	Well, this is Jim Fetzer, your host on RBN Live the 16th day of October, 2025.
	And we have a lot going on here today.
	The stories are rather focused on what happened in Gaza, the peace plan, which looks increasingly like it's not authentic, like it's a SOP, even an opportunity for the IDF to regroup.
	So where will we begin?

	Israel gets what it wants initially.
	In the latest case, the release of the remaining Israeli hostages, which has taken place, while it ignores or violates every other phase until it resumes its attack on the Palestinian people, he's got it right.
	Meanwhile, Gazans are concerned.
	They view Trump's plan in the future with pessimism.
	Things will go back to the way they were or even worse.
	Palestinians in the Strip have no illusion about the possibility of a lasting peace or the promised reconstruction.
	And the photographs of the devastation are appalling.
	Finay Al-Arj has not been able to return to her home in the Al-Nasser neighborhood of Gaza City, but she already knows the house has been damaged by Israeli bombs.
	The structure is still standing.
	And this Palestinian woman is planning to use plastic sheeting or pieces of broken furniture to improvise windows, doors, and cover the walls and move in with her husband and six children ages 16 to 4 in Gaza.
	There is no construction material to repair the 92% of buildings completely destroyed or severely damaged by bombing, according to UN estimates.
	As winter sets in, many Gazans have no home to return to at all.
	Meanwhile, anywhere.com, Israeli forces continue to kill Palestinians in Gaza despite the ceasefire.
	Israeli forces continue to kill Palestinians in Gaza on Wednesday, despite a ceasefire deal that was signed last week, as Israel has issued warnings against approaching the yellow line, referring to the line that Israeli troops withdrew to when the truth went into effect on Friday.
	At least one was killed by an Israeli attack in Con Yunus, southern Gaza on Wednesday.
	Al Jazeera reported, citing sources at the Nasser Hospital.
	According to Palestinian new agency, WAFA, at least two Palestinians were killed by an Israeli drone in Gaza City's eastern Shuja neighborhood a day earlier.
	At least five were killed in the same neighborhood while inspecting their homes, according to Gaza's civil defense.
	The IDF claimed they crossed the yellow line and pose a threat, but did not allege they were armed.
	Any excuse to kill a Palestinian, they'll take it.
	In fact, they don't even believe they need any special excuse.
	Here's Sander Hooks, Peace in Gaza, the path forward.
	He's organized a conference.
	No one knows if the new ceasefire will last, but the whole world will not quite, except for Israel, would want it.
	The genocide of at least 67,000 in Gaza was and is unconsciousable.
	A majority of global citizens felt their hearts sink.
	So we spoke up and demanded change.
	The title for this Sunday's event at the 15th Week of Meeting was Breaking the Cycle of Violence in Gaza.
	But the sudden ceasefire inspired us to change it to Peace in Gaza.
	Other friends at the meeting were bold enough to remove the question mark.
	I don't think so.

	I don't know who first coined this saying that an Israeli ceasefire means you cease and we fire, but it proved reliably accurate time after time.
	The IDF reported it killed nine Palestinians trying to return to their homes today under the usual justification that they were traveling in some kind of unauthorized area in ways the troops felt threatened, blah, blah, blah.
	They did this all the time during the previous ceasefire at the beginning of the year using the exact same excuses.
	Just as we speculated the other day might happen, Israel announced that it's going to cut the aid it allows into Gaza in half and get off fuel and gas shipments because Hamas hasn't returned the bodies of all the dead Israeli hostages.
	Israel was fully aware when it signed the agreement that Hamas would not be able to deliver the bodies of all the hostages right away due to the rubble and chaos caused by the Israeli bombing campaign in Gaza.
	Thus, Israel was already 100% aware Hamas would be unable to return the bodies of all the dead hostages because of the conditions created by the bombing campaign.
	They plan to use this to justify torching the ceasefire agreement before it even began.
	The Trump and Yahoo administration is already sabotaging the ceasefire.

