Welcome to Truth vs.
News on this 28th day of April 2025.
Don Grant is attempting to make access to the show but having difficulty, so we're going to go ahead and proceed with Joaquin Agopian, who's in Bali, perhaps a world's leading expert on politics and pedophilia, and Bryan Davidson,
private investigator from Texas.
He's done brilliant work, including the two best affidavits I have about Sandy Hook and my lawsuit.
Let's see what we have here to begin with.
A war between nuclear powers, India, and Pakistan could erupt at any time.
This is literally the case.
Any time.
India and Pakistan both have nuclear weapons and are on the verge of war.
India is considering a military response to a horrifying terror attack that occurred in Kashmir earlier this week, which I believe to have been a false flag.
Pakistan is already mobilized, a full-blown war.
It could be a big deal.
In Pakistan, there are 247 million, but get this, 1.4 billion in India.
The latest crisis started when terrorists associated with the resistance front allegedly killed 26 tourists in Kashmir.
And I say that because, frankly, I'm skeptical that it was a fact.
Suspected rebel killed the last 26th Tuesday in the picturesque tourist resort of Palagam in the deadliest such attack in a quarter century in Indian-administered Kashmir.
The Indians control the area.
A statement issued in the name of the Resistance Front, believed to be an offshoot of the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Tab, our armed group, claims responsibility.
And, of course, Maudie, the prime minister of India, accused Pakistan of funding and encouraging terrorism in Kashmir.
Meanwhile, they're nearing a strategic standoff after this attack, Islamabad.
Pakistan threatened to suspend its participation in all bilateral agreements with India as a consequence, including the 1972 similar agreement in a retaliatory move after India said it would suspend its own participation in the Indus Water Treaty and close the land border the day before.
This appears to be the issue.
Wanted to cut off water to Pakistan, they used what I believe was a stage event to justify it, and they are now doing it.
In a communique issued following a meeting of the National Security Committee, Pakistan's civil military decision-making body, Pakistan warned India any disruption of its water supply would be considered an act of war.
The move follows India's response to the alleged attack on tourists, leading to the result of what we're told were 26 people.
Following a cabinet meeting, chaired by the Indian PM Modi, who's a very peculiar guy, very tight with Bibi Netanyahu in Israel, the Indian government announced a series of measures, including suspension of its part in the 65-year-old Indus Water Treaty.
A bat that allows both countries to irrigate their agricultural lands.
You can see where this could be a cause of war.
This is indispensable to Pakistan.
The Himalayan region of Kashmir has been a flashpoint between the two countries since they gained independence from Britain in 1947, each controlling part of Kashmir, both claiming it in full.
Since independence, the nuclear-armed neighbors have fought four wars, three over Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Al Turner is pointing out they've got these mobile howitzers are being deployed, tracked vehicles.
This afternoon, trainloads of 203mm self-propelled howitzers are brought to the border with India.
War preparations are in full swing.
India blames the attack on Pakistan, has ordered Pakistanis out of India.
To claim half the Pakistani diplomatic delegation to be persona non grata, pouring them out of the country, closing borders, and most importantly, cutting off fresh water by closing four dams on the Indus River.
That river provides fresh water to Pakistan.
Pakistan made clear such a move would be viewed as an act of war.
India did it anyway.
Here we have the U.S. declaring its supporting India, sending a B-52.
The U.S. has deployed an armed B-52 strata fortress to India.
It landed in Jaipur, India, after taking off from Al-Unda Air Base in Qatar.
Meanwhile, senior Pakistani official has threatened India with nukes.
And by the way, they have reportedly...
Around 170, 180.
Here they're talking about 130.
A remark by the country's railway ministry underscores rising tensions.
Pakistani railway minister Hamas Abassi has threatened India with a nuclear strike.
In a televised address Sunday, Abassi reminded India, Pakistan possesses numerous missiles and 130 warheads.
Nobody knows where we place our nukes across the country.
I say again, these ballistic missiles, all of them, are targeted at you.
Well, that's reassuring.
Commenting on New Delhi's decision to unilaterally suspend the Keywater Sharing Indus Water Treaty, if they stop the water supply, then they should be ready for a war.
India asserted earlier, The suspension would remain in place until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably abjures its support for cross-border terrorism, which again I reaffirm I don't believe is real.
