And Iran's air defenses are not something Israel can handle by itself.
That, we suspect, was the reasoning behind the attack on Iran's consulate in Damascus, a calculated provocation intended to elicit a bloody response.
So they could draw in the United States.
There's an important story that we may have missed to win.

You can actually see these missiles getting through and striking.
They're very substantial explosions where they hit.
This was a massive success for Iran, as I'm going to explain now in detail.
What was accomplished here?
Iran use a massive number of these very inexpensive, very cheap little drones to draw a whole lot of very expensive anti-aircraft coming from the Israeli defense and even from F-35s and other aircraft, including UK.
Those are expensive anti-aircraft missiles and drones are cheap.
They managed to discover which type of their drones, these hypersonic, are successful at penetrating the Israeli defenses.
That has to cause the IDF grave concern.
The people of Israel are petrified.
There are reports of thousands fleeing Israel.
Cyprus is overwhelmed.
They're getting the hell out.
Psychologically, this has had a massive impact on The population there in Israel, which is here to force supposed it was secure, including, of course, touting exaggerating the capabilities of the so-called Iron Dome.
What has happened, therefore, is that Iran has managed to discover exactly how it can best penetrate Israeli defense, even inflict serious damage.
If Israel were to respond.
And while Netanyahu is making these statements that it was a great win for Israel, actually, it was a catastrophic defeat, there are also reports that he and his cabinet are plotting an attack upon Iran, even without the assistance of the United States.

There's going to be much more to take place, but in my judgment, this was a stunning success for Iran.

In a discussion about this on my show earlier today on Revolution Radio, Frank from New York called in to ask a very appropriate question.
If there was nothing to it, why was Stormy paid, what, $140 million in hush money?
And my answer now, which hadn't crossed my mind at the time, is because Michael Cohen, his attorney, paid the money without Trump's authorization and was setting Trump up.
Think about it.
Michael Cohen is a sleazebag.
We all know that.
He could effortlessly be bribed to set up Trump by making a payment that wasn't warranted under the law for which he had no obligation.
Now, bear in mind, the Federal Election Commission and the Department of Justice have already investigated this case and found there was nothing to it and it didn't warrant prosecution.
So what's going on is another sham story.

That's because the felony charges against a former president center on a well-trodden sequence of salacious events, Trump's affair with porn star Stormy Daniels, hush money payments to prevent Daniels from going public on the eve of the 2016 election, and the alleged scheme to falsify records tied to those payments.
But even though the allegations are widely known, some of those most intimately involved have never spoken about them publicly.
Beyond the episode involving Daniels, prosecutors may introduce evidence of two lesser-known efforts by Trump or people operating on his behalf to suppress negative stories about him during the 2016 campaign.
Now, bear in mind, it's already been investigated by the FEC.
It's already been investigated by the DOJ.
There's nothing to it.
This is one more fraudulent effort.
We're going to be following this as it unfolds.
But this is clearly an attempt to smear Trump to interfere with the election at 2024.
That's all the Democrats can do because he is cleaning their clock.
They are totally unscrupulous.
They have no respect for the Constitution, no respect for the rule of law.
They're going to use any advantage they can, no matter how corrupt, no matter how disrespectful of the rule of law, in order to continue their abuse of the American people and their destruction of America.
Meanwhile, sad to say, even retired admirals and generals can You have to understand, presidents of the United States are making decisions that are disaffecting about half the population every time.
Lyndon Johnson was emphatic about it.
He knew every time he makes a decision about half the people are upset with him.
So, presidents, therefore, to avoid no end of litigation and prosecution, must be immune from actions taken in the performance of their duties.
That's the case on the one hand with the classified documents, and on the other with the alleged election interference, including January 6th, claims of incitement of an insurrection, which are rubbish from the beginning.
Because Trump In relation to Biden, the classified doc case could not be more clear-cut.
As president, he had the authority to declassify documents.
He had a standing order and documents he took were automatically declassified.
He had a safe, a secure vault that was approved by both the National Archives and the FBI to retain those documents at Mar-a-Lago.
Biden, none of the above.
Vice President do not have declassification authority.
Any classified documents he had were violations of the law.
He did not have a secure vault.
He had them in even in cardboard boxes, some in his garage with his beloved Corvette.
The situation is about as absurd as it could be.
Thus, President Trump lawyers have contended the President's office cannot function without immunity from the threat of prosecution.
Because it could incapacitate every future president with de facto blackmail and extortion while in office, condemn him to years of post-office trauma at the hands of political opponents.
Arguing such a phenomenon right now, right now, after the former president was indicted multiple times last year.
They are right.

