Will Trump Be Charged With SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY Over January 6th Riots? | JustInformed News #328

Hi, welcome to another episode of Just Informed News.
I'm your host, Craig.

We have a lot to cover here today.
And just to let you know, we're doing a full recap of all of the news from the week that is important, that matters, that the fake news doesn't want to talk about and doesn't want you to know about.
But we're starting with this story about President Trump.
And how they've set the groundwork, essentially, to charge him with seditious conspiracy.
We're going to look at that in the guilty verdict that's come down for the Proud Boys.
Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs, and others being sentenced, or not sentenced yet, but they've been found guilty of seditious conspiracy and how they've laid the groundwork to go after Trump with the same charge.
We're going to look at that plus We're going to get into a bunch of other news stories, including the World Health Organization officially ending the COVID pandemic.
Well, what do you know?
As the CDC director resigns, we're going to look at what they don't want you to look back on with regard to her tenure as the director.
And we're also going to get into some other news stories, update on Ukraine and Russia, the war that's going on over there, the proxy war between NATO and the Russian Federation is only going to keep getting worse as the Ukrainians have already started arresting journalists, which is essentially, it's only fitting, right?
That the country that they keep telling us we have to fight for democracy in Ukraine is actually doing everything they can to stamp out democracy as they arrest journalist Gonzalo Lira, a very, very widely popular commentator and analyst in Ukraine, has been arrested today.
We're going to look at that story.
Plus, we're going to get into a bunch of other news stories from across the spectrum stuff.
They don't want you to tie together, to basically piece together and understand how it all is related.
We're going to get into that.
Plus, a whole lot more.

