This is Jim Petzer, your host on The Raw Deal, where I had not inadvertently muted my mic.
I'm joined by Keith Rogers today.
We have an invitation for Victor Hugo Vaca to join as well.
I begin with a very disturbing developments, which puts us right on the edge of World War II.
In fact, I will not be surprised if we're not here for the show a week from today.
Things are that bad.
Washington's attacked a key element of Russia's nuclear umbrella.
The Biden admin, using its proxy forces in Ukraine, launched an attack on a key element of Russia's nuclear umbrella, effectively blinding the Russian military from detecting incoming nuclear or ballistic missiles.
According to Russian nuclear doctrine, any attack on Russia's essential nuclear burst alert provides a justification for nuclear retaliation.
Clearly.
The Biden admin has decided it cannot prevail in Ukraine absent NATO involvement.
Toward that end, the U.S.
and its Ukrainian proxies will continue to launch increasingly lethal attacks on Russian territory, forcing Moscow to respond in kind.
We have additional reports of a second Russian nuclear warning radar hit and an attempt to hit a third.
The second hit the Voronezh DM advanced over the horizon early warning system in the Ursk region of Orenburg, 1,800 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
The second happened on May 26-27.
Unlike the first, where imagery from the ground was available almost immediately, instead all we have here is grainy satellite imagery.
Here's Hal Turner's analysis.
When I reported the attack on the first over the horizon radar, I pointed out it did not provide coverage for Ukraine.
Thus, there was no military advantage for Ukraine to have attacked this station.
I pointed out, in my view, the only reason a station like this would be attacked would be to set the stage for a NATO first strike on Russia.
Bolstering my belief it's NATO, revealed over the Memorial Day weekend, is one of the drones shot down during the first attack was a Tec-3 drone made by Portugal, a member of NATO, with a second having been hit in an attempt on a third.
It's clear to me, Hal Turner reports, NATO is setting the stage for a decapitation nuclear attack against Russia—the idea, apparently, to solve the Russia problem in one fell swoop.
I may be wrong about the idea, but not about a vulnerability being created.
At some point, Russia's going to have a single choice—use them or lose them.
I'm of the belief Russia will use them.
Failing to do so would leave Russia at the mercy of NATO and be a conquered nation.
I don't see Russia doing that.
The Slavic mentality, which was once that of America, better to die on their feet than live on their knees in some.
It's the West who's upping the ante in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Tending toward actual nuclear war.
This is not a treaty role of NATO, which was intended to be purely defensive.
I know of no American or European who has authorized or asked for a nuclear World War III.
And what has happened in response?
Russia has moved 11 nuclear subs into the Atlantic.
Still Hal Turner, who's right on top of this.
Each sub carries from 6 to 16, in some cases up to 32 missiles, each of which can hold 6 to 10 nuclear warheads.
They're independently navigable.
This deployment means, by cautious estimate, there are now around 1,000 warheads on Russian subs that could be headed toward the U.S., the Gulf of Mexico, all of Europe.
That employment, because just after Ukraine attacked and damaged two of the Russian over the horizon.
When the stations were hit, the lack of radar coverage put a hole in Russia's nuclear protection.
When those radars were operational, Russia would have, between 14 and 16 minutes of advance warning, nukes were on the way.
Now those radars are destroyed.
If a sub-launch missile were fired from the eastern Mediterranean, almost anywhere in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Arabia, Somalia, or the African continent, Russia would only have 10 to 12 minutes, so we do it from 14 and 16 to 10 to 12.
In southern Russia, the destruction of the radar means Russia can only detect inbound when they're past the horizon and much closer.
Given the speed such missiles travel, that amount of warning is frankly too little, too late.
This compressed time frame no longer allows Russia to figure out what might be happening before they decide to launch a return strike.
The absence of time to think things through may end up causing the Russians to launch their nukes in response to something coming at them.
Ukraine derived no military benefit Neither of them track anything related to Ukraine.
Only entities who derive benefit—U.S., NATO, and Israel.
Clearly, Russia believes this blinding is a prelude to a U.S.-NATO nuclear first strike.
They are sending their nukes, SOBs, in order to be in a position to hit U.S.-NATO back right away.
Here's his analysis, Hal Turner.
I warn you, when the first Russian radar was destroyed, this would be interpreted by Russia as opening a hole for a NATO first strike.
After news broke of the second widening the hole, the situation became more serious.
It would allow sub-launch nukes to penetrate deep into Russia, hitting Moscow as well as Russia's nuclear silos before Russia had time to defend itself.
Russians apparently see this as well, and now we've got real trouble.
There's a reason Russia is sending 11 nuclear submarines into the Atlantic, because they'll have to hit the United States.
This is what the nitwits in the House of Representatives, the Senate, the illegitimate President have done for us.
Their decision to meddle in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, their constant up in the ante with Russia, have now resulted in today's deployment of subs from Russia into the Atlantic, likely heading to U.S.
firing positions.
You folks have voted Biden because Orange Man bad.
Deserve exactly what may be coming.
It's right and proper that you, your family, be vaporized by the choice you made because it was reckless and stupid.
Frankly, I think Biden voters are too stupid to be called citizens.
I view them as useful idiots.
Look what their stupidity has gotten us.

