Three, two, one.
Hey, and welcome, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News on December the 10th.
We're two weeks from Christmas, and the year is coming to an end, and what kind of a year has it been?
So, we've got the greatest people to talk to you about what's really happening here.
We've got James Fetcher, who is the author of many books, including what happened on Sandy Hook, and JFK, And who, how, and why.
These are really historical must-haves to know what really is going on in this world today.
And he's just fantastic.
And, of course, we have returning from Russia, where he's a rock star over there, is Scott Bennett.
He's made a big hit with him.
They're going to be doing a big feature film with him, too, back there on the front lines.
And so in his book about skill games, explains all about the financial terrorism that's going on.
Then we have the one and only Brian Davidson, who's the hottest private investigator you can find.
He's a really sharp man who knows what's going on, and he tells it like it is.
So, Jim, right now, I guess at the end of this year, are we facing perspectives that we might be losing another war?
Well, Don, it's not quite the end of the year yet, but we are there as far as failure is concerned.
Here's a very nice piece.
Ukraine, another historic U.S.
war failure, all of Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and more.
The war-indebted U.S.
Empire is faltering toward its historic and final demise.
Every empire has its day in the sun.
The U.S.-Latino alliance held its first NATO-Ukraine Council meeting in Brussels.
The clichéd promises of supporting Kyiv were trotted out by one and all.
In truth, these NATO events for Ukraine are becoming yawn-fest.
The whole sordid charade is only postponing the reality that the proxy war in Ukraine is a debacle for the Western powers.
That's not something to gloat about.
It's a tragedy and an abomination.
Up to 400,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed.
I've heard estimates as up to a million, as well as tens of thousands of Russian military.
Total casualty figures are no doubt in the millions.
Moreover, millions of civilians have been displaced as refugees in Russia and throughout Europe.
Hundreds of billions of dollars and euros have been raided from Western taxpayers to fund this bloody fiasco.
Not only that, but international tensions have been heightened between nuclear powers in a perilous pitch not seen since the Cuban Rissle Crisis in 1962.
Washington needs to come to its senses, negotiate a peaceful settlement on Moscow's terms.
It's as simple and blunt as that.
This could have been achieved before the conflict erupted in February 2022, when Moscow was offering a negotiable security treaty.
The West, however, rejected those terms out of hand.
Now it will have to accept them.
The conditions most important are there be no further NATO enlargement around Russia's borders and no inclusion of Ukraine In the American-led bellicose military bloc.
Attending the summit was U.S.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken, as well as Ukraine's foreign minister and those of 30 NATO member states.
Kubola, Ukraine's foreign minister, declared with delusional disconnect We are pretty much becoming a de facto NATO army.
He may somewhat be correct that Ukraine has been used as a proxy for NATO, but it's a spent and decimated one.
Nevertheless, Biden says he'll deploy U.S.
troops to fight in Russia if 100 billion more in Ukraine aid is not approved.
We've committed as a NATO member to defend every inch of NATO territory, and if Russia were to attack a NATO member, which isn't even remotely in the cards, we'll have something we don't seek and don't have today, American troops fighting Russian troops.
We cannot let Putin win.
Extreme Republicans are playing chicken with our national security claims, hoeing Ukraine's funding hostage to their extreme partisan border policies.
My God!
Calling Republican border policies extreme is such an illusion in and of itself.
The Biden regime is ratcheted up with more fear-mongering and baseless talking points about Russia's military objectives in the face of resistance by members of Congress to not approve more funding.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I did a interview on Russia today on this very subject, and we'll play it maybe later on, but I addressed this Biden threat against the American people, saying he would deploy American troops against Russia.
First of all, having been there, having been in Russia, having seen the Russian military, the Russian mercenaries, the special volunteer groups, I'll tell you this, Jim, Without a doubt, the Russian military would destroy the American military, technologically and morally.
And I don't say that in any way of an exaggerated term.
I say it as a military officer.
The Russian military and the Russian volunteers are fighting for their lives, their homeland, their families.
They're fighting an existential threat.
They're fighting against an invasion by NATO in the United States since 2014, even longer.
This has been a long war for them, but 2014 is when this kicked off, and they've known that the West, and specifically the United States and Britain and NATO, has been behind these Nazi thug fanatics that have been brainwashed.
And Russia is sending, you know, all of its volunteers.
It hasn't even mobilized, really, its military.
The fighting force of volunteers.
But the United States military wouldn't be able to survive, especially with the rainbow flag, woke-ism, diseasing their minds and collapsing their morale.
The technology side is pretty much equal, which means it comes down to the fighting men.
There wouldn't be nuclear weapons involved.
So, this nonsense that Biden is threatening the American people saying, if you don't continue to fund Ukraine, which arguably was the reason why the American public overthrew the Congress and voted in Republicans, and if the Republicans want to stay alive,
They'll continue to deny Ukraine all funding, but to claim that he would send troops, I think is absolutely ridiculous, and I said this on the RT interview, anyone that voted for that would be gone.
