Reports say when the Ford departs, her AIS was off.
The last ping from the automated identification signal was when she arrived from the Virgin Islands on December 1st.
First, yesterday, Erewhon currently maintains favorable ties with Trump, joined Maduro and advised him to keep open lines of communication with the United States 2 after completing a resupply operation that Gerald Ford returned to the Southern Caribbean third.
Trump reshared a Fox article claiming a U.S. attack on Venezuela should serve as a warning to Vladimir Putin.
Finally, the Congress of Peru has approved a measure allowing U.S. military personnel to enter the country with war-grade weapons taken together.
These developments indicate that American forces may soon initiate the first phase of military action, likely beginning with airstrikes against Venezuela.
This is all colossally stupid.
There's nothing the United States can do to signal to Vladimir Putin.
That's a terrible idea.
Russia's already provided Maduro with Russian-made anti-ship missiles, which are the best in the world.
They're unstoppable.
And with the S-400 anti-missile anti-aircraft system, if the United States attacks Venezuela, it's going to be a calamity, not for Venezuela, but for the United States.
Meanwhile, Colonel McGregor calls for the suspension or actually this.

I'm all for Senator Slotkin and I, along with others who also served in the military and the intelligence communities, we released a video with a simple message to service members that they must refuse illegal orders.
Nothing was controversial about that.
Everyone is absolutely right.
And there's nothing controversial about disobeying illegal orders.
It's an element of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
I myself, as a Marine Corps officer, gave instruction in the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
So this is not surprising.
It's not out of the ordinary.
What is astonishing is that the Commander-in-Chief and the Secretary of Defense don't seem to understand either the rules of war or international law or the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
I mean, how bad is that?
Meanwhile, the U.S. Navy has deleted a video of the October board attack.
When you have survivors, you're under an obligation to support them, to rescue them, to preserve them, to defend them.
Here's a report about it.
On a crystal blue sea, multiple explosive assaults in the sky have blown small boats to pieces almost always and in the lives of those on board.
Only twice, to our knowledge, have survivors been identified as a smoke cleared.
On September 2nd, two survivors were identified clinging to the wreckage of the boat when another strike was ordered that summarily ended the lives of those survivors.
I suspect, by the way, that was to ensure they couldn't explain they were fishermen or they were out on a recreational boating exercise.
They most certainly, in my opinion, were not narco-drug dealers.
There ought to have been, had it been properly done, an interdiction aboard the craft, determining whether there were narcotics aboard and handling it in a proper fashion in accordance with due process and international law.
The story continues.
On the 17th of October on 14:30, the smoke cleared from the strike and two survivors were identified.
This time, they were retrieved from the wreckage and brought on board the USS Ewojima.
Interestingly, I was aboard the USS E Rojima, anchored out in Kaochung Harbor, when the executive officer of my mortar battery, of which I was the fire direction officer, awakened me at 3:30 a.m. to tell me that JFK had been hit.
And then an hour later awakened me again to tell me they'd caught the guy that was a communist.
I thought that was pretty fast work.
We know now why.
What transpired after those individuals were brought on board proves that we're in an entirely new paradigm within the U.S. military, one in which video and photographic material is deleted.
U.S. military service members are asked to defy standing protocol and code and human being disappear from record as they're summarily and without trial return to what is purported to be their native country.
This is just outrageous, really, truly outrageous.
And it astonishes me that the United States has come to such a low state that we would engage in such actions.

And it was frankly shocking to me how little the students we were encountering, not only in this class we teach, which is a very large class, international relations about crisis decision making, but students more generally.
And that's why I mentioned the social media piece of it, because when you would try to talk to them to engage in some kind of reasonable discussion, it was very difficult because they did not know history, they had very little context, and what they were being told on social media was not just one-sided, it was pure propaganda.
And so when you think about how to tell Israel's story, and it's important, it's not just looking internally, it's looking externally, and particularly looking at young people, because it's not just the usual suspects, it is a lot of young Jewish Americans who don't know the history and don't understand.
Eric, I was talking to Condi Rice, and you know, she said in an interview that I did after the 20-point plan came out, she and I were on CBS, and she said, you know, when people were chanting from the river to the sea, she would ask the students what river, what sea they didn't know.
I had the same experience.
A lot of the challenge is with younger people.
More than 50% of young people in America get their news from social media.
So just pause on that for a second.
They are seeing short-form videos, some of them totally made up, some of them not at all representing what they claim to be showing.