I think he may be too hard on the Biden voters because they didn't steal the election.
That was done by the Democrat Party, George Soros, Barack Obama, the deep state.
Give me your thoughts on Hal Turner's analysis, Keith.
Well, good morning there, Jim.
I also have some that might show up here, so I had to duck out for a few minutes.
But anyway, it's getting worse than what most people think.
We have the Italian Prime Minister who's in charge of NATO over there.
He's actively calling for World War III.
Then on the cusp of that, I have a good Russian friend that described to me, I don't know, about six or seven years ago, could have been eight, about Russia's dead hand.
That in case Russia, uh, in any way takes a massive strike like that, that all of their nuclear weapons are all fired off at once.
Yeah.
Uh, you know, so, um, but anyway, um, there's, there's two, uh, wars going on here though.
Actually three, if you count Gaza.
Now I listened to, uh, uh, stinking Blinken earlier, everything he was saying was, uh, uh, uh, You know, he can't form a complete sentence.
And what this was about was using China, and this all dovetails in, using China's Uyghur or Uyghur Muslims, talking about the atrocities that China's doing.
And my friend Gordy on Twitter put up a video there which compares what's going on in Gaza to what's actually going on over there in China.
Which is basically a re-education camp with this.
If you read up on the Uyghur Muslims, they're called radical Muslims, of which the U.S.
used 5,000 of them in Syria to help kill 600,000 Assyrians.
But this is what gets me about the whole thing.
Matthew Miller, I don't know if you've heard his speech this morning.
No.
Okay, this is where things go insane.
He's using the same excuse for Israel.
It's constant deflecting right now for the Russians over in Belgorod.
He says Belgorod has no civilians.
In fact, there's over 340,000 civilians there.
And they're living in Belgorod there.
And Ukraine is constantly targeting the city center and slaughtering civilians.
Well, whatever the U.S.
is brought These charges now we see Chile now is also joining the international criminal courts.
And they want, I guess you call it American blood.
They want those culpable behind arm in Israel.
So everything is being deflected from what's actually happening on the ground with Israel and Netanyahu's own peace talks where he agreed to it and now he's dismissing it.
He says that the basically the slaughter is going to continue.
So with Russia, everything is being deflected.
Now, we we've seen countless videos of the Ukrainian soldiers that are kneecapping, assassinating Russian soldiers that have been captured.
The massive amount of war crimes, the staged scenes, I forget the name of that one town, but there was all these dead bodies laying around and come to find out it was a Ukraine army that had gone through before.
And they did this massive slaughtering.
And you can actually you could actually in that video, you can see them pulling the bodies out to set up a movie production.
Even the judge and Larry Johnson have been noting that everything you're getting out of Ukraine right now seems to be a movie production.
It's filmed with two or three cameras.
It's to give a highlight like Hollywood's doing this production like that.
What they're doing is they're They're selling us a war.
And that's why in the old days, you know, they came out with terms like limited nuclear war as if it was less deadly, you know.
So I'm a I'm a sound mind here to think that the fact that I sent you a video this morning, excuse me, on email there, which showed the Sarmat being launched and it gave the response time of how long it takes to hit London and stuff like that, you know.
But Russia's preparing.
They know what this over-the-horizon radar meant to them because, again, as Hal Turner aptly noted there, it had nothing to do with Ukraine because Ukraine is local.
They can handle with their other drones and stuff and other S-300 or S-400, whatever, missiles to shoot down what's coming from Ukraine.
But then now, Jim, as we've been hearing, All these countries are giving their ability to use their weapons to do a strike inside Russia, and they want to hit Moscow and stuff to do as much damage as they can.
Of course, this is to dethrone Putin.
But we can go all the way back to 2008 to the Budapest summit, and you can see the lead up to this.
The second day, Mr. Putin showed up there, and this is where they were talking about bringing Georgia and all these other countries into NATO and stuff.
This is where the line was finally drawn and this goes clear back to the 1980s when as the Berlin Wall came down with the assumption there that NATO would not be one inch east.
It's been one constant lie after another and that's going to be our downfall is that for years this government as well as other governments have lied and lied and lied I hate to say this, but with all this so-called 2024 elections and stuff, after what they did for the last three years to the American people and those of the world, would you vote for these same people?
I mean, this is that stupid syndrome of loving thy captor, you know?
He's got it.
The situation is even worse.
Turns out Biden secretly gave Ukraine permission to strike inside Russia with U.S.
weapons.
Ukraine asked the U.S.
to make the policy change right after Russia's offensive at Kharkov began this month.
All the people were granted anonymity to discuss the decisions that haven't been made public.
The decision to allow Ukraine flexibility to defend itself from attacks on the border near Kharkov is really putting us in direct conflict with Russia.
Ukraine can now use American-provided weapons, rockets, rocket launchers, to shoot down Russian missiles heading toward Kharkov, at troop massing over the Russian border, or Russian bombers launching bombs toward Ukraine in territory.
But the official said Ukraine cannot use those weapons to hit civilian infrastructure or launch long-range missiles to hit military targets Deep inside Russia.
Yeah, do you believe that?
It's a stunning ship, since the admin said it would escalate the war by more directly Not escalate a war by more directly involving the U.S.
in the fight, but worsening conditions on the battlefield.
Russia's advances in improved position led the President to change his mind.
Mind you, it's not the President who's calling any of these shots.
You might as well view it as Bibi Netanyahu.
Meanwhile, U.S.
missiles strike deep inside Russia to confirm Update!
U.S.
missiles strike an oil facility deep inside Russia using cruise missiles and ATMs.
This appears to have been, by the way, orchestrated or controlled by the CIA.
The U.S.
is allowing Ukraine to use its weapon to strike inside Russia.
The story of the past 27 months, since Russia undertook its special military operation, has been one of crumbling taboos.
After repealing Russia's initial march on Kiev, Ukraine asked its Western allies for greater support.
First ammo, then tanks, then cluster musicians, then fighter jets.
Each time, the West agonized over whether to grant peering escalation each time the taboo was broken and nothing happened.
What seemed beyond the pale one week became by now the next.

