We begin with four stories about Ukraine.
Trump and Zelensky were meeting in Florida to talk Ukraine peace.
Not very likely given the staunch position he's made, staked out.
Zelensky staked out about not ceding any territory when Putin is adamant.
Must include all four of the Dawn pass, the Kiracen, Zapozaya, Donesk, and Lou Hance.
Crimea already being sealed deal.
Then we have a report that they had a terrific meeting.
I'll return to that story.
Meanwhile, and this is suggestive of how the war has gone for Ukraine.
A chapter closes.
Ukrainian International Legion dissolves.
Wisdom there in just folding their tent and seeking such peace as they can with the dominant power here.
Meanwhile, Ruble closed strongest gain since 1994 coming from Bloomberg.
Well, let's take a look at this terrific meeting.
We have live updates.
United States President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Voldemir Zelensky met Sunday to discuss a move toward peace amid the continuing Russia-Ukraine war.
Both said they had come a lot closer to a resolution to the years-long conflict.
The meeting took place at Marlago following a call between Trump and Vladimir Putin.
Here are some key aspects.
President Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart included their meeting at Marilago as a pair sought to make significant progress on agreeing to a peace deal to end the Russia-Ukraine war that began nearly four years ago.
Trump revealed in a post on Truth Social.
He spoke by phone with Russian President Putin.
I had another meeting with Zelensky.
That was very wise in my opinion.
Eddie had a good and very productive phone call with a Russian leader.
Negotiations to end the war have continued over the past 11 months, with Trump seeming to change his mind about how the eventual peace deal should unfold.
First that Ukraine should prepare to cede territory to Russia, clean land Russia.
Moscow has not yet taken.
Another saying Ukraine should retake all of its land, which was, of course, preposterous and absurd.
Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Green has criticized Trump for meeting with Zelensky and Israeli Prime Minister Net Yahoo on the 29th.
Zelensky today, Net tomorrow.
And that's, of course, today.
Can we just do America? Green wrote.
Trump met with Zelensky in his scheduled meeting with Net Yahoo Monday today, part of an ongoing diplomatic effort to address major international conflicts.
Just as an addendum, Trump says he and Putin talked during the Russia hoax.
He bemoaned the Russia hoax several times addressing reporters Sunday in his meeting with Zelensky.
Trump said he and Putin spoke over the phone to off and maintain a good relationship despite claims of Russian collusion in the 2020 election.
He'd call me, I call him, I'd say, can you believe the stops are making up?
Recalling conversation with Putin.
And it turned out we were right.
They made it all up.
Despite that, we didn't get into war.
So we didn't get into a problem, but we weren't able to trade very much of this or that.
I'm surprised here when they say they get into the details because I don't hear a single detail.
Joe, do you have more to add here about this Putin-Zelensky meeting, this Trump-Zelensky meeting?
No, I haven't heard much on it.
They're kind of keeping it close to the vest.
But basically, everything I have heard is that Zelensky's not going to back off of his position on keeping territory.
So that's a non-starter right there.
So I don't see that there's any potential of anything good happening there.
And there's certainly no potential when Nutty Yahoo shows up at Mar-Lago today.
He's going to press Trump on recognizing Somaliland so that they can take over the port and Air Force base at Barabara.
And the airport base has just been finished.
It's the longest airplane runway in all of Somalia.
And it's over 7,000 feet long.
So it can accommodate all kinds of military craft.
And what they want to do is put a U.S. base right there, right across from Yemen, so that we have easier strikes on Yemen and a port where we can supply it with naval ships and we can start doing our own blockade of Yemen.
So bottom line is Gulf of Aden is going to be the new Iran, but also Iran is still on the table and he wants to take more of Syria and more of Lebanon.
And he's already said he's going to take the east bank of the Jordan River, which is part of Jordan.
So, you know, bottom line is we've got rung renegades and there's nothing to stop them.
Trump is just absolutely out of his mind.
And then this is the biggest bomb that's dropped in the last 24 hours.
This is on Colonel McGregor's channel this morning.
Japan has ended the 70-year U.S. security agreement that they're going to have their own nuclear power, nuclear weapons systems within two years, and that they're going to be a neutral nation and they're going to trade freely with Russia and China.
So bottom line is when you pull that portion of the hegemony out from underneath you, you've got a real problem.
Well, I think it's great if you believe in a multi-bowler world where the United States is not dominating the world.
I think that's a step in the right direction.
I applaud Japan for that move, Joe.
Meanwhile, several reports about Venezuela.
Well, actually, still NATO.
Tulsi just exposed a sick scheme to drag America into World War III.
European NATO nations are openly preparing for war, according to the Belarusian defense minister, Colonel Douglas McGregor on the Great Betrayal.
Gog and Magog.
After World War III, Jews will reign Sabre.
Let's start with Colonel McGregor.
Then we'll go to Tulsi.

Before 1971, if Washington wanted to spend, they had to tax you.
There was a limit.
After 1971, they could print.
And when they print, they are printing away your savings, your income, and your heritage.