New Delhi has never before suspended the treaty, which regulates river systems that impact millions in both countries.
The already acrimonious relations between them were aggravated Tuesday.
When gunmen were alleged to have killed 25 Indian tourists and one Nepalese national, India was quick to accuse its neighbor.
In allegation, Pakistan strongly denies the resistance front.
A militant group allegedly linked to Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Tabas reportedly claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack.
Indian police say two of the suspects are Pakistani nationals.
Wednesday.
New Delhi downgraded diplomatic ties, expelled Pakistani diplomats, and closed the border with its neighbors.
I know for a second.
Can I record you?
Let me record you.
Yeah, sure, Don.
And, of course, I'll send you mine.
I'll send you mine.
You're going to have it.
I want to record you.
Yeah, go ahead, Don.
I can't.
Joaquin, give us your thoughts.
Well, follow the money.
The money pays for terrorism.
And half the time, it's a false flag terrorist act.
We know that the West, United States, Israel, NATO, we know that they financed terrorism.
That's the history.
And obviously, anything that happens on a global scale now, it's always plotted in advance, and very rarely is it what the mainstream media is telling us.
So, like you, I have a lot of suspicion that this is a false flag.
What we do know is that there are very...
Negative evil elements that are pretty much through the money changers controlling the world and increasing the tensions around the world for more war.
They've been working on this for now a few years.
So nothing is going to actually make me think that it's on surface appearance as it is because I have a feeling that they have decided To flare up hot spots in multiple places all over the world.
And what we're seeing is just that with this situation with two nuclear powers now going head to head.
So, you know, we got to pray that the nukes aren't unleashed.
And we also have to realize that it's also, I believe, been the agenda of the controllers to keep the world population.
On the edge of their seats, afraid of what's going to happen next in the world, because obviously a population that's in fear all the time is more apt to do what the, quote, authorities tell them to do.
So that's another added factor.
But yeah, it looks very tense and very, very precarious and hope that we can prevail without another huge war between nuclear power.
Given the WF desire to get rid of like 4 billion useless eaters, this could do a pretty big chunk of that if nuclear war breaks out.
Brian?
Well, I've been researching this thing in India and Pakistan using Al Jazeera and a few other outlets trying to figure out what's really going on.
And I'm really having a hard time getting to the bottom of it.
I'm not sure any of the journalists really know what's going on.
I can tell you this, that If you know that sooner or later you're going to be going to war over an issue, it's better to strike first.
And if you want to strike first, the best way to do it is to orchestrate a false flag, control as much media as you possibly can, control the leaks around the false flag, and use that as a jumping board to catch the other team off guard.
The more time you give your opponent to prepare for war, the more likely it is you're going to be defeated.
Outpouring of U.S. hegemony continuing to spiral downwards.
And I'm beginning to wonder if outlets like Lou Rockwell, State of the Nation, and some of the others...
Let's see, I was looking at another one.
Yeah, State of the Nation is the one that I'm really paying a lot of attention to lately because...
They're making sense of a lot of issues that I couldn't make sense of before.
And one of the main things is, why is Trump doing this tariff thing and driving the international economy and American hegemony into a tank?
And of course, State of the Nation being very alternative, very alternative.
Is arguing that Trump is basically the Pied Piper for the New World Order and that he's going to crash the economy to pave the road for the Great Reset.
So I think it's interesting to read those articles.
You know, I kind of, it's akin to reading the old Q articles, except on the opposite side of the screen, and I think a little more grounded.
But what we can tell you for sure at this point in time is that U.S. hegemony...
It's just like we spoke about last week.
We used to control the animals in the zoo.
Now, the animals in the zoo just don't seem to want to respond very much to the zookeeper anymore.
So I'd say we're just simply not the zookeeper anymore, that there's other nations in control.
And that's going to open up a power vacuum and a void that is going to allow the stronger, richer, more organized.
New world order, great reset to come in and play.
So it may just be a matter of time now.
It might make sense.
There's a lot of things on the biblical table that are beginning to add up that way.
And I'm thinking that maybe we're getting closer and closer to the end.
If India and Pakistan were to start busting loose with the nukes, it certainly would destabilize the entire world.
Pakistan, you're talking about Kashmir, which basically you split it in half.
With the Indus River and both of them kind of controlled, administered one half and the other one controlled, administered the other half.
