Time Text
Bye.
You know, I need someone.
I was younger, so much younger than today.
I never need anybody's help in any way.
But now these days have gone out, I'm not so self-assured.
But I'll find in the Chamberlain, an open up the door.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.
And I do appreciate you for your crown.
Help me get my feet back on the ground.
Won't you feel it?
Please help me.
This is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal, right here on Revolution Radio Studio B this 30th day of September 2024.
So much news to report.
We begin with a massive bombing of Maroud in the attempt to assassinate Hezbollah leader Hussein Nasrallah, which was successful.
Just one day after Israel secured another $8 billion in military aid from the U.S., the Jewish state dropped massive bombs on Beirut—I understand it was eight 2,000-pound bunker busters—in an attempt to assassinate Azbola leader Hassan Nash-Rawla, allegedly without even tipping off America.
Now they're bombing the city of Beirut now.
100,000 have fled from the south in search of safety.
The aftermath of the Israeli aggression on Beirut's southern suburb of Daya and its multiple residential buildings have been turned to rubble.
Literally. On that, Yahweh says Israel wants peace.
They've raised an entire city blocking Beirut to the ground.
Shameless. From Reuters.
The Israeli military said it targeted Hezbollah's central headquarters in Beirut's South Suburbed Friday, an attack that shook the Lebanese capital, sent thick clouds of smoke over the city.
The news outlet, Axios, cited an Israeli source that St.
Hezbollah leader Syed at San Nasrallah was the target, and that the Israeli military was checking if he was hit.
He was. Of course, most of Hezbollah said he was alive, but that turns out to be Iran's news service said he was safe.
But that appears to be false.
Iran backed Hezbollah's album, and our television report four buildings were destroyed, many casualties in the multiple strike, a major escalation of Israel's conflict with a heavily armed Hezbollah.
The U.S. claims they were not ripped off.
Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrinas says the U.S. did not have advance warning of the Israeli strike in Beirut and added that Israeli Defense Minister Galan spoke on the phone with Defense Secretary Austin as the strike was ongoing.
Meanwhile, Iran confirms atop Revolutionary Guard officer was killed alongside of Nasrallah vowing revenge.
On Sunday, Rand vowed severe revenge against Israel, not only for the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah during the massive bombing on Friday, but for the death of a top Revolutionary Guard official.
Rand's Foreign Minister gave a high-level confirmation that the Revolutionary Guard Deputy Commander General Abbas, who apparently was meeting with Nasrallah at the time, was killed.
Yes, this appears to have been a meeting of top officials, you know, top military leaders, so the Israeli strike was, from a military point of view, well-timed, but of course a despicable act.
The foreign minister warned that this is a horrible crime of the aggressor Zionist regime will not go unanswered, stopping sure to specify whether the response would be military.
The diplomatic apparatus will use all its political, diplomatic, legal, and international capacity to pursue the criminals and their supporters.
But he also stipulated Iran has a legal right to respond militarily under international law, if it wished.
Def Rashan was a top commander in the Revolutionary Guard Foreign Intelligence and Operations Army, the Quds Force.
Simultaneous to the warning from the Islamic Republic Foreign Minister, Rand's Vice President, Javad Zaroff, said a response will occur at the appropriate time and it has Rand's choice and decision will definitely be made at the leadership level at the highest level of the state.
Iran's Guard Council, meanwhile, said Israel will receive a forceful answer, ultimately threaten the destruction of the Zionist regime.
Meanwhile, on board Israeli reservists and tanks, have appeared along the Israel-Lebanon border, a sign the IDF could be parried to start a ground offensive.
Al Jazeera observes, inborn rocket alarms have continued sounding in parts of northern Israel.
Israel's threats also said, U.S. officials say small-scale border movements into Iran may have begun.
Well, they're trying to do the most they can with the bombing.
They may be very reluctant to enter into a ground offensive where they were defeated by Hezbollah back in 2006.
And Hezbollah is considerably stronger now than it was then.
But there's no question about what The breadth of the engagement is increasing, and this has become a regional war, as we shall see.
Meanwhile, Vice President Harris, Nationalist Death, brings justice for victims.
B.B. Harris stated the death of Hezbollah Nader Nasrallah brings justice for his victims and reiterates U.S. support for Israel's security.
She called his death a step toward justice for the countless victims of his action.
This Raul, who led the Iran-backed militant group for a decade, was killed in the airstrike on Friday.
He was a terrorist with American blood on his hands, Harris stated.
Across decades, his leadership of Hezbollah and destabilized the Middle East led to the killing of countless innocent people in Lebanon, Israel, Syria, and around the world.
Nothing to hear about the countless innocent people in Lebanon, Israel, Syria, and around the world slaughtered by the Israelis.
Not a word of it.
Hezbollah In my opinion, wrongly, designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., has been responsible for numerous attacks and violence throughout the region.
Under Nesrah's command, they played a key role in regional conflicts, often operating as a proxy force for Iran.
His leadership saw Hezbollah involved in several confrontations with Israel and an ongoing presence in the Syrian civil war.
Israel's military confirmed as well as death Saturday that the airstrike targeted the group's central headquarters in Beirut's southern suburb, the area known as the Stronghold for Hezbollah, housed its leadership beneath a residential building.
The IDF indicated fighter jet carried out the strike to eliminate the group's leadership.
Of course, that's the right thing to have done from a military point of view.
Meanwhile, the Michigan Democrat, Taleb, slams U.S.-funded bloodbath, as Biden calls Israel, bombing of Lebanon justice.
She is right.
U.S. government is complicit.
Conspirators to the war crimes committed by Benjamin Netanyahu.
She has got it right.
U.S. President Joe Biden, Congresswoman Rashida Tayyip, Saturday had noticeably different responses to Israel's intense bombing campaign, which killed hundreds of people, including key Hezbollah leaders, over the past 24 hours.
Our country is funding a bloodbath.
Hayab sat on social media Saturday morning, sharing a post from Zotero's cram tanker with videos of the Israeli assault on Lebanon that began Friday, while Prime Minister Netanyahu is in New York addressing the United Nations General Assembly.
Sending more of our troops and bombs to the region is not advancing peace.
The only Palestinian-American in Congress and a leading critic of Israel's year-long genocide in the Gaza Strip.
The U.S. government are conspirators to the war criminal Netanyahu's genocidal plan.
The Post, shared by Pella, noted the U.S. was reportedly informed of the attack shortly beforehand, just a day after the U.S. sent $8.7 billion more to Israel.
She also shared her office was feeling desperate calls from U.S. citizens struggling to leave Lebanon.
All grotesque.
Biden, meanwhile, began his Saturday afternoon statement knowing that Israel had killed Nasrallah, Let's see, Redback, Lebanese political and military group confirmed earlier in the day, a development that elevates fears of a broader regional war, no doubt about it, it's already begun.
While the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee, which runs Congress, let me add, thank Biden for standing with our Democratic ally Israel, journalists from around the world and other critics highlighted that his statement has not a word on civilian casualties.
Middle East expert Sal Raad, for example, said, Biden calls massive bombs in a densely populated area leveling six apartment buildings in Label on a measure of justice.
The torching of international on the present means that should terrify us all.
That also slammed Biden's ceasefire call, saying this is nonsense.
You can't provide the funding and weapons to continue the conflict without conditions, twist humanitarian law to give Israel total impunity, and reject every international institution that seeks accountability and say your aim is to de-escalate.
Others recall Israel's 2004 assassination of the Hamas leader, Hamad Yassin, who also was killed, with seven others.
The admin of then-former President George W. Bush, who launched a global war on terror in the wake of the 9-11 attacks, didn't issue a forceful combination like some European leaders, but a spokesperson for the State Department said at the time that we are deeply troubled by the attack.
Azad Aboukal, a Lebanese-American professor at Cal State, Stanislaus, declared Saturday, there has been no U.S. president ever who has unconditionally allowed unrestrained Israeli savagery in the Middle East as Biden has done.
Aboukal warned the U.S. has suffered for years to compromise policies of Biden in the Middle East, which he described as more far-reaching than Bush, I would say by a mile.
The question's raised by responsible stagecraft.
Why do Biden and Blinken act like Israel's lawyers?
Defending the indefensible doesn't seem to be in America's best interest.
This week, President Biden, during his final address to the UN General Assembly, said the following about how the current conflict between Israel and Hezbollah began.
Hezbollah on Bravo!
Join the October 7th attack launching rockets into Israel.
This is only slightly misleading, but misleading in an illuminating way, a way that helps explain its failure to end the carnage in the Middle East over the past year and also helps to explain America's failure to bring stability to the Middle East over the past decades.
Here is how the years-long conflict between Israel and Hezbollah started, October 7th.
Hamas attacks Israel, intentionally killing hundreds of civilians as well as hundreds of soldiers and police.
As we've reported many times, that was allowed to happen.
That was an Israeli op where they killed more than half of those who were deceased in order to justify their onslaught.
Their genocide in Gaza, October 7th, same day.
Israel launches air strikes against Gaza.
They were ready to do it, destroying numerous targets, including a mosque and killing hundreds of Palestinians on October 8th.
Hezbollah strikes Israeli military posts in Shabba, farms, and small historically Lebanese patch of land not part of Israel.
Under international law, Israel retaliates with strikes on Lebanon.
In the ensuing weeks and months, cross-border strikes on both sides have expanded and continued ever since.
Hezbollah explicitly said it struck Sheba farmers as a show of sympathy with Hamas, so it's fair for Biden to make a connection with October 7th.
Still, saying Hezbollah joined the October 7th attack made it sound like Hezbollah collaborated in Hamas atrocities, when in fact it's unlikely Hezbollah leaders even knew about it in advance must have joined it.
Is this nitpicking?
Here's the case that it's not.