	On October 9th, CNN published an article titled Israel Assesses Hamas May Not Be Able to Return All Remaining Dead Hostages, which reported that the Israeli government is aware that Hamas may not know the location of or is unable to retrieve the remains of some of the 28 remaining deceased hostages.
	The Red Cross says that finding all the bodies of the hostages will be a massive challenge in all the rubble created by Israeli airstrikes in the areas where hostages were being kept.
	Yes, yes, yes.
	But any excuse to kill Palestinians.
	Meanwhile, Trump, Israel, could resume attacks in Gaza, quote, as soon as I say the word.
	President Trump said on Wednesday that the Israeli military could resume attacks in Gaza, quote, as soon as I say the word, if Hamas doesn't disarm.
	And of course, they can't disarm because that would be suicide.
	When asked by CNN what would happen if Hamas doesn't give up its weapons, Trump said, I think about it, Israel will return to the streets as soon as I say the word.
	If Israel could go in and knock the crap out of them, they'd do that.
	The president said that he had to hold Israel back and that he had it out with BB, referring to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who suggesting Israel is ready to restart the genocidal campaign.
	Of course, of course, of course.
	Who had any doubt about it?
	Meanwhile, the United Nations, No, the U.S. says Hamas is not violating the Gaza ceasefire deal.
	The U.S. Two senior U.S. officials said Wednesday that Hamas was not violating the Gaza ceasefire deal, pushing back on Israeli claims that the Palestinian group was in violation of the agreement because it didn't immediately release all the bodies of deceased Israeli hostages.
	Hamas said on Wednesday it has released all the remains of Israeli captives that it could access and that the rest needed to be recovered from the rubble before the ceasefire deal was signed.
	Israeli official acknowledged some of the bodies may not be found and the agreement established a mechanism for information sharing on the process of retrieving the remains.
	We've heard a lot of people saying, well, you know, Hamas violated the deal because not all the bodies have been returned.
	I think the understanding we had with them was we get all the live hostages out, which they did honor.
	An advisor to President Trump told reporters.
	But of course, they're going to look for any way they can slide or insult Hamas and continue the killing.
	Meanwhile, here we have a professor, I think at Berkeley, talking about what's going on is a form of human sacrifice.
	This guy's good.
	And because this is going to go on YouTube, there are certain words I cannot say.
	So just to warn you, I will write down these words, but I will not say them because if I do say them, then I will get censored on YouTube.
	Today, we're going to look at how evil triumphs.
	Why is the world so evil?
	And there's going to be a lot of extremely disturbing topics we're going to discuss.
	But you're mature, and it's important that we discuss these topics in order to understand how the world works.
	So let's just start.
	And we will do a lot of speculation and theorizing in this class.
	So do not take this as gospel.
	Do not believe this is the truth.
	The entire point of this class is to help you develop the theories and the ideas to better understand the world.
	These are tools.
	This is not truth.
	These are tools.
	All right.
	So the first question I have for you is, what is happening in Israel?
	Right now, as you know, Israel is besieging, bombarding Gaza.
	You might have seen the videos on social media.
	It is disturbing.
	It is terrible what is happening.
	The word that is happening, the word that we use in Gaza is this word.
	You are not allowed to say this word on YouTube, but that is the intention.
	Genocide.
	What I will argue, though, is that the truth is far more disturbing than this.
	What is really happening in Gaza is a ritual sacrifice.
	Ritual human sacrifice.
	And this happens quite often in human history.
	If you go back and you look at the real history of humanity, this happens quite often.
	Some of the most famous examples are the Aztecs.
	We've ducked temples of the Aztecs, and inside the temples are thousands and thousands of human skulls.
	So before they went to war, they practiced human sacrifice.
	They would commit mass murder of their enemies in public.
	So the Aztecs were really famous for this.
	The Phoenicians, specifically the Carthaginians, we will discuss them later this semester, but the Phoenicians were also famous for a particular type of sacrifice, which is child sacrifice.
	The Romans wrote histories insulting the Phoenicians for practicing this sort of sacrifice.
	But the Romans themselves practice human sacrifice.
	What they would do is that after every major war, they would capture all the major leaders, all their enemies, and they would parade their enemies through the streets of Rome.
	This is something called a triumph.
	At the end of the triumph, they would gather enemies at the temple of Jupiter.
	Jupiter is their god.
	And then they would strangle to death their enemies.
	That's sacrifice.
	That's human sacrifice.
	They didn't call it that, okay?
	And they still disguised it, but we know for a fact that they did do this.
	So.
	This is fascinating.
	That guy is wonderful.
	I'm just very impressed.
	What a marvelous instructor.

