	Unsealed documents reveal the FBI authorized use of deadly force during the Mar-a-Lago raid.
	Now, think about it.
	This is over some classified documents.
	You're dealing with the estate of a former president of the United States.
	Why in the world would lethal force have even been contemplated?
	Thanks to U.S.
	District Judge Eileen Cannon, who has, as I've many times reported, been the only one of the judges involved in these Trump cases that seem to have a proper judicial sense.
	Who appeared to be unbiased and objective.
	Unsealing many documents in the case.
	We just learned the FBI authorized use of deadly force during the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

	Really, it was Attorney General Garland authorizing use of deadly force at Mar-a-Lago.
	What did they think was going to happen here?
	I mean, this is just absurd.
	Trump, okay, had some documents that were in dispute.
	Trump also had a secure vault.
	He'd worked all this out in the past with the National Archives and even with the FBI.
	It was an approved vault.
	Trump, as president, had ultimate declassification authority, even had a standing order, and any document he took home with him was automatically declassified.
	This is just preposterous.

	The documents related to the Mar-a-Lago raid in August 2022 were ordered to be unsealed by U.S.
	District Judge Eileen Cannon.
	Judge Cannon has been presiding over the case involving former President Donald Trump's handling of classified documents and the FBI's search of his Mar-a-Lago estate.
	The decision to unseal his documents is part of the legal proceedings and the public interest in the case, balancing the need for transparency with the need to protect ongoing investigations and national security interests.
	But that wasn't all we learned.
	Julie Kelly has been doing excellent reporting on this.

	Judge Eileen Cannon Tuesday unsealed numerous motions related to Jack Smith's classified document case against Trump.
	The documents include evidence that Joe Biden was ready to have his main political rival Donald Trump and his family killed for a publicity stunt.
	Of course, if any other shithole country Did this to a political rival, the Biden regime would be lecturing their country about human rights.
	Biden has single-handedly destroyed all civilized norms for this great nation.
	This is an absolutely shocking development.

	Christina Laila reported earlier One filing revealed Biden's FBI authorized the use of deadly force during the raid on Mar-a-Lago authorized by Attorney General Merrick Garland in August of 2022.

	There's even more shocking information.
	They not only approved deadly force at President Trump's home, where Secret Service members are stationed every day, but made plans for casualties.
	The Biden DOJ and Chris Wray FBI set up a triage unit, notified a local trauma unit to be prepared for casualties.
	The FBI also authorized agents to raid the guest rooms at Mar-a-Lago and terrorize the guests there.
	It now looks like our government is the American people's number one enemy.
	Investigative reporter Julie Kelly joined Steve Bannon on the War Room Tuesday afternoon to discuss this shocking development.
	Here's some of their exchange.

	Part of this disclosure today, as I'm reading through this, Steve, and I actually had to read a few times to believe it, Is that in the FBI operation plan?
	They gave guidance on the use of W-4 at Mar-a-Lago.
	This is part of a 20-page whatever plan the FBI and law enforcement put together.
	In addition to that, they discussed how these agents, they had around 30, 25 from Miami, four from the Washington field office who were armed.
	They had weapons, they had ammo, they had handcuffs.
	They talked about what would happen if Trump showed up at Mar-a-Lago during the rain.
	Ban it.
	I want to go back for a second to number one.
	Use a deadly force.
	Didn't I also see in your Twitter stream they had a plan for triaging people if they had casualties?
	They actually had notified or had a place to take people if they had casualties?
	Did I read that incorrectly, Julie?
	No, you read it correctly.
	With the FBI team embedded was a medic.
	They talked about in another form how to treat anyone injured during the raid.
	They identified a trauma center about 18 miles from Mar-a-Lago, inserted a map, how to get from Mar-a-Lago to the trauma center if anyone were injured during the raid.