Meanwhile, Tulsi exposes a sick scheme to draw the U.S. into World War III.
We know.
Director of National Intelligence Gabbert dropped a bombshell at Turning Point USA's America Fest in Phoenix at the globalist establishment in full panic mode.
Tulsi warned the powerful forces inside America's Intel community are actively working to undermine President Trump effort to negotiate peace between Russia and Ukraine.
Predictably, they use the same old tactics they've always used, she told the crowd.
The deep state within the Intel community weaponizes Intel to try to undermine progress.
She didn't stop there.
She explained the same deep state augmentatively classified info to their allies in the mainstream propaganda media, the great false narrative designed specifically to sabotage diplomatic efforts.
But the most chilling revelation came when Gabbert identified who's really pulling the strings.
Deep staters foment fear and hysteria as a way to justify the continuing of the war and their efforts to undermine President Trump efforts for peace, Gabbert said, and do so specifically, in this case, in order to try and pull the U.S. military into a direct conflict with Russia, which is ultimately what the EU and NATO want.
The audience robbed it blocked when she had it.
We cannot allow this to happen.
And that, of course, ties right in with European NATO nations openly preparing for war from the Truth Seeker.
The leaders of European NATO countries are making no secret of the fact that they are preparing for war against Russia and Belarus.
The Belarusian defense minister, Victor Cronin, has said the situation on Belarus' western border is tense, prone to radicalization, and difficult.
The defense minister, who also holds the rank of lieutenant general, said in a televised interview on Friday, according to Bel Tadu's agency, the actions of the leaders of neighboring countries also indicate, and they don't hide it, that preparations for war are underway.
Crennin said, they claim they are threatened by Russia and, of course, by Belarus.
We have a union state and they will fight us.
Poland, Germany, France, and the Baltic states are all vying to militarize and great powerful armies he had.
European NATO and Asia recent commitment to alleged 5% of GDP to their militaries.
Or he suggests this is a pre-war budget.
Joe, your thoughts.
Yeah, so I forgot to mention there's a great interview with George Galloway and Lieutenant Tony Aguilar, who was the one that was down there for three or four months working with the, quote, food distribution network in Gaza.
He mentions that the Boston Consulting Group had drawn up plans for the redevelopment of Gaza two years before the, quote, October, quote, seventh surprise, unquote.
And that one of their objectives is that they can't exterminate all the people in Gaza because of pushback internationally, that what they'll do is deport them to Somaliland with a promise that they'll be given a token and they'll be able to return once the Gaza Strip has been redeveloped.
But they'll revoke that token as well.
So bottom line is it's just the Israelis pulling the same dirty mobster tricks that that particular Zionist clan has been pulling on humanity for centuries.
And it's about to come to an end because the whole unipolar world is unraveling.
And Venezuela is a partner with BRICS, but they're not a BRICS member.
But BRICS members, China, Russia, and Iran are sending warships to Venezuela to help dissuade the United States from getting involved there.
So there's not a happy picture anywhere other than it looks like we can still take Greenland for free.
Tell me about that.
Why in the world?
I don't understand why Trump is obsessed with Greenland in the first place, Joe.
Would you elaborate?
Yeah, because Greenland controls two waterways that enter the Arctic Ocean.
And if you want to have a presence in the Arctic from the United States, you've got to either go past Alaska and the Aleutian Islands, or you've got to go on one side or the other of Greenland.
And so bottom line is if you can control that waterway, then you can control.
Certainly submarines are a real problem for the United States security-wise.
And if you can monitor and control submarines across those two channels, then the other one you've got is the Aleutians, and you can pretty well control that.
So that's what this is all about.
He wants to have another presence in the Arctic.
But the crazy thing is he's been trying to talk Russia into building icebreakers for us because we don't have the shipbuilding capability to have one.
And we've only got two in the fleet now and they're outdated.
And Russia's building a dozen a year.
And I don't think Putin's going to be tempted into making a deal to sell us icebreakers that can be used for strategic purposes.
I couldn't agree more.
Well, meanwhile, this new slant that lured Trump into war with Iran coming from the Truthseeker.
Satellite imagery confirms Iran's final bush to deploy Su-35 fighters at a hemiden air base.
Israel reported to be on the brink of a serious shocking strike.
But bear in mind, just as we had this false flag attack in Australia at Bondi Beach, where the shooter turned out to be former IDF, and where the reason to think he was at least in some cases firing blanks.
So it may be they've killed some Jews there, just as they did on October 7th, because the Israelis are perfectly willing to do that if it's going to advance their political agenda.
Weird talks about ISIS attacking Disneyland, Christian terrorists in London, a Disneyland bombing.
I'm telling you, it's going to be blamed on Iran, I'm convinced.
Not ISIS, but Iran.
Even though that's completely absurd, Iran would have no interest.
Iran is actually the most peace-dedicated nation in the world, having not launched a war of aggression against any other state since 1775.
And remember, the Declaration of Independence was only declared in 1776.
So for longer than the United States has existed or even been conceived as a constitutional republic, Iran has not launched a war of aggression against another state.

In these last days, a Trump admin has boarded and seized three tankers, either loaded with Venezuelan oil or destined for Venezuela.
The most egregious seizure in terms of illegality in a Chinese-owned Panama-flight vessel reportedly destined for China and on no one's sanctioned list in a different zone of conflict.
The security service of Ukraine last Friday claimed it had struck a Russian so-called shadow fleet tanker, the Kendal, with aerial drones in waters of the Mediterranean Sea off of Morocco.
The SBU did not give further details of the attack, including how the SBU destroyed a drone in the Mediterranean, 2,000 kilometers from Ukraine, or the site from which it was launched.
The SBU source said the cargo ship was empty at the time of the attack.
President Putin, in midst of his annual question and answer marathon, vowed that Russia would retaliate.
Blockades, seizures, and attack very plainly are acts of war, despite the U.S. claim that America owns all oil produced by Venezuela.
How ridiculous is that?
Until all historical U.S. legal claims against Venezuela are satisfied.
This tanker episode is yet another ratchet to the drift to lawlessness in U.S. foreign policy.
And let me add, Tulsi, no, Marjorie Taylor Greene exposes a huge smart zooming blue light glasses will shock you.
Nobody believed me at first, but now everybody wants it.
Ex-Trump ally and Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized the U.S. government over its steps targeting Venezuela, reminding that people voted in 2024 against foreign intervention and foreign regime change.
In a post on X, Taylor Greene highlighted Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado's ties with Israel, comparing her left-leaning stances on abortion and LGBTQ issues to President Nicolas Maduro's more conservative ones.
Taylor Greene also stressed Maduro's opposition to Zionism, claiming that most Americans I talk to are not buying that this is really about drugs and sanctioned oil tankers, and it's not about social issues.
She wrote, quote, here are some interesting facts about Venezuela that are easily searchable.
Venezuela is a predominantly Catholic country with very strong laws against abortion, with the exception being the life of the mother.
Maduro has been critical of Israel, calling it a genocide in Gaza and against Zionism.
Maduro's opposition, Maria Corina Machado, is a strong supporter of Israel and wants to restore strong relations with Israel.
She is more left-leaning on abortion and LGBTQ issues.
Most Americans I talk to are not buying that this is really about drugs and sanctioned oil takers, and it's not about social issues.
I just added that to highlight some differences in the two leaders.
People voted in 2024 against foreign intervention and foreign regime change, as we have seen far too many times how that's turned out.
It's not good, and people are so sick of it.
Joe, I think Marjorie Taylor Greene has hit it exactly right.
This has to do with punishing Venezuela for support for Palestine.
And interestingly, that was also true with Iraq.
Saddam Hussein was supportive of Palestine.
And in both cases, of course, he had vast oil mouth.
Israel did it.
Why can't?

