It's the 29th of December, Friday, 2023.
Let's take a look at the topics and then let's consider context and opening statements.
We're going to go to the war.
The COVID and health lies and crimes recognized as crimes against humanity.
We got some more data with that.
We have some progress with COVID.
being prosecuted and the possibility for that the official optics get lower and lower and then a uh a great five minute video i'll play you a couple of minutes on the mysterious human heart but first let's go ahead and have some opening statements for context brian brother what would you like to say well you know it's it's an interesting time and in humanity right now
and there's a lot of questions out there and actually carl and i were texting back and forth yesterday with a question about the general what we would call the luciferian conspiracy uh the old gods how they affect things today and how the bible sees this world versus how the evil people let's call them evil in general talk about uh
The founders of Freemasonry, Weishaupt, the old Luciferians, look at things.
And I just kind of wanted to lay out the 10,000 foot overview of what I believe has happened in the heavens and how it's also affected here on Earth.
So Carl asked me about the old gods yesterday.
And he said, well, how did it go down?
And so I explained what I can.
And of course, whenever you start to paint a painting, you've got sometimes to make decisions about what colors to put into it.
So let me take a look at this from a big picture perspective, as if we're in heaven.
Or as if we're in the abode of the one who created and designed all of it.
The most authoritative figure ever in history to speak about the issue related to Satan or Lucifer would have been Jesus Christ, as he had multiple run-ins with this character and spoke authoritatively about this character, as well as inspired many books of the Bible, including the book of Revelation, which teaches us a tremendous amount about the end times.
The big picture question is who gets to rule mankind and how do they rule mankind?
And if you read your Bible correctly, you're going to find that Lucifer was the bright morning star, a very special being that was created by God, and he sort of had a purpose of gathering
the worship of all creation in sort of an orchestral sort of choir scenario, and then gathering it up and presenting it to God as the worship of mankind.
Well, if you read into the Bible enough about what happened in the heavens, it appears that on day one, Lucifer gathered a rebellion against God partly out of jealousy, possibly Lucifer gathered a rebellion against God partly out of jealousy, possibly more strongly out of the decision about how to rule and
And that rebellion reached God, and he basically chose to separate himself from that rebellion by casting Lucifer, Satan, and one-third of his angels down to the abode of his creation, which would be Earth, as we know it.
Now, if you take a look at it and ask yourself a few questions, Lucifer was a spirit.
And as a spirit without a body, he was capable of taking possession of bodies under the right circumstances, which I don't understand all of that.
But more importantly, capable of influencing mankind into his rebellion.
And it comes down to the question of when God created mankind, he gave us what we consider to be free will.
And we would set up our own government, and we would rule under, and mankind would generally rule himself.
Now the first type of government that he established, and this would be Deuteronomy, the second telling of the law, Leviticus, the first type of government established was what was called a theocracy, which is where man humbles his heart, listens to God, learns from God, and chooses to rule himself, making mistakes along the way.
God gave man the opportunity to think, act independently, and choose to Worship God and voluntarily make the decision to follow God.
Now, Lucifer disagreed, and so when you start asking questions, how does this come about?
How does this play down?
You might want to take a look at the writings of Adam Weishaupt, take a look at the writings of Albert Pike, and you'll find a What they call their bright morning star, the Luciferian conspiracy, they call him the God of goodness.
And it's basically, they see Lucifer as struggling for humanity against God, or what they say is Adonai.
Okay?
Now, Jesus called God Adonai, Father.
So, Jesus Clearly built a hierarchy where he was the son of God, he is God, he acts as God, he lived a sinless life, and everything he did coordinates with God's will on earth.
The Luciferians believe that Lucifer is equal to God, the Creator, and that there is a battle for total control.
As to who would live.
So they see Lucifer as the god of goodness and they see Adonai as the dark one.
So it's a lie about that.
Anyway, God cast them out of heaven down to earth in the spirit form.
Lucifer and one third of the angels on day one.
As far as we can tell from the scripture.
So they come down on day one.
They're here, they influence, mankind is then created later on in the book of Genesis after the Garden of Eden and mankind is created and then influenced into the Fall.
But don't get me wrong, Lucifer was there providing influence but mankind in Adam chose to sin or rebel against God basically by Not agreeing to do what God had commanded them to do.
Long story short, Jesus's view of the world was a lot less totalitarian than Lucifer.
Lucifer believed that mankind was just a stupid animal.
And that it needed to be ruled from the top down by creating a ruling class that is elite and a bunch of slaves that are below that are disposable that have to adhere to the ruling classes thing or their rules and religion.
Now, God, on the other hand, put mankind in a different position where it's basically, hey, here you are.
I'm giving you some basics.
Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Thou shalt not this.
Thou shalt not that.
I'm creating a separate people of which I'm going to give a more thorough and detailed description of how to properly get along with me, and that would be creating a theocracy As the original attempt with Israel was to create a thought theocracy.
Now that was later on replaced.
Theocracy was later on replaced in what's called the New Covenant when Christ came and he began teaching a new and basically the theocracy was rolled back.
If you are one who believes in dispensation, the theocracy was rolled back and a new covenant with mankind was made.
That would be through grace, through taking care of one another, giving to the poor and and other such things that pleased God more than just simply obedience to a series of laws.
Apparently, God doesn't take a lot of pleasure in.
In having a bunch of rules, more he takes pleasure in allowing mankind a lot of rope and mankind choosing to do the right thing in spite of the influence.
Lucifer, and this would explain how the Luciferian conspiracy has come around.
Lucifer, on the other hand, thinks that the right way to rule is totalitarian control, and being an eternal spirit that had been cast down to the earth, he's able to work intergenerationally through his followers to create what's called the New World Order, which theoretically would usher in the incarnation of their
God of light, their God, what they call their God of goodness, which is a lie, what they call the Osiris.
So if you look at the pyramid, you'll see at the top of the pyramid is the all-seeing eye of Osiris, the bright morning star, and if you take a look at masonry, you'll see that they really want to have a top-down approach to ruling mankind, whereas
God takes more pleasure in a sinful mankind choosing to recognize God for His attributes and choosing to do the right thing because He's been taught into it or guided into it or believes and recognizes that God is good.
That's the big picture.

