And welcome, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News, and this is Monday, July the 22nd of the month.
Oh, wow.
And what a heck of a week we've had about truth and other things and lies and stuff, and the news is just heavier than average.
So we're here.
We're not taking our summer vacation.
And I will say that we have the best people on Truth Vs. News today.
Of course, we have the same prize panel of Jim Fester.
The best man in the world who's written little books like Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, and this is an outstanding blockbuster book, plus other things.
He's just great.
Some 40 books, and I'm proud to say I have about 10 of them.
And we have Scott Bennett, who's written about Shilligame, an outstanding history of what really happened behind the scenes.
And he's just terrific.
He's a diplomat now that he's gone to Russia and been doing such dramatic work and doing such good shows.
And we have a private investigator out of Houston, a flood survivor, a hurricane, and he's busting to let it all out about all the heavy news that's happening.
So, Jim, let's start.
I guess we're going to let you begin.
We got a letter here, reportedly from Joe Biden, but there's reason to suspect perhaps not.
My fellow Americans, over the past three and a half years, we've made great progress as a nation today.
America has the strongest economy in the world.
We've made historic investments in rebuilding our nation and lowering prescription drug costs for seniors and expanding affordable health care for a record number of Americans.
We provide critically needed care for a million veterans exposed to toxic substances, pass a gun safety law in 30 years, appoint the first African-American woman to the Supreme Court, pass the most significant climate legislation in the history of the world.
Americans have never been better positioned to lead than we are today, all of which is false.
No, they don't.
I know none of this could have been done without you, the American people, together.
We overcame a once-in-a-century pandemic and the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
We protected and preserved our democracy, and we've revitalized and strengthened our alliances around the world.
It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your president.
While it has been my intention to seek real action, I believe it is in the best interest of my party in the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties at present for the remainder of my term.
I'll speak to the nation later this week in more detail about my decision.
For now, Let me express my deepest gratitude to all those who have worked so hard to see me re-elected.
I want to thank Vice President Kamala Harris for being an extraordinary partner in all this work.
Let me express my heartfelt appreciation.
To the American people, for the faith and trust you have placed in me.
I believe today what I always have.
There is nothing America can't do when we do it together.
We just have to remember we are the United States of America.

Notice he has the junior, which is missing.
He has an underline, which is odd, I suspect.
And the last caller to my show today on Revolution Radio proposes much.
This letter may be a forgery, and if I had to declare it, it's not on White House stationery.
If I had to declare the suspect, it's Chuck Schumer, who is eager to get Biden out.
Now, notice there he didn't endorse Kamala, so we get this separate report on TwitterX by fellow Democrats.
I've decided not to accept the nomination and focus all my energy on my duties as president for the remainder of my term.
My very first decision as party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my vice president, and it's been the best decision I've made.
Today, I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year.
Democrats, it's time to come together and beat Trump.
Let's do this.
Her negatives, however, are even worse than Biden.
Now that he's endorsed her, the party may have to accept her as their nominee.
And here you see how bad it is.
It's going to be a landslide for Trump.
He will easily hit and pass the 270.
I think he could take all 50 states.
Only 58% of Dems think Harris would make a good president.
Only 30% of the general public thinks she'd make a good president.
Only 12% of Republicans A polling was conducted by AP New York's Center for Public Affairs determined a majority of Democrats believe the country would be in good hands if Harris took over.
A bright 58% think she would make a good president, 22% think she would not, 20% don't know enough to say.
Compared to 30% of the general public, I think Harris would make a good president.
A staggering 87% of Republicans who said she would not, she can't recover for these numbers, this late in the race.
DeMoss' nomination could boost RFK Jr.' 's influence, a critical development.
His continued presence in the race and potential engagement by President Trump could significantly impact the future political landscape.

The Democratic elite, corporate media, and billionaire donors successfully pressured the candidate chosen by the Democrat primary voters to drop out because he's down in the polls and losing.
Democrats destroy democracy in pursuit of power.
This means Zelensky better begin deploying his strategic, once Trump gets into office, there'll be peace in the Ukraine region.
But there'll also be a flurry of last-minute executive orders in action between now and then, which could be extremely damaging.
Conservatives and groups like the Heritage Foundation need to be ready to challenge the president legally across a broad landscape.

