Geopolitical Neighborhood 00:15:12
This is Jim Fetzer, your host on the raw deal, right here in Revolution Radio Studio B the 6th day of February, 2026, to be joined by Casey Whalen, an investigative journalist and videographer during the second hour.
Situation in Iran remains tense.
Colonel McGregor, whom I regard as the best commentator on these issues in the world, is telling us that Trump is playing with fire.
And he, I think, has it exactly right.
So listen to what McGregor has to say to all Americans.
To all Americans, Trump is playing with fire.
Hmm, we'll get there.
Here it comes, geopolitical neighborhood.
Now, enormous amounts of weaponry and munitions and missiles and so forth have been delivered over the last few weeks by the Chinese.
The Russians have been on the ground and have been working to help with the integrated air and missile defenses.
The Chinese, and I presume the Russians as well, but we know without a doubt the Chinese have done this, have provided satellite imagery, real-time feed to the Iranians.
So the Iranians are not in a position that they were the last time where they may not know where things are, that they're going to be surprised.
I think they know where everything is, and that includes the ships at sea.
Now, if you look at the weapons, I don't know how many of these missiles, I think it's the DF-21 or 23 that the Chinese have produced exclusively for the purpose of targeting ships at sea.
We haven't seen them used.
We don't know how effective they are.
But given Iran's performance during the 12-day war, it turned out that their weaponry was actually very, very accurate and very precise.
So I think that in addition to firing whatever they've got at Israel, they will very definitely hit our bases and they will probably go after our ships at sea.
What they can affect, obviously, are massive bombing runs right now.
Now, we don't know.
Perhaps, depending upon the path our bombers take and the altitude, can they be tracked?
Well, stealth is something that is not the miracle that most people think of it as being.
Stealth in terms of the design that's built into aircraft can delay detection, but it can't make you invisible.
So you can delay the detection for some period of time.
I don't know what that delay looks like.
So what we can't address right now is what happens to B-2s that overfly.
Can you use B-52s?
The B-2s have to be very effective against the air and missile defenses, as well as the critical targets before you can use B-52s.
B-52s are wonderful delivery systems for massive numbers of bombs, but they are very vulnerable because they're an old aircraft.
They're easy to target and shoot down.
So we just don't know.
There are a lot of questions we can't answer.
I don't know what the answers are that are being provided to Donald Trump, but I suspect that he is being the victim of what I would call the Rosie scenario.
Then the final point is, how long can this last?
And I think 10 days to two weeks is about it, because at that point, we are actually scraping the bottom of the barrel for missiles.
And that's not a minor issue, because you've got to protect your ships at sea.
You've got to protect bases at home.
How many missiles can you afford to expend before you're at an unacceptably dangerously low level, especially if the Chinese and the Russians become involved?
And I think that's the final question.
Everybody says, what do you think the Chinese and the Russians are going to do?
And the only answer I can give is that neither China nor Russia will allow Iran to be pulverized out of existence.
In other words, if it gets to the point where Iran really is on the ropes and could disintegrate, then Russia and China, I think, will act.
Now, what will that action consist of?
It won't be nuclear, but it could involve a collision at sea very easily because both China and Russia have plenty of submarines.
And we're not very good at tracking modern nuclear-powered submarines in deep water.
So I don't think the talks are serious at all.
I think it's just a matter of time to assemble more assets for what is obviously going to be a much larger challenge than they originally envisioned.
I think they thought they were going to have an easier time destabilizing and ultimately destroying the regime.
I think they had assembled what they thought they needed to attack the regime at the point when they were convinced it was very, very vulnerable.
That turned out to be a falsehood.
Now, there's something else that deserves mention because we don't bring it up very much.
But I noted that the Khomeini, the Ayatollah in charge, Supreme Leader, whatever he is, who actually speaks very rationally when you listen carefully to what he says, has made it clear that this war will not be like the last.
This will be a regional war.
Now, people are interpreting that to mean, well, that's because the Iranians can target all the bases in the region and may ultimately go after ships at sea.
That's part of it.
But I don't think we're looking at the region through an objective lens.
And I'm talking specifically about Turkey or Turkey.
The Turks are very concerned for the following reasons.
First of all, they see no benefit to the destruction of Iran for them.
What they expect to happen is if Iran disintegrates, fails to hold together, that they'll be overwhelmed with tens of thousands, maybe millions of refugees.
That's probably also true for Iraq and the other surrounding Arab states.
None of those states want to face that.
And frankly, many millions of those people will probably be redirected towards Europe.
I'd be very surprised if that didn't happen.
Turks don't want anything to do with that.
Secondly, the Turks are dealing with the Israelis right now in Syria and to a lesser extent in Lebanon.
They know what the Greater Israel Project is all about.
The population of Turkey itself is enraged over what has happened in Gaza.
The hatred of the Israelis in Turkey is so thick that you could cut it with a knife.
In Istanbul, there is an exhibit.
We would refer to it almost like the Holocaust Museum, something similar to that.
And this exhibit is all about Gaza.
Now, I have not seen it, but I have friends and relatives that have been in there to see it.
And they've told me that it is absolutely shocking.
The images of the murdered children and the starving population and the destruction are overwhelming.
Turkish population is streaming through this place in Istanbul, gets coverage all over Turkey.
And there is a readiness in Turkey, to be frank, to fight.
So if you're sitting in Turkey and it looks like things are so bad in Iran that the place could, in fact, fall apart and disintegrate, do you wait to be next on the menu?
Because from the Turkish vantage point, Iran goes down.
That leaves only us to oppose Israeli Jewish supremacy in the region.
And I don't think the Turks want to be alone on that.
Now, given that situation, what would you do as a Turk?
Well, you would also talk to the Russians and the Chinese.
The Russians have a lot invested in Turkey.
They're building a nuclear power station there.
They've had their ups and downs with the Turks, but this is an existential question.
I think the Russians and the Turks and the Iranian or the Chinese will all work out something at some point, and they will be united in their opposition to the destruction of Iran.
Now, the other Arab states in the region are militarily irrelevant.
Unfortunately, Egypt is an ambulatory patient.
It has plenty of troops.
It's got plenty of equipment, plenty tanks and so forth and aircraft.
But they seem to be unable to do anything because internally, Egypt simply isn't very stable.
Egyptian society is not very cohesive.
The government seems to be more concerned about the threat presented to it from its own population right now than it is about the Israelis.
That doesn't mean they're not sympathetic to everybody else in the region, especially the Iranians at this point, because Egypt and Iran have had good relations now for several years.
But I wouldn't expect any of the Arab states to do anything unless it appears that the three states I just mentioned are actually prepared to intervene in some fashion.
In other words, this is a disaster on a regional scale that could ultimately spill over and become almost global.
That's the bad news.
And I don't think there's an appreciation for that in the White House.
I think once again, you're dealing with people who say just as they did about Russia, it's weak, it's this, it's that.
And no one will challenge us.
No one will stand up to us.
What happened the last time?
Did the Chinese or the Russians do anything?
The answer is no.
But the last time was not an existential question.
The last time it ended after 12 days.
Now, set all of that aside and consider the following.
I don't think President Trump wants this to happen.
I really don't.
But I don't think he has much choice.
I think he is a prisoner of his commitments to others over the last couple of years that ended up putting him in the White House.
So I don't think he can back away from this.
Very, very probably what we have here extremely disconcerting.
And of course, there's a lot more going on because we have thoughts about there being talks to be held in Oman today.
But the Ayatollah appears to have put the quietness to it.
Here is what we heard from NIWAR.com just a few days ago.
Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Arguchi, said Wednesday, nuclear talks between the U.S. and Iran will be held this Friday today in Oman.
Nuclear talks with the United States are scheduled to be held in Muscat on about 10 a.m. Friday.
Erguchi wrote on X. I'm grateful to our Omani brothers for making all necessary arrangements.
Erguchi's post came after Axios journalist Barack Bravad, a former Israeli intel officer, reported that the Bland talks were falling apart over U.S. demands that they must include discussions on limiting Iran's ballistic missiles and support for its allies in the Middle East.
Iran is not going to give up its ballistic missiles.
What a fantasy.
The very idea that Iran would contemplate giving up its ballistic missiles is simply absurd.