Okay, well, you can't view current events without having a little bit of historical context.
And here's another one that I meant to mention earlier.
Epstein origins go back to Iran-Contra.

They include absolutely all the information necessary to understand the 80s, which includes Southern Air Transport, a CIA cutout, Israel, the Contras, the BCCI, the money laundering, the arms shipments, the cocaine shipments.

And this was to overthrow the government of Nicaragua.
Well, the people in Nicaragua haven't forgotten what happened.
The people in El Salvador haven't forgotten what happened.
Basically, we don't have any friends left in Latin America because we've overthrown their governments repeatedly for over a century.
So for Trump to consider that this is our hemisphere and that we get to govern everything that goes on in all of the new world, he's mistaken.
And he's grossly overestimated his public support in America for this, but he's also underestimated the international disapproval of these things.
And there's a motion by Venezuela to sanction the United States for piracy over the attacks on the boats that have been fishing boats in the Caribbean.
So bottom line is he's painting himself into so many corners, I can't see how he's going to get out of it.
And I don't see how his approval rating can be more than 25% at this point.
I've heard it's actually down to 17, believe it or not.

Well, it does to me too, in all honesty and candor.
I'm pretty damn shocked that he's proven to be such a stooge, utter stooge of Israel.
Though as I've reported in my top 12 stories for 2025, Trump appears to have converted to Judaism in 2017.
I mentioned, by the way, Israel being on the brink of a serious shocking strike.
Let's dig into that a bit deeper.
I love getting to the jail every morning and every day's different.
You love every bit of it.
I want to begin with a question that almost no one in Washington is asking out loud.

Last week, German journalist Anna Letke spoke publicly for the first time about being raped by Israeli soldiers after being kidnapped in international waters in September.
If Iran or Venezuela or Russia had kidnapped activists, viciously abused them, and even raped one or more, it would have been front-page mainstream media headlines for weeks, especially if one of the victims were one of the world's biggest celebrities.

Let's Google Israel rape German journalists to find some of the heavy media coverage.
Google search results show nothing but social media and alternative media.
Zero mainstream coverage as of this writing.
When mainstream media cover a news story, Link invariably shows up at the top of the Google search results.
So the absence of evidence of mainstream coverage of Anna Leek's story is definitely evidence of absence.
Adding, New York Times and Washington Post by the Google query didn't help.
It's almost as though the media don't want us to know that Israel is a nation of rapists and rapist enablers.
Israel prison guards train dogs to rape prisoners.
They rape prisoners to death with sticks.
The soldiers take selves dressing in the underwear of the women and girls they have murdered or raped.
Most of the Americans who pay for it all have no idea.
The Israeli public loves it.
If foreign pressure forces Israeli prosecutors, even look into such a case, a one in a million occurrence.
Israelis respond by turning out in large throngs to support the killer rapists and make them national heroes.
Israel is probably the only country in history with a right to rape movement that turns psychopaths who sodomize people to death with sticks into celebrity victims.
Think about it.
A prison guard who sodomized a prisoner to death with a stick appears on Israeli national television and plays the victim in the Israeli Jewish public laptop, rallying behind the killer rapists and agreeing that he, not the person he sodomized to death, is the real victim.
What does that say about the culture and psychology of the people to me?
Kevin Barrett, it says, if you see a Jew coming after you with a stick, you know, he's not going to cry out, but he's what he's going to do to you while he's wailing and playing the victim and profiting mightily from his victimization might be a whole lot worse than just striking you, Joe.
I think Kevin's got it right.

Yeah, well, they've carefully constructed monopolies to control absolutely 100% of the media here in America and a large percentage worldwide.
They control damn near 100% of the entertainment industry, and they control the educational publishing industry.
So all of the textbooks you get are all carefully rewritten to meet their narratives.
And they have a real problem, though, because even though Mulak Murdoch, the owner of Fox, was a devout Zionist, he ended up firing three critical hosts that he had on.
One of them was Tucker Carlson, one of them's Andrew Napolitano, and one of them is Clayton Morris.
And all of them set up websites, and all of them have millions of subscribers on their YouTube websites.
And all of them are getting around the boycott on the real press about what's really happening.
And they're doing a real service to humanity by exposing that.
And then you also have, in addition to that, you have Larry Ellison, who bought up several different media properties, including CBS.
And he had put in his little Zionist puppet, Barry Wise, who's not real wise, but she did a talk at the Federalists where she said that she's a perfect example of diversity because she's gay, she's pro-choice, she's Jewish, and therefore you should trust her to be pro-genocide because genocide is what's best for all of humanity.
These people are clinically insane and they're proving it daily.
And there's countries now that are banning Israeli passports, many in the Far East, but there'll be plenty more countries that are going to start banning Israeli passports.
This is going to be the mark of sin for this generation of people that believed in this particular Zionist hoax.
Anyhow, yeah, can't wait for Promise Ford to take these people out completely.

It turns out that whether they realize or not, and I suspect they had no idea, it's possible to unredact a whole lot of the redacted files just using a Xerox machine, a copy and paste.
It preserves the original text.
So a whole lot of those that have been released actually are very, very damning.
When you see the information that's redacted by virtue of this simple process, as Hal Turner, among others, has reported.

Well, that same Dropsite News Service got a hold of the TikTok video showing the process of how you can unredact those documents because they just used Adobe and put Adobe patches and you can go back and cut and paste and you can remove the patches.
So that was a little bit of a problem for him.
But then a guy named Ian Carroll, who's done a lot of really good research, he did an hour-long interview with what Dropsite News had just on the Adobe redactions with Epstein, and he was naming names.
It was absolutely fabulous.
And then supposedly, this is according to Jason Burmese, former employee with InfoWars.
He said that there's 1.7 million Epstein files that are going to be released.
And that because Congress passed a bill, Bondi has got to release them or she's going to be in contempt of Congress and they will absolutely prosecute her.
And then another one that's coming up, and this is one that I found this morning, Wolves and Finance did a 45-minute video on 110 LLC.
And this is the Charlie Kirk group that was diverting funds.
And he goes into the finance minister who went from being bankrupt in 2017 to owning a $6 million mansion completely paid for by funds that he diverted through a UPS PO box from, so it's a total embezzlement.
They took Charlie out.
And whether you believe he was killed or whether they faked the death and he's in hiding or whatever, regardless, they stopped the Doge report.
And that's going to expose that TPUSA was in the process of being a complete captive of Israel.
And that's why they decided to pull the plug on him.
And according to George Webb, this all goes back to DuPont.
And DuPont is a Jewish family that's been in charge of weapons production in the United States since before the War of 1812.
So they produced the most reliable gunpowder, and they've been involved in stage-setting every war in the United States since 1812.

