Thanks for joining me, and today we have a very special episode.
We're going to get into a lot of the meat around the rest of that video I was able to watch of Jack Maxey just laying it all out.
We have so much information that is so important for us to hear.
We're going to get into that.
We're going to start with how the news is going to try to basically censor us even further, I guess you could say, with all of the Russia disinformation nonsense that they used previously.
That's just going to continue to happen, and there's a great report from revolver.com about that.
We'll jump into that in a second.
But before we do, all right, guys, I have a big update.
Now, if you guys aren't aware, I've been in part of a major lawsuit against Google for a while now, right?
I can't get into a lot of details about it because I have a very big announcement to tell you all.
I just got a message from our lawyers, and I've been able to review our legal briefs, and we are going to be filing in the Ninth Circuit Court against...
We've already attempted to get an injunction against Google to get our channels put back before the election, and that didn't go as we planned.
Unfortunately, we got a very...
I can't talk about a lot of the details of the case.
Suffice it to say that the judges in California are not the most friendly to our cause, it would seem.
And if that's the case, that's fine.
But the Ninth Circuit obviously has changed a lot, and we're trying to take our case there to see if we can get a ruling in our favor.
And if not, we're going to take it all the way to the Supreme Court, and it's going to take a lot of money, and it's going to take a lot of time, really.
That's the big thing.
These courts go so slow.
I mean, you'd imagine, it was almost two years ago, we were filing for an emergency injunction in the state of California where you have to go.
I think it's the Southern District Court is where they have their, where you have to go if you bring litigation against YouTube or Google or any of that.
It's like written into their terms of service.
So we went there.
We tried to get the emergency injunctive action.
It was denied.
So we appealed, and so far we're going into now the next phase, which is going to the Ninth Circuit Court.
So I'll summarize to say this, that We have a Give, Send, Go that we're putting up.
I don't know.
I've already asked you guys to donate so much, but this really is not just about helping me and helping this channel out.
This is more overly about setting a precedent.
We hope to get this case to the Supreme Court.
We hope that we can get in front of Clarence Thomas, who's been asking for these Section 230 cases, which we've put together, a very strong one.
I was reading through our legal brief, and it's very strong.
And what we're arguing is a lot of things, but primarily there's a part of it that, well, I can't talk about it.
I'm not going to get into it.
But I'll say this, that we do have a Give, Send, Go up, and this is it.

I'll zoom in a little bit here.

So what happened was we were all basically banned at the same time.
We were able to get this suit going.
Now, again, I'm asking for you guys to do what you can.
I'm not asking you to go out and give all the money and get us to there if you can.
If you can, I appreciate it.
If not, I understand.
But I'll say this, that what we have is a good shot Albeit a long one, of getting this to be fixed so that not only will it allow us to go back on the main platforms of YouTube, get our audiences back somewhat, even though I'm sure they'll find a way to get us off their platform, even if they were to allow us back on.
But moreoverly, if we do end up in the Supreme Court, which is a long way away, because we're only in the Ninth Circuit right now, if you understood how slow these things happen, I mean, imagine, remember, we filed emergency injunctive relief.
This was in October of 2020, before the election, and we're just now getting to a point where we can file in the Ninth Circuit.
So nothing's guaranteed, but I'll say this, that if we're able to establish a president by going to the Supreme Court and getting a ruling in our favor, it could change the whole playing field as far as internet censorship and how this all goes.
Now, I'm not saying that that's what's going to happen.
I'm just saying that that's something that's possible, and It will only be possible if you guys support this because everything we're doing is crowdfunded.
You know, they basically zapped our incomes.
I mean, collectively, we all lost a huge portion.
I know I lost at least 80 or 90% of my income overnight, and I've been struggling to build back a fraction of that ever since.

It is, I scrolled down a little bit, Revolver.
So it begins, Hunter Biden's laptop in the Ukraine war.
Show how the ruling class plans to silence every single one of us.
Of course it is.
This is just an interesting story.
I'm not going to go through the whole thing.
These revolver pieces can be quite long in length for an article on the internet.
But it goes through the idea that what you've seen for the whole Hunter Biden saga was them lying to the American people outright, claiming things that weren't true, saying things that weren't true, and all to affect the election.
And the reason I start here is because it goes right in hand with the case that we're having.
Remember, we were all basically banned because we were reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop story before CNN and the New York Times said we could.
Or YouTube.
The thought police over YouTube.
Yet here you have the same liars and corrupt criminals, right, from these organizations, lying to the American people, misleading them, taking this Russian disinformation story and running with it.