But India is almost completely dependent upon the water because that's the source for the Indus River.
So the Indus River runs down through India and if Pakistan were to use the administrative control that they have negotiated with an old agreement called the LOC.
And if they break that agreement and begin trying to control or divert the water, that could cause massive ramifications for India.
And so a lot of people are arguing that this is about water rights because if Pakistan starts to cut them off, trying to weaken them, then you're talking about the, on the Pakistan side, you got basically like 400,000 people.
And on the India side, you got almost 4 million people.
So interesting times, mostly Muslim, by the way.
But Brian, it's India that's cutting off the water, not Pakistan.
Well, India's worried about controlling the water, and they're worried that Pakistan is going to cut it off.
That's the other way around.
India's already cutting off the water.
They've threatened Pakistan.
Pakistan's responding to the water being cut off from them by India.
It's roughly the opposite.
Okay.
First day on the story, y 'all gotta cut me some slack.
I'm in a whole new global geopolitics world that I'm trying to get into.
I do think that the nukes are likely to fly, if not there, of course, in Iran, which has already been hit now.
Major Iranian port paralyzed.
700 injured, five dead.
Actually, the number has increased.
At least four were killed, 700 injured after a fuel tanker exploded for unknown reasons.
That's the key.
Unknown reasons.
In the explosion, rocked Iran's second-largest container port on the Strait of Hormuz, a critical maritime choke point originating from containers reportedly linked to chemical ingredients used for missile propellant.
Here we have the largest container ports.
The state-run ERNA News Agency said that Custom Admin of Iran blamed a stockpile of hazardous chemical materials stored in the port area for the explosion, but it appears there were explosives set inside the containers.
Here's aerial footage.
What are the three locations?
Some distant from one another.
There turned out to have been actually altogether four.
Here's another.
With one of Iran's largest commercial ports paralyzed, the economic disruption could be devastating for Tehran.
That was the idea.
Trade disruption?
This port handles 85% of Iran's total cargo traffic.
Disruption effectively sparks supply chain disruption for the import-export economy, causing shortages of consumer goods, industrial equipment, food, and medicine.
Iran's limited alternative ports could have great trouble absorbing even a fraction of the traffic loss.
Oil and fuel export disruption is a major terminal for refined oil, product, gas.
Naphtha, gas, condensate, etc.
Iran already faces sanctions on crude oil.
Losing its refined product capacity would cut off a key source of hard currency.
This intensifies Iran's already precarious foreign exchange crisis.
Will the port in chaos and close?
The question becomes...
What will be Tehran's economic fallout?
At least 500 were injured in the massive explosion.
Iranian state media outlet reported the blast occurred Saturday.
The port remains in a state of chaos.
Visual confirmation took place at a previously known depot of Banagostar, a company which a quince force had often stored ammo and explosive in containers to be exported.
Here's footage showing that Moment of the powerful blast took place.
Find a blog for the latest.
Moment blast hits Iran's Bandar Abbas port.
A massive explosion has been reported at the port.
According to a fuel tank, the port exploded due to unknown causes.
Designated as a special economic zone, this port handles about 85% of Iran's total port cargo op.
Annual capacity about 70 million tons, including 6 million TEs of containerized cargo.
Spans 2,400 hectares and features 40 miles.
The 19 hectares of warhouses.
The port serves as a critical node for Iran's oil export equipment with docks that can accommodate large tankers.
At the same time, Iran and U.S. officials began a third round of negotiations in Omar's capital, Oman's capital of Muscat, about the fate of the Islamic Republic nuclear program, which of course has nothing to do with nuclear weapons, and frankly is nobody's business.
The negotiation aimed to suppress the nuclear program for the U.S. lifting some economic sanctions where Trump has threatened to launch airstrikes if a deal is not reached.
Last month, the U.S. began deploying the stealth bombers to Diego Garcia, which serves as a crucial launch part for stealth bombers in the event of war with Iran, also being used to attack Yemen.
A step back, the Wall Street Journal back in October said, advocated for neutering the Iranian regime's oil export capacity to deprive the regime of its financial liability.
It appears that is the course being pursued.
Meanwhile, we have the New York Times saying rocket fuel caused the explosion.
This appears to be a cover story.
The New York Times is very accommodating.
To promote Israeli propaganda.
