	The situation with Ukraine and Russia is getting quite serious.
	There's a secret clause in Zelensky's victory plan that he is either to join NATO or get nuclear weapons to use against Russia.
	This is very, very bad.
	For the last several weeks, the Kiev regime, Frugman and Zelensky, have been pitching the much-touted victory plan.
	It didn't impress them, to put it mildly.
	Despite, on October 16th, he decided to go public, revealing the main points in an address to Parliament.
	The document contains five publicly available points and three additional secret.
	Allegedly shared only with certain partners.
	He stated it would be a bridge toward future peace talks with Russia.
	The main point is more of the same NATO membership.
	However, it includes a secret clause that he is to be provided with Nuclear weapons if he's not allowed to join NATO. Putin, of course, appropriately has said this is ludicrous.
	It's not going to be allowed to happen.
	Talk of building nukes by so-called Ukraine is a dangerous proposition.
	He made a lot of points in a recent address.
	Zelensky's nuclear rhetoric is a dangerous provocation.
	Russia will not allow the creation of nuclear weapons by Ukraine.
	Russia will be able to track Any movement toward the creation of nuclear weapons, dialogue and peaceful resolution can be considered only within the framework of the Istanbul agreements.
	I mean, Russia keeps all the territory it already has, and of course, Ukraine has to demilitarize and denazify, which they're not going to be willing to do.
	Thus, the beat goes on.
	Russia is interested in completing the conflict.
	At the same time, Ukraine, which for the list of demands and is not inclined to negotiate, Russia holds the upper hand.

	He typically doesn't follow through, and of course, he was a complete waste with regard to Sandy Hook.

	About how Russian military and civilian decisions are made.
	The knowledge I gained enables me to update my take on the situation.
	The Ukrainian invasion of Kursk, which had been defeated, was a game changer and possibly a result in the termination of Ukraine as an independent country.
	The reason is that the invasion convinced the Russian public, the general staff, and buttressed the case of a Russian politician that an independent Ukraine is inconsistent with Russian security.
	Putin still says he'd open the negotiations, but only if the other side acknowledges the reality on the ground, which Zelensky's victory plan does not do.
	Zelensky says only nukes or NATO can save Ukraine.
	The Russians will not allow either.
	If the Russian army stops at the Daniper River, that leaves Western Ukraine as a U.S.-NATO missile platform.
	Stopping at the Daniper, leave Putin no way to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine.
	He would limit his declared goals only to Preventing the Russian population's attack by Soviet leaders to Ukraine from being slaughtered by anti-Russian Ukrainian forces.
	I think it meant attack by the Kiev leaders, because these are all the people at Donbass.
	It seems Putin overlooked that dispelling Ukrainian military from Donbass is not Demilitarize Ukraine or prevent Ukraine from being a member of NATO. Putin will have reincorporated former Russian territory back into Russia.
	Western Ukraine would still be there as a platform for US nukes and from which to trade missile strikes with Russia as Israel and Iran are doing.
	The question is whether Putin, who wants peace, will be content with liberating eastern and northern Russian territories of Ukraine, and if so, whether the Russian public and general staff will permit him to leave a Ukraine state in place, or will they set a deal to merely kicking the can down the road?
	He cannot kick the can.
	He must take all of Ukraine, which some of us have anticipated from the beginning.
	It may be the reason why this has dragged out so long is because as Zolensky declared back in 2022, he wants Ukraine to become a big Israel, the new Israel.
	Zolensky says the main issue for Ukraine after Russia's invasion end will be security.
	Ukrainian President Zolensky said he wanted his country to become a big Israel with its own face.
	After the Russian invasion ends, stressing security would likely be the main issue for Ukraine during the post-war period.
	Well, it ain't gonna happen.
	But it's not for lack of trying.
	Meanwhile, the U.S. is probing an intel leak regarding Israel's plan to retaliate against Iran.
	Israel is expected to retaliate against Iran after launch hundreds of drones and missiles out to Israel earlier this year.
	Appearing the United States and probing a leak of intel, reporting to Joe Israel planned a retaliation against Iran, House Speaker Johnson announced on October 20th.
	Appearing on CNN, Johnson said an investigation of the leak is underway, and they'll get a briefing later in the day.
	The documents, which the public time could not verify, appear to be from the National Geospatial Institute.
	The intelligence agency and were reported by Axios and CNN. They were posted on a Telegram channel, shared on social media.
	By the way, that would be one way to call off an attack that Israel realizes it's going to lose.

	The problem with all of this is that most of the Muslim world is watching And the Muslim world is led, in most cases, particularly the Arabs, by governments that are, by their very nature, fragile and did not want to go to war.
	But they're losing the battle for peace.
	Their populations are enraged, particularly in Jordan and Egypt.
	I will be surprised if those governments last much longer.
	At the same time, you have Iran that is committed to Hezbollah because they are also Shiites.
	Just as they've supported the Houthis, You also have a similar situation in Iraq with Shiite militias.
	We have tended to treat all of this as mindless terrorism directed exclusively in Israel and us.
	That's an oversimplification.
	When we were fighting ISIS, the Shiite militias in Iraq and the Shiites coming out of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon were allied with us against ISIS. They were of invaluable Support for us.
	Now that that ISIS problem is largely but not completely defeated, we've now turned against them, largely because Israel has an agenda in the region.
	It wants to dominate.
	It's not enough to be a powerful and influential nation.
	They have decided that they want to settle all accounts with all potential adversaries.
	That's a very dangerous thing to do, and I think the path is now suicidal.
	But Israel thinks that as long as it has unconditional support from us, that they can do anything.
	The problem with unconditional support from us is that our resources really are limited.
	We don't have limitless numbers of ships and soldiers, limitless missiles, and Iran is not alone.
	Iran is backed by Russia and China.
	You're talking about disrupting the flow of oil and natural gas out of the Persian Gulf, potentially?
	Talking about destroying Iran, which is a nation that other countries want to do business with.
	It's very dangerous.