This is what they were reporting.
This is from two weeks before the election, right when they deleted us all and kicked us off of the Internet or all the main platforms on the Internet.
So here, watch this.
Serious questions tonight about whether the Russians are using Rudy Giuliani to interfere in the U.S. presidential election.
CNN senior national security correspondent Alex Marquardt is joining us.
Alex, there are fears that what Giuliani is now pushing here in the United States could actually be part of Russia's latest and very massive disinformation campaign in the U.S. presidential election.
Massive indeed, Wolf.
We do know that it's a very active Russian campaign.
That's according to the U.S. intelligence community and that Rudy Giuliani already had open contact with a person that the U.S. has called an agent for the Kremlin.
Now, we are being told by two people who have been briefed on what the FBI said.
The FBI is doing that they're looking into whether these unverified emails about Hunter Biden that were published earlier this week by the New York Post about his business dealings in Ukraine and China are part of this bigger Russian disinformation effort in the 2020 election.
Now, those efforts, according to the intelligence community, are to denigrate the Biden campaign and the former vice president in favor of President Trump.
Is that what they were trying to do?
Oh, I see now.
They were trying to denigrate Biden.
Yeah, okay.
I think Biden's denigrated himself enough, if you catch my drift.
We're going to get into it here, too.
We're going to go into more of that Jack Maxey interview I was showing you yesterday.
I went and got more clips out of it.
And let me just say this.
The corruption is so extensive and broad that these people shouldn't be anywhere near any position of power ever, but not only that, they should be in prison right now.
The fact that there's people from January 6th who are still in jail in Washington, D.C., in that gulag, in that internment camp that they have running there...
That just shows you how there's no justice in our system anymore, especially for the Department of Justice.
It's the Department of Injustice at this point.
You have these career criminals like Joe Biden and his son selling our country out to the highest bidder with Hillary Clinton and the rest of these demonic, evil people.
And you have some guy who walked to the Capitol for 20 minutes sitting in a jail for a year without a trial.
Oh no, I know, I know, I know.
It was unverified.
How could we have known?
How could we know all the information, all the graphic child abuse that was going on in this laptop from Hunter Biden, all the sex trafficking he was engaged in, buying prostitutes and other things, all the drug trafficking he was engaged in, all the actual corruption he was engaged in, how he's being bought by Ukrainian oligarchs to funnel bribes to his father.
Yeah, but we've got to lock up that guy that came in the Capitol that day.
He can't have a day in court and he can't leave jail forever.
Because we've got to make an example out of him because he challenged these corrupt criminals.
These people who run this massive criminal enterprise from the halls of Congress and the rooms of the White House.
It is disgusting.
And it gets even worse.
I mean, there are so many clips.
I don't know which one I want to show.

This one's Christine Amanpour.
You know that lady.
She's a blowhard moron.
Let's hear her argue the most insane thing.
After everything was verified, after we knew that the laptop was real, she's still harping about how it's fake.
And she's being called on it, and she just goes, yeah, I'm okay.
Like, the part of this thing that I have to show you about, why I have to show you part of this clip is because the person that she's interviewing turns to her and says, look, are you okay with all of this bribery and corruption and all the stuff that's in the laptop?
And she's like, yeah, yeah, I'm okay.
I'm okay.
As if she was, like, just dismissing it.
Like, it didn't matter.

That Rudolf Giuliani, that is the president's personal lawyer, was, quote, being used to feed Russian misinformation to the president.
Giuliani met in December with somebody who the United States government believes is a Russian agent.
You know who I'm talking about, a Ukrainian parliamentarian by the name of Andrei Dekach.
Are you comfortable with the president of the United States being close to a person like Rudy Giuliani, who says also that he is not bothered whether any of the information comes from Russian hacking?
What does that say?
Are you comfortable that CNN used Russian disinformation from a Russian asset to leak it to subvert the peaceful transfer of power?
The reporting on the dossier, which was complete, verified Russian disinformation.
Is it not?