Sodium percolate, the main ingredient in solid rocket fuel, exploded in Iran's port.
Assad's link to the Islamic Revolutionary Card Corps told the New York Times.
According to a private security firm, the port received a ship hunt of sodium percolate rocket fuel in March.
The fire was reportedly the set of mishandling the shipment.
No, absolutely not.
Not a chance.
Financial Park reported two ships would deliver more than a ton of sodium per chloride to Iran from China, so it would have been a perfect opportunity to plot this event.
EFT specified that it's used to produce ammonium percolate, which makes up 70% of solid rocket fuel.
Let Iran is not conferencing to the cargo.
Here we have the death toll raising to 14. Tasman reported a fuel tank exploded.
However, the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distributing Company said the explosion was not related to the refineries, fuel tanks.
Distribution complex or oil pipelines.
A spokesman for Red's emergency management set a preliminary investigation, which was called by an explosion or fire in a container, contained flammable and chemical materials.
The blast wave was so strong, it completely destroyed an admin building near the Emma Center and many cars in the area.
According to the Iranian Interior Ministry, 14 were dead, 750 were injured, many, many more.
Now, here I think we have a major tell.
After an explosion at the board, they now see fires and explosions at multiple other sites.
This has led me to speculate.
We could be talking about a satellite-borne laser attack analogous to what happened in Paradise, California, Lahaina, Hawaii, and Pacific Palisades in California.
There is...
A private company with satellite-mounted lasers that I believe is available for any buyer, provided they can pay the price.
I now suspect that private company was used for those previous fires by independent real estate entrepreneurs who wanted to get land grab on the cheap.
And this one, I'm suspecting...
May have been done by Israel buying its services, in which case it was a completely brilliant plan.
As many of you are already aware, a non-accidental fire triggered a very large explosion.
A steel plant miles away has now also gone up its flames.
Also, the Bandar Abbas Electric General Station, also miles away.
Again, the Virgin Gulf Star Refinery, now also burning.
It's the largest gas condensation plant in the entire Middle East.
This was, in my opinion, a brilliant plant.
Iran has now accused Israel of orchestrating the explosion as the death toll rises to 36. Iranian officials claim clear evidence links Israel to the deadly explosion despite ongoing investigation into whether it was caused by improper storage.
Well, you can have sufficient evidence, even though it's not complete the rest of the investigation.
Explosive were planted in containers, either at the country of origin or along the shipping route.
We do not rule out internal elements helping plant the explosive.
This, of course, is an alternative to my laser-mounted satellite source.
Clear evidence.
Point to Israeli involvement.
The Ikboden occurred at four different locations.
That is the single most important fact here.
The blast occurred around 12 p.m. local Saturday.
Early Friday showed orange smoke rising into the sky before a massive mushroom cloud formed.
The exponent called widespread damage to the port, Iran's largest, and across several kilometers.
I'm unclear about a photograph on the right.
Maybe they're dropping some kind of
Fire extinguisher elements.
Joaquin, your thoughts?
Well, I always say, follow the money, who benefits.
And we know Israel is the beneficiary of this move.
I think they're behind it.
It's pretty evident.
They want to disrupt the...
Supply chain for Iran.
And my understanding is that this port is responsible for 85% of all goods coming in and out of that country.
So it's obvious that there's going to be a ripple effect around the world where everything is going up.
There will be more supply chain cut off all over the world now.
This is Israel.
This is Satan acting out.
And it's similar to the actual Pakistani-Indian conflict.
They're going for the gusto all over the world as the precipitating events leading to World War III, a massive world war between the U.S.-backed Israeli forces versus the rest of the world.
which is the global south nation majority, it's BRICS and of course, Iran Russia and
Yeah, how many fuses do we need to light for a worldwide complication?
Brian, your thoughts?
Yeah, this is...
I think connected to something called the Wolfowitz Doctrine, which was named after Paul Wolfowitz, who was a neocon Israeli who worked with Zbigniew Brzezinski to come up with the Wolfowitz Doctrine,
which was basically that America and Israel would do everything in its power to make sure that they don't get expelled from any Euro-Asian Type countries whatsoever.
And so it was a plan to control U.S. hegemony by making sure that none of the other nations would ever come to the point where they could kick us out or break loose from the dollar.
It was basically a grossly hypocritical doctrine that is probably...