I'm being prosecuted by the badly misnamed campaign against anti-Semitism.
At a brief hearing held in Washington Magistrate Court this morning, I was charged over a single meme where it was alleged I posted on, which it is alleged I posted on Twitter back in December of 2021.
It is said to contravene 518.1 S.18 and S.19 of the Public Order Act, which deal with words or behavior or display of written material intended to incite racial hatred.
See, that term hatred, it's so vague, it's so nebulous, you can use it for virtually any occasion, or which, with regard to all the circumstances, racial hatred is likely to be stirred up thereby.
So if we point out that Israel is committing genocide, which is a fact, is that stirring up racial hatred?
Because you ought to assume a negative attitude toward anyone who commits genocide.
And in this case, it's Israel.
Of course.
This is why they expand the definition of anti-Semitism to include any criticism of Israel.
It's outrageous.
But that's what they're doing to defend themselves by silencing their critics because they can't handle the truth.
The magistrate today said that the alleged offense is one which on conviction would carry a prison sentence of at least two years.
And so the case would have to go to Crown Court as it happened.
I am content with that decision, since I'd far rather be tried by a jury than by a police stamp magistrate court.
So this is taking place in the United Kingdom.
I am therefore now due to appear in Southwark Crown Court shortly before Christmas for the next stage of the prosecution.
My legal defense team last month invited the Crown Prosecution Service to take over the case, but they refused to do so.

Two days ago, a time published a report.
Zelensky's government sabotaged oversight, allowing corruption to fester, which focuses on allegations Zelensky et al. siphoned off and laundered $100 billion from the state-owned nuclear power country Intergodhan.
Quote, Mr. Zelensky's administration supervisory board for failing to stop the corruption.
But it was Mr. Zelensky's government itself that neutered Intergodum Supervisory Board, the Times found.

It's not clear why the Times has now decided to shift its report from Zelensky the Messiah to Zelensky the crook to me.
One of the most interesting details to emerge from the scandals following recently reported in the Kiev, independent, the Kiev Appeal Court ordered on December 3rd the release of Ruslan Mohamed Ralusov,
a detective with Ukraine National Anti-Corruption Bureau, who had been investigating the country's largest corruption case involving the state-run nuclear power monopoly, Intergodham.
So he actually incarcerated the guy who was investigating the case.
It's like Amazon banning my book on Sandy Hook.
This is like being sued by one of the fake Sandy Hook parents to keep the information out of the public domain.
This is like the judge not admitting any of my evidence so he could declare there was no disputed evidence and render a summary judgment.
I mean, the corruption is not just in Ukraine.
The corruption is right here in the USA.
Critics argued the arrest of Mohamed Rasilov was part of a crackdown on Ukraine's anti-corruption institutions, describing it as a political move.
Yes, no doubt.
Mohamed Rod, the head of the detective unit, and his 65-year-old father, Sentabur, arrested by Ukraine security service in July, a day before President Zelensky signed a law that took away the independence of the board, the anti-corruption bureau,
and specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office.

If you're corrupt, you don't want any pesky anti-corruption investigation.
So let's just sign a law, abolish the board, and arrest anyone participating in the investigation.

In World War II, he's flying against Japanese.

If the Japanese had happened upon him and had killed him while he was floating in the water, that we would have said that's a war crime.
So, what that's the standard.
Once, you know, if somebody's shooting at you, you can shoot back.
But in the case of these boats, they're not even shooting back.
And I think it was a point that was made on one of your conversations yesterday, either with Mearsheimer or I don't recall who else, but that, you know, the Coast Guard has reported to the Congress the number of interdictions it's done.
And not a single one of those did they have to use lethal force.
They stopped the boats, they detained the people, they inspected the boats.
And in many cases, like I thought it was like 30%, maybe more, there were no actual, they thought there were drugs on board.
They had what they thought was good intelligence, but it turned out there weren't drugs on board.
So they had to let the people go.
In those cases where there were drugs on board, they arrested the individuals, took the drugs into possession.
What Donald Trump is doing, though, the foundation for this was laid by George W. Bush when he got permission from DOJ to torture people.
Now, that's illegal, but we got used to it.
Anyway, they're terrorists.
As long as we call them terrorists, we can kill them.
And yet, unless somebody's got a gun short, serious bombing.
All right, now I'm going to go to this lesson.

That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities, and that one would be set off in one minute in front of the library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs, but there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.