U.S.
official plan to reverse attacks on Russian soil using U.S.
and NATO weapons launched from Ukraine.
So, what has happened in response?
Russia has launched U.S.
anti-satellite weapon into space.
U.S.
intel community believes a Russian government has launched an anti-satellite weapon in space.
It's currently deployed near American satellites.
U.S.
Ambassador Robert Wood, the alternate representative at the United Nations, made the revelation Monday while speaking at the U.N.
On May 16, Russia launches satellite into low-Earth orbit.
The U.S.
assesses a counter-space weapon presumably capable of attacking other satellites in low-Earth orbit.
And, of course, we know that that would be one of the first actions that would be taken were war to break out between Russia and NATO taking out the enemy's satellites.
Meanwhile, NATO Secretary General Jen Stoltenberg on Friday shrugged off warnings from Russian President Putin against NATO allowing Ukraine to strike Russian territory with Western weapons.
This is nothing new.
It's been the case for a long time.
Every time NATO allies are providing support to Ukraine, Vladimir Putin is trying to threaten us not to do that.
In an escalation, well, Russia escalated by invading another country.
Stoltenberg's comment came after the U.S.
and other NATO countries gave Ukraine a green light To strike Russian territory near Kharkov.
The strike marked a significant escalation that could provoke a major response, despite Stoltenberg downplaying the risk.
Putin warned there'd be serious consequences for NATO countries that lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of its weapons.
Moscow previously warned the UK.
It would respond to Ukraine using British weapons on Russian territory with strikes on UK military sites in Ukraine and beyond.
Russia has already significantly escalated its operation in Ukraine in response to Ukrainian attacks on its territory.
Russia, for example, did not begin major strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure Until after the first bombing of the Crimean Bridge in October of 2022.
Putin has also said Russia's new offensive at Kharkov is a response to Ukrainian attacks on Russia's Belgorod Oblast, which borders Kharkov.
He said the purpose was to create a buffer zone Over the weekend, Russia launched a major barrage of strikes against Ukrainian infrastructure, which could be related to the latest escalation due to the bombing.
Ukraine imposed emergency power shutdowns across most of the country on Sunday.
Here we have a report about inside Russia.
How do you feel about that?
I think that's the right decision.
I think You know, Ukraine needs to get whatever help it can get in defending itself.
And I think NATO has urged that we allow those strikes.
France, Germany, Great Britain, Canada, Finland, most of our allies have urged that.
I think it is important for the United States to provide a unified approach that allows the Ukrainians to strike at those targets.
I don't know where this Ukraine war goes.
You always hear, Secretary, that right now Russia is back having the full advantage here.
I bet that was Leon Panetta saying, you think allowing Ukraine to use these weapons to strike into Russia was a good idea?
That there's a need for a unified approach.
Well, it's going to be a unified slaughter of NATO and the U.S., I guarantee you, Keith.
This is just totally unacceptable.
It's unimaginable to those of us who studied geopolitics to think NATO could get away with this kind of unbelievable assault on Russia and not expect a severe retaliation.

