It is a senior NATO body dealing with nuclear matters, including the overall effectiveness of NATO's nuclear arsenal, security, survivability of nuclear weapons, as well as communication and information.
A nuclear planning group is chaired by the NATO Secretary General and generally meets a level of defence ministers.
Russian mass media, Russian analysts and adviser to Putin are daily preparing for Russian public opinion for the worst possible outcome, as well they should.

If the ultimatum is rejected, which is most likely, the war will move into a new phase of escalation with all scenarios open.
This is grossly misleading!
The Russian proposal for Putin is basically a ceasefire in place!
He's not asking for all of Ukraine.
He's not asking for unconditional surrender.
So this is just simply ridiculous what's going on here.
This is further evidence that Russia does not aspire to control all of Ukraine.
It's just not the case.

This decision caused wide resistance and discussion both in Germany and abroad.

Meanwhile, the Serbian president quite appropriately observes, so I think he's being far too generous in his timeline, Serbian President Vukic, we will have a world war in three to four months.

The President of the Republic of Serbia gave a long interview to the Swiss magazine Weltbuch, during which he revealed that Serbia controls the reserves of oil, flour, sugar, as in three to four months, we will have a world war.

There's a different theory, which I can understand.
I'm not saying that I approve.
The West thinks they can easily defeat Putin.
They want to exhaust him in Ukraine.
In other words, the space and Russia with the current territory will no longer exist and Putin will be overthrown.
Maybe.
Why do I say that?
We walk on the brink of the abyss.
Analyze the situation of NATO and the USA.
They cannot afford to lose the Ukraine war.
Second.
Opposition of Europe and the collective West in geopolitical terms will determine so much that no one will be able to regenerate and renew it.
Third, this will open up Pandora's box for more movements and hostilities against the collective West in the future.
But take the other side.
If Putin loses the war, he will first personally lose everything.
Second, he'll not have the reputation of someone who created a common denominator for Ivan, Peter the Great, and Catherine.
And third, Russia will not exist or have its present form when you have two sides so far apart in terms of their wants and their expectations.

When you have this situation, we are probably approaching a real disaster.

Who is ready to lose a million, two million, five, ten million people?
Ask yourself.
I'm not ready to lose a single person.

I don't think we're far from that big conflict.
No more than three to four months.
And there's a risk it'll happen even sooner.

G7 leaders agree to provide Ukraine with 50 billion using frozen Russian assets.
This is outrageous.
A group of seven leaders agreed to a summit in Italy Thursday to give Ukraine 50 billion, using frozen Russian central bank assets, a step that marks a significant escalation in the economic war against Russia.
The plan is to provide the 50 billion to Ukraine by the end of the year in the form of a loan, which will be made back using profits.
From the approximate 280 billion in frozen Russian assets held by the U.S.
and its allies.
The idea is seen as a compromise between the U.S.
and Europe, as President Biden wanted to steal all the frozen Russian funds to give to Ukraine.
But the vast majority of the money is held in Europe, and EU leaders were hesitant to do that.
Well, now they've gone forward.
This is truly going to piss off the Russians.
This is so bad.
This is so disgusting.
This is so abusive of proper economic relations.
This is just as much a politicalization of the world economy as the lawsuits against Trump is a politicalization of the laws in the United States.
Meanwhile, Hungary, to allow NATO Eight to float to Ukraine.
This is very disappointing.
Hungary has agreed not to block NATO military aid to Ukraine, but it will not help either.
A military alliance, as Chief says.
At a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told reporters in Budapest Wednesday he accepted the position of the Central European country not to participate in NATO efforts for Ukraine or bond.
Seen as the closest of any EU leader to Russian President Putin, has persistently obstructed the bloc's effort to supply Kyiv with arms and financing.
No Hungarian personnel will take part in these activities, and no Hungarian funds will be used to support them, Söldenberg said.
At the same time, the Prime Minister has assured me that Hungary will not oppose these efforts, enabling other allies to move forward.
And he has confirmed that Hungary will continue to meet its NATO commitments in full.
The NATO chief said he and Orban had agreed modalities for Hungary's non-participation in NATO support for Ukraine, but did not provide details.
Meanwhile, U.S.
to send another Patriot missile battery to Ukraine.
President Biden has approved the delivery of another Patriot missile defense system to Ukraine.
The New York Times reported Tuesday.
The system has been pulled out of Poland and will be the second Patriot battery the US has sent to Ukraine.
It could be deployed to the immediate front lines within the next several days.
My guess, they're going to keep it around Kiev to protect Zelensky and his buddies.
Germany and the Netherlands have also provided Ukraine with a Patriot missile system each, or in talks to supply a second.
Remember, the Patriots weren't able to save Israel.
The hypersonic missiles that Iran has were able to defeat it.
And the Russians are as good or better.
The U.S.
has been sending a steady supply of Patriot missiles to Ukraine since the first sending of the battery in 2023.
Ukrainian troops have been training I now use the advanced missile system at a U.S.
military base here in Oklahoma.
The news comes after Ukrainian President Zelensky and other officials have been pleading with the U.S.
to send more Patriot systems and, of course, more money, of which there is a limited supply, not of money.
Zelensky has said Ukraine needs two batteries in Kharkov to defend itself from the Russian offensive in the region.
Not going to matter.
There's no question.
Ukraine, with NATO, cannot defeat the Russian army.

