	There's a whole lot going on at our border.
	In fact, I think we've reached that critical turning point.
	Biden's border crisis is now deadly enough to kill every American.
	It's stunning to think about the amount of fentanyl coming across the border is enough to kill every man, woman and child in the United States.
	Turns out, death from fentanyl is now the leading cause for Americans between 18 and 45.
	The 12 months ending in April of 2023 saw more than 111,355 overdose deaths among Americans.
	Stunning stuff!
	That's just one aspect.
	Meanwhile, Texas has arrested thousands of illegals as the state prepares to Step up on the battle.
	This was actually an earlier report.
	How it slipped in is beyond me, but there it is.
	Meanwhile, Texas has taken control of the border in response to the order from the United States Supreme Court.
	They've replied by installing more razor wire and they're completely within the right to do it as I see it.
	The Supreme Court has totally discredited itself.
	I say thumbs down to the Supreme Court.
	The Texas National Guard Tuesday responded to the Supreme Court order criticizing allowing the Biden regime to cut or remove razor wire installed along the southern border by installing more razor wire.
	Absolutely right.
	Here you have Wayne Root, very interesting conservative commentator.
	Am I saying out loud what others are only whispering?
	Is there any patriot of America who isn't thinking Supreme Court justices are being bribed or blackmailed?
	Get this.
	Come on, admit it.
	You know you're thinking the same thing.
	It's so obvious.
	It's just common sense.
	Anyone who isn't or at least wondering is a naive fool.
	I grew up in an all-Italian mafia neighborhood in New York.
	I know when the fix is in.
	I know when someone has taken a bribe.
	I know when the mafia's got their hooks into someone.
	Something is wrong with our United States Supreme Court.
	Something smells to high heaven.
	Something is hinky.
	Someone is being bribed, intimidated, or extorted.
	This just isn't normal.
	It makes no sense.
	Conservatives have the edge, not just 5 to 4, but a safe, overwhelming 6 to 3.
	We should be winning every major Supreme Court case, which, I would add, ought to be decided in accordance with the Constitution.
	That's what they're there for.
	And yet we keep losing with the most obvious clear-cut life-or-death-of-America cases that should be slam-dunked so clear No conservative or patriot in all of America would vote against us.
	Cases where a vote against us is a vote for the intentional destruction of America.
	Yet, yesterday, our 6-3 edge of the Supreme Court became a 5-4 loss in the most obvious, simple, clear-cut case in history again, just like Obamacare twice.
	Just like allowing illegal aliens to count in the U.S.
	Census, determining who represents us in Congress.
	Yesterday, and this of course is actually referring to the day or two before the Supremes, Voted 5-4 against Texas, and A, in favor of the insane radical Marxist madman of the Biden admin, B, in favor of open borders against the sovereignty of the United States of America, C, in favor of the intentional destruction of America, D, against states right enshrined in the U.S.
	Constitution, and E, In favor of leaving the American people completely helped us to stop a mass invasion of our country.
	Who could possibly vote against the interests of America and a secure border?
	Who could possibly vote against Texas and ignore state rights?
	Who could rule that a state and its legal American citizens have no right to defend against a mass invasion of criminals?
	Who could possibly vote that millions of military-age males from Hamas, Hezbollah, MS-13, and our mortal enemy, China, Poor across our border.
	A state cannot even put up razor wire to try to slow the invasion down.
	Yet two conservatives voted that way.
	Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Comey Barrett.
	Amy Barrett was one of the recent Trump appointees recommended to Trump by the fantastic pro-Constitution Federalist Society.
	So how is it possible?
	In my opinion, we just found out who the bribed or blackmailed non-rat-think-traitors are.
	No normal honest, pro-rule-of-law, pro-American judge on Earth would vote this way.
	It's not even possible.
	It's unimaginable.
	It's absurd.
	It's insanity.
	I'm sorry to say, I think he's got it right.
	I went on with my dear friend Scott Bennett on his Global Awakening show Tuesday explaining We're about to explain that Chief Justice Roberts appeared to be under the thumb because he'd adopted two boys from Ireland and there was something improper about it.
	He beat me to punch by saying Amy Comey Barrett, who apparently has a scant a whole bunch of kids and adopted a couple.
