	But the prime question remains, what good will a rapid infusion of more weapons do when the real problem is Ukraine's collapsing manpower, to illustrate the reality of Russia's rapid advance in the past several months?

	The Russian people are overwhelmingly comfortable with Vladimir Putin.
	He's proven himself to be an able, visionary leader.
	He's been masterful in navigating all kinds of hazards and so far enabled single-handedly World War III not to take place yet.

	What we should find more upsetting than the pardon It's a protection FBI and DOJ provided for Biden and his son from the evidence in Hunter's laptop.
	The FBI put out the story, quickly accepted by the prostitutes, that the laptop was a Russian attempt to discredit the U.S. president.
	The prosecutions that Hunter has faced have been limited to false statements about his gun purchase and failure to pay income taxes on profits from his and the president's influence, paddling ventures, to which the FBI and DOJ have turned a blind eye.
	The same FBI and DOJ that gave Biden clearance on the document charge for which Trump was indicted and prosecuted.
	In other words, Under the Democrats, justice in America was totally corrupted, and still, 45% of American voters voted for Democrats in the last election.
	This tells us close to half of the voting population either is too insusant, roughly careless, or ignorant.
	To know what's going on or is indifferent or unconcerned whether law serves justice or political, ideological, or personal agendas.
	The damning conclusion is that close to half of the American population accepts law as a political weapon.
	That the personnel behind DOJ do not resign in protest.
	That the perversion of law and prosecution indicate they too accept the abuse of law by their superiors.
	Can the transformation of law from a shield of the people into a weapon in the hands of the state be reversed when the entire federal law enforcement system is corrupt to the core?
	Can such a giant task be accomplished when Trump is simultaneously attempting to restore integrity to all other aspects of government?
	Is this a bridge too far?

	And you're making a lot of money, and you give 10% of that money to the big guy, who is your dad, the Vice President of the United States.
	And in exchange, perhaps, maybe, the Chinese Communist Party gets influence with your dad, which is illegal and treasonous.
	So hey, I mean, that's a possible crime that could be pardoned in a totally made-up, fabricated, scenario situation or here's another totally fabricated situation in which you are again the son of the vice president of the United States and you get a job sitting on the board of a corrupt oil and gas company in Ukraine even though you have no experience in oil and gas and you're making a million bucks a
	year and then your dad leverages $1 billion in aid to Ukraine to stop a prosecutor from looking into that corrupt oil and gas company that you just happen to be sitting on the board of.
	Again, that would just be another possible crime that could be committed and that could be pardoned under an unconditional pardon.
	Let's think of another crime that could be pardoned Under an unconditional pardon.
	I've got it.
	Your dad is now the President of the United States.
	And you become a painter.
	Yes.
	You're now a painter.
	And you start painting these paintings And then you start selling these paintings for hundreds of thousands of dollars, but you won't expose who some of the buyers are, which is really shady.
	I mean, some of these guys could be world leaders or rich oligarchs looking to gain influence to your father, which would again be a pay-for-play activity scheme, which is then again illegal and Treasonous.
	I think I've said treasonous too many times in this video.
	Again, that's another possible crime that could be committed that then could be pardoned under an unconditional pardon.
	So let's say you have this laptop and then you lose it and this laptop has so much of your criminal activity on it and nobody will really know the full story of what was on the laptop Because your dad, again in this totally fabricated scenario, is the President of the United States and he pardons you.
	And the laptop just totally goes away now.
	All of it.
	All the criminal activity on the laptop goes away.
	And this protects you.
	But not just you.
	It also protects your dad.
	Again, that's just a totally made-up possible crime that could be committed that then could be pardoned under an unconditional pardon.

	Corinne Jean-Pierre says Biden always believed to be truthful to the American people after a reporter asked her why Biden lied about not pardoning his son.

	I just, I wanted to ask you, could those statements now be seen as lies from the American people?