Yeah, there's an attorney named Robert Guevara, G-O-U-V-E-I-A, who has a YouTube channel.
He put out a video on Friday, Ghislaine Maxwell Indictment Unsealed.
And that's the title of his video.
And it's 25 minutes long, includes testimony from the grand jury that was going on in the Ghislaine case in Southern District of New York, directed by Maureen Comey, although I doubt she's the prosecutor involved in this direct interrogation.
But he has testimony from the police officers that investigated it.
Yes, the mansion that he has with seven-story, it's the largest residence in Manhattan.
I don't think it's the largest in New York, but it's the largest there.
And it's a 119-page document.
And he does a real good job of speaking really quick and going just point by point with screen shares of all of the pages on the indictment where he's underlining the stuff in red so you can easily follow along.
You can pull up a copy of the indictment.
He lists that particular reference too.
So bottom line is, yeah, the House of Cards is collapsing around these people in every possible direction.
I can't wait for the final link to be that they pulled off 911 as a method to get us involved in Middle Eastern wars because that'll be the final nail in the Israeli coffin.

I think there's no doubt now that we know the COVID pandemic was manufactured.
And in 2019, for example, there are 30 million cases of the flu, but in 2020, only 3,000 because they simply relabeled 29,997,000 cases of flu as COVID produced the impression of a pandemic.
There's no increase in the rate of death in any age group during the pandemic, but that was astronomical after the facts.
Janet, welcome to the raw deal.

Well, thank you very much for having me on, James.
What you are citing is my most recent book that was published by Twine Day.
And prior to that, I also wrote and published a book titled Exile, which goes into the reality of why I have fled the U.S. and what the implications of this are.
And given the fact that I have filed a federal lawsuit, which is being completely ignored by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals,
given that I have appealed to my state representative, my U.S. representative in Congress, to do something about the fact that I am now under very severe protocols, given the fact, and he is being utterly stonewalled by the agencies responsible.
And given the fact that I am residing in Mexico and have appealed to the mechanismo, which is a federal agency, which is dedicated to protecting the rights of journalists and human rights defenders.
And listen to this.
The mechanismo has responded that I'm not a journalist.
I mean, yeah, this is getting kind of bizarre.
So I really appreciate the opportunity to discuss what has happened to me personally, as well as the implications of what has happened to me on your show.

We haven't met before.
And thank you for all your good work.
Janet, I've incurred some similar situations.
I got four appeals before the Court of Appeals here in Wisconsin, District 4.
They've been sitting on for a year.
So I've submitted a writ of mandamus to the Supreme Court to direct them to perform their duty.
I also have a case filed against Rumble and BitChute with the Western District of Wisconsin federal court, where the court has been just taking its time in resolving the jurisdictional issue of whether it's entitled to resolve the case, because according to the terms of service, for bit shoot and rumble, any dispute is to be settled by arbitration, not made public.
But this case involves over 900 video attacks having been launched against me and my colleagues by one source who is violating multiple laws of Wisconsin federal laws.
This is a form of criminal harassment and stalking, and it deserves public exposure.
So I've argued that is this really probably before the federal court.
I'm still optimistic that the court will rule in my favor, but it's taking a bloody long time to do it.
So I appreciate your situation, having been in somewhat similar circumstance.
Are you in the position with a, if you're at the Court of Appeals and you were denied at a lower level, right?
Where did your case go?
Yeah, that forms the core of the appeal because the lower court, which was the federal court in the district of Los Angeles, denied my original lawsuit and lied extensively on the record in order to deny it.
First of all, the judge involved, whose name is Holcomb, stated that one is not allowed to sue the federal government.
Well, good golly gee whiz, what about the Bill of Rights?
You know, what about all these lawsuits that have been filed against the federal government?
It makes no sense.
He also misstated the law, stating that because I was out of the country, protections, legal protections did not apply to me, and that's untrue.
And he missited that statute.
And the governing case is Reed versus Covert, which says that it certainly does apply to me.
So, you know, he just peed all over himself.
Excuse my language, but he peed all over himself in order to dismiss the case.
So I was given the opportunity a year and a half ago, almost two years ago, to rebut his contentions in the Ninth Circuit.
And I rebutted them adequately.
And the Ninth Circuit has fallen absolutely silent.
And I want to make it clear that the nature of the lawsuit, I'm not requesting any money whatsoever.
I am requesting an injunction.
I'm saying, stop this right now.
And what am I requesting stopping?
Because the lawsuit itself cites three causes of action that the involved agencies need to stop.
One is the fact that I'm being denied access to the legal system.
Lo and behold, what has the Ninth Circuit done?
Number two, I'm being denied medical care universally now.
And that is proven through the exhibits in the lawsuit.
And most importantly, I am stating that I am being attacked now with unconventional weapons on a daily basis.
And I want to clarify what I mean by unconventional weapons, because I am not claiming electronic weaponry is being used against me.
I am claiming that hardcore chemical weapons are being deployed against me.
And I have a statement from a medical professional stating that my diagnoses, and I do have diagnoses, although I have no treatment, are entirely in line with this sort of deployment.
So, you know, I am simply asking the court to instruct the agencies involved to stop it, not to give me any money, but to stop it.
So that's the nut of the matter.
Well, I sure wish you well.
How long has it been before the Court of Appeals?
It's been almost two years.
It's been a year and a half.
And after the court gave me the opportunity to rebut Judge Holcomb's contentions, and I rebutted it adequately.
The rebuttal is contained in a link that I believe I sent you, which appears on Hive blog.
Is this federal judge what?
What does it say?
Violating civil rights, something like that.
Anyway, so the court simply fell silent, which, you know, is further evidence that I am being denied access to the legal system.
Now, I'd like to discuss for a moment, because there are other lawsuits that have been filed containing more or less the same allegations that I'm making, which is that the government of the U.S. is attempting to assassinate me.
And now that's a bold statement, but believe me, having survived these chemical weapons attacks and having incurred the diagnoses that I have now incurred, I can state this with confidence.
Okay, one of the lawsuits was filed by a gentleman who was a CNN reporter and also a U.S.-born citizen named Karim, I believe it's Bilal Abdul Karim.
And he was working for various media venues when the U.S. tried in the Middle East.
He was reporting on the war in Syria and the U.S. tried to blow him up with drones on multiple occasions.
Now, He appeared, I believe, on the East Coast in a federal venue, and he was represented by multiple law firms, and his lawsuit was dismissed.
And he appealed to the Supreme Court and didn't get justice.
So his lawsuit was dismissed by the same judge who dismissed a prior lawsuit that was filed by the family of that Muslim cleric, also U.S. born, who was actually killed.
He was put on the kill list by Obama and was killed by a drone strike in the Middle East.
And the same judge, whose name is Rosemary Collier, also dismissed that lawsuit.
So what appears to be the case?

