	Among Ukrainian troops as Russia annihilates NATO Brigade Here's what we got.
	This is more than a World War I battlefield.
	Once you have networked, integrated all of the overhead surveillance, manned, unmanned, sensors from the ground all the way into space, with all of your strike systems, and the Russians historically have always had enormous numbers of strike systems.
	I'm talking about anything beyond line of sight.
	Once those are networked, you make it impossible for your enemy, unless the enemy has substantial air and missile defenses, to really move.
	It makes maneuver almost impossible.
	That's what the Russians have done in Ukraine.
	So hopefully, you know, people will listen to President Trump and understand just how terrible the lethality of this battlefield is.
	But I don't think they will.
	I think this is going to go on and on and on until 20 January.
	And then the real question is, can he rein in this rogue deep state, which consists largely of the intelligence communities and their supporters, and especially on the Hill?

	Today, we're diving into some shocking updates from the front lines in Ukraine, where NATO's capabilities and Ukraine's resolve are being put to the ultimate test.
	From troops fleeing en masse to dramatic losses and curse, we'll unpack everything with cold, hard facts, and maybe a sprinkle of sarcasm where it's due.

	Our first stop is Pokrovskaya, where Ukraine's shiny, freshly trained NATO brigade, the 155th Mechanized Brigade, had a debut that...
	Let's just say it didn't go as planned.

	This brigade, trained in France and equipped with Western weaponry, was supposed to showcase the pinnacle of NATO-Ukrainian collaboration.

	Out of 3,000 troops, 1,700 fled the battlefield after facing Russian forces for the first time.
	This is more like a World War I battlefield.

	Imagine this over two-thirds of a brigade gone.
	The sheer scale of this desertion cannot be overstated.
	According to Ukrainian sources, the collapse wasn't just about fear, it was also about leadership.
	The brigade's commander was fired immediately after the battle, while a battalion leader overcome by stress died of a heart attack on the field.
	This wasn't a battlefield tragedy, it was a leadership disaster.
	And when leadership fails, morale follows.
	Why did this happen?
	The answer lies in the brigade's preparation or lack thereof.
	Reports indicate that many of these soldiers were civilians pressed into service.
	They had less than two weeks of training before being sent to Pokrovsky.
	Picture someone who's never held a rifle suddenly facing Russian artillery and experienced troops.
	It's not courage that's missing its basic survival skills.
	Let's not forget the context.
	Pokrovsky is a hot zone.
	Russia's forces here are seasoned, equipped, and strategically positioned.
	This isn't a place for half-prepared soldiers with new gear they barely know how to use.
	Even with advanced NATO weapons, poorly trained troops are no match for a determined, well-organized adversary.
	This event underscores a critical flaw in Western military strategy in Ukraine.
	Providing state-of-the-art equipment is meaningless without the training and discipline to use it effectively.
	Colonel Douglas McGregor has repeatedly pointed out that wars are not won by technology alone, but by the soldiers wielding it.
	In Pokrovsky, we saw what happens when this lesson is ignored.
	And speaking of predictable outcomes, let's look at what's happening in Kursk.
	Next, we move to Kursk, where Russia's firepower strategy has turned this region into a nightmare for Ukrainian forces.
	Imagine a kill zone surrounded by Russian artillery and UAVs.
	As Colonel Douglas MacGregor notes, Kursk epitomizes the shift to modern, precision-based warfare.

	Between December 29th and January 1st, nearly 1,200 Ukrainian troops were eliminated.

	Alongside these casualties, 10 trucks, 7 armored vehicles, and 3 UAV launchers were destroyed.
	But the real story lies in how these losses occurred.

	These UAVs aren't just surveillance tools, they're weapons in their own right.
	FPV drones deliver precision strikes while other UAVs provide live feedback to artillery crews.
	The result?
	A battlefield where movement is nearly impossible without being targeted.
	Let me just say, the three basic branches of an army or a Marine Corps, you have tanks, artillery, and infantry. - Yeah.

	Most deaths in combat are created by artillery.
	So when they talk about the Russian artillery barrage, they're talking about Very serious consequences.
	I supervise recruit training.
	It's Recruit Depot in San Diego.
	From 1964 to 1966, I had 15 DIs and 300 recruits under my command.
	We were at the time taking 11 weeks to produce 8,000.
	Marines, they were going to Vietnam, sad to say.
	But the idea of giving someone a gun in two weeks is just absurd.
	Two weeks of training, no wonder there's mass desertions.
	And in fact, after the first year of my supervising recruit training, they sent me to regimental headquarters to revise the training program.
	So instead of 8,011 weeks, we get 11,008 weeks using the same facilities.
	But even eight weeks is marginal.
	And if Ukraine can't do better than two, it's hardly surprising they're in a catastrophic situation.
	Meanwhile, two...
	Don't ignore the Russian missiles.
	They're using the Esklander.
	I mean, it's just so sensational to bombard a Himar's convoy.
	I mean, look.
	Anyone who understands anything about military affairs will tell you the war in Ukraine is lost.
	And there's no way it's going to be resurrected.
	Meanwhile, the Globe and the Mail columnists twist Israel's defenses against Syria into rapacious land grab.
	Well, this article is clearly an Israeli propaganda piece.
	Because the Israeli intrusion into Syria is a rapacious land grab.
	I have no doubt about it.

	A December 31st Globe and Mail column by Hussein Ibbish, Washington, D.C.-based scholar at the Arab Gulf States Institute entitled Israel's land grab in Syria isn't justified.
	Using loaded language and terry-picked facts to frame Israel as a baseless aggressor, this time against Syria.
	But Israel is a baseless aggressor.
	How can anyone have any doubt?
	They're slaughtering innocent Palestinians.
	They allowed the October event to justify the attack on Gaza, which had been completely disproportionate and a form of collective punishment, both of which are illegal under international law, Geneva Conventions, UN Charter.
	Both the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court have concluded that Israel is committing genocide.
	So this is simply one more effort by Israel to justify a rapacious land grab.
	Meanwhile, leaked Emails exposed collaborative efforts between the Israeli government and the center for countering digital hate.
	Yeah.
	You know, Israelis are great at having assets that work on propaganda mills.
	Emails obtained by the gray zone reveal, a leading anti-hate campaigner.
	Imran Ahmad collaborated with Israeli official to censor pro-Palestinian social media accounts and courted them for donations to his censorship-obsessed Center for Countering Digital Hate.
	Since emerging in America from seemingly out of the blue in 2020, the Center for Countering Digital Hate, It's become one of the transatlantic establishment's most effective tools for censoring online speech.
	Its founder, Imran Ahmed, has nurtured close ties with the Biden White House since moving to Washington, D.C., targeting its political enemies with calls for their removal from social media.
	Back in his hometown of London, Ahmed was an influential advisor to the neoliberal wing of the UK Labour Party, helping sabotage leftist insurgency of Jeremy Corbyn and placed his ally, Keir Starmer, in charge of the party with disastrous consequences.
	Meanwhile, Germany seem to be experiencing a mini-gun grab.