So without further ado, let's get into the news here.
Proud Boys Convicted of Seditious Conspiracy.
In a highly politicized miscarriage of justice, according to this article, a D.C.
jury convicted four of the five high-profile Proud Boys of seditious conspiracy for their participation in the Capitol breach.
On January 6, jurors convicted Ethan Nordin, Enrique Atario, Joseph Biggs, and Zachary Rell of seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.
Final charges for Dominic Pozzola are still awaiting jury deliberation.
Each charge is a felony subject to punishment of up to 20 years in prison.
Jury deliberations began on April 26, 2023, so not more than a couple weeks ago.
So what is this story telling us?
First off, it's a complete and total miscarriage of justice as it's written in this story.
Obviously, these guys being charged with seditious conspiracies is insane, but it makes sense given the world we're living in now where the Biden administration is targeting individuals who think that stealing elections and running color revolutions using intelligence services, who have been trying to frame the political party that they hate and disdain, For years now is totally okay and that we should just sit back and put our hands up and say yes, please Subjugate us further subjugate us harder Please that's what they want us to do.
But what's fascinating about this story is that?
Not only were these four individuals convicted of this crime, but one of the individuals, Enrique Tarrio, wasn't even in Washington, D.C.
on January 6th, yet he was still being charged, and he is convicted now of this charge of seditious conspiracy, because they said he orchestrated it from a hotel room in Baltimore.
Now, what's fascinating about this, too, is that when you read through what the jury or what the prosecutors have come out with after the case and what we know, is that they've actually said in the case that it was a seditious conspiracy, not a seditious plan.
So even though these Proud Boys, as they are referenced in the media, didn't actually plan To overthrow the Capitol in on January 6, that they are still guilty of the seditious conspiracy because they were vowing to stand against a fraudulent election.
So that's the level.
And, you know, we're going to get into some other stories here about Joe Biden and how more and more evidence is continuing to come out about how he's literally committing treason against this nation.
But he's fine.
Let's leave him in office while he molests his daughter.
And while his crackhead son goes out and sex traffics women in international prostitution rings as he's blackmailed by our foreign adversaries, that's totally fine.
But if you stand up against a corrupt system that rigs an election to install a criminal puppet who's a regime head for them to subjugate us further and destroy our country – Well, guess what, buddy?
You're going to jail for a very long time.
And this whole thing was doomed from the beginning.
Why?
Well, because we know that this whole trial took place in Washington, D.C.
A city or state, whatever you want to call it, where you could pretty much convict a ham sandwich, because the jury is so tainted by the liberal bias that exists in that city, that now they want to bring these charges against Trump.
Yes, not making that up.
But before we look at that, let's look at all the different counts against these individuals.
Here's a good chart that outlines it all.
Noreen Biggs, Rel, Tarrio, and Pozzola.
So this is conspiracy.
They all were found guilty.
The top four here were found guilty.
Conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.
Guilty on that charge.
Obstructing an official proceeding.
Guilty.
Conspiracy to prevent officials from discharging duties.
They were found guilty.
Impeding officers during civil disorder.
They were all found guilty.
Destruction of property.
And they were all found guilty.
Now, I do want to take a step back here and look at the craziness of this whole situation, right?
If you consider the fact that how many officials right now are guilty of these same exact crimes?
I mean, I could list them off here, but we don't have enough time in this show.
I can tell you, though, that if you're talking about seditious conspiracies, perhaps one of the biggest seditious conspiracy was the conspiracy to steal an election.
Or how about the conspiracy to frame a sitting president for a crime he never committed?
How about the conspiracy to impeach a president for a crime that they knew wasn't a crime?
How about any of that?
Is that not a seditious conspiracy?
Oh, no.
No, no, no, no, no.
That's not a seditious conspiracy.
You know what that is?
That's called US democracy.
And if you don't like it, you might as well go move to Russia with Edward Snowden because that's about what they think of us.
But let's listen to Merrick Garland give his statement about this.
We're going to listen to a brief part of it.
Watch this.
The Justice Department secured the conviction of four leaders of the Proud Boys for seditious conspiracy related to the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
In addition, those defendants and a fifth member of the Proud Boys were all convicted of felonies, including obstructing Congress' certification of the 2020 presidential election results and conspiring to prevent Congress and federal officers from discharging their duties.
The evidence presented at trial detailed the extent of the violence at the Capitol on January 6th and the central role these defendants played in setting into motion the unlawful events of that day.
I can't even watch these weasels.
I mean, you look at him with the little weasel behind him, Christopher Wray, the FBI director, these people who hate America, who want to destroy America, and have no intention of upholding the law when it comes to their own crimes.
They'll only uphold the law when it comes to a crime that's committed by somebody who's standing against their criminal organized crime cartel that they're running against, we the American people.
That's what it looks like.
Just outside of, you know, trying to be an objective observer here.
That's what it looks like.
And Merrick Garland, who obviously still, you know, is pissed off about the fact that he didn't get his Supreme Court justice position.
Now he's taking out his revenge on...
Anybody who stands with Trump against these criminals whom Merrick Garland is in bed with whole, you know, whole hog, if you will.
So, you know, that's what we're facing right now.
And don't worry, because Andrew Rice, or Andrew Weissman, who is a Democrat DNC attack dog here has come out and said, Proud Boys verdict.
Huge win for the government in our democracy.
Domestic terrorism group.
Unleashed by the former president.
Held to account.
Makes charging the leader of the seditious conspiracy one Donald J. Trump imperative.
Really?
Really?
So now they're gonna use this as the precedent to go after Trump to say he was the leader of this seditious conspiracy.
Well, that's funny.
That's funny.
I wonder, talking about like domestic terrorism groups, I don't want to get into the whole whataboutism, but let's just be quite frank here.
Antifa, working on behalf, or at the behest of the Democratic Party.
BLM, working at the behest of the Democratic Party.
You know, BLM funneling all their donations through ActBlue, which was the fundraising mechanism for the Democratic Party.
Burning down cities, committing violent hate crimes, committing acts of extortion, terrorism, intimidation, rigging an election, using their individuals in certain places to literally stuff ballot boxes and do other things, and nothing.
Oh, Mayor Garland, are you going to do anything about that?
No?
OK, good.
I'm glad we live in a banana republic where you can be a criminal and your criminal allies can get away with crimes.
It's a two-tiered justice system.
But when Enrique Tarrio sits in a hotel room in Baltimore and says some things online about a stolen election, He's guilty of seditious conspiracy.
That makes perfect sense, right?
I don't know.