Go right ahead.
Yes, thank you, Jim.
So what appears to be going on is that the U.S. can kill whoever it wants.
And all this noise about due process and Bill of Rights is just a smokescreen.
Now, I'd like to make something clear.
Both gentlemen who I named in the previous segment who had filed lawsuits, failed lawsuits against the U.S. government.
One was Al Owaki, who was born in New Mexico and was put on the kill list by Obama and was subsequently killed without due process.
The second one, Bilal Abdul Karim, was born Darren Phelps in upstate New York, and he converted to Islam and has been covering the Syrian conflict.
Both of these men are Muslims.
I'm not a Muslim.
I am actually a U.S. citizen born from a mixed marriage.
My mother was Jewish and my father had been born into a Catholic family, although he left the church as soon as as quickly as his little legs would take him.
So it does appear that, you know, initially these protocols may be used against Muslims, but they're now being used against, you know, people who are not of an Islamic tradition.
And given the fact, and you can see this in this blog post that you've pulled up, that John Holcomb is lying extensively in his effort to dismiss my case, given that the appeals court, the Ninth Circuit, is declining.
I mean, the case is just hanging out there, you know, and this is a matter of my life.
Now, I have appealed to my U.S. Congressman, Rick Allen, and after some discussion, I was informed by Rick Allen's office.
Rick Allen is a Republican.
He's a congressman in Georgia where I maintain a permanent address.
And he said, oh, I'm sorry, this needs to be bumped up to the White House because the DOJ and the intelligence agencies aren't responding.
And we have no contacts at the White House.
Now, that is a bald-faced lie because Rick Allen, his candidacy for Congress was actually endorsed by Donald Trump.
So now I'm facing a similar situation.
I have then gone to the Democrat senator representing Georgia, whose name is John Ossif.
And I have appealed to his constituent services.
And I have a letter from signed by Ossif recently stating that, well, the DOJ and the intelligence agencies aren't responding to us, but we're working on it.
So I replied to it and say, and I wrote, please bump this up to the White House.
And then I followed this up with a phone call and left no response.
So, you know, I'm unfortunately, there are implications to this situation surrounding me.
And the first implication is of judicial corruption.
And lo and behold, a lot of my work, and the book that you mentioned at the breaking point of history does have one chapter dealing with judicial corruption.
It forms a core of my work because I have uncovered a vehicle through which it appears that multiple judges are being financially compromised.
That means they're accepting bribes.
And I have developed a mechanism for intervening in cases, and I have intervened rather successfully in a number of cases.
One of the cases is discussed in that book that you pulled up.
It is contained in a chapter called Justice in the Time of Corona, and it details the financial peculiarities attached to the honorable or not so honorable Michael B. Thornton, who is a federal judge.
And upon disclosure of Thornton's rather peculiar financial history, he freaked out and he dropped the case against the litigant Colt.
And the litigant, who is a fellow in Georgia whose name is actually revealed in the article, is very grateful to me because he stood to lose everything.
Thornton was threatening him with sanctions for simply trying to make his case.
And lo and behold, I took on another financial case in Georgia involving a gentleman named Mr. Butler.
And Mr. Butler had been arrested and charged with failure to pay income tax.
And upon the very next day after I contacted the judge with questions, only questions about her financial background, she let him go.
She opened up the jail cell and ordered him released.
And she subsequently, her name was Judge Ellen McAlea.
She subsequently retired.
A new judge took over and dropped all charges against Mr. Butler.
So these are two cases where I've intervened successfully, but there have been many, many more.
And I'm encouraging the listeners to research the methods I'm using to do this because if indeed judges are, shall we say, being encouraged financially to throw cases, and it appears that they are, we don't have a justice system.
And if by exposing the judges' financial irregularities, we'll be kind and call it irregularities, we're able to reinstate justice,
then this goes a long way towards a pattern and practice of whereby we can possibly reinstitute a fair and just system.
So my goodness, I talked a lot.
Well, I think those of us who've had encounters with what is called the justice system remain highly skeptical that it's capable of correction.
I'm very, very distressed myself based on my own experience.
Let me share.
The introduction to your piece here on your high blog.
Is this federal judge trying to block a civil rights action?
They're at it again.
A federal court judge is trying to avoid the fundamental constitutional question about the pension of the government to murder U.S. citizens.
On June 27th, federal judge John W. Holcomb dismissed case 2-24-05286-JWH-RAO with prejudice, which of course means it cannot be re-filed.
He cited sovereign immunity, meaning that the U.S. government cannot be sued, as well as lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
Let me add as an aside, Janet, they can, it seems to me, I've got a very peculiar case locally.
I live in this small village of Oregon, Wisconsin, just 10 miles south of Madison, only for four or five thousand residents, not even incorporated.
But we do have a chief of police.
We do have an Oregon Village president whom I've had to sue for non-performance of duty when I submitted to them complaints with massive evidence about these 900 video attacks.
I even cited all the Wisconsin statutes that were violated and even federal, and they refused to investigate.
I mean, the chief of police candidly said, we are not going to pursue this.
Now, if that were normal conduct, if this were a handful of cases rather than 900, if these were not serious violations of law, maybe that would be acceptable and excusable.
But I've argued, no, that this is a blatant violation of their responsibility.
I think you're in a situation similarly where you are arguing the government is in a blatant dereliction of duty, non-performance of its responsibility.
He, this Judge Holcomb, also attacked the substance of the petition for injunctive relief, calling the well-substantiated pleading, meaning he had lots of evidence, frivolous and malicious.
Sounds wrong to me.
In a further exercise of judicial power and prerogative, he attempted to deny subsequent notice of appeal filed in a timely manner by the petitioner.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals gave more latitude to the petitioner in the notice filed on July 12th.
This court cited Holcomb's decision and asked petitioner Janet Phelan, who's a contributing reporter with Activist Post, to state why she should be allowed to proceed as Judge Holcomb misstated both law and fact in his effort to garbage can this petition.
A reply was fairly easy.
