	Ukraine's parliament voted Tuesday on a bill that would ban the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which has historic links to Russia, but separate ties with a Moscow patriarchy following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
	The UOC has also denounced the Russian invasion, but the steps were not enough for Ukrainian officials who are still accused of having ties with Moscow.
	The crackdown has involved church raids, the arrest of priests, evacuation of clergy, also known as the Monastery of the Caves, Other legislation would allow Ukrainian authorities to ban the UOC by prohibiting activity of the Russian Orthodox Church or any religious group.
	These are Christian churches.
	Understand, this is not good.
	Clear violation of freedom of religion, which we find in our First Amendment, but where our government is very selective about Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and the rest.
	Meanwhile, Ukraine is boasting that it's using U.S.-provided HIMARS inside of Russia.
	Ukraine's special operations forces said Wednesday its soldiers are using U.S.-provided HIMARS rocket systems to target pontoon bridges and engineering equipment in Russia's Kursk Oblast.
	The statement On Telegram, marks the first time Kiev has said it's using U.S.
	rockets inside Russia, which marks a significant escalation of the proxy war.
	The U.S.
	has said Ukraine is allowed to use U.S.-provided weapons in its Kirk offensive, but has not confirmed the use of the HIMARS.
	Russian officials previously said HIMARS had been used to destroy bridges inside Kursk.

	Yaduth Ararath reported The Army is recalling 15,000 Israelis up to age 35 who had previously completed mandatory military service starting age 18, but had received an exemption from further service in the Reserves.
	They will be called to duty in three stages over the coming year.
	The Defense Minister has instructed to recall Reservists who received exemption from service in the past.

	Meanwhile, day 313, protesting genocide at the DNC.
	Here's a report from the Electronic Intifada.
	Inside the Al-Tabin school prayer room in the aftermath of the massacre perpetrated by the Israeli forces against innocent civilians who were simply offering dawn prayers.
	More than 100 Palestinians were killed and dozens more were injured.
	The school, where hundreds of Palestinians were sheltering, was targeted and hit by a number of missiles fired from Israeli warplanes.
	The extent of the damage is clearly visible.
	Blood splatters on the floor, pieces of cloth, even body parts.
	And people are still looking for the remains of their relatives.

	My father was killed and my brother's legs were both severed.
	I am proud my father and brother died as martyrs.
	I am now on the upper level of the mosque.

	You can see the hole where the missile penetrated the roof on the lower level.
	Dozens of women were praying on the lower level and were killed and injured.
	These are some of the parts of the missile fired from Israeli jets on innocent displaced civilians sheltering here in the school.
	Despite the danger, many families have returned to the school and the fact they have nowhere else to go.
	My son is suffering from lung fibrosis.
	We hardly survived the attack.
	I carried my son and ran for our lives.
	By the time I got down, I saw hundreds of dead bodies, blown to pieces, even scattered outside the school building.
	Body organs stuck on the walls.
	Horrific scenes.
	Beyond description.
	Beyond reason.
	We have nowhere to go.
	So we returned to the school, where the most basic necessities of life are totally absent.
	This is the scene at the Al-Tabin School where displaced Palestinians were sheltering and the Israeli military committed this massacre.
	That was Anas Al-Sharif reporting on Sunday.
	CNN reported that, quote, at least one U.S.-manufactured precision-guided bomb was used in the strike on the school.
	Quote, footage of the aftermath filmed by CNN showed parts of an explosive device that Trevor Ball Former U.S.
	Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician confirmed we're from a GBU-39 small diameter bomb, the American broadcaster added, noting that the munition is manufactured by Boeing.
	Israel claims that it killed 19 operatives with Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad During the attack and accused the resistance groups of using the school as a command center, repeating previous attempts to justify strikes on schools, hospitals, and other civilian targets, Maureen Claire Murphy writes.
	In a statement published on its Telegram channel, she adds, Hamas rejected Israel's claims, saying that no militants were at the Taba'in school and that its fighters are under strict orders to not congregate among civilians.
	So as quote, to spare them from Zionist targeting.
	Rami Abdu, director of Euromed Human Rights Monitor, said that some of the supposed Hamas and Islamic Jihad operatives that Israel claimed to have targeted at the school on Saturday had in fact been killed in other locations in previous days.
	The deadly attack destroying the bodies of dozens of Palestinians also came one day after the U.S.
	State Department announced That Washington would provide Israel $3.5 billion for additional U.S.
	weapons and military equipment.
	So we can kill more Palestinians, men, women, children, grotesque.
	Meanwhile, in the UK, the police have arrested journalist Richard Madhurst under the Terrorism Act.
	Syrian-British journalist Richard Madhurst was arrested, held for 24 hours upon arrival at Heathrow.
	Earlier this month, he announced on August 20th, Medhair stated via social media, six police officers were waiting for him as he exited his plane in London on 15 August, adding he was questioned under the Terrorism Act, Section 12.

