Now, in Arizona, I have been trying to get the medical board for the last six months to confirm or deny if it's illegal to put your mouth around a child's genitals and have that fluid from a child's body flow into your mouth.
And the medical board has been refusing to say it is illegal.
And here are some laws in Arizona.

Oral sexual conduct means oral contact with the penis vulva or anus.