First, Biden, as he spoke these words, was hoping he would sign on to a U.S.-French proposal for a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah.
Netanyahu is famous for resisting serious diplomatic engagement with adversaries, typically justifying his resistance by depicting them as the incarnation of evil.
If Biden really wanted a ceasefire, why embrace the kind of exaggerated rhetoric Bibi has used to resist it?
Wasn't he making Netanyahu's recalcitrance easier by endorsing its supporting narrative?
Second, Yes, as the Eskalayan attacks on Lebanon so dramatically over the past two weeks, because he must do whatever it takes to end Hezbollah's missile fire so that Israelis evacuate from the northern part of the country and return to their homes.
But, as Hezbollah has made clear all along, All it would take to end the firing of missiles into Israel is for Israel to end its war in Gaza.
Biden's description of the motivation for Hezbollah's attack obscures this conditionality and so, however slightly, reduces pressure on Netanyahu to end the Gaza war, something Biden claims to want.
What's more, Oh, the ceasefire with Lebanon proposed by U.S. and France would have entailed a ceasefire in Gaza.
It then a commitment would have lasted only three weeks, meaning none of Israel's stated reasons for resisting a longer ceasefire would apply.
Israel would, for example, have to withdraw troops from the Delphi corridor between Egypt and Gaza.
Why, when Biden had the biggest megaphone available to anyone this week, the podium at the UN General Assembly did not convey how little the US and France were asking of Israel and put some pressure on Netanyahu?
Why did he do the opposite by describing Hezbollah's attacks exactly as Netanyahu would have wanted?
The question, of course, answers itself.
The basic pattern has persisted for decades.
The U.S. gives Israel weapons.
It kills whoever it wants, whatever it wants, regardless of consequences for regional stability, regardless of any international or national law violated in the process.
And the U.S. like a good lawyer.
Describe the contact with the attack in ways that seem to justify that.
Today, Israel's strike targeting Vestrali, which brings the Middle East appreciably closer to full-scale regional war, is part of the product of many years of this kind of positive reinforcement.
Speaking of international laws that are sacrificed in the name of Israel, this week, ProPublica reported that back in April, Secretary of State Blinken ignored two Biden admin reports finding that Israel was blocking U.S. aid from getting to Gaza.
Finding that, according to U.S. law, findings that According to U.S. laws, you know, let Washington and women exports Israel.
They came from USAID and State Department's Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration, the government's leading authorities on humanitarian aid.
Though Blinken was aware of both reports, he chose to certify Israel's compliance with the law, telling Congress in May that, quote, We do not currently insist that the Israeli government is prohibiting or otherwise restricting the transport or delivery of U.S. humanitarian assistance, which of course they knew to be false, and deliberately asserted with the intention of misleading the Congress, it was a lie.
Two decades ago, David Miller, a veteran U.S. negotiator, lamented American officials, including himself, he admitted, had habitually acted as Israel's lawyers rather than as honest brokers between it and its adversaries.
He was referring to formal negotiations with the Palestinians, such as the Camp David talks in 2000.
But the fact is, his basic tendency has diffused America dealing with Israel more broadly.
American presidents and their staffers, in describing Israel's situation, reflexively parrot Israeli talking points.
And as Miller suggests, this doesn't serve Israel's long-term interests, much less America's, even if it does serve the political interests of whoever the prime minister at the time, and all too long it's been Bibi Netanyahu, even over the past year.
As Israel has killed one in 50 Gazans, at least one in 100 Gazan civilians, and I believe the number's actually much higher.
The Biden admin, saying it one piece, has described the situation in such a way to put no pressure on that, you know, to create an ending to it.
Meanwhile, a typical interaction with reports by international security spokesman John Kirby or State Department spokesman Matthew Miller involves reminding them Hamas started the war, reminding them Israel has a right to defend itself.
Noting that one or two ways in which Hamas is worse than Israel, then often there's a ritual lamentation of the suffering in Gaza, as if suffering were some autonomous metaphysical force that mysteriously visits unfortunate parts of the world, rather than something delivered by bombs the U.S. gives to Israel.
Here we have our former head of CIA, Leon Panetta, talking about what happened here with the use of these pagers as an act of terrorism.
The ability to be able to place an explosive in technology that is very prevalent these days and turn it into a war of terror, really, a war of terror.
This is something new.
Is it terrorism?
I don't think there's any question that it's a form of terrorism.
This has gone right into the supply chain.
Right into the supply chain.
And when you have terror going into the supply chain, it makes people ask the question, what the hell is next?
It sounds like you're genuinely worried.
I am. I am.
This is a tactic that has repercussions.
And we really don't know what those repercussions are going to be.
The forces of war are largely in control right now of what's going on.
Do you think there should be condemnation for it?
Should other nations step in, including us?
I think it's going to be very important for the nations of the world to have a serious discussion about whether or not this isn't an area that everybody has to focus on because If they don't try to deal with it now, mark my word, it is the battlefield of the future.
Well, given that Israel has also now attacked the home of the brother of the president of Syria, there's no doubt that we have an expansion of this engagement into a regional war.
Iran is assuredly going to have to respond.
And because I've known her to be a brilliant and dynamic attorney, I'm very pleased that I have as my guest today, Dina Pollard Sachs.
And I want to invite her comments on what's developing here from the international legal perspective, and then turn to other developments in her career, which may be forms of relief from the stress all this is inducing on the American, indeed the world's population.
Dina, welcome to The Raw Deal.
You're muted. You're muted.
You are muted. I have to...
I have to... Okay, I'm muted. I thought it was your end.
Okay, so I'm unmuted now.
Yeah, you know, I have been so busy reading so many books on cellular health that I do not watch TV at all.
I don't watch the news. You know, I don't have much of a comment for what's going on over there.
My whole life right now is revolving around two things.
One, my Bible studies and two, my studies on metabolism and why people are so unhealthy.
So I'm writing my next book on that issue of why our people are so toxic, so bloated, so overweight.
Someone named Dr. Casey Means published a book in May called Good Energy.
And she's talking about mitochondrial health and how all diseases come back to...
Before we launch that, which I intended to occur right after the break, let me just add a couple of stories here and then we'll return to these developments.
We have, as I say, well, Houthi's attack.
Ben-Gurion Airport is Netanyahu arrived.
Fascinating development.
These guys are heroes of mine.
There's a report even that the prime minister may have sustained severe head injuries at Ben-Gurion Airport.
Frankly, I'm not going to shed any tears if they've taken him out.
Meanwhile, breaking news, Israeli airstrike hits a private home of the Syrian president's brother.
As you can see, this is expanding rapidly.
Meanwhile, Biden touts optimism that the U.N. has global crises worsened and skips, of course, the 2024 run because, as I reported before, he appears to have died in Las Vegas, followed in rabid order by the Statement not on White House stationery with a board signature that he was withdrawing from the race.
We neglected to endorse Kamala, which then came from a tweet of all places.
And of course, we've seen the consequences ever since.
Biden recently decided to deliver what he claimed would be his final address to the General Assembly, sticking a cherry on top of his lengthy career in politics.
You'd think he'd use the moment to acknowledge a mess he's made on the world state instead.
He opted for an optimistic spin worthy of a cheerleader at a losing team's game.
He may just cite crises from the Cold War to Vietnam, reminiscent of a grandpa, reminiscing about the good old days, while the audience mentally checks their watches and wonders if dessert will be good.
Biden shared his long-standing belief the world would somehow find its way through the current turmoil, as though optimism itself could stop Hamas from launching rockets to prevent Hezbollah from stirring the pot.
Americans might wonder if Uncle Joe's nostalgia could actually pay the bills to prevent further bloodshed, especially since his admin has been in a never-ending tango trying to find a ceasefire in the Middle East, or so they allege.
While the president gazes at the path for inspiration, Americans are left wondering if his backup plan includes fortune cookies.
As for the ongoing clashes between Israel and Hamas, Biden doubled down on his support for a two-state solution, a surefire way to get everyone's eyebrows raised.
He expressed compassion for both Israelis and Palestinians, a delicate balancing act.
It has all the grace of a bull in a China shop.
As the situation escalated, if more countries get involved, his assurances about diplomatic solutions sound like a dated infomercial.
Call now for peace.
You might get a side of reality with that.
And we'll be right back with my special guest, Tina Pollard's app.

Well, here's one more story likely to induce stress in the American people.
All D.C. airspace to 99,000 feet closed until further notice.
Hal Turner gets these stories.
He does a brilliant job of it.
Obviously, there's a fear here that something might happen.
There might even be an attack on Washington, D.C. Dina!
You're now in the stress-relieving business and could not come at a more appropriate time.
Leon, tell us about your new ventures.
Well, it really started with my Bible studies.
I became a very serious student of the Bible about six or eight months ago, reading it every day.
I'm on Judges now, reading paragraph by paragraph.
It wasn't easy to get to Leviticus or some of the other chapters.
But anyway, that led me to this research that said that our job is to spread joy.
I'm like, spread joy? What a great job.
So I kind of departed from the law a little bit and got into the healing arts.
I got five certifications this year in personal training, nutrition coaching, weight loss coaching, DNA-based programs and all that.
So I've really moved into a different space and now I'm really interested in helping people heal.
Our bodies are so toxic.
Americans are so, so toxic.
Dr. Casey Means wrote a book in May called Good Energy.
She reports that 93% of Americans are overweight, 60% are obese, and 40% of children are obese.
That's a real problem because if your body is toxic like that, you can't process thoughts well either.
Your body has to be clean and pure and healthy in order to make good decisions.
It's not just about being able to run a mile or swim a few laps.
It's also about how your mind operates and whether or not you have really good Physical health is directly related to your mental health.
So the mind-body connection is a subject of a lot of research right now, and that's some of what I'm doing.