So what we've got going on here is a non-starter, basically.
And that's what we get, a renewed deadline, a renewed deadlock.
Trump suggests deal and ready's maximum pressure will come when he dismisses talks.
Over the past few weeks, a sense of cautious optimism seemed to emerge regarding potential negotiation between the United States and Iran.
Officials, such as the Iranian president and foreign minister, had hinted at being open in principle to dialogue, though tempered by deep skepticism about President Trump's policies.
However, the latest developments in Washington Tehran suggest a rocky road ahead for possible future negotiations.
Personally, what would be the point?
The United States, acting as a proxy for Israel, wants Iran to give up all of its ballistic missiles, its ability to defend itself.
No sovereign nation on earth, much less Iran, one of the great nations of the world, is going to accede to such a demand.
It's preposterous.
In his first extended remarks on Iran since his inauguration, President Trump signed a new memorandum to restore the maximum pressure campaign against the Islamic Republic, even though it was arguably never stopped under the Biden admin.
In contrast to Red Hack from his first term in office, Trump signaled he was torn over whether to sign the memorandum.
Why Trump Hid Evidence 00:10:24
Meanwhile, Iran's IRGRGC, this is a Revolutionary Guard, have seized two vessels in the Persian Gulf, threatening the U.S. with massacre and hell.
The RGC Navy Public Relations Department alleged that more than a million liters of smuggled fuel were found on the ships.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy claims it seized two vessels near Farsi Island carrying smuggled fuel.
Iranian student news agency reported Thursday, the IRGC Navy Public Relations Department alleged that more than a million liters of fuel were found on the ships.
The 15 foreign crew members were referred to the judicial authorities.
According to ISNA, the vessels have been operating within a smuggling network over the past several months and were intercepted through monitoring intelligence work and RGC naval operation.
Straits of Hormuz will be the place of massacre hell for the U.S. Later on Thursday.
Ezatolla Zergram, former minister and former head of Iran State Broadcasting Organization, warned that the Strait of Hormuz will be a place of massacre and hell.
Here we have a statement about it.
Today, I am only one of the things that I have learned with these names and I will give them a change from one place and another place.
I am speaking to you, I am speaking to you.
What do you say?
Is that Talas Zaghani, head of Iran's trade broadcasting organization, former minister threatens the Americans?
The Strait of Hormuz will be a killing field and a hell for the Americans.
Iran will show that the Strait of Horbuzz has historically belonged to Iran.
And as I've reported previously, the Iranians have already declared the parliament has already voted to shut the Straits of Hormuz.
Moreover, solid evidence.
Iran, this is from Al Jazeera, says U.S. mayor's responsibility for Israel's aggression.
Foreign Minister Abbas Bogachi said President Trump and publicly and explicitly confirmed he knew about the attacks.
Tehran, Iran's former Minister Abu Barghachi, said Israel's attacks on his country could not have materialized without the agreement and support of the United States.
We have well-documented and solid evidence for the support provided by the American forces in the region at their bases in the military attacks of the Zionist regime.
Rand stopped diplomat told reporters during a news conference held in Tehran.
Indeed.
This, however, was related to the prior attacks where the new attacks would be a whole different matter where Iran has massively prepared itself now, declaring it's ready for whatever should come.
Now, my belief is that the attacks were supposed to already be in place.
We were supposed to already be at war with Iran before the release of the Epstein files.
It was going to be done under the cloak of war.
Probably last Friday would have been the right occasion because Friday's a day when the media like to release important stories.
The government liked to release important stories because there's the distractions of wet and they receive less coverage.
But if you combine it with the initiation of war with Iran, then who's going to bother with the Epstein files?
But because the war did not take place, and I'm convinced personally, it's because China intervened and declared that if Iran were attacked, China would destroy Israel.
That put everything on hold.
Beebe had been wanting to play this was going to be solely a U.S. attack to avoid attacks on Israel because they've been so serious during the 12-day war, so serious during the 12-day war that Beebe had Trump plead for a ceasefire because Israel was being beat up so badly by Iran.
He doesn't want that to happen again.
He has previously called for a delay in the attack on Iran by the United States because Israel wasn't prepared to deal with the retaliation by Iran.
Frankly, it will never be prepared to deal with retaliation by Iran, which may mean that the combination of Chinese intervention and Israeli lack of willingness to suffer, really demolition by Iran, may put this war permanently on hold, devoutly to be wished.
Meanwhile, however, oh my God, these new Epstein files are horrifying.
Here we have a report about it.
That's rated R. I've gone through some of the Epstein files that were released the other day.
It's despicable.
These people belong to rotten health for the rest of eternity.
I'm going to read you two pieces.
And if you have any trauma, I just want to warn you in advance that I'm only reading it because this is actual information from the files.
And women deserve justice.
That's the only reason I'm doing this.
We've all heard of 13-year-old Katie Johnson.
That's the first thing we're going to read.
Trump, who then proceeded to forcibly rape the plaintiff, Johnson, during the course of this savage sexual attack, plaintiff Johnson loudly pleaded with Trump to please work condom.
Defendant Trump responded by violently striking plaintiff Johnson in the face with his open hand and screaming he would do whatever he wanted as he refused to wear protection.
After achieving orgasm, Trump put his suit back on.
And when the plaintiff Katie Johnson in tears asked Defendant Trump what would happen if he hadn't pregnant her, Trump grabbed his wallet and threw some money at her and screamed that she should use the money to get a fucking abortion.
I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the plaintiff that she wouldn't ever say anything if she didn't want to disappear like the 12-year-old female locked out and that he was capable of having her whole family killed.
There was a story a month ago that came out about the president of our country, the racist, that had murdered a child.
Now, I do not know if that's true or not, but that's what this is referring to.
This last one, I can't read it.
So I'm going to post it here.
It is graphic.
If you want to pause it and read it, this is why the Republican Party is not going to say anything.
There are people's names in here.
And I'm not saying they're guilty or not, but the names of people, there's Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Robin Leach, Donald Trump, Andrew Cuomo was mentioned, Jeffrey Epstein.
There's emails that I've seen between Elon Musk and Jeffrey Epstein.
There's emails from Melania Trump going to Galleen Maxwell, not even calling her by her actual name, calling her G, period.
They were very close.
Some of these emails were after they allegedly stopped talking.
I'm going to tell you right now: this is some horrible, horrible shit.
Donald Trump knows that this is not good.
He is complicit, probably has a lot of people that have dirt on him.
Most likely, Vladimir Putin has probably videos.
That's my assumption.
This is disgusting, despicable stuff.
I think it is.
It's indeed right.
We'll be right back after this break.
We'll be right back after this message.

Trump's Dominant Presence 00:04:55
A cautionary note here around all this stuff about Trump, and I do think he was, you know, very much involved.
There are reportedly some over 5,000 mentions of his name in the abstain files.
The next closest is Michael Wolfe at only 47.
So Trump's mentioned like 100 times more than the next most frequently mentioned.
There's something about this Katie Johnson report, however, that raises questions in my mind, because in a longer interview, she talks about her first sexual encounter with Trump.
And listen, all this stuff is very sordid, so, you know, beware.
And he liked her in a blonde wig that he said it reminded him of his daughter Ivanka, who was also 13.
This is at the time this event occurred.
That she was supposed to approach Trump, who was naked and reached out. to touch his penis and was reprimanded, slapped away.
And a woman supervising, and I think it's got to be Gheline Maxwell, says no one must directly touch Mr. Trump's penis, that they had to put a condom on him first.
And then the story goes on about Trump getting a hand job and even a blowjob wearing a condom.
Frankly, it sounds absurd.
But Trump is a germaphobe.
So I think actually it's more consistent than the earlier story you had where he was refusing to use a condom.
Those who followed the Russian Gate fantasy story and the fabricated dossier, Steele dossier, know it included this ridiculous story of Trump hiring a couple of prostitutes to pee on a bed in which Barack Obama and Michelle had slept.
I mean, I thought it was ridiculous on its face.
Trump immediately responded when he heard that story.
It was ridiculous.
I'd never do that.
I'm a germaphobe.
And I believe he is a germaphobe.