They're not going to shut down the border.
That's part and parcel of their project to destroy America by polluting the population.
They're going to put a lot of these people into Swing states, they're going to deny the necessity to have a proof of citizenship before you vote.
This is an elaborate plan.

Turns out Biden could be left off the ballot in three different states.

Ohio, Alabama, and Washington election officials have revealed mine could be left off the election ballot due to date conflicts with the Democrat National Committee's nominating convention and state ballot deadlines.
Thursday, the director of elections at Washington State wrote a letter warning the DNC chair The deadline for ballot certification under state law falls on August 20th, the day after the DNC convenes in Chicago to nominate their presidential and vice presidential selections.
Alabama and Ohio's secretaries of state have also warned the DNC Biden is in danger of not being on their ballot, too, due to the same issue.
Well, that's very interesting, especially because I don't believe Biden is actually going to be their candidate.
I believe they're going to be replaced before the convention by my best guests, Gavin Newsom and Michelle Obama.

The Pennsylvania Appellate Court, the third circuit that oversees Pennsylvania, the federal court, upheld a Pennsylvania state law that requires ballots mailed in to be in an envelope with a date on it.
The left wanted to be able to count ballots that didn't have a date on the envelope contrary to state law and the appellate court said no you can't do that.
It's perfectly legitimate to require that rule and sort through this basic measure.
Of course, the left doesn't like election integrity because they want to be able to steal elections.
So this is a major victory for those of us who want fairer and cleaner elections, certainly in the state of Pennsylvania.
Which is also interesting about the case is that the decision suggests that counties that counted ballots without the date on the envelope in 2020 did so unlawfully up there in Pennsylvania.
So it raises more questions about the 2020 election.

You know, the evidence used against you, you can't use to prove your innocence because they all have agreements that they won't talk about how they spy on everybody.
You know, it's called Special Operations Division.
So the only thing I see as a solution to rein this corrupt deep state in is to continuously educate people from the lowly pot smoker on up and sideways to the fact that you can do jury nullification.
You can play their games, you know, for a while and then demand a jury trial because everybody has that.
You know, and if the juries know, you know, if you've got people educated enough to know that they can nullify the law because you're not allowed to mention that in court.
This started happening in prohibition when they were convicting people for public drunkenness or mere possession of alcohol that wasn't enough to, you know, be a dealer.
We could cancel a whole lot of this control freak society simply by both the common quote criminal, which we all are.
I mean, they've got enough dirt to convict anybody of anything they want just about, and they could fabricate it if they want.
So if the juries know better and stop, you know, unjust things like, you know, somebody's got a dime bag of marijuana, and this may be out of date example, but somebody's got an ounce of marijuana is facing, but somebody's got an ounce of marijuana is facing, you know, felony drug charges 10 years and, you know, $1,000 fine or something.
The jury knows that that's just crazy.
It shouldn't take 10 years of somebody's life because they've got enough dope to roll 10 joints or something.
So that's the thing.
Unjust laws can be undone.
And we can also demand the cops and everybody in the vicinity, we can start making discovery demands For the phone data that they're collecting on us.
They're charging Snowden and, uh, what's his name, uh, Julian Assange and some of these guys that's leaked this stuff.
They can't have indictments against them for the stuff they've leaked and not allow us to put that in court in our own defense and demand the data that we know they're collecting on us.
And I could get into the details of a case where I think that they blinked.
The guy still had a paid court cost, but at least it wasn't a firearms charge, because he filed his own motions.
He wouldn't let the lawyers rip him off for years, you know, drag a case out for five years.
He filed motions for discovery on the phone data.
They made him pay court costs, but at least he didn't have a firearms charge, you know, because he was attacked.

