I think that was a staged death. The officer didn't have the right to fire. She didn't have him. He was an imminent threat of death or bodily harm. She was still trying to get through that window. I think her behavior was unlawful,
but it wasn't life-threatening and there was no justification. They had a blood packet, as I see it. I've looked at this fairly carefully. She actually, that was a staged event. She was a crisis actor. Now, that was being used. Against Donald Trump, politically, of course,
And all kinds of outrageous claims about how he was encouraging or inciting an insurrection that had no foundation in fact or law.
Now, with Renee Good, she was performing an illegal act blocking the road.
She was part of an organization, Ice Watch, where they were given instructions about different ways they could obstruct these federal agents in the performance of their duty.
They were acting lawfully.
And because she actually was, number one, I mean, she had her vehicle blocking the road.
I mean, that was part of her assignment.

When the officer apprehended her, asked her to get out of the car.
she didn't do it. That was wrong. Her husband This other woman who was right there told her to flee, and she did so and struck a nice officer in the process where I'm now convinced after spending an hour and a half with Danny Siris, who has a vast background in law enforcement,
that it was a justifiable shoot and that the Democrats are acting here in a totally political fashion because they want to preserve their base with a massive number of immigrants fearing they're not going to win any elections in the future if they don't have them there.

lately, Renee is the only woman caller that I don't mute. I appreciate all that. I've also noticed,
like, lately, the so-called alt-right, like Alex Jones and Breitbart, they went full circle. 25 years after 9-11,
they've become like the Bush administration and neocons. Twenty-five years later, they're cheering on these neocon wars because it's a Republican. Now,
the Democrats are also for wars. They were for war when Biden and Obama were in charge. Now,
they at least pretend they're against the wars since there's a Republican in charge. So, both parties are for wars. Who? And who are they going to? But, But, you know, Rene's right.
You have to get out of the Republican versus Democrat paradigm.
And, you know, they and I know in my circles, I know a lot of old Republicans in their 60s, 70s, 80s.
And they they they're so stuck in that you have to vote Republican that that said they don't want to hear otherwise.
You know, Jim, they're stuck, stuck in, you know, you got and I've heard this for over 40 years, you know, they don't never question a Republican president.

today's Republicans, they're fine with spreading degeneracy and satanic shit to other countries as long as there's money to be made. That's the thing with Republicans. They've always been the party of the rich. And powerful. And the bankers. At least the Democrats used to pretend,

Of course, We know the oil companies are back and down on this because of the, as you had mentioned on your prior show, the amount of security and or sabotage that they're facing, like That.

Now, he's maintaining – I can read this.

But the thing is, is that I would like to read this.
He's – the long and short – I'll read a little snippet.
He's saying, but you should know the ICE – but you should know – let me put my glasses on.
But you should know the ICE agents do not have general law enforcement authority.
They are not traffic police.
Hang on.
glasses. They are not municipal officers. They do not have authority to enforce state or local law. ICE may lawfully detain or arrest someone only when it's actively engaged in immigration enforcement, execution of a federal warrant, Investigation of specific federal crime.
Even if a person is violating state or local law, ICE does not gain authority to enforce that state or local law, especially in cases like Minnesota, where the state and local authorities have chosen not to intervene and allow particular protests to continue.
Authority does not expand for the federal government to be able to fill the void left by the lack of enforcement on the part of the state and local government.
Now, once authority is clear, is clear, then we can look at with that what the civilian conduct was.
The first amendment protects following public officials in public places, filming law enforcement in their official capacity, observing federal activity protesting, even if it's ugly and disruptive and harassing.

For civilian conduct to cross into interference, and I mean interference at a level that ICE could do something about two things have to be true.

Falling, filming, honking, blowing whistles, blocking a roadway where the federal government does not have traffic enforcement authority, standing alone, does not satisfy this threshold.
And being it's almost over, and being annoying or obnoxious is not a federal crime.
And so if we look at the decision to engage – this is where the case sort of tightens up and starts to break away from the reasonableness. As far as the ICE agents, because they had the opportunity to continue on their way and chose not to. Instead, they exited their vehicles and they initiated physical contact. And that choice matters because it initiates an attempt at a seizure, Fourth Amendment violation, and it requires a lawful federal predicate.
And that frames everything that follows.
And lastly, the unresolved question and the one that courts will have to answer is what lawful federal reason was this driver being removed from the vehicle?
And that question does not answer itself because there's a lot of stuff we still don't know.