	I think they're even African and that there were improprieties there.
	It would appear to me both Roberts and Barrett are compromised.
	They ought to get the hell off of the Supreme Court.
	They're not doing us any good.
	They're abdicating their duty.
	They're being irresponsible and treasonous.
	They're doing grave damage to the United States to hell with them.
	This is not the only time the Supreme Court, by the way, has damaged America seriously.
	I hesitate to use the profanities that describe this accurately.
	The Texas case contesting the 2020 election in five swing states where they all failed to adhere to their own laws for avoiding the electors were denied on the basis of standing.
	How absurd is that?
	The Supreme Court exists to arbitrate cases between states.
	Texas was bringing a case that had to do with Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania.
	It was a totally legitimate case.
	They turned us down in that case, abdicating their responsibility to maintain the integrity of our federal elections.
	Now, in this case, they're abdicating their responsibility to maintain the integrity of our national borders.
	Can you imagine more devastating cases?
	I can add, from personal experience, a third strike against the Supreme Court, because when I was denied my right to a jury trial in spite of a massive difference in facts, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, all the way from the circuit to the appellate to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, just aided a bit.
	The theft of my right To a fair trial, but I carried it to the U.S.
	Supreme Court.
	I even have evidence, fresh evidence, related to the underlying case, which had to do with taking my book over Sandy Hook, finding me guilty of defamation over a death certificate that had no file number, no town or state certification, where even Connecticut law forbids parents to have uncertified death certificates, of which this was an example.
	I even had two forensic document experts on my side.
	It was so bad.
	The Supreme Court wouldn't even hear a case that teed up the question of whether every state is in—whether the Seventh Amendment applies to every state in the Union.
	Ironically, think on this, all other of the first ten amendments have been affirmed through court cases that they apply to every state.
	But not the seventh.
	And even though I teed it up, and because the way I was dealt with in a summary job in Wisconsin differed from those of other states, in that case, Texas.
	They were also violating the 14th because that requires uniform justice throughout the land.
	We're supposed to have the same laws apply.
	And they let it go.
	In my judgment, that's strike number three.
	Oh, I'm very, very impressed.
	Governor of Texas is not lying down.
	He has declared an invasion of Texas and invoked Texas constitutional authority to defend and protect itself.
	Listen to this from Governor Greg Abbott, whom I applaud, January 24th, yesterday.
	A federal government has broken the compact between the United States and the states.
	The executive branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting states, including immigration laws, on the books right now.
	President Biden has refused to enforce those laws and has even violated them.
	The result is that he has smashed records for illegal immigration.
	Despite having been put on notice in a series of letters, one of which I delivered to him by hand, President Biden has ignored Texas' demand that he perform his constitutional duties.
	Three bullet points first.
	President Biden has violated his oath to faithfully execute immigration laws enacted by Congress.
	Instead of prosecuting immigrants for the federal crime of illegal entry, President Biden has sent his lawyers into federal courts to sue Texas for taking action to secure the border.
	Second, President Biden has instructed his agency to ignore federal statutes that mandate the detention of illegal immigrants.
	The effort is to illegally allow their en masse parole into the United States.
	Third, By wasting taxpayer dollars to tear open Texas border security infrastructure, President Biden has enticed illegal immigrants away from the 28 legal entry points along the state's southern border, bridges where nobody drowns, and into the dangerous waters of the Rio Grande.
	Under President Biden's lawless border policies, More than six million illegal immigrants have crossed our southern border in just three years.
	That is more than the population of 33 different states in this country.
	This illegal refusal to protect the states has inflicted unprecedented harm on the people all across the United States.