And for me, taking a look at it, What we can definitively see is the evil of the world.
That part we know.
Something has captured everything.
Something has a coordinated propaganda.
Something has a timeline that's a lot longer than one human lifespan.
And for whatever reason, human beings have been relatively ineffective, as far as I can tell, of being able to break through whatever this mind control is.
Now, before I go into that, I think the idea of calling it satanic is appropriate, because these people, this organization that is working through the puppetitions and through the corporate media covering the crimes and public education covering the crimes, They have some sort, you could call it a philosophy, you could call it a religion, but it is attracted to evil and exactly as Brian is talking about this very rigid top-down pyramid.
So framing the contest as good versus evil, in the best summary work that I have to point to what's going on for AMREV 2 and World War 3, I do paint it as a professional historian as good versus evil and I challenge anybody In the comments here at BitChute to frame it any other way.
And if we were to define the good, then we do have a sense of love and connection.
There's a belonging, there's a respect, there's a humbleness to the creation.
And the other side is like, Fuck everything, pollute everything, destroy everything, kill everything.
These people are not, they're not well hinged.
I think that it wouldn't be too far to say that they're insane, that their separation has driven them mad and they are desperately trying to, and Brian and I were chatting about this yesterday, actually texting each other as I was at the archery range with my daughter.
And these people literally want to tear little kids apart after torture, after filling their system with adrenaline.
And then they torture, kill, consume children.
Now, That's pretty far down the road to terror, and I have a couple of observations with that.
One, whatever God is, he's pretty badass to allow such a range of evil.
You know, if it was me, if I was being brought that script, I'd say, okay, so you want to keep going on evil until they're torturing and eating the babies?
That's what's on the script here.
That's where you want to take it.
God says, yep, So my view is that if it's here, it's allowed.
It's within the rules.
So whatever rules have been created, take a look at the world around you.
That's what the rules allow.
Okay, so we have some choice here.
And for our audience here, we're talking right now to the few thousand people who are paying attention to our conversation to the good.
These are the people who choose connection, who choose love, who choose the truth.
And part of what you have to say, if you're choosing the truth, what you have to align, what you think, what you say and what you do, is to be able to recognize the totalitary, the apparent Totalitarian control of the evil over all of our agencies.
And because we do feel connected, we are compelled to say something about this, to take some actions to see what can be done.
And then you see the totality of the evil.
So part of the context that I'd like to place our ongoing current events is that we are in a war.
We have chosen the good and part of what we're doing is just it seems to me that all we can do is offer choice 49 out of 50 about 98% of human beings.
After 46 years of my own personal engagement, I seem to be incapable of receiving much truth.
And yet, we're compelled to act.
And, because we're compelled to act, we discover this on our own.
So, on one part, I feel 100% responsible to do the best work that I can to win this game, to expose the evil, to cause an Emperor's New Clothes moment.
Committed and dedicated.
A lot of thinking and a lot of speaking and a lot of work towards that end.
And at the same time, the paradox is like, it's way over our heads.
Relax.
And the more that I have engaged in this war, the more that I just pray and be humble and kind and gentle.
and just do the little that I can, while at the same time this show will be representative of all of them, is that we will give the strongest facts to make it clear that these people are completely outside the law, rogue, and that any reasonable person who doesn't want to be in and that any reasonable person who doesn't want to be in that slave system must withdraw consent and demand arrest of these Good opening there.

