U.S. has brokered a Russia-Ukraine Black Sea truce.
It's a limited but nevertheless significant development, including, here we get.
After holding, someone talked with Russian and Ukrainian delegations.
The U.S. announced both sides had agreed to allow commercial shipping through the Black Sea, bearing a similar arrangement established early in the war.
According to a Russian statement, Washington, Kiev, and Moscow agreed to the restoration of the 2022 Black Sea Grain Initiative.
Which includes guaranteeing safe navigation in the Black Sea, refraining from the use of force, and prohibiting the use of commercial vessels for military purposes.
There's another aspect to it.
Here we have a second report talking about also not attacking energy plants.
Which is particularly significant because those would include the nuclear facilities.
Remember, I've reported our lieutenant general in the Ukrainian intel and military structure recommending blowing up all their nuclear plants.
While they would die, they'd take everyone else with them.
Terrible idea.
It appears this is going to be circumvented.
Trump has secured two groundbreaking agreements between Russia and Ukraine, establishing a ceasefire over the Black Sea and a mutual ban on strikes, targeting energy infrastructure, the problem being, of course, Ukraine may not abide at all.
This marks the most significant diplomatic progress in the war since Russia invaded over three years ago.
Remember, it was provoked into invading to protect the Donbass from a slaughter about to be launched.
Something that Biden had failed to achieve in his entire presidency.
According to a White House statement, the U.S. will enforce a deal including guaranteed safe navigation of Black Sea, eliminating the use of force in the region, abandoning attacks on energy facilities, enduring the stability of vital infrastructure for millions, a commitment by both nations to prevent the use of commercial vassals for military purposes.
You can count on Russia to abide.
I don't think you can count on Ukraine.

events in the Baltic region and the damaged submarine cables, I stated that the provocative actions of the North Atlantic alliance against Russia could potentially trigger a new global war.
Unfortunately, as time has shown, everything now happening indicates that a global war could break out at any moment.
NATO countries' attempts to block Russia's access to the Baltic Sea are only exacerbating the situation in this region of the world.
When NATO countries started to make baseless accusations against Russia regarding damaged submarine cables, it quickly became apparent that there was a motive behind this.
The fact is that the story of the damaged underwater cables allowed the North Atlantic Alliance to establish a Baltic Sentry, a joint military operation allegedly designed to protect the Baltic Sea's underwater infrastructure.
As a result, dozens of NATO warships and military planes began patrolling the Baltic Sea.
In the last 70 days alone, NATO countries have detained five Russian oil tankers.
However, the West never managed to prove that the Russian vessels damaged the underwater cables.
Russia's reaction to NATO's provocative actions in the Baltic Sea was not long in coming.
Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, officially stated that the NATO military operation Baltic Sentry is not intended to protect underwater cables, but to deprive Russia of access to the Baltic Sea.
At the same time, he noted that Russia would never allow the West to turn the Baltic Sea into NATO's internal sea.
Moreover, Moscow has also officially stated that Russia will give a mirror response to all NATO's provocations in the Baltic Sea.
Furthermore, Moscow has also promised to protect its civilian vessels and even detain NATO warships if they attempt to use force against Russian tankers and bulk carriers.
And, as time has shown, these were not mere empty words.
So, a few hours ago, It became known that the French Navy Atlantique II Maritime Patrol aircraft began chasing a Russian oil tanker in the Baltic Sea.
It is noteworthy that this maritime patrol aircraft was armed with Exocet anti-ship missiles.
Seeing this, the Russian Corvette Boyki decided to punish the French Maritime Patrol aircraft with the help of the ship-based air defense system Polymentry.

Thus, tension in the Baltic region continues to grow rapidly.
My dear truth seekers, I am absolutely sure that if the North Atlantic Alliance continues to pursue Russian tankers in the Baltic Sea, we will soon witness the destruction of NATO planes and even warships.
Which could, of course, precipitate World War III, NATO as being quite reckless, the French in particular.

They're doing this because Europe has 40% of its shipping going through the Suez Canal.

These messages, not a word about it.
That means Trump's been coming under fire for attacking the Houthis because the Houthis are stand-up.
They've declared war against Israel.
They were only interdicting Israeli shipping, bound with weapons and supplies to Israel.
They even discontinued when the Israelis allowed aid to be delivered to the Palestinians.
They've explained that's what they're all about.
So they're acting in a principled way in accordance with international law.
Even the UN has reported that the Houthis are acting in accordance with international law and the UN Charter.
The United States, however, is not.
And of course, Israel is violating every law in the book about human rights, mass murder, collecting punishment, genocide.

His net worth is, according to Forbes, today is worth $2 billion.
Well, he bought the company for $1.91 billion.
So I'm not really sure if he has the money to keep up with this effort, so to say, that Vista Outdoors had in their ammo industry.
But, you know, we'll see.
The parent company, again, it's all 100% owned by one guy, is out of Bozeman, Montana.
So, as far as their headquarters, so at least the company itself is based out of the U.S.
that's now going to be running the ammo manufacturing branch of Vista Outdoors.
If I had to guess, they got a headquarters in the US so they could Satisfy some technical legal requirement for the sale.
But this appears to be a monstrous hit on our Second Amendment.

For her current remaining employees, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of more than two dozen unnamed current and former USAID employees and contractors who challenged the Trump admin's efforts to shutter the organization.

Now, I was in Judge Bosford's courtroom last December, December of 2024.
He is the new chief judge.
He's been in that capacity since mid-2023.
Obama appointed chief judge now of the D.C. District Court.
Benny, he refused to postpone the trial of a woman who went inside the Capitol for nine minutes on January 6th, committed no violence, was charged with the common form misdemeanors that you and I have talked about.
She wasn't accused of assaulting police, destroying property.
Anything like that.
She asked to delay the trial until after the inauguration based on President Trump's pledge to pardon Jay Sixers, especially people like this woman, charged with only four misdemeanors.
The chief judge of the D.C. District Court denied her motion to postpone the trial, put her on trial the week before Christmas before a D.C. jury in a city that had just voted 92% for Kamala Harris.
Of course, she was convicted within a matter of a few hours.
She was never sentenced.
But what Vosburg said, like a lot of the other judges said in refusing to postpone either trials or sentencing hearings, is we don't care what the president says.
He can make all these promises about pardons, but we are going to wait until after Inauguration Day.
Judicial duty to carry out the legal process, judicial process, despite what the executive branch says.
Okay, so now fast forward, Judge Bosford going to the mat to defend Venezuelan illegal aliens suspected of ties to a Venezuelan gang that has been designated a foreign terrorist organization by the Trump administration, Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
Bosberg jumped into action on Saturday, issued two temporary restraining orders, and in this crazy hearing that he set for 5 o'clock Saturday evening, he demanded the return of any flights carrying these suspected terrorists to Honduras and then El Salvador.
Unbelievable what's going on with these judges seeking to rule the world.

The report did note.
There have been more calls inside Iran to reverse the ban on nuclear weapons, which have grown in response to Israeli aggression in the region.
But they've declared that Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and that Supreme Leader Khamenei has not authorized the nuclear weapon program.
He's suspended in 2003 to go forward.
So I think Tulsi has done the very right thing here, reporting the consensus with bulls of rug out from the plans to attack Iran, in my opinion, Peter.