	Trump dresses up his murders as attacks on terrorists in the same way the IDF slaughters Palestinian journalists and other civilians, and then claims that their victims were all in league with Hamas.
	The terrorist label is always a lie in both cases, but it is one that the perpetrators assume will give them license to do whatever they want.
	The perpetrators of these crimes take for granted that all they need to do to get away with murdering these people is to shout the word terrorist over and over.
	When Trump orders the use of force somewhere in the world, he is usually breaking U.S. law or international law or both.
	Like other presidents, he has launched military campaigns without authorization.
	But with his boat murders, he has become even more lawless than his predecessors.
	He's using the military as his assassins, and he isn't bothering to hide it.
	Now, how Tussi reported on Trump's new regime change policy for Venezuela earlier this week.
	Her report concludes with this.
	For one thing, Brezz is quite enjoying green lighting airstrikes against boats alleged to be ferrying drugs.

	Well, here we have Barry Wise debunking the denial of the famine.

	Debunking the denial of the famine in Gaza, which of course is ridiculous to deny, but they're doing it all the time.
	Here we go.
	News written with my colleague Maha Husseini that looks into the infamous reporting that the free press did into what they said were a dozen cases of Palestinians who they claimed had been unfairly elevated as examples of famine in Gaza.
	The article was titled, They Became Symbols for Gazan Starvation, but all 12 suffer from other health problems.
	Now, we discovered something very strange when we first started looking into this.
	And we don't have to dwell on this.
	They don't look into 12 cases.
	They don't.
	Like, unless they did and just didn't publish it.
	And we asked them for comment.
	We have not gotten comment on this bizarre discrepancy.
	It doesn't fundamentally undermine their reporting by itself.
	But they said they were going to look into 12 cases plus the famous New York Times once, that's 13.
	They only named nine.
	There's another one that's alluded to, so you could generously give them 10.
	So when we started looking closer at their reporting, we're like, wait a minute, this is deeply flimsy.
	However, according to Olivia Reingold, this was truly outstanding reporting.
	So let's roll a little bit of her from a clip that came along with their post.
	So you've probably seen these photos of skeletal kids in Gaza on front pages, all over social media, even in a UNICEF ad.
	They've become the symbols of famine.
	But we decided to look into these photos and the stories behind them.
	And what we found is that in case after case, these kids were sick, but not just with malnutrition.
	In every instance, they were suffering with other conditions or illnesses like cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, and even traumatic head injuries.
	Now, all of this is important because obviously this is not just important in its own right.
	And their original piece was perhaps to me one of the most infuriating I've ever seen because of how shoddy it was.
	It's one thing to look into, do any investigation you want, but you should also do the investigation.
	What we found here is that the free press did not, as far as we can tell, attempt to contact any of the families or the people involved in the story, which is journalism 101 is if you're going to write about somebody's health conditions, you would presumably speak to them or their doctors or somebody who has familiarity, which a lot of them is Google Translate.
	Well, I was going to say a lot of the journalists on the ground who had used the images already, they were on the ground talking to the families.
	If I'm remembering correctly, for example, the New York Times pictures were taken by a photojournalist.
	And I think there was a journalist on the ground.
	Right.
	And they had been in conversation with the families about the conditions.
	So they really were suffering from starvation, but the apologists sought to distort him.
	Meanwhile, Granathonberg details sadistic torture at the hands of her Israeli captors.
	Granna Thunberg initially stayed silent about her treatment under Israeli detention in order to Center, the plight of the Palestinian is now revealed in the wake of Trump's Gaza deal, as she was sadistically tortured by her Israeli dealers.