Please note Janet Palin is not a lawyer and has entered the petition as a pro se litigant.
The blow did not constitute a formal pleading.
It was filed with the Ninth Circuit as a response to its query as to why she should be allowed a receipt.
I take it then, Janet, you're telling me you gave him a letter rather than a motion or a formal response.
I would say.
No, I gave him a formal response, Jim.
Okay, okay.
Well, then it's odd you say did not constitute a formal pleading.
So it's all in the record.
It's all on the docket, right?
You could go on electronically.
You could find all those records.
Correct.
Good.
And then what was this?
Was the last was your submission to them about this very point, right?
Correct.
And, you know, what was the date of that submission?
It was in July of last year.
July of last year.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Am I misspeaking?
It was in July of 2023.
2023?
Yeah.
Holy moly.
Yeah.
So they're trying to figure for years like that.
Yeah.
Have you considered filing a request for a writ of mandamus for the higher court to direct them to act on your plea?
Yeah, I am considering doing that.
I'm also considering the input from a retired attorney in Chicago who is extremely supportive of the kind of work I'm doing to re-file this in another venue because he's stating that California is rather notorious.
So I sure don't want to file this in Rosemary Collier's venue, which is on the East Coast, because she's known to dismiss these lawsuits.
She actually dismissed the lawsuit filed by Darren Phelps, aka Bilal Abdul Karim, a U.S. journalist, by stating that this constituted national security.
So apparently the DOJ came waltzing into court and said, oh, we can't even make a case here because this is all national security.
So now, so what this means is that national security, however you want to invoke it, trumps the right that we have to exist.
And I'd like to expand this perception further because I have cited three cases, the Alawauke case, the Kareem case, my case, all of which were given short shrift by the U.S. government.
But there are a number of individuals who are alleging now that their loved ones are dying because of court action in state guardianship courts.
And I've been following rather intensely a particular situation involving a woman named Joanne Bugalis,
who is a former Marine and also a licensed clinical social worker, who took her mother out of Minnesota and fled the country due to abusive, predatory, and frankly life-threatening decisions made by that person's guardian.
And I had the opportunity to sit in on a recent court session.
Bugalis is out of the country.
She has successfully petitioned in Greece for guardianship over her mother, and her mother is now safe from the abuses of the Minnesota Guardian.
And I listened firsthand to the abuse that was being heaped on Joanne Bugalis by the judge, the state court judge in Minnesota.
And he was calling her a criminal.
He was attempting to, well, he was endorsing an arrest warrant for her.
Apparently, the state isn't very happy when adult children take action to protect the lives of their parents.
And I would like to point out another case that I was involved in involving a former sheriff named Stuart Handy and his partner, Roger Hilligis.
And together, they removed Hilligas' mother from the home in which they were alleging she was being abused and brought her to safety.
And they were subsequently arrested and put in jail, both Hilligus and Handy.
And my intervention was along the lines of what I generally do in these cases of judicial, shall we say, questionable judicial activity.
And I researched the judges.
His name was Barry Breslow.
I researched his finances and I sent him a letter with some questions about his irregularities and his finances.
And the very next day he let Stuart Handy go.
So, you know, so this, so I'd also like to bring up a case that was recently adjudicated in Florida involving a guardian named Rebecca Fearley, who apparently killed off at least one of her clients.
And this case came to national attention, and Rebecca Fearley was given no jail time whatsoever.
She was put on probation.
So, you know, this issue of the government killing people seems to extend far beyond Alawaki, Karine, and myself.
Well, Janet, that's been well illustrated here with the Venezuela boat, you know, attacks, which are violations of international law.
We've killed over 90 people without any due process, without any interrogation, without any verification.
We're actually running drugs, which frankly I doubt very much.
We're going to required like 20 different refueling stops to get from Venezuela to the United States.
I think the whole story is a fantasy being propped up just as Trump has declared fentanyl to be a weapon of mass destruction.
So he can have a pseudo-justification for invading Venezuela, just as W had a pseudo-justification for invading Iraq for those weapons of mass destruction.
He later lampooned himself.
The whole thing was so absurd, ridiculous, and confounding.
I think with regard to your case, the idea of filing in a different venue is a very good one.
I'm worried about statute limitations here, whether they're letting this run out so you're no longer eligible.
You'd want to argue you're suffering continuing effects.
So it didn't simply end at the point where you previously filed, so you can justify re-filing.
Before we go further, I want to invite Joe's comments on all of the above.
Joe, join us.
Yes.
Well, we have 179 circuit courts that are federal courts, and then we have 686 district courts.
And then those judges, if they can't handle their workload, they are allowed to appoint magistrate judges that don't require any congressional approval at all.
So bottom line is you've got thousands of judges that are running around rogue.
And according to a report I read about four or five years ago, there has only been one federal judge impeached in the last decade.
And so that gives you an idea of what kind of a rogue environment they live in because you can't believe that you have a thousand judges that are all Boy Scouts and choir boys.
So, but getting back to her particular case, she mentioned Royer Rhodes Mary Collier, that's C-O-L-L-Y-E-R.
She was the one that was in charge of the FISA court and issued the warrants against everybody involved in the Trump campaign in order to be able to take out all of the competition.
And she retired from office in 2020.
So her last day was December 31st, 2020.
But she's been replaced by Jane Boesberg, B-O-A-S-B-E-R-G, who's also been involved in a lot of malicious attacks against President Trump.
So bottom line is, yeah, you have what is totally corrupt and highly partisan justice system.
So I agree with you 100% on that.
The research I have, I'm sorry, the research I've been doing on judges dates back a good 15 years to the first publication of this, which appeared in the San Bernardino County Sentinel in 2009.
And since that time, I have researched dozens and dozens of judges, both state court and federal.
And I have come to the conclusion that a full two-thirds of the judges research have, shall we say, the same type of irregularities in their financial profiles.
The same topic.
So that is a considerable number.