But what's even more fascinating is this video that just came out from OMG, which is O'Keefe Media Group.
You know, James O'Keefe from Project Veritas, who was recently fired by the organization and then started his own media organization.
He's come out now.
And it's shown that the FBI were trying to set him up with another conspiracy.
They were trying to get him to literally help facilitate spying on FBI agents over January 6th in a what can only be described as another conspiratorial trap set by the criminals running our government right now against free and open and independent journalists like James O'Keefe.
Watch this.
Something absolutely crazy just happened regarding the FBI and myself and OMG.
This morning, 17 armed FBI agents swarmed the Oregon home of a man named Jared Wise.
He's a former New York FBI special agent.
But on March 27th, the same Jared Wise He actually sent us at OMG a signal message.
We get thousands and thousands of these messages and sources.
And Jared Wise wanted to talk to me about recording current FBI personnel.
He wanted me to expose the FBI and record the FBI about January 6th.
I asked them questions.
Now, it's very important to be skeptical and dubious of people when they reach out to you because, of course, I know and you know that a lot of people are trying to set me up.
Now the person that responded to this message asked, you know, what's your motive?
And Jared responded, I'd like to talk to James Dredd.
That's always a red flag when sources want to speak to me, and they won't speak to my colleagues.
Jared Wise went on to say that he thought previous stories that we did, like five years ago, where we're recording teachers and Randy Weingarten, people in the teachers' union covering up sexual abuse of children.
He thought that was, quote, reckless, that our undercover reporters were being sent into something that was doomed to expose a significant number of undercover reporters.
In which I asked him, you don't think asking James O'Keefe to record FBI agents is also reckless?
That logic doesn't make sense to a reasonable person.
And then he said, this is Jared Wise, the former FBI agent, he said, quote, never mind, thank you.
We didn't stop there.
We said, now I'm just curious, why do you think it's reckless for O'Keefe to report on teachers unions?
But it's a good idea to go out and target FBI agents with hidden cameras.
You want us to never mind, but now I want to know what's going on.
We find this bizarre.
And the lesson here, everyone, is that always be skeptical of sources before you promise them anonymity.
Be aware that sometimes you might be set up We don't know that this was a setup.
We don't know if he's sort of cooperating with the FBI to try to get me, try to hurt me, because perhaps he can ensnare me in some legal issue if I do an undercover investigation into the FBI.
It's very suspect.
It's very bizarre.
I don't know why anyone would think it's reckless to investigate teachers, but it's not reckless to try to go after The FBI.
What a world we're living in.
Be careful.
Keep your wits about you.
So there you go.
I mean, James O'Keefe even trying to get set up by the FBI.
So, you know, if they're willing to do that to him, right?
And then we look at what happened to Enrique Tarrio and Joe Biggs and the rest of those guys and the Proud Boys and everything that happened on January 6th, which we're pretty sure at this point was an actual setup.
Because, and how do we know?
Well, because people like Ray Epps, if this were all true and it was all above the board, people like Ray Epps would be in prison right now.
You know, the actual people who were actually inciting the riot and the insurrection of the Capitol?
But it's not, and it never was.
And at the same time, so, looking at all of that, right?
And then we have this story that just came out the other day.
Joe Biden engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national.
This is an FBI internal document, it's alleging.
And what's fascinating about this is that this is a document that they've been withholding from us, apparently.
But no big deal.
Just because Joe Biden's engaging in a bribery scheme with a foreign national, it's like, tell me something, is it a day that ends in why?
Well, of course it is.
Of course he does.
Of course he is.
He has been.
We've had proof about it for years now.
That's what makes this all very fascinating, is that, you know, they keep coming out with these stories like, Joe Biden, he might actually be in criminal trouble here.
It's like, yeah, you mean the stuff we knew three years ago?
The stuff of him and Burisma and his son taking bribes and funneling to him?
Or his brother taking bribes and funneling to him?
Or, you know, having, you know, houses right next to Jeffrey Epstein's island down in the Caribbean?
Nothing to see here, guys.
It's absolutely not true.
If they ask John Kirby though, John Kirby's statement on this is pretty funny.
He said, He was asked about the criminal scheme involving then-VP Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions, to which he says, I have nothing to offer.
I have nothing to offer.
I will refer you to the Justice Department.
Oh, you mean the criminal justice department that's so corrupt?
They're literally indicting people and convicting people for seditious conspiracy on January 6th, which we know was a setup, while not investigating or indicting Hunter Biden or Joe Biden for any of the crimes he's committed, they've committed?
Yeah, that same same organization, you know, so trustworthy.
So trustworthy.
And on top of that, you know, you have Anthony Blanken, giving this interview with Fox News, where he talks about so get this.
He was the one who's being accused now of orchestrating the letter that had 50 intelligence officials right before the election that said that the Hunter Biden laptop had all the earmarks of a Russian disinformation operation.
And that he was essentially, what has come out is that he was just doing it to get the position he has now, which is Secretary of State.
So he was offered in exchange for Antony Blinken This is what it is.
Antony Blinken, in exchange for the position of Secretary of State, which he now holds, all he had to do was get 50 intelligence officials to lie or to, you know, lie by omission or deceptively, you know, inform the public about the Hunter Biden laptop so that they could discredit it in the fake news, which we now know was all a big intelligence operation meant to deceive us all.