Yeah, well, we can see what has been going on here, Jim.
They feminized all the militaries around the world, as well as law enforcement and all that.
Like in Ukraine, they're desperately—they're beating up kids.
I watched a video of them abducting a mentally ill young man who didn't even know what was going on.
You could clearly tell that.
They're abducting people off the streets, restaurants, all this stuff to be thrown right in the front with no battle experience, no training whatsoever.
It's pure ethnic cleansing.
From out of this war cry thing, it says Putin would obliterate Britain's embarrassingly small tank fleet in less than two weeks.
You'd mentioned the satellite stuff.
Those Abrams tanks have this turbo engine.
What's funny is Russia has shown the images of how those show up on their flare type radar systems from space that you can actually watch the heat signatures as they go across these battlefields because that Abrams tank is so hot, you know, from the amount of heat it generates off the back of that

We got the French President Emmanuel Macron is going to announce Europe is at war with Russia on June 6.
This is the third.
We're talking about Thursday, which, of course, is D-Day, when the Allies invaded the beaches of Normandy.
June 6 will be a landmark day for the whole of Europe.
France will officially make the first announcement of sending military personnel from a European or NATO state to Ukrainian territory.
They've been there.
They've been killed.
Are you going to make it formal?
Ukrainian President Zelensky, whose legal term of office expired back on May 21, is to attend the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings at Normandy on June 6.
Macron confirmed Zelensky's visit to France next week.
Meaning this, I will have the opportunity when President Zelensky goes to France for Normandy Landing Day to welcome him and discuss very clearly what we are going to do to support Ukraine.
According to international media, Macron will choose, not by chance, June 6 in order to announce, in front of other Western leaders, the mission of French soldiers to Ukraine, who will shoulder the responsibility of training Kiev.
They'll be wiped.
This is the first such announcement by a leader of a Western country, another sign of escalation.
Will it be trainers only?
Of course not.
It's only the first step on the road to open Europe-Russia war.
The French Brigade in Odessa will follow, NATO forces in western Ukraine, and more.
Meanwhile, new grounds for Article 5 collective self-attack?
A cyber attack.
Pulse flag in their own country, blame it on Russia, then join the Ukraine war against Russia?
The head of NATO's military committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, has said NATO can now declare war over a cyber attack.
We've agreed in NATO a cyber attack can in principle be a reason to invoke Article 5.
So now not only a real attack, but even a cyber attack can justify a NATO member to declare Article 5 collective self-defense.
The result would be military action to follow.
But it's important to find out who organized the attack.
Regardless of the route, servers, and location, whether the countries where the servers were aware of the attack, the main thing is to identify the organizer.
If the attacker is unknown, you don't have enough data to declare war on anyone.
And mind you, the Israelis are past masters at phony faking all kinds of attacks.
Cyber would be a piece of tech.
Okay, here's Hal Turner's snap analysis, unless you manufactured it yourself.
For over two years, NATO has goaded Russia To get to attack the ongoing NATO interference in Ukraine, Russia won't take the bait.
Instead, Russia is steadily destroying all the weapons and manpower Ukraine and NATO throws at them.
NATO is hamstrung.
They can't do anymore from Ukraine, and Ukraine is now losing badly.
So they seem to have come up with a nifty alternative cyber attack.
They can attack their own country in a massive, destructive cyber attack and blame it on Russia.
Invoke Article 5 and enter the Ukraine War, as they've desperately been trying to do for two years.
A complete, total false flag.
Blame Russia.
Enter World War III.
These people, how Turner thinks, as do I, are snakes.
There's apparently nothing so low they won't stoop to cause another.
Meanwhile, the intel drop released footage claiming to be the USS Eisenhower hit with a cybersonic missile, still burning, planes exploding, as Russian retaliation for the strategic radar hit.
Here's a lot.
Here you see the ship.
Here we have a missile approach.
Take a look at this when you see somebody else.
Except it's not the Eisenhower,
The Eisenhower is a trickle-deck, trimble-decks, stacked up beneath its radar, its communication antennae.
The ship in the video has only one So what's going on here?
This appears to be a warning by the Houthis or by Iran as to what can be expected, what's going to happen if the U.S.
continues to bomb the Houthis in Yemen.
I think it's meant to send a message.
I also believe, however, that Americans are too stupid to respond.
And they're going to shrug it off as though we're insignificant.
But I guarantee you, there's 7000 soldiers and Marines aboard the Eisenhower.
And if the West shrugs it off, they are going to the bottom of the sea.
Keep.
Yeah.
Jim, this is so deep that people don't really realize what's going on.
If you listen to a lot of the, you know, I don't know if you grab other talk shows and stuff like that, but a lot of these generals and stuff, one of their biggest chief complaints was the defeat in Vietnam.