	This shows that if Israel, with the whole world watching, can read a well-known white person with a Swedish passport this way, just imagine what they do to Palestinians behind closed doors.
	What we have been through is only a small, small part of what Palestinians have experienced.
	On the walls of our prison cells, we saw bullet holes with bloodstains and messages carved into walls by Palestinian prisoners who had been there before us.

	She would have been on board at the very moment had she not been called to help.

	The man was identified as Salim Raji Alfar from the town of Zabazan, near January.
	The Palestinian Red Cross Society said in a statement, its team received the body of a 50-year seven-year-old man from the Israeli side after he was hit on his head, leading to his death.

	I mean, how awful.

	That's a sport, a sport in Israel, targeting toddlers.
	Meanwhile, I have one here included on the list that dropped so many F-bombs, I can't play it.
	But she's expressing her attitude toward the Zionists and the genocide in Palestine in a very articulate but obscene fashion.
	Meanwhile, the role of snipers in Arab Spring and Maiden protests coming from the Libertarian Institute, a lengthy article as anti-government protests known as the Arab Springs of the Middle East in early 2011,
	observers felt they were witnessing spontaneous grassroots calls for freedom against decades of tyranny and dictatorship.
	While the demands of the protesters were largely sincere, the protests that erupted in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, and critically Syria were nevertheless the product of an unconventional warfare campaign organized by the Barack Obama administration,

	Despite its malleability, it has, however, consistently served as a rhetorical bait and switch, entrenching the very liberal world order that conservative hawks claim to oppose.

	The bombers entered east and blew into an area known as the Marquarita Flight Information Region, airspace managed by Venezuela for traffic control purposes that would extend beyond the country's territorial airspace.
	In addition, Trump authorizes CIA to conduct lethal covert action in Venezuela.