In addition to all my new certifications in fitness and nutrition, I'm also looking into my own research on metabolism, autophagy, what fasting does to the body, how to detox the body, and even whether Americans are really fat.
And I don't think that's really the case.
I think they're toxic.
Because having toxicity in your cells is different than having excess energy stored in your cells.
Both are stored in fat cells.
Both make you look fat.
But if it's toxicity, it can be much harder to get rid of than actual fat because you can burn off fat by just expending more calories.
But toxicity is harder to get rid of because it's in your cells to protect your organs from those toxins.
Our fat cells are doing us a wonderful favor We're bringing in those toxins and keeping them from our organs, but the result is a swollen body.
And look at Americans. Go out and look around.
Our people are very toxic.
So I decided to look into how to, first using myself as a guinea pig, how do we get people healthier?
What needs to be done?
We've got all this healthcare out there and people are spending a fortune On prescription medications, doctors, and even supplements.
After doing research for just less than a year, my opinion is that we need to get off all of that.
Both the prescription medications, over-the-counter, and supplements and vitamins.
We don't need those things.
They're being housed in our cells, in excess levels.
They aren't helping us.
They're taxing our bodies and bloating our cells.
So just a little bit of background.
I have a A little bit of an expertise in First Amendment law.
As you probably know, I've published in numerous journals on my First Amendment analysis.
And one of the things I had to learn about was how the brain intakes information, organizes it, and uses it to make judgments.
And some of the judgments come out through implicit processes.
So I had some expertise in implicit racial bias and implicit gender bias.
Those exact same processes, which are often referred to as cognitivism or cognitive learning theory, are related to our health as well.
It's all the same thing.
It's what we feel about ourselves, about others, what we've been told over the years, and our mindset.
So the first thing I do in my program is look at someone's mindset.
So I have an unusual four-part program to my health and fitness method.
And I did just get a website up the other day.
It's called 60goingon30.com.
So it's 60goingon30.com.
And that website, I explained some of this methodology.
And I actually showed what happened to my body.
I lost 20 pounds.
I was hoping to lose maybe 10 pounds.
And you know me, I was never really fat, but I was probably a size 4, and now I'm down to a size 2 to 0.
And it's not because I'm skinny.
I'm not skinny, but I'm more muscular and I have a lot less body fat.
So I used all these methods on myself to test them.
And here's what I came up with.
The first thing we do is detox the mind.
By the way, I've made you host, Dina.
So if you want to go to your website, you're welcome to do that.
We can share a screen.
Oh, I don't know how to do that, but I'm just going for my little, the things I want to bring forth today, the list to read off here.
So detoxing the body, I'm sorry, detoxing the mind, rebuilding the mind, all based on cognitive learning theory and research on how to reverse stereotypes and racism.
And then, of course, detoxing the body, then rebuilding the body.
So the first part in terms of, you know, detoxing the mind is first thing we need to know what's in there.
People have said things to me like, well, I just can't lose weight.
I have a slow metabolism. And my response is don't ever say those words.
Because when you say words, it sends a signal to your brain.
Of course, they originate in your brain as well.
But when you say something, you're actually affirming a belief.
And the more you say it, the more your mind and body will respond.
There's a great book called The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.
I recommend this to every single person who comes to me for help and everyone I meet, period.
It's like $5.49 on Amazon.
It is a powerful expose on how people have literally thought themselves out of prison, thought themselves out of cancer, and thought themselves into wealth.
And because of my background, which relies on medical science and social science, I know that everything he says in there is consistent with the science.
He can't prove these things.
You can't prove that someone thought themselves into disseminating,
into eradicating cancer in their bodies.
But everything he says does check out on the medical side based on the racial research.
So that's why I'm such a gung-ho supporter of this book, because I know that it is consistent with the research we
can verify.
So basically, what you think, how you think, what's on your mind is directly relevant to not just how you treat the world and how you view the world, but what your body looks like, how you feel about yourself, and what manifests as your body.
So the first thing I do is get an idea by talking to a client and what they think.
And if they were told their whole life, oh, our whole family's fat, you know, you're going to be fat.
That's just the way we are.
Okay, that needs to be changed.
That idea needs to be changed.
Or, well, you're 55.
And I was told this when I was 55 by a doctor when I wasn't feeling too well.
I'd been sick and I went to see a doctor and put on a few pounds.
And he said to me, well, you're 55.
You can expect to continue gaining weight.
You can expect to have problems moving forward.
And I thought, I couldn't believe.
I mean, that to me is such a negative message and it's completely untrue.
Of course, they always want to prescribe a pill for, you know, this or that or weight loss.
And I just knew that just wasn't right.
So at almost 60, I started doing the research and doing a lot of fasting studies.
And learned that not only can you lose weight at any age, but it's so easy.
I think a lot of the audience is going to share my opinion.
You don't look a day over 30.
Well, it's a mindset.
It's not that I look 30, it's that I feel 30.
And I think that the mindset really helps you to stay useful.
I certainly have lines and all that, you know, maybe you don't see them now, but I certainly don't look 30.
But the point is that if you have an attitude of 30, you feel buoyant, and it's so good for your mind and your energy level to feel that way.
So the first thing I look at is, what are they saying?
Oh, well, I heard this, I heard that.
And also media influences.
I try to get people to get off media, get off social media, get off television.
I don't know what's going on with the politics around the world because I don't watch TV at all.
I won't turn it on, except for entertainment.
I consider Fox News Channel CNN Entertainment.
Just to see what they're telling people, just to see what people are thinking, what's on their minds, because they're being just inundated with messages repeatedly that mostly aren't even true, probably.
So that's the first thing I look at.
The second thing I look at is something that came to me when I was thinking about the law school where I used to work, the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and how sick everyone there is.
And I mean every single person I can think of there has had cancer, heart attack, autoimmune disorders, diabetes, or obesity.
Every single person I can think of who works there.
Or other issues, other very serious health issues.
And I realized in doing my research, this is not a coincidence.
These people are sick because their minds are sick.
These people are really, really dysfunctional, really mean-spirited, very covetous, very jealous people, very racist people.
Well, it's manifesting in their bodies and it's an energy.
So until I left that place of employment, I was struggling.
Now, I didn't struggle like the other white females did.
One of my white female friends got diabetes while working there.
Another one of my white female friends got five autoimmune disorders while working there.
They both resigned as I did, but I had put on a little weight and I wasn't feeling too good.
So I know now it's because of the energy created by those people in their minds, reflected in their bodies and disseminated out to everyone who gets within six feet of them.
So, and this is something I learned in my hot yoga studies.
I'm also a certified hot yoga instructor from 2022.
So I'm learning so much about our bodies, our minds, and how much we need to get into what they call the spirit realm or the realm of higher consciousness to be really healthy, especially in this weird world we're in that is so full of evil right now.
So I look at that. Another example is in my yoga studio.
There are certain... I don't know what it is about yoga studios that are like a magnet to some very, very nasty women.
There's also a lot of good yogis out there, the real yogis, who are living in a state of higher consciousness, who are there for the good reasons.
But there's also always, at almost every studio, a few really nasty people.
And I'm noticing these people who are really nasty...
And who look mean, you know, they'll glare at you and things like that.
Their bodies are swollen and their bodies are like this bubbly layer of stuff is all over them.
And they're doing six hours of hot yoga a week.
They should not look like that.
And that's another example.
They're covetous people.
They are not nice.
They have hate toward other women.
And I'm seeing that it doesn't matter how much they exercise.
They are so sick in their cellular health because of their mental attitudes that they're not able to get to where they want to be.
And they're angry at the women who are healthier and look better, but they're not seeing that it comes from them.
Their own mindset, their own covetous mindset is what's causing them to fail.
So the first thing I look at is what's going on in the person's brain and how do we fix it?
So second stage is restructuring the mental processes or What I call rebuilding the mind.
Now, again, I go back to the research on stereotyping and racism, and we know from the research you can reverse stereotypes.
You can reverse implicit racism, and you can reverse any kind of implicit bias.
It's not easy, though.
Once we're fully formed, and we're of adult age, and we're anywhere between 19 and 25, people's brains are no longer...
They're not exuberant anymore.
They're kind of fixed. You can still change deep-seated, implicit schemas by knowing they're there and then meditating and doing repetition.
For example, they give 3x5 cards to people who are prejudiced against Blacks or women.
And they show Blacks or women in these cards in a doctor's uniform.
Or looking like a lawyer or as a judge.
And by looking at these cards 20, 30, 40 times a day, just looking at it, what happens is the implicit bias is that women are incompetent or stupid or the implicit bias that Black men who are successful must be rappers or must be professional athletes or must be criminals.
Those implicit associations are challenged by the repetition of seeing a Black male as a doctor or lawyer 20, 30, 40 times a day.
So you can actually intentionally, with a high state of consciousness, change even the implicit unconscious associations in your own brain.
So with my clients, I start making them say over and over again, I can lose weight.
I'm learning how to lose weight.
I'm going to get fit.
Or I weigh 120 when they're actually weighing 160.
I have them say it over and over again because what that does is it changes the expectations within your mind.
And then that allows for the body to follow the mind and the intention.
So it's really serious stuff and people don't take it seriously.
They think it's all about calories in, calories out.
That has been debunked.
This idea that it's, you know, calories in and calories out was debunked, you know, years ago, but now we know more than ever that just is not true.
So that mindset needs to change, too.
And, you know, the food pyramid has been debunked.
And the food pyramid was this ridiculous, outrageous concept Where people needed six to eight servings of cereal a day.
I mean, you do that, you're going to be obese.
Your body can't handle those kinds of processed carbs.
You cannot process them.
It's too much. What they call is over-nutrition.
And the book by Casey Means, it came out called Good Energy just this year.
She explains this.
We have over-nutrition in our society.
I would argue we also have over-supplementation, clearly over-medication.