See, I worry about sitting it having been allowed to sit since 2023, whether even a writ of mandamus at this point would matter there.
The idea of re-filing in a different venue, I think, is very, very appropriate.
Constitutional protection for U.S. citizens abroad.
The district court erroneously concluded U.S. constitutional protections do not extend beyond national borders.
In support, court signed Smith versus U.S. 1991, which primarily dealt with jurisdictional status of Antarctica and is not relevant.
In addition, Smith versus U.S.'s case law, not a chancery case, the correct legal standard was established in Reed v. Covert, 1957, which held that United States citizens are entitled to constitutional protection even when abroad.
This principle remains a cornerstone of constitutional law and has not been overruled.
Second, the Central Intelligence Agency's conduct and chevron doctrine.
The appellant asserts that the CIA operates under rules that violate the constitutional oath taken by its officials, including Defendant Director Bill Burns and Director of Operation David Marlowe.
The Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raymonto undermines any claim that such rules could supersede constitutional protections.
The court clarified that executive branch interpretation of statutes may deserve respectful consideration.
They do not override judicial authority.
The ruling further states that agencies lack special confidence in resolving statutory ambiguities and that it is the court's role to resolve such ambiguities through independent legal judgment.
This is very well written, Janet.
I think your reasoning is impeccable.
Third, constitutional violations and lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
The appellant alleged multiple constitutional violations, including breaches of the 14th, 4th, and 5th amendments.
The 14th guarantees no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.
The fourth protects against unreasonable search and seizure.
The fifth ensures due process and protection against self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
If Ellen asserts not only constitutional protection, but further asserts the Ninth Circuit has already affirmed subject matter jurisdiction.
We could read more, but Janet, I'd be glad for you to comment on any of what we've been covering here further.
Well, the fact is that I am protected by the U.S. Constitution from this level of assault.
But this assault that I am enduring, and this goes directly to your concerns about what?
Yeah, that I may be exceeding the statute of limitations.
The assaults with chemical weapons are happening now on a daily basis.
So this means that this is happening every single night.
And it is, you know, the mechanisms for the assault are discussed in the case.
The subsequent diagnoses I have incurred, which are very concerning, are entirely in line with the sorts of attacks that I am being enduring.
And so, you know, I could potentially refile this.
And the question is, how in the world is John Holcomb sitting on the bench as a federal judge when he produces this level of incompetent response?
And is this actually a sign of what will happen in other venues?
Because I am becoming very concerned about what this plan to compromise the judiciary actually indicates.
And I am very concerned that U.S. Senator John Ossip is not able to squeeze a response to my request for constituent services from the Department of Justice or from the CIA.
They simply won't respond.
And I'm also rather concerned about his office's failure to respond to the suggestion that this be bumped up to the White House.
My life is in danger here.
And clearly, the country I'm residing in currently, which is in Mexico, is completely complicit with the U.S.'s program here.
So, you know, my situation highlights a number of different concerns, you know, one of which is the extent of and reach of the U.S. government in persuading otherwise sovereign countries to destroy the rights of those residing.
the countries.
And we saw this in COVID.
I believe there were a couple of countries who stood up against the COVID agenda.
The president of Tanzania, who mocked the PCP.