	Have you ever given any thought to the fact that they may have faked Charlie Kirk's death, but they did it for the conversation, for the distraction, and yet they still killed him.
	Maybe they killed him on the way to the hospital.
	Maybe they killed him shortly thereafter.
	But just for the sake of, you know, covering a whole month now of conversation, they just actually pretended like they killed him, gave us a whole lot of things to look at.
	The Ellery Queen kind of scenario or, you know, the clue game scenario, you know, in the library with the candlestick that was Professor Pum, whatever.
	They wanted us to talk about it, but they still killed him.
	Did you ever get that any thought that maybe he is dead, but it didn't happen right there?
	I have heard such speculation floated before, but Andy, why, if they were going to kill him, why fake kill him?
	Why not just kill him outright?
	What would your thought be about the rationale for doing it a more complicated way?
	Well, the conversation, look what it's done.
	We, for over 30 days now, we've been discussing and everybody is at ends of, is he alive?
	Is he dead?
	How did he kill him?
	Was it a palm pistol?
	Was it a rifle from a roof?
	Was it the guy in front of him?
	Did he have a trapdoor that he could escape from?
	They gave us so much to talk about.
	And maybe they did want him dead.
	I mean, when you think about all the stuff that he apparently said leading up to this against the tribe, if you will, he said a whole lot of things.
	He cut off the money.
	He refused, what, $150 million or whatnot.
	All this stuff and whatnot.
	Yeah, sure.
	They might want him gone.
	Now, do they actually want him gone?
	And Valhalla is an actual place.
	So maybe he is in Valhalla.
	I'm not saying one way or the other.
	I don't care if he's alive or dead.
	It has nothing to do with me.
	What has to do with me is everything that comes after his death, like, you know, Charlie Kirk Day on September 18th.
	We're getting the Charlie Kirk Act, whatever that is.
	We haven't got into it yet.
	I'm sure it's going to be very similar to the Big Beautiful Bill or whatnot.
	But the point is, is that perhaps they did it just for entertainment.
	Why did Charlie Kirk disrupt?
	It disrupted the Epstein trials or the Epstein files, if you will.
	They got rid of that.
	That went away.
	There was some other things going on.
	Maybe, you know, Donald Trump isn't himself or something.
	Maybe they need to buy time.
	Whatever the thing is, but is there still a chance that perhaps they didn't kill him there?
	You know, all the evidence does actually pursue the idea that he wasn't killed there.
	But they did throw him into an SUV and we don't know much about, you know, the door was left open, his legs were kicked out, and that guy comes up and his best friend, or he said he was his son, comes up and has this nice little saying about, there's nothing I could do.
	I put my hand over.
	I didn't know what to do, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
	And that's a whole nother story.
	And then you see the charade of the memorabilia or whatever in that stadium that they did and stuff.
	And nobody seems to be sad.
	So perhaps he is alive, or perhaps they did kill him.
	I mean, to say that they actually killed him on the stage, I think that's a misnomer.
	I think the fact that he is dead might be true.
	May not be true.
	Again, I don't care one way or the other.
	Well, it is possible.
	There's nothing contradictory about describing Charlie Kirk having been fake assassinated and then actually killed.
	It wouldn't violate the laws of physics, ballistics, forensic medicine for those two events to have taken place either.
	I would simply submit it sounds unnecessarily complicated.
	The fake killing, I think real killing, would have accomplished more if they really wanted him dead.
	The fake killing has led to endless discussion and speculation, but I like what's been going on in the aftermath because it sharpens the ability to reason critically about these matters.
	It enhances understanding how easy it is to fake them, that this appears to have been a stage shooting.
	And more importantly, it has opened up the floodgates.
	of criticism of Israel because everyone initially assumed Israel had taken him out.
	And frankly, Andy, I don't think that toothpaste can be put back in the tube.
	I think the attitude toward Israel, which was already solidifying against it, was cemented, hardened into concrete with this event involving Charlie Kirk either way, real or staged.
	Go ahead.
	So, well, Mr. Fetcher, we give kudos to the CIA, who's been doing this stuff, what, since the 50s when they were inseminated or whatever.
	They've been doing a lot of psychological operations on everybody.
	Is it too much to think that they might be that kind of deep?
	As in these people want to, their entire idea is to mind F everybody who's listening and whatnot.
	And they're always trying to put out a whole nother thing.
	We got to get outside of this circular motion that we have.
	We trust you, Mr. Fetzer.
	So what you come up with, a lot of people run with your narrative.
	We trust this guy.
	Maybe it's Daryl Bigtree.
	Maybe it's Alex Jones.
	Maybe it's name your guy who's putting information out there.
	We have a chance to only look at what these people say, and then we grab something, us listeners who are not doing apparently enough research to get our own opinion about it.
	But a lot of people accept the opinions of everybody else who puts their stuff there.
	And the thing is, is that this is a heck of a, well, a hell of a psyop on the American people.
	Every day, you know, you almost think they're sitting in a room drinking brandy, smoking cigars, going, hey, you think they'll figure this one out?
	Yeah, you know.
	We spent a month trying to figure out.
	Yeah.
	You know, we spent a month trying to figure out CK's death and whatnot.
	And in the interim, it doesn't really matter.
	What matters is what are they going to do after that?
	So we got September 18th.
	That's Charlie Kirk Day.
	And there's the Charlie Kirk Act coming up, which a lot of people, I don't know how they would know, but a lot of people said that it was like, you know, another drive on free speech or whatnot.
	And see, this is the area thing.
	We have to understand that we are under a psychological display of a bunch of different stuff.
	I mean, when you see a murder downtown, they're going to report the murder downtown as they see it.
	But what really happened, we don't really know.
	And that's the thing in everything, including your history books.
	What really happened in your history books, we don't know if it really happened.
	We have no idea if it really happened.
	We're basing it on somebody who either said he was an eyewitness or he heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend.