That's what we see.

So four stories.
With the war, this is General Michael Flynn, and I'm going to give him about a minute to speak for himself of what he sees on October the 7th, and we have covered that as a false flag.
I want you to know that Flynn was the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, so this is the U.S.
highest-ranking military intelligence officer who is saying this, and it should be obvious.
Either Netanyahu was aware, and I'm not going to allege that right now, his Southern Zone, and I have called on this, his Southern Zone commander, the commander of the IDF and the leader of his intelligence forces, they should all be removed from those positions pending the outcome of a major serious investigation to determine what caused the breakdown of security on the 7th of October.
All right, now I want to enter spice with the general, make sure that you're following along, is that this other section, the officers in charge of having the border be secure, they only have one job.
And the military, they, if you know people in the military, all they do is train, all they do is have redundancies, all they do is have contingencies.
And the expert witnesses that we've shown on this show from Now, fast forward to, you know, we're getting ready to go into the third month of this thing.
exactly what Flynn is going to be describing.
So there isn't a reasonable explanation other than a stand down.

Somebody made that decision.
Don't know whether it's Netanyahu that made it.
The southern zone commander who made it.
Somebody made it because there's no way in the world for the security breakdown that the Israelis had on that day.
And you were telling me, Larry, at lunch that you've been there.
You've been up on the towers.
I've walked in.
I know what their security system is made of, and I know the levels that they go through.
They have multiple layers of defenses.
They have multiple layers of electronic detection systems.
They have drones.
They have balloons.
They have people watching them from all sorts of cameras.
It is one of the most secure borders in the world.

They got sound.
They have eyes on.

So let me, let me, let me take a, let me take a shot at that.

Remember the Las Vegas shooting?

Stephen Paddock supposedly brought this massive arsenal of weaponry plus all these things through the back door of a casino up into his hotel room in probably the most secure possible environment in one of probably one of the most secure environments in the world.
Bullshit.
Anybody who inspects the claim knows it's bullshit.
This October 7th thing is exactly the same amount of bullshit.
You've got the best security systems in the world and supposedly these guys come rolling on in and hit this music festival that had just been moved there like a week or two less.
It's all bullshit.
We can all see it.
We all know it's there.
The question is, what is the purpose of the false flag?
And Flynn saying Netanyahu didn't know is like saying Trump didn't know about Las Vegas, okay?
Did he?
Did he not?
Could he stop it?
Could he not stop it?
Was he informed?
Was he not?
I know this.
He showed up and let the guy that was supposedly shot in the leg get out of his bed and salute him, you know?
How much did Trump know?
How much did Trump have to go along with it?
It's the same type of question of how much did Netanyahu know and how much did Netanyahu have power to go through it?
Remember, Trump, Netanyahu, people who worked for the government in a precarious position.
Same thing with Netanyahu.
I see the two events as being nearly parallel.
Yeah, and the job, I mean Netanyahu just has one job, is to execute the law and to enforce the law.
And if the law wasn't enforced, if the military somehow had this seven-hour failure to respond for him not to say anything about it, then that is the cover-up.
And for Trump, yeah, he's part of the PSYOP.
All we get are lies.
That's all we get.

