	vetoing the Gaza ceasefire before the U.N.
	Security Council, which puzzled me because only yesterday I was reporting that the United States apparently had changed its attitude and was going to call for
	Some kind of ceasefire, but apparently the difference is the one that they have vetoed today was going for an indefinite or even a permanent ceasefire, whereas the one the United States is willing to endorse is only temporary.
	In other words, they don't want to call off the slaughter Momentarily.
	Permanently.
	They want to allow it to continue endlessly, which is about as disgusting as it gets.
	But that's where the United States stands today in the eyes of the world.
	We are not just a corrupt, but a sadistic, savage nation that does not deserve the respect of the world.

	on Tuesday vetoed a resolution at the U.N.
	Security Council that called for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.
	It marked the third time the U.S.
	used its veto power on the Council to block a call for an end to the Israeli slaughter of Palestinians.

	was the only member to vote against the resolution, which was introduced by Algeria.
	The UK abstained and all 13 other members voted in favor.

	Ambassador to the U.N., Linda Thomas-Greenfield, I'll bet she's an affirmative action appointee, slammed the Nigerian effort.
	Proceeding with a vote yesterday was wishful and irresponsible, and so while we cannot support a resolution that would put sensitive negotiations in jeopardy, right?
	Give me a break.
	We look forward to engaging on tanks that we believe will address so many concerns we all share.
	This is just, you know, rubbish.
	Meanwhile, Russia alleges UK advisers, British military, downed that Russian IL-76 carrying the POW Sputnik, a Russian media outlet reported.
	That an unnamed source alleges that Russian aircraft carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war shot down over Belgrade was under the direction of British advisers to Kiev.
	The report implies the attack was executed in a rushed and uncoordinated manner due to severe pressure.
	According to the unidentified source, British advisors in Kiev exert pressure leading to the decision to strike the IL-76.
	The action was carried out hastily without coordination with the air defense headquarters in Kiev for verification of information related to the aircraft movements over the Belgorod region.
	It's crucial to note, however, Sputnik does not disclose any additional information about the source.
	Name, position, nationality, that's okay.
	I'll bet they got it right.
	I'm still baffled as to why it happened.
	Maybe it was a case of mistaken identity.
	Meanwhile, a Russian pilot who stole a chopper to defect has been found shot to death in Spain.

	But yesterday, another case began oral arguments in front of the ICJ, an attempt to obtain an advisory opinion that Israel's occupation of Palestine is in breach of international law and is therefore illegal.
	Of course, the illegality of Israel's occupation and settlement policy is kind of hardly disputed at this point.
	That's why Israel and her defenders are mostly arguing against this court action on technical legal grounds rather than on the merits.
	Israel has opted not to participate in the oral arguments at all, submitting only a written brief and denying the court's legitimacy on the question.
	Following Monday's hearings, a spokesperson for the Israeli Foreign Ministry released a statement saying in part that the Palestinian Authority was, quote, trying to turn a conflict that should be resolved through direct negotiations and without external impositions into a one-sided and improper legal process.
	They further called on Palestinians to settle the dispute through direct negotiations with Israel rather than through an appeal to international law.
	Of course, this statement is rather nonsensical given that Netanyahu and his government have repeatedly made clear they have no interest in a negotiated settlement that would grant Palestinians their basic rights to self-determination.
	So over the course of three hours on Monday, the Palestinian team made the case that Israel has imposed on Palestinians the horrifying choice of, quote, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, or genocide.
	Furthermore, Palestine argued that the Israeli occupation violated a core tenet of the law surrounding military occupation, that it be temporary.
	In reality, the Israelis have made quite clear to their own people, to the Palestinians, and to the world, that they fully intend to permanently exercise full control of the entire area from the river to the sea.
	Just one more indication of how Israel doesn't give a damn about international law, has no respect for the rights of human beings, is willing to violate the Hague and Geneva Conventions willy-nilly.
	Meanwhile, antiwar.com reports Israel is demolishing buildings that construct a road in Gaza to cut the Gaza Strip into two parts.

	Israel's Channel 14 reported on the road being built in an area known as the Nazarene Corridor.

	Israel's created a one-kilometer buffer zone to the north and south of the road, similar to the zone it's created along the entire Israeli-Gaza border.
	More indication of their despicable aim to take utter control of all of Palestine, regardless of the claims of the original inhabitants to their own land.
	Meanwhile, attacks on the Houthis are working.

	confirms the Houthis struck two U.S.-owned cargo ships.