Still driving the world's forces today, but basically it's making sure that the American spies and the Israeli spies get to remain wherever they are.
Now, Iran might be kicking against the Wolfowitz Doctrine a little too hard with Israel getting ready to get rid of the internal spies, and so Israel is kicking back against the goats and running false flags in Iran.
This is another aspect of U.S. hegemony.
It just simply isn't working anymore.
It's falling apart.
We can't control the zoo, and it's getting worse and worse day by day.
When everybody feels free to just go ahead and execute another false flag or terrorist attack and then use the media to pistol whip everybody into believing that the mainstream media's story is the correct one, then you realize that the zoo is getting out of control.
Guys like Putin, Lavrov, and others won't put up with it for long.
Right.
They know the score.
Very embarrassing this is happening.
But Israel, no doubt, is behind it.
Meanwhile, in a remark I found rather troubling, Trump said Putin might have to be dealt with differently.
Makes me think that maybe he doesn't want to stop the war.
He's just tapping me along, meaning playing me.
Liberal leaders had their chance to do something meaningful, and what did they do?
They fumbled the ball.
The lack of action and decisiveness show just how far off the rails their priorities are.
We need leaders with the guns to make the tough calls, not passing players who watch the game from the sideline.
Peace should be the goal, but they're incompetent and made it blatantly clear they're not serious about ending this bloodshed.
Russia's hold on Crimea is no surprise.
It's a fact.
No amount of wishful thinking will change it.
Yet Zelensky insists on ignoring reality.
Much to the applause of his liberal supporters who are far removed from the brutal realities on the ground.
This refusal to accept the facts and pursue peace can only mean he's playing right into the hands of globalists who care nothing about the ordinary people caught in the crossfire.
When will enough be enough?
It's time for leadership that isn't afraid to make the tough decisions.
Step away from endless conflicts and toward peace.
Trump gets it.
But does Zelensky or the cheering section of liberal elites?
Probably not.
Let's ask ourselves.
Are we ready for a world where globalist interests dictate our actions or we stand up for peace and common sense?
Here's what Trump wrote.
No matter what deal I make with respect to Russia and Ukraine, no matter how good it is, even if it's the greatest deal ever made, the failing New York Times will speak badly of it.
Little Peter Baker, the very biased and untalented writer for the Times, followed his editor's demands, wrote that Ukraine should get back territory, including, I suppose, Crimea, and other ridiculous requests in order to stop the killing that's worse than anything since World War II.
Why doesn't this lightweight reporter say that it was Obama who made it possible for Russia to steal Crimea from Ukraine without even a shot being fired?
It was also Little Peter who wrote an absolutely fawning yet terribly written biography on Obama.
It was a joke.
Did Baker ever criticize the Obama Crimea giveaway?
No, not once.
Only Trump.
And I've had nothing to do with this stupid war other than early on when I gave Ukraine javelins and Obama gave them sheets.
This is sleepy Joe Biden's war, not mine.
It was a loser from day one.
Should have never happened.
And wouldn't have happened were I president at the time.
I'm just trying to clean up the mess left of me by Obama and Biden.
And what a mess it is.
With all that being said, there was no reason for Putin to be shooting missiles into civilian areas, towns, and cities over the last few days.
Makes me think that maybe he doesn't want to stop the war.
He's just tapping me along.
It has to be dealt with differently through banking or secondary sanctions.
Too many people are dying.
Trump Post also said that Ukraine would get back Korea as a ridiculous idea, slamming Obama for allowing Russia to take it.
Zelensky has said he will never recognize Russia's control of Crimea.
In a Time article published Friday, this is the magazine.
Trump said he would facilitate a deal between Russia and Ukraine, but no, Putin would have liked to take the whole thing.
Yeah, I think Putin will make peace.
I think Putin would rather do it a different way.
I think he'd rather go and take the whole thing, which I say as an aside is contrary to his entire mode of operation in this war, not a chance.
And I think that because of me, I'm the only one who can get this thing negotiated, and I think we're a long way.
We've had very good talks.
We're getting very close to a deal.
I don't believe anybody else could have made it.
Friday, Trump's special envoy, Whitcock, arrived in Moscow to speak with Putin and other top Russians in which for a peace deal.
Meanwhile, Trump speaks out.
Is Zelensky fueling Ukraine's endless war for global elites?