	It's like the Bible.
	Some of the stories are written 300 years later.
	What kind of a first account accommodation is that?
	I mean, everything, we have to take another look at the way we're actually looking at things and understand that there is a different definition to everything.
	And, you know, look at Bill Clinton.
	What is, it depends on what is, is.
	Billy didn't know a two-letter word had a whole lot of meaning, but it worked for Bill Clinton.
	Things like that.
	We don't, these people are speaking in different terms.
	These people are running.
	These people have spent all of your agencies that are out there right now trying to kill you from Raytheon to Microsoft to IBM and stuff.
	They all got their startup money straight up from the government, from the get-go.
	And so you have to take another look at your government.
	Yeah, the psychological operations have been around forever and stuff.
	So why would they start up a bunch of companies that are trying to kill you or at least list your name somewhere for information and data purposes or whatnot, which is ultimately going to kill you because they cut off your social score and you're done.
	But nonetheless, these people have been doing this for years and years and years, and yet we're still just barking on the surface of things and going with the people we trust, such as yourself and Rinch, you know, and Alex Jones people are following these people.
	Stu Peep, Candace Owen.
	We're following their research instead of doing our own research.
	And we find ourselves in this predicament right now.
	And again, who really cares if Charlie Kirk is alive or dead?
	Let's see what happens out of it.
	Just like 9-11.
	I don't care how they brought the towers down.
	I care what they did after the towers came down.
	And there you go.
	Well, the reason for understanding, for example, 9-11 is because it was part of a broad political agenda to draw U.S. forces into the Middle East to take out the modern Arab states that served as a counterbalance Israel's domination of the entire region and eventually to confront the Persian nation of Iran.
	It was an Israeli motivated and driven operation carried out by Mossad agents right here in the U.S. with the complicity of the CIA and the neocons in the Department of Defense.
	So that makes a huge difference.
	Not so much how it was done, but where how it was done reveals that the official narrative cannot possibly be true, because whether it was nanothermite or directed energy or mini nukes, as I would submit, it cannot have been done by 19 Islamic hijackers on the planes that didn't crash.
	So you raise a lot of interesting ideas here, Andy.
	I like it a lot.
	It's certainly the case at the Kirk event, which occurred just two and a half hours before a major 9-11 conference was about to commence, which would endure over three days, but where the program, the agenda was altered by the Kirk event.
	It also affected Congress.
	I believe actually it was the same day that the Speaker of the House decided he had to shut down Congress because he didn't want there to be a vote on a bill that would have released the Epstein files to the American people.
	And he still to this day is holding back on a vote for a new member of Congress who's going to tip the scales by voting to release the Epstein files.
	So he's playing a precarious game here.
	He's ultimately destined to lose, but it's the way politics is played in Washington.
	You certainly have a broad range of ideas, Andy, and I'm going to welcome future calls.
	What would you like to add?
	Well, we were being very naive to think for one minute that the CIA is supposed to operate out of the United States and not, you know, that was for other countries and stuff.
	But they saw that it worked so well in other countries since they brought it home.
	And they're using the CIA operatives.
	That's the MK Ultras and all this stuff.
	I mean, we can certainly see that, and I agree with you on most of these shootings, if not all of them, that they were fake and they did this specifically.
	And the read, but we have to look at what was the reason why they did this.
	Because you and me and the average Joe wouldn't just go out there and do that.
	Now, if you're pissed off at the government, why would you go shoot up the school?
	You know, why don't you just go with the people who are protesting the Federal Reserve and throw tomatoes at the building?
	It's the same stupid thing because nobody's coming out of the Federal Reserve.
	And well, we're protesting.
	We got our signs up and we hit the Federal Reserve, throw tomatoes.
	And there's nobody there to receive the tomatoes.
	You're just, you're protesting a building that says Federal Reserve on it.
	Well, it just seems like the American people are just being way too naive about what they're doing.
	Well, Sandy Hook, for example, an act of faux terrorism, but terrorism nevertheless, because it struck fear into a target population, namely parents across the United States,
	was not only intended to promote gun control, but also a whole pharmaceutical array of drugs to treat kids who might be in distressed positions and to promote all kinds of construction of security apparatus around schools that has a hefty hot price tag.
	So there were multiple motives involved there, Andy.
	You mentioned the Charlie Kirk Act.
	Interestingly, it appears it'll restore the original provisions of the Smith-Mont Act of 1948, which precluded the use of the same techniques of propaganda and disinformation the CIA, Department of State, and Voice of America were allowed to use abroad, which even include, you know, paid riots, staged events.
	Actual assassinations, of course, are part of the CIA playbook.
	We haven't seen that yet here in the U.S., but the Charlie Kirk is a staged one.
	You got a fake assassination.
	In any case, I think the Charlie Kirk Act is going to be a good thing.
	And I'm glad it should come of it and not merely one more move for gun control.
	Give us a final thought, Andy.
	I'd like your presentation.
	Well, my one thing would be to people out there listening and whatnot, yes, take in everybody's idea of what's going on.
	Take in everybody you trust, you know, from all the big names and the alternative media and whatnot.
	Take it all in, but then come up with your own opinion.
	Form something that makes more sense in your idea.
	You're like, wait a minute, because if you are listening to somebody and you're just taking their narrative and you're running with it, there's got to be something in there that might send you in another direction.
	And that would suggest the people to start thinking a little bit under, under or over what other people are thinking.
	Maybe it's maybe it's worse than they're reporting.
	Maybe it's less than worse.
	So I would go with that.

