infrastructure must and transparency and certification.
There are certain auditable standards that must be met, and we are not meeting it relative to elections.
Had audit conditions been taken seriously, CONIC would have immediately been removed from any election system because it doesn't meet federal standards.
And there are three different ways to slice and dice into regulations at the federal level.
Now, look, I am 100 percent against the federal government running elections.
But if we're going to if we've already defined and this was this was reinforced during the Trump administration, if we've already defined.
Elections is critical infrastructure, and we have standards that can be used to audit and improve the process.
Not the management, not the counting, but just the process of the equipment.
Then we doggone better use it to our advantage and get this gear out before 2024.
Working with foreign countries who are our sworn adversaries is insane.
Hostile nations should not have anything to do with our election system.
But we only have a couple more minutes left and I know you're very busy and you have a very busy schedule.
Before we go, you know, we could go down a bunch of rabbit holes.
I hope maybe sometime in the future we can have you back on, because I have so much more we could go through.
I did a whole report the other day on wireless networks, AT&T being one of them, connecting, you know, internet connections to these voting machines and how that all goes, and then talking about, oh, remember on December 25th, 2020, when an AT&T data center just blew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and nobody seems to remember about that?
I don't want to go down those rabbit holes because we don't have the time.
I want to ask you two things.
One, we have a couple minutes left, any solutions that you or projects you're working on up into 2024 and solutions you see going forward?
And B, let everybody know where they can find your work and how they can support you.
Yes, there are solutions and the biggest solution and And trust me when I tell you, this solution is by far the most powerful solution we have in our quiver, and that is the power of the American people to continue speaking out, demanding better, asking questions, because that is the one thing that will ultimately produce the solutions, produce the transparency.
You know, we can quick fix and patch things, and that all is happening in its way, but But the power of the American people, I know it sometimes feels so hollow that there's just, you know, just talking about it isn't enough, and I'm telling you, it's a lot more than most people think.
People being awake, particularly in this time where we find ourselves being silenced, that anybody that asks these questions, including the former president of the United States being indicted for questioning the elections, what in the world?
So the power of the people is... I know Trump talks about you guys still.
Trump still talks about you guys, and rightfully so, because your work is that important.
These are questions that must be asked.
And you know what?
They're questions that have answers.
So why are the silencers working so hard to silence debate?
Because if you don't want the answers, don't let the questions be asked.
And that is the climate in which we find ourselves now.
So the power of the American people to continue pushing is far and away the most important thing.
But in practical matters, there are things.
Absolutely.