And therefore, the original story we heard from, you know, about how bad it is and Trump refusing to use a condom and throwing money at Katie Johnson to get an abortion.
Honestly, I don't believe it.
I think the latter story, and this is you, you can find it online, where Katie Johnson, this is like a 20-minute interview, describes a situation I just described being supervised.
And I'm sure, again, as I say, by Maxwell.
Now, I shared that Katie Johnson interview with Catherine Horton, PhD particle physicist from Oxford.
I'm interviewing Catherine and her husband, Bill Binney, from NSA on a weekly basis.
And a month or more ago, it may have been six weeks.
We talked about the Katie Johnson, the longer version.
And Catherine said she didn't believe it.
She didn't think that Katie Johnson was showing the signs that would be appropriate for anyone who'd been subjected to these traumatic events.
And other points she made.
So I want to say, and that's, by the way, all available on my BitChute channel, Jim Fetzer, BitChute Challenge, Jim Fetzer, these interviews with Bill Binney and Catherine Horton under fire because they're being hit with directed energy attacks.
You can find it there.
So I just want to say there are a reason to be skeptical about some of these accounts.
You cannot take it all at face value.
On the other hand, there is so much.
It's so voluminous.
Let's turn to what Max Blumenthal.
I am a huge fan of Manx as to say about some of these things.
Here he is with Judge Nepal Atari.
Freedom's greatest hour of danger.
To your work at the gray zone.
Israel's Gain Through Conflict 00:08:40
But before we do, does Netanyahu want Trump and the U.S. to attack Iran?
Well, that's Netanyahu's agenda, and it's not Trump.
It's any U.S. president.
It's why he went before Congress and essentially accused Barack Obama of enabling a Holocaust of Jews, I think back in 2011, and held up maps, satellite maps, not of Iran,
but of Poland, showing that FDR refused to bomb, asserting that FDR refused to bomb the railways to Auschwitz, and then essentially insinuating that Obama was refusing to bomb Iran's nuclear facilities, making him another Nazi enabler.
I mean, it was a massive insult to American leadership, but that's Netanyahu's agenda.
It always has been his agenda.
And before Iran was considered a threat to Israel, he was pushing the U.S. to attack Iraq.
Netanyahu said in his own books that Saddam Hussein was essentially a Soviet asset and that if the U.S. wanted to win the Cold War in his early books, that they had to attack Iraq.
And then once he gets that out of the way, he moves on to Iran.
So everything that's happening right now with respect to Iran, the only reason that the U.S. is seated in these tense negotiations in Oman with the Iranian government, the only reason that there's this carrier strike group that's been in or close to the Persian Gulf and one may be in the Indian Ocean, the only reason why there's all this tension is because Israel is driving Trump's agenda.
And I think the Epstein file that was released from a confidential human source of the FBI, I think I know who that source might be, alleging that Trump has been co-opted by Israel is fundamentally correct.
All right.
Before we get to Epstein, one or two more questions about Netanyahu.
Is he ignorant or is he indifferent about the likely catastrophic damage to Israel if the U.S. attacks Iran?
Well, it's not just Netanyahu.
This is the entire Israeli military intelligence apparatus.
If Netanyahu's opponents, who are equally bloodthirsty, if not more bloodthirsty, were in power, they would be pushing the United States to attack Iran on their behalf.
It's just that Netanyahu is a more talented manipulator, which helps explain why he's been in power for so long and is someone who comes from the United States.
Someone who essentially comes from the Epstein class, which gives him this very close proximity to Trump and his own people.
That's why we are where we are.
But Israel's military intelligence Intelligence apparatus believes that it will benefit from the U.S. getting involved with Iran in a regional war and that it needs the U.S. to be intimately and grotesquely involved in warfare in the region in order to prevent the U.S. from, for example, pivoting to Asia and moving away from providing Israel with its main source of deterrence.
Israel, so nothing would benefit Israel more than the U.S. losing 500 or so soldiers in a massive conflict with Iran aimed at regime change, because it would mean that the U.S. and especially Trump would have to continually up the ante against Iran's military, just as it did when it was bogged down in the quagmire of Iraq.
That was another conflict that benefited Israel.
The difference is that Israel was able to conceal its fingerprints on the U.S. drive to war and the U.S. campaign in Iraq.
Whereas this time, it's very clear to a segment of the American public that we're doing this essentially on behalf of Israel.
But the ante, the demands that Trump is making are so absurd, it's hard to believe that these negotiations are real.
I mean, it's one thing to say, okay, reduce the nuclear enrichment so it can't become a weapon.
It's another thing to say, reduce the nuclear enrichment so you can't use it for medical and hospital purposes.
That's absurd.
Get rid of your offensive weaponry.
What are you crazy?
Israel wants to destroy you.
That's absurd.
Stop funding your allies in the area.
Is Israel going to stop with the people it funds?
That's absurd.
Are these real negotiations or not?
Well, it looks like, based on the leaks that I'm seeing, which can be questioned, that the U.S. is seeking a declaration of surrender from Iran.
Because once Iran gives up its long-range ballistic missiles, and once Iran retreats from being a breakout nuclear power, from being sort of a latent nuclear power that could break out into weaponized capacity, then Iran loses its deterrence.
And it starts to look like the deal that the Syrian government signed with Russian mediation with the U.S. under Obama to give up chemical weapons that may or may not have existed, but which comprised deterrence.
Qaddafi did the same thing under the mediation of Tony Blair and the Brits.
And one of Qaddafi's final phone calls was with Tony Blair, where Blair essentially hung up the phone on him and left him to be slaughtered by al-Qaeda assets that the British and French were arming.
So the lesson is very clear.
If you give up your deterrence, you are signing your own death warrant because the U.S. cannot adhere to a deal, especially when Israel is involved.
And even if the U.S. were to adhere to the terms of this deal, which would mean a non-aggression pact between the U.S. and Iran, Israel would take advantage of it immediately and then lead the U.S. back into a conflict.
Iran's ballistic missiles exist at the heart.
They demonstrated during the 12-day war that Iran could deter an Israeli unprovoked attack.
They put Israel on the back foot.
They forced Israel to sue for peace.
And the ballistic missile program continues to advance.
We've seen new hypersonic missiles being introduced into Iran's arsenal since the 12-day war.
Iran is also developing intercontinental ballistic missiles.
And this gives it weight at the negotiating table that would be suicidal for it to negotiate away.
But this is what Trump has demanded.
And I don't know if he's demanding it now.
There are separate reports that all the Trump administration is seeking is for Iran to basically evacuate its uranium stockpiles to a third country and essentially give up its nuclear program, which I think, you know, in this current environment would also be suicidal.
But the reason, I mean, another point I want to make is the reason that these negotiations are taking place at all in Oman is because Iran has not met the U.S. with its tail between its legs.
It has actually threatened an all-out regional war if the U.S. attacks, if the U.S. attempts a decapitation strike against its leader.
The only language that Trump or Israel understands is the language of strength and force.
And Donald Trump now understands that if he attacks Iran, it's not going to be another Venezuela situation where he can just eliminate the top leader as if he's picking up someone in an Uber ride.
It's going to be bloody, and Trump is not willing to pay a cost in terms of material and men and get bogged down.
So that's why these negotiations are taking place.
I expect them to fail.
And if they don't fail, and there is a deal between the U.S. and Iran, the U.S. will not be able to adhere to its terms.
And we will see more attempts to destabilize Iran from within, as well as to destroy its economy through sanctions.
He's got it exactly right.
Breathtaking Revelations Dumped 00:11:44
Here's another piece about the Epstein files from Joachina Gopian, who may be the world's leading expert on pedophilian politics.
He has a five-volume series and Amazon, as well as earlier books such as Don't Let the Bastards Get You Down.
Quite a guy.
Here it is on my blog.
Joachine Gopian, latest final Epstein files released.
Never the last word.
Since last Friday's alleged final release, January 30th, 2026, of the latest Epstein file data dump, totaling more than 3 million pages.
A plethora of incriminating Trump and company evidence has emerged in the hundreds of eye-opening expose articles emerging this week.