So now if the IDF really wanted to take it seriously to win this thing, to engage in the theft of Gaza, you'd have to kill the journalists.
You'd have to make sure that people don't see that this was a false flag attack and then it's a massacre.
It's genocide.
So, you know, if you're getting your targets lined up and prioritizing targets, Prioritize the media.
Seems to make sense to me.
And Netanyahu, he said that Gaza needs cultural change.
And as usual, this is just projection.
And the projection is, is that, and I like the analogy in this article of the two minutes of hate from 1984.
And that is part of the propaganda is to fill people with this irrational, just being driven to, to hate.

I don't see anything, but I'm starting to get ideas.

Okay, so the Gazans need to change their culture.

Let's talk about the culture of the religion of Judaism for just a few minutes, okay?
And now, granted, what I'm about to say here is going to hit a lot of people pretty hard, and there's probably going to be a lot of people out there calling for my head.
But I've been taking a look at this book, this series of commentaries on the Old Testament that they call the Talmud, which is basically the foundation for Kabbalah, which is the foundation for many parts of what is called the Judaistic type of religion of today.
Now, we know that Revelation 3.9 tells us that there are lots of people out there that call themselves Jews that are not Jews at all, but let's just talk about culture for a second, okay?
Out of the Talmud, Yebamoth 98a summarized all non-Jew children are animals.

When a Jew murders a non-Jew, there will be no death penalty.

A man who engaged in intercourse with a girl less than three years of age has done nothing.

Jews must destroy books of Christians, i.e.

There is a mentality built in to the Jewish religion that Gentiles, non-Jews, Christians especially, being the most disgusting to them, must be treated like cattle, treated like slaves, deceived, Terrible things should happen to them from a Jew's perspective.

Now, with what Brian has given as analysis of a text, and again, with what we're talking about, what we can observe is a good versus evil type of war and a philosophy of the evil.
That would seem consistent with the text that Brian is reading.
Now, in addition, with the ordinary human being, in our observations, or in my observation at least, very few people Would be down for that on a big scale.
So therefore, if there is this elite who wants those 28,000 or 2,800 slaves, they're going to have to keep it secret until they have some sort of a dominating move to control the slave system.
So they're not going to be upfront about that.
So, of course, if there were such psychopaths who believed in that and were laying the foundation that it's satanic of somehow their response to Brian would be, how dare you?
Of course they are.
It's all bullshit.
Because part of what I'm impressed by our opponent is their capacity to lie and their practiced use of emotion to try to to draw sympathy for their positions.
But at the same time, we're just as a.
Harsh with just the fact of the rules that this is a genocide and they're war criminals, so I wouldn't recommend listening very much to what they have to say.
And anybody who is supporting this slaughter is supporting a slaughter.