	Central Command said the Houthis fired two missiles at Sea Champion, a Greek flag but U.S.-owned grain carrier, causing minor damage.
	They also fired at Nava's Fortuna, a Marshall Island-flagged U.S.-owned bulk carrier.
	It also caused minor damage.
	It was able to continue its voyage to Italy.
	Something odd about these reports, because the first ship allegedly was destined to aid Yemen.
	The Houthis have declared they're only attacking vessels that have cargo headed for Israel, with whom they are at war.

	Despite a month of U.S.-led airstrikes, in violation of international law, I add, Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels remain capable of launching significant attacks.

	The continued assault by the Houthis on shipping through the crucial Red Sea corridor against a backdrop of Israel's war on Hamas underscores the challenges of trying to stop the guerrilla style attacks they've been used to hold on to Yemen's capital and much of the war ravaged countries north in 2014.

	The best that politicians like Hanschel and Adams, the mayor of New York, can offer is that you have nothing to fear from confiscatory actions unless you are Trump in New York, which is precisely why this decision should be overturned.
	What is clear is that this case would never have been brought, let alone result in this messy fine, except for politics.
	For example, if you are the NRA, Letitia James, the Attorney General in New York, will seek your destruction for financial irregularities.
	What if you're Black Lives Matter or Al Sharpton's National Action Network?
	There's little real risk in such controversies.
	If the only protection in New York is the discretion of figures like Letitia James, few businesses would relish the future.
	The message is that you can expect blind and equal justice so long as you don't run afoul of the Democrats in power.
	Business people would never know if they might come up on the wrong side of the Democrats.
	And that's a scary thing.
	The very antithesis of the rule of law by which we are supposed to be governed.
	Trump attorney, his most personal Alina Haba, was still defiant, saying they would come up with a bond by calling out how disgraceful it was.
	Haba said what they are trying to do is put him out of business.
	It's not going to work.
	She deemed it a scare tactic and said they were picking on the wrong guy.
	Here you have Turley himself addressing the question.
	Part of the disconnect here is that you have what will be over $455 million, if you include interest.
	And then on the other side of the ledger, you have zero.
	There's not a single dollar lost by these victims.
	In fact, the people that James calls the victims actually wanted to do more business with Donald Trump.
	They said they made a lot of money and they viewed him as a whale client.
	They wanted more loans with him.
	So there it is for you.
	Outrageous.

	Here's part of a Glenn Beck interview with Tucker Carlson on Putin, Russia, and American decline.
	Tucker, of course, as we all know, recently interviewed Russian President Putin and then joined Muscovites in traversing the Soviet-constructed Moscow metro system, where he marveled at the Russian capital's apparently clean and orderly underground.
	He also visits a grocery store in the hope of ascertaining first-hand whether sanctions on the Slavic nation have had an impact on citizens' shadowing experience.
	Coming to a Russian grocery store, the heart of evil, and seeing what things cost and how they live, it'll radicalize you against our leaders.
	That's how I feel, anyway.
	Radicalized.
	And we're not making any of this up at all, by the way.
	Beck told Carlson it would not be hard to replicate such willingness and order if one would allow for the kind of totalitarian overreach and bloodletting seen in nations like North Korea, left behind such glimmers of utopia-linked monstrous systems alien to America.
	A lot of people on the right and the left, they're both saying, screw the Constitution, we need a radicalized leader, said Beck.
	When you look at Orban, I think Orban is great for his country, but that's not our system.
	The only path forward for America is through the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.
	Beck, I think, is quite considerably to the right of Tucker.
	He agreed, making clear over the course of the interview, contrary to recent complaints leveled against him, he's neither a plaque for Putin nor a fan of strongman authoritarianism.
	Rather, the point of his foreign trouble was to shake Americans out of their resignation to the very domestic trends steering America off the path met and toward authoritarianism.

	I'm advocating to a return to America of 1993.
	Is that really radical?
	No, I don't think it's very radical.
	In fact, I think we should be demanding it.
	You should not put up with this.

