	Among the most important stories, Senator Dianne Feinstein, dead at 90, one day after casting a vote.
	We have a statement from her office about it, which reads as follows.
	James Saul, Chief of Staff for Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democratic California, today released the following statement of the senator's passing.
	Sadly, Senator Feinstein passed away last night at her home in Washington, D.C.
	Her passing is a great loss for so many, from those who loved and cared for her to the people of California that she dedicated her life to serving.
	Senator Feinstein never backed away from a fight for what was just and right.
	At the same time, she was always willing to work with anyone, even those she disagreed with, if it meant bettering the lives of Californians or the betterment of our nation.
	There are a few women who can be called Senator, Chairman, Mayor, Wife, Mom, and Grandmother.
	Senator Feinstein was a force of nature who made an incredible impact on our country and her home state.
	She left a legacy that is undeniable and extraordinary.
	There's much to say about who she was and what she did, but for now, we're going to grieve the passing of our beloved boss, mentor, and friend.
	A very appropriate statement.
	Meanwhile, Mark Levin, also on Twitter, has thoughts of his own.
	As you've heard, Dianne Feinstein has passed away, and of course the media jumps right into politics.
	Who will replace her?
	What will Gavin Newsom do?
	There's a promise to appoint a black woman, etc., and she was a moderate.
	How the media built up Democrats, build up Democrats the way they rarely treat prominent conservatives who pass away.
	Everything is about politics and positioning.
	Just remember how hideous the media are and how you should have real perspective in your life.

	Meanwhile, again on Twitter, Nancy Mace reports, Hunter Biden text messages to Chinese energy company business partners saying his uncle's brother, and of course his uncle's brother is his father, Joe Biden, will be attending the meetings.
	In 2017, the Joe Biden family teamed up with Chinese company CEFC to make millions off of granting access to Joe Biden.
	Hunter even arranged for Joe to share office space with a CCB-allied company.
	Hunter referred to access to his father as the keys to his family's only asset.
	Those words will come back at Hunter and his family forever.
	CEFC closed significant investment deals in Poland, Kazakhstan, Romania, Oman, and the Middle East.
	In 2015 and 16, when Joe Biden was vice president.
	In previous testimony, Rob Walker also confirmed Joe Biden attended a meeting with the head of the CEFC.
	Why was Sutter so secretive about his father?
	It's because Joe didn't want the American people to know he and his family were being paid millions and millions of dollars from a company closely tied to the Chinese Communist Party.
	If you check it out, you'll see Democrats and Media Matters, which is a disgusting organization, trying to palm off the idea that there's no evidence as to what's going on here.
	Meanwhile, we have a peculiarity in Arizona, where the governor has stepped down in a short absence, where the state treasurer has temporarily fulfilled a role.
	Wednesday the Arizona treasurer announced she would serve as acting governor, beginning later that evening until mid-morning Thursday amid a short absence from Katie Hobbs.
	Treasurer Kimberly Yee announced her brief tenure as acting governor, where Yee happens to be a Republican.
	It may or may not have any significance, since Arizona does not have a lieutenant governor, and Arizona's Attorney General and Secretary of State were also out of the state.
	Consequently, it fell to the treasurer.
	Nevertheless, we have thoughts about it, Joe Rambo in particular.
	So Katie and the two positions under her are missing in action, huh?
	Well, who knows how the court process works.
	Remember, her medical boot right after the election?
	First, a warrant is served.
	Second, person is jailed or put on a monitor until bail is set.
	Boot.
	Third, formal arraignment.
	Fourth, pretrial conference, fifth trial.

	It's illegal to state publicly when you are under grand jury subpoena or indictment.
	Plus, he adds, Why does Fetterman look like four different people?
	Why did fake Joe give Ruby Freeman an award when we all saw her and her daughter on film committing felonies while hoping to steal Georgia?
	I'm just going to call it right now.
	The dots are starting to really connect.
	2022 election was part of the sting operation that is the pause Trump told us about.