Oh, it's very relevant because everything that Democrats accused us of doing is what they themselves did.

The FBI says this laptop is not Russian disinformation.
So what are you talking about here?

I know that you're trying to move everybody to look at that, but that's not what we're hearing from the FBI. Why don't you want to report this?

And these liars lie even more.
It just goes on and on.
There's so much here.
I mean, we can go through all of it.
You know, Mother Jones saying that Giuliani's a Russian agent.
For Ben Rhodes here, you know, saying that we don't have to spread obvious disinformation.
Oh, you wouldn't have an agenda, you former Obama lackey minion.
Yeah, you don't have an agenda to cover up all these crimes, do you?
Yeah.
All these other people talking about hacked materials and it's all Russian disinformation.
I mean, this is just going on and on.
I mean, look at this.

It says, white supremacists' latest scheme to valorize violence and hyper-masculinity has gone digital.
Oh my gosh, these people have lost their minds.

Because you've got to remember...
If you're white and you want to be healthy and have a family and be well-adjusted and have a wife and have kids and live a normal life, be a Christian and worship God and accept Jesus as your Savior, if you want to do those things, that's white supremacy.
You're a white supremacist.
I don't know how that makes sense, but it's because they've reassigned the word.
Just like they can reassign genders, they just take words and throw them at people without even a semblance of an idea of what it means.
Or they knowingly have a full idea of what it means and they say it anyway because they're evil.