Well, I've said before, and I'll say it again, I think this is all showmanship, kabuki theater, and deception operations, and musical chairs.
This is a psychological operation.
Let's review in totality what's happened.
I said from the very beginning, Joe Biden was never going to be the presidential pick for the Democrats.
They were going to replace him.
I thought they were going to replace him by an assassination in order to generate sympathy in the martyr's card.
And that they were going to switch out Joe Biden for Gavin Newsom.
I did not think, nor do I think, Kamala Harris will be the Democrat choice for president because she is not a natural-born citizen.
I reviewed this for an interview that I just did and the Constitution says a person has to be under the jurisdiction of the United States when they're born in the United States to be a citizen.
A natural-born citizen to run for president.
Kamala Harris was not.
You might as well say her parents were sneaking into the country and squatted under a tree and, you know, pooped her out and then suddenly they called her an American citizen.
No.
They were, if you're here illegally, you can't have a title and a right conferred upon you.
So I think it's legally actionable in court to say she is not a natural-born citizen, therefore she is not qualified to be president.
It's nothing to do with Vice President.
It's President that the Constitution speaks.
So I think they are not going to have her as the candidate.
I think they are going to assassinate her and replace... she's going to first of all Uh, get rid of Joe Biden, either 25th Amendment him, or he's going to be assassinated, or they're going to say he's dead from COVID.
She's going to gravitate up into the presidential position.
Before they can say anything in a legal challenge, they're going to take her out, kill her, assassinate her, but she's going to put Gavin Newsom as her VP, and this is my opinion, and then he automatically goes to the president when they assassinate her, and he can declare all kinds of martial law, and they may even take out Trump During that transition, because then they have the Zelensky moment.
They have martial law, they can shut everything down.
They think they can get away with all that.
That's my bet.
That's my calculation, is that Kamala Harris is going to be replaced, Gavin Newsom is going to go up, and then you're going to have all hell break loose.
The other weird thing about this, and I know we'll get into it more, is this all started, as we talked about before, about the assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
And I specifically have been looking at the forensics of that shooting, and the big smoking gun of a false flag psychological operation for me is when Trump put his hand to his ear and there was no blood on his hand when he pulled it down.
And he gets up in front of the RNC and said there was blood all over my hand.
That's false.
That's a lie.
The camera doesn't lie unless it's been manipulated.
So there's something weird going on.
There's a psyop going on.
And there's all sorts of other funny business of this.
So, you know, we're trying to piece this together in a very direct, honest way with loyalty to nothing and no one and no party other than the truth.
And the Constitution of the United States.
Because, see, the thing that makes this so repellent and abhorrent and intolerable to me is because when you have people in government and political factions lying to the American people, engaging in these psychological operations, You are at war with the American people.
You are violating the Constitution.
This is a government of the people, for the people, by the people, and we're no longer that, and these things will only get worse until we fall apart into a complete prison state tyranny where we're a bunch of Chinese barricaded in our apartment complexes like they did for COVID-19.
So, I'll leave it at that, but I will say the Biden person, I think he may already have been dead a few years ago, but let's just say where he is now.
I think he's dead now.
I don't think he's going to parade out.
I don't think he's going to give any speech.
I think they're going to say he had COVID and it got worse and worse and worse and suddenly he's dead, but let's all remember him, you know, for what he was.
It's all being orchestrated And I think the Zionists are behind it.
And you said before, Jim, they had a plan to put Trump in.
And I wrote today, could that plan be because they want Trump in to fight for Israel and fund Ukraine for another year?
Anything's possible and Trump is not a man of principle and he is not a man to fulfill his promises because we saw when he came into office the first time every promise he made was conveniently substituted and moved around and and you know everything was was different and he did some very terrible things in foreign policy another way.
So I'll leave it there and say we're we're a sigh out within a sigh out.
I mentioned one thing, Kamala Harris is doing a big rally right now and she's claiming that her record, she's going to stand on her record over Trump's.
Her record, comparing hers to Trump's.
Is there really a comparison?
I agree with Scott to this extent.
Kamala is not going to be on the ticket, but I don't believe it can be Gavin Newsom because he's not non-white, he's not non-male, and he's not a diversity hire, you know?
I mean, if he were a lesbian, he'd have a great shot at it.