The one public face not accompanying this largest ever batch at Department of Justice files is not Trump lackey, Attorney General Pam Bondi, who apparently is still hiding out after last July, falsely denying there were any criminal Epstein files involving others beyond Jeffrey Epstein and his partner in crime, Ghelane Maxwell, serving a 20-year sentence.
All the selected vassals within the Trump admin were selected on the basis of sworn loyalty to their criminal boss, Donald Trump, not for any sworn loyalty to the nation, Constitution, or American citizens.
Second term reinstalled, President Trump has delayed releasing the final Epstein dump for over a year at his insistence, leaving nearly 3 million more pages still forever locked away from public purview.
Of course, that will never sit well to proving his innocence, complying with his own Cambain promises that he would release all the Epstein files.
Early responses from Epstein victims are stating all this time later that not all their names have ever been redacted to protect their safety and privacy.
Even established media like the AP February 5th said nude photos, the names and faces of sexual abuse victims, bank accounts, Social Security numbers in full view.
Yet, protecting their innocence has been the sole excuse the Trump team has used to delay the release for more than a year, when all the while virtually everyone knows it's to conceal the fact that Trump is a pedophile.
Trump has everything to hide at all costs.
Look at the swarms of evidence that as one journalist and author I've compiled over the years.
Hence, as a blackmail tool of the elitist controllers, Trump is destined and bound to follow their dictates to initiate World War III sooner than later.
Even the former UK parliamentary leader, George Galloway, has finally vented the savagely demonic truth I've been shouting for literally the last dozen years from every mountaintop I travel.
I like Galloway.
Let's pick up.
He's got a link.
We'll see if it works.
This is from the Intel Drop.
I'll go straight into it because, well, I'd need three times the length of this monologue, even to begin to do justice to the explosion of feces, human, political, feces, which has occurred since the dropping of not 3 million.
They lied about that as they're lying about everything else, but 2,700,000 pages.
I wonder what was in the other 300,000 pages.
I wonder what was in the other 3 million pages, because they had 6 million pages at the beginning of Pam Bondi's revelations.
But the revelations that have emerged are simply devastating to the entire credibility of the Western political media and business class.
They are all in it.
It's one big, dirty club, and you're not in it.
And thank your lucky stars for that.
For the secrets that have tumbled out of this latest dump, and I use the word advisedly, a sewage dump, the revelations that have dumped on us are truly breathtaking.
We're talking about male rape.
We're talking about female rape.
We're talking about child rape.
We're talking about child impregnation.
We're talking about male sodomy of drugged victims.
We're talking about president after president of the American Republic accused in FBI documents of raping men and women, boys and girls.
We're talking about murder.
We're talking about cannibalism.
We're talking about the eating of human flesh sacrificed in satanic rituals.
And it's all in the Epstein files.
Now, where does one begin with a dump like that?
Well, let's start with the royal families.
The British royal family tonight is in ruins.
Its credibility was never great, not after the way that now King Charles treated Princess Diana, the mental torture that he inflicted on her, his marriage to the equine so-called Queen Camilla.
I say so-called because I was in Parliament when we were solemnly and bindingly guaranteed that Camilla, if given permission to marry Charles, would never be queen.
But routinely, she is now introduced as the Queen of England.
He was bad enough.
But his brother, Andrew, is now, I think, on the point of being prosecuted, certainly being prosecuted in the United States.
And Kier Starmer's call on him to go and face the music in front of the American Congress seems to suggest that this British government would not oppose his extradition if he refused to go.
It's that serious.
More.
Yeah, it's that serious.
There's much, much more coming from so many diverse sources.
It really boggles the mind.
Here we have Epstein was a Rothschild fixer.
I think there's not a lot of room for doubt about it.
This is a true seeker.
As you probably know, I represent the Rothschild.
Henry Macau has been all over this.
Epstein was nursemaid to a large network of perverts, Satanists, Jews, and Freemasons who owe their wealth and position to the Rothschild family.
These are our national leaders and celebrities, Trump, Carney, McRon, Stormer, Pluton, Zelensky, Chomsky, Gates, Woody Allen, Tom Hanks.
The Rothschilds are Satanists, Sabbatean francas, who destroy the old order, Christian civilization, so the new world order can take its place.
This is the true meaning of revolution.
They want to dispossess, enslave, and murder all those who reject Lucifer.
Lucifer represents their diabolical hatred of God and man for them.
Chosen means believers in God must die.
When you serve Lucifer, God is a competition.
These bedophiles murder consumed children, proof of their devotion to Lucifer.
Here's Vladimir Putin's description of what reputable citizens by day do at night.
The Epstein files have ripped a mask from a satanic cult that controls our lives and our fate.
Humanity is doomed unless nation regain control over their credit and currency and purge Satanists from their rank.
I think he's got it right.
Let's see what Putin has said.
Next guest was used also in worshiping the devil, participated in human sacrifice rituals, rituals, and cannibalism.
She says her family has been involved in rituals for generations.
She is currently in extensive therapy, suffers from multiple personality disorder, meaning she's locked out many of the terrifying and painful memories of her childhood.
Rachel, who is also in disguise to protect her identity.
You come from generations of ritualistic abuse?
Yes, my family has an extensive family tree, and they keep track of who's been involved and who hasn't been involved.
And it's gone back to like 1700.
And so you were right.
I was born into a family that believes in this.
We'll forego more of Oprah for the time.
But there is so much here.
And I think here's the crucial question: Will Israel mount a false flag attack to pull the U.S. into war with Iran?
Patrick Henningsen, this is a very, very thoughtful guy.
I've been impressed by discovering him.
Is the incline U.S. embark preparing for a desperate final gamble, false flag attack to trigger a war with Iran?
Behind the question lies a terrifying reality behind the West war mongering, which is pulling us closer toward a dangerous global conflagration.
This is a conversation the mainstream is terrified of.
Here we explore how Israel's myth of invincibility was shattered during the infamous 12-day war and in an attempt to drag America deeper into its war.
Israel's Myths Shattered 00:02:06
We'll be right back.

Was it a conspiracy?
Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, This is a drill, this is a drill on bullhoards during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities, and that one would be set off in one minute in front of the library, which happened as the globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.

You can torture us and bomb us.
Fire is catching!
And if we burn, you burn with us!
Good evening.
Are you awake yet?
I hope.
We've tried and we've tried for years and years to use passive resistance and loud voices to make a change.
The time is over.
Your governments around the world have no other goal than to decimate your entire existence at the hands of the bankers and the elites.
The war is coming, and it's your choice to decide if you want to be a warrior or a victim.
Denial is not a choice anymore.

Well, before turning to my featured guest, Casey Whalen, let's listen to a bit of Patrick Hanningson talk about what confronts the United States.
Hello, and welcome to the Deep Dive Perspective.
I'm going to unravel Iran and the current crisis that we see.
Will there be a World War III on the back of an attack on Iran?
Will the Americans back off?
Realize that actually Iran has the power to be able to hit back hard.
And are the Zionists capable of manipulating a situation in which a war is inevitable?
None of it is guaranteed either way.
It seems there's an en passe and then it's on again and it's off again.
We're left with the questions, therefore, and to answer some of the questions about how things are shaping in West Asia itself, the neighbors of the Islamic Republic of Iran and others.
What is the situation there?
Surely any war that kicks off is going to affect, first of all, the neighbors of the Islamic Republic of Iran who house United States bases and also have the interests of many, many U.S. companies, etc., there.
Now, with me to unpack this is Patrick Henningsen, who's the founder and the owner of 21st Century Wire and also a co-host on the UK column.
Patrick, welcome to the show.
Give me your overview on the war on Iran, the impending war in Iran.
You know, it's amazing.
I think it was in 2011 or 2012 I was approached by Al Jazeera English, who were working on a documentary called War Plan Iran.
And they asked me back then when I was just getting started from my assessment, and they made it into a sort of short documentary.
And back then, we were looking at the different domains of warfare, cyber war, and then kinetic, hard military power, Moabs and things like that, bunker busters.
So some of it crossed over to what we've seen over the last 12 months.
But I think right now, you know, the geopolitics of the region has just transformed so massively in the last decade because now you have a situation where you have emerging secondary powers, not just state actors, non-state actors as well.
You have disruptors that have come in.