And it's all shown in the emails.
So, oh, Daryl, I say, yeah, yeah, we're going to get him to preserve those documents.
I can hear the shredding machines turning on as we speak.
And the acid watch.
I can hear the acid washing of the servers as we speak, right?
It's just a complete joke.
But here it is.
Corporate media ran with Russian disinformation narrative about Hunter Biden's laptop despite having no concrete evidence.
Now it refuses to retract any of it.
Well, of course!
That's the world we live in.
They can lie with impunity about everything and anything, and they never have to retract it, and they never have to say they were wrong.
They just move on to the next thing and lie more.
Because our system is created in such a way, as it stands today, to facilitate this deep state globalist infiltration, deep state corruption, this symbiotic relationship that's going on in the halls of power around our government.
So, there is no incentive to stop this, for at least the people who are in control.
It's like you're telling the people who run the government to investigate themselves, and then shut themselves down, and then put themselves in jail.
I'm not sure that's going to happen, guys.
Maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe justice will prevail.
Maybe Durham's report's going to come out, and it's going to be this big thing, and I'll be the first person to say, I'm sorry.
I was wrong.
I will be, because I'm not like the media.
I just call it how I see it, and right now all I see are lies, misinformation, disinformation, and lies, propaganda, threats, intimidation.
All of the things that they're doing are the tactics of, like, third-world strong-armed dictators.
And their minion press, the fake press, their state press that they use.
So that's what we have.
We have a state Pravda press that just prints whatever Joe Biden and his corrupt pals tell them to print, and they don't cover the stories that pop up that are true, especially the ones that implicate the corruption and crimes of these criminals like Joe Biden and his son.
And here we are.
I mean, but it all comes together, right?
This is a story.
We talked about it yesterday.
So we put all these pieces together about Hunter Biden, Burisma, Kolomoisky, Zelensky.
But there's something even more disturbing.
Part of an email that was put on a Hunter Biden laptop apparently is saying that there were...
Children burned alive in Donetsk.
So a lot of this story goes over exactly what we covered yesterday, but I'll read this first part to kind of give you an example of what we're going to see here.
It says, Is the U.S. being drawn into World War III over the corruption of the Biden crime family?
Burisma Holdings is owned by oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who backed the campaign of President Vladimir Zelensky and funded the neo-Nazi Azov battalion, writes blogger Kanoka the Great.
So...
I'm going to skip a little bit of the story because we actually covered all of this yesterday.
We talked about all of it for the most part.
How Ihor Kolomoisky ran Burisma.
He was funneling the bribes to Hunter Biden, and President Zelensky was also basically being propped up by Kolomoisky, who in this article, it turns out, He was the former owner of the Privat Bank in Ukraine, which was being used to funnel all of this money laundering, and a lot of it is where these foreign aid packages went into Ukraine.
Privat Bank was really controversial because there was a $15 billion foreign aid package that came in and went from the U.S. government.
Or from the International Monetary Fund, excuse me, and I'll read this here.
It says, after the 2014 Madan coup, which was funded by the West, that the West began propping up the Ukrainian government with $15 billion from the IMF, International Monetary Fund.
This money vanished almost completely under mysterious circumstances, allegedly through oligarch-held banks like Pravatt Bank.
Some of it may have even gone to the Clinton campaign as the gateway of Pundit reported Pravat Bank was nationalized in 2016.
This was formerly owned by Kolomoisky.
So now Kolomoisky's been fighting to get it back ever since sponsoring a president.
And sponsoring a president may be a good way to get it back.
So remember...
Zolomoisky, or Kolomoisky, is propping up the president of Ukraine, Zolensky.
Zolensky was in a TV show that was called Servant of the People, which was pretty popular, but it was really like astroturfed, as we talked about in yesterday's episode, so that it became really big and it was propped up by Kolomoisky.
Then after the show, Kolomoisky made a political party called Servant of the People and made the figurehead Zelensky.
Then they fixed the election, I think with the help of the United States and everything else, to implant Zelensky.
So you have on one side, Kolomoisky is funding Biden through Burisma that bribes his father.
And we know the big guy gets his cut.
Then you have him doing that with Zelensky in the same fashion.
But then you also see this.
It's Privat Bank.
Privat Bank was where they were sending all this money, and it's just flying out to anyone who's willing to be corrupt and engage in the crimes with them.
So what's really disturbing about this is that Igor Kolomoisky, as it says here, Igor Igor, I think it's Igor, but it says here, was also a top funder of Neo-Nazi Azov Battalion since it was formed in 2014.
Uh, Kanoka writes, uh, who led the Kiev government's attack on the Russian majority republics of Luhansk and Donetsk.
A 2014 Amnesty International report accused Kolomoisky's 8R battalion of war crimes in Donbass, specifically citing widespread abuses, including abductions, unlawful detention, ill treatment, theft, extortion, and possible executions.
Over 14,000 people have been killed in this war over Donbass since 2014.
Again, you'll never hear that from the news.
They didn't, they weren't talking about this.
I mean, they had a few reports here and there.
Vice would send a reporter over and you'd see something pop up for like a day and then it would go away.
But we weren't all putting on Ukrainian flags and marching through the streets, demanding that Putin be, you know, have it, you know, be assassinated.
Like Lindsey Graham has said.
So what changed?
Oh, oh, it's not when it's not when Ukraine is bombing their own citizens and killing 14,000 of their own people.
We don't have a problem with that.
But when Russia tries to shut down U.S. biolabs, which were making these deadly, highly deadly pathogens that could have killed millions of people probably, and when Putin tries to shut down the corruption that's flowing through this vassal state of Ukraine, well...
Then you're going to see Ukrainian flags everywhere.
A whole Congress sitting there going, waving the Ukrainian flag, telling us how we need to go save Paddington Bear over there, who I call Zelensky because he was a voice actor for the show Paddington Bear in Ukraine, if you didn't know that.
Yeah, he's the president.
He's the guy walking around in the streets handing 16-year-old kids machine guns to go kill themselves against Russians.
Yeah, that's the guy that our country tells us we should really embrace.
The guy who's completely turned the country into authoritarian dictatorship in the name of protecting democracy nonetheless.
Sounds like a Democrat to me.
But the most disturbing part of the story is here.
It says text messages.
Well, it says here.
Children's schools and donuts have been hit with so many times by indiscriminate shelling that basements are set up as makeshift bomb shelters and windows are piled high with sandbags.
Don Bass has also become one of the most landmine contaminated places on Earth, putting more than 220,000 children at risk.
It says text messages found on Hunter Biden's laptop show Hunter Biden asking his lover Haley Biden, who, by the way, in case you were not aware, Haley Biden is the widow of his deceased brother, Bo Biden.
And there's a lot of speculation about something going on with Hunter and Haley and the daughter of his deceased brother, which is sick and disgusting.
But that aside, it says here, he's texting his lover, Haley Biden, his brother's widow, if she believed that he had children burned alive in Donetsk or children killed in Donetsk, Ukraine.
So the seemingly bizarre remarks by the president's son, Hunter, may be referenced to his alleged Burisma boss, Kolomoisky, who was also allegedly funding a neo-Nazi Azov battalion, which is accused of war crimes and the shelling of civilians and children in Donbass.
And this is why they want to drag us into World War III. Yeah, I hate to say it, but that's where we're at, right?
I mean, and again, that's why I started with how the media lied about the 100 Biden laptop story, because can you imagine if people had had a fraction of this information before the election?
I mean, I know they stole the election.
I know they rigged it.
I know the system was fixed.
I know the machines were fixed.
I know that the mail-in vote fraud was going on.
I know that they were dumping these massive ballot dumps in the middle of the night, but I mean, I don't even think they could have sold that to the people.

