| Today we're talking about this report that has come out of Project Veritas and what's going on with James O'Keefe and him being ousted there. | |
| I thought this was a story worth covering, so let's just get into it real quick. | |
| I want to go over some of the highlights that I think are important to note when you see what's happening here. | |
| It's an important story, and I think it's really something very interesting. | |
| So, let's start here. | |
| Exclusive Indiana Reports leaked letter details James O'Keefe's response following indefinite no-pay suspension from Project Veritas. | |
| He asked the board to resign for their conduct, and they did not. | |
| So, he basically has no position in Project Veritas and decided to pack up his things and leave. | |

| It's a 44 minute video. | |

| But according to the article here, a leaked letter obtained by the Post Millennial reveals Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe's statement to staffers on Monday after he was effectively removed from the organization by the board saying, I was asked to be gone until the 20th. | |
| It's now the 20th. | |
| Roto Keefe, I asked the board to resign for their conduct. | |
| They did not. | |
| So currently I have no position in Project Veritas on the board's actions. | |
| And so I'm announcing to you all. | |
| That today on President's Day, I'm packing my personal effects from headquarters and I'm intending to start anew. | |
| Now, this is a fascinating story. | |
| And where did this all start? | |
| Well, it all started a couple weeks ago. | |
| We reported on this briefly when they announced the suspension of James O'Keefe as the CEO of Project Veritas. | |
| They removed him after one of the biggest stories that they've ever had in the history of the company with the Pfizer-exposed vaccine. | |
| The Pfizer expose, I should say, that they put out where it had undercover video of a director from the board at Pfizer who was talking about essentially doing gain-of-function research to develop new viruses so they could develop more vaccines based on the mRNA technology that they're putting out there, among many other revelations that was in the reporting itself. | |
| Now, what's fascinating to me is that there's a few different theories about what's going on here, and I'm going to get into those in just a second. | |
| But how I know that this is essentially, that James O'Keefe is in the right here, all you have to do is go look at the fake news. | |
| Here we have a report from, yeah, you guessed it, the Washington Post. | |
| here's Isaac Stanley Becker from the Washington Post a little poindexter here about to tell us about what's happening here saying James O'Keefe told Project Veritas staff this morning that he would start a rival group and accused internal adversaries of ruining our reputation in front of our supporters and donors and leaking confidential information and fabricating stories so that's the spin from the fake news that we're getting the Washington Post of course some of the biggest liars in the country along with the New York Times and others | |
| so if that's the spin on the story then you know it's the opposite that it's true so in fact James O'Keefe is going to be starting I've seen a new company I've seen I believe the company is going to be called Transparency. | |
| And this is actually a part of, I believe, a strategic move. | |
| Now... | |
| Why do I think this is a part of a strategic move? | |
| Well, I think this is the controlled demolition of Project Veritas, if you will, because of the biggest story they ever reported, which was, of course, the Pfizer-exposed directed evolution mutation reporting. | |
| Here it is. | |
| The story that they basically broke right before this all happened is this story. | |
| Pfizer Director Jordan Walker expressed concern of COVID vaccine effect on women's reproductive health, as well as telling us that they were doing gain-of-function research, calling it directed evolution, and telling us That they were not... | |
| That the folks at Pfizer don't care about COVID anymore and are using the implementation of the mRNA vaccination protocols through COVID as a door... | |
| mRNA vaccination from other things into the realm of popular culture as far as using them for cancer treatments and other treatments for other illnesses. | |
| They want to normalize mRNA technology, which essentially is... | |
| At the end of the day, it's gene editing. | |
| It's the doorway to gene editing and gene manipulation, which is what they want at the end of all this. | |
| They want to be able to alter our DNA because if they can break what God made, then, of course, they can control us even further. | |
| And not to mention the fact that they have to do it. | |
| What's the end goal of pharmaceutical industry? | |
| Yes, they make great drugs that help people stay alive and do great things. | |
| They've extended life beyond anything we could have ever imagined. | |
| But at the end of the day, Is it to their benefit and their bottom line, I should say, the benefit of their bottom line to keep us healthy and not needing their medicine? | |
| Or is it just to keep us just sick enough so that we, and just healthy enough to be able to function and make and work so we can get money to pay them, but then just sick enough so that we're dependent on the medicine that they make us dependent on through not actually giving us full access to cures that but then just sick enough so that we're dependent on the medicine that they make us dependent on through not actually giving us full access to cures that may exist or, you know, things that they | |
| That is the question of the day, right? | |
| So anyway, I was saying before, this is the controlled implosion of Project Veritas, and why do I think that? | |
| This is the controlled implosion of Project Veritas. | |
| And why do I think that? | |
| Well, one of the rumors swirling around online is that essentially in the run-up to what they believe they'll be facing as a company in the onslaught of possible lawsuits coming from Pfizer, that this is James O'Keefe and having this kind of public that this is James O'Keefe and having this kind of public divorce from the company so that he can go and open his new project, this transparency company, while the old Project Veritas Corporation, it's a 501c3 and | |
| while the old Project Veritas Corporation, it's a 501c3 and a 501c4 corporation nonprofit, can be sued into oblivion and they can just liquidate basically everything, transfer some of the fundraising over to this new organization being run by James O'Keefe and transfer some of the fundraising over to this new organization being run by James O'Keefe and let Project Veritas die at the hands of the never-ending onslaught of litigation, which is shortly on the way, | |