	James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and the other visionaries who wrote the U.S.
	Constitution Or saw that states should not be left at the mercy of a lawless president who does nothing to stop external threats like cartels smuggling millions of illegals across the border.
	Act by the Farmers included both Article 4 and Section 4, which promises that the federal government shall protect each state against invasion in Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, which acknowledges a state sovereign interest in protecting their borders, Arizona versus United States, 2012.
	A failure of the Biden admin to fulfill the duties imposed by Article 4, Section 4 has triggered Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, Which reserved to this state the right of self-defense.
	For these reasons, I've already declared an invasion under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, to invoke Texas constitutional authority to defend and protect itself.
	That authority is the supreme law of the land.
	It supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.
	Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority as well as state law to secure the Texas border.
	Well said!
	Virtually an article of impeachment against a sitting president.
	Meanwhile, General Flynn in a Western Journal observes The Constitution literally allows Texas to engage in war at the southern border.
	He speaks in relation to the Supreme Court decision.
	It's not just about razor wire.
	It's about the role of states in our federal system and the betrayal of the nation, first by a president, now by two Republican-appointed justices.
	I asked you to invest the time to stick with me through this article, spend some time together to think it through, to understand the truly existential threat to the nation.
	Within hours of Biden being sworn into office, he signed a proclamation That ordered an end to the construction of Donald Trump's southern border wall.
	His stated reason was the wall was a waste of money that diverts attention from genuine threats to our homeland security.
	This statement was so absurd that we knew at once that this man who had somehow assumed the presidency was not on our side.
	Biden had just sworn the President's constitutionally prescribed oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and within hours, he had flung open the nation's borders to all commerce.
	Biden was announcing that he was the second act in the Obama administration's mission to fundamentally transform the United States.
	He was declaring that the Trump years were over and the revolutionaries were back in charge.
	Sad to say, he's got it right.
	But if you think Amy Comey Barrett and John Roberts are the only traitors to the United States here, as well as Barack Obama and Joe Biden, get this.
	Mitch McConnell.
	Lobbies Republican Senators to pass secret migration bill.
	This is disgusting.
	Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell is quietly pressuring GOP Senators to promise their support for his border bill before it is released to the public for debate.
	Multiple media reports say the still-secret bill is largely complete, but its release has been delayed until McConnell can lock in at least 20 Of the 49 Republican senators, perhaps by making minor changes so he could overcome, you know, any opposition.
	The draft is also being previewed by the Senate Committee on Appropriation because of Biden had been, what, roughly $15 billion to operate its migration program in 2024.
	The money is needed by Democrats to process, transport, feed, house, and hide arriving 2024 migrants and the 6.2 million already admitted during the run-up to the 2024 election.
	The extra Spain can also be used to persuade senators who do not yet support the giveaway.
	Some But not a majority of Republican senators are denouncing the bill, which will likely provide employers with a gusher of cheap and compliant foreign workers who can replace better paid Americans.
	This is a bill to destroy the backbone of America, the middle class.
	Meanwhile, Paul Craig Roberts observes the United States has no borders.
	I don't know if Americans have any comprehension of what's happening to their country.
	I think not.
	I think most Americans are lost in their insouissance and in their comfortable myths about the greatness and freedom of their country.
	Flag-waving patriots who can believe no evil of their country are the easiest to tyrannize.
	A plethora of July 4th and Memorial Days have done their job.
	Americans are upset about foreign borders such as Ukraine's and Israel's, but even those few who try can do nothing about America's own totally undefended border.
	Texas tried to do something.