In this case, I try to extract the important parts that give you an idea of all of the corruption that's contained within Hunter Biden's laptop as Jax Maxxie is telling us about it.

And just on the titles, we found over 250 emails concerning Metabiota.
So Metabiota is a company that was founded actually by the, by, partnered by Rosemont Seneca, or Rosemont, one of Hunter's companies, is that correct?
But it's funded by the U.S. government.
It's funded by the Department of Defense.
In the four or five emails that my tech guy handed me just said, hey, here's what a couple of them look like.
He's not apolitical.
He's just doing God's work, and everyone should pray for this guy, man.

And in this case, what he's referring to is how in the world Did the Chinese Communist government get CFIUS clearance to go and buy this national security important company in Detroit, yet in Germany and other places they were denied these acquisitions because they claimed national security threats?
But magically, China was able to make deals where our Council on Foreign Investment or Commission or whatever, I can't remember the first part, they said, oh, it's okay, no big deal.
The Chinese Communist can come buy national security, things that are important to our national security, because the second part is the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.

They just move it from one to the next to the next so that no investigation into them can ever occur.
Because if they're always investigating us, then how are we ever going to investigate them?
They've stolen power.
They're hiding evidence in these investigations, in these committees.
And now they're using the evidence that they're getting through these committees that they're obtaining legally.
But it's, in my opinion, completely illegal because the whole thing is predicated on lies, right?
So that would make it illegal.
But they're taking text messages of the wife of Clarence Thomas texting Mark Meadows, basically saying, please don't allow this evil to continue.
you And Mark Meadows is saying it's a battle of good versus evil.
Evil may have won today, but God wins in the end, basically.
And they're saying, oh, he needs to recuse himself from any January 6th committee hearing because his wife said that.
Why?
Because they said the truth?
Oh yeah, that's because they're as allergic to the truth as a vampire as the sunlight.
Right?
That's what these people are.
They're sick, they're slimy, they're broken in the head, they have mental disorders, and they've huffed enough of their own fumes that they believe the things they say.
So, they have no regard for anything other than themselves and furthering their own agenda, and that's just the truth.
And of course, more lies from the news.
CNN correspondent suggesting that questioning SCOTUS nominee's record endangers her life.

And now they're just outright saying that you're going to get, you know, that it's going to be harmful.
They're going to try to attack her.
Wait, why?
Because we're questioning her record on the bench and we're pointing out how much of a liberal judge she is and how she participates in this judicial activism and she doesn't follow the Constitution and she's soft on pedos and she does all these awful things?
She does pro bono work for terrorists?
Oh yeah, it's dangerous to say that because we can't say the truth anymore in this society.
People responding, though, had some interesting things to say.
One of the ones that stood out the most to me was right here.
Somebody responded to John Harwood saying, Steve Scalise says hi.
So, oh yeah, it's a big threat.
Kind of like how you guys got that Bernie Sanders supporter all spun up to the point where he went to a baseball field and opened fire on Republican congressmen, hitting one, I believe, Steve Scalise.
So...
Yeah, I mean, it can be dangerous when CNN is, you know, ginning up their base to try to promote their lies and misinformation and the lack of truth that they present on a regular basis.
So, you know, there's that.
But then here's more disturbing news.
It seems like Senator Joe Manchin is going to support Jackson's SCOTUS nomination, which will effectively ensure she'll be confirmed.
Well, I don't know what to say, guys.
You know?
Apparently she was also the Pizzagate judge.
I think it is that.
I think she was the judge for the case of the guy who shot the gun.
Oh, I don't know.
In D.C. That actually happened.
So, look, I told you a long time ago when this first came up, I said she's going to get nominated.
I hate it.
I pray it doesn't happen.
I wish it doesn't happen.
I've tried everything.
I've tried sounding the alarm, getting the information out, whatever you can do.
We all have tried a lot to put the information out there, but it doesn't matter.
This whole video, if anything we've learned through this whole video, it's that the system's so broken and corrupt that of course she's going to get nominated.
These people are all criminals.
Every person, practically every person in a position of power inside of our government is either corrupt, compromised, or ineffective, or unable or unwilling to do the right thing.
It is the most dangerous, I think, our country's, a dangerous place our country's ever been in a very long time.