	It's not acceptable.
	The people who run our country are destroying it, and they're doing it on purpose, said Tucker, with what they've done at the border, completely changing the population, laying millions and millions of people who have no connection to the United States, can't possibly help our economy, can't possibly unify our very fractured civic culture, whose loyalty and knowledge to the United States is completely in question.
	In fact, their identities are in question.
	Tucker indicated this engineered demographic upheaval is taking place amidst an important opioid epidemic, costly multilateral initiatives abroad that overstretch the U.S., talking about both Ukraine and Israel, manufactured race hatred and lawlessness.
	He suggested to Beck that the destruction underway and the disenchantment that follows Altogether, it means a breakdown resistant to a potential status overcorrection and authoritarian regime.

	I don't know if he got railroaded or put in jail or what.

	And if you don't want to vote on it, don't vote.
	If you do want to vote on it, vote on it.
	And have a citizen Congress.
	Now, our Congress is supposed to represent us, and as you can see, they don't represent us.

	So, I thought that would be a pretty good idea.
	A bill comes up and you got a month to address it and everything, but it can't be 22, 28, 36 hundred pages, where they put a lot of fluff in there.
	Get to the point, two or three page bill maximum.
	You want the vote on something, you put it forward and you put it towards the people.
	Hey, we have something come up that we want to give all of our money to Israel so they can cause genocide against any country or civilization that they want.
	I would say vote no.
	You know, if you're like me, you would vote no on that.
	And I think a good 70-80% of the people in this country would get on their computer and they would send in their vote, they'd count them, tally them up, and say, okay, I guess we don't give Israel any money.

	But everybody was drinking and everything, and one of these British guys starts cutting down the Americans and refers to them as colonists.
	And cutting them down, and saying how they need to eat, they're homeless, and stuff like that.
	He was going to get up and walk out.
	And one of the big guys with his father put him on the shoulder and like pushed him back down.
	And they explained to him, said like, look, yeah we know these people are asses, is pretty much what he said, but we have to like work with them, you know, for economic reasons and weapon sales and stuff, okay?
	So the thing is, which people don't realize is, If there's anybody who's snooty, and he said this, and he's around these people, he met the Queen several times, his mother was like a melon, so he was from banking, and he used to go to his, do his homework at his dad's office in the Pentagon.
	This guy grew up as an insider, and unlike most insiders, he talks, okay?
	And so the thing is, he's extremely interested to listen to those people don't like us.
	They look down their nose at us.

	He was very clear about that.
	They think they're better than everybody.
	And see, there's another piece of history that a lot of these people who want to have Highly narcissistic characteristics who can see the faults in other people but really rot and examine themselves are their own demographic group.
	There's a different way to understand our history.

	There was something called the Headright Program.

	Yeah, it's not something they advertised.
	That was where the British that landed on the East Coast had a system Where for every indentured servant or slave they brought into the country, they got 50 more acres.

	And the thing is, they're the ones that ended up with all the property.

	So the thing is, yeah, they needed people to work that property.
	So yes, the other people from other Living under other monarchies, other feudalistic systems, which is what we're heading for, and it's not just the Jews bringing it in, it's a lot of those European monarchies that they still want to go back to the feudalistic system.

	See, they were very into doing nothing and getting other people to do all the work for them.

	We like and we don't want to give up the myth of what we were raised with.
	But, you know, I don't think we can get out of this until we're honest.