Meanwhile, there's so many important news stories that I'm going to share with you, including the one I began here, Trump Admin's new U.S. National Security Strategy signals a divorce from NATO over Ukraine by Larry Johnson, where the clip I just played, of course, had to do with Venezuela with Ray McGovern and Judge Napolitano.
Get this.
The 2025 National Security Strategy, NSS, of the United States, released by the White House on December 4th, marks a potentially profound shift in U.S. foreign policy under President Donald Trump's second administration as compared to his first.
This 33-page document explicitly embraces an America-first doctrine, rejecting global hegemony and ideological crusades in favor of pragmatic transactional realism focused on protecting core national interests,
homeland security, economic prosperity, and regional dominance in the Western Hemisphere.
If only one wonders why we didn't have this from Trump in the past.
One wonders if this is because he's under so much criticism for putting Israel first and for his opposition to releasing the Epstein files if he has nothing to hide.
We all, I believe, have concluded that is far removed from the truth.
They're best friends for 10 to 15 years, depending on the telling.
And I believe Donald Trump in relation to these child sex trafficking, Epstein videotaping, operation of Jeffrey Epstein on behalf of Israel has a lot of explaining to do.
And I do not favor letting him off the hook, nor I believe do most Americans.
So he may be now trying to compensate by actually becoming America first, because he has not been in the past.
Get this, the NSS.
It critiques past U.S. overreach as a failure that weakened America, positioning Trump's approach as a necessary correction to usher in a new golden age.
The strategy prioritizes reindustrialization, aiming to grow the U.S. economy from 30 trillion to 40 by the 2030s, border security, and deal-making over multilateralism or democracy promotion.
It accepts a multipolar world, downgrading China from a pacing threat to an economic competitor and calling for selective engagement with adversaries.
Yet, Donald Trump's action during the first 11 months of his presidency has been inconsistent, even contradictory to the rewritten strategy.
Yes.
This is unapologetically partisan, crediting Trump personally for brokering peace in eight conflicts.
Frankly, I think this is ridiculous.
India, Pakistan, Zeastfire, Gaza, Hossein, return, Rwanda, DRC agreement, among the examples, and securing a verbal commitment at the 2025 Hague Summit for UN member for NATO members to boost their defense spending to 5% of GDP.
It elevates immigration as a top security threat, advocating lethal force against cartels if needed, and dismisses climate change and net zero policies as harmful to U.S. interests.
They also have no scientific foundation whatsoever.
The scientific evidence contradicts, it debunks, it actually demolishes all the climate change rhetoric and propaganda.

Trump's NSS signals a dramatic change in U.S. policy toward the war in Ukraine by essentially dumping responsibility for helping Ukraine on the Europeans.
The portion of the NSS dealing with Ukraine is delusional with respect to the military capabilities of the European states.
This is now quoting from the document.
We want Europe to remain European, to regain its civilizational self-confidence, and to abandon its failed focus on regulatory supplication.
This lack of self-confidence is most evident in Europe's relationship with Russia.
European allies enjoy a significant hard power advantage over Russia by almost every measure, save nuclear weapons.
That's ridiculous.
The Russians have overwhelming military superiority in non-nuclear weapons.
All their missiles, their planes, their torpedoes, their ship weapons.
Russia is superior in every way.
This is to call it delusional, is to put it mildly.
Continuing.
As a result of Russia's war in Ukraine, European relations with Russia are now deeply attenuated, and many Europeans regard Russia as an existential threat.
Managing European relations with Russia requires significant U.S. diplomatic engagement, both to reestablish conditions of strategic stability across the European landmass and to mitigate the risk of conflict between Russia and European states.
It is a core interest of the United States to negotiate an expeditious cessation of hostilities in Ukraine in order to stabilize European economies, prevent unintended escalation or expansion of the war, and reestablish strategic stability with Russia,
as well as to enable the post-hostilities reconstruction of Ukraine to enable its survival as a viable state.
Ukraine war has had the perverse effect of increasing Europe's, especially Germany's external dependency.
Today, German chemical companies are building some of the world's largest processing plants in China using Russian gas that they cannot obtain at home.
The Trump admin finds itself at odds with European officials who hold unrealistic expectations for the war, perched in unstable minority governments, many of which tramp on basic principles of democracy to suppress opposition.
Yes, we're finding that in Germany, in France, and in England.
A large European majority want peace, yet that desire is not translated into policy, in large measure because of those government subversion of democratic processes, just as right here at home.
This is strategically important to the United States, precisely because European state cannot reform themselves if they are trapped in political crisis.
End of quotation.
Not surprisingly, this section of Trump's NSS sparked a panicked outcry in Europe.
European leaders, former Swedish PM Carl Bilt, called it to the right of the extreme right, warning of alliance erosion.
Analysts at the Center for Strategic and International Study praised its pragmatism, but flag short-sightedness, predicting a lowlier, weaker U.S. China U.S. China views reassurances on sovereignty positively, but remains wary of economic pressure in the U.S.
Democrats, such as Representative Jason Groe, deem it catastrophic for alliances, specifically NATO.
Frankly, I like it.
Overall, the strategy signals a U.S. pivot inward, forcing NATO allies to self-fund security while risking fractured partnerships with Europe.
It positions America as a wealthy hemispheric power in a multipolar order, betting on dealmaking and industrial survival to sustain global influence without overextension.