	The police took me down onto the runway, put me in a police van, essentially a mobile cage, and informed me that everything was being recorded.
	The van was cramped.
	I had to struggle the entire time to keep my balance and try not to fall over as we drove to the police station.
	Now, once inside the station, they searched me again for the second time within 10 minutes.
	I was told to sit on a bench, remove my shoes, remove my socks.
	I was told to turn my socks inside out and hold them up for the officers to inspect.
	They also made me hold up my feet so they could check them as well.
	The officers took me to a room with UV lights, which they told me is used to catch burglars who are sprayed with something.

	I think we can say with complete confidence that, sadly, I guess if you're Ukrainian, All of the heavy weapons systems, Patriot missiles, radars, tanks, artillery, EW, all of the equipment that requires people to crew it, has all been destroyed.
	They've used a number of Iskander missiles, A missile that has a range out to about 310 miles, normally between 250 and 310, carrying a warhead that can be 1,000, 1,100, 1,200, 1,300 pounds, different kinds.
	I know they've used some fuel air explosive, as well as high explosive, and it's just devastated them.
	They also have on either side of their flanks right now, Very tough fighters, Chechens, Wagner, and also some soldiers from the Russian Volunteer Corps.
	And they are cut off from retreating back into Ukraine.
	I don't think very many of these people will survive.
	How many are Americans and Brits?
	Because as you rightly point out, I think we can call this, tragically, a NATO invasion, even though they may well not be in Ukrainian, or may be in Ukrainian uniform as opposed to their own.
	And you also have Polish soldiers and officers.
	So this conglomerate has really, really gotten into trouble.
	They're not going to make it.
	Colonel, the equipment that you described as being destroyed, this is American and Western supplied equipment used for the incursion, brought into Russia by the Ukrainians and their Western comrades, destroyed by the Russian military.

	I mean, this is, Probably the single most disappointing aspect of this whole business.
	We started at the outset of this tragic war with promises that whatever we in the West did, it would be defensive against the Russians.
	And I don't think there was ever any intention for US-manufactured, British-manufactured, German-manufactured weapon systems to end up being used in offensive action against Russia.
	But it's happened.
	And from the Russian standpoint, they don't miss words.
	They are very clear, as far as they're concerned, this was not just a Ukrainian penetration into Russia.
	It was a NATO penetration, even though it didn't get very far.
	I would say maybe 20, 30 miles, perhaps 10 miles across.
	All of these frantic claims of occupation of areas and taking ground is all nonsense.
	Are we safe in concluding, Colonel, That this could not have happened but for the involvement of CIA, MI6, and the American Defense Department.

	The legal immigration network, last updated in 1990, does not reflect the needs of our country in the 21st century.
	The Expanding Legal Immigration and Deterring Illegal Immigration plank of the GSC platform says, U.S.
	Citizenship Act would permanently increase family-sponsored and employment-based immigration.
	It has no Republican co-sponsors, but creates a pathway by which all 10 million illegals in the country are allowed to permanently reside here.
	Move over!
	You're taking their space!
	Meanwhile, here we have another bill that Kamala described as one that will transform the U.S.
	into a dystopian hellscape.
	Political platforms don't always grab headlines.
	They're usually boring and dry.
	But the new platform of the DNC is a different story.

	citizenship, the most extreme and absurd amnesty bill ever written.

	And most people wear the wrong size shoe.
	I'm a professional shoe fitter.
	I'm 74 years old, so I've been around once in a while.

	Trump wears the wrong size shoe, so does his son, probably because our industry was sold out by Harvard and Yale to China.
	And so that would be one industry that we could bring back to our country that would be so beneficial because it's not so high-tech and it's really important to have options with sizes which most places don't have anymore and that's a big deal with many folks that have foot problems and earaches and I mean toothaches and earaches if you have any of those you're uncomfortable but that's I just wanted to bring that up to just let people know that the shoe industry has really been compromised, and that would be a great industry to bring back.

	It's not that complicated, as long as they didn't hire robots to do everything.
	And another point I wanted to bring up is the fact that at the end of the show yesterday, you talked about just telling these bankers, forget about the debt, which I agree with you completely.