The world stands at a crossroads in the ongoing conflict.
The only person who...
Appears willing to speak the truth about it is President Trump.
He's telling it like it is.
Ukraine President Zelensky's stubbornness is dragging the crisis on and on.
Americans are tired of seeing endless war in the toll it takes on innocent lives.
The refusal to even consider letting Crimea remain under Russian control is mystifying to anyone who wants peace.
Zelensky seemed more interested in maintaining a war zone than working toward a sensible resolution.
Let's be real.
Global elites love a war.
It gives them power and control while regular folks foot the bill.
Zelensky keeps the killing going.
And who benefits?
Not the ordinary Ukrainian or American as the power-hungry rulers.
The military-industrial complex.
That's these dollar signs with every missile fired.
Trump sees the sham and isn't afraid to call it out.
More leaders should follow his example instead of hiding behind political correctness and global alliances.
Meanwhile, Trump slams Zelensky for keeping the killing pill going in Ukraine.
Liberal leaders had their chance.
What did they do?
They fumbled the ball.
Their lack of action and decisiveness just saw how far off the rails their priorities are.
We need leaders with the guts to make the tough calls, not passy players who watch a game from the sideline.
Peace should be the goal, but their confidence makes it blatantly clear they're not serious about ending the bloodshed.
Russia's hold on Crimea is no surprise.
It's a fact.
No amount of wishful chinking will change it.
Yet, Zelensky insists on ignoring reality.
Much to the applause of his liberal supporters who are far removed from the brutal realities on the ground.
His refusal to accept facts and pursue peace can only mean he's playing right into the hands of globalists who care nothing about the ordinary people caught in the crossfire.
When will enough be enough?
It's time for leadership that isn't afraid to make the tough decisions, to step away from endless conflict and toward peace.
Trump gets it.
But does Zelensky or his cheering section a liberal elite?
Probably not.
Let's ask ourselves, are we ready for a world where globalist interests dictate our actions, or will we stand up for peace and common sense?
Joaquin, your thoughts.
Well, it's pretty obvious.
The war makers, the money-changing war makers, want war.
They get war when they want it.
They make and create all these conflicts around the world to divide the world and continue the war and continue making profit off of funding both sides in every war since, what, the Waterloo Battle and the Napoleonic War for over two centuries now.
So this is really no different from all the rest.
All of these, there's a running theme in every single major news story going on this week.
And it's to break down any kind of chance for peace in the world.
That's the agenda of the controllers.
To make sure that there are hot spots of war all over the world.
In the lead-up to the big one called World War III.
I mean...
We know that Zelensky is just a pawn and being told what to do.
And it's a matter of him basically being the cog in the wheel that throws the spoke and everything shuts down.
And the reality is, all Trump has to do is stop funding this war!
He does not!
That tells you everything we need to know.
He's springing it along because that's his order, to continue funding the war, giving weapons, and making the war go on.
Because that's the whole agenda, to inflame all these hotspots into World War III.
It's no different from all the rest of the stories so far this week.
Yeah, I think you're right.
I mean, he could cut it off.
He did it there initially.
And Zelensky was whimpering like a beaten dog.
I mean, he should have done it.
He should not have let up.
Brian, do your thoughts?
Well, maybe Trump is beginning to realize that NATO is growing beyond his ability to control, and we should be breaking loose from NATO as much as possible.
Look, you have to look at this through Russians' eyes.
There is no agreement that can't be broken by Western forces.
There is no negotiations that can take place.
Russia doesn't want the territory.
They never did want the territory.
What they want is security.
And as long as the United Nations is knocking on the puppet in Ukraine's doors saying, we want you to come join us so that we can control you.
Russia doesn't have any security.
They've always simply wanted border security.
That's what they've been after since the very, very beginning.
But it's a very large process.
And it seems now that Trump does not have control over the United Nations.
That if we decided that we didn't want to fund Ukraine, then simply Germany would take over and pick up all the pieces that are left over.
Putin's negotiations are very straightforward.
We just want security.
We want to make sure that none of these other nations that can continue to join us will continue to join NATO or continue to border us will continue to join NATO.
But that promise can't be given because there's no such thing as an agreement that the West will honor under any circumstances.
So you kind of have to put Trump in Putin's court in terms of Understanding the nature of the situation, and I think that Trump's beginning to understand it, but...