There's always something new and exciting coming out of Washington last week.
The story centered on the presumed prerogative of the United States to kill people anywhere in the world without necessarily having to make the legal or moral case that they deserve death.
Inexorably, the impulse to do just that derives from the very top of the government system with President Trump having on a number of occasions verbalized his national security policy, such as it is, and that new NSS would actually give it coherence if it were to be implemented and acted upon, but it has not been.
Trump claims that whenever the administration encounters enemies of the U.S., the newly renamed Secretary of War, and what a stupid idea that was, would exercise the right to kill him.
Trump claims that the president can do whatever he wants.
Don't you remember Richard Nixon said that if the president does it, it's legal.
Suggesting that he has never read the U.S. Constitution, I have no doubt he's never read the Constitution.
He doesn't understand the law.
He doesn't understand the constraints under which he acts as president.
He just thinks he's running a big giant country.
He can do anything he damn well pleases.
Admittedly, the brain adult Trump is not the first U.S. president to adopt such a de facto policy of la tait la moi, meaning the state is me, though he may be the first to openly admit it.
George W. Bush legalized torture through his embrace of the global war on terror, which was manufactured by the events of January 9-11 of 9-11, which were staged.
I mean, that was a false-like attack.
The buildings, of course, were really destroyed.
People did really die.
What was an Israeli op with the complicity of the CIA, the neocons, and the Department of Defense, and Mossad.
With him as the new sheriff in town, he is succeeded by Barack Obama, who held weekly meetings in the White House to draw up a list of American citizens and others overseas to be assassinated by drones.
Wow.
He notably killed the two Al-Aquays, a father and son from Arizona, residing in Yemen in that fashion.
Joe Biden went further by proxy, providing Israel with the arms and political support to carry out the genocidal death of a minimum of 100,000 Gazans.
When privately challenged by the staff on the policy, he responded, I am a Zionist and refused to consider pressuring Net Yahoo to moderate his actions.
That's a kind of spineless, gutless cowards we have occupying the White House.
Though, of course, I've made the pace repeatedly that this Biden person was a walking cadaver, not the real Joe from Delaware.
They didn't have the manner, the mind, the articulation, the style, the signature, not the same guy, an imposter.
Joe, as far as I can tell, died in 2017, which a granddaughter even confirmed, saying, But the family liked being in politics, so they had, you know, body doubles playing the role.
But when it comes to Trump, one has to give him credit for his ability to turn multiple deaths into an ongoing comic routine, complete with making up funny but demeaning names for the women journalists that question him during press conferences in the past few weeks.
Trump's insult tantrums and threats have exploded.
To Nancy Corda, CBS White House correspondent, he whined, are you stupid?

And he complained that the New York Times correspondent Katie Rogers was third-rate ugly, both inside and out.
But the most extreme put-down went the White House correspondent Catherine Lucy, quiet, quiet piggy.
Even worse went the Democrat lawmakers who told military members to defy illegal orders they were described by as guilty of sedition, punishable by death.
I mean, it is so absurd.
And we're talking about the man who's President of the United States more Phil Giraldi.
As a man obsessed by himself, Trump has, in his own mind, elevated every slaughter into a narrative that demonstrates his own genius and political savvy.
Last week, Trump hosted two major events that demonstrate how low the leadership of the United States of America will go to promote nonsense.
The first was a gathering at the United States Institute of Peace, where what was ostensibly designated the site for the signing of a peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo turned out to be all about Trump, both literally and figuratively.
Earlier in the year, when the Department of Government Efficiency, headed by Elon Mosk, was in bloom, stripping jobs and work from the government payrolls.
The Institute of Peace was more or less seized and shut down by White House intervention, which included Trump describing the Institute as a bloated, useless entity.
It was a move that is now being disputed in court as the Institute is largely government funded and created by a law passed by Congress, but it's not under control of the executive branch.
Wow.
Currently, however, the Institute had been rebranded in the front of its building on Connecticut Avenue in the District of Columbia's now large bronze letters above its name spelling out Donald J. Trump.
A clear allusion to the president-purported expertise as a peacemaker.
Oh, God, what a joke.
The State Department announced on Monday the Institute had been renamed the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace to honor and replace the greatest deal maker in our nation's history.
Trump claims to have brought peace to eight international conflicts, though that assertion has been widely debunked and even ridiculed.
Deservedly so.
Trump adding his name to a building facade appears to be a continuation of his effort to portray himself as a great diplomatic deal maker as he campaigns for a Nobel in 2026, a distinction he appears to greatly covet.
This is all so embarrassing, and it's all so accurate.
I just tell you, Phil Girwaldi is an act for telling the truth in very true, clear, convincing language.
Meanwhile, Senator Kelly, and you heard him earlier, as a part of this group, had simply emphasized that you have an obligation not to follow illegal orders, which, as I've mentioned before, I taught as a Marine Corps officer to recruits at the San Diego Recruit Depot.
I mean, it's a part of the UCMJ.
Give me a break.
So, Trump understands none of this, none of this.