They would be thrown out in the next election, and furthermore, it could seriously cause No one, of course, in the United States to show up.
If they think they could initiate a draft for this, they really have another thing coming.
This is something that could cause a massive civil war in the country, because no one wants to go over and fight Russia, especially in the dead of winter, where Russia Russia and winter are like Cinderella and Prince Charming, but winter to the United States is like the Wicked Witch of the East, so Russians can handle winter in a totally different way, and that's something the American people really don't Truly understand and appreciate.
So, I think this Biden-Democrat collapse in Ukraine is only going to continue to fizzle out, but any attempts to initiate hostilities against Russia would not only be met with defeat, but I think it would cause a collapse within the United States government and among the population, Jim.
Wow.
Brian, Brian.
Well, I don't know how much has changed this last week in terms of what's been going on over there, but there was a French reporter that reported that 400 square kilometers of Ukraine was put into an arrangement with George Soros' son, Alexander Soros, and basically Soros is brokering a deal to dispose of toxic waste
And it's been a real hush-hush backdoor deal, but he wants 400 kilometers of good solid black soil to get rid of toxic waste for all of his corporate clients.
And I just think it's kind of funny and ironic that they're willing to sell out that piece of property.
Apparently, word came all the way from Zelensky's office that the deal was going to go through.
I've been doing some extra research on Zelensky.
I'm convinced the guy's nothing more than a Nazi.
Jewish Nazi himself.
There's a good article that came out in globalresearch.ca entitled, Who is Vladimir Zelensky?
And there was a lot that I learned in that article about his past and his history and what the Azov battalion actually is.
And I'm convinced that the guy is some sort of weird Jewish Nazi that is controlled by Western powers and was installed in 2014.
And they're a whole lot just like him in Israel today, sad to say.
Meanwhile, the Al-Qassam Brigades have destroyed 28 more Zionist vehicles in Gaza just in a 24-hour period.
This was back on December 4th.
Al-Qassam Brigades managed to completely or partially destroy 28 Zionist military vehicles.
We're talking about tanks and armored personnel carriers.
In all the combat fronts in Gaza, Abu Abdai, a military spokesman for Al Qasim Brigade, said this evening, Abu Abdai explained that Al Qasim fighters targeted the infiltrating forces at their bases and positioned with anti-portification shells and anti-personnel explosives, engaging them at close range and confirmed death among them.
They also bombarded the military gathering with high-caliber mortar shells and directed intense rocket barrages toward various targets at different ranges inside the Zionist entity.
What's happening is Hamas is beating the hell out of Israel.
Listen to Scott Ritter.
How many times can I keep going back to this cheerful message?
Thank you for making the show happen.
Okay, I'm working on it.
I love to be insulted.
Don't ask stupid questions.
Happy holidays.
Simi from Kenya.
Haaretz Newspapers said the Israeli army admits that a thousand officers and soldiers have been injured since the beginning of the war on Gaza, including 202 seriously injured.
What is the impact of this result on the possible resumption of attacks on Gaza?
Look, the bottom line is Israel got brought to a standstill by Hamas.
Israel wasn't winning the ground war.
Benjamin Netanyahu said going in that he was not going to accept any ceasefires and he would not exchange prisoners.
Good God, Day 6?
It's not a ceasefire though, it's a pause.
Because politically we can't call it a ceasefire, but it's the same thing.
It's a ceasefire.
And they're exchanging prisoners, things that Netanyahu... Why?
Because the IDF was getting their butts handed to them.
Not just in Gaza, but more importantly, up north on the Lebanese border against Hezbollah.
Israeli newspapers have come out and basically said that there's nothing the Israeli military could do to stop Hezbollah from taking over Galilee.
That's northern Israel, guys.
There's nothing, nothing they can do to stop it.
If Israel resumes their offensive against the Gazans, against the Palestinian people, As they have done.
Not only will their army be destroyed there, but their army will be liquidated in the north.
So, you know, Netanyahu's in a tough place.
He's literally backed himself into a corner with his own rhetoric.
He's trapped himself.
I think his best option right now is to get as many prisoners out, as many hostages out as he can, get them all out.
That means you have to exchange all the Palestinians that you've arrested over the years, the thousands that you're holding without charge, that you're torturing and beating on a daily basis.
Get rid of them, man.
Empty your prisons.
Save lives.
Go down in history at least with that, because right now, Netanyahu's going down in history as the guy who destroyed Israel.
Remember, he was destroying Israel before October 7th.
He's the guy that rewrote the basic law about the judiciary, getting legislative control over the judicial branch so that he wouldn't go to jail.
He's a corrupt individual.