If China's behind Iran, they can produce so many of these drones, they'll bankrupt the military-industrial complex eventually, you know.
There's a video you want to look up called, where it depicts these swarms of small drones coming after targets that have been, had their cell phone data used to determine who their to our targets.
So you can have swarms of these drones assassinate congressmen, and there's no real defense against it, or college students that are activists.

Okay, so for jury nullification, it was commonly understood in the early days of the Republic that a jury could nullify a law.
And then, as time went on, the judges would instruct the juries that they had the ability to nullify a law.
And then what happened was, it was in the mid-1880s, we started getting labor strikes over wages and conditions, and then there were a crap load of laws passed making it illegal to strike, you know, to go on a labor strike.
Well, the common American understood that that was BS, so they were not convicting.
And then what happened was, now we're in the late 1880s, the courts Started saying, okay, we no longer have to instruct the juries that they have the ability to nullify a law.
And then over the decades, that has turned into where you can't even mention it.
So that's what happened with jury nullification.
The ability still exists.
It's just that Americans don't know it.
That's one issue.
Now that previously you and Tom were talking about black crime rates and absolutely correct.
If you take out, I think it was five large cities were fourth from the bottom in the world for violence.
So, now, Malcolm X, Malcolm X, whatever else you think of him, addressed this issue squarely.
What happened was, for the welfare laws, or say, you know, relief for the poor, they put in these regulations that you couldn't have a man in the house.
So now you've got several generations of especially young black guys in these cities raised without fathers to instill discipline and establish a sense of order.
So that's... Malcolm X hit it right on the head.

So this morning, there was an article about boatload after boatload of FBI agents going on board that container ship, Bally, which is still stuck at that bridge.
And so I got to digging into it, and guess I had previously called you about where is our Board of Marine Investigation, Marine Board of Investigation.

I found, I found a memorandum, an order, if you will, on the day of the incident, 26 March 2024, that Tuesday, on that very day, ordering a captain, which is a fairly high rank in the Coast Guard, ordering that captain to convene Marine Board of Investigation and naming everybody that's going to be on it.
That goes back to on the very day of the incident.
And then this morning, FBI's going on board the vessel.
We still don't have any public investigation like they did for the Sunshine State Bridge, for example, back in 1980.
So this has my concern, but with FBI going on there, they're well known for covering things up and You know, destroying evidence.
So I, it's just puzzling to me.
And I thought I would pass that along that they did.
They were ordered to convene on the very day they were ordered to convene the Marine Board of Investigation.
And we've heard no more about it.

People don't know that California had a three-strikes rule, and you commit three felonies and you could get life in prison.
So one of the featured cases when they tried to change this law to make the felony a lot larger was some man who had stolen a $65 worth of tapes, you know, cassette tapes, and ended up with life in prison because it was his third felony.
So they raised the amount that you had the value of what you stole so that you couldn't end up in prison for life for a $65 theft.
So that's some of the background there.
That was just changed, I don't know, maybe 10 to 15 years ago.
And probably it needs to be tweaked some more.
And by the way, the Chinese population here in San Francisco is very conservative.
And they organized and, A, got rid of the school board that was so radical.
And they organized to get rid of the DA, district attorney, that was put in by Soros.
who wasn't prosecuting crimes, believing a political animal called London Breed as mayor and allowed to appoint people.
And she doesn't do the best job.
She's actually not a constitutionalist.
And then I wanted to follow up on something Mike said.

I just wanted to add first to what Laura said.
I hear all this anti-Catholic propaganda that's been fed largely to the truth community over the years because the Catholic Church is the only religious institution that has effectively exposed and expelled these Jews throughout the centuries.
