Hi, welcome to another episode of Just Informed News.
We have a big episode for you today.
We're going to be talking about the indictment of President Donald J. Trump and how it's not just happening in one jurisdiction.
We have reports now that it's going to be multiple jurisdictions issuing indictments almost simultaneously, as we've just found out that there's proof at the FBI that they knew that Joe Biden was taking bribes and his family was taking bribes from Ukrainian criminals.
But now the news cycle is going to be 100% about the crimes of Donald Trump moving a paper from his office to a closet when Joe Biden had classified documents that he should never have had and that he couldn't have classified when he had them.
But we're going to get into all of that because the indictment against Trump in Miami has been unsealed.
We're going to talk about what these indictments look like.
We're going to just go through all of the details of what's happening now, including CNN with another bombshell telling us that they've been leaked evidence from the actual indictment that grand jury Indictments coming out of Florida that proves Donald Trump knew that he was holding classified information that he couldn't have classified.
So, just like in the Russia hoax, just like in the first impeachment and the second impeachment, what are we gonna have?
We're gonna have more leaks of information to the press.
It's gonna make Donald Trump look very guilty.
And guess what they're not leaking?
All of the exculpatory evidence that proves that he didn't commit any of these crimes.
But it's interesting timing.
You gotta give him that.
So we're gonna get into that and a whole bunch of other details surrounding all that including the details about Joe Biden and his criminal family taking bribes from our enemies that has been proven now with documents being held at the FBI that they are
Holding within an ongoing investigation, hmm, interesting that the sitting president can take bribes from our foreign adversaries, but nobody's going to do anything about it because we live in not only a two-tiered justice system, but a completely failed republic because our law enforcement now is basically just the Gestapo for the ruling class.

But, let's get into the first story here.
Here it is, breaking.
Trump says he has been indicted by Biden's DOJ and will be arraigned Tuesday in Miami.
Former President Donald J. Trump came out and he says that the indictment over the boxes hoax is in which he has allegedly classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.
Trump maintains the documents were declassified before he left office and here he responds saying, Paige, this is his Post on True Social.
The corrupt Biden administration has informed my attorneys that I have been indicted, seemingly over the box's hoax.
Even though Joe Biden has 1,850 boxes at the University of Delaware, additional boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more boxes at the University of Pennsylvania and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, which is secured only by a garage door that is paper thin and open much of the time.
He continues, I have been summoned to appear at the federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former president of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country, and is currently leading by far all candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in polls of the 2024 presidential election.

Okay, so that's Trump's statement.
Now, the big breaking news, the reason why I've come on so early, is that today, the Biden-DOJ indictment against Trump has been unsealed.
Yes, here it is, the indictment charges Trump with 31 counts of willful retention.
Now, we didn't have this before, of national defense information among other charges.
Here are the charges outlined in this report.
It says, on Friday, Federal indictment against 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump was unsealed.
The indictment filed in the U.S.
District Court of Southern District of Florida charges Trump with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information, one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, one count of withholding a document or record, One count of corruptly concealing a document or record, excuse me, one count of concealing a document in a federal investigation, one count of scheme to conceal, and one count of false statements and representations.
The count of willful retention carries a maximum sentence of 10 years and a $250,000 fine.
Conspiracy to obstruct justice withholding a document, Corruptly concealing a document, concealing a document in a federal investigation, each carry a 20-year maximum sentence with a $250,000 fine, a scheme to conceal and false statements and representations carry a maximum sentence of five years, as well as $250,000 fine.
So what are we looking at here?
Well, we're looking at, I don't know, what is that?
Up to...
A hundred years in prison, maybe?
Whatever it is, it would surely be a death sentence for Donald Trump.
For what?
For holding documents that he declassified and was legally able to hold and keep?
I mean, if we're going by the standard, of course, everybody keeps saying, yes, Obama did it.
Yes, Clinton did it.
Yes, every other president.
Joe Biden didn't.
He wasn't even the president.
He didn't even have the power to declassify.
So essentially what we're seeing across the board is the persecution of Donald Trump that's being implied.
Now I told you this was going to happen.
It wasn't hard to predict.
The fact of the matter is we have an upcoming election and they're trying to kneecap Donald Trump before the Republican GOP primaries.
That's what this is, folks.
I mean, let's just call a spade a shovel.
Let's not, you know, mince our words here.
The corrupt criminals, right?
The criminal mafia that runs our government, the DOJ and the FBI.
These people who have betrayed their oath of office.
These people who have committed treason at the highest levels.
These people who have persecuted Trump since he came into office on day one and before.
These same individuals who are now out there
Basically, Tonya Harding, Donald Trump, before he goes out to run in the GOP primary, the Republican primary for the 2024 election, they are literally standing in the hallway with a tire iron, waiting for Trump to walk through the door, so they can bash his knee in, metaphorically speaking, and handicap him and keep him from being able to run in that race, and to even have a chance at winning it, because, you know, what does all this do, right?
There are a lot of psychological studies about all of this and what the effect is.
Well, the effect is pretty simple, right?
You have this exhaustion that comes with the never-ending persecution of an individual in the public perception, right?
Because How many years now have we been forced to defend Donald Trump?
Now, this is not to say I approve of every policy Donald Trump's ever come out with.
I still am against what he said about abortion and his, you know, concept of how, you know, being too tough on abortion led to the loss in the midterms.
I don't agree with that.
And I will stand vehemently against him on that issue.
Again, I'm against him on Fauci and Warp Speed and everything that happened with COVID.
But that's not to say that we should let this go in our country.
Should we let criminals weaponize the institutions that are supposed to uphold the law in order to take out an opponent that they see as a threat to their very existence without any real cause or real crimes being committed?
Basically, being able to frame somebody for something they didn't do.
Should we just allow that to happen, even if we disagree politically with certain things that that person did?
And again, excuse me, talking about the two-tier justice system, you have Joe Biden, right?
Who we know, his family took bribes.
The document was just released the other day.
Coincidentally, the document was released the same day that they've announced the indictment of Trump.
So you can see how this system works, right?
Joe Biden gets asked a question about his corruption, the way that his family took bribes, and how it affected his decisions as a policymaker.
Oh no!
Now Trump's under indictment for espionage and other crimes.
Now the Florida case is not espionage, but it's coming out now that the DC case against Trump, this is another indictment, a set of indictments coming down from a grand jury against Trump in Washington DC, is going to include espionage charges.
So here is the actual story.