If he resigns now and he doesn't have protections, he'll go on trial.
He'll be found guilty.
He'll spend the rest of his life in jail.
That's what he's scared of.
This is what it's all about, ladies and gentlemen.
This is what's going on here.
This is Benjamin Netanyahu trying to save Benjamin Netanyahu, not doing the right thing either by Israel, by the Palestinians, by the world.
This is an extraordinarily corrupt and selfish man.
Hopefully, his time is soon over as the Prime Minister of Israel.
Fascinating.
Meanwhile, perhaps because they're being beaten above ground, Israel is ready to risk a plan to flood miles of the Gaza terror tunnel with seawater.
Israel's military has put in place a controversial high-risk plan to flood Gaza's vast network of underground tunnels with seawater.
High-powered pumps have already been set up at key locations.
The plan is to force the militants above ground or drown them using a series of pumps to pull water from the Mediterranean, expected to provide enough to flood the tunnels within weeks.
According to details in the Wall Street Journal, U.S.
defense officials have been briefed with the pumps now in place, but it's not clear the Israelis have pulled the trigger yet.
The Defense Forces finished assembling large seawater trumps roughly one mile north of the Al-Shadi Refugees Camp around the middle of last month.
Each of the five pumps can draw water from the sea and move thousands of cubic meters per hour into the tunnels, flooding them within weeks.
Some officials have been cited as expressing concern about the plan.
I'll call you when I'm free.
Also, given the potential to kill more civilians and further destroy the Strip's infrastructure.
A primary issue, of course, is some 137 Israeli and foreign hostages remain in captivity.
Very likely, many or all are being kept within the tunnel system.
Hamas even has subterranean offices and command centers there.
Israel has identified at least 800 tunnels, but believe the network is still much larger than what is known.
We are not sure how successful pumping will be, since nobody knows the details of the tunnels and the ground around them.
It's impossible to know how seawater will drain in tunnels no one has seen in date.
There's a question of the seawater destroying altogether what's left of the already damaged freshwater system, which draws on Gaza's increasingly saltier aquifer.
The whole blotting could also bring down more buildings or entire blocks, making the place uninhabitable for years to come.
Wim Zimburg, who studied the impact of water on the environment in the Middle East, said assuming about one-third of the tunnel network is already damaged, Israel would have to pump roughly a million cubic meters of seawater to disable the rats.
We have a video about it, but the sound doesn't play.
So I'll just talk about it as we take a look at some of the... Well, actually, we won't even do that.
This is actually relatively modest compared to many of the other tunnels which are large enough to drive a truck through.
Scott, your thoughts?
You're muted.
Muted.
This is a terrible crime.
Crime against humanity.
It's an act of international violation of law.
It's, you know, an endless demonstration of the corruption and the viciousness and the demonism that animates Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israelis and the IDF forces.
To look at the, what, 20,000 Palestinians who've been killed so far.
This genocide, extermination from God.
The only thing that's lacking is an international military response.
So that's what I'm looking for is when are the international countries, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, all of the Muslim African you know, Arabic world going to stop any and all trade and any and all relationship with Israel?
And why isn't Turkey cutting off the oil that goes through Turkey into Israel?
There's a lot of actions that should be done if this is going to have any significant meaning.
But I think the other thing to watch is how the Arab world has warmed up to Russia and Putin specifically, and is increasingly showing a cold shoulder to Biden in the United States.
Jim?
Brian?
Well, Biden in the United States are unfortunately tied so tightly to Israel that they really are pulling our strings.
It almost feels like many portions of our Congress Are absolutely on the strings of the Zionists who basically tell them what to do.
The propaganda is getting very thick and the problem in Israel right now is that there is actually a right-wing party that is fighting pretty seriously against Netanyahu right now.
And, you know, there was an idea from George Orwell's 1984 that You know, the more a society clings to lies, the more it begins to hate the truth speakers who are coming out and speaking about it.
Well, what's happening is that Netanyahu's got a resistance that's beginning to speak a lot of truth over there in Israel, and they're doing everything they can to sort of shut them down, drive them out, and keep them quiet.
But it seems like his detractors, Netanyahu's detractors, are gaining more and more traction every day.
As for this war crime of flooding the tunnels.
If they want to destroy the infrastructure like that, hey, they've done everything they wanted to do at this point in time.
Israel's basically been conducting an incredibly vicious and lethal occupation for years in that particular area.
And those Palestinians, they don't have any basic rights, like freedom of movement, freedom of speech.
And basically, if they resist in any way, they're tried by an Israeli military court and subjected to harsh Punitive punishment.
So, it doesn't surprise me that they would be willing to flood them out.
You know, as for Hamas, I believe that they were a construct of Israel since the beginning.
Sort of a boogeyman that they could use to get away with things.
But it sounds to me like there's an actual military resistance that's coming out of this... What was the group that you just mentioned?