| Is this a real rift between Project Veritas and James O'Keefe? | |
| I'm not sure. | |
| It does look pretty good. | |
| They're selling it on its face as something that looks pretty bad. | |

| Basically, this is James O'Keefe's rebuttal to the board of directors unilaterally voting to... | |
| or seemingly unilaterally voting to remove him from the company as CEO. And... | |
| If you think about it in context of what's happening here, I think it makes the most sense to understand that James O'Keefe himself is in this situation that is fascinating, where he's going to have the opportunity to go open this new company. | |
| But what do they say he's done? | |
| I mean, it's a joke. | |
| Here's what they said in response to what James O'Keefe said. | |
| James O'Keefe said that the board... | |
| Basically, just are trying to run him out of town because they want to take control of Project Veritas, and they don't want him around anymore because they see him as a liability. | |
| What's he a liability from? | |
| Well, here's what they've said. | |
| The statement for the Project Veritas board of directors here talks about how James O'Keefe decided to remove his belongings from Project Veritas headquarters. | |
| The board and management made numerous attempts in the last 14 days to have a conversation with James, but he ignored our outreach and decided instead to leak private information to others, or either by doing so himself or by proxy. | |
| Here's a list of their grievances with him. | |
| He apparently spent $14,000 on a charter flight to meet someone to fix his boat under the guise of meeting with a donor. | |
| $60,000 in losses by putting together dance events such as Project Veritas Experience. | |
| $150,000 here. | |
| I'll make this bigger so that you guys can see. | |
| 150,000 in black cars in the last 18 months. | |
| Okay, so he likes to use the luxury Uber. | |
| Thousands of dollars spent on DJ and other equipment for personal use. | |
| I've been to a Project Veritas event. | |
| They use those for their events. | |
| It wasn't a Project Veritas event. | |
| Project Veritas was at one of the events I went to. | |
| And they do that. | |
| It's not abnormal. | |
| And hundreds of other acts of personal inurement. | |
| Hmm. | |
| So that's all they have on him. | |
| And on top of that, he stole a pregnant lady's sandwich, apparently. | |
| So that's why he's the bad guy. | |
| Which is why this all stinks to me. | |
| I don't believe anything anymore. | |
| I'm skeptical. | |
| I'm highly skeptical. | |
| I think this all looks like, optically, it's meant to look like James O'Keefe and the board of directors are having this major fallout and that he's basically leaving the company because he's being persecuted by board members who have this greed or desire to selfishly You know, make their company, I don't know, rid them of James so they can take full control of it. | |
| A lot of people have speculated that Pfizer's behind all this, but that doesn't really make much sense or hold much water when you think about the fact, you know, Pfizer's already been exposed. | |
| What more do they have to gain? | |
| It'd make more sense in the scenario that I've heard, possibly, the possibility that I've heard, where it's James O'Keefe basically Getting rid of Project Veritas, letting it burn in the wind, as they've basically already exposed the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, and then that will in turn lead to a set of... | |
| Events that will take place that will lead to the establishment of this new company, Transparency, which will act in the same exact way Project Veritas has acted, and basically let all the liability fall on the company that's no longer actually behind the work of the journalism that he's trying to put on, the undercover journalism that they do. | |
| That would make the most sense to me, but only time will tell, and we'll have to wait and see. | |
| I think it is fascinating to see the implosion of Project Veritas in real time. | |
| Yesterday... | |
| Their Twitter following just started taking a nosedive. | |
| They had about over 1.4 million followers on Twitter. | |
| And let's just go over here to the live count. | |
| This is today, right now, live on the show here. | |
| Project Veritas down to 1.19 million subscribers. | |
| So you're talking about, you know, over a quarter of a million followers just on Twitter alone that they've lost practically overnight with this falling out between James O'Keefe and Project Veritas. | |
| If you think about it, it also makes sense in the sense that, you know, Project Veritas has become wildly popular and well-known. | |
| I do believe, though, that this is something that we should look at and ask ourselves. | |
| Is it, you know, forming a new company transparency that's got less of a public profile so that they can do this undercover work they need to do? | |
| If you think about it in that term as well, in those terms as well, it makes sense because you're looking at something from the perspective of If you're trying to do undercover journalism and you become this massive company that's so well known that everybody knows Project Veritas' name, well then it's going to be a little bit harder to recruit people to do undercover work and all of these things. | |
| So a lot of different avenues of how to understand it and kind of decide what's happening there. | |