	But what happens is that the reason congressmen can't read bills, it's very simple.
	You have the Senate version of a bill.
	You have the House version of a bill.
	Maybe a lunch program or whatever.
	It doesn't really matter what it is.
	So, to get those two bills together, it goes to conference committee, okay?
	In conference committee, you've got the hierarchy of the Democrat-Republican Party, which are going to throw out amendments.
	They can add amendments.
	They can throw out amendments everybody voted for.
	But, then they bring it, the last one, when those two bills come together in conference committee, it's submitted to the House for a vote.
	And here's where they get you, okay?
	And I don't know how many people know this, maybe you do.
	But what they do is they go, uh, we have a vote to waive the bill.
	Waive the rule, I'm sorry.
	So what happens is when a conference committee bill comes out, it has to appear on the National Register for three weeks.
	Which means everybody gets to read it.
	So what they do in Congress, okay, The House Speaker will go, uh, how many people we want to waive the rule to actually put it on the National Register and just waive that so we don't get a chance to read the bill?
	And it's a voice vote.
	Nobody knows who's voting against waiving the rule or whatever.
	And the thing about my petition was the fact that if you got to a point where they're going to waive the rule as far as Yeah.
	But go ahead.
	register for three weeks so they could all read it. I said if they're asking for
	it to waive the rule you have to go up there and say I'm not going to
	vote to waive the rule until I get to read the bill. That was part of it and
	here's the clincher here. This is really crazy Jim. Have you ever heard of the
	discharge petition? Yeah. But go ahead. What it is is that when a bill comes
	before the house to vote okay especially from a conference committee they have
	it's called a discharge petition and they got they formulated this back in
	the 1950s all right.
	But what it does is, if you as a congressman or senator even mentioned the fact that this existed, you would be...
	Discharge, I mean, they could do a lot of bad stuff to you, right?
	So what the discharge petition does is that any bill that comes out of the committee, conference committee, to the House for a final vote, what, no, I take that back.
	If the bill is in the conference committee, the only way that bill can get out of conference committee is that the majority of congressmen come up and sign this discharge petition, okay?
	And it's very secret.
	You have a majority of Congressmen that have to actually sign this discharge petition before that bill can even come on the floor for a vote.
	And if it's a bill they don't even want, every Congressman can say, I sponsored that bill.
	I don't know what happened.
	How come we didn't get this?
	And so what it comes down to, they can lie it through their teeth and say, well, I sponsored the bill.
	I wanted it to come through.
	Don't ask you to sign that discharge petition.
	It will never, ever get out of committee.
	And that's how they deceive us, Jim.
	So, I guess that's what I'm trying to say is that it's all a rigged setup, you know?
	It really is.

	Yeah, I value calls like this to shed light on some of these dark corners because we need to better understand why we're being ripped off again and again.

	This is what Ron Avery laid out in his book, in the courts, with many of your listeners who called in about personal anecdotes vis-a-vis the courts.
	And finally, let me just say this.

	Well, I mean, I've, I've been active there for the last couple of years against my better judgment, but that's where I find people that actually want to find, have a conversation.
	And, uh, unfortunately, uh, it's, it makes it quite problematic, uh, but be that as it may.
	If you're interested in the subject, I'll provide you a link or whatever just so you can read this yourself as I've enunciated today.
	But here's the thing.
	You had a caller that called in about some kind of a bill to force the Congress critters to actually read the legislation before they signed it.
	Yeah.
	I'm going to tell you how this just does not work.
	Because see, the communitarians today, they're a wily bunch.
	Okay, a lot of people don't even know that this is a label that has been ascribed to them.
	They've probably never heard the word.
	But they're a wily bunch, and at the top of the list would be people like lawyers.
	Wouldn't you think?
	Sure.
	Some of the most deceptive people on the planet.
	But anyway, the word is a French word.
	It's called ingrenage, and it's spelled E-N-G-R-A-G-E.
	G-R-E-N-A-G-E.
	Now this is important because I was introduced to this word several, you know, 2011 or 12 by an attorney in Atlanta, Georgia.
	And this is basically, I call it sequencing the inevitability of events.
	Now, we know these bills that are presented to Congress critters to vote up or down on, or left or right, or whatever, yay or nay, they're generally quite wordy, okay?
	And you'd have to be an attorney to even slog through them, or have some kind of assistance of counsel to be able to even slog through these things.
	Well, this is what, with the gamification that this new technology permits, Okay, of using the internet.
	They can actually use game theory to game out how certain events are going to unfold.
	And that's why this term called engrenage, which in English roughly translates as gearings, or as you might imagine, two gear wheels in motion, works.
	So this was, this would be then sequencing the inevitability of events.
	Okay, and so I know this is convoluted to you and maybe some of your listeners, but imagine two gear wheels in motion.
	This is Ingrenache, okay, using just a visual.
	But when you have lengthy legislative proposals put forth before any kind of a legislative body, they are so wordy that if you ...are unaware what can happen to the seemingly innocuous bits and pieces of that proposal.
	they can be added to the funding proposals that have already been passed.
	And therefore what you've done is you've unwittingly entered into a legal agreement to enable the
	passage of legislation that if you'd seen the whole picture, the whole broader scoped
	picture you never would have voted for it in the first place.
	And this is something that the people on the left of the political aisle and the right side of the political aisle know full well.
	We don't have the, uh, the American Eagle in ascendance.
	What we see today is the, uh, uh, Ascendancy of the Phoenix.
	Okay.
	We're seeing the destruction of the country and all it stands for and all that has come before right before our eyes.
	And a lot of the problem is because the people are unaware and there's, and they just will not focus on the real problem.
	And so I'll leave you with that.