	Julie, you're dropping bombshells today on these documents that Judge Cannon is putting out.
	Can you walk us through some of the highlights, ma'am?
	So again, this is related to more unsealed, unredacted motions that Judge Cannon has ordered to be publicly docketed.
	And these are two motions.
	Donald Trump's motion to suppress the evidence collected during the Mar-a-Lago raid, primarily based on it was unlawful, the affidavit was incorrect and misleading.
	And, of course, it was executed improperly.
	And part of this disclosure today, as I'm reading through this, Steve, and I really had to read it a few times to believe it, is that in the FBI operations plan, they give guidance on how to, on the use of deadly force at Mar-a-Lago.
	This is part of this 20-page whatever plan that the FBI and law enforcement put together.
	In addition to that, they discussed how these agents, they had about 30 agents, 25 from Miami, four from Washington field office, who were armed.
	They had weapons, they had ammo, they had handcuffs, and they talked about what would happen if Donald Trump showed up at Mar-a-Lago during this race. - And first off, they had authorization for deadly force and they talked about what would happen if Donald Trump First off, they had authorization for deadly force.
	Then they go through, they have all the accoutrements.
	What did they say was going to happen?
	They weren't going to handcuff Trump, were they?
	Well, I don't know.
	I mean, they were obviously prepared, and they talked about this in the document, for contingencies and what agents could do or how they would handle if the former president showed up and how they would engage with Donald Trump and the Secret Service.
	Then there was a little caveat in there about giving really vague instructions if there was some sort of resistance by Secret Service agents to this raid.
	That is the word that they use.
	What happens if the Secret Service resists or interferes with the FBI timeline or process?
	This is directly from this document.
	And then they give the agents instructions about how to engage with the Secret Service and presumably allow the armed raid to move forward.
	Then they discuss How they're allowed to apparently ransack the guest rooms at Mar-a-Lago and says if the staff at Mar-a-Lago refuses to hand over the keys, that the search team will just knock on every single door, go door to door, and the FBI, this is directly again from the document, will request the map, a list of rooms, skeleton key cards for all the rooms.
	If staff doesn't turn it over, the FBI also is equipped with lock-picking equipment.
	So they can terrorize the guests at Mar-a-Lago who are staying there August of 2022.
	I want to go back for a second to number one, the use of deadly force.

	No, you read it correctly.

	Let me just say, if we had a responsible government, a Congress, They'd be outraged and demand Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray's resignation on the spot.
	This is outrageous.

	There's nothing criminal.
	I mean, it's outrageous.
	Of course, and the courts are trying to make it into a criminal, but it's all ridiculous.

	Remember, The objective of the FBI, Wade, was to re-secure the physical evidence that Trump had showing how DOJ and FBI actions in 2016 were targeting him using the power of their law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
	The origination of all the DOJ FBI IC issues goes back to the 2015-16 FBI exploitation of the NSA database.
	This is not a contested discussion issue, it's just continually forgotten.
	The FBI was using its access to the NSA metadata of all Americans to conduct surveillance on political candidates that might be a threat to the power structures that exploited the secrets within the electronic records of all Americans.
	The FBI was and is Conducting domestic surveillance and tracking, just like the German Stasi or the Soviet KGB.

	But we're not supposed to remember.
	The raid on Mar-a-Lago, just like the Robert Mueller investigation, was part of the long-standing cover-up.
	The FBI was looking for what Trump took with him as evidence of the weaponized system that targeted him.

	The FBI is willing to use deadly force to get it back, if that's what it took.

	The showdown conservatives have been waiting for, maybe on the books, but I predict it won't happen.

	I would be surprised and disappointed if it were Tim Scott.
	Meanwhile, Blaze reports, Trump might look strong.

	Polls reveal ominous signs for November.

	Biden beat Trump by nine points at most about protecting democracy and fighting political extremism.
	If that's true, it should give us pause about the fall election.

	By the way, by my understanding, if you serve in the military of a foreign nation, you automatically use your American citizenship.
	So what in the world is going on there?

	Only because every member of Congress bends over for Israel.
	Meanwhile, we have video pics of the American flag being defended by heroic college students.
	And I do subscribe to the proposition that the American college students who are protesting genocide in Gaza are heroes.
	A group of fraternity brothers defended the American flag at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill campus Tuesday as pro-Palestinian protesters attempted to tear down the flag and put up the Palestinian.
	The fraternity brother defended the flag for about an hour, despite pro-Palestinian protesters repeatedly shouting profanities and throwing water at the college students.

	Since the program began, it has treated 55 homeless alcoholics.
	The 20-bed treatment program is located in a former Tenderloin District Hotel.
	It costs the city roughly $5 million each year to keep the alcoholics supplied with alcohol.
	Nurses in the treatment center disperse doses of beer and vodka at appointed time during the day, based on the care plan of each participant.
	Offering alcohol to alcoholics may sound counterproductive.
	Experts suggest doing so will help the homeless out of hospitals, jails, or even the morgue.
	The treatment program is not aimed at recovery or sobriety instead.
	Experts say it seeks to improve the overall health of homeless alcoholics while reducing hospital stays and encounters with the police.
	However, the chairman of the San Francisco Salvation Army Advisory Board criticized the program on social media, and it has come under renewed scrutiny in a threat posted on X earlier this month.
	Advisory Board Chairman Adam Nathan, CEO of Blaze AI, questioned the cost of the program and suggested it did nothing to solve the problem of addiction among the homeless.
	He said the city's effort at harm reduction amounted to providing a safe supply of drugs and alcohol to addicts.