Look, I heard an interesting analogy about America this week watching some of the work done by James O 'Keefe.
And what was interesting is that Trump came in, he's able to take three or four top positions and put them at the top of any bureaucracy, but below them are...
6,000 positions that those two or three or four loyalists to Trump can't control.
And so the bureaucracy is a massive machine that just simply can't be pushed around that easy.
And so the only option is to completely clean house.
And I think that the guy that's leading the way on that right now is Javier Malay out of Argentina.
Get that chainsaw out.
Start chopping away at the bureaucracies that are controlling this world.
And you'll start to see your control mechanisms begin to play into place.
But Trump's been blocked by every judge in town, every media outlet in town.
It's the same old villains, the same old way, with the same old chirping stories.
Yeah, I'm sorry to say.
Elon Musk has seemed to me to be doing such a sensational job from the beginning now.
He was saving us like $2 trillion, then it got back to $1 trillion.
Now it's somewhere down to $150 billion.
What should we make of that?
You know, everything is like going towards conflict, you know, one force against the other.
You know, we have the West versus the East dynamic, and we got the left versus the right dynamic.
Divide and rule is the principle that guides everything we are seeing now.
And so, yeah, they have pretty much shut it down.
Supposedly, Elon Musk is now backing away from the White House role he's had so far.
You know, his Teslas are down, you know.
And then, of course, the terrorism going on with...
Those cars they're trying to destroy.
You know, it's a mess.
The whole world is in one part of a mess right now, and it's only going from bad to worse every week.
That is fairly stunning what's going on here.
Meanwhile, Ukraine's worst day.
Zelensky rejects Trump's peace plan.
I was fairly astonished how good a plan it was.
Ukrainians may remember two days just passed.
They were two of the worst days in their history.
It's been evident since long before Trump and Vance were elected.
The war would one day end with a diplomatic settlement.
Based upon, it looked a lot like the settlement Ukraine was close to finalizing in the first weeks of the war.
Trump and Vance did not create that reality.
They recognized it.
It's also long been evident every dollar and every missile sent to Ukraine would cause Ukraine more lives and more land without changing that reality.
Prolonging the war would worsen the situation for Ukraine without improving the way the war would end.
Continuing to support the war, advancing goals of the U.S. and its NATO partners without consideration of the interests of Ukraine.
So it was inevitable the day would come.
When Ukrainians would wake up to the reality that land had been lost, hundreds of thousands of lives destroyed, actually over a million, to obtain the same settlement on the table from the start of the war.
That day arrived in Paris on April 17th.
Trump had promised a quick end and was becoming frustrated.
If for some reason one of the two parties makes it very difficult, we're going to say, you're foolish, Trump fumed.
You're fools, you're horrible people, and we're just going to walk away.
On April 17th, Secretary St. Rubio presented that ultimatum to French, British, German, and Ukrainian officials at a meeting intended to discuss the plan.
We need to figure out within a matter of days whether this is doable in the short term, and if not, Then we're just going to move on.
The Rubio didn't specify who was being blamed, who was being pressured.
It was clear to European diplomats and Ukrainian officials the ultimatum was aimed at Ukraine.
The same day, the U.S. team presented to the Ukrainian in Paris a one-page peace plan, stating it was Trump's final offer.
The U.S. would walk away if the deal were not accepted.
The Ukrainians have to go back home.
They have to run it by their president.
They have to take into account their views on all of this.
We need to figure this out here and now.
Vance would later make the same point.
We've issued a very explicit proposal to both Russians and Ukrainians.
It's time for them to either say yes or for the U.S. to walk away.
The U.S. was serious.
When Ukraine sent signals they wanted the next meeting in London to bypass Trump's peace plan, Continuing to focus only on a 30-day ceasefire, the special envoy, Steve Witkoff, pulled out of the talks.
For the peace plan to move forward, compromise would be needed on both sides, each of which had their own red lines.
Much attention had been made to Russian President Putin's precondition, but Zelensky has laid down precondition too, stipulating.
Children abducted by Russia and Ukrainian civilians illegally held by Russia must be returned.
He's identified as red lines.
No territory beyond that already occupied by Russia will be ceded.
That adequate security guarantees be given.
Ukraine could not accept limitations on its armed forces.
Putin has laid down the preconditions that a guarantee be signed that Ukraine will not join NATO.