	Meanwhile, Kerry Lake has filed a 74-page lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and election officials Which is totally appropriate.
	Following 10 months of court battles related to the results of the 2022 midterm elections, Arizona Republican Katie Lake has filed yet another appeal in the ruling connected with her loss to Democrat Katie Hobbs.
	She's repeatedly claimed the election for governor, which he narrowly lost, was tainted by misconduct, including malfunctioning election system and improper signature verification of early voting ballots.
	She's launched multiple efforts to overturn the results through Arizona's state court system, but has been unsuccessful every time.
	I think she might want to try the federal courts.
	We'll find out if they are Any less corrupt.
	Meanwhile, polling expert feigned to be shocked.
	The actual heading says, polling efforts shocked by new Trump numbers.
	But if they're paying attention, if they really are experts, there's no reason in the world to be shocked.
	Expert in polling forecast, political forecasting, Larry Sabato, criticized the Washington Post this week.
	We're publishing a new poll showing Donald Trump ahead of Joe Biden by a significant margin, actually 10 points.
	According to the startling Washington Post-ABC News survey, Trump would defeat Biden among registered voters by a margin of 52 to 42 if the election were to take place today.
	The poll also revealed only 37% of people liked Biden's job.
	There's a clear sign Biden will not be reelected because most Americans don't like how he's handling the economy and the border problem.
	It gets worse for Biden.
	About two thirds of Democrats and those leaning Democrat would like the party to choose someone beside Biden in 2024.
	Some don't even care who takes over.
	They just want someone else.
	It's also found most Americans don't think House Republicans who are investigating Biden for possible impeachment are unfairly going after him because they think he's crooked.
	It was 58% who said Biden is being held accountable.
	Only 32% who said he'd been unfairly targeted by his political opponents.
	Professor Sabato, who teaches Politics at the University of Virginia said the Washington Post was wrong to put a lining because they are laughable.
	The Washington Post ABC poll doesn't matter.
	It's a silly oddity.
	Trump up 10 points over Biden.
	Laughable.
	Sabato replied.
	My question is, how could you put out a poll that's so obviously false?
	This will be embarrassing for you for a long time.
	After seeing the poll results, Sabato stated he was torn between scoffing and laughing in separate reaction pose.
	I find this embarrassing, but for the University of Virginia and Larry Sabato, I have dealt with him before.
	I was visiting associate professor in the Department of Philosophy at Virginia in 1977-78.
	They brought me back again spring of 1981 as visiting full professor.
	I paid attention to Zabato, and I'm not impressed by what I have found.
	Indeed, the Daily Cavalier published a piece of mine when Zabato came out in defense of the Warren Commission.
	It was entitled Fetzer, Truth or Conspiracy?
	Professor Larry Sabato's conclusions regarding the Kennedy assassination are wrong.
	It read as follows.
	As a long-time student of the death of JFK and a former visiting member of the university faculty in the Department of Philosophy, I was fairly astonished to watch Larry Sabato, Ph.D., a prominent member of your faculty, maintain to a national television audience that even though the Warren Commission's investigation was bungled, it correctly identified Lee Oswald as a lone-demanded gunman.
	Knowing how much of the evidence that it relied upon was planned and fabricated or fake, that struck me as a virtual admission.
	The Warren Commission had framed Lee Oswald, but he had done it after all, since it should not have been necessary to frame a guilty man.
	I wrote the following letter to Dr. Sabato, Larry, I just watched you with Crystal Ball talking about your book, which claims that while the Warren Commission had its reasoning wrong, it's still at its conclusion that Lee Oswald was alone to man and gunman right.
	As a retired professor of philosophy who spent 35 years offering courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning, I have to ask, how do you know?
	Since you discount the evidence presented by the Warren Commission, what is your proof?
	In the brief for your book on Amazon.com it states, Sabato re-examined JFK's assassination using heretofore unseen information to which he has had unique access.
	What information could that possibly be?
	I've spent more than 20 years investigating the case with the best qualified expert to ever study it.
	I have three edited books on his death.
	Assassination, 1998, Murder, and Deplazment, 2000, The Great Thunderbolt of Film Hoax, 2003.
	And I am fascinated that you might have new information, given your background.
	I have to ask if you made any studies of the medical evidence in this case, which is especially complicated, involving altered x-rays and fake autopsy photos.
	At Parkland, the wound was described as the size of your fist when you double it up.
	But at Bethesda, it had grown to a huge wound, close to a third the size of his skull.
	At HSC, they reduced it to a small entry at the ground of his head.
	I'm attaching a comparison of those descriptions.
	How do you explain this?
	The proof of conspiracy in this case is actually very simple.
	All you have to do is locate where JFK was hit in the back.
	Without the magic bullet theory, the Warren Commission and the case for a lone gunman falls apart.
	Are you aware that the magic bullet theory is not only false but provably false and indeed not even anatomically possible?
	I attach a peer-reviewed article establishing this, which I presented during a conference at Cambridge.
	I am grateful to know what I have wrong.
	As someone who has admired your work in the past, I am concerned.