Something different.
What was it called?
Not Hezbollah.
All Qasim Brigades Destroy 28 Zionist Vehicles in Gaza.
Hey, guess what?
Israel's encountered actual resistance and they can't play the old the victim card anymore.
Like with Hamas, oh there's all the dead babies.
They put them in ovens and they cut their heads off and they rape the girls and they They'll, I mean, they'll rape babies, whatever.
I mean, now they're actually, they're actually requiring, uh, encountering military resistance and it's kind of funny to see them get their asses handed to them on a plate.
So, uh, maybe they'll, maybe these right-wing politicians in Israel will start getting some more traction and Netanyahu will get taken out.
It appears they've taken out well over 100, probably over 150 Israeli tanks and armored personnel carriers.
Meanwhile, Israel's strategy is cold and calculated, lacks any sense of decency.
This is from day 60, just a couple of days ago.
I have a theory about it.
I believe they put all the data into a computer, used AI to calculate the most efficient way to kill the most people in the shortest period of time, because these computers are not thinking things, because they have no compassion, no empathy, and no ethics.
I believe the result is precisely the strategy they've adopted today.
Health, safety and humanitarian updates.
Israel vows attacks in the south will be worse than in the north.
Remember, they encourage everyone in the north to go to the south and they have a more concentrated target population and can kill more Unicef spokesman said that alleged Gaza safe zones are actually zones of death, with increased risk for disease.
James Elder, spokesman, says Israeli authorities are fully aware of the dire consequences in the alleged safe zones.
The decision to push 80% of the population in a zone 4% the size of Gaza is cold and calculated and lacks any sense of decency.
Jan Gunis.
Monday night was terrifying for residents of Jan Gunis and Rafa and 1.5 million evacuees.
There's been non-stop heavy artillery shelling, relentless airstrikes, mass bombardment.
The vast majority of residential homes and public facilities, schools, hospitals, medical centers, and shops on the eastern side of Jan Gunis have been completely destroyed.
Meanwhile, people were to evacuate in the middle of the night and early morning under heavy bombardment.
Ambulances tried to get to the eastern side where people were stranded and were caught under heavy bombardment, shot at, could not evacuate any of the injured or bring out those who were killed.
NASA Medical Complex in Kanunis has called for blood donations because a high number of severely injured arriving every hour.
26 of 35 hospitals in Gaza are out of service.
52 of 72 primary health care centers have been shut down.
Officials are reporting Israeli jet-dropped phosphorus bombs northeast of Ganyunas, where white phosphorus used in civilian areas is a war crime because of extremely dangerous effects on the human body, igniting instantly in contact with oxygen.
It can burn through the entire human body through bone, causing severe excruciating damage.
It can also cause extreme harm if inhaled.
Risk of suffocation, cardiovascular failure, coma, death, lifelong effects.
It can burn up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.
How you like that on your body?
Here, the BBC gave an accurate translation on the ride, but the propaganda outlet is trying to reverse.
They're getting out some truth.
For the correct said, the Israelis came at 10 in the morning, told us it was a deal.
We were suffering from difficult circumstance.
Tear gas was fired.
We were wearing head covers all the time.
The situation was humiliated and included physiological torture in addition to cutting off electricity for the prisoners.
We were suffering from the cold without the electricity, and no one helped us.
Only Hamas cared.
Those who felt our suffering, I thank them very much, and we love them very much.
Can't get away with hostages or reporting anything good about Hamas.
Sight translated, just regarding the last couple passages.
Two, they imprisoned us for a month.
Winter came, they cut off the electricity.
We almost died from the cold weather.
They sprayed us with pepper spray and left us to die inside the prisoners.
No love there for Hamas.
Meanwhile, Here's a piece that's satirical but actually gets to a key point.
This was a hypothetical address of the Secretary General of the U.N., Ban Ki-moon, to the General Assembly.
With each passing year, we come closer to our past.
Every year brings momentous anniversaries of events that shaped our world.
We have recently marked the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II.
And of the United Nations itself.
These two events, inextricably linked, form the basis of what we have come to know as a modern era, the post-war era.
For me, Secretary General, looking back where the UN started and where it is now, I am charged with guiding the world body through unknown and uncertain territory.
Terrorism has long since replaced arms control and detente as a focus of international security, yet the term defies definition.
One country's terrorist is another country's revolutionary hero.
Some insist terrorists are opposed to democracy, but we have all seen democracies behave like terrorists.
You people know Israel is the only state to be given a conditional admission under General Assembly Resolution 273.
Israel was admitted on the condition it grant all Palestinians the right to return to their homes and receive compensation for lost or damaged property.
This is embedded in UN General Assembly Revolution 194.
Suffice to say, Israel has never lived up to those terms and never intended to.
For 60 years, Israel has violated its terms of admission.