	For example, Candace believes that Charlie was killed.

	Candace's own reporting about the camera footage from behind showing no blood contributed to understanding there wasn't blood everywhere as there should have been had the shooting been real, and that even the blood that appeared on his shirt to be gushing out was CGI'd in.
	You can see the wound on the neck moves around.
	The blood starts to blow, but it isn't absorbed by his shirt, and it even reverses and tends to flow back.
	It never hits the ground.
	These are all signs of faking and stagery.
	And if one part of one of these events is faked or staged, the whole event is faked or staged.

	It was ruled upon in 2019.
	There was no jury trial.
	I was not allowed to admit, you know, I had a lot of evidence that nobody died at Sandy York, but the judge wouldn't admit it.
	I even had two forensic document experts with reports that the death certificate I was being sued over for describing as being fake was in fact fake.
	And in truth, it's an absolute offense to defamation.
	There's no way the judge properly ruled here.
	He, in fact, there like two.
	Sorry, you know better than I do, but what Dave said there were two fake death certificates.
	Well, it's for the same party, Noah Posner, who himself is a fiction.
	But there was a death certificate that I published, which was incomplete.
	It had no file number, no town or state certification.
	It had actually been given by the plaintiff to Kelly Watt, my research assistant.
	And they attached a different death certificate to the complaint that was complete.
	It had a file number, stayed in town.
	And then Dave himself obtained a third from the town, and I obtained a fourth from the state.
	And the forensic document expert, two of them, concluded all four, all four of the death certificates were fake.
	But the judge just excluded their evidence, too.
	I mean, it was monstrous, the abuse to which I was subjected.
	And when I tried to expose that the party who'd come to testify as a plaintiff was not, in fact, the plaintiff, but an imposter, the judge held me in contempt of court and added lawyer fees for $650,000 to the $450,000 in punitive damages by the jury.
	So I was saddled with $1.1 million for speaking the truth about Sandy Hook.
	But when they came after me, because I'm explaining, I don't have assets, Thomas.
	So they went after.
	I did at the time have a vacation trailer in ground with an attached roof, two bedrooms, really very nice, out by Rock Lake, which is in Lake Mills, Wisconsin, about 45 miles from my home.
	And we had great times with the grandkids out there because my daughter and son-in-law also had a trailer.
	But the kids are all grown up now.
	We don't use that much.
	So they tried to auction it off for 30 grand, but they didn't gain bids.
	My wife and I, however, no longer felt we could maintain it.
	It required power washing and that sort of thing.
	And I put it up for sale for $40,000, sold it for $40,000, but had to give half, my half, for payment.
	So I've altogether given them, I don't know, around 27,000, maybe 30,000 against the 1.1 mil.
	And if the case is reversed, and I have four appeals pending because I sought to reopen the case last year with new evidence that substantiated every claim I'd ever made.
	And on the once the final of the four appeals, when the Court of Appeals dismissed, denied a motion to dismiss by the Posner team, the judge retired from the court five and a half years early.
	And I think he was worried not just that he'd be recused from the case, but that he'd actually be removed from the bench.
	So I take that as a positive sign.
	Dave Geherry actually interviewed me about it when it happened.