Remember, the big difference between Western culture We have a very puritanic culture.
We have a very well-developed sense of fair play, sort of built into us by the Brits early on.
A very well-developed sense of law and order and right and wrong.
George Washington, one of our founding fathers, They said he couldn't or wouldn't tell a lie.
I don't know how much of that is true or not true or just legend, but it's part of our culture.
Now, I can tell you from being in the investigation world for years that there are many Eastern cultures that don't share the same Western values that we do.
And to them, to lie and deceive for personal gain is something that they give each other high fives for.
I mean, they don't have any shame about that.
And when the conscience is burned or seared as with a hot iron, And you don't care about the idea of a coming judgment from your creator, or at least you've managed to separate that from your mind, then what is the moral foundation for how we should then live?
If there's no judgment, if there's no consequences other than those consequences which human beings put on one another, What keeps you from being nothing more than an animal, steal, kill and destroy all day long, whatever it takes to get rich and get ahead in this life, because there is no afterlife.
And it seems that that would draw us down to three possible positions of standing for how we should live our life.
One is going to be the good.
That's us, the people with a sense of connection.
We want truth.
And plus, we're informed You know, my mentor, Bucky Fuller, demonstrated that we have the technical capacity for Earth to be a paradise if we wanted to work in that direction.
So, one part is the good.
The other part, we want synergy and cooperative competition.
And we like this idea of love.
And we have experienced the transformation of human beings becoming much more than we thought possible.
And that's the deal with synergy is you get unimaginable and unpredictable results.
But that's not the only position.
The other position or of the three is the bad.
And these are the people who are choosing to lie.
And for whatever reason, Whatever tortures and poisons they've had to put themselves in that position.
Okay, so they're lying.
And part of what I have done in the last 46 years is I've made it my point not to want to do anything with their choice, their power.
That's their call.
Their life, their call.
But they may want to make sure that they're well informed.
Because there may be karmic consequences, judgmental consequences to their choices.
And then the third position seems to be about 98% of the population who they can nod their head a little bit, but they get very quickly drawn back into the propaganda, into the programming, and they'll talk about
Thinking about how Dr. Jill Biden is a good influence on Joe, even though Joe may have some regressive tendencies of men, white men his age, to touch younger girls.
But basically, he's trying to do a good job.
These are people who, in my experience, aren't bad people, but they're so programmed and controlled that whatever goes on within them, they can't break out of it.
So that seems to be the three positions that people are put into.
All right.

So now let's go to COVID and health, lies, and crimes with more of the data.
Now, this is El Gato Malo.
Mistakes were made.
The Collins edition, I just want to read a little bit of a quote from Francis Collins, the head of NIH, Fauci's boss, trying to frame this.
If you're a public health person and you're trying to make a decision, you have this very narrow view of what the right decision is, and that is something that will save a life.
Doesn't matter what else happens.
So you attach infinite value to stopping the disease and saving a life.
You attach zero value.
Dwight, this actually totally disrupts people's lives, ruins the economy.
It has many kids kept out of school in a way that they never might quite recover from.
This is a public health mindset.
And that was really unfortunate.
It's another mistake we made.
So he's trying to backpedal and save his ass out of this one.
Funny how no one really knew what myocarditis was until last year.
Such a rare condition that most people had never heard of it.
I wonder what changed.
In the UK, this guy did a little bit of data.
The excess deaths from 2022 and 2023, over 100,000.
And then the total civilian deaths from World War II were 70,000, hence World War III.
Some more data, post-COVID Austria, 41% increase in sick leave in 2022 relative to 2019.
And we're just going to keep hammering on this data until we get this breakthrough, second smartest guy in the world.
This is very clever research, and that's to go ahead and take a look at autopsy, not autopsy reports, but when you report on a death in publications, obituaries, and the word for suddenly and unexpectedly.
Okay, that seems a remarkable increase.
That's like a 60% increase going up here.
We have Dr. Corey, and we have another interesting data point.
A Freedom of Information Act data revealed that New York vaccine clinics called ambulances to be on standby.
So that would be interesting to poke into.
Peggy Hall, the healthy American.
The biggest grift in the U.S.
history, she takes a look at following the money, which is always something that is helpful.
I'll just jump in here and talk to people for a moment.
In public education, the U.S.
Department of Education contributes enough money where they're able to influence decision-making at the state and local level because you have to play by the federal rules in order to get the money.
And for COVID, you had to play by the federal rules to get the money.
So one of the ways to understand this scandemic is that it was all about the money and people choosing to take this monopoly money over protecting our children and everybody from these forced medical experiments.