We always hear, like, the United States won World War II.
Well, actually, remember, the Soviets took Berlin.
It wasn't the United States that did that.
And then we have Lindsey Graham out there who repetitively keeps talking about using nuclear warheads.
And that's not just in Gaza either, by the way.
He's advocating for this against Russia.
Well, Russia knows what's going on with this.
I mean, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand what's going on.
And this is why when you brought this up earlier with the submarines, they know where all the seat of power is, who's issuing these commands.
And that's why they would be moving their subs and stuff closer to the United States, which would be to reduce their strike time.
It is a shame.
Plus, as another thing is, more and more, like in today's breaking news with Fauci, who admitted that all the stuff about COVID was made up.
Well, remember that Fauci got a million dollars from Israel to promote this so that Israel could sell more vaccines, alleged vaccines anyway, this gene editing crap like that, you know.
But what we're having is the massive genocide against the ethnic genocide against the What they call pro-Russians.
And the one thing that got me about this is when the U.S.
started that coup over there in Ukraine in 2014.
I looked up the demographics of Ukraine and most of the living population there was born before 1991.
So basically they were all Russian anyway.
And this is why you see the Slavs versus the Slavs, the Russians and the Ukrainians fighting each other on behalf of that leaked report.
of the Jews being in fact Khazars with a reverse migration plan to Ukraine.
We have Ehud Barak that came out and said that most of these Jewish kingdoms only last about 80 years.
They're at 75 years now and we could see the amount of money that's going from the coffers of the West as well as disarming the West.
That should be A warning signal to anyone out there that if the United States is going to sit there and start trying to trigger wars around the world, that means the United States is going to suffer as well as the West, because they have already depleted their stocks as far as weapons and such, you know.
So it just looks like there's the cover up of the COVID, the myocarditis, all this stuff.
It's like a worldwide genocide that's going on, Jim.
And we're all being targeted, as well as the attacks on the food supply, all this.
And it's like the politicians, all they're caring about is securing their next four years in their election to sit there and do nothing to protect the American people.
Even Macy, I guess his name is, he just came out with a thing here about the fact that they're going after another, what do you call it?
Home food type thing, like the Amish and stuff.
They are trying to make it so that you can't even grow your own food.
Yeah, it's absurd, I know.
This has been going on for a long time, Keith, and it's clear they want to guarantee starvation.
So why do we have food processing plants?
They're destroying chicken farms.
Millions of turkeys, millions of chickens have been slaughtered.
They're going after beef, too.
They're practicing starvation as their ultimate weapon, Keith, of that, I have no doubt.
Yeah, and then we have that story from China this morning where it says anyone who dares to separate Taiwan from China, and I should remind a listener out there, There's a spirit in the air that is just totally evil.
United States both identify and accept the one China policy with Taiwan and they knew that eventually they would reunite.
Well, they just got some other right winger in there over in Taiwan there.
And of course, Taiwan's got its own LGBT drag queens and stuff.
I mean, there's a spirit in the air that is just totally evil.
They are going after everything in society there.
But this thing about China interests me, the fact that always talks about, as you mentioned there with the Eisenhower, that the U.S.
is interested in keeping the sea ports open or the lanes of sea travel open.
If anyone's read the Pentagon Papers, you'll see that there's a scenario developing here through the Rand Corporation, of course, that It's almost an exact duplicate of what was going on in the Pentagon Papers.
And this is like China's now putting this embargo before it was the United States, where they surrounded the Taiwanese island, and they were to cut China off before.
These are all long drawn out.
Well, look at it this way.
Yalta, when Roosevelt and those guys signed all this stuff over in Yalta, well, that was Crimea.
And it was right after that, the United States stabbed the Soviet Union in the back.
Remember, the Soviet Union were allies, the Chinese were allies.
And then right after that, to boost this military-industrial complex, they both became enemies.
And there's more and more countries, especially when Lavrov, if you listen to him, no one trusts the United States because nothing they ever say is true.
I can't believe that people don't see that we're being cakewalked into World War III.
And, you know, this is one where maybe few of us will walk away.
I have this one video from the 1980s where it was interviewing a lot of the Soviets back then.
And in the video, the guy says, and this is in the 80s, so you have to think of the population change.
But the guy said, well, the United States is willing to lose 67 million Americans.