We have Yemen, which is, you know, or the Answer Allah, the part of Yemen.
Yemen is effectively partitioned at the moment because of the Saudi and the U.S. proxy war really using Saudi since March 2015 to take down what's left of the Yemeni resistance.
But that is to say, this is an emerging regional actor that is quite significant.
Plus, we have the Hashtal Shabi, which has emerged in Iraq, which is effectively a militia that was activated when ISIS appeared on the scene in the summer of 2014.
And the Ayatollah al-Sistani issued a fatwa call to arms mobilization for the People's Mobilization Units, or the Hasht al-Shabi.
They're now a force in Iraq, in addition to Iraq's regular military.
And then we have other actors, ISIS, al-Qaeda remnants.
We have an al-Qaeda leader in charge in Syria, backed by the West, backed by Britain, and backed by the European powers.
Turkey has also probably increased its profile in the region as well.
And Iran has emerged as really a regional power and has demonstrated what kind of power it is, not once, but twice over the last two years with Operation True Promise 1 and 2.
And the 12-day war, we saw things.
I mean, even to see missile salvos coming over the occupied territories and landing during True Promise 1, I mean, I never thought I would see this in my life.
Somebody actually fired back at Israel.
And to see the 12-day war, the battering that Tel Aviv took and some of the military facilities there, really, I think it put the region on notice that not only is Iran going to be barking, but they're willing to bite as well in terms of...
It was Israel who called for the ceasefire.
Yeah, they did.
After 12 days they'd had enough.
They begged the United States to intervene, to put a lid on it, because if that 12-day war went on for two more weeks, you would have seen, I absolutely believe that you would have seen the complete destabilization of the Netanyahu government and also Israeli society.
Why?
Israel did something very desperate during that missile, all those missile barrages from Iran.
They prohibited Israelis from leaving Israel.
Imagine a country that small getting pelted day after day and the government saying, you can't leave.
I mean, that is an act of desperation.
That showed you they were just at the edge of completely fracturing as a society, and the government was losing credibility by the hour.
And that air of invincibility that Israel had of just this total deterrence in the region, that myth was shattered during that period.
It was really shattered during True Promise 1, but really it was a wake-up call for a lot of Israelis and also for the United States and other people in the region and the Gulf Arabs as well.
And so that brings us to the present moment.
And I think the U.S. has always had problems calculating, even internally, running war game scenarios, attacking, invading, boots on the ground, all of these things have come back with very, very bad conclusions and results for the United States in terms of their having any advantage in some kind of a military regime change or decapitation or major war against Iran.
And the problem is the United States is completely exposed regionally.
We have the Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
We have the major military hub in Qatar.
We have bases in Saudi Arabia, in Kuwait.
We have facilities in Syria still in the illegally occupied some parts of Syria.
In Iraq as well, the U.S. has a presence, although it's withdrawing some of its assets in anticipation of the fact that Iran has promised the United States, if there is an attack on Iran, they would view it by the U.S. or Israel.
They would view that as fair game to strike back at both Israel and U.S. positions in the region.
So the United States has to then weigh up.
Do they want to sacrifice their military footprint in the region in defense of Israel?
And so that's a real, geopolitically, that's a dilemma for the United States.
They've sunk a lot of cost into the region.
But really, when you look at the U.S. positions around the region, and we used to think that this was to protect the oil or to control the resources.
The amount of oil the United States gets from the Persian Gulf, it's minimal at this point.
And what are they doing there?
Why park all of these naval assets off the coast of the Levant?
Why have all these positions around, why try to control the Red Sea?
Why are they so concerned about having freedom of military movement in the Babo Mendem Straits?
All of these different positions.
Why?
Why?
Why do they need to be in northeastern Syria?
Why Jordan?
Yes.
Why?
Every single U.S. position in the region, well, we learned why during Operation True Promise 1 and 2, all of those positions were activated to create a missile defense umbrella for a very small strip of land, roughly the size of New Jersey, called the State of Israel.
Requires all of that military perimeter.
We're talking thousands of miles in either direction.
Must be activated to repel drones, missiles, aircraft.
So all of that's necessary.
The full might of the U.S. military machine is required to protect this state.
And the cost of that is just, it must be enormous on top of the aid the U.S. gives on paper $3.8 billion a year in military aid.
Of course, it's much more than that.
And especially since the special supplements after October 7th, 30 billion just recently.
And I think then the private funding, nobody talks about the private Zionist funding of Israel based in America.
That too, that too.
So all of that is necessary to protect Israel.
Now, that's the United States is running this at a time when it's already stretched thin with the war on Ukraine and all its other commitments in the Pacific as well, as well as South America opening up another front against Venezuela.
And so now you see the empire is fully extended.
I think Patrick Henningsen is so good.
I'm going to put him right up there with Colonel McGregor.
And what you want to appreciate is the fact that Israel was behind all these wars since 9-11.
Remember now, it was Wesley Clark who revealed at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco in 2007 that the agenda adopted after 9-11 was to take out the government of seven countries in the next five years.
And it was all to benefit Israel.
9-11 was an Israeli op with the complicity of the CIA and the Hansa Department of Defense to benefit Israel.
Key decision makers, key players were dual citizens in particular in the Project for a New American Century, where we were given the song and dance, the cover story.
That was a unique opportunity here with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991 to create a new American empire that would endure for the next 100 years, if only we'd move aggressively into the Middle East.
But that America might be too slow to wake up to the reality that we had to do it now, absent a traumatic catalyzing event like a new Pearl Harbor.
So they brought it to us.
The new Pearl Harbor of 9-11.
Departments and Fabulous Records 00:08:15
I'm very happy to have Casey Whelan here with me, investigative journalist, the videographer.
He's got lots of thoughts.
Casey, let's begin by giving you an opportunity to comment on what you just heard from Patrick Henningsen.
I'm telling you, the guy impresses me tremendously.
Would you like to add your thoughts about the situation in the Middle East where we go from here?
Well, that's definitely not my forte, but I do, I think that comment about the infrastructure there as far as protecting Israel, that's mind-blowing.
Just that little nugget there you played.
That was great.
Yeah, he's a heck of a journalist.
Obviously, been doing this for a long time, and he knows his stuff.
And yeah, Patrick's a great resource.
And thanks for playing that, Jim.
That was very enlightening.
Casey, I've only discovered the guy in the last couple of weeks, but he's really what a resource.
Yeah.
He's great.
And he does a live stream every, I think it's every Sunday.
Yeah, Sunday, like around 10 in the morning, I think, Pacific time.
Check out on X.
I forget the name of the show.
I know his platform's 21st Century Wire, I believe.
I may have that wrong.
Yeah.
Okay.
But the show's name something else.
But yeah, he'll have a little roundtable there with a couple people and him.
And they just, it's great information.
So yeah, Patrick's wonderful.
Fabulous, fabulous.
Well, I'm delighted to have you here today.
You have some projects in mind that I find rather tantalizing.
Give us an idea, Casey, where you are, a little bit about your background.
Yeah, I've been on before.
I appreciate it again.
I'm an investigative journalist here in North Idaho.
I started out as what's called a First Amendment auditor, and that's where you film police and you just try to make sure your rights are upheld.
I started doing that for a while as a litmus test.
I would hand out full-size constitutions, which I received from the Idaho Secretary of State's office that had the Constitution and the state constitution in one large 9x11 volume or book, kind of.
So I would take those into the police departments and sheriff's departments while filming, doing a First Amendment audit to see if rights are upheld.
And I started doing records requests on myself after I would go into these public institutions.
And I would scrape the email domain for my last name, which is a bit unique.
And so I found out essentially, I think I've talked about this on your show before, but I found that the flow analyst, which is a fusion liaison officer, had created an internal flyer within the police department.
And the fusion liaison officers relay information to and from the fusion centers in the state.
And generally, there's one main fusion center in every state that's designated by the governor.
So I found these internal flyers, which they weren't supposed to give me, talking about how I'm not wanted for anything, but I'm going into the police departments, handing out these constitutions, not wanted for any crime.
And so to me, that was, I was hooked on doing public records requests ever since that happened, which is almost 10 years ago now.
But I've done thousands of records requests and I morphed into becoming an investigated journalist and worked out of a studio in Spokane for two years.