	Supreme Court just ruled that Texas cannot protect its borders or the borders of the United States.
	The Supreme Court ruling, of course, in line with the tyranny of Lincoln's destruction of states' rights, said the Biden regime can destroy the Texas fence built to protect Texas and America's borders.

	People who are moral and decent and obey the law Moral people don't do that.
	victimized by those who do not.

	Meanwhile, Russia's reporting that Ukraine shot down a plane carrying Ukrainian POWs.
	Think about this.
	A military transport plane was shot down over Russia's Belgorod Oblast, killing all 74 aboard, including 65 Ukrainian POWs.
	The Russian Defense Ministry sent forces registered to anti-aircraft missile fired from Ukraine's Kharkov Oblast, which borders Belgorod, that hit the aircraft.
	They claimed that POWs were being transported as part of a planned prisoner swap with Ukraine.
	Why would they do that?
	The best I can come up with Is that they didn't want a B.O.W.
	to report how well they had been treated by Russia.
	They're trying to perpetuate a myth that Russians are brutal when they've been very considerate of Ukrainian forces who are surrendering.
	Get this, now it turns out that talk in Kiev that the real president of Ukraine, Victoria Nuland, I've become so desperate for NATO to enter Ukraine to continue the proxy war against Russia.
	She is willing to murder innocent locals with a radioactive cloud and blame it on Russian forces.
	And you know about Victoria Nuland and the government she works for.
	If you understand that, you understand this is a real possibility.
	Independent journalist Gonzalo Lira, who was arrested and left to die in his cell by Nuland forces, did an excellent job describing Nuland and the US agenda in Ukraine.

	The American goal, foreign policy objective, is to have a weak and preferably divided Russia, like the good old days of the 90s.
	Because in the 90s, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the US was able to enter Russia and exploit it to a degree that was unprecedented.
	Ukraine, since 1999, the collapse of the Soviet Union, had been a cesspool of Western corruption.
	Oligarchs were not only allowed to rise, but were in fact encouraged by Western powers, especially the United States, figuring that these oligarchs, by way of them, the country's going to be controlled.
	If Russia was corrupt, if Ukraine was corrupt, it would be easy for Western interests to get into these countries and steal.
	Then Putin rose.
	People in the West thought, he's one of our guys.
	What they discovered to their dismay was that when Putin took power in roughly 1999, he got a deal with the oligarchs.

	What happened was that slowly over the years, Putin started edging out the oligarchs, even as he put his own end.

	Colonel, earlier today there were reports that the United States government wants to move the government of Ukraine out of Kiev and to a city west of Kiev.
	Do you know if those reports are accurate?
	And if so, what would that tell you?
	Well, this report Supposedly, it came from Asia Times via the Department of Defense.
	Someone in the Department of Defense pointed out that when the fighting ends, and apparently there's an expectation that the fighting will end, the Ukrainian government will abandon Kiev and go west to the town of Lviv, or Lvov in Russian, which is not unusual.
	It's been the capital before, certainly of Western Ukraine.
	And it makes sense, given the likely proximity of Russian forces to Kiev once the fighting stops.
	Is Ukraine on its last legs, Colonel?
	Oh, yes.
	Ukraine's been on life support for a long time.
	Earlier today, I was talking with someone over there, and he said if Washington had any humanity or humility, They would end this tragedy as soon as possible.
	You know, more people continue to die needlessly.
	And a million people have been casualties in this war.
	We have 500,000 dead, as noted by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General just a week and a half ago.
	And we have at least 500,000 wounded, and how many of them will never be able to live normal lives is anyone's guess, but the casualties have been horrific.
	And Ukraine is exhausted.
	It's exhausting its manpower.
	And the longer this lasts, the more Ukrainians will leave Ukraine, which is a catastrophe for the country and for the Ukrainian nation.
	Colonel, as we speak, President Biden is negotiating with Republican leaders in the House of Representatives in an effort to come up with some sort of a deal.
	I know it's an issue that is of concern to you and to me and to a lot of people watching us, and that's the southern border.
	But The part of the deal that I want to ask you about involves $68 million to Ukraine.
	What would they do with $68 million?
	They need human beings that are simply not available to operate any new, as far as I understand it, any new equipment that Washington might send over there.
	Well, I think, Judge, you mean $68 billion.
	I'm sorry, you are right.