We're seeing the entire Arab Muslim world, as well as others around the world that are totally breaking their alliance with Israel over this carnage there, which, of course, Netanyahu and those don't seem like they care about human life.

And I should throw in there, there was a telegram post this morning that there's a very high senior level Israeli official that has just been diagnosed with colon cancer.
And it seems like there's more than a shake up there because we've We've had Galant and all these guys talking or threatening what if Netanyahu does this, does that.
We have protests in the hundreds of thousands of Israelis out there protesting about what Netanyahu's doing.
This is on the precursor of what was happening before when Netanyahu was trying to change their Supreme Court.
And they were faced with riots, and then suddenly there's October 7th, of which there's all these videos of Egypt warning Israel about an imminent attack.
There's even this one Hebrew kid that says October 7th was a false flag.
I mean, it's like it was a setup, and the United States is sitting there defending someone that is a A known war criminal now with Netanyahu.
And what are they doing?
They're inviting him over to the White House to, I guess, to receive their instructions or maybe just give them checks or something like that.
But we're looking at a world that's gone mad.

Friday, defense attorney Randers Allen and former Trump lawyer Tim Parlatori raised a constitutional concern about Judge Juan Merchant's jury instructions.
He told the jury they didn't need to agree unanimously on which specific other crime Trump committed.
Instead, they could pick from three different crimes to convict him.
I hate to do this, but I'd be remiss if I didn't, as Ellen said.
Whether you are driving a Ford or a Ferrari, if someone gives you bad directions, you're going to end up lost.
Those jury instructions were just a complete, just take the Constitution, throw it out the window, burn it, shoot it, hang it.
I think the jury instructions had a very key flaw here, which is the falsification of business records had to be in furtherance of some other crime.
And there wasn't really great instructions on what that other crime was.
Paula Torre said in response to a question about whether it might lead to an appeal court overturning the verdict.
Under New York state law, they're not required to say which it is.
But when they do, the judge has to instruct them on that specific crime.
The problem is they didn't have to prove that they actually committed that other crime.
They don't have to prove they actually had a VC violation.
They have to show that what he intended to do was, in fact, a crime.
And that, I think, is really the shortfall in the jury instructions.
Lack of an explanation as to the federal election law.
Meanwhile, absurd New York City verdict.
Will it boost Trump or bring him down?
Some were shocked by the guilty-on-all-34-count verdict by a biased jury enabled by a biased judge in a biased kangaroo court in New York City.
Others were jubilant, immediately branding the ex-president a convicted felon, even though that pejorative term has now lost all meaning in my book.
Still, others see this sham criminal proceeding as a final push, helping Trump gain victory in November.
One of those appears to be Donald J. Trump.
This is the first time in U.S.
history a former president has faced a criminal trial, much less been convicted of multiple felonies.
The verdict could have been the 2024 White House race.
Recall that the ridiculous charges were at the New York City level for allegedly falsifying business records to keep a porn performer quiet about an alleged quickie with Trump.
The charges were based on a rarely used statute that considers the misdeeds simple misdemeanors, not felonies.
The statute of limitations had already expired.
As he reported after the verdict was announced, a poll has come out—the first poll.
Maybe others will be bad, but the poll just came out a short while ago by the Daily Mail.
They have a good poll.
I like it today.
It has trumped up six points in the last 12 hours.
Six points since it happened.
Who thought this could happen?

Well, you know, Karl Rove goes back to the Bush days.
I read a detailed report years ago where Karl Rove had made sure that as Bush started his war in Iraq, that the absentee ballot things that were to go to the U.S.
soldiers were marked with their physical address.
And it says, if undeliverable, return to sender.
And what was interesting was that the address were Air Force bases or military bases.
And of course, these boys were deployed already.
And so when all this mail started coming back with the same address on it, it didn't say like Fort Meade or something like that.
It just had a same mailing address.
And so all those ballots were kicked out as being unacceptable as like for voter fraud there.
But, you know, Jim, there's there's a lot more going on here because with Georgia and their foreign agents saying what we're seeing around the world right now, So many countries are getting so tired of the U.S.
influence around them, and that's why BRICS members are starting to sign up more and more.
As I alluded to right before the break there, the fact that this financial system is about ready to crash.

70% was from small donors.
30% first-time donors, as Eric Trump has reported.
I mean, These are Americans who are pissed off.
They're coming out of the woodwork.
They want to support a guy they believe is getting bamboozled by the system.

We see it where they weaponize every liberal DA and AG across the country with one intent.

Meanwhile, we got a leak that Bragg wants to send Trump to Rikers Island for a year.
You think Trump ain't going to jail?
Think again.
Bragg's office had been leaking their plan.
They're going to recommend a year in prison.
Why a year?
Because a year or less in Manhattan will automatically be served at Rikers Island, the most dangerous and notorious prison in the country.
This information was linked to Sonny Houston on ABC's The View.
It wouldn't be unprecedented for someone whose profile is Trump to go to Rikers, according to Economic Times.
Since each of his charges carries a sentence of a max of four behind bars, Trump may not be a free man much longer, according to a report by Daily Star UK.
The sentencing is awaited, be happening on July 11th.
He may by all means land up at Rikers Island, previously seen some hotshot personalities.
Tupac, originally Tupac Shakur, was a hip-hop legend shot dead, but not before reaching great heights in the music industry.
His personal life was also in turmoil, as he found himself on Rikers for sexually assaulting a fan back in 1994.
He was later bailed out by a record label owner after eight months in prison.
American rapper and social media Little Wayne also served Rikers after convicted for a gun charge back in 2011.
Serial killer David Berkowitz, son of Sam, known for carrying out shootings and murders, was also sent to Rikers before being moved to Denver Penitentiary.
But things might actually be worse than they seem.
The Secret Service might be unable to go with him.
Bernie Thompson, this is the guy who headed the January 6th Commission, a real scumbag, has introduced legislation that would bar the Secret Service from protecting a convicted felon.
Today, Bernie Sanders, ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, introduced a denying infinite security and government resources allocated toward convicted and extremely dishonorable former protectees, H.R.
the Disgraced Act.
This legislation would reform the Secret Service mission By automatically terminating protection for those who have been sent to prison following conviction for a federal or state felony.
Clarifying, prison authorities would be responsible for protection of all inmates regardless of prior Secret Service protection.
Unfortunately, current law doesn't anticipate how secret service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protegee, even a former president.
It's regrettable it's come to this, but this previously unthought of scenario could become a reality.
Therefore, it's necessary for us to be prepared and update the laws so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment, and that those who are sent will indeed serve the time required.