I really liked going through those articles when I was prepping for the show, but I had a thought that came into mind.
I had to look the quote back up, and I'm going to see if I can quote it.
Doctors are people who prescribe medicines of which they know very little for diseases of which they understand even less to people Whom which they understand nothing.
That's strong.
That was Voltaire.
Now granted it was early and granted there's been a lot of scientific advancements and granted there's a lot of different pharmaceuticals and a lot of different this and a lot of different that out there.
The world has changed from a science perspective.
Now what's interesting is that if you were to take the time To read the Bible, specifically the Gospels, you would see a number of miraculous healings that take place.
And almost every time those healings take place, and I'm not going to say almost every time, you could come up with a percentage pretty easy.
I'm going to bet it's 60%.
Jesus basically prescribes, go and sin no more.
It appears that Jesus is saying that the cause of sickness and death is sin.
Now, whether he's referring to the original fall of mankind, the very first sin, or whether he's referring to the actual sins that the person committed during their life, increasing upon them, but Jesus, if you were to say, He's the creator of mankind, which I do if you would say nobody's had more understanding in this world ever than Jesus, which I believe.
Then he's saying that the cause of it.
is not just the terrible things you've done in your life, theoretically, also the terrible things that have been done to you by others, also theoretically the things that have been done by all of your forefathers, going back to the very first sin recorded, which is Adam, then you would see two very opposite versions of what makes us sick.
Now, going through those articles, I found the most compelling piece of the article that the culprit is the vaccines.
The part where I think it was Pierre Corey talks about how the ambulances have been called to be on standby at a vastly higher rate at the vaccine clinics than at any other point in American history.
In other words, The doctors knew that that vaccine could cause a very serious side effect that would need a medical intervention nearly instantaneously, and they wanted to save lives in spite of the fact that they were still giving people the jab.
How far does the Hippocratic Oath actually go?
And what happened to the doctors who were holed out saying, hey, first do no harm.
These vaccines are hurting people.
Well, our government and our leaders, or our anointed ones above us, have decided that doctors should be sort of the highest level of intelligence in our society and should be rewarded as such.
I say bullshit, and I return to Voltaire's quote again.
Doctors are people who prescribe medicines of which they know very little for diseases of which they know very less to people of which they know nothing.

Beginning in the 1990s when I was searching out videotapes for the truth and I was on a mailing list in Los Angeles and this guy had probably four or five hundred different videotapes and that was the old internet library of take a look I ended up getting I don't know 40 or 50 of them and that's when I first came across
Jim Fetcher's presentation on a VHS in, I believe this was 1992, a presentation where he gave the top 10 reasons for JFK being assassinated by members of our own government.
I was going to take that point somewhere.
Oh, yeah, the doctors.
One of the tapes that I got was Dead Doctors Don't Lie.
And this was a presentation from a guy going through the training, pretty much as you were talking about, Brian, that they receive one semester of health training and they're trained by the pharmaceutical companies.
And the average age of death of a medical doctor when for the data that he Showed everybody as part of his presentation was, I believe, you know, 59 comes to mind.
That would be tremendously young, but it was tremendously young.
And he was just pointing out that human beings should really consider who's giving your advice on health and how that plays out for the whole profession of medical doctors.
And the data that he demonstrated was pretty damning.
All right, let's go on.
Oh, that actually was the break.
Now, some progress.
I've taken a look at responses.
And this is Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Jane.
Ruby opioids fraud end in devious $2 billion fine.
So this is a story about a major pharmaceutical company who developed a drug and the company decided that they would lie And claim that the drug is safe and that kids wouldn't die.
But it wasn't safe.
And they lied about the data.
Oh, no problem.
And they covered it up.
I'm just making the point of this one story here of the Dr. Rubin and Divier.
And when the kids did die and they did uncover it, it was a two Billion dollar fine.
Apparently, the jury concluded that the reasons the company gave for lying and then covering up what they knew would result in the deaths of children didn't sit well for the jury.
And that's where we're going, ladies and gentlemen, is if we can get the truth, we'll be on a good path.
And then this is a French court breaking pharma giant found guilty of aggregate aggravated fraud and involuntary manslaughter.
So again, this is a knowing that the product that you are saying is going to help people be healthy actually kills them.
And then he covered up.
Florida is an interesting case.
Their Surgeon General, he came out with a statement saying that when the truth comes out, Pfizer will cease to exist.
Now he's pulling his punches here and that, you know, what he says is a start.
I mean, okay.
But see, if you're a leader, what you're going to do is you're going to want to protect the public.
And if, excuse me, this data is so damning, he has to graduate to the point of demanding a criminal investigation and arrests.
An arrest is the legal tool to stop an apparent crime in progress.
But we have, um, Well, the question is, I like the Florida Surgeon General.
this breakthrough.
Otherwise, we're going to keep getting dominated.