And we don't have vitamin deficiencies.
I don't believe it. I think it's the same nonsense perpetrated by the same people behind the food pyramid that's now been debunked.
And that would be the General Mills and other companies.
It was Mr. Kellogg himself who started the idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
That is absolute nonsense.
No one should be eating breakfast, in my opinion.
We shouldn't be breaking the fast, the overnight fast, until 2 or 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon unless you're a child or you want to put on weight because you're not allowing your body a long enough period of fasting to get into ketosis and burn off all the fat.
So let me get into now the body part because this is where most people are going to care.
This is what most people come to me for.
How do you lose weight?
How do you easily and effortlessly lose weight And why was it so easy for me?
They're saying, why was it so easy for you?
They saw me. They saw me come to class, you know, almost 20 pounds heavier in every single class.
They said, Dina, every class, you're leaner and younger.
What's going on? I said, I'm learning how to fast.
I'm learning about metabolic switching.
I'm learning about ketosis and autophagy.
So let me explain. The first thing you need to do is detox the body.
We can't really rebuild the body, in my opinion, until you get rid of the toxins.
Toxins build up, they cause cancer.
They cause every ailment known to mankind.
You've got to clear out your cells.
And Hippocrates said that all disease comes from undigested food.
So we've got to clear out our systems to get our microbiome back in shape.
Most people have all these problems with leaky gut and gas and bloated guts.
That can all be reversed very quickly through fasting.
So the first thing I always tell my clients is stop ingesting toxins.
Every single morning, every single person in this country who drinks coffee that is not organic is pouring pesticides into their body.
Non-organic coffee has dozens and dozens of toxic chemicals because of the pesticides used and other chemicals used in the production process.
If you're not drinking organic coffee, You are filling your stomach and your cells with toxins every single morning by drinking non-organic coffee.
The second thing is wine.
Same thing. Grapes are on the dirty dozen list.
I'm going to get to that in a minute. Grapes are so filled with pesticides that when you drink wine that isn't organic, You are filling your body full of toxins.
These toxins are cancer-causing toxins, and just having a lot of toxins in your body, per se, will overwhelm your system and lead to all kinds of diseases, including cancer.
So the first thing to do is stop pouring toxins into your body.
Never drink inorganic coffee or tea.
Never drink inorganic wine.
And there's this list of the dirty dozen foods that are so toxic.
And every year that the people come out with this list, they test all the foods on the market
and they say, what are the dirtiest foods on the market?
The things you should never ever consume unless they're organic.
I'm gonna read the list off.
It's called the Dirty Dozen.
And they also attach to my list, the Clean 15.
The Clean 15 are the foods that have such low pesticide levels,
you can buy it in organic and it's not a big deal.
So the Dirty Dozen are strawberries, spinach, kale, collard and mustard greens, grapes, peaches,
pears, nectarines, apples, bell and hot peppers, cherries, blueberries and green beans.
If you're eating any non-organic of those items, you are pouring toxins into your body.
Now, the Clean 15 is kind of the opposite.
These are fruits and vegetables that have been tested to have the least amount of pesticides and it's probably because of their thick skin or the way they're grown.
So here's the clean 15 where you can buy organic or inorganic and not worry too much.
Avocados, sweet corn, pineapple, onions, papaya, sweet peas, asparagus, honeydew melon, kiwi,
cabbage, watermelon, mushrooms, mangoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
Almost 65% of these fruits and vegetables had no detectable pesticide residues.
So first step, stop ingesting toxins.
Give your body a chance.
To start doing its own miracle.
Our bodies are incredible gifts from God.
They are incredibly able to detox themselves and to cure themselves and straighten themselves out if you give them a chance to detox.
So that's the first step.
The second step is getting rid of all the things that are in there from the past.
It can be anything from medications over the years to childhood vaccines.
These things go into your cells and sometimes remain there for decades.
And if you look at someone who's carrying an extra 20, 30, 40, 50 pounds, an extra 100 pounds, I can guarantee you they have so much toxicity in their cells that that is why they're so swollen, and that is what causes fat to expand.
So I'm going to talk about fasting for a minute, and I would highly recommend to anyone out there who really doesn't know much and wants to get an initial introduction into fasting, Mindy Pels, P-E-L-Z, She's a chiropractor, also known as Dr.
Mindy. She has something like 900 videos online about fasting and she explains the research and she's very likable, upbeat, and I would start looking at those videos to understand.
But the bottom line is this.
We need to metabolically switch as human beings.
We are not made to be in glucose burning mode all the time.
And if you're not giving your body a long enough period of fasting, you will never get into ketosis.
And ketosis is fat burning mode.
So you're either in glucose burning mode or fat burning mode all the time.
One or the other back and forth.
And when you go back and forth, that's called metabolic switching.
And the more you learn to metabolically switch, the more adept your body becomes at metabolic switching.
So how do you get into ketosis?
It's different for everybody. This is why my program, if you look at my website, I talk about I'm doing like a concierge, you know, personal training program.
I'm really... Into coaching and going through the person's habits, circadian, work ethic, relationships.
You know, whether people around them who are toxic.
And for some people, I've said, you need to think about getting another job.
I mean, look at what's going on where I used to work.
One lady threw up and literally died within 24 hours.
She's threw up and died. And this was a lady who looked really healthy to me.
So I don't know what happened to her, but there's something really wrong with that workplace and people are really sick.
So you may have to consider getting out of a relationship or getting out of a job to get the toxicity out of your life because it doesn't all come from food.
It comes from people.
It comes from energy. And especially mean-spirited people, you know, if you get within six feet of people, you start exchanging energy.
I learned that in my yoga certification classes.
So it really is a real thing.
And you know how you can kind of feel sometimes someone's attitude, like maybe they're tailgating you or maybe they're staring at you in the grocery store and you can kind of feel the negativity.
That's real. That is not your imagination.
You can sense what people are thinking.
You can feel their feelings when you get within their range of energy.
So you got to be careful with that.
For some people, they get into ketosis right away.
They get into ketosis at 8 hours, 9 hours, 10 hours.
So that means basically finish eating at 8 p.m., You know, and, you know, by, you know, 4am, 5am, 6am, 7, you're already in ketosis.
So the last thing you want to do is break that and eat something because you want to stay in ketosis to burn off your fat.
But it's hard. People get hungry.
So my new book coming out talks about, you know, fasting hacks, what you can have.
And stay on a fast, which you can have and not break ketosis.
The main thing is you can have pure fat.
You're in fat burning mode.
If you don't eat carbs or protein and you eat a little fat, you're gonna stay in fat burning mode.
Now, the more fat you eat, The more fat you're gonna take from that ingested fat as opposed to your body fat.
But if it can keep you in ketosis, if it can keep you from breaking your fast by eating carbs or protein, then it's worth it.
So heavy whipping cream is a yes in your coffee, your organic coffee.
Heavy whipping cream in your organic tea, yes.
Half and half, no.
Milk, no.
So you're looking at pure fat, which will not break ketosis, and most people can nibble on those things and not break ketosis.
Another example, avocado.
Or a teaspoon of olive oil.
It may sound horrible, but you know what?
It's actually kind of good for you.
There's research on that. People in Europe eat a teaspoon of olive oil sometimes.
It's like, But when you're really hungry and you have a teaspoon of olive oil plus a big tall club soda, it makes you feel a lot better.
So staying in ketosis as long as you can.
If you can stay in ketosis at about 17 or 18 hours, people go into a state of autophagy.
Autophagy is not just fat burning mode.
Now you're looking at a very high rate of detoxification.
Autophagy can prevent cancer.
Autophagy can prevent all diseases.
And some recent research, which is very exciting, is showing that autophagy can actually reverse cancer that's already started in the body.
The researchers are saying they're starting to reverse cancer.
By fasting. So this is incredible.
And the guy from Japan got the Nobel Prize for this research on autophagy around eight or nine years ago.
And you'd think it'd be all over the CNN headline news.
You'd think it'd be in the front page of the LA Times.
And it's not. So they're not telling people you can reverse cancer quite possibly and certainly detox your body and get rid of fat, which houses toxins, by fasting.
It's free.
No medications.
No doctor's visits.
In fact, you save money on food.
And the longer you fast, the more your body begins to crave Good foods.
And get rid of old habits.
So your microbiome, your stomach has something like 7,000 different organisms in it at all times.
And they're fluctuating like this all the time.
So if you eat sugar, the sugar ones grow and they send a message to your brain, more sugar, more sugar.
Because they're in power now.
They can overwhelm the other parts within the microbiome saying, no, no, no, we want celery.
We want, you know, something like that.
So the more you fast, one 24-hour fast, according to Dr.
Mindy Pels, will reset your microbiome.
That's not that hard to do.
You're talking about from dinner one night to dinner the next night.
You know, go on a hike, go somewhere so you won't think about food.
If you can just go 24 hours without food, Your entire microbiome will be reset, meaning leaky gut will stop.
Your stomach will get flat.
This is how powerful fasting is.
So I always tell my clients, some kind of fasting, unless they can't for some reason.
Some diabetics tell me they're not allowed to fast.
I'm like, okay, well, the research shows that fasting can be one of the best things for diabetics, but I'm not gonna argue with the doctors, but there's always a way around it too.
So you can always go on a very, you know, Low-carb or strictly fruits and vegetables for your carbs.
Maybe oatmeal.
Stay away from all the pastas.
I will be right back with Dina Pollard Sachs.
I'm listening to Revolution Radio at freedomslips.com.
We'll be right back after this message.
Was it a conspiracy?
Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, this is a drill, this is a drill, on bull hoards during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of the library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.
Don't let yourself be played.

I hope. We've tried and we've tried for years and years to use passive resistance and loud voices to make a change.
The time is over.