But did you notice how she phrased that?
Don't forget, Sunny is a lawyer.
And look, I come from a family of lawyers, and let me tell you one thing.
They choose every word they say intentionally.
She didn't say that Trump will serve in Rikers Island because he's getting a prison sentence.
She said they're going to recommend one year in prison because it would result in Trump going to Rikers Island.

He believes that they will recommend a one-year term in prison.
And that is because when you spend a year in prison in New York or under, you serve in Rikers Island.

To me, that's putting the cart before the horse.
It's, give me the person and I'll show you the crime.
It suggests that there was an outcome that they wanted, and they're going to do everything they can to make that outcome a reality.
But that's not all that Sonny revealed.

The other thing I'd like to say is the other reason that they will do this is because he has shown an utter disregard for our institutions.
And prosecutors, when you are recommending a sentence, you are not just recommending a sentence so that they can be rehabilitated or so that they can be punished.

It's a circus.
I'm on the border with Russia, Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
This is a distraction to keep people away from the reality of what's about to happen.
The United States of America is under attack from within.
There are traitors in Washington, D.C.
They're not letting you know that the real enemy is not Russia.
The real enemy is not China.
The real enemy is not Iran.
The real enemy is Israel and Washington, D.C.

I think we all agree on those points, Victor Hugo, and you would have liked the early stories about taking out the early warning radar and, you know, that Macron on June 6 is going to declare Europe is at war with Russia.
Russia putting 11 nuclear subs out to sea.
But I'm a little taken aback at your suggestion that any American, any human being, should deserve a phony trial with a fake judge, phony evidence.
I mean, that's all wrong, regardless of how you regard Trump.
He's been grossly abused, and would you believe He's raised over 200 million bucks since the verdict, and his political standing has gone up by six points.
I, at this point, don't believe anything that I hear or see.
What I was telling the audience is that what we're watching is a show.
This justice system in the United States has been broken for years.
It goes way back to 1492 with the expulsion and the letter to Sanhedrin.
Where the rabbi said that the courts would be taken over, the governments would be infiltrated, the medical industry.
So when you go back there, this has been a slow kill process.
And the way that you take over a country is by controlling its justice system and controlling the military and the police, which is what's going on right now.
I brought this to the attention, not only of Donald Trump, but also to the American public with a movie that I made called The Story of the Crackhead Jesus Trials, wherein I went through what Donald Trump is going through.
It's a show trial.
And the law firm of Alexander Conde and Aaron R. Cohen were bragging to me, and this is in the state of Florida, which is a death penalty state, that they were friends with the judge, Judge Donald W. Hafeel, who presided over the case of Jeffrey Epstein.
And they told me that what happens is the lawyers get together with the judges and they meet and have dinner and then they flip a coin and they play a game with the closing arguments to see which words they could put into the closing arguments.
People don't realize these lawyers and judges, they work together every day, every week, every month, every year.
They know each other.
And then they work with the lawyers and they figure out what to do.
My case was a circus case.
As I was walking up the stairs of the Delray Beach Courthouse, Alexander Condi told me I didn't stand a chance because his father was friends with the judge, Judge Donald W. Hatfield, and the fix was in.
How bad is that?

I look at the world.
You know, like what Trump's record was, what Bush's record—or Bush's, plural—what Clinton's records were.
I go by what Noam Chomsky said years ago, is that no matter how you look at it, every single sitting U.S.
president could be convicted of war crimes.
And this is why we see such a pushback right now of the International Criminal Court, is because everyone realizes, with words that Lindsey Graham has said by this calling for genocide
If the courts were used to the way they were in a scope of the world, we wouldn't have this domestic problem here at home because the corruption would have ended because all those convicted, they would all have been convicted and we would have a legitimate government to represent us.
How to make heads or tails out of that, to tell the truth.