	Well, remember that from the standpoint of people on the Hill who are largely disinterested in what happens on the ground in Ukraine, most of this cash will simply be recycled, as it has been at this point, to purchase weapons and equipment from the Department of Defense, which in turn transfers the money to the defense industries, and the defense industries profit enormously.
	You know, the President himself made the point that This is good for America because it keeps assembly lines humming and large numbers of Americans employed and so forth.
	Well, that may be true, but the point is it's not going to change the facts on the ground in Ukraine.
	The facts on the ground are that Ukraine has lost this war, and at least half of the country will now be occupied by the Russians, I suspect, permanently.
	So that's the first reality.
	The second part of this is that I'm sure a lot of this money will be
	Used to pay the bureaucrats in Kiev and elsewhere to create the proverbial trolleys and trains running But several billion I'm sure will disappear as has happened in the past end up in bank accounts in places like Cyprus or the you know the Bahamas or elsewhere in the world places where money comes in and goes out without being carefully tracked and
	So they're laundering money to their friends who are in part of this organized crime state that we're pretending is a real nation state called Ukraine.
	One of our guests referred to Israel and Ukraine.
	I don't want to get into Israel just yet, but he used this phrase, which I found very interesting and I want to ask you about it.
	Refer to Israel and Ukraine as client states of the United States.
	Do you accept that?
	I certainly think it applies to Ukraine as far as being a client state is concerned.
	A client is simply someone who is dependent upon you for income and support.
	I think a better word would probably be basel.
	But, you know, the Ukrainian leadership is definitely a client of the United States.
	There's no question about it.
	That entire apparatus would not exist if Victoria Nuland and her friends had not installed it after the Maidan revolution.
	I'd suggest that in the case of Israel, we are the client, that Israel is controlling our operations, and that's why such absurdities are taking place as having the U.S.

	Medved denounces Zelensky's territorial claims to Russia.
	Kiev is really trying to draw public attention away from its frontline setbacks.
	The former Russian president said, and this guy is a great Russian nationalist, he could be a successor to Vladimir Putin.
	The latest decree by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky essentially amounts to territorial claims on sovereign Russian regions, former President Dmitry Medved said Monday.
	Posting on Telegram, he was referring to a document declaring six Russian regions to be historically inhabited by Ukrainians.
	Signed on Monday, Ukraine's Day of Unity, a presidential decree claimed the six territories universally recognized as parts of Russia, the Krasnodar, Rostov, Ronezev, Belgorod, Kursk, and Bayansk regions had been historically populated by ethnic Ukrainians that were then supposedly subjected to forced Russification.
	The document in order for the Kiev government to develop an action plan to preserve the Ukrainian national identity in Russia It demands that true history of Ukraine be made known to the world.
	It also demands Russia provide people living in these regions with access to Ukrainian language mass media and to some special civil, social, cultural, and religious rights.
	Medved dismissed the decree as crude PR stuff Aimed at drawing public attention away from the Ukrainian force failures on the front line.
	He said there was no need to comment on the contents of the order, since the territories mentioned have always been parts of Russia.
	The former president also said it was high time Zelensky stopped such policies and abandoned them, or he might wind up annexing Canada in the near future.
	I mean, it was that ludicrous.
	For Medved, served as president from 2008 to 2012, and I reiterate, couldn't return to that office.

	And so now you're talking about they own, everybody talks about how powerful the military-industrial complex is.

	They own controlling interests in all those companies.

	All those corporate donations that nobody really talks about, they're controlled by the Jews as well.
	And nobody looks into it because those same Jews are on the media.

	Texas Governor Abbott and the National Guard seized control of a section of the border, banning federal patrol agents from entering, prohibiting migrants from crossing.
	Monday, the court voted 5-4, ruled federal agents could remove sections of barbed wire to allow migrants in.
	In response, Governor Abbott argued, The absence of razor wire and other deterrents encouraging migrants to make them unsafe and illegal crossing between parts of entry.