Well, when I learned that Dina had made a transition from legal being called her health
guru, it occurred to me that this might be of great interest to the audience as something
a little off the beaten path, especially in a time of immense stress such as we're enduring
now.
Nina, I'd just like to raise a prospect.
Given your combined background, it may be that legal aspects of health practice and so forth would become new areas of specialization.
Is that a prospect? I was thinking about that.
I actually thought about applying to be a professor again.
I'm not sure I'm going to do that, but if I did that, my area would be interdisciplinary again.
This time, not medical and social science on how we learn and racism and stereotypes.
It would be what we know about metabolic health And what we're being told by manufacturers of food products that are really bad for us, not to mention the pharmaceutical company and the supplement industry, there ought to be some liability.
People are really, really sick.
And they're being given exactly the wrong advice.
We need to quit eating so much.
And for one thing, just stop eating.
And the thing is, you get used to it.
Like at first, when I started fasting, it was hard.
And I learned to drink a lot of dill pickle juice during the day because it does help.
Ice cold dill pickle juice sounds horrible, but it was in my book as something I could have.
It's just salt. It's got no calories.
Dill pickles, in fact, a small dill pickle has zero calories.
So a small dill pickle and a big tall club soda is another hack.
It makes you feel much better than nothing, and it will not break ketosis.
So I know I'm talking a lot, but let me finish if I have a little more, and then I'm going to answer any questions you have.
I just want to finish, get through this.
Take your time, and if you're up for it, we can open the line for callers.
People have a lot of questions about this because, I mean, I'm at my high school weight.
I'm in my high school Levi's, my 501s that do not stretch.
I kept them forever.
I always thought I'd get back in them, but I didn't know how I was going to do it.
And then when I learned this program, my own program of meditation and positive self-talk, and then of course fasting, and then understanding nutrients, micronutrients and macronutrients.
So I'm going to go to macronutrients for just a minute.
That's the carbs, protein, and fats.
Most people are eating way too many processed foods to begin with.
they have trans fats, they have starches that are just really bad for your body
and they're eating them on an empty stomach.
Big mistake, never, ever, ever, if you have any weight issues,
never eat any form of sugar, wine, grapes, fruit, rice, pasta bread on an empty stomach.
Never eat it first because it will cause a glucose spike.
We want to avoid glucose spikes.
In this fabulous book called Glucose Revolution, the author says that the more glucose spikes you have in a lifetime, the faster you will die.
Keeping your blood sugar stable is absolutely critical not just to having a perfect weight, but also to controlling your overall metabolism and having a healthy life.
People are eating a lot of bad fats.
The only fat you want to eat, according to Mindy Pelsen, I tend to agree, olive oil and avocado oil.
That's it. Maybe coconut oil.
Never, ever, ever consume safflower oil, vegetable oil, sunflower oil.
Stay away from those oils. They all cause inflammation.
And we know from other research That inflammation is directly related to cancer and other diseases.
If your body is inflamed, it's sort of clogged up in a sense.
You want to keep the systems running.
You want to keep them clean.
You don't want inflammation.
You don't want pain for one thing, but you don't want inflammation anyway because you want things to run smoothly.
Um, so, um, the next thing is, um, you know, people need to eat more high fiber foods and, and I don't know why peanuts have gotten a bad rap, but all these warnings only all warning peanuts.
Okay. Let me tell you about peanuts.
If you eat organic peanuts, you can, you know, scarce to get a better thing to take to the gym with you for muscle building.
Peanuts have all three of the branch chain amino acids in them.
Peanuts are a fabulous muscle building food.
I had a friend say to me recently, what power bars do you recommend?
I said, none. Don't eat power bars.
You're better off with a high-quality organic chocolate bar and a handful of peanuts.
You want to start with the peanuts because you want to coat your stomach before you add sugar.
Let me tell you what glucose revolution says.
In a nutshell, I'm going to tell you what this author explains.
She says the order in which you eat your food is more important than how many calories you consume.
And she's right. Here's why.
And we know this from other research now.
So you read these books from the past of some of the most famous personal trainers saying, oh, it's all about calories in, calories out.
No, it's not. That is not true.
You can eat more food, you can add calories to your food, and you can lose weight if you do it in this order.
Always, always eat oil first, good fats.
With fiber. Good fats and fiber.
What is that? Nuts, for one thing.
Spinach with olive oil.
Cooked spinach, cauliflower, you know, anything that's going to put fiber in your stomach.
Along with good fat, what that does is slows down the absorption of anything that comes later.
So then you eat your protein, which is also not likely to spike your blood glucose.
So you're starting with fats and protein to keep your blood glucose from spiking.
Then you have your potato.
Then you have your rice.
Then you have your bread.
Never start a meal with bread.
And they do this in restaurants all the time.
It's the last thing you want to do to your body.
Never start a meal with fruit or wine or an empty stomach.
You want to make sure you're not going to create a glucose spike.
And not only can it cause problems with weight gain, but weight gain can cause problems with, you know, adult onset diabetes and everything else.
So if you understand what your body is doing with food, you understand how you must eat food in what order, you can have whatever you want.
And can you have some chocolate ice cream?
Yes, you can, as long as you do it on a full stomach.
As long as you have your fats and fiber first, then your protein, then your starchy carbs, then your simple sugars like fruit and ice cream or whatever else you like.
You don't have to go without, but you must eat it in a certain order to avoid that glucose spike that's gonna cause you to gain weight.
So another thing you can do is what I do is DNA testing.
I have a certification with the...
International Sports Sciences Association, which allows me to use their lab to do DNA testing.
And what this testing does is determines whether your body is likely to respond with weight loss more quickly through endurance cardio or HIIT training, which is high intensity interval training or weightlifting.
Everyone's different.
How well you burn off fat and gain muscle is determined by your DNA. And by the way, it turns out all of your mitochondrial health comes from your mother.
Your mitochondria genetics are all from your mother.
None are from your father, which I thought was fascinating.
So how...
And of course, the mitochondria are the parts of the cell that are the energy producers.
Every cell has some energy mechanism, and that's what we're talking about.
We're talking about metabolism. We're talking about creating energy out of food.
We're talking about how your body intakes metabolism.
It creates energy, expands energy.
Whether glucose is moved from the blood into the cells or not, you know, insulin resistance is a real problem for people.
You don't want to spike your glucose.
And whether you're diabetic or not, of course, if you're diabetic, it's a more dangerous situation.
But all of us should be concerned about our glucose levels and keeping them stable.
So the next thing is, I believe, avoid drugs, supplements, vitamins.
Use food as medicine.
As Hippocrates said, food is medicine.
You don't need supplements, in my opinion.
The nuts are fabulous in terms of mineral content.
For example, if you're a vegetarian, you must add Brazil nuts to your diet.
Brazil nuts are the only place to get selenium in nature other than meats.
So if you're a vegetarian, you don't need a supplement, but you need to eat some Brazil nuts.
And not too many, by the way, three, four, five a day, a handful a week.
You can't, you know, pound them every day because then you get too much.
You have to understand how the food operates as medicine inside your body.
You don't want to do too much of anything, but you want to make sure you understand you can consume your vitamins and minerals, which is a much better form.
In fact, research says the best form of getting vitamin D is the sun.
That is the best form of vitamin D for your body.
So taking a supplement isn't as good as going out in the sun for 15 minutes a day.
And watch the sunscreens.
You might put a little bit on your face or whatever, but let your skin connect to the sun.
That's how vitamin D is produced.
So not too much sunscreen.
And... Then again, the chronic over-nutrition, the chronic...
People are taking vitamins every day.
Why? If you're not vitamin deficient, you should not be taking vitamins at all, in my opinion.
You should be getting your vitamins through fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, and things like that.
The problem is not that they're going to kill you.
Some can. A, D, E, and K are fat soluble.
If you have too much of that, could you overwhelm your body?
Could it kill you? It's possible.
The water soluble vitamins really can't kill you.
The B's and the C, they're water soluble.
You're going to excrete them with urine.
However, if your body is busy getting rid of excess vitamin C, what opportunity costs are involved?
Could your body be clearing out cancerous cells?
Could your body be eliminating fat cells?
You don't want to put excess anything into your body, even if it's vitamin C. That's my opinion.
You want to make sure you're not vitamin deficient, and only a doctor can really run the test for that.
But if you're not vitamin deficient, stop with the vitamins and the supplements.
The supplement industry, I think, is as crooked as Big Pharma.
And it's probably the same people who own them at the top.
So the supplement industry, oh, take this to lose weight.
I saw Kelly Clarkson on a show saying these gummy bears make you lose weight.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
That will not work.
You cannot take a gummy bear and lose weight.
If it has acetic acid in it, if it has enough apple cider vinegar, can it work?
It can help to regulate blood sugar, as apple cider vinegar does, because of the acetic acid.
However, there's been very little research, and it looks like you really want to take apple cider vinegar and water.
You don't want to take the gummies.
They have sugar in them. For one thing, you're going to break a fast by eating a gummy bear.
So, and this Ozempic, I want to talk about Ozempic.
Someone asked me about, what about Ozempic?
I'm like, what's that? I never heard of it.
And Ozempic is something people are taking now.
There's one movie star I know of who did it and lost some weight, but I'm going to watch and see what happens to her.
What we know from Ozempic from the hairdressers is that people are losing all their hair.
So great, they lose 10 pounds and their hair falls out.
You don't want to take Ozempic You don't want to take drugs.
You want to do what I'm telling you to do.
Engage the power of your body, your God-given, incredible metabolism that is made to detoxify you.
It's made to work for you.
But you've got to understand you can't keep pounding food every four or five hours.
You're never going to get into the metabolic state you must get into to burn off the fat, become lean, and then allow your body to rebuild.
So when I lost almost 20 pounds, I lost muscle.
That's gonna happen.
So I had to rebuild some.
Mostly I lost fat.