I had access to everything.
I could get as much equipment as I wanted.
So I really kind of learned the trade and the craft and tried to become like a jack of all trades as far as reporting, developing stories, working with locals, networking.
It's amazing.
And I'm kind of somewhat of a gypsy, I guess you could say.
I move around a lot, but I embed in communities and I'm trying to help people in the state of Idaho get their stories out, grassroots.
I've been largely just, you know, it's been a struggle to survive, but I live largely off of donations here and there.
And actually just started working more producing catching fire news with Tom Dewees through the American Policy Center.
That's catchingfirenews.com.
And I'm helping produce shows on Loving Liberty Radio Network with Sam Bushman.
So I'm getting really busy and things are things are taking off.
So I just, that's sort of my background anyway.
Excellent.
Excellent, Casey.
And I'm tickled you have a new project in mind we might discuss today.
You want to give it a sketch?
Yeah, sure.
So we talked last year, sometime, I believe it was, early last year, and we were talking about doing maybe two documentaries.
I want to do one about your life because you're a national treasure and I measure a person by their sacrifice.
And boy, you sure sacrificed a lot of your liberty, your time, your money to get the truth out in search of the truth.
And I think that's really important.
And I think that's worthy of a documentary.
And so I want to come out to your neck of the woods there.
Actually, I was born in Wisconsin, but I'd love to come out there and film you and take some stock footage, maybe go to University of Minnesota, Duluth, and take some footage and just get things in the can.
You were joking when we spoke last year that you better take advantage of the opportunity while you can.
So ever since then, I've been kind of kicking myself that nothing's really happened.
So I'm hoping that obviously you have a lot of supporters, people that love you.
And I think that would be a really neat thing to have.
And I can do it on a shoestring budget.
So we're putting together a website right now to kind of funnel some donations to.
And we'll have some information soon.
But if people would like to contact me directly, my email address is northidahxposed, E-X-P-O-S-E-D at protonmail.com, northidahoexposed at protonmail.com.
And I'll probably find some people to help with production and editing.
I'm not looking to make money off of this.
I just want to get it in the can and have it.
And I want you to share your story, talk about your upbringing.
Those kind of stories are really important.
And I just want to document it.
So I think it's a very worthy cause.
And I appreciate your interest.
Of course, I'm extremely flattered by the idea.
My life falls into like four segments.
It's kind of the prep for the academic career, which includes graduating from Sal Pasia High School, Princeton University, serving four years in the Marine Corps as a commission officer, then resigned my commission to enter a graduate program in the history of the philosophy of science in Indiana, getting my PhD in 1970.
That's all the prelim.
And I had a 35-year academic career spanning from 1970 to 2006, teaching in a wide range of universities, Kentucky, Virginia twice, Cincinnati, North Carolina, Chapel Hill, New College, University of South Florida.
Doing then a year studying computer science and artificial intelligence at in Dayton, Ohio, at Wayne State.
I mean, and then because I've been denied tenure at Kentucky, I stepped on too many toes, even though I publish more articles in better journals than any assistant professor, even though I had given like a dozen talks in eight different departments, unprecedented, never happened before, never happened again, because of the interdisciplinarity of my research and received the first student teaching award.
They gave to one out of 133 assistant professors as so they wanted this person to get tenure.
9/11's Persistent Shadow 00:04:27
So, of course, I was denied.
You know, it was like it was the kiss of death.
So, I had seven, you know, 10 years in the wilderness with visiting appointments.
But for some reason, when I went into the study of computer science and AI, departments like that.
So, the year before, I'd had seven interviews for positions all junior.
That year, I had seven interviews for positions all senior and was hired as full professor with tenure at Minnesota on the Duluth campus.
I was then for the next 19 years.
Now, ending in 2006, then there's my conspiracy career, the conspiracy guy, where I was fostering collaborative research.
Casey, you know, it just hadn't happened before.
It was so natural to me when I began doing research on JFK to bring together the best experts, whole conferences hadn't been done before.
So, I published these three books, 1998 Assassination Sign 2000, Murder in Dealing Plaza, 2003, the Greats of Bruder Film Hoax, bringing together the best expert, and we shattered the cover up.
And then, because while I was there in 2004, the Paul Wellstone plane crash took place just 60 miles north of my office.
And I wound up investigating, blew a brilliant guy up from Australia, John Costello, PhD in electromagnetics.
We were tramping around in the snow in 35 below weather, picking up pieces of the charred fuselage, figuring out how it happened, where John cracked it.
He created an electromagnetic field and drawn the plane in it.
It popped all the computerized components, including all the control navigation, props, communication.
So, the plane was thereafter destined to crash, and it had been prepped to burn.
It burned seven hours.
They were unable to extinguish to make sure all the components were destroyed.
But then, other stuff, where I, when Sandy Hook occurred, I was working, I was a journalist for Veterans Today, and Gordon Duff, who was a senior editor, wanted me to do a piece.
Now, he was a long history with CIA, and it's the only time he ever asked me to do something specific.
And he wanted me to write a piece that there had been the possibility of being the most sawed up, that there had been a couple of men dressed as nuns, that they tracked a van back to a safe house in Greenwich Village loaded with Nazi paraphernalia.
This was a time that I thought it had been real, that these kids had actually been killed.
And I did it.
I did it for him, but it was qualified as an hypothesis.
Well, it didn't take me much longer to realize this had been a staged event, a false flag, classic event.
Nobody had died.
And I began adopting the same collaborative research technique for Sandy Hook as I had for JFK, and would indeed for 9-11 as well, of holding conference and bringing together experts where I founded Scholars for 9-11 Truth in December of 2005, shortly before my retirement from Kentucky.
And the organization taking off like a rocket such that in June 2006, already when Alex Jones held his American Scholars Conference in LA, he invited me to be the keynote speaker.
And the panel discussion, which was filmed by C-SPAN, ran an hour and 45, and they broadcast seven or eight times in good time slots, was four members of scholars.
Steve Jones, who might find me my co-chair, physicist from BYU, Bob Bauman, who'd been a Korean war ace, shot down over 100 million.
But he had a PhD in nuclear engineering for Caltech and been the advisor on Star Wars Reagan and Ford.
Webster Tarbley published a book, 9-11 Synthetic Terror Made in the USA, and myself as a founder, where I gave the top 10 reasons we knew the hijackers were fake.
So already 9-11 was a big part of my life and it would continue.

Even the government admits that 9-11 was a conspiracy.
But did you know that it was an inside job?
That Osaba had nothing to do with it.
That the twin towers were blown apart by a sophisticated arrangement of mini or micro nukes.
That Building 7 collapsed seven hours later because of explosives planted in the building.
Barry Jennings was there.
He heard them go off and felt himself stepping over dead people.
A U.S. Geological Survey conducted studies of dust gathered from 35 locations in lower Manhattan and found elements that would not have been there had this not been a nuclear event.
Legal Battle Over Terms of Service 00:15:31
Ironically, that means the government's own evidence contradicts the government's official position.
9-11 was brought to us compliments of the CIA, the neocons of the Department of Defense, and the Masan.

I brought together 13 experts, including six, count them, six PhDs.
And of course, that's significant because the degree is an indication of your ability to conduct scholarly research.
Six of us.
We established a school been closed by 2008 that there were no students or teachers there.
Mina FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
We even had the manual for the FEMA exercise.
And you know, in the years since, when I've been dragged through the courts, participants of the drill who didn't like the way I was being kicked around have reached out to me.
They've sent me additional evidence and proof, lots of photographs, maps.
They've even sent me the Connecticut FEMA schedule where you can see exercise L366 right on the schedule.
Casey, they sent out a map to show how to get from Bridgeport down to Dickinson Drive where the school is located.
When you said the school wasn't even open, right?
The school had been closed for two years.
Yeah, we concluded being closed by 2008.
It was actually closed in 2006.
It wasn't even an elementary school.
It was a special needs school.
Turns out Eric Holder came down in 2006 and told the people at Newtown, he'd give the community $114 million if they'd participate in this effort to illustrate what could happen if we take guns away from the American people.
They had auditions for roles.
They signed non-disclosure agreements.
They get benefits.