That Ukraine trips withdraw from the annexed regions, that there be protection for ethnic Russians in Ukrainian territory, that there be limits on Ukrainian armed forces, and that U.S. and Europe do not contribute troops to a peacekeeping force.
The peace plan Trump proposed demands compromise from both sides.
Six key points.
So first, although Ukraine can become a member of the EU, It cannot become a member of NATO.
Trump's Special Envoy Keith Kellogg confirmed NATO isn't on the table.
On 22 April, Trump told Time, I don't think they'll ever be able to join NATO.
The second is U.S. will officially recognize Russian control of Crimea.
European officials have seen a document confirmed, and Trump confirmed at Time.
Crimea will stay with Russia.
The third is Ukraine will acknowledge the de facto Russian control of the territories it currently occupies, but without officially recognizing it.
Vance has confirmed the plan would freeze the territorial lines at some level close to where they are today.
Ukraine would promise not to attempt to retake them militarily.
The fourth, lifting of sanctions imposed on Russia since 2014.
Fifth, a security guarantee for Ukraine that would involve troops from European countries as well as a separate non-NATO military force to help monitor a ceasefire along the demilitarized zone spanning the entirety of the more than 1,000
-kilometer front line.
Finally!
The plan promises Ukraine compensation and assistance for rebuilding.
The third point, that Ukraine recognizes the de facto control only of the territory Russia controls militarily and not the entire territory Russia annexed, represents a major concession by Putin, who offered to freeze the territorial boundaries along the current line to reach a deal.
Putin told Witkoff Russia could relinquish its claim.
To areas of four partially occupied Ukrainian regions that remain under Kyiv's control.
That the document does not mention limitation on Ukrainian armed forces suggests another concession by Russia.
The guarantee of NATO membership participating in peacekeeping force, really not participating, will require another concession by Putin that has yet to be made.
It's not going to happen.
On April 23rd, Zelensky unambiguously rejected Trump's peace plan.
His rejection outraged Trump.
The situation for Ukraine is dire.
He can have peace or he can fight for another three years before losing the whole country.
Zelensky cited two reasons.
The first, Ukraine will not legally recognize the occupation of Crimea.
It's our territory, the territory of the people of Ukraine.
There's nothing to discuss here.
Second, Ukraine's constitution commits it of pursuing membership in NATO.
Zelensky has refused to give up Ukraine's NATO ambitions.
On neither of those points will Russia ever concede.
Both of Zelensky's statements are misleading, though.
As Trump pointed out, there's nothing in the document that says Ukraine has to recognize Russian control of Crimea.
It states only the U.S. will.
Nobody.
The U.S. will.
Nobody's asking Dilensky to recognize Crimea as Russian territory, even though the United States will do that.
As Ukraine's constitution committing to the pursuit of NATO, the constitution can be amended.
The Ukraine constitution itself has been.
The Declaration of Sovereignty, both committing to neutrality and prohibiting entry into a military pack, It was changed in February 2019 when then-Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko amended the Constitution,
committing Ukraine to a strategic course pursuing NATO membership.
As Poroshenko changed the Constitution to pursue NATO membership, Zelensky can change it back.
He himself said it much at the beginning of the war.
We're not afraid to talk to Russia.
We're not afraid to say everything about security guarantees for our state.
We are not afraid to talk about neutral status.
Other Ukrainian officials made similar concessions at the beginning of the war.
Ukraine was prepared to make this concession while negotiating the Istanbul agreement way back then.
Ukraine could have had the deal offered on April 17 with less loss of land and life at the start of the war.
Making April 17 and 18 Ukraine's worst days.
If Zelensky rejects the deal and Trump walks away, then either by the force of Russian military or by the force of a future American pen, Ukraine will still one day sign essentially the same agreement with yet more loss of land and life where Trump met with Zelensky ahead of the funeral of Pope Francis.
But we do not know the outcome.
Joaquin, your thoughts?
Well, we'll take our break, and then we'll come back and discuss it.
Don, take us out.
Oh, yeah.
We'll take a break from this world crisis.
Boy, the world is going to heck very fast here in that Middle East area and things.
Really pay attention to what all is happening here with Tim and come back the next half hour here.
This is April the 28th, 2025 and the world is going down and we're trying to rise up and correct to what's happening or at least letting you know what's going on.