...system through the big banks, the too-big-to-fail banks, control the media through the corporate cartels.
They control the war machine, which goes out and does regime change, of any country that tries to escape being part of the drug operation.
It's a closed circuit, and the control is in the hands of the same small group of people that have controlled world economics since the Second World War.

Well, Alan Dershowitz is weirdly involved on so many fronts all the way back to the 80s in your research.
Alan Dershowitz is the name that keeps popping up.
Well, what I found out right at the beginning is that this question of where did the money come from?
Because clearly Epstein was spending tens of millions of dollars to buy an island, to buy a plane, to buy influence, to get himself on the inside.
So he plugged into this network that was the Michael Milken junk bond network.
And from my research in the 1980s, along with an associate Jeffrey Steinberg, and by the way, Whitney Webb was a little bit involved in this research also.
What we found was that the Milken Drexel Burnham junk bond operation, which was tens of billions of dollars in the 80s, was funded by organized crime money laundering.
And that the people who were the junk bond dealers were either one generation removed from, or even in some cases, connected to the Meyer-Lansky, Lucky Luciano, Max Fischer, Longy Zwillman mob from the 1920s, from the Prohibition period.
Now, they had money.
They had plenty of money from prostitution, from prohibition, then later from drugs, but they needed a way to launder it.
And this is what Bear Stearns provided.
This is what Drexel Burnham provided.
He could come in with bags of money to Michael Milken.
He would then take one of the other organized crime types like Nelson Peltz or Michael Steinhardt, whose father was Red Steinhardt, who was the bagman for Lansky.
So here you have piles of money coming in.
And what do they do?
They buy junk bonds and use that to take over corporations, mergers and acquisitions, leverage buyouts.
And this continued during the 80s.
It ended in the late 80s with the RJR and Nabisco takeover, which was $25 billion.
And they concluded at that point, this doesn't work anymore.
It's too hard to channel the money through the Federal Reserve and the money circulation.
So they came up with a new method.
Yeah.
called collateralized debt obligations, whether it's mortgage-backed securities, credit card compilations, basically something where you can't trace where the money's coming from.
Well, I had Brad Birkenfeld on, who ended up being spent a few years in jail, but he was also awarded the most amount of money for a whistleblower.
And he, I had him on multiple times, and he had this list of all this money laundering that was going on through Swiss banks and other major international banks.
And there was something like 18,000 names that they would not have released.
And they blacked them all out and kept it as top secret in the process of him exposing all this.
So they have a process of continuing to do this kind of laundering and at the same time protecting the top criminals who are doing it.
Well, you take a look at Epstein.
He emerges from a very interesting network.
Again, people don't put these things together.
Donald Barr, who is the father of William Barr, the attorney general for Trump, was the person who got Epstein his job at Dalton School in New York, where he was discovered by Ace Greenberg, the CEO of Bear Stearns.
Now, people like Greenberg are always looking for people of questionable morals who will do things that are illegal, who will avoid the full regulatory process, who can be relied upon to do that.
That's why pedophiles, right?
That's why pedophiles are often promoted because they fit that prototype.
Well, in this case, you see that the immorality was not just sexual, but he didn't care who was hurt.
Same thing with Milken.
Milken is now hailed as a philanthropist and a guy who democratized capitalism.
What he did is he took the money from organized crime and used it to build empires, like Ronald Perlman's empire, the Nelson Peltz.
One of the important ones for Epstein was a man named Mishulam Rickless.
Does that name ring a bell?
I've heard his name.
Well, Rickless was the promoter of Pia Zadora in the 70s.
He was going to make her a star.
He got his start working for Louis Rosenstiel, who was one of Lansky's guys.
It's just amazing stuff.

Now, if you also look into it a little bit deeper, if you look at the staff on that branch specifically, it says zero.
It says there's nobody employed in that branch, yet they're pouring $5 million into funds for employees.