Casey, you don't pay any taxes.
You participated in Sandy Hook.
You don't pay taxes.
You get free college, no tuition.
You said they bought off a lot of the homes in the area?
Well, they were synthetic families.
Yeah.
But the key thing is that the parties who reached out to me who'd been cast as Emily Parker on the one hand, little blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl, and as Victoria Soto on the other, the teacher who had valiantly given her lives, had been cast by their mothers and hadn't signed non-disclosure agreements.
So they couldn't reach out to me without being in violation of the law and subject of prosecution.
Though I've often fantasized, how's the government going to prosecute somebody for violating a non-disclosure agreement on Sandy Hook without blowing it anyway?
See, I mean, it seemed to be there in a box, but they've been wonderful and supportive.
So that the third, you know, I not only did collaborative research on Sandy Hook, but the Boston bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas, the moon landing.
I got books.
You know, six of my books have been banned by Amazon.
I don't know if that's the record, but it was startling enough at the time that Mike Adams interviewed me right after the Zandy Hook book was banned under the title of The Most Dangerous Mind in America.
I mean, I love that.
And then I got halted in court.
Kevin Barrett came in for the trial for damages.
The judge, just to show how contrived it was, wouldn't allow any of my evidence to be admitted.
I had a mountain of evidence.
When you serve with a lawsuit complaint, you have two alternatives.
You can move to dismiss, or you can write an answer and engage.
Well, I liked the idea of getting all my evidence.
I mean, a whole book full, like 440 pages, vetted through a judicial process.
So I engaged.
I looked up about the courts.
I understood they got to take, you know, all the plaintiff's evidence to be true in moving forward to see, you know, if there's any issue here for complaint, blah, blah, blah.
And about summary judgments even.
Where I felt I was in good shape when I didn't count on was a judge who was totally out of control or shall we say bought and sold.
He's now retired.
I've appealed the case on so many grounds.
I think he anticipated he was either going to be removed from the case or from the bench.
So he retired early, even though he came from a family of lawyers.
He retired, what, five and a half years early?
It's just incredible.
His term wasn't going to be up until something like 1 August, 2030.
And he retired in 3 March or May of 2025.
Unbelievable.
The abuse to which I was subjected.
He ignored my evidence, wouldn't admit it.
I had an affidavit that was absolutely crucial, just ignored.
I had two forensic document experts with reports.
He set them aside.
It was outrageous.
So I wound up appealing the case.
Now, it was separate from the finding of liability to the trial for damages.
Kevin Barrett, a dear friend and colleague with whom I did a show called The Dynamic Duo on Genesis, which had been the origin for Alex Jones' shows way back when, for a year and a half,
came to my trial for damages and published a wonderful piece about it in Oon's UNZ.com called Jim Fetzer's Stalinist, the legal lynching of a truth seeker, Jim Fetzer's Stalinist style show trial.
And it was wonderful.
He just captured Casey exactly the quality of what I'd been going through.
There was a review by Brian Wright of the book that said to an epistemological certainty, nobody died at Sandy Hook.
To an epistemological certainty based on the evidence I had in the book.
I love that.
Where is your appeal right now?
Go ahead.
You have something coming up soon, don't you?
An appeal with your appeal, don't you?
I submitted way back then a series of appeals, went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Yeah, more recently, this is like a year ago, actually a little more than a year ago, a year and four months.
I sought to reopen the case because it turns out if fraud has been committed in a case, you can reopen it at any point.
So I had conversation with a guy, brilliant guy named Bill Bonatotti.
He's a disabled vet now, but at one point he was playing NFL football.
And Bill is so smart about legal issues.
He's had like four judges recused.
I mean, this is just a very rare thing.
So he was assisting me in preparing my motion to reopen sanctions based upon extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court.
It was a rock solid.
And then the judge just dismissed it.
So I filed a motion to have the judge recuse.
He dismissed it.
He didn't even go through the procedure.
There's a standard protocol.
You get a motion, you send it to the other side for the response, then back to the originator for the reply.
Three stages.
He just eclipsed them.
He just went ahead and just rejected.
Was because I was impugning him, of course.
He was defending himself.
So I went up with four different motions, three of which had to do with a judge.
But the Court of Appeals had just been sitting on it now for like a year.
So I've had to file a motion for a writ of mandamus to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to tell the Court of Appeals to get it shit together and issue their judgments.
But meanwhile, I've been taking care of other business.
I've become a litigator here at this third stage of my career.
Casey, there's so much material here to cover.
We do this.
You said there were going to be two parts.
One about my life, the other about what I discovered with all this research.
Well, I think there's, you could go about it different ways.
I mean, I think we were talking originally about doing maybe two documentaries, but I don't know.
I don't even know if we, I just really, something about your life to me, I think would be is good.
You know, I think that's a good place to focus and do something like that.
So, but, but maybe it depends on if we can get some funding together to do something like that.
And it wouldn't take much to do it.
But we're not talking about big bucks everyone.
Casey suggests a budget 2,500 would probably be enough.
Am I right, Casey?
Something like 250.
Yeah, I got to rent a car and motel and all that stuff.
So, but I'm not looking to make money off of editing or, you know, I just want to get something out about your life because I think you have a very unique life.
You've put yourself through a lot of pain, you know, to get the truth out.
You're a warrior, you know, and there's a there's a heck of a story here.
So I just, you know, the trial for damages awarded Leonard Posner, who might call that to be a fictional entity, you know, real name Ruben Vander behind the scene.
But and I had that already in my answer.
It's not that the court didn't know who I thought was involved here.
And I exposed that Noah Posner, the most halogenic of little kids, was actually his younger son when he was a child.
He was already, I don't know, 18 or whatever when the lawsuit was filed.
One of the oddities about the case was they didn't allow the parents to identify the bodies, but they identified them using photographs, which was a broken because most of them only existed in the form of photographs.
So I had all this expose in there.
I mean, it was just fascinating, but with 450,000, I independently had suspected that the party who came to testify as Leonard Posner and they delayed it by a week, knowing the transcript wouldn't be ready for yet another week or two, and therefore wouldn't be available for me during the course of the oral hearing, the trial, as it were.
Though, of course, that trial requires a jury, but I never got one.
But the fact is, they made sure it wouldn't even be available for me.
But I thought the guy who testified was too young and too small to be Leonard Posner.
So I sought to get verification from Woodgame Halbick as I, as I read the law, I was entitled to use this video deposition for my legal defense.
So I had a party who was assisting me sent it to Wolfgang, but they came down and hammered me.
And the judge allowed the attorneys for Posner were claiming to do it pro bono, you know, very honorable.
But when the judge hit me, he held me in contempt at court and awarded legal fees of $650,000.
So I had a million one.
I've had a million one hanging over my head now for all these years.
It's just absurd.
And the attacks, I had a journalist come down from the Chronicle of Higher Education, did an interview with me while the trial for damages was taking place.
And I thought she was on the Abhanab, but it turned out she was doing a hit piece.
I couldn't believe how awful it was.
So I actually wrote to her and to the Chronicle asking for correction with 16 passages where I demonstrated the gross misrepresentation, falsehood, distortion.
16 passages.
They didn't do a damn thing about it.
Well, lately, you know, as I've got more used to doing these lawsuits, and I've got a certain knack for it at this point in time, I sought to figure out if I still could do anything about it.
Could I sue the Chronicle?
And it turns out that I'd had a heart attack in 23 that was exacerbated by, you know, stress from this awful article that just blinded me in the eyes of the whole higher education community.
And thankfully, they'd republished it.
So here on my email, it keeps popping up.
This professor of denial.
I mean, three times.
So that by republishing, you see, they were reaffirming the defamation they committed in the original article, even though the original statute had run out.
It was now revived.
So I was able to, I've now got a lawsuit pending against them.
Meanwhile, there's this, I'll call him a loose cannon, but that's a very kind word for it.
Calls himself Victor Hugo Vaca, a Maverick artist, gonzo journalist, since February last.
You know, it's in the space of a year, Casey.
He has made not one, two, or a half a dozen attack videos on me and my colleagues.
He's made over a thousand.
I looked yesterday, a thousand sixty-six attack videos on Rumble and BitChute.