Well, I think the leading story today is that a large portion of the Twitter audience has picked up on I think it was originally Charlie Kirk's post.
He wrote, got a weird lead on a story that people should look into.
I got a call from a source close to Las Vegas Metro.
The official story was that Joe Biden's trip was cut short last week due to COVID.
However, according to my source, U.S.
Secret Service informed Las Vegas Metro that there was an emergency situation involving Joe Biden.
There was an emergency situation involving Joe Biden and to close necessary streets so that POTUS could be transported immediately to the university medical.
Which they began to do in earnest.
Then, mysteriously, there was a stand-down order in the U.S.
and the United States Secret Service informed local Vegas PD that they were going to medevac POTUS to Johns Hopkins, which they presume meant flying back east ASAP.
Apparently, the rumor mill in the police department was that Biden was dying or possibly already dead.
So, Charlie Kirk gets the lead, but already after the suspicious letter went out yesterday on, again, non-White House stationary, something like this normal protocol would be to come on and thank your supporters and say, look, medical events have gotten out of the way.
You know, some video proof of life hasn't been produced in a couple of days.
So, you know, it's rampant speculation right now all over the web that He may indeed be dead, and the White House has done nothing all day to assuage those rumors and produce the Joe Biden that they're using currently.
Now, the other important part of the story that comes into this is that since there's rumors of death and demise in the air, and this Maybe fake, maybe legit letter has gone out.
It's created a tidal wave of enthusiasm either for or against Kamala Harris.
So far in my research, I've got endorsing parties, and this is interesting because there's a divide.
I'm going to give you for and against.
For so far, Pelosi, obviously the Clinton networks, California Governor Newsom, Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, Illinois Governor J.B.
Pritzker, and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and then you can go down the Senate list That includes Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, the Hawaii guy, Arizona, California, Washington State, and 26 other Democrats.
And then, of course, the Democrats that are going to support Harris are going to be in the black part of the process.
And then you've got the squad AOC coming out pro-Harris.
So they're wanting an installation of the puppet so that the status quo can remain as close to the same as possible.
On the other side, you've got no endorsement.
From Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, and others.
So, is there a war developing inside the Democrat Party to try to determine who's going to end up having power over the coffers, which includes some $240 million plus whatever they've gained today, and only a portion of that can be used for Kamala Harris?
And the rest of it has to be returned to the DNC for whatever delegate they bring in.
So the situation has gotten incredibly complex and apparently all of this arising because of the fundamental issue.
Joe Biden shows up poorly in the debate.
It looks bad for all of America.
The mainstream media allows us to see this very ugly presentation of a Joe Biden that obviously is not doing well.
Then you've got he stays in the race instead of dropping out immediately because of no confidence.
And then you've got what appears to be an absolute assassination attempt on Donald Trump using at least two shooters and a bunch of components of a traditional false flag.
They miss or they miss or it doesn't happen.
Whatever.
Trump comes out smelling like a rose.
But then you see the RNC rollout with the Republican National Convention where you have It's obvious that the Republicans have just moved about 10 steps toward the center, toward the Democrats.
So, I don't know what's going on here.
I think the Republicans are trying to capture as much of the quote-unquote undecided vote as possible, which is growing more in Trump's favor every day.
And the Republicans are trying to capitalize on it by going more toward the center with their You know, their Flood Walk Lady, and the Harmeet Dhillon with her prayer to some Hindu god, and you've got the circus Hulk Hogan spectacle that makes it look like Idiocracy 2.0.
And Donald Trump's shoes show back up, and you've got all sorts of people shorting as if they have knowledge on stocks.
There's just a bunch of hell broke loose in one week, and I suspect that between now and November, it ain't gonna get any prettier.
It's gonna continue to get ugly, and my prediction is They will release the mobs.
They will let the NGOs loose to to drum up the mobs and create so much dissatisfaction as possible that martial law has to be instituted and there's no election whatsoever.
Now I'm not saying predict no election.
I'm saying that's what they'll try to do to hold on to power because you got to remember what's at stake.
You cage a dirty tiger that's done a lot of bad things and threaten it with prosecution and you've got you've got a serious beast on your hands.
And you've got a problem.
So I think that's overall my general analysis of today's event.