Perhaps he assumes nothing will come of it because his father, Joe Biden, has the power to pardon his son.

John Della Poppe, a member of Biden's 2020 polling team, is among the former members, part of the PAC.
Despite only becoming public recently, the PAC has been meeting for the last six weeks.
It hopes to raise and invest $20 to $25 billion.
It's not going to work.
The younger people today have not been subjected to decades and decades of Israeli propaganda.
They see a genocide as a genocide, as mass murder.
Absolutely outrageous.
Meanwhile, Biden has even forced American troops to be shot at for a photo op, and several were injured.

Biden's decision to take $320 million from struggling Americans to build a pier in Gaza has been controversial, to say the least.
Shortly after it was built, a pier fell apart, sank into the ocean, casting a shadow of embarrassment over the modern state of American engineering.
Videos soon after emerged of Palestinians laughing at the American troops who are struggling to try to recover the pier.
It was a massive humiliation for the Biden admin in the U.S.
The incident alone is disastrous enough to suggest Joe should have never forced our troops to build that pier.
But that doesn't begin to scratch the surface, because when the cameras were off, troops were being shot at and many were wounded.
Meanwhile, here we have a report.

President Biden and his admin have raked in yet another humiliation on the world scene, as it appears to have been duped by the Islamist terrorist group Hamas, after the latter gave a false impression it would accept a ceasefire with Israel.
Secretary of State Blinken harshly criticized Hamas for rejecting a UN-supported ceasefire after the organization could have ceased the conflict in Gaza simply by agreeing to the proposal.
Very, very misleading.
We know Netanyahu is not going to accept any ceasefire until every Palestinian is dead or evicted from a promised land.
Meanwhile, Pelosi, Nancy, outed in a shocking leaked video, get this, she's still an influential member of the Democratic Party, one of Trump's top enemies, who infamously led the January 6th commission, when she claimed, what she claimed has been published by other Democrats that blame Trump for the events of January 6th.

House Republicans are sick and tired of Nancy's attack.
Since taking over the majority, they've been pouring over the evidence.
While Democrats destroyed much of their documentation, a telltale video survived.
And Pelosi is having heartburn about it.

A previously unreleased video taken on January 6th shows then-Speaker Pelosi saying she takes responsibility for law enforcement lack of preparedness when a mob stormed the Capitol that day.
The tweet contains a video that shows a frustrated Pelosi being evacuated with McCampbell in an intense conversation with Chief of Staff Terry McConnell about the evacuation.
Her aide appeared to reply that Capitol Security did believe they were prepared, to which Pelosi continued.
They clearly didn't know, and I take responsibility for not having them just prepared for more, no doubt.
And of course, we know Mark Milley, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, deliberately withheld sending National Guard troops out for 10 hours.
Meanwhile, Pelosi makes matters worse for herself.
Guess who she accuses?
Pelosi is having a hell of a week.
After blaming Trump for the events of January 6th, a video surfaced saying she took full responsibility.
That there should have been more police, even National Guard.
The video contradicts claims she and other House Democrats have been making.
So you better believe she's trying to do damage control.
She appeared on MSNBC to cover her butt.
She's completely rejected the video evidence, claiming Trump is pushing a revisionist history.
She tried to blame him again for everything that happened and made a few priceless gaffes.
In the interview, Pelosi did not take responsibility for the hundreds who were able to breach the Capitol.
That fact is that the President of the United States, the former president and his toadies, do not want to face the fact, Pelosi replied.
She went on to call the actions of those who stormed the Capitol shameful, that they'd been carrying Confederate flags and Nazi flags as they entered the building.
The former president who incited this insurrection would not send the National Guard for hours.
Bear in mind, as I explained, Mark Milley betrayed the country, would not follow up on Trump's order deliberately.
Meanwhile, Fannie Willis reduced to tears after court handed her a devastating setback.
How many more can she stand?

Fulton County Attorney Fannie Willis watched her case against former President Trump and his aides collapse.
She was caught hiring her boyfriend, Wade, to serve as special prosecutor, despite the fact he's a divorce attorney who'd never tried a felony.

Scott McAfee suggested Willis committed perjury.
Now the Georgia Court of Appeals has told Judge McAfee to pause the case until the matter of Willis's disqualification is resolved.

You're giving the alphabet soup groups and the federal government the knowledge that they want to basically take you out and raid what you got.
So if you're worrying about people squatting or whatever that's illegally here, that's one thing.
But you're basically leaving it wide open for them to do that to you.
So the aspect also, the fact that they're building up this thing about, well, let me just preface it with this.
I'm glad that Putin realizes and his military and the government there realizes that people here in the U.S.