For 60 years, the UN has done nothing about it.
It has watched as Israel hit misery upon misery on Palestine and violated international law with impunity.
After Operation Casselet, no person, no country, no democracy can look at Israel without thinking of the inhuman slaughter and destruction committed by the Axis powers in World War II, though one could have said the same about numerous past massacres.
What atrocities might the world have been spared if the UN had refused to admit Israel 60 years ago?
Of course, The immediate post-war world was a different time.
The world had just witnessed the horrors of Hitler's racist excesses and collective Western guilt for the Holocaust, dictated attitude toward the idea of a Jewish state.
Even the UN could not withstand the moral pressure.
On November 29, 1947, it passed General Assembly Revolution 181, the Partition Plan, to carve a Jewish state out of Arab Palestine.
However, It was never ratified by the Security Council and so does not exist in law, which means the U.N.
played no role in the creation of Israel.
Nevertheless, a partition plan was utterly illegal and a violation of the U.N.
Charter because the U.N.
had no right or power to take land from one people and give it to another.
Here we have a British international legal expert talking about bringing charges against Netanyahu.
Other world leaders in different states have talked about their concern about genocide.
They, in my view, once they reach that view, have a positive duty to do certain acts to prevent it.
One of which would be to seek interim measures or temporary measures from the International Court of Justice.
So that's the court that deals with interstate disputes, all kinds, border disputes, Whatever you like.
And this, the International Court of Justice has jurisdiction on genocide and has actually taken measures at the request of third party states.
A clear recent example is the Gambia, which took Myanmar to the International Court of Justice and obtained temporary measures to seek the end of certain acts against their Rohingya.
So there's a very recent example of a third party state, not involved in the conflict, to do with the Rohingya, going to the International Court of Justice and seeking such a, if you like, an injunction or an interim order to try and bring that to an end.
And in my view, that is what should be happening.
That would be the obvious thing for third party states to do to try and stop what's going on.
Really a wonderful statement.
I would observe that, while that was a satirical piece authored by Greg Felton, it's based on UN documents and its contents are accurate and true.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the only thing that matters is the force that comes out of the power of a gun.
That's the only way that the Israelis are going to be influenced.
That's the only thing they understand is the power of the gun, power of death and violence.
That's all they've done for 60, 70 years.
Violence and death and destruction of everything around them, except, you know, for the interest of expanding their conquest.
It's just like the American cavalry treating the Indians.
I mean, this is, What gets nauseatingly tiresome is the absence of any real commitment to put the gun of militancy against Israel or the gun of economic, you know, you know, sanctioning and cutting off Israel in every respect.
No nation should have anything to do with Israel, not economically, not diplomatically.
That's the only way to influence them, to tell them in no uncertain terms, we will not tolerate.
- Uh-oh.
Come on, Scott.
Brian, go ahead.
We'll pick up with Scott when he returns.
Well, I was just doing a little bit of research on this International Court of Justice because it seems odd that America hasn't been named as defendant in a number of different lawsuits since we've conducted so many CIA coups and assassinations around the world.
The International Court of Justice didn't seem to care about the The pipeline that got blown up over there in Sweden, the International Court of Justice doesn't seem to care about the atrocities that have taken place in Ukraine.
And so I doubt that the International Court of Justice is ever going to be effective at At, you know, prosecuting or persecuting the West for the crimes that we engage in.
So I expect that Israel would also be largely exempt from anything that comes out of the Hague as well.
It's supposedly the principal judicial organ of the United Nations.
I don't trust a single one of them.
I see it all as a New York-based sort of center for globalism.
Rather than some sort of organization that can actually help bring justice to the Palestinians or anybody else for that matter.
Well, we look forward to Scott rejoining here shortly.
We'll get his additional thoughts.
Meanwhile, hypocrisy at the Hague.
Why is it so easy for the international criminal courts to charge Russians but not Israelis?
In the first week of the Gaza-Israel war, the ICC prosecutor issued a statement where he said impeding aid to Gaza could be a crime.
It was later revealed to have traveled to Israel and is being accused of stalling the court investigation into war crimes.
If this is not a case that calls for an international tribunal, then the Rome statute should be null and void, said American attorney Stanley Cohen.
On October 29th, ICC prosecutor Karim Khan issued a warning to the Israeli government that impeding transfer of aid to Gaza could give rise to criminal responsibility under the Rome Statute.
However, during his speech delivered in Cairo, he notably based much greater focus on the Hamas-led attack of October 7th than on what the Israeli military has done in the Gaza Strip.
Following the prosecutor's remarks, there have been questions raised as to whether the court will prove useful in addressing crimes committed across Palestine and Israel.
Renowned American attorney Stanley Cohen addressed Karim Khan's remarks.
Khan said Khan made rather affirmative declaratory arguments about what Hamas, what the Qassim brigades did do, how, when, where, what happened.