Let's talk about the letter that was written concerning Hunter Biden's laptop that said it was Russian disinformation.
Can you explain what your role was in that and if you incentivized it?
Well, first, one of the great benefits of this job is that I don't do politics and don't engage in it.
But with regard to that letter, it wasn't my idea.
I didn't ask for it.
I didn't solicit it.
And I think the testimony That the former Deputy Director of the CIA, Mike Morrell, put forward confirms that.
Do you accept that the laptop is not Russian disinformation?
Again, from my perspective, I'm not engaging in politics.
I've got a lot on my agenda.
Things that we've just talked about.
Trying to help the Ukrainians and the Russian aggression against them.
Engaging with allies and partners around the world.
And dealing with some of the challenges posed by China.
We have a situation now in Sudan that's fully occupied my time.
Okay, so a real nothing answer.
And the fact that he comes out now and tells us, oh yeah, I'm not political.
It's like, okay, yeah, we all know.
This is how the DC swamp's been working for years and they just keep it going in this never-ending criminal cartel circle of, you know, I'll crime for you if you crime for me.
It's great.
All right.
In other news, that's important.
Rachel Walensky, the CDC director, has resigned officially today.
And this is all coming as we've heard that the World Health Organization has finally ended on the same day, magically, the COVID-19 pandemic, and it's no longer a global health emergency.
Well, Anomaly over on Twitter put this clip out, which I thought was perfect, because he says, I'll always remember Rochelle Walensky for this.
Watch this.
We're not in a position where we think that any virus, including the Delta virus, which is much more transmissible and more deadly in terms of non-vaccinated people, the various shots that people are getting now cover that.
You're OK.
You're not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.
Our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick, and that it's not just in the clinical trials, but it's also in real-world data.
Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person.
A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus.
The virus does not infect them.
The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else.
So they're going to be... Is there repercussions for anything these people say or do?
No, of course not.
I mean, this is the craziest thing of it all.
It's like you sit here and you watch these people and you go, OK, well, are they going to be held accountable for their actions, their words, their deeds?
No, no, no, no, no.
Because they can be wrong.
They can lie.
They can mislead you.
They can do anything they want.
And there is no repercussion.
Absolutely none.
But if you or I were to say anything about, you know, COVID, you know, being something other than what they told us it was, or the vaccines weren't as effective as they told us they were, or anything like that, censored!

That's essentially what it is, and that's what we saw time and time again, so...
Not surprising, not surprising, but it is sad.
And let's just update on the Ukraine conflict.
Russia drones attack Kiev today.
As Moscow is saying, U.S.
is behind the Kremlin drone strike on the Kremlin Kavala's attempted assassination of Putin.
As former CIA officer says, the decision to drone attack Kremlin was made by the United States.
Oh, that's interesting.
And at the same time, the Wagner chief working for the Russians is warning that his forces are going to exit Bakhmut in Ukraine on May 10th because they are not getting enough ammunition and supplies from the Russian government.
So, as everything continues to spiral into a convenient little cataclysm for the globalists who want to have the United States and Russia go to war so that China can become the dominant power,
And that their global authoritarian communist regime can actually overtake the world leader position and enslave humanity and put harsher restrictions on our freedoms and basically knock us out of the position that we are in, which is the world's leading superpower in the United States.
As that's all happening, it just seems convenient that everything keeps escalating and spinning further and further out of control.
Almost like there are people working tirelessly to make sure that things keep spiraling out of control so that Russia and the United States end up having either a large or limited nuclear exchange, thereby knocking each other out of commission and leaving only one country left safe and secure over there in the East, the Far East.
That's China.
And if you don't believe me, I mean, look at everything they've done.
The Great Reset is essentially, was put into effect in China and it is, that is what China is and has become.
The Great Reset that they want to bring to the rest of the world.
Well, how do you have a Great Reset?
Well, you can't have a Great Reset if countries are already established and successful and economically viable.
Well, how do you knock countries out of that?
Well, what happened in World War II?
Right?
They bombed all of Europe into oblivion.
There was nothing left.
And guess who came in?
The robber barons that were running the United States at the time.
You know, the Rockefellers and all these other people.
Who ended up coming in with their corporate systems and structures that were still intact because they had avoided being destroyed during World War II, and they rebuilt Europe and became the world's largest economy, which was exploitable to the point where we had the creation of the Federal Reserve that was before World War II, but essentially
Byproduct of World War Two was the strengthening of the Federal Reserve the strengthening of the US government and that never ended as government was continued to be infiltrated by corporations and they became one entity essentially to today where Now that pesky Constitution and Bill of Rights is getting in the way of global authoritarians who want to have the system that they have in China, where you don't have any rights.
You don't have private property rights.
You don't have any rights to your own business.
The government has control over everything.
So the same people want to bring in a one-world government, right?
Want to destroy the two countries.
Russia and the United States, who actually have systems.
Now, I'm not saying Russia is equal to the United States, but who have systems that are not based on this corporate capital communist system.
Now, again, Russia is not really the beacon of, you know, light here, but the system that is in the United States they have to destroy.
So who are they going to use to destroy it?
Well, they're not going to use China because they need China to be the manufacturer for the world, to rebuild the world after they destroy it.
Right?
It all makes sense if you really sit back and ponder upon these things.
But you have to ask yourself, why is it all happening now?
I mean, and if it's not bad enough that they are trying to get us into a nuclear war to destroy our country, you go, well, well, no, they wouldn't do that.
But they are they're already destroying our country, Mexican, Mexico based cartels gearing up to flood America with up to 1 million illegal aliens after Biden opens the border dropping title 42.
So, Title 42 is about to be overturned, which was a health emergency policy put in place during COVID pandemic that authorized the immediate return of most migrants back to Mexico.
So once they get rid of that, and guess what?
That's why the World Health Organization is ending the COVID pandemic.
That's why the Biden administration is ending the COVID pandemic.
That's why everything you're seeing happen with them saying, COVID's over, guys.
It's all about revoking Title 42, which was put in under Trump, which was an easy way to get people out of our country who weren't supposed to be here.
Now, they're going to revoke Title 42 and open the floodgates even further, and America is only going to suffer from it, not going to be prosperous for it, unfortunately.