I pulled a blank there.
The PCR test.
And he actually sent a PCR test involving a slice of papaya to be analyzed.
And lo and behold, the papaya had COVID.
And he shortly thereafter died under very suspicious circumstances.
And Janet, there were three different African Republic presidents who did similar things.
I mean, you know, he was testing oil, samples of oil that had COVID.
The PCR test was inherently plawed.
It was a deliberate scam to create a pseudo-scientific justification for the claim of COVID being everywhere, because the way it was set up, it was guaranteed to develop a positive result regardless of the subject being sampled.
So you're 100% correct about that.
And it was part of this humongous plan.
We got this fellow who was president of Pfizer now admitting that they were out to deplete the world population by 50%.
Well, there are 8 billion people in the world.
He's talking about a plan to decimate 4 billion human lives.
He was admitting it.
Just absolutely outrageous, scunning.
And these African presidents who had the sensibility to test the COVID were exterminated.
I don't have any doubt they were terminated.
They were taken out because they were resisting the master plan for the great calling.

Well, you see, I think that COVID was kind of a dress rehearsal.
And I have been following very closely the efforts by the UN attached to the WHO to institute a worldwide pandemic treaty.
And, you know, I am very concerned that the next pandemic will involve a legal necessity of all seven sovereign countries to obey the dictates of an unelected central authority at the WHO.
And I think that the next pandemic is the one that we need to steal ourselves against.
But, you know, meanwhile, unfortunately, those who are coming up against certain agendas are being attacked and their lives are being destroyed.
And so anyway.
Let's bring Joe back into the conversation.
Joe, your thoughts all in your book.
Yes.
Well, I attended 50 medical freedom rallies in Texas starting in April of 2020.
Went all over the state, reported on it at Principia Scientific.
I wrote 10 articles about it, and then also interviewed a number of the individuals as a host on TNT Radio for two years.
And then this year on your False Flags and Conspiracy Conference, I did an hour-long presentation on allopathic racketeering, which covers a lot of this material.
But bottom line is, we had good probable cures for the bioengineered COVID, which I called Wuflu.
And that included hydroxychloroquine, butcinide, and ivermectin.
And the state of Texas was one of the leaders in making all of those protocols unavailable.
And then they ended up going nationally.
So I cover that.
But an interesting thing that I found out on Thursday, a doctor of nursing, he's a professor with a doctorate in nursing, John Campbell in the UK, does some charity work in Uganda.
And he went down to Uganda and he says, here's the medicines that you're not allowed to get in the UK.
And that includes ivermectin.
He said, I got ivermectin for 20 cents a tablet and then also iodine.
And so his YouTube video is titled Ivermectin and Iodine.
But what he got was produced as a generic drug in India and it cost him 20 cents a tablet.
State of Texas passed House Bill 4 requiring pharmacies to issue ivermectin to Texans without having a prescription.
But as of today, no pharmacy in Texas is selling it without a prescription.
They said, well, they don't have the packaging and with the inserts available.
So I had to go to the doctor and get a prescription, which cost me 200 bucks.
And then I go in to buy my tablets and I get 50 tablets for $190.
So I'm paying $5 a piece for the tablets and I'm getting 3 milligrams of ivermectin and he's getting 12 milligrams of ivermectin.
So basically, I'm paying as a Texan 80 times the amount of cost that it would be for generic ivermectin, the 2015 Nobel Prize-winning award in medicine, because it treats an enormous number of diseases and they don't want you treated for any disease.
And if you add the $200 that I spent getting a prescription, then I'm paying 160 times the amount of money that it takes per milligram to get ivermectin in a state where it's supposedly legal.
That's atrocious.
I want to bring to the table further concerns about pharmaceutical drugs because we're now seeing the existence and deployment of imposter pharmaceuticals.
And let me explain what that is.
The old Soviet Union was known to have deployed imposter pharmaceuticals as part of their efforts to assassinate certain political opponents.
And these imposter pharmaceuticals look like, you know, and are packaged like the ivermectin or the, You know, whatever hormone or antibiotic that you are used to procuring, but it's not the same.
And these imposters will produce death upon ingestion.
And lo and behold, I now have a number of these in my possession.
I attempted to turn imposter pharmaceutical traumadol over to the local police who refused to accept the evidence or to take a report.
So, you know, there's a lot of hanky-panky going on now.
And I am convinced that a lot of these imposter pharmaceuticals are being used to terminate the lives of those who are elderly and in nursing homes as well.
And there is at least one case that I was involved in involving the guardianship, the conservatorship of a gentleman named Charlie Castle in San Bernardino, I believe it was, or Riverside County.
And I wrote extensively on this.
And when Charlie died, suddenly, I was able to file a request for an autopsy.
And lo and behold, the toxicology report was removed from the file.
And so it was the toxicology report that would have indicated if Charlie had been given the imposter pharmaceutical and it was removed from the file.
So we're seeing, you know, we are seeing preventable deaths of the elderly and the vulnerable and those under guardianship and those in nursing homes.
And, you know, this needs to be further attended to.
I want to make something clear.
And I know we don't have much time left, but the situation surrounding me now, which is advanced and bizarre and indicates, you know, a really concerted agenda here, was launched because of my mother's guardianship,
which took place in the empire and resulted in her death.
And I have documented the attempts to murder my mother and my taking her to the emergency room close to death.
And that I was subsequently served with a restraining order, which the judge saw, Judge Stephen Cunnison saw fit to never bring to hearing.
So I was permanently restrained from my mother, whose life I had just saved, you know, without due process.
So, you know, we're seeing similar sorts of machinations now regarding the fate of the elderly in multiple venues.
My mother happened to have a doctorate in psychology and had worked most of her life as either an educator or a clinician, and she had just retired.
And this is really inappropriate that our government has unilaterally decided who was a doctorate in psychology and a doctorate in psychology and a doctorate in psychology is going to kill and when and how.
So I wish I could tell you that your case is unique, but I think there are hundreds of thousands of Americans who are in similar plight vis-a-vis the judicial system, though with variations obviously appropriate to their particular circumstances.
So I think you're fighting the good fight Janet, but it's one that many Americans are also addressing in different venues.
I do think to refile in a different venue, strengthen the case as much as you can, maybe submit a writ of mandamus here.
Regarding the older case, I don't see why you couldn't do both, but i'd say you know I I would encourage you to continue to fight.
It sound to me like the fellow who's advising you is is good.
Uh, I think he's competent and as you pro se, is pro se myself now, and i've carried case pro se all the way to the?
U.s Supreme Court, I can tell you it's worth the effort.
And because you are pro se, there are certain advantages in terms of formality.
For example, when I went to the Supreme Court, I didn't have to have the formal printing of my petitions and so forth.
I was able to do it at far less expense uh, and and because you, you're not constrained by lawyers uh, who not only have exorbitant fees for their services but frankly, may not be able to do you any more good than you can do yourself.
So i'm unfortunately, we're seeing where lawyers are are behaving in very problematic uh ways.
Some of them are anyway, so I thank you for that, Jen.
I want to get Joe in here for his final reflection.
Joe, go right ahead, yeah.
Well, the popular uh popular popular popular, popular riddle when I was in divorce court is, why do they bury attorneys 20 feet deep?
Because, deep down, they're nice folks.
And as far as the pharmaceutical industry, 95 of our pharmaceuticals are uh manufactured abroad, the majority in India and China, and the FDA sends them a notice once a year that we're going to be inspecting your plant on such and such a date.
They send an inspector over or they hire a local inspector who's FDA certified.
And then that doesn't include the 5 percent of pharmaceuticals that are manufactured in the United States that actually just combine precursors that are manufactured by China and India.
So you want to know why you're unhealthy.
Maybe because we've made Enemies out of everybody in the world, and they figured out a way to poison us without us even noticing it's happening.
And the FDA and CDC are provable criminal conspiracies involved in every one of these issues, going all the way back to thalidomide, going back with the whole vaccine schedule, doing everything that Robert Kennedy's been uncovering with the Make America Healthy movement and more.
It's just absolutely atrocious.
Like I said, I attended 50 medical freedom rallies.
I could go into enormous detail about the criminal behavior of the pharmaceutical industry.

And China just said that they're not going to allow exporting of any silver at all.
So that's going to be a big kink in the supply chain network for that, too.
Yeah, you want to elaborate just a tad on that?
Yeah, colloidal silver has been shown to have medical benefits.
And they use silver a whole lot in the medical industry because it is anti-septic and anti-aerobic.
So bottom line is you have an element that's used for a whole bunch of different venues, very, very big in electronics, useful in a whole bunch of different things in society.
And it was a dollar an ounce when they made silver dollars.
And now silver dollars going for $80.
So it kind of gives you an idea of what the actual underlying scheme of the Federal Reserve was.