	I assume that you've read his statement and you look at the end of that statement, and he actually says that in the first line in the last paragraph.
	And respects the thinking and how the American people will actually see this in his decision making.

	I think he lays out his thought process.
	He lays out how he came to this decision.
	He came to this decision this weekend.
	So let's be very clear about that.
	He says it himself.
	It's in his voice.
	He said he came to this decision this weekend.
	And he said he wrestled with this.
	Because he believes in the Justice Simpson, but he also believes that the war politics infected the process and led to a miscarriage of justice.
	It's just absurd, the claim being made here that there was bias involved when it's just the opposite.

	November 16, 2016, just two weeks after Trump was selected, Biden calls then Ukrainian President Poroshenko.
	Biden was extremely nervous about Trump becoming sophisticated enough to understand that the money was going Biden then threatened Poroshenko by saying his economic and physical security depended on pushing the private bank loan forward, confirming that Poroshenko was subservient to the Obama administration.
	Biden tasked Poroshenko with covering up these tracks and preventing Trump from understanding where U.S. taxpayer funds were ending up in Ukraine.

	When he called Ukraine asking questions about this exact scheme, it had nothing to do with Trump's crimes.
	It was about preventing Trump from looking into their crimes.
	Hunter's recent pardon is also about covering up this exact scheme.
	Hence, why Joe began the pardon starting in 2014, exactly when Hunter began securing U.S. funding for Ukraine.
	The deep state really does not want Trump to find out about where the money is going in Ukraine.

	And it's a lot more than just money laundering.

	Special counsel rejects Hunter Biden pardon, files scathing rebuke and court case.
	Last night, Hunter's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss his California tax fraud case after Biden and his father issued a blanket pardon absolving him of all crimes committed over a 10-year period.
	The President pardon moots Mr. Biden pending and yet to occur sentencing and entry of judgment in this case and requires an automatic dismissal of the indictment with prejudice, wrote Hunter's lawyer Abby Lowell in the filing, adding that this court must dismiss the indictment against Mr. Biden with prejudice and injure no future proceedings in the matter.
	Special Counsel David Weiss isn't having it.
	In a Monday response in the opposition, Weiss argued that a motion should be denied since there is no binding authority on this court which requires dismissal.
	As a matter of past practice in this district, courts do not dismiss indictments when mardons are granted, Weiss wrote, citing the cases involving Steve Bannon and Michael Flynn.

	Instead, it has been the practice of this court that once an executive grant of clemency has been filed on the docket.
	The docket is marked closed.
	The disposal entry is updated to reflect the executive grant of clemency and no further action is taken by the court.
	Although Weiss reported not to have seen the pardon itself, which Lowell inexplicably failed to dock it, he took particular umbrage at the suggestion that prosecution was politically motivated.
	Toughing that, the court similarly found Biden's vindictive prosecution claims unmoored from any evidence.
	Or even a coherent theory as of inductiveness.
	Judge Mark Scarcy of the Central District of California has taken no action thus far.
	But in Delaware, Judge Mary Ellen Noriaka said in a minute order, It intends to terminate proceedings and instruct the government to say by tomorrow if it objects to termination by dismissal.
	Presumably it does, though no objection has hit the docket as of this writing.
	Plead guilty to tax charges earlier this year after a Delaware jury found him guilty of lying about his drug use in a background check form to purchase a firearm.

	The defendant did not talk at the part, nor has the government seen it.
	If media reports are accurate, the government has not challenged that the defendant has been the recipient of an act of mercy.
	But that does not mean the grand jury's decision to charge him, based on a finding of probable cause, should be wiped away as if it never occurred.
	It also does not mean that his charges should not be wiped away, that his charges should be wiped away because the defendant falsely claimed the charges were the result of some improper motive.
	Dockert has agreed with a defendant on these baseless claims, and the requested dismiss indictment finds no support in the law or the practice of this district.

	Meanwhile, Jean-Pierre claims Biden was truthful with the public about pardoning his son.