	I think the country is falling apart before our very eyes, and there's no respect for law.
	And the manufactured claims, theater, political staged events, constantly ubiquitous.
	Even what's going on at these conventions is all controlled and manufactured.
	Phony audiences turning out for fake events.
	It's pretty disgusting how far we have fallen.
	It's hard to imagine how we can possibly recover.
	What is the fate of the nation as you see it?
	Well, the idea of the nation-state is going bye-bye.
	It's thought obsolete in a communitarian scheme of global governance in a hyper-connected world.

	Yeah, so I'd like to point out to the other guy, the Constitution's supposed to go down.
	You knew that, though, right?

	Well, I'm certainly an adherent of the Constitution.
	I'm no expert on it, so probably... You are an expert on the Constitution?

	I'm going to tell you that the Constitution has to go down.

	Now, the people that are trying to keep it the way that it is are trying to get away with it.

	So the people that are trying to keep it the way that it is are They're able to cheat the system as of right now.
	So therefore they want to stay the same.
	You know what I mean?
	Because they got a loophole going.
	And the people that want to really cheat it, want to bring it back to 1776.
	And they're trying to use Christianity with that.
	So they take down the Constitution, then they try to revamp it to the old school Constitution, and bring in Christianity to help push it that way.
	Now the real point is you're supposed to push the Constitution forward.
	That's how it's made.
	You're never supposed to go back.
	And every time you amend it, it's supposed to be amendable by the Constitution's standards.
	Therefore, it can never be unamendable, meaning you can't go back.
	Also, that you have to keep pushing forward.
	So, point being, is again, for that one person, yeah, the Constitution's supposed to go down.
	So, you might have not been a Constitutionalist, but this guy and others need to shut up about things that you don't obviously understand.
	Or, he does, and he's obviously truly corrupted.
	So, everyone stop talking about the Constitution, Because you don't know what you're talking about.
	Constitution needs to be pushed forward, not brought back and used for the Christian end.

	We're in dire straits, I'll tell you, and the Democrat Party isn't doing anything to help us out.
	In fact, it's making matters overwhelmingly worse.

	I declare, this woman is the dumbest high-level politician I've ever encountered.
	I mean, really, truly, I am absolutely floored, staggered, that she is The nominee of the Democrat Party at least held out hope as Dave Hodges was suggesting there might be a coup taking place in Chicago to replace her because she's utterly incompetent.
	She is the most incompetent ever, I would suggest, to be nominated for such a high office.
	And this guy, Walz, appears to be a total, total loss.
	In some transgender wilderness.
	He's not a responsible citizen, in my opinion.
	How he became governor of Minnesota is beyond me.
	Honestly, I'm dismayed by everything I've seen at the Democrat Party, and I've been watching, listening to several hours of it each night on With Dean Ryan on Real Deal TV, it's appalling to me that our country has sunk to this low state.
	It's all political theater, gaslighting.
	There's very little truth, virtually no facts, no discussion of policies, no admission of problems confronting the country, just endless airing of attacks on Donald Trump.
	An announcement of the greatness of the Democrats.
	Don't be fooled.
	Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your friends, your family, the people you love and care about because we do not know how much time we have left.