	A friend of mine who's very sophisticated was talking with somebody pretty knowledgeable and her name came up and she said, oh, in a heartbeat, you know, they just love to have Michelle.
	And she's talking about this was somebody who was fairly sophisticated about politics and thought that Michelle would be a big winner with the Democrats.
	As far as simple looks are concerned, obviously make-up Hollywood can handle 90% of that anyway.
	The bigger issue being Michelle is a package that most women do not have.
	Is the public going to be put off by discovering that Michelle Obama is a man with breast implants, or is that going to be insignificant?
	I've been predicting for some time it would be the combination of Gavin Newsom, President, Michelle Obama, Vice President.
	So, I mean, I still stand by that.
	I just want to kick it around with you a little more and take into account DeSantis.
	The best thing DeSantis has done politically in terms of this campaign, where he obviously fell by the wayside, was to debate Newsom.
	And Newsom was pathetic.
	I don't recall if you and I and Giuseppe, for example, talked about it at the time, but I mean, DeSantis eviscerated Newsom, and if you imagine what Trump could do, I mean, it would be no contest on a debate platform.
	Just go for it.
	Give us more of why you're running with that ball.
	Well, sure.
	Those are all good points.
	Well, you know, to be honest, it almost looks like Dick Mike, Michelle, Uh, has AIDS or something.
	I mean, uh, if you notice, she's not been in the spotlight very much.
	Very few stories like, what's the former first lady been doing?
	Let's see what Michelle Obama's been doing.
	We haven't seen that, hardly at all.
	Very little coverage of her.
	I think that's another indication that, um, she's not looking good, Jim.
	And I know makeup and, uh, Hollywood can go a long way, but the one thing that cannot fix is her bitter, angry kind of personality.
	It's akin to Hillary Clinton.
	It's really not very likable, just her by herself.
	So I don't think that's going to be the play.
	Now, she could be vice president.
	That's possible.
	But I have to disagree with you.
	I thought that, actually, I watched the Newsom and DeSantis debate.
	I thought Newsom actually, there were some moments where he did some pretty good zingers on DeSantis and made DeSantis look bad.
	And you've got to realize, too, perception is what's important, and the people that like Newsom would say, well, Newsom won the debate, and the people that like DeSantis are going to say DeSantis won the debate.
	But I thought it was fairly even, actually, and I thought Newsom did better than you.
	Give us your second, which I'm not going to like something naked about Trump, I take it.
	Exactly.
	You called it.
	You must be psychic, Jim.
	It's not really something that is bad, but I don't really dislike Trump.
	I'm not a fan of him like you are, but here's what I see.
	There's no way Donald Trump can win the presidency, and I'll give you the reasons why.
	Even if he gets past all these lawsuits, and the only real lawsuit that's a real threat to him is Jack Smith, who just happens to be Jewish.
	Uh, special prosecutor lawsuit.
	I think that's the only one that has any teeth to it.
	The rest are just ridiculous, as we saw the Fannie Willis thing fall apart.
	But, um, even if he somehow gets through all the legal problems, he would have to win all of the swing states to become president, and I don't think he can do that.
	The numbers just aren't there.
	And the other thing he takes that's very important is that The swing vote in this election is going to be women, especially single women.
	That's the biggest block of, like, potential voters that could flip.
	And as it stands now, Trump was convicted of, in the civil court, of, you know, rape.
	Not that I believe in it.
	That was a ridiculous trial.
	But again, perception is what matters.
	Many people believe that.
	And so it's not a good look for a guy that's trying to get the women vote.
	Scorpio, I think you're completely wrong about this.
	in the civil court.
	So those are two reasons I don't think he could possibly become president. - Scorpio, I think you're completely wrong about this.
	I mean, every charge that he brought against him has only strengthened his support.
	The polling, if it were Biden, I don't think any Democrat could beat any Republican if we have an honest vote.
	The latest study showed that mail-in balloting made the difference in all six swing states.
	And if it hadn't been cheating, and this was by voters themselves admitted they cheated, 20% admitted to it, that Trump would have won all six of the swing states.
	By my calculation, he got over 100 million in 2020 and Biden around 37.
	So, you know, I always like hearing your opinion because you're a very thoughtful guy, Scorpio.
	Give us a final thought.
	OK, well, we'll see which version plays out to be correct, but I'll give you my conspiratorial reason why I don't think he's become president either.

	And basically, the rules he broke is, number one, he refuses to go along with the Green Deal, which I'm telling you, the Green Deal, this whole new green economy, is the next big conspiratorial shoe to fall, to drop, so to speak.

	And secondly, he refused to go along with the idea that, you know, it was a legitimate election, it's the peaceful transfer of power, everything's good here.
	He refused to go along with the dog and pony show.

	I see that because Biden has Jewish children and Trump has Jewish children, these people, these two guys are, you know, like a boxing match at one of Trump's hotels, but this is the rematch.
	And the same people that give you the rematch at his hotel are giving you the rematch in November.

	And here's what they do care about.
	Is gas under $2?
	The border's being secure, and there definitely does be a fraction which Trump delivered.
	China paying us billions in tariffs that went to help farmers.
	The veterans being treated better.
	NATO forced to pay their dues.

	But all these people want to do is cherry-pick one or two things Trump may have done incorrectly in the past, and that includes the COVID crap, and, you know, advocate against them.
	It doesn't make any sense to me.