Well, Rumble and BitChute say they're going to protect your privacy.
Writing Complaints About Attacks 00:03:41
They have these terms of service.
This shouldn't be permissible.
So we and colleagues of mine who are being attacked have been writing and complaining about it.
I've sent them a cease and desist.
I wound up suing them in the Western District Court, a lawsuit that's pending for violating known terms of service, which could be for millions of dollars.
It would be a really important suit.
It set the precedent that these video platforms have to adhere. to the terms of service, basically breach of contract.
So that's also sitting out there.
So you're beginning to get a sense that I'm involved in all these different legal issues.
And right now I'm in a dispute with Princeton University because my own class doesn't want me to speak at what they call the 62 Scholars Lecture.
I'm the most published member of the class of 62.
I have 40 books, but they don't want me to speak.
Why?
Well, I eventually discovered because a member of the class of 89, not even a member of class of 62, objected.
She turns out to be a lawyer who represents Sandy Hook Promise.
She was with the firm that made nearly billion dollars off Alex Jones.
And even though I wasn't going to be talking about Sandy Hook, she intervened and they blocked me.
So I've been going back and forth with the administration trying to get this to happen.
And they've been utterly dismissive.
And I now just learned today they're not going to accept anything more from me.
So I'm going to the board of trustees to lay out the case.
It's absurd to have a party for another class intervene for improper motives.
She's got a conflict of interest.
She has financial investment.
If Britain were allowed as this standard, it was at a present where any member of any class could interfere with the speaking of any other member in any other class.
I mean, it's absurd.
It's okay.
I mean, I'm telling you that this is a buffet.
This is a grand buffet.
You know, the cruise lines, they have these huge, wonderful mountains of food.
Well, I'm telling you, intellectually, that's what you got here.
I'm telling you, this will be a lot of fun.
It sounds like where to even start.
But I mean, this thing with Princeton, are you going to like virtually call in and talk to the board?
No, no, it's submitting.
I'm actually making the submission to the board in writing today.
Oh, I see.
In writing.
Okay.
If they want, I'd obviously gladly make myself available.
I mean, I was going to do, let me tell you how gross this is.
The most esteemed philosopher in the history of Princeton is a man named Carl G. Hempel.
He was a philosopher of science, enormously influential worldwide.
I did my undergraduate thesis for Hampel.
I wound up becoming an expert on Hampel.
I published two volumes with Oxford of previously unpublished works and of essays about Hampell.
If you go to the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, which is a really excellent resource, electronic journal entry on Hempel Carl is mine.
So I was going to explain how Himpel was a philosopher of science to enumerate criteria for the evaluation of scientific theories.
Carl G. Hempel Insights 00:07:54
So what I wanted to do is to present and talk what's wrong with conspiracy theories, explain how Hembel's criteria can apply to conspiracy theories because they're theories.
So we can treat them scientifically.
In fact, all my work on all these conspiracies is to apply scientific reasoning to sort things out.
That's why I was so successful with JFK.
I was approaching it intellectually as a scientific research project, bringing together the best experts, just as I did with Sandy Hook.
Scientific research project, bringing together the best experts.
Same with Boston bombing and all the others.
And yet, Amazon didn't want the truth out.
They were acting as agents of the government.
It was like the day before the book was banned.
I was contacted by a television program.
What do they call it?
The name will come inside edition, maybe.
They called me and they said they wanted to interview me about the discoveries we'd made about Sandy Hook, but I had to do a pre-interview interview.
And boom, I found myself connected by phone, of course, with a basement operation at Langley with a professional interrogator.
What do you got?
Oh, I'm telling you, Jason, it was startling.
I just kept laying out again and again all the evidence we had, how massive it was.
There were no proprieties, no introduction, no accent.
He just sent me, what do you got?
What do you got?
And then two days later, the book was banned.
I mean, that was obviously making the decision whether I had the goods and I had the goods.
In fact, my friends at Sandy Hook, see, the community is divided into three parts.
You got the Sandy Hook Promise people, Mark Bart and others, to whom this lawyer is attached, who are milking it for money.
Would you believe, KC, Sandy Hook Promise is still raking it a million bucks a month?
A million bucks a month for Sandy Hook?
I mean, you know, this didn't just happen yesterday.
They're still raking it a million bucks a month.
So that then they're my friends and they're at odds because the promise people don't like the fact that my friends are friends with me.
They don't like that.
They find that very threatening.
And then there's everyone else in the community that just, they're not involved.
Well, they love the book.
They like the book.
Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
Everyone's read the book.
The people who participate, they love the book because it gets it right.
They have respect for truth.
But these promise people, see, I believe they induced this lawyer.
Maybe she just took it upon herself to intervene.
But I wasn't even going to talk about Sandy Hook.
I was going to talk about Hemble and conspiracy theories.
I was going to use JFK and 9-11 as my example.
I don't think the word Sandy Hook was even going to appear.
But she had me trashed on that ground.
And now they force me, of course, to come to grips with the administration.
Because when you have this kind of influence between members of different classes, I mean, it's going to spin wildly out of hand.
I've asked Princeton for their written policies on the matter, and they have not provided any, leading me to infer they don't actually have any.
Well, this is actually right.
This is actually right for the Board of Trustees to intervene.
Do you think you have a chance with the Board of Trustees?
Oh, yeah, I do think I have a chance.
Yeah, it's a serious issue.
So I've told what I've told the admin, because of this absurd abuse of process, I not only believe I should be entitled to give the lecture for the Class of 62 scholars program, but to give a public lecture, Princeton on Sandy Hook, what we know now that we didn't know then, just as a standard presentation.
And you know, you'd think great institutions like Princeton and many regard it as the single best university in the world, in the world, in the world.
When I was an undergraduate, Princeton ranked first in math, physics, and philosophy, math, physics, and philosophy, number one in the world.
And, you know, they really shouldn't be tolerating this kind of abuse and they should be investigating complex and controversial issues.
I mean, how are you going to get to the truth if you're not willing to investigate?
As Sir Karl Popper emphasized again and again, rational discussion and debate is our most successful method for discovering the truth.
Princeton ought to be on the right side.
So we'll see what happens, Casey.
But I mean, the timing, we do this, it could be just, it's concurrent with so many issues going on.
I mean, you're going to have, you can have lots.
Let's call it a, I, Jim Fetzer, I'm a target-rich environment.
Lots of content, yeah.
Lots of content.
I want to reiterate for our audience: 2,500 bucks ain't a lot of money.
You know, 25 people contributing 100.
There it is.
50 people contributing 50.
There it is.
I was planning to stay in your area there maybe for a couple of days.
And I got to flesh this out more and think about it.
But yeah, I think we can, I think it's completely doable.
Where could people go?
Is there a designated donation site?
Do you have a GoFundMe?
I think we're going to probably have a website.
You know, I don't know if I do a GoFundMe or something.
I just don't necessarily know if I want people sending me money directly, but I mean, I don't know.
I'll figure something out here soon.
People can email me if they're interested.
You're the money.
You're the guy who needs the money to do the job.
So what we, you need to have a designated place where people can support this project, and then I can promote it on other shows, let people know.
So we just talked about this yesterday, so I got to figure that out.
But yeah, we'll do that.
People can email me, though, if they're interested.
Okay, repeat the address.
Repeat the address.
So it's North IdahoExposed, E-X-P-O-S-E-D at protonmail.com.
I do have a Venuo and Cash app, and that's just North Idaho Exposed with a D.
So there's that.
But yeah, I think we'll get something figured out here.
I think it would be a very worthy project.
So I appreciate your interest.
I'm just tickled that you want to do this project.
And I think it would be great fun.
I think it's stupid not to.
And as you ain't going to be around forever.
Thank you for coming on, Casey.
It's been a delight.
We'll have to do it again at least.
All right.
Maybe put together a little promo, a little five-minute for the project that I can run on my shows.
All right.
Sounds good.
Meanwhile, everyone, thank you for Casey being here.
Spend as much time with your family.
You've read the people you love and care about.
We do not know how much time we have left.
Use it wisely.
Support Revolution Radio.
Have a great weekend.
And God willing, we'll be back on Monday and we'll do it all over again.
I will see you then.