Well, the question is, I like the Florida Surgeon General.
I think he's one of these very few people who will stand up for what he believes to be right.
And I think that's noteworthy.
And he's trying to do so in a community of doctors who are very quickly getting rich compared to the rest of us slaves.
But I would suggest that if you think that the medical industry is corrupted, I would suggest that the American Bar Association is under the same influence of corruption.
And at the end of the day, it's the American Bar Association and its members, whatever influences seem to be existent, that are influencing the lawyers, the prosecutors, and the judges to do this or that or the other.
If we are to clean out our society's problems, and let's just call Pfizer a problem because obviously money drives their decisions a lot more than the Nuremberg codes do, then you're going to need the assistance of prosecutors and the American Bar Association.

It's just a question of How committed are we to trying to adhere to traditional law and order in a civilized society?
And I would say that that entire concept has waned with the fact that we've chosen to sit in front of our televisions and let them tell us how to think, rather than going back to Black's Law Dictionary and going back to William Blackstone's commentaries on the laws of New England, which are the foundation of our Western system.
Remember, Blackstone's commentaries on the laws of New England was what our founding fathers read to get their law degrees.
The first volume is practically a theology text.

Alright, and then we got Georgia.
Brad Raffensperger.
He lied to President Trump when he told him in January 2021 in the phone call there was no fraud in the 2020 election.
Now this is part of, and there's a previous part to this that happened.
And this was the leak that happened that the Washington Post had made a phone call to Georgia and that the story of the time here it is right here at the Washington Post and that the report was is that Trump called and told Georgia to find the fraud and that wasn't the case and that took finding the recording of the phone call in the trash of a computer file in order to prove that.
But now We have that Katherine Engelbrecht, she released a legal affidavit on her meeting with Raffensperger in early December of 2020.
And that the key takeaway is that they were able to identify 67,000 votes cast that did not qualify under the legal definition of a vote.
And then Trump called and Raffensperger said, oh yeah, yeah, we haven't found any fraud.
That looks really bad for them.
We have Maine taking Trump off of the ballot for the primary.
And how she did this, this is Shena Bellows, this woman here, is that she dictated, here she is as a democracy defender, and this was the same initial ruling of Colorado.
And they're saying that, okay, so the 14th Amendment, Section 3 says, is that if you engaged in insurrection, you can't hold a public office.
So, Trump engaged in insurrection, therefore, he isn't qualified to be on the ballot.
Now, what's missing from that legal argument is that you're saying that he is an insurrectionist.
The definition of an insurrectionist in this country is you need to be put up on charges.
You need to have a trial and you need to be convicted.
Not dictated that you're an insurrectionist or a domestic violent extremist or a terrorist or whatever.
Because the key thing with dictatorship is they just come up with a word.
And we go back to the initial frame of what we were talking about.
That this is spells.
That they're literally just saying some bullshit and they're trying to have that bullshit take power when it's only these words they made up and then they have to lie and distract you and never address this thing, this freedom, this inalienable right that was codified into the Fifth Amendment that you're free, baby.
You're free until proven guilty.
And that the it's so Orwellian on so many different levels.
The concept of limited government.
I mean, it's supposed to be within the Constitution, but they go way outside of that.
And the contest is, is that if.