In the absence of any independent examination, in the absence of any independent evidence based upon, to some degree, propaganda distortion, alternative intelligence information put out there, Cohen went on to state that if I were one of the attorneys representing Palestine in front of the ICC, given the commentary the prosecutor made, I might ask him to recuse himself.
In March 2021, the ICSC officially opened a probe what it said were war crimes committed in Palestine by all parties involved since June 13th of 2014.
This would technically mean crimes recently committed could be subjected to investigation and those responsible in theory prosecuted.
In 2021, Israel's top rights group, B'Tsem, along with Human Rights Watch, declared the Israeli government was operating a regime of apartheid against the Palestinians.
In 2022, Amnesty International followed suit.
Issuing its own lengthy report demonstrated why it also had decided to accuse Israel of apartheid.
The ICC has the right, under their own statute, to prosecute those who commit that crime.
However, as the U.S.-based think tank Arab Center Washington, D.C.
noted in September, Little has been done in the past few years by the ICC, despite the prosecutor professor's desire to improve the credibility of the court and his private protestations that he cares about the question of Palestine.
Despite Israel having stated it will not cooperate with the ICC, protesting its announced probe into war crimes in 2021, The families of Israelis killed on October 7 have urged the court to launch an investigation into alleged crimes committed by Hamas.
This puts the Israeli government in a tough position, since it's repeatedly stated the ICC has no jurisdiction in its territory.
Hamas, on the other side, welcomed the ICC probe into war crimes while defending its own actions.
Commenting on the question why the IC has yet to move forward and indict those responsible for crimes committed in occupied Palestine, Stanley Cohen replied, they return an indictment against Putin on the basis of ex parte claims, certainly probable cause, within four days in the case of Israel.
You've had nine years to find, investigate, corroborate systemic violations of international law, the violation of the law of war, human rights violations, collective punishment, violations of humanitarian code, crimes against humanity, war crimes.
So here is a photo of its location.
He had it.
I don't know why it's taken two years.
There should be an ongoing investigation right now.
I was involved in the preliminary application for the ICC.
There have been hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of declarations, affidavits, video films, admissions statements over the last nine years.
They have them all.
The cynic in me imagines or wonders whether this, the same beast would have taken the speed if the targets were African, if they were black.
Because the ICC has a history of moving with deliberate speed when it involves African defendants or targets or people of color.
Since a child death toll in Gaza alone as a result of Israel's war is more than six times higher than a total Israeli civilian death toll from October 7, it begs the question whether the ICC is viewing crimes committed against Palestinians with the same seriousness.
If that case goes forward and investigates the never-ending list of war crimes committed across Palestine and Israel, it could perhaps rescue some of the legitimacy in a court which has been repeatedly accused by African leaders of wrongfully targeting.
In fact, during the majority of the ICC indictment, I'm going to hand out to those on the continent of Africa.
Some have even suggested the ICC should be renamed the African Criminal Court.
Meanwhile, we have Brother Nathaniel addressing what's going on here.
It's on perpetual rewind.
The Jewish state has a right to defend itself.
No, it does not.
The hate conventions and the International Court of Justice designate the Jewish state as an occupying power with no right to even exist.
But what does international law have to do with it?
It's just a second-hand emotion as far as the yids are concerned.
They have their own law, self-preservation, and the hell with the goyim who put together humanitarian laws.
Satan has the floor.
Netanyahu takes orders from the generals, not vice versa.
We all knew as Jewish kids that Israel is a military dictatorship, not a democracy.
Talmudic through and through this human-animals thing.
The goyim, according to the rabbis, have a second-hand soul, bereft of divinity, of which all yids by birth are given by some cheap rabbi in heaven.
It's a license to murder.
The murderous kaiq thus can glibly declare a war crime.
You may ask, how is it that whatever the Jew accuses others of is not pinned on him?
Because all looks yellow to the jaundiced eye.
But when the Yid peeks at himself, all is rinsed and lippy clean.
I'll be honest, I am angry.
I am angry with the world that allowed the dehumanization of Israelis and sanitized the terrorism of Hamas.
I must say, I love this show and I love this network, but I've got to ask, who is writing the scripts?
Hamas, the people who did this, they are not fighters, Jonathan.
They are not militants.
And I'm looking right at the camera.
They are terrorists.
It is a barbarian.
What's wrong with this picture?
The lips are curled.
The lower lip protrudes with bloodthirst.
Murder pours forth from the left eye, while the right eye remains placid, a deceptive mix.
Monkey ears jut out an inhuman point, sticks out from the top of his skull.
It's the personification of the Jewish murder machine, right before your eyes.
If anyone is a terrorist or barbarian, it is the Jew through and through.
Countless testimonies have poured forth from Palestinian children, women, and teens who were raped and tortured both by Israeli interrogators and imprisoned by Jewish settlers and their satanic ilk.