Just this morning, Biden's campaign chair said he wasn't leaving the race and Biden suddenly posts a resignation letter with no address to the country.
Reeks of a coup.
White House aides learned Biden was driving on by reading X. Lefties, from the Clinton's Progressive Caucus to Trump assassination jokester Reid Hoffman to Alexander Soros, are now firmly behind Harris.
I'd just like to thank Alexander Soros for not keeping everyone in suspense about who the next puppet would be.

To get down to Gavin Newsom, you got all the way to four and Pritzker alike.
But Michelle, interestingly, only has 5%.

The bureaucratic state had to get rid of Joe because selling the steel was not possible.
You're up for the greatest propaganda campaign ever to sell Harris or whoever to the people with election night shenanigans.
Here's Kamala making a speech thanking Joe Biden for his extraordinary leadership as president, even suggesting he's no longer in that office.
I will do everything in my power to unite the Democratic Party and unite our nation to defeat Donald Trump and his Extreme Project 2025 agenda.

Well, it opens up an interesting theater that we're going to watch.
Is Obama going to nominate Michelle Obama?
I remember that being dandied about.
I never think that Michelle Obama, LaVon Robinson, is going to be the nominee because of all of the lies that he put on various forums claiming it was a woman when he was a man.
And I think the country is not going to embrace a transgender homosexual man who's lied to them.
I mean, if he was honest, that's one thing, but lying is another thing.
And I, you know, what the left and the liberals think that they can ramrod down the American people's throat, I think is going to be vomited up in civil war and revolution.
I think the country is ready to split apart and aching to split apart, aching to return to the Confederation of States aching for individual state republics to get their state in order and eject these effeminate traitors like Abbott and the rest who have played a conservatism but have actually undermined the Constitution and participated in this invasion.
And that's going to be the next civil war guerrilla war that we face are all of these illegal immigrants, male military-aged individuals who are going to be armed and released to, you know, cause chaos.
And I think Ukrainians are going to be used in the same way to cause chaos in the United States.
I do not think we're going to have any semblance of Peace, stability, tranquility, until after the left unleashes all of these agents of violence and, you know, Bolshevism.
That's what the left is obsessed with doing at this point.

Or you stand up and fight, and fight to the death.
And I think we're approaching that moment.
The question is, do we have a over-vaccinated, simpleton, androgynous, cross-eyed muppet show of antidepressant Americans who don't even remember what it means to sharpen a blade or cock a weapon?
Or are they going to show their grit and stand up and fight when the time comes?
I think the time is coming.
I do not think we're going to have a peaceful transition.

And I would hope that the conservative Republican would ascend, but there's also a very sneaky suspicion that, you know, Trump is a Trojan horse.
There are a lot of people coming out talking about his Masonic ties and his occultic ties and his Zionist ties and his pro-Israel ties.
And Israel is about to collapse and implode on itself.
So, you know, there are a lot of moving parts here, but in the end, America ends.
In the end of all of this, America ends as we once knew it, and then, of course, instantly re-emerges as a confederation of republics.
That's, you know, I think the natural life cycle process of the fall of Rome.
When Rome fell, it just didn't disappear into the sea of history.
It fell, it decompartmentalized, but then it, you know, the republics and the people and the infrastructure and everything still remained.
So, I think we're about to see the entire ship kind of do a rollover.
You know those ships on the ocean when they're hit by a big wave, they do a 360 degree turn underwater and come back up?
I think that's about to happen to America, and it's going to be climactic during the next two months with the election process of the Democrat Party and the Trump Party.
The Democrat really is the wild card.
But again, I'll put my money on Gavin Newsom.
At the end of the day, Gavin Newsom is probably going to emerge holding the bloodied body of Kamala Harris and reciting the greatest political speech he's ever given that makes the Manchurian candidate look like a Sesame Street episode.