	The article I attached, Reasoning About Assassinations, was one that I had presented at Cambridge and published in an international peer-reviewed journal.
	After all, As Michael Baden, MD, the head of the HSEA medical panel, when it reinvestigated the case in 1977-78, had observed if the magic bullet theory is false, then there had to have been at least six shots from three different directions.
	Biden was right on all counts, but he was unwilling to concede that the magic bullet theory is not only false, but both provably false and not even anatomically possible, as I have shown.
	I was therefore disappointed to hear back from an assistant who said that.
	Well, Dr. Sabato admired my contributions to the study of the assassination.
	He was too busy with interviews to respond to my inquiry.
	The assassination of JFK marks a turning point in American history from which we have a nation of yet to recover.
	It is apparent to me that either Larry Sabato does not know enough about the case to get it right, or he knows better and has an agenda to get it wrong.
	In the first case, he is incompetent.
	In the second, he is complicit.
	I wish it were not so, but I know enough to declare it, which I'm willing to defend in a public debate on the campus of Mr. Jefferson's University.

	I would actually write a subsequent piece when Sabato Predicted back in October of 2018, red wave ain't gonna happen, it's just a question about how big the blue wave is.

	And by the way, that presentation I made at Cambridge, which proved beyond any doubt, the shot to the back was five and a half inches below the collar and just to the right of the spinal column, which means it was not at the base of the neck, which means the magic bullet theory is ridiculous, and where David W. Manick, MD, PhD, did a CAT scan of a patient with similar neck and chest dimensions to JFK,
	Plotted the alleged trajectory, establishing it was anatomically impossible because cervical vertebrae intervene.

	Let me add, we now know Lee Oswald was standing in the doorway of the book depository when the motorcade passed by.
	So not only can I not have been the lone demented gunman, He cannot have been one of the eight shooters I have identified in Dealey Plaza that day.
	Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom is panicked after dozens of emails he exchanged with under Biden are coming to the surface.
	And Hunter has launched an all out attack on Rudy Giuliani.
	Hunter has sued Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of New York, In a federal court in L.A.
	this week, he said Giuliani got his laptop remailed by hacking after he left it at a computer shop in Delaware.
	The case, filed by Biden, says that the defendants are mainly to blame for what has been called the total annihilation of the plaintiff's digital privacy.
	Beside that, they are among the main people to blame for the destruction of plaintiff's data.
	I tell ya, this is about as ludicrous as it gets.

	The Biden administration cannot weaponize the Endangered Species Act to push their anti-energy agenda.

	They'll use any means whatsoever to destroy America.
	Now we have Jonathan Turley commenting on impeachment.
	What's going on?
	The Democrats are very concerned with a sentence of what Turley had to say.
	A professor at George Washington University Law School, Turley is one of the most distinguished constitutional scholars of his generation.
	Congress regularly relies on his constitutional expertise, including at the impeachment hearing for Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, and now an impeachment inquiry for Biden.
	Thursday, Democrats in the media seized on one sentence of Turley's testimony on the Biden impeachment inquiry to make it appear as though he supports their position that an inquiry is unwarranted and unnecessary.
	I do not believe that the evidence currently meets the standard of a high crime and misdemeanor needed for an article of impeachment, Turley said.
	The official social media account belonging to House Judiciary Democrats reposted a seven-second clip.
	The Daily Beast and congressional reporters amplified the quote, as did others.
	The problem is it was taken out of context.
	Here's the full quote.
	It's important to recognize what this hearing is not.
	It is not a hearing on articles of impeachment.
	The House has launched an impeachment inquiry, and I am appearing to discuss the history and purpose of such inquiries.
	I have previously stated that while I believe that an impeachment inquiry is warranted, I do not believe the evidence currently meets the standard of a high crime and misdemeanor needed for an article of impeachment.
	The purpose of my testimony is to discuss how past inquiries pursued evidence of potentially impeachable conduct, where he endorses the inquiry.
	Frankly, in my opinion, he's wrong that there isn't already sufficient.
	But that's what Turley had to say, which the Democrats are misrepresenting.

	They're going to link keeping the government open with more money to Ukraine and I'm here to say that I'm not going to agree to it and I will not let them shut down the government simply because they want to send more of your hard-earned tax dollars to Ukraine.
	Either the American people fund an endless war in Ukraine or the Uniparty threatens to shut down the government.

	I had a chance to watch it.

	The 500 degree temperature change on the moon, how many hours does it take for that change to occur?
	Is that a 24-hour period?
	It changes that much?
	Oh, I think the light and the dark sides of the moon have that distinct difference in temperature, and that's permanent.
	I mean, as far as I know, Of course, we only see one side of the moon facing Earth, but the dark side of the moon that's not illuminated by the sun has that stunning difference in temperature from like 350 above exposed to sunlight to 350 below not.
	So, it is remarkable.

	One last thing that the Hubble telescope in your video of 2020 stated it wasn't allowed to even look at the moon.