Okay, so, Western law.
I am a criminal when the judge says, or the jury says, I'm a criminal.
Prior to that, it's somebody's opinion.
Fraud is a legal conclusion that a court has come to.
You can't accuse me of fraud.
You can accuse me of it, but it's just an accusation.
It has no teeth.
A charging instrument says the prosecutor believes that there's enough of the elements of the crime in place to charge me with a crime, but that a charging instrument or even an indictment is nothing until there's a legal conclusion that has been reached by a court of law.
It's the same with any potential crime.
Even if you've got eyewitness testimony from 20 different people of a murder on Fifth Avenue in New York, you don't have a legal conclusion until the court has decided that there's a legal conclusion.
Now, the difference between a lynching And a proper sentence is who hands the sentence down.
If it's a vigilante mob of journalists who hand the sentence down, it's nothing.
But if it's a proper court of law, a proper judge in a proper court or a proper jury, then it does have teeth.
We are in America, in the Western society, in Western values.
We are innocent until proven guilty.
And we must hold on to that.
Number one, I'm gonna take a look at, because they're talking out of both sides of their mouth.
I'm gonna take a look at it.
Was there fraud in the election?
Well, not until a court says there was fraud.
I don't care what an affidavit or a witness says.
There's no fraud until there's a legal conclusion of fraud.
Same thing with insurrection, which is a crime.
There's no legal conclusion of a crime until it takes place.
I wish these journalists would stop gaslighting and get their facts straight about the basics of the American legal system.
And one of the hypocrisies and ironies is for the court and for that Secretary of State in Maine to declare Trump, to dictate Trump as an insurrectionist.
Committing a crime of defrauding the court.
The irony.
And from my point of view trained in Government the way to say that cleanly and that was Brian you said that very well I was very impressed with how clean that was you've you've had a lot of experience with courts and hearing that type of talk go back and forth is that any citizen is empowered to employ the concept of prima facie on its face and Anybody can say you you're absolutely right.
You can't say that somebody is Committed fraud or that's a murder, but you can say.
By all appearances, this is what we're looking at and talk me down and that's the case of prima fascia and you just say the truth is as well.
My 2 eyes look and this is what I see here.
And prima facie evidence, unless it's refuted, is sufficient to bring charges forward.
So for Americans, when I say I encourage you to withdraw consent and demand arrests, I'm giving you the highest standard of academic and professional tools and the responsibility of being an American.
And this is just what Ben Franklin said at the end of the writing of the Constitution of what type of a government that we have.
He said a republic If you can keep it, and then as closing remarks at the Constitution Convention recorded, said that this Constitution is likely to continue for a generation or two, and then it will be subverted because tyranny is all the people are capable of.
And I have some respect for that observation, and it's another test because, you know, going back to what we're talking about with what is really going on here, Is that it does seem that whoever created this place does like competition.
Now, I'm 63 years old.
I've had a lot of competition with the evil.
You know, I haven't had any serious threats to my life.
I've pretty much been able to say what I want to say and try to engage in the improvements and the justice.
In good faith effort, I was fired four times as a public school teacher all without cause, but doors instantly opened for an even expanded platform to be more powerful.
So, and my own experience of my life is that the best things in my life just get tossed into my lap.
And it seems to be a function of just my commitment to the truth and being a good person.
And that idea for every step that you take towards justice, you have 10 steps from the other direction helping you out.
So it seems to be some sort of a fair playing field from my subjective observation.

Now, the last part, I want to play you just a couple of minutes of this because it's so fascinating.

Who are the controllers and how do we divide and conquer them, to me, is the question of the day.

Yes, it seems that everything that we have been presented with has been from a controlled opposition that only can be characterized by evil or satanic.
Whatever is the furthest on the bell curve of separation and domination, call it whatever that you want.
And it seems that we are That human beings, once they have a taste of the truth and of freedom, then it's a whole new ballgame.
And that is, you know, the hope that, for me, I keep trying to spark in people, but yet it's not in my hands.
I can't do it for them.
And it seems that people just need to be activated or charged.
There seems to be something that awakens within people.

And paradoxically, as Brian and I have discussed from time to time, the more this war goes on, both paradoxically, the crazier it seems to get, the wilder it seems, the more intense the evil that I see, and the more that I experience that the surrender to the will of God.
Now, if people have a problem with The word God, then go ahead and put their source, life, biology, universe, whatever.
Whatever has created this thing.
I think a creator is the best way, the most accurate way of saying it, just to surrender to that.
And surrender might be the wise choice, because if you fight it a lot, Like I have because you think that bad is bad and good is good and good should defeat bad and and you work for good to win and and you fight against the will of God.
We do have a role as brothers and sisters of speaking up and having a co-creative part, but at the same time.
Baby, I just think you gotta surrender to surrender to God and just be the best person that you can because it seems like that that is the status and that surrender paradoxically with taking whatever action that you choose and you know we do choose to do a lot in good faith effort.

Well, I think most people recognize that on some level, almost everybody is a slave to something.