Well, I guess I would like to take this segment to introduce the audience to perhaps a new theme called the Great Inversion.
The Great Inversion concept was, I guess, originally written about by a lady, a Christian writer by the name of, that goes by the probably Alexandra.
And then a guy by the name of Derek Rose here in Houston picked up on it and began to develop it.
And I've become fascinated.
with it, but fundamentally the Great Inversion is a false awakening whereby the steadily waking masses of freedom lovers are duped once more into falling for fake heroes and messiahs and steadily manipulated into supporting their own enslavement.
And so we've got, you know, the Great Reset.
Okay, we all hear this.
We all know about the Klaus Schwab, Darth Vader, New World Order.
Dark.
They're going to take away all of our freedoms.
It's going to be really bad.
And then we've got this great awakening on the other side.
So you've got sort of a dark versus a light sort of competing with one another.
And because there's so much fog of war taking place, people are falling one way or the other.
I can tell you, I had lunch yesterday with a pure on Democrat lawyer.
And she had her head so far up her ass that she couldn't see the forest through the trees.
Literally, she knew nothing of any of the issues I brought up, including Michelle Obama being mad.
She said it was insulting, that I was degrading, you know.
She'd never heard anything like it in her life.
That's how far up their asses the Democrats have their heads right now.
And I see a lot of these younger millennials that are starting to take the bait and they're like, hey, this doesn't make sense.
I'm voting for Donald Trump, the big hero, fight, fight, fight, just like a WWE event.
You've got Hulk Hogan.
You've got, you know, you've got this huffy sort of hero side and this sort of dark, low caliber, low thought, Democrat side where they all just act like a bunch of zombies, that Democrat Party is beginning to fade and off to the screen.
So what happens is that the powers that be recognize that the Great Awakening is coming around and so they try to replace it with this sort of faux version, which is why you get This slut walk lady at the RNC and others taking place.
And so what we have to be very careful of as an audience is to begin to recognize that we have to operate and think and work independently.
To present the facts to our audience the best we possibly can, given the situation.
But it's one person at a time that must make their decision.
I know a lot of people tune into the show hoping to get more input in terms of, hey, what are other smart people thinking?
What are they all starting to say?
But I warn you against that.
Don't let somebody sit down and program your mind.
You have to break loose.
from the talking heads and learn to think critically.
I took Dr. Fetzer's critical thinking course.
I can tell you there's all sorts of fallacies that you need to understand.
There's all sorts of deception tactics that need to be developed.
Once you have a good solid understanding of Very nice.
critical thought and logic, then you can begin to let your brain break out of the system.
But you have to think independently.
The very fact that I've harvested in my own mind, I've probably got 14 different theories that are absolutely unique to the marketplace in terms of I'm testing them against it because I'm able to think independently and separately from the media.
I would encourage the audience to learn to do that just as well, especially the young people.

Meanwhile, House Oversight investigating who's really running the country with the mention of Joe in the White House.
It's been obvious for more than three years Joe Biden hasn't actually been running the country.
He can't even change his pants by himself.
Important question no one in the media has been asking is who's really in charge?
After all this time, the House Oversight Committee is launching an investigation to try to answer the question.
Better late than never, guys.
Committee Chair Jane Comer says it's obvious Biden is unfit to serve as president, especially considering how badly he's mentally declined.
Comer said the committee has so far identified Three White House staffers who serve as gatekeepers to make sure no one gets close enough to Biden to realize he's a drooling vegetable most of the time.
Mine gatekeepers have kept most of his Cabinet members out of meetings for close to two years now.
Pet Chair Jerome Powell admitted the last time he even spoke to Biden on the phone was in 2022.
Homer believes the narrative around Biden is crumbling because Democrats in Congress are worried about their political future.
They're afraid Biden's obvious cognitive decline will cost them the White House and many of them will be dragged down with a ship if he's still being propped up as the leader of their party.
Here's an interesting legal question no one has yet asked.
Is any executive order Bill Biden has signed in the last three years legally binding?
You can't enforce a contract if one of those who signs is mentally incompetent.
Could we ultimately roll back some of Joe's terrible legislation when it's finally revealed he's not even mentally there?
Meanwhile, Obama fails to endorse Harris wants open convention.
And who better, by the way, to call out Kamala for not being qualified to serve as president than a guy who was scrutinized on precisely that basis?
Former President Obama, praising Biden for his decision, did not endorse Kamala Harris, but called for an open convention.
We'll be navigating uncharted waters in the days ahead.
I have extraordinary confidence the leaders of our party will be able to create a process from which an outstanding nominee, whose name just happens to be Michelle, emerges.
He added Biden's version of a generated process with United America, with opportunities for everyone, will be on full display in August.
I expect every one of us carry that message of hope and progress.