	If Israel can target banks throughout a country because those banks are linked to Hezbollah, asks Al Turner, then the questions that must be asked are, what makes a bank linked to something?

	Is it okay for Israel to blow up banks in Lebanon?
	Is it then okay for people around the world to target banks if their own countries are somehow linked to Israel because of its genocide?
	Should Israeli-linked banks be attacked worldwide?
	After all, if merely being linked to Hezbollah is good enough for Israel to drop bombs on them from fighter jets, why should banks linked to Israel be exempt from similar action worldwide?

	Biden's also chosen to doubt his economic record, including the latest official job report.
	While Harris has sought a focus on inflation and the economic hardship faced by ordinary Americans brought about by her and Biden's own policies.
	Man, they have no way to win, in my opinion.
	Meanwhile, we have Barack Obama Telling a big lie about Trump that has backfired on him.

	It's all hands on deck to help Vice President Kamala Harris with the momentum in the presidential race shifting away from her.
	Former President Obama is ramping up his appearance on the campaign to try to help her get across the finish line.
	He traveled to Pittsburgh for her campaign rally, but has become the most important swing state.
	Democrats are terrified because the election gives voters an easy comparison between the four years of former President Trump in office compared to the Harris-Biden admin.
	Trump presided over the strongest economy since the Great Recession during his first term until the pandemic.
	Democrats have been trying to discredit the Trump economy the entire election cycle after the Biden-Harris economy was marked by the worst inflation in four decades.
	Obama laughingly tried to take credit for the Trump economy during his rally.
	Donald Trump's plan is to do what he did last time, which is to give another massive tax cut to billionaires and big corporations.

	For the record, I don't want to be writing about a 30-year-old alleged Tim Walz sex abuse scandal with a 14-year-old boy, because I see K. I can't think of any topic I'd rather write less about than Tim Walz's love life.

	Justice Amy Coney Barrett, Was former President Trump's third Supreme Court nomination.
	She replaced it as East Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, cementing a 63 majority conservative fought for since the 1970s right off the bat.
	There were problems.
	In Barrett's first term on the bench, she joined the court's leftists to refuse to hear the case of a Christian florist facing government sanctions for not providing flowers for a homosexual wedding.
	The concerns about Barrett only grew louder this term.
	She agreed with the court's leftists in a case of allowing the government to deny Americans not yet convicted of a crime, their Second Amendment rights.
	First came, however, in the Supreme Court immunity ruling.
	Barrett joined, of course, five other conservatives in the overall ruling that Barrett's had immunity, that President's had immunity from criminal prosecution for court constitutional acts and presumptive immunity for official acts.
	She voted with the leftist on an important point.
	She rejected the majority ruling that prosecutors couldn't use official acts as evidence in a criminal prosecution of a former president.
	And Barrett also agreed with Special Counsel Jack Smith that the so-called fake elector legal challenge where Trump's campaign submitted alternative states of electorate to preserve its ability in court to contest the result was somehow criminal.
	Justice Barrett cracked the door open and Jack Smith kicked it right down.
	This is disgusting.
	I had a problem with Justice Barrett myself in my Sandy Hook cage, which I carried all the way to the Supreme Court.
	Because I had discovered that I was being denied my Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury, and that Wisconsin doesn't insist on trials by jury, because the Supreme Court has never ruled, unlike all the other First Ten Amendments, that it's a right of the states.

	On objectivity and deterministic and indeterministic situations is our contribution of mind to the philosophy of quantum mechanics that you might find of interest.

	The second kind of signs are causes or effects of that for which they stand, just as smoke and ashes and fire.
	You know, smoke and ashes are signs of fire, heat produced by fire.
	You can reason from the cause to the effect and backwards.
	And then the third kind are symbols, which are merely habitually associated with what they stand for.
	The word horse, H-O-R-S-E, doesn't look like a horse, and it doesn't run like a horse, but it stands for a horse nonetheless.
	And once you enter this higher level of symbolic thinking and you can create words that stand for things that are not immediately present in your Causal field, your visual or auditorial field, and you can imagine different scenarios.
	It greatly enhances your mental ability.
	So I have a whole book on the evolution of mentality that addresses this, JP. You might really like it.

	So there's some people that don't believe in the deity.
	The deity, you know, the deity thing is wrong.
	In ancient Hebrew, they say don't be an idol worshiper, don't, you know, deodize people.
	And a lot of, some of these New-A Christians, and I hate to say it, they believe in Jesus as a supernatural character.
	It's like a child's story.

	And Russia basically has been very noble in this war, trying to claim the lands that they wanted that were mostly populated with Russian ethnic minorities in order to protect them from the genocidal Ukrainians.
	And if the Ukrainians feed their soldiers and their young men into the meat grinder, I mean, is the opposing military supposed to just not kill them when you're in war?
	If your opposing military that you're in war with is so eager to, you know, just send flesh into the meat grinder?

	Russia is trying to win this.
	It seems like they're going to win this.
	And I urge some of the callers, if you don't like Douglas McGregor, look up Brian Berlatic.
	He's said for years now that the Russians are trying to attrit Ukrainians and basically, you know, weaken them until they ultimately surrender.
	And the way things are going, it should be hopefully within a year.