And they keep leaking all this stuff.

The Florida grand jury on Thursday indicted Trump on at least seven charges, but now we know it's over 30 charges.

So remember what happened during the Russia hoax.
Let's let's kind of jog our memory and go back and what happened during the impeachment, right?
What did they do?
What did the DOJ do to Trump?
Well, they selectively leaked information that could be used to frame a narrative in the public eye that showed that Trump was guilty of crimes while purposefully withholding evidence that would have been exculpatory.
And that's exactly what they're doing here, right?
You get a grand jury in Washington, D.C., the most liberal place in the country, to issue an indictment against Donald Trump on espionage, and then they leak information that makes it look like Trump's committing espionage, and then the exculpatory evidence comes out way down the line.
That's how this whole works.
You've got to remember, it's not about facts.
It's not about truth.
It's about the public perception and how you can frame a story and a narrative to be sold to the under-informed, the uninformed voters Who literally vote based on a headline they saw on CNN one time, or a thing they heard from their neighbor about a report on CNN that the neighbor saw once.
Because they don't do the deep diving into the truth of all of this.
They just take at face value, oh, well CNN said it, it must be true.
Oh, well Fox News said it, it must be true.
Oh, MSNBC said it, I guess I can't deny that.
And that's what we're facing here.
So like I talked about earlier, this is not about anything other than wearing down the people who have But vociferously fought for a single tier justice system and the equal rule of law in this country, which is all we've been saying from day one.
We're saying, well, you can't just fabricate evidence and then frame somebody because he says that you're all corrupt when you all are corrupt and you all should be fired and you all should be like, if anything, The leadership in the DOJ and the FBI and in the SES, the Senior Executive Service, certain individuals, these untouchable bureaucrats that live in Washington D.C.
like little snakes, you know, feeding off of the, you know, whatever they come across in that area, in the swamp, these people are the ones who should be indicted.
These people are the ones who should be on trial right now.
But we don't even know their names.
Why?
Because it's more sexy and it's more appealing and it's more, you know, memorable for us to have Biden versus Trump.
The figureheads are the ones who are always in the news.
They're the ones who are always getting the headlines.
But the truth is, people don't know I mean, maybe people know James Covey.
Barely anybody probably knows who, you know, Bill Priestap is, or barely anybody knows who, you know, Jim Rebicki is, or Bruce Orr, or Nellie Orr, or, you know, Lisa Page, or Peter Strzok, or any of these people.
And that's just the people in the FBI and the DOJ who are orchestrating the first iteration of all these hoaxes.
That's not even to mention the names of the people working now.
You have people like Jack Smith and the corrupt... I can't remember the name of the lawyer... See, I can't even remember the name of all these people, but the lawyer who's working with the federal grand jury indictments, the person who's working there is one of the most corrupt in Miami, is one of the most corrupt lawyers there ever was!
Excuse me, I mean there's too many people to keep track of at this point but they all should be arrested and they should all be brought on charges because these people have not only...
undermined the legitimacy of our justice system with this incredibly obvious attempt at trying to kneecap, metaphorically speaking, Donald Trump ahead of the GOP primary and running another color revolution just like they did in 2020 with COVID and the mail-in voting and all that fraud and crap that they ran.
But they know they can't run that again.
See, that's the thing.
They would launch COVID again.
I believe this 100%.
They would launch COVID and do it all over again, if it meant they could steal the 2024 election in the same manner in which they did in 2020.
They needed something that drastic.
And what did it do?
It psychologically conditioned the masses to not challenge authority, to be submissive.