My body fat now is 21.8%.
Which is down from 22% in June a little bit.
So I'm learning. I'm still using my body as a guinea pig, but I'm learning how to get rid of fat and build muscle.
So I just talked about losing fat to detoxing through fasting or intermittent fasting.
Or if you can't fast, a very low carb diet, eating in the proper order and adding good fats and high quality protein.
Now, building up the body.
The DNA testing can tell you whether you will respond to endurance cardio, HIIT training, or weightlifting.
So that's a good thing to know.
Because if you know what you should be doing to lose weight, you can choose to do that instead of the other exercise.
Um, but here's the beauty of weight training.
You don't just build muscle quickly by weight training.
You also build bone density.
So you're building muscle around the bones.
If you take a fall, your bones are not going to be impacted the same way.
You've got a big layer of muscle to protect them and your bone densities increase.
So now your bone is stronger to begin with.
Plus you have muscles surrounding the bone to protect that bone from a hard hit to the pavement.
So I'm a big fan of some weight training.
I'm not I don't enjoy weight training the way I enjoy running, but I have incorporated into my system because I understand the benefits of weight training, resistance training.
The other thing is most people respond to cardio, endurance cardio, whether it's running, you know, 30 minutes or longer or walking for an hour or 90 minutes.
Most people respond to that more than they respond to high-intensity interval training.
That's what my textbook says.
So people are all into the HIIT training.
Oh, that's all the best. Okay, well, if you're one of those people with your DNA who responds to that ideally, then sure.
But most of us are better off doing longer-term exercise.
Now, listen to what I learned yesterday, just yesterday, from this book called Good Energy and some research online.
When we...
Work out even a little bit.
Several times a day, our bodies respond by releasing what they're calling hope molecules.
Something with the mitochondria.
I think they're called... I can't remember what it's called, but anyway...
When you exercise on and off all day long, you're chasing a baby around, your cells are going to be different than if you have a one-hour training session at the end of the day or in the middle of the day.
When you're up and down with exercise, up and down with doing things, your body consistently, the muscles consistently release these hope molecules that not just fight depression, but actually begin to make your body more capable of Of metabolizing more effectively.
It's like anything else. If you run every day, you're going to become a better runner, right?
If you fast on and off every week, you're going to have faster and more accurate metabolic switching.
So you're training your cells to do what you want them to do.
So you're better off, in a sense, running up and down a couple flights of stairs You know, 10 times a day, half an hour apart, than running up and down stairs for half an hour nonstop.
So even if it means just, and this is something the book Glucose Revolution talks about, she says one of the hacks she uses is that after a meal, she will go out and just do 30 squats.
30 squats! It takes a couple minutes.
But what that does is send a message to your brain that you're going to be using that energy immediately.
and expanding that energy so it's going to tell your brain not to put that energy you just consumed into fat.
It's going to keep it available for use.
And she talks about this as a hack because she says that you should go out and do something after a meal.
Now, my textbook says as long as you do some form of exercise within 70 minutes of eating a meal, again, you've triggered a slightly different metabolic function in your body by sending a message you're going to use the energy.
My opinion is you probably want to do something within about 30 minutes.
That's just my own opinion from my own experience.
But the book says 70.
So just go out and walk around the block one time.
Take 10 minutes. Maybe get a little trampoline.
There's little ones you can buy at Target or the sports outlets.
And just jump up and down for 10 minutes while watching TV. That will change what you do with the food before you go to bed.
So if you know about these things, it's not hard.
And one of the things my clients have said to me is it's so effortless.
One person was an older man, and he wasn't fat at all.
He was lean, but he started adding acetic acid, apple cider vinegar in the morning, just because I explained how that would change the way the body processes sugar.
And he lost seven pounds in two weeks.
He did nothing different.
He didn't. He always exercised.
He does endurance. He walks for like an hour every night.
He didn't change the way he eats.
Nothing was changed.
All he did was add calorie free apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water, one tablespoon with a straw.
Keep it off your teeth. It can hurt your teeth.
And that's all he did. And I don't like the taste, but you know what?
You do what you have to do and you know what it does for your body.
So he lost weight just like that.
And how easy is that? The other thing is yoga.
And the spine is where so many things accumulate.
Everything from herpes, viruses, hiding the spine for a lifetime, chicken pox, any kind of herpes simplex.
Lots of problems in our spinal health.
Americans are horribly, you know, unhealthy in their spines.
So yoga is a way of...
Keeping your spine healthy, more fluid, more flexible, more resilient, spongier.
You want this. So I always recommend some kind of yoga.
If you don't want to do hot yoga, just do some simple stretching.
Make sure you're paying attention to your vertebrae.
They need your attention.
So I always incorporate some kind of, you know, vertebrae work in my program.
Now, I want to address one thing very quickly because someone said to me, a very educated person said to me, hey, I heard that yoga lets in demons and yoga lets in gods.
And if you do yoga, you're inviting in demons and gods.
And I said, who told you that?
I've never seen that in the Bible.
I mean, I'm happy through the Old Testament.
I haven't seen anything like that.
I've seen a lot of stuff. I mean, gosh, Leviticus, Deuteronomy, you see, what, 613 laws?
There certainly isn't a law against stretching.
And, of course, after Christ, the only law that's really kind of cut and dried from the Old Testament are the Ten Commandments with the modification to the Fourth Commandment on the Sabbath day and, of course, the law of love.
But other than that, we don't have to do all those things like shaving or not shaving.
That's all kind of in the past, although some Jewish people still do that.
But my point is that there's nothing in there about you shall not exercise or you shall not stretch your spine.
Nothing. And then I look at, you know, the medical science says that those who do yoga are so much less likely to have all kinds of problems.
Yoga helps with weight. Yoga helps with flexibility.
Yoga helps with metabolism, your lymphatic system, your blood.
I mean, everything known to mankind is benefited through keeping the spine healthy and flexible.
So I thought to myself, who started this rumor that yoga is demonic?
And the first thing I thought was, I know, Big Pharma.
If people do yoga, they're not going to need medications, okay?
And the other thing I thought about is just with the studies I've had so far on the Bible is, you know, I believe there's one God.
It's the first commandment for one thing, but I truly believe that.
If you believe that, if your intention in doing yoga is to serve our God, how could another God get in?
I don't believe in other gods.
I don't believe in other gods.
So there's no way that me striking a pose is going to let in some demon that I don't want in my body.
It is ridiculous. So the bad mouthing of yoga, I'm going to do an article at some point when I'm finished with the Bible and when I have more time to look up the medical research.
It probably will come into my book as well, my next book.
But do not listen to that nonsense.
God can read your mind.
God is the only being that can read your mind.
Satan certainly cannot. You know, he knows what your intention is.
He's not going to say, oh, she's doing a downward dog.
I mean, demons are going to fly in her body.
It's ridiculous. So yoga, I can't speak highly enough about yoga.
It changed my life, changed my body, and I would highly recommend just some basic stretches.
And that's it.
That's the end of my program.
A lot of stuff in there I know.
But detoxing the mind, rebuilding the mind, detoxing the body, and rebuilding the body, and you will go back into your high school years like I have.
Because if I did it, you can do it.
And here I thought that do not exercise was the most important commandment.
I mean, the thing is, too, is there's lots of parts in the New...
I'm not at the New Testament yet, but my Bible studies bring me into a lot of Mark and John, Luke, Matthew.
And so I'm seeing that some of the words said by the disciples, Jesus' apostles, talk about, you know...
Be like Christ and get the body of Christ.
Well, let's talk about Jesus Christ.
I mean, talk about an incredibly fit man, a lean, fit man who fasted for very long periods and walked hundreds of miles So when you think about that and how the body is a temple and how the body is, how your body is part of your mind, it's all one.
And if you're in the spirit realm, the healthier your body is, the easier it's going to be to hear truth and to avoid fraud because your body is now sort of a conduit of information and it's working properly and you're able to discern truth from falsity.
So yet another benefit of getting really healthy.
Even I as an agnostic and fascinated by a lot of what you had to say, especially the idea of a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning with water and a straw could cause you to lose weight if that's all you do.
I mean, that sounds like a miracle to me.
It will not break a fast.
It will not break a fast because it has no calories, no carbs, no protein.
So you can do that without even having any concern about breaking a fast.
Acetic acid in your stomach from the apple cider vinegar changes the way you metabolize.
So even if, let's say, you want to go eat a big carving meal, you're going to a big spaghetti dinner, and you're like, you know, I know these people, they never serve vegetables.
Okay, then what you do is maybe you take a fiber pill or at least have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with some water 20 minutes before you eat that meal.
It's going to change the way you metabolize that starchy food.
Or if you forget, say, oh no, I just ate spaghetti.
I forgot. It's okay.
Because research shows that if you have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar after a starchy meal, it will still mitigate the effects of the carbs and it won't be digested the same way.
Is the use of the straw important to protect your teeth?
I would not shoot apple cider vinegar.
It's very acidic and acetic acid.
So if you can just put it in a glass of water and guzzle it down and have some plain water to wash your teeth off, I guess that's fine.
They recommend a straw in all the research I've found to make sure it doesn't get on your teeth and stay there and cause the enamel to be damaged.
So that's what the straw is for, but you can do it without.
But I would follow up with that glass of apple cider vinegar and water with some plain water to make sure your teeth don't have acid sitting on them.
Has your health research said anything about ice water?
I'm an ice water addict.
Is there anything good or bad about ice water?
Well, in general, water is always good.
Your body is going to be able to sort of use water best if it's at room temperature or body temperature.
Obviously, it doesn't have to warm it up.
But any water is good water in general, although this is something that you're probably not going to hear from anyone else but me.
And people told me I'm wrong for 35 years.
I've been drinking nothing but distilled water, not purified, not spring water, steam distilled water.