Yes, you should be able to kill your baby whenever you want.
You remember when they were arguing that you should be able to do it all the way up to the ninth month?

Meaning you're taking a fully grown adult baby, or not adult, a baby, fully grown baby, I guess, to the nine month point.
A fully gestated baby, whatever you want to call it.
And they wanted to kill it.
And now, oh, they're going to block abortion.
Block abortion bans, I should say.
Anyway.
As The View fantasizes about secretly drugging men with infertility pills.
Yes, this is a real story, actually.
I'm not going to play the clip other than I'll play the last part here where they're making jokes about...

So they're talking about an infertility pill.
It's like male birth control where you take it and it's supposed to reduce your ability to be fertile.
And they're joking about it because they're evil, obviously.
But then they make this joke that, and this is sad, this is what's so dangerous, right?
That Joy Behar makes this joke.
And you know there's people in their audience that are going to do this.
They make jokes about crushing it up and slipping it into their husband or their boyfriend or whatever's food so that he doesn't even know he's being drugged so he can't have children.
And these demons, this coven of witches that has their show every day, is just laughing about it.
It's so funny.

Okay, so first of all, the fact that they're allowed to stay in the air after doing that, they just literally gave their audience advice to poison their spouses or significant others so that they could have a good time without the fear of having a child.
I mean, this is so demonic, people.

That we have to focus on the scripture.
We have to get back to God.
We have to make everything about God.
Because these people make it about the devil every day.
And they're influencing so many people.
And that brings us right into our final segment, our God's Grace's Greater Moment.
And today, we have a very special verse.
This is the Great Commission.
This is out of the book of Matthew.
It's the final verses in Matthew.
And I'm going to share these words with you, and it says this.
The eleven disciples traveled to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had directed them.
When they saw him, they worshipped, but some doubted.
Then Jesus came near and said to them, All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you.
And remember, I am with you always to the end of ages, or to the end of the age.
So look, what are we called to do?
How do we stand up to what we just saw?
That evil.
And in all the things that we saw throughout all this.
We go out into the world and we make disciples.
And we teach people the commands that Jesus helped gave to us.
And we share that with them.
But we remind them of one of the most important things about all of this.
That as Jesus said, he says, I am with you always to the end of age.
Remember that.
Remember that God's with us.
No matter how much evil exists in this world, God is with us.
He'll always be with us.
He's standing beside us.
Through all the pain and the struggle, even if we can't see Him at that moment, He's there.
He's holding our hand.
He's walking beside us.
He's there every step of the way.
He never leaves our side.
And with Him in our hearts, with Him at our side, we can do anything.
So don't let the evil of this world make you feel like you're insignificant.
Don't let the evil of this world make you feel like you can't go out and make disciples.
We need to do it.
We're called to do it.
We're commanded to do it.
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ tells us to go in the world, baptize people, and bring them back to the Father.

We should remember that Christ, God, the Holy Spirit are with us.
They're in us.
They're a part of us.
And we are a part of them.

They're sovereign, obviously, but they're with us.
So, I'll say this, that we're very blessed to have God with us, and we need to share that message with the world as much as we can.

Dear Lord and Heavenly Father, we are so grateful for you being with us.
We know that through every step we take and every breath we have, that you're there.
We pray that as Jesus commanded us, that we go into the world and we make disciples and we share the gospel and we baptize and we bring people to you.