It showed us who would be submissive and who wouldn't.
It basically divided us further.
It made us suspicious of one another.
It took any chance we had of coming together Against these criminals that I'm talking about these deep state entrenched bureaucrats in DC who have who have basically like vampires Suck the life out of our Republic and are just you know doing having their way with the corpse at this moment These people who have done all of this have now convinced us to hate one another.
Right?
You see a guy with a MAGA hat and the person with the rainbow shirt, you know, we got to have a fist fight now.
I'm not saying that you should do that.
I'm just saying that's what they try to make us believe.
When the reality is we should all be looking at these people who have destroyed what we have and this republic that is so valuable toward to freedom in this world abroad, more broadly speaking.
So you look at it from that perspective and it becomes so obvious.
It's so obvious what's going on here, guys.
So, you know, let's just get through some of these other stories.
Two Trump lawyers, top Trump lawyers, resign just hours after the indictment.
Jim Trusty, who went on TV tearing into the Biden administration, suddenly steps down with John Rowley and will be replaced by defense attorney leading Stormy Daniels' case.
So, look, The people surrounding Trump, I don't know who's good and who's bad at this point.
I know that there's some good, some bad.
I know Trump's had an issue with being able to hire people who are trustworthy, but if you think about it, how could you hire somebody who's trustworthy at this point?
Trump's had the largest institutions in the world, government institutions, the FBI, the DOJ, the intelligence services, and the military-industrial complex, all working against him in lockstep, trying to not only make sure he's never able to hold office again and have any control or power in this country, but also to basically to ruin him, to put him in jail, to destroy him.
And he's doing the best he can fighting against it, but at what point... See, this is all part of the psychological operation I'm talking about here.

And I'm not going to get into the whole thing on DeSantis, but when I see the people online, on Twitter and everywhere else, you know, these DeSantis sycophants who don't even realize, they just ignore the fact that DeSantis is the deep state, you know, golden boy.
He's the chosen Bush, you know, Paul Ryan establishment neocon rhino replacement.
That he was tapped.
He's a Yale, Harvard, Secret Society guy.
If you thought George Bush was bad, and you thought 9-11 was bad, and the Patriot Act, and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, if you thought all that was bad, please, by all means, go vote for DeSantis and see what happens in the next four years.
Yeah, you might get some hardcore conservative policies out of the administration, but if you thought the Patriot Act was bad, Mark my words on that.
You can clip this and play it if DeSantis does win, which I hope he doesn't.
But if he does win, mark my words on everything we got with Bush and then some is what we'll get with DeSantis.
And I'm only saying that because he is the poster child for all that.
But when I see these people on Twitter and they go off about how Oh yeah, you know, Trump is so evil, Fauci and Trump's this and that and the other, and it's like, well yeah, but at least there's a chance I can change Trump's mind.
At least Trump listens to his base to the degree that I believe he might change his view or standpoint on something.
I'm not in agreement with him on everything, but I'll say this.
You have to realize that in politics, especially in this country, especially, you're never going to find a politician who you agree with 100% of the time, and if you do, that's probably not a good thing either.
But the fact of the matter is, DeSantis, to me, is the snake in the grass that's going to tell you everything you want to hear, and then he's going to turn around and just pull a Bush.
Trust me on that.
I mean, I hope I'm wrong.
I pray I'm wrong.
But I see DeSantis in the same way I saw George Bush, in the same way I see any neocon, Mitt Romney, and all these other guys.
Lindsey Graham.
Those people, trust me when I say, that's DeSantis' camp.
That's his ilk.