This is a sham trial, we all agree, but the public sees through it.
They're supporting it.
Trump is going to—look, he's going to win an overwhelming victory in spite of the fact that he's supporting the genocide, which I deplore.
You know, I've denounced him as morally unwit.

The people are with him, and this has reinforced his prospect for a landslide victory.
If they could send him off to Rikers to have him shanked, that would be the perfect outcome for the Democrats.
I certainly anticipate that will not happen, but it won't be for lack of trying.
They don't need seven strikers.
They can have him shanked in the White House and then have him put in a vice president that's a puppet and that's all they want.
So you got to think the way these psychopaths are thinking.
First of all, I'm surprised that you're even thinking that there is going to be an election.
And even if there is an election, nothing's changed since the 2020 or 2022 election.
So what's to say that they're not going to pull the same trick?
And claim that 81 million people voted for Biden again.
Yeah, look, he doesn't have a poll rating that's out of a single digit, Victor Hugo.
No one would accept that.
No, the people are pissed off now.
I'm telling you, there's a way to transform.
And this has reaffirmed it.
This absurd verdict in New York has got people angry.
They weren't before, so they are now, believe me.
I don't think they're going to accept any bullshit.
And of course I know we could have a nuclear incineration later this week because Emmanuel Macron on Thursday is going to declare Europe is going to war with Russia, and they've taken so many measures.
I know we might not have an election.
I'm talking about it hypothetically on the assumption that we do.
Which is obviously appropriate.
And I'm telling you, if we do have an election, I don't think they can steal it the way they have in the past.

Again, for all Trump's bad and stuff like that, there is a lot of good in him.
My only thing is that, again, I look at financial.
When you see the United States economy completely dropping, and yet they've got money for war doing, Trump's first, I listened to one of his videos, I forget where it was at there, but he was talking about when he gets in power, the first thing he's going to do is he's going to start imposing massive tariffs and stuff so that people only buy American products.
And this is globally, of course.
But the point is, though, is the way they're destroying the economy, no one's going to have any money anyway.
I mean, we're talking about a total financial collapse.
Michael Hudson has outlined What the United States has done to itself, not what Russia's done, not what China's done, but what this country has done to itself, and by continually sanctioning everyone else in the third world, everything, and Iran and all this stuff, the U.S.
is killing its own economy, just like what they did with Russia.
They put all these, what is it, 900 sanctions on Russia?
And look at Russia's economy.
Well, it's not Well, listen, it was these sanctions and manipulation of the economic arrangements that has led to the abandonment of that dollar and movement to bricks.
The world can see the United States isn't going to play politics even with The most basic elements of economic transaction, commercial transaction, trade that the U.S.
has totally lost its role as a responsible custodian of even the dollar.
So it's being abandoned.
Victor, Hugo, I couldn't agree more with you than that the judicial system has become totally corrupt.
One of the nice points in that last piece about Bragg was how he's reduced the felony charges against blacks and minorities by 60 percent, reduced them to misdemeanors, or not even brought charges.
But for Trump, he's manufactured a case Turning a misdemeanor that would ordinarily never have been prosecuted into an alleged felony, where no one knows what the hell is supposed to be the felony, the alleged second crime that he was doing the misdemeanor in furtherance of.
And he gave the jury three different choices.
That's totally wrong.
He said they didn't have to be unanimous.
That was totally wrong.
This whole thing's going to be thrown out, but what happens is they wanted it just to tarnish Trump, to interfere with the election.
It's so blatant.
We all knew.
We all saw it coming, but now it's happening.
And I dare say it's backfiring.

When I had my trial, which is now known as the Crackhead Jesus Trials, the judge, uh, Martz, told the attorneys, Condi and Cohen, which would turn this into a circus.
He says, you're going down a slippery slope.
And when I told the judge after making the previous judge, Donald W. Hafeel, recuse himself, and I did it myself.
I did it pro se.
I wanted to show people that you're better off representing yourself than being represented by corrupt lawyers.
But I did have lawyers in the background that were helping me because there are white hats in the justice system.
And they were like, listen, we're going to help you figure this out.
Suffice to say, the judge told me, he says, you know what?
The previous judge found you guilty on this, but don't worry about it.
You get a right to appeal.
This is such a joke.
And he said, that's the beauty of the U.S.
justice system.
The way that it's set up is that you have the right to appeal.
Now, here's the danger to that.
We have compromised Supreme Court judges that are in there for life.
So the good thing about what's happening here, if you believe in the Q and the trust the plan and everything, what's happening here is it's getting people like yourself, who's a man, Who is rational and has a way of looking things different than most, so riled up that you realize that the whole system needs to be redone.
We need to have a Supreme Court that's redone because there's just too much opportunity for corruption.
And like Keith said, on the world stage, I'm surrounded by Russians, from Ukrainians, people from the Middle East.
They all see how corrupt the United States of America is right now.
So you guys have lost your luster as the beacon of freedom.

Then there has to be accountability.