	White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Monday, President Biden was being truthful with the American people when it came to the topic of pardoning his son, convicted felon Hunter Biden.
	Jean-Pierre made the remark during a press gaggle in which video cameras are not present after she was asked about the highly controversial pardon that covered every crime Hunter Biden was convicted of or may have committed over an 11-year span.
	One of the things the President always believes is to be truthful to the American football, she claimed, despite Biden repeatedly stating on the record he would not pardon his son.
	That is something that he always truly believes.
	Jean-Pierre pointed to where Biden sat in his statement.
	He's always followed the principle, just tell the American people the truth.
	Here's the truth.
	I believe in the justice system, but as I've wrestled with this, I so believe raw politics has infected this process and led to a miscarriage of justice.
	And once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further.
	I hope Americans will understand why a father and a president would come to this decision.

	Meanwhile, Scott Jennings laughed out loud at a CNN contributor's excuse for Biden pardoning Hunter.
	Scott Jennings, a much-lauded conservative contributor for CNN, did not hold back criticism Monday for President Biden and his defenders after he pardoned his son Hunter for any federal crime committed within the past 10 years, actually 11. Jennings was on CNN with host John Berman and contributor Karen Finney, who worked on Hillary's 2016 campaign.
	Jennings stated Biden's decision to pardon his son after saying multiple times he would not do so went along with President Trump's argument about the nation's two-tiered justice system.
	Joe Biden is leaving office making the strongest possible case for Donald Trump that anybody could possible make and it's that our government and our justice system is up by and for the elite and nobody else.
	He ran to banish Trumpism from our political system in this country and he has left it politically and now institutionally the strongest possible political force in the country.
	When Jennings noted everyone in the US, except the most partisan, brain-rotted people, will be outraged by the pardon, Finney took issue with being called brain-rotted.
	After Jennings told Finney to stand up for herself and not have been Biden, Finney replied she had no issues with a pardon.
	Are you fine with a line?

	I think he made a decision after the fact and decided this was the right thing for him and for his family, period, full stop.
	Finney said, prompting Jennings to laugh out loud.

	If Karine Jean-Pierre had announced a self-respect, she'd have to get off the plane in Africa today where they're going so he can avoid the press and resign.
	He's drained all her credibility and everyone else who's defended this is draining, draining for everyone.

	Megyn Kelly blew up on President Joe Biden after he pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, and said she has no sympathy for a spoiled presidential kid who just got a pass for always done under the excuse of being an addict.
	During the Megyn Kelly Show podcast Monday, she reacted to the news that Biden had pardoned his son for any federal crimes under committed or may have over the span of 11 years.

	Hunter was never punished.
	Prosecuted for evident violation of the Foreign Agent Registration Act for his work on behalf of foreign clients.
	Moreover, in 2020, 51 former national security and intel officials falsely claimed that Hunter's incriminating an infamous laptop was likely the product of Of a Russian disinformation campaign.

	Colorado Governor Jared Polis, also a Democrat, condemned Biden's decision Sunday night as well.

	Jim, let's remember, back in July, I think it was July 24th of 2024, Benjamin Netanyahu, with blood all over his hands, Was already speaking to the American Congress.
	And remember how all those senators and congressmen were, you know, jumping to their feet and then going back to their seat and up on their feet, up and down like an exercise class.

	Applauding this guy.
	And only a few months later, now he's a global pariah.
	So what's that tell you about the groupthink The clannishness of these people in the Senate and in the House who didn't have the ability to judge their character, first of all, Netanyahu, right?

	So that really shows these people are Ultimately, demented, weak cowards who just follow the crowd.

	They all didn't attend that thing.

	And so it really was like a disgusting time in American history.

	Every new member of Congress has to sign a pledge to put the interests of Israel even ahead of those of the United States.