They love DeSantis.

So, anyway, I digress.
The point is, Trump's being surrounded with people he can't trust.
His lawyers, you know, who knows who's been infiltrating him, who's been working on him, who's been, you know, getting close into his inner circles to be, you know, later exploited.

They don't critically think outside of the paradigm and box in which they've been placed, which they've been chosen and selected to think inside of.
And probably they've been chosen and selected because they don't think outside of that box or because they live in this paradigm where, you know, rainbow People are the best, and Orange Man bad, and we have to love Ukraine, and Nazis are bad, but they're bad when we make them up and that they exist here in America, but they're good when they're in Ukraine fighting Russia.
We can support that.
But just don't tell us they're Nazis.
It's like, that's the kind of mentally vacuous individuals that we're dealing with.

Former President Donald Trump acknowledges on tape, listen to this, in a 2021 meeting that he had retained secret military information that he had not declassified according to his transcript of the audio recording obtained by CNN.
He says, quote, as president I could have declassified, but now I can't, Trump says, according to the transcript.
If you read further, there's not really much context provided to that quote.
But what's hilarious about it, though, is that you know how Trump talks, and you know how he says things kind of, he'll just blurt things out.
What about this quote?
Let me just give you an example.
How could this quote be?
This is what I talk about when we look back at the Russia hoax thing, and they leaked all that stuff to make it look like he committed crimes when he didn't.
They did it with the impeachment.
They said that he told Zelensky over the phone with the Ukrainian phone call that he was gonna, what was it, send Javelin missiles to, you know, fight Russians or something.
And now we're sending, like, F-16s to go, you know, bomb Moscow, and they're literally like, Trump was evil!
We had to impeach him for it.
Okay, that's, yeah, that makes sense.
But anyway, beside that, Trump in this says, as president, I could have declassified, but now I can't.
Now, and you read through the article, and there's no real context given to the quote.
It's just talking about... It takes all these quotes out of context, saying, secret!
This is secret information!
Look at this!
And classified!
And he says things, and he's talking about Mark Milley, who basically was working against the president, and he was saying Mark Milley was basically undermining his ability to have an executive authority.
So...
You look at that quote, and what could Trump be saying?
Well, I mean, you could read it as he's saying he has documents that he didn't declassify, or you could read it as him saying, I could have declassified, referencing anything in the world, he could have been referencing documents that he doesn't have, or documents that don't exist, or, you know, Don't exist as far as being in his possession, but he says, but now I can't.
So this quote means nothing.
There's no context given.
This is going to be another example of the evidence that they, they selectively leak evidence that builds a case for the prosecutor while completely omitting the exculpatory evidence that undermines the entire case of the prosecutor.
That's what they do.
That's how this whole operation works.
And you know, Like, yesterday we're talking about aliens, and now we're talking about this.
So, who knows?
Maybe this is the distraction from the aliens.
I don't know.
Are the aliens a distraction from this?
I can't tell.
I can't keep up with that anymore.
And that's another thing.
It's all about inundating our ability to understand and to follow a line of logic.
That's what they want to interrupt.
That's their big goal.
But they're not just going after Trump.
The Trump valet, Walt Nata, is also indicted in classified documents probe after moving boxes at Mar-a-Lago.
Well, you heard it folks.
This guy, you might as well just put him in prison for the rest of his life.
You might as well put him in Colorado Supermax for the rest of his life because he took a box.
He took a box from one room and put it in another room.
I don't know about you, but Joe Biden molesting his own daughter in the shower that she wrote about in her diary, Joe Biden's son sex trafficking hookers and drug trafficking and lying on forums to obtain weapons illegally, that's not a big deal in my opinion.
And taking bribes from our foreign enemies?
What do you mean?
That's nothing.
That's like, come on, who doesn't take bribes or give bribes?
Joe Biden's family taking bribes from the Chinese and the Russians and the Ukrainians and any other country that was, you know, in that operation.
That's not a big deal.
But Trump's valet taking a box from one room to another with documents that he probably didn't even know were in it?
I mean, that's the crime of the century, guys.
We should probably, I don't know, we need to look at the maximum sentences for these crimes and really consider increasing them, right?
And if you don't notice, I'm being facetious.
I'm being, you know, sarcastic.
It's a complete joke.
So if you ask me, that's my opinion on it.
You know, there's some people that have put some good information out there, but this is the Trump campaign's statement, right?
He's put out another statement about this, and let's read what he says here.
Let me just try to pull this up.
Trump says, from a statement from the Trump campaign, President Donald J. Trump has long been the biggest threat and the political top target for Joe Biden and the corrupt Democratic Party.
As President, Trump's dominance grows the nastier the deep state attacks become.
Today's act of open legal warfare by the highly politicized and partisan Department of Justice has taken things to a new level.
...and set a dangerous president by politically weaponizing the DOJ, the Biden administration, and their henchmen in the swamp are now conducting an all-out prosecution of the leader of the current administration's political opposition.
This is un-American and wrong.
President Trump violated no laws and is being held to a different legal standard than other former presidents and vice presidents.
We are confident that no matter how crooked the executive branch has become, The American justice system is resilient and will throw this case out in its entirety.
If not, our cherished Constitution is in serious trouble.
President Trump will fight this unconstitutional abuse of power until he is ultimately vindicated, he will never stop fighting for the American people, and he will continue to work to restore greatness of the United States of America.
So take that and do with it what you want.
That's Trump's reaction.
Trump came out and did a video, too, where he talked about how he was an innocent man, and it's all true.
And here's the thing.
I don't get tired of this battle with the deep state, but I do wonder if it's conveniently leveraged against us to keep our attention off of other things, that Trump is just this kind of whipping boy that they pull out any time they need to distract us from other things.
I mean, think about it.
What were they distracting us from?
You know, when Trump was, you know, taking out the cartels or taking out the ISIS that we know was essentially developed and created by our own government, it looks like, it seems, you know, then he's a Russian agent.
It's like, well, no, he's not a Russian agent.
He just took out, oh, but he took out your terrorists that you were using to destabilize the Middle East so that you could create, you know, Destabilizing effect in multiple different regimes so you go in there and take them over and exploit them and so Trump's Russian agent, you know, and then he intervenes in Ukraine and He's a Ukrainian, you know, he's he's violating his oath of office and he's this that and the other, you know, he slips down a walkway He's the 25th amendment.
He's incapable of Working, or... Meanwhile, Biden's, like, falling on stages and can't keep a sentence together, and he's the most, you know, stalwart of what it means to be a president.
Well, yeah, you mean a walking, talking imbecile who's a completely controlled puppet of a globalist deep state that's entrenched in the bureaucracy of the American government?
Okay, if that's what it means to be a president, I guess Joe Biden is the ideal president, right?
Because another thing you have to remember is, If you're gonna control a president, how do you do it?
Well, blackmail.