Finally, speaking of Russia, let's talk or speaking of Ukraine, I should say, the SBU has detained foreign blogger named Gonzalo Lira.
If you don't know him, he has a channel on YouTube, several channels, I believe, one of which is called Gonzalo Lira.
Again, he gives provides, you know, very good in-depth analysis.
And he has a roundtable where he talks about issues with individuals.
And He just gives great insight into what's going on there and he's been very critical of both regimes, Russian and Ukrainian and the US and other ones.
He just had a very good and introspective look at politics that were taking place there in Ukraine as somebody who's on the ground.
Now, what have they done?
Well, according to The armed forces in Ukraine, the SBU detained foreign blogger who denied the crimes of the rashest and insulted Ukrainian defenders, among other things.
That's his crime.
So remember guys, while they keep telling us we're fighting for the democracy in Ukraine, what is Ukraine essentially doing?
Ukraine is arresting free and independent journalists and throwing them in prison.
Just like how Ukraine dissolved the Political parties that were opposition to the one that was in control.
Just like Ukraine has done forced conscription of all men in the country against their will.
All these really democratic things that Ukraine's doing is what we're fighting for.
We're supporting Ukraine.
Put a Ukrainian flag in your profile picture, or in your profile bio, or else you're basically Hitler.
That's what you have to know, because even though they act like Hitler, they're not Hitler.
You're Hitler for even, you know, talking about it.

This video was posted by Ian Miles Chong about what the SBU put out there about Gonzalo Lira, thinking they were being clever and funny about how they arrested him and they embarrassed him and they videotaped his apartment.
Here he is being arrested and detained.
They won't even show his face because they're a bunch of cowards.
And yep, being pulled out of his apartment in his pajamas and thrown into the gulag.
Never be heard from again.
So that's good to know.

Just over a year ago, our security forces arrested the Russian propagandist, Gonzalo Lira.
People screamed out at the time that he was a journalist.
He was engaging in his free speech rights.
The facts were much different.
Gonzalo Lira is a Russian propagandist, an agent of Vladimir Putin's lies.
Ultimately, justice caught up with him, just like justice is going to catch up to every Russian agent, terrorist, war criminal, and propagandist across the world.
In Ukraine, we believe in free speech, and journalists have the right to report as they wish.
Gonzalo Lira was not a journalist, and now he'll have many, many years to think about the danger and death that he brought to the people of Kharkiv, the people of Ukraine, and supporters of Ukraine from across the world.

Just let you know going into the future, when they arrest, you know, reporters, like myself or others, or when they do things that are just going to seem so
over-the-top, anti-American, anti-constitutional, anti-civil liberty, whatever it is, they're gonna put some, you know, deranged tranny person of color on TV, who's gonna say, that evil person was saying bad things, and we are not bad evil people, because look at me, I'm a deranged lunatic who puts on a wig and thinks I'm a girl.
So, it's okay that we, you know, strip people of their rights and civil liberties.
That's what it's going to look like in America.