The reason why is I was in like an LA Fitness back in LA, back when I was about 25 years old, and this woman walked in, a bodybuilder, and she had this jug of water, this big old gallon.
I'm like, why do you use this gallon of water?
She goes, because you can't get distilled water in small containers.
It only comes in gallons.
I said, well, why are you drinking distilled water?
She goes, you will lose weight.
I said, why?
And she just explained it's pure, pure, pure water.
It goes straight into your cells.
It can wash out salts and minerals from your system.
That's true. But I've been doing it for 35 years.
Distilled water and steam distilled water.
And I believe it's one, and I sweat, you know, routine.
I go in the sauna. I've been going in the sauna since I was like 14 years old, almost every day.
So these things, running fresh, clean, pure water through your cells every day, I would highly recommend distilled water at room temperature.
But, you know, distilled water, it's ice cold, it's extremely tasty.
It tastes very, very clean.
I do that every day.
I have a distilled water in the refrigerator. Stand by, we're taking a break, and when I return, I will quit out the number and we'll take your calls, especially about health issues.

Even the government admits that 9-11 was a conspiracy.
But did you know that it was an inside job?
That Osama had nothing to do with it.
That the Twin Towers were blown apart by a sophisticated arrangement of mini or micro nukes.
That Building 7 collapsed seven hours later because of explosives planted in the building.
Barry Jennings was there.
He heard them go off and felt himself stepping over dead people.
The U.S. Geological Survey conducted studies of dust gathered from 35 locations in Lower Manhattan and found elements that would not have been there had this not been a nuclear event.

but let me mention the number, 608-957-8727.
If health isn't your thing, this is probably not the time to call.
But Brian, please do join the conversation.
Yeah, when you're talking about yoga, are you referring to kundalini yoga chakra dhyana where you envision like for your butt chakra red and then orange, yellow, green, blue and you go on up?
Is that the yoga you're referring to?
No, mostly what I do is Bikram yoga.
And the reason why is because I've never really been injured in Bikram and other yoga.
It can be if you hold a pose too long, it can cramp your muscles.
So Bikram is kind of a yoga made for going through the body and squeezing the muscles out and releasing them to allow fresh blood flow in.
So I've never done what you're talking about.
I've never visualized colors of chakras.
I don't even know the chakras.
I mean, I saw them in my book when I was going through the certification program.
You know, really keeping your body flexible.
For example, we know now that when your hamstrings are tight, especially as a tall male, you're going to have back problems.
You've got to keep your hamstrings stretched to avoid back problems.
And I also have a specialty in corrective exercise now, which is the area of personal training where you look at someone's Pain and say, what's the source?
If people have knee pain, a source may very well be the hip.
You know, a hip muscle that is overtaxed or out of whack or something like that.
So what yoga is doing is straightening out your body, holding poses with your body and joints in the ideal position to allow your body to rethink how it should be positioned.
You learn to stand differently.
You learn to hold your head differently.
And what you're doing is you're training your body to have perfect skeletal health through yoga.
And of course, you also gain a lot of muscle and you increase your blood flow and your skin is rejuvenated, all those things.
But no, I'm not talking about any particular kind of yoga, but to me, any kind of stretching in a sense is yoga.
Any kind of powerful stretching that aligns your body, that to me is yoga.
That's what you're doing. Brian, go right ahead.
Yeah, I went to a yoga where the woman had us do these various stretching exercises and then she said, okay, we're going to do it today for abundance.
And then we're sitting in the yoga posture and she had us take our hands and put one on top of the other with her elbows kind of stretched straight out and we had to go hut hut hut hut and it was like a chant and we had to do it forever and then there were other things she did and then at the end of it she said okay next session tell me what you got for abundance and it was just mind-boggling because I was getting ready to take my car in for repairs, and I got an oil change, and the mechanic said, well, you don't need repairs.
Your hose on your air cleaner's off, and that's why your engine's running bad.
He put it on, and then I bought a boat, and I had to sell a boat, and it was going to be difficult to sell, and the guy I bought the boat from said, well, I need a boat, and I said, well, I've got one.
So with sight unseen, He buys my boat and he hands me all this cash.
There were other things that were happening that were just bizarre.
You know, I'm driving on the interstate and I have stuff coming out of the back of the pickup and I said, God, I need a tie-down strap.
And I look in the ditch and they're laying a tie-down strap.
So it was a day like this.
So then when we went to the next session, she said, okay, what did you guys have?
And I told her what I had.
One woman said, I got a check in the mail for $2,500 from some university.
I went there a long time ago.
I wasn't expecting it.
And it was just stories like that, one after the other.
So that's my only...
Time dealing with this kind of stuff.
That was good yoga. I think that's sort of a separate issue.
She set an intention.
She had you guys create an intention I don't do chanting, but you set an intention to allow abundance to flow into your life.
And according to this book by Joseph Murphy, that's all you have to do.
If you believe and set an intention, it will happen.
He says it will manifest. He says everything is a function of what your conscious mind Tells your subconscious mind.
He says your subconscious mind is just like a bunch of workers.
They're going to do whatever they're told to do.
Your conscious mind decides what your subconscious mind does.
So when you set an intention, when you visualize, when you repeat a statement, I guess you guys were chanting with the intention of creating abundance.
Anything you do like that, and the Bible has similar messages in the New Testament about, you know, you will get abundance.
Anything you ask for, if you believe it.
Well, it says something else too, and I want to point this out because in doing my Bible studies, I've been really kind of surprised at how much the sermons are missing the point oftentimes.
I've listened to Joel Osteen.
He's a talented person.
I like his lectures, but every single lecture I've heard, I've heard like 10 of his now, he misses something so critically important.
He says if you have faith, you know, you're saved and basically you'll get what you want.
Abundance is coming your way.
Not exactly. What the Bible says from Moses all the way to Jesus and the disciples is that you must follow God's rules.
To have that. You don't just get it.
I mean, you don't just automatically get saved because Jesus is offering you salvation if you believe in all this stuff.
There is a part we must play.
And Moses, to Jesus, to everyone between, says you must follow the commandments or you will not be with God, meaning you can't receive everything you ask for.
So again, there's some controversy over the Sabbath day because Jesus did not appear on the Sabbath day and he kind of modified it.
It's more about spending time with God consistently than having the whole day off.
So Christians don't follow the Sabbath day.
But other than that, the commandments were all reaffirmed by Jesus.
And then the overriding law of love, of course, and do unto others is the overriding message.
But without that, you aren't going to have salvation.
And Jesus was very clear on this.
There's no way you can say that he said otherwise.
He didn't. And so what these big famous pastors are doing are giving people hope.
You're saved. You're saved.
He died on the cross for us.
You're saved. You're going to get everything you want.
No, that's not what the Bible says.
And I think it probably gets better donations to tell people that kind of thing, but it's not accurate.
And so one of the things that I tell my clients is that take inventory of what you're doing.
If you're not healthy, if you're not happy, you know, I had to.
Everything I've ever done wrong from junior high school, did I do something wrong?
Did I take candy that wasn't mine from the locker room?
I mean, I had to think through every single thing I've done wrong.
And the Bible says, and Jesus said that if you continue in sin after knowing What you're supposed to do, you're not redeemed.
So we must take inventory of our own morality and what we're told to do by God if we want to live in His presence and reap the benefits of being with Him.
So, you know, the abundance thing, I absolutely agree with intention.
Absolutely, it's critical. But the intention has to be pure.
The Bible says this too. Yes, what would you ask for?
Absolutely. If your intention is pure.
Otherwise, no. So you don't say, God, give me $100,000.
I want a Ferrari. That's not going to be answered.
Probably. But if you're asking for money to benefit your friends and family, to open a soup kitchen, to do things like that, that's when the intention is pure.
So it sounds like in that class she was able to get you guys in the same wavelength, to get you all thinking in terms of intention, to set that intention, and to raise your consciousness to be aware.
Like you might have gotten all those things otherwise, but you may not have tied it to your intention.
Of getting those things.
So just raising your awareness of what's coming at you in life is one way of seeing the patterns.
They're everywhere. The patterns of energy are everywhere.
And once you're conscious of them and you kind of raise your consciousness a little bit, all of a sudden you're more able to see it.
And congratulations, by the way, with all that good luck.
I hope it continues. Keep with a positive mindset.
It'll keep growing. That's what happens.
Almost enough to make me a believer, Brian.
What they talked about today on the radio, which was interesting, the show before you, is the United Nations has meditation rooms for all those dark people that are there so that they can get their way.
And I know you don't believe this, but I'll say it again anyway.
We got abortion from Nelson Ulrich Rockefeller in 1970 in New York.
He enacted that there.
And they get tremendous amounts of energy from that.
And using logic, if a Rockefeller says it's good, you know it's really bad.
So I found that interesting, that that's what they were talking about today on the show before you.
Well, give us more.
Give us more thoughts, Brian, and your own experience with yoga and whatever.
I'm up for it.
Well, what I understand that most people that are into the Bible do not understand is the Bible's been compromised.
It's a black book, and black is the color of hate.
When you go to a religious service, they're dressed in black.
What Christ was really doing was he wanted everyone to do the chakra dhyana kundalini yoga that I do, where you actually focus on your chakras, and you're taking in Holy Spirit, and you're cleansing yourself.
And then you get truth.
If there were ever a day for you to talk about your chakras, today is it, Brian.
Go for it. Yeah.
Well, anyway, the thing that I get, what he showed me, because then your telepathy starts working, your third eye works, and you can see him and talk to him.
He'll talk about his other lives, which you being agnostic, Jim, you should understand he did have his other lives.
He incarnates every lifetime, tries to help us.
He was a prophet Muhammad.
He was George Washington.
The list goes on.
I've told you who some of those lives are.
And then he tries to...
I know you forgive my skepticism.