Last week, Ira Barley told allies he didn't think Biden could defeat Donald Trump, following issues that were on display in their only presidential debate.
He did not comment on those reports Sunday, but did talk about Biden's decision, saying his outstanding track record Gave him every right to run for re-election and finish the job he started.
Joe understands better than anyone the stakes, how everything he fought for through his life, everything the party stands for, will be at risk if we allow Trump back in the White House and Republicans control Congress.
He said Biden never backed down from a pipe.
However, he added it's a testament to Biden's love of the United States that he passed the torch to a new nominee.
I know he wouldn't make this decision unless he believed it was right for America.
It's an historic example of a genuine public servant.
Once again, putting the interests of people ahead of his own, that future generation do well to follow.

Is Senator Kamala Harris eligible to run for president?
That's a major question being asked by figures on both sides.

I've actually spoken to Jacob Wohl.
Kamala is not eligible to be president.
Her father arrived from Jamaica in 61, mother from India in 60.
Neither was a legal resident for five years prior to her birth, a requirement for naturalization.
She was raised in Canada.
Monday, the American Mirror reported Harris announced she was running for president in 2020.
Soon after, Chris Cuomo on CNN suggested she'd have to prove she was born in the U.S.
to avoid potential legal trouble.
Cuomo made a comment After Twitter user Jacob Wall suggested Harris is ineligible because her father, a Jamaican immigrant, her mother, an Indian immigrant, were not legal residents for five years before her birth.
And hopefully there'll be no games where the issue keeps changing for right D occurs and the illegal info about Harris comes out to deal with the allegations ASAP.
The longer there is no proof either way, the deeper the effect, Cuomo wrote.
In a follow-up, Wool then unloaded what appeared to be a photograph of her yearbook from the high school she attended in Canada.

Code 100-1, making a false statement on a government forum, if she has signed any federal election paperwork.
implicitly affirming that everything that she says is true and included in that is the accordance with the constitutional principles and demands that you be a naturalized citizen, that you be capable of being president, that you be entitled to be on the presidential paperwork, that you be capable of being president, that you be entitled to be on the presidential paperwork, assumes that everything is satisfied according to the Constitution, and
So I could go down to the court tomorrow and file an action saying Kamala Harris is not qualified to be the president of the United States, and I will not, and this county cannot, and this state cannot recognize her, and it can happen before she runs it.
If If there's any paperwork done, that paperwork can be nullified.
But I think this is a very legal, very, very clear legal principle that automatically will go to the Supreme Court if needed.
And as they have dropped all of the charges against Trump for the classified paperwork, This, similarly, could be fast-tracked and, as a result, she is removed and she's not allowed to run for president.
Or, like I've said, I think we're in the Kabuki theater where assassinations are the ace card.
They're the ace in the deck.
Look at what they just said they did to Trump.
And I will be doubting Thomas.

Being a proper natural citizen didn't slow down Barack Obama, and I would probably argue in this situation that the devil we know is better than the devil that we don't.
We know Kamala Harris is weak.
I mean, even Biden was reluctantly, reportedly reluctant to step down as the nominee and give Harris a chance because, frankly, her polling was so bad.
She's become a laughingstock of the entire structure.
But again, I believe that's part of a setup To get people to recognize how ridiculous this Democrat Party has actually become and try to get everybody to move over into the Republican camp instead of some independent camp that wants to separate from all of this theater.

Zelensky confirmed the call, during which he congratulated Trump on formally becoming the Republican Party presidential nominee and wishing him well after the attempt on his life.
We agree with President Trump to discuss at a personal meeting what steps can make peace fair and truly lasting.
I notice the vital bipartisan, bicameral American support for protecting our nation's freedom and independence.
Trump has repeatedly claimed he'd end the war very quickly without offering details how.
Last week he hosted Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who met with President Putin earlier this month.
Trump frequently prays for Putin and reluctantly outright criticizes the invasion of stirred concerns among Ukraine's allies.
He's also repeatedly suggesting backing away from NATO, even undermining the alliance's defensive guarantee by saying he would encourage Russia to attack any members who had not met their financial obligations.