Yet Hamas, and prove me otherwise, you can't, has treated each and every hostage with humanitarian care.
The released hostages say, but the Jews won't let it be known, that the only thing the hostages feared in Gaza were the Israeli Hellfire missiles bombarding the tunnels.
Talk about Hellfire!
The Hannibal Directive!
Mass Hannibal!
How many stories, by the way, of researchers who received, through a cell phone, the phones of the shopping malls in the communities, and helped them with the taste of the gun and the assistance in the communities, on a cell phone, in front of the shopping malls?
From there came, probably, also the rumors that the army will blow up all kinds of houses in the communities, also cannibalism, all kinds of conspiracy theories that ran in the early days.
You see, the aim of the Hannibal Directive was to stop Hamas from capturing Israelis who could be used for prisoner swaps.
Namely, slay them so they would not be used as negotiation bait.
Read between the Yiddishy lines, please, Mr. Sleaze Jonathan Greenblach.
actually it's right up front The Yids will slay their own.
All those precious Jewish Mamashie and Kinderlach must drop dead just to keep Hamas from gaining a political edge by doing prisoner swaps.
-And that's what happened. -We don't know. We had a few holes in the middle of the day when the Yerry started with the Mascari and Kattmann on the ground, when they saw the mass coming and forth. -No, I can't believe it was in the idea.
If he did it on purpose, then he did it on purpose.
If there were kidnappings, then it's something else.
Noel Hanibal probably did it on purpose, because as soon as they realized there was a kidnapping, they immediately said, guys, this is Hanibal.
And those precious Jewish hostages die intentionally from Israeli fire.
My dear precious Goyim, Hannibal exists wherever a human being breathes.
You are a human shield that Hamas hides behind.
The Jews will kill you and the entire world population of human shields just so they can have their ancestral homeland that God kicked them out of so many times and definitively in 70 and 135 A.D.
The Jewish murder machine extends beyond the borders of Gaza and Israel all the way to the shores of you and me.
The war against the Palestinian children is waged by every single hack on Capitol Hill.
The senile pervert in the White House and his entire staff of kikes in every possible rank, file and office.
The war against the Palestinian children is waged by every single evangelical who worships Jews more than he worships Jesus.
The war against the Palestinian children is waged by the yids who own the media, run academia, own YouTube and Google, and finance the war machine via the Fed and its entire consortium of Jew-run central banks and equity firms throughout the Western world.
How do we stop the Jewish War Machine?
Don't put a gag in my mouth, and I'll stop them dead in their tracks!
From a Christian perspective and it's I think a growing voice among people of faith and various religious orders are all recognizing that the simple pure evil behind Israel's actions and the simple pure evil behind its ideology of
uh apartheid and goyim attitude and and all the rest of this this psychosis that uh permeates a deformed and diseased mind known as the israeli mind and i as i've said before before they cut me off and knocked me off the program The only thing the Israelis understand is the power of the gun and the power of complete economic isolation and legal action.
And the world needs to do all three.
Legal action, sanctioning Israel from every product and service, and using the power of the gun to defend the innocent.
Jim?
Brian?
Well, let me make this very clear.
I did read the Brother Nathaniel, the transcript of what he said, and I tend to agree with him.
I want to be very clear about something in terms of my take on this as a Christian.
I don't believe that these people that are calling themselves Israel today actually have anything to do with actual Israel in the Bible.
There's a new covenant and there's an old covenant, and the new covenant is very simple, that people who recognize God in Christ are the sons of God, sharers of the inheritance.
Uh, and, and part of the real family of Abraham.
Now, just this week, the Pope came out and basically called Satan, uh, the father.
Let's see.
It was exactly the Pope called Lucifer, God and the father of Christ.
I have a take on a lot of the organizations that call themselves religious.
Um, and I believe that most of them are, Consumed with an actual worshipping of an old religious god, the old gods.
I see Israel very clearly.
If you just look at their flag, you've got a hexagram right there.
That's the phallus and the chalice come together.
You've got the six pointed stars, the 666.
There's so much that's evil about the hexagram itself.
Remember, put a hex on somebody is even American-style voodoo.
I have a lot of very deep concerns about what we call religion out there in the world today.
And I think real religion is summed up pretty simply in love your neighbor as you would love yourself and you'll be okay when it's all said and done.
Very good.
And let me just say one thing on that, Jim.
What Brian said is very significant.
What is most astounding in this time, in these days, last days, the end times, is the complete darkening of the American Christian mind.
The American Christian Church is completely consumed with the insanity of Christian Zionism.
Christian Zionism permeates every church, every pulpit, In this ecstasy, like dancing southern preachers with bottles of poison and snakes.
I mean, this is right out of the same fanaticism.
The Christian Zionism fanaticism animating the modern American Christian Church.
is fearful, it's striking.