	And I've had several parties tell me they think that I'm going to prevail here, that I'll get that money back.

	Now, when you start doing that, I don't care if it's occupied or not occupied.
	When do the military of the so-called U.S. government, the federal government, start shooting bombs over into on the U.S. ground soil?
	That is outrageous.
	And that is a treasonous breach of military conduct.
	I'm appalled that when I heard about that, I was like, I thought it was a joke.
	I still got to do research to see if it's actually legit or not.
	But I was stunned and shocked.
	So if that's supposed to be a prelude to attacking Venezuela, that's a poor excuse.
	What's even worse is that they're looking to do this for October 18th, which is also supposed to be that Kings Day rally or whatever, as a distract or whatever, or to make people afraid of attending the rally because, oh no, we're going to get bombed out of our minds because we're attending a rally to stand up for our right of descent against the federal government and so forth.
	You know, to the people that actually go and attend, hey, more power to you because you are the power, not the federal government.
	If it weren't for you and the big mega corporations that are putting these people in the office, we wouldn't have these problems that are going on.
	But you have voted for better in the past.
	You still need to vote for better, as long as your vote doesn't get perverted.
	Now, with that problem in the situation, this whole thing is absolutely outrageous and appalling.
	And so, I don't know.
	I'm almost at a loss of words as far as speech goes because I'm shocked and stunned.
	And the fact that this is being allowed to go on to basically pacify Donald Sr. in his current state of being.
	And so, like I said, I go back and do some more research about that to see what the legitimacy is of it about before they go and start bombing there.
	As far as the scenario of Gaza concerned, as I mentioned once before, that so-called peace deal that he's supposed to be brokering and so forth, there's no landage.
	Don't put your egg all in one basket because if you're expecting an all-hatch, forget it.
	It's not going to.
	Because already, that so-called Israelite Benny the Butcher is going and breaking it and going and doing more attacking of the Palestinians in Gaza and shooting it, using, allowing the military to use it as a shooting range to maim and murder innocent children that have done nothing and the elderly that have done nothing but tried to survive.
	When you see photos of the fact that their homes and buildings have been obliterated, it's reprehensible, absolutely reprehensible.
	What if they did that here in the States?

	I would like to know if you have checked to see if the judge who ruled inappropriately unconstitutionally on your case, if they had an authenticated recorded oath of office.

	Well, if they did not, then all of their decisions are supposed to be null and void when it's challenged.
	And you have the right to sue the judge for your damages.

	Chris High has said that there was a snail poison used in the Middle Ages, in the Dark Ages, causing the Black Plague.
	And this is apparently a poison well known to certain small groups of people who have international connections.
	And they may have been using these for decades.
	They can be applied in contact poisons.
	They can be in water.
	They were used in a medication in the 1970s so that we know that they get through the stomach acid.
	So I am trying little bits of nicotine because I'm having episodes of hypoxia and chest discomfort.

	And I get to Appendix A because I'm all over the book.

	Appendix A, the title is Nuclear Weapons and Limited War.
	And guess what?
	911 jumped out of the page.
	Nuclear weapons, limited war.
	And what Schelling gets in this appendix A is his point is facing the risk of enemy response.
	And in 911, the enemy had no chance to respond because, well, no.
	And they don't have any nuclear weapons anyway.

	So this book goes back to 1960.
	And that around 1960 is when they started developing all those mini nukes like the W54 line, which I told you about.
	So this is already in this book was read once in 1980.
	But in this book, in this particular appendix, you have them with nuclear weapons and limited war.