I know, but I want to talk about the Indians real quick, because I learned so much from the American Indians.
I told you how June 6th of 1666 is when the Antichrist was here, Rabbi Shabbat and Levi, and what the Divine did to counteract it, was they had all the Indians gather here where I live.
I mean, just not even a block from where I'm at.
There's a ley line, and the Indians gathered there and did a huge mass meditation of what I do to counteract this coming of the Antichrist on June 6th of 1666, Rabbi Shabbat and Zevi.
So I see these Indians all the time, and their lives would be considered a sin.
They wife swap.
They do all this stuff that would be a sin in the Bible.
But in reality, they're living a divine life because what they're doing is that the girls, when they're messing around, they're ensuring that their offspring have the best DNA. Okay, there were other things going on that would just be considered a horrible sin, but in their eyes it wasn't.
Now, they don't know about the Black Bible.
Are they going to go to hell because they've been white swapping?
No. They practice universal love.
The seven attributes of a divine being are power, glory, perseverance, peace, joy, universal love, and truth.
And we do not get universal love.
We practice selfish love.
So that's what I have to say.
Well, I can tell you what the Bible says about that.
I haven't gotten to the New Testament fully.
I'm not done with the Bible, but I know what it says about that.
What it says is that everyone will have an opportunity to hear the truth before we're judged.
And those who hear the truth who then change their ways are saved.
Those who continue on in sin are not.
So we will have an opportunity.
Every single person on the planet will have an opportunity.
I can tell you from just finishing the first part of the Old Testament, I read the Torah plus a couple chapters.
I'm now almost done with Judges.
God does not like sexual morality.
God is very over and over again.
It's like watching barnyard animals who have sex with more than one.
He is disgusted by sexual immorality.
And if you read Revelation, which is almost impossible to comprehend with all these crazy things, that John wrote, and John says that everything in that book was said to him by God.
God said, write this down.
He wrote it down. It doesn't mean it's so hard to understand.
But you will see the terms sexual immorality over and over and over again in Revelation.
God doesn't like that.
Dina, let me just ask.
You know, I had a... Bible says.
One of my department of philosophy at Duluth, when I first arrived, was...
Jewish guy, and we had conversations, and he made the point about Christianity versus Judaism, that Christianity has a lot of restrictions on sex but not on food, and Judaism has a lot of restrictions on food but not on sex.
We know it's reported that Tel Aviv is the homosexual capital of the universe.
We know P. Diddy and all that.
I mean, a lot of Democrats are very libertine in all kinds of ways, some of which I find personally rather disgusting.
But I mean, are we saying that universally those are all condemned to hell?
I mean, I'm just interested in your take.
Well, Jesus decides.
He sits in judgment. Jesus is the judge, so none of us really know.
But what we do know is what he said, how he's going to judge.
So we do have information on how he will judge us.
And what I can say is that whoever said that the Jewish laws aren't filled with sexual restrictions is wrong.
I just finished Leviticus word by word.
Deuteronomy, Numbers, Joshua, Ayo, Ayo.
There's tons of sexual morality rules in there, such as marrying someone too close to your family, to adultery, which is in the Ten Commandments.
I mean, that is not true.
Jews, if they are Abiding by the Ten Commandments, and I realize adultery doesn't necessarily mean promiscuity, because if you're not married, I don't think it's adultery per se, but sexual promiscuity is addressed in the Bible, and God doesn't like it.
Again, it's like watching a big, fat, ugly hog on the farm Jump on one female hog and then another.
It's gross to us, and that's how he sees us if we're running around doing that sort of thing.
Of course, as an agnostic and a philosopher, I have to say, of course, how do we actually know God's will or thoughts?
We can't even...
It's all in the Bible. An objective scientific ground.
So it's an article of faith.
In other words, there could be different articles of faith, as Brian will affirm.
And it's a tough call to figure out which articles of faith are supposed to be the right articles of faith.
Except that as you accept that, As you follow the rules and draw close to his presence, your mind begins to change.
That's what the Bible says. And you start to see the world as God sees us because you're drawing...
Yeah, but look, I'm being philosophical about this, okay?
I'm not disputing your beliefs, which I can appreciate or completely sincere.
Brian, your thoughts?
She needs to read the Talmud.
Then she'll get true Jewish, you know, what they believe, but it reminds me of another story.
I was on the internet and I found this old film from the 60s and it was an alien, okay, which blew my mind and there's like a CIA whatever case officer there And he said, geez, where are you from?
And he said, well, I'm human like you.
And he said, you look like crap.
What the hell happened to you?
And he said, well, this is what you get when you get dogma in your teachings, okay?
And so I thought back to these Indians that were doing things the right way to ensure their genetic diversity.
What we do does not ensure genetic diversity.
And this was the result.
And what the Indians do were what the divine wants to ensure genetic diversity within the species.
And when you don't do it, you end up with guys like this.
Very interesting you make that point.
Sexual reproduction is, of course, a source of genetic diversity, and what you're talking about, the Indian practice, would make far more sense from an evolutionary, adaptive point of view than conventional morality.
I find that rather fascinating.
Dina, your thoughts?
Just a guy said to me recently, a really smart man said to me, you know, I'm agnostic, but I think the Ten Commandments are a really good idea.
I pretty much endorse that view.
Brian, you're...
If you add by order of your Rothschild banker to the end of the Ten Commandments, you get the truth on it.
Because the divine only says...
Basically, do unto others what you would have done unto you.
It's much less restrictive.
And the other one that the Indians were practicing that would just be horrendous in our society is when a girl in their society or a boy became of age and they reached puberty and they were ready for reproduction.
Then they would start sleeping around, and usually who they picked on, and this is what I get being around all these Indians, initially would be someone older.
It would be some guy in his 20s and 13s or 14s, And vice versa, for the boy, it'd be some girl in her 20s that would pick on him, and it ensured healthy children, healthy offspring.
In fact, my uncle, who's a Hollenzoren, part of a Kaiser royal family, whatever, his father went to Argentina to work on the railroad, and he married a 13-year-old Argentinian girl who was this guy's mother.
And when we would have family reunions and he would be there, he was like 80 and he was like a 50-year-old.
And they said, why is it you're 80 years old and you were just so young?
And he said, it's because my mother was 14 years old when she had me.
He said it was great.
We were close in age, but he was even on the USS Indianapolis during World War II when it got torpedoed by the Japanese.
Oh, wow. Died at sea.
That was a great shark attack.
That was a calamity.
Indianapolis had delivered the atomic bomb, and when it got sunk, there was silent secrecy, and they couldn't save any.
Like, I don't know, 1,500 sailors were eaten by sharks.
It was a catastrophe.
Yeah. Well, but he was so healthy, he survived it because of his genetics.
That's good. You've got some great stories, Brian, and they just fit today perfectly.
I have a couple responses to that.
The first response is that, you know, I studied sexual disease for years, and one thing we've known for decades is the more sexual partners a person has in their lifetime, They're more likely to get prostate cancer and every other type of reproductive cancer.
That's a fact. Now, in today's world, anyone who acts like that is going to contract herpes.
They're going to get herpes. They're going to get HPV. They're going to get that.
If you act like that, you are going to get disease, and those diseases cause a less long life.
So that's just on the practical side.
On the emotional side, I don't believe we're made to have different partners.
And the reason why is because we know that people bond cellularly through sex, even through sleeping next to each other.
That bonding happens naturally.
We're made to bond. And what happens if you're bonded to someone and they're off having sex with someone else?
The natural reaction is going to be jealousy and dissension.
And remember when Abraham's wife Sarah couldn't get pregnant and she gave her maid, I think her name is Hagar, to have a baby with Abraham because God promised him a nation of people and his wife was too old.
And then all this jealousy set in between the maid and Sarah.
And eventually, Abraham told the slave to go off with the son.
And then they had the baby because God had given a dream and told you're going to have a baby to Sarah.
And she did. But the point is that even in the most, I mean, Abraham, you know, his wife said, go sleep with my slave to have kids.
And he was like, ah, that doesn't seem right.
But he did it. Because he was going to have those babies and create a nation.
So even in the ideal circumstances where the wife is telling the husband, it's okay to sleep with my slave because I know you want to give birth to a nation of people, it still caused problems.
And that's the way we're made.
People are not made to share those kinds of deep emotions and deep bonds, in my opinion.
So there's all kinds of medical and social research that goes against being promiscuous.
I can't imagine any subject on which there are more diverse opinions than the very topics we're addressing here.
Brian, go ahead and say more on behalf of your Indian community.
Who are these people? Where are they?
I'm just curious now. Are they in what state?
They're all sleeping around for the genetic diversity and she would say, I'm pregnant.
Because what he would do then is telepathically, they had telepathy and their third eyes work.
He would telepathically connect with the baby in the womb And then that would enact the 24 strand DNA. Half the DNA was his DNA. And I know this from experience because I've done this.
Okay. And the only reason I figured it out was the fact that I, back as an Indian, got this girl pregnant, another squaw, and I was telepathically connecting to the baby in the womb, and the mother came in and said, you can't do that.
You're screwing things up because this is going to be the baby of my mate, the chief, and by you doing this, you're screwing it up.
Well, this baby that was born where I telepathically connected in this lifetime, he has telepathy, his third eye works I told you that story, Jim, how she got excited.
The mother in this place in South Carolina, she said, we're in this old mansion and there's something going on here.
He's all excited. And so I connected to him telepathically.
I said, show me what's going on.
And he showed me a dance during the Civil War.
Brian, we're out of time, my friend.
But look, I'm delighted you called in.
You were the one I hoped would call in.
And Dean, I can't thank you enough.
It's been fascinating and diverse, very different for the raw deal.
But you were wonderful.
Meanwhile, everyone, spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends, the people you love and care about, because we do not know how much time we have left.