It shows me that this country is being given over to madness, that the abomination of desolation is in the church, because the church is teaching its members, and its members with their itching ears are swallowing it, that somehow political Israel represents a mandate that every Christian has to
Donate and support and pray for and give all of their political adoration towards political Israel because of the Christian apocalyptic revelational end times
Armageddon, Gog Magog, all of that mysticism, all of that cartoonish, end-time prophetic interpretation, this is manifesting into a political ideology that is infecting every aspect of our government, our media, and our church.
And the modern American church, regardless of The denomination.
I think Catholic, Baptist, Protestant, Mormon, you know, I'm not going to go on to those.
I think a lot of them are completely false teachers, false churches, that God's going to say, depart from me ye who do iniquity, I never knew you.
But this is something to behold, that the modern American Christian Church has been completely consumed with this fever of Christian Zionism.
And I don't know if there's going to be an awakening out of it, or if this country is going to continue like lemmings going over the cliff into this oblivion.
But it's important to recognize Christian Zionism ...animates this country's church in a very corrosive, insane, destructive way.
Jim?
Discussing with a fellow who's far more knowledgeable about these matters than I, he observes Islam acknowledges both Christianity and Judaism, that Christianity acknowledges Judaism but not Islam, that the Jews do not acknowledge either Christianity or Islam, and of course are very proprietary, they're God of vengeance.
If you read the Old Testament even, it's just laden with genocide after genocide.
So I think that the Jews believe in Israel that they're acting in accordance with God's will, however monstrous that may appear to the rational world.
Meanwhile, let us continue The ADL admits Israel has lost the yank.
Check out the sign.
Israel's killing children again.
Enjoy your weekend.
Here's Henry Mackow.
Leaked audio.
ADL Chief John Greenblatt says it's no longer left versus right on Israel.
It's old versus yank.
Polling shows Israel has totally lost the sympathy of millennials and Gen Z.
Israel planning for Gaza will last over a year.
The second phase will be an operation with fewer military ops aimed at stabilizing Gaza.
By the source of the report, the second phase is projected to continue until late 2024.
Israeli officials say there will be no firm endpoint to the conflict.
The Biden administration pushed Netanyahu to agree to allow the Palestinian Authority to control Gaza after Hamas has defeated it.
However, one source reported Tel Aviv will not listen to Washington, even as the U.S.
provides Israel with billions in borrowed funds.
No one, not even the U.S., can talk to them about this, said one source familiar.
That person emphasized it was crucial to Netanyahu keeping his far-right war cabinet together.
Meanwhile, Bibi accuses the entire world of anti-Semitism for not buying into nonsense about mass rapes by the Hamas.
Foreign Minister Netanyahu, who accused the entire world of anti-Semitism, for staying silent on Israel's unproven claims that Hamas committed mass rape on an unprecedented scale on October 7 from the Jerusalem Post.
PM Netanyahu lashed out at International Science regarding the mass rape and sexual mutilation of the women it killed during the October 7th infiltration into southern Israel.
Were you quiet?
Because we were talking about Jewish women, Netanyahu asked, during a Hebrew language press conference.
Where the hell are you?
In English, he asked that question.
I say to the women's rights organization, the human rights organization, you've heard of the rape of the Israeli woman, horrible atrocities, sexual mutilations at Abbas's hands.
I expect all civilized leaders, governments, nations to speak up against his atrocity.
He specifically called out the UN, which condemned his sexual violence only last week, after a protracted campaign by Israeli and activist groups.
Israeli media admitted they have no hard evidence of any Hamas rapes and never will, because the evidence slipped away in the chaos of war.
Nonetheless, Israeli authorities are claiming they've collected hundreds of testimonies of rape and sexual crimes supposedly committed by Hamas on October 7.
Here's their mate tweeting.
The key word here is stories.
Today, there is no physical evidence of rape by Hamas militants, nor any reported rape victims offering direct testimony.
There are only outlandish stories, like this from a reported male witness, who used odd language to describe a beautiful woman with the face of an angel being raped by 8 to 10 Hamas militants.
The same witness also claims he then saw another Hamas militant who took a shovel and beheaded another woman whose head rolled along the ground.
Where, again, is the evidence to back this up?
Israel has been caught lying multiple times about atrocities in Hamas hospital headquarters to justify its mass murder campaign in Gaza, and stories like this are only starting to surface now.
It seems clear this is yet another fabrication in the service of genocide.
Don, let's take our break here, and when we continue, we will address the House passing an anti-Semitism bill and get Scott and Brian's comments on all of the above.
Your thoughts, Don?
That would be fine.
This is quite a first half.
We'll get that bit in with Brother Nathaniel.
And everything's going to be fine here, so thanks for watching, folks.
This first half is very timely.
Things are very critical.
You've got to share this and get ready for the second half.