Vance leads the isolationist wing of Congressional Republicans who argue the U.S.
should drop aid to Ukraine.
Vance was one of the fiercest opponents of the $61 billion new military aid stalled by Republicans for months, a time in which Russia made battlefield gains.
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, whom Scott has met, said she noted comments from former President Trump and his running mate Vance about ending the war in Ukraine, but said Moscow needed to be realistic about the prospect.
We saw the statements.
Trump said he'd resolve the conflict within 24 hours.
Vance said China's a bigger problem.
It is necessary to separate pre-election rhetoric from statements by government officials vested with the appropriate powers.
If we talk about whether it's possible to resolve the conflict, let's be realistic.
She pointed out, during the previous Trump admin, the president and adviser made statements about bringing peace to the Middle East.
They prepared for the deal of the century for a long time.
But it did not end in anything.
And under Biden, on the contrary, a colossal historical tragedy happened, meaning the slaughter of the Palestinians in Gaza.
President Putin has also noted Trump's comments and said he's taking them seriously, but not familiar with any concrete proposal put forward by the former president.
In an interview with the New York Times last month, Vance outlined some ideas.
What I would like to do is freeze territorial lines somewhere close to where they are right now.

Then guarantee both Kiev's independence, but also its neutrality.

Meanwhile, Blinken supports restoring the Iran nuclear deal.
In the last pro forma statement on Iran's civilian nuclear program, Antony Blinken said he believes the U.S.
should return to the joint Action Plan of Action, the 2015 Iran deal that originally included the entire P5-plus-1 membership.
His comment followed the recent election in Iran of a reformist president, Massoud Pazhashankian, in talk of ending Iranian isolation.
Returning to the Joint Plan of Action might be a strong step in that direction.
Isn't that the first time he talked about from which the U.S.
withdrew in 2018 during DEVO's 2024?
Secretary of State declared the withdrawal from the deal to have been a big mistake, that the U.S.
no longer has the agreements it needs.
The pact was negotiated under Obama.
It was somewhat complicated, but broad strikes were that, in return for sanction relief, Iran agreed to a level of oversight on its civilian nuclear program no other nation had ever agreed to.
The sanction relief by and large never came about.
The U.S.
did not ease the sanctions as the deal stipulated.
The U.S.
further threatened the other 5-plus-1 nations to prevent them from following through with the sanctions relief either.
Efforts to try to savage the deal were derailed when Trump withdrew from it entirely.
In trying to force the remaining parties to come to the table, Iran withdrew from some of the voluntary safeguards and increased its enrichment to higher levels.
Despite no longer being a party to the deal, the U.S.
has consistently complained of Iran's violations.
Iran's been supportive of revising the plan as originally written.
With Iran's acting foreign minister, Ali Bagheri, Saying Iran remained committed to the deal and doesn't believe there's any need for a new agreement, just a restoration of the existing one.
Iran made the point its violations are immediately reversible and have been made in service of trying to lead to negotiations.
Iran has also made no moves that could lead to the production of nuclear weapons.
Wait till you hear what Bibi has to say in contradiction.
Reports from the Director of National Intelligence have repeatedly affirmed there's no nuclear weapon production attempted by Iran.
Despite this, Blinken's comment centered on the false claim that Iran is capable of producing the fissile material for a nuclear bomb within one or two weeks.
He presented this as a breakout capability for the uranium program.
In reality, Iran has never attempted to enrich over 60%, far below the 90% needed for weapons-grade.
Blingit and Scare Monitoring centers on a belief Iran has absolute control of its enrichment technology and could reconfigure its centrifuges to weapons-grade on a whim.
Even if Rand enriched enough to produce a bomb, he would need to produce a weapon, test a weapon, then work on miniaturization to produce a deliverable weapon.
There's no timetable for how long that would take, which is not even relevant, because Rand isn't even attempting to do this.