So, maybe that's why the FBI is continuing to cover up for the actual crimes of Joe Biden and his family because it's already being used over him as extortion.
Reporter asked Joe Biden about evidence in an FBI file showing he sold out the country and Biden blurted out a damning response.

It's like, bro, the money is what we've documented the bank account statements with.

But that's how he responds.
See, this is the whole thing.
It's all about demoralization at this point.
Because we know these people are criminals, but...
They want us to know that they're criminals.
Never forget that for one second.

And that's what they've been doing to us, right?
They're holding us hostage.
And then to demoralize us and to make us subservient even further and to make us afraid to even question what they're doing or to challenge them, they basically say, oh yeah, you got a laptop that shows we committed crimes.
And?
Yeah, Hunter Bynes smokes crack and takes bribes for his father from foreign governments.
What are you going to do about it?
Yeah, you know, Hunter Biden is molesting his niece and Joe Biden is molesting his daughter according to her own words and what we've seen in the text messages on the Hunter Biden laptop.

And you know what they say?
They say nothing.
That's what you're going to do about it.
You're going to sit there and you're going to take it and we're going to keep doing it.
And if that's not like mafioso as it gets, I don't know what is.
So That's why when I look at all this, I put my faith in God even more.
Because look, at the end of the day, The evil is always going to exist.
Sometimes you just got to put your hands up and say, Lord, help me with this.
You got to pray.
We got to pray that we can overcome this evil that exists in this world and find ways to overcome it through our faith because there's no other way.
You know, a lot of times, you know, we can organize and we can do things and that's all good.
And I'm all for that.
I support that a hundred percent.
But ultimately, these people who are doing all of this, Even if they don't face justice or retribution in this life, I've got news for you.
There is a next life.
And the next life, you're either going to be in heaven with Jesus and God and the Holy Spirit, or there is a lake of fire where they will burn for eternity.
And they're going to have to face all the money in the world, all the power that they've gained, all the influence and everything else.
It's going to mean nothing.
It's gonna mean nothing.
So trust in that.
Because ultimately, what else can we trust in?
Beside a God that is just, whose will will be done on earth and in heaven.
Amen.