	But I could see Donald Trump meeting with him because regardless of whether Netanyahu is a mass murderer or not, he's still going to be somebody Donald Trump is going to have to negotiate with.
	That I can kind of give a pass to because that's just the political reality of this.
	I'm hearing little birdies telling me, and what I'm reading in the news, is that Donald Trump is trying to step up sanctions on certain people in the ICC, and the Republicans want to attack people in the court, the criminal court.
	There's a particular British lawyer named, she's a lady, Kareem Khan.
	She's clearly from Middle Eastern heritage, right?
	But nonetheless, she's on the right on this.
	You know, the killing is excessive, right?
	It is genocidal in nature, indiscriminate, like just murdering and bombing of civilians without a care about, you know, whether you're actually targeting soldiers.
	And so, you know, the presidents and the codes, the Nuremberg codes and all the things that came out of World War II, I mean, are we supposed to just abandon them In the case of Israel, overlook it when Israel does it.
	I mean, we're good trained going up here, Jim.
	You know what I mean?
	We're like, we're really, we're following the rules they taught us since World War II. You know, defend the rights of ethnic minorities, all the rest is that murdering civilians is wrong.
	And we've been, and we're, you know, we're supposed to do that.
	So why, you know, it's just so disgusting that Israel gets a pass on this.
	And that Netanyahu is not being arrested.
	And it's also a disgrace, really, since NATO bombed the Serbians, right, for what was hardly a genocide at all, right?

	So Texas had a law to stop the illegal alien children in a portion in a county of their state with their public schools, not all over Texas.
	There was them flooding all over freaking Texas.

	So why is it okay for Connecticut and other places not to ask and think we should have illegal aliens in the schools, in the public schools?

	What you don't realize is that the public school system in each state...
	But some states much greater, like New York and California than Connecticut amass, but still it's in the billions.
	It's close to a billion billions in a lot of these states.
	Some states don't have many of any at all, like North and South Dakota and Wyoming.
	Forget it.
	They don't have to worry about it.
	But the ones that do, I'm saying that's one of the biggest things, that and medical.
	And so what I'm saying is that You know, what happened was this judge in the Supreme Court, they made a ruling.
	I'll get this.
	Okay, I got it.
	They made a ruling that in the Supreme Court, and I think that was Reagan's puppet judge that he put up there, to rule against that state law in Texas with the people of Texas trying to protect their schools from illegal aliens and rule against them so that Illegal aliens can go into schools anywhere in the country.
	Their children can.
	See, actually, that's wrong.
	So what I'm saying is this.
	If Roe v.
	Wade could be overturned, which it was legitimate that they overturned it in this way, they weren't making abortion illegal or illegal.
	Because I understand a little bit of law from learning from lawyers, even though I'm not a lawyer, but I'm smart enough that I can understand it.
	And read it, too.
	What they're saying, what Justice Clarence Thomas was saying with Roe v.
	Wade is that the Constitution does not tell us whether we can make, you know, allow us to decide to make abortion illegal or illegal.
	Legal or illegal, it's up to the states.
	Yeah.
	Okay, so that's what he's saying.
	Now, so in that case, they did overturn Roe v.
	Wade, but what they did is they overturned what Previous Supreme Courts made a mistake in the ruling, and judges do that all the time.
	Now, what I'm saying is that the Supreme Court—and, Tom, you'll get this—the Supreme Court needs to overturn that ruling back in 1982 with Reagan's puppet judge and these globalists who want to make us flood all these people here and work for BucketHour and think that's just wonderful.
	They need to overturn that about these public schools I'm accepting illegal alien children.
	See, nobody thought of this.
	So with Trump talking about doing this and doing that and deporting it, yeah, okay, but you need to argue something to the Supreme Court.
	Somebody does, even if it costs a raise a million dollars, to change that so that these illegal...
	I'll just tell you how serious this is.
	These illegal kids, they don't speak English, they don't have an academic background, they're creating a burden, they're creating chaos, they're draining resources, they're turning our school, our public, that's one of the most important things.
	Yeah, but what I'm saying is somebody, I'll get off because somebody may need to call, but I'm saying, I'll get back on this another time when I can get a chance to call in.
