	But now these days are gone and I'm not so self-assured.
	Now I find I've changed my mind.

	This is Jim Fetzer, your host on the Raw Deal.
	A lot of you were aware of the Raw Deal I got from the courts of Wisconsin, where Mike Hayes went all the way up to the Supreme Court, which declined to hear it.
	Even though State of the Nation had declared mine to be perhaps the single most important case to come before the Supreme Court in our lifetime, because it concerned a right to have a trial by jury, because it concerned a right to have a trial by Where juries are supposed to decide the facts and the court, the judge, apply the law.
	And here in Wisconsin, you have a peculiar summary judgment procedure that allows a judge to set aside any evidence he doesn't like so that he can make it to be the case.
	There are no disputed facts, which was just ludicrous in my case because a plaintiff,
	Illegal fiction known as Leonard Posner declared that I had defamed him by declaring a document, and I'm not allowed to repeat the exact words, to be fraudulent or fake, and where I had two, not one, but two forensic document experts supporting me.
	The judges set that aside.
	FEMA manual.
	He was declaring, of course, Sandy Hook had been legit.
	20 kids had died, including his purported son.
	I had evidence, really, not available when the suit purse began.
	Subsequently, we know that his son was made up of photographs of his older son when he was a child.
	We know now All the families in San Diego were fabricated, they were synthetic, but even at the time I had the FEMA manual for the event.
	I had 13 experts, including six PhDs, where we concluded this school had been closed by 2008, that there were no students or teachers there, and that it had been a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
	Well, how could we be more diametrically opposed?
	Summary judgment should have been inapplicable here.
	The judges systematically set aside all my evidence such that it reached the point that when I appealed to the Court of Appeals, 4th District, Wisconsin, they absurdly
	Juxtaposed the plaintiff's statement to which 20 children and six adults had been shot at San Diego Elementary School in 2012, 14 December, with my position.
	I mean, these were in consecutive paragraphs.
	Nobody died at San Diego's Avima drill to promote gun control and declared there was no dispute in the facts.
	I mean, this is absurd.
	I was railroaded in Wisconsin.
	I'm back again to the Supreme Court, actually, over the wrongful taking of my book and my blog.
	Which were done in violation of the protocols of Wisconsin, and where I pointed out that Posner, the presumed plaintiff, couldn't get any value out of the book.
	I mean, he's supposed to be taking possessions of mine in order to satisfy a financial judgment.
	They couldn't get any value from the book unless it were marketed.
	And where the judge allowed him to put a value of $25,000 on the book, and because there were four editions, $100,000.
	That was based on the sales when it was up on Amazon.com for less than a month, but that would have been $25,000 per month.
	Per month.
	So you're supposed to appoint a An individual is going to oversee and make sure once that the judgment is paid off that the asset returns to the individual.
	But this court, this circuit court, just went ahead and gave it over to Posner, notwithstanding my arguments.
	And when I went to the Court of Appeals, they ignored the fact that I had said $25,000 per month.
	They ignore the fact that I said it had no value unless it were marketed.
	They ignore my point that Posner cannot take this asset now and claim it has value to him when his previous position has been.
	That's defamatory.
	There's a judicial doctrine called estoppel that you can't reverse to benefit from the outcome of a case.
	The Wisconsin Court of Appeals ignored all of that.
	And declined to hear my appeal.
	I'm telling you, they're upholding the violation of laws of Wisconsin.
	And if the Wisconsin Court of Appeals isn't willing to reverse an absurdity such as was conducted by the Circuit Court in this case, what the hell good are they?
	I mean, it's just outrageous.
	Now we have A similar absurdity taking place on the national scale with regard to Donald Trump.
	Well, this New York Attorney General, Letitia James, who got into office claiming she was going to take Trump down.
	I mean, she campaigned on that!
	She campaigned on that!
	Get this.
	So we got this case brought against Trump.
	Will the lawfare, the weaponization of the law, against President Trump ever end?
	Heck, will the lawfare against America ever end?
	This is absurd!
	In the latest installment, we have a New York judge finding that Donald Trump committed fraud.
	With all due respect, I'm going to explain why that's absurd.
	In just a moment, take a look.

	A judge ruled that Donald Trump committed fraud while building the real estate empire that catapulted him to fame in the White House.

	New York judge, Engeron, has found Donald Trump committed fraud in his order, the cancellation of all his New York business certificates, and the dissolution of the Trump Organization.
	Can you believe?
	Mike Davis laid it out perfectly.
	What a joke.
	The Democrat New York Attorney General had a Democrat judge simply ruled Trump committed fraud.
	No trial, no jury for the non-fraud of Trump.
	Paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks in full with interest.
	Democrat law affair of ballot courts must be reversed.
	What a joke.
	The Democrat New York Attorney General.
	No trial, no jury.
	What a joke.
	Absolute insanity.
	Every single point he makes above is spot on.
	The biggest one is he paid back all the banks.
	Let me back up a minute and explain what happened so you can understand how patently absurd this is.
	The theory of the prosecutor Is that big bad Donald Trump defrauded these banks over the course of his entire career?
	How?
	By borrowing money and then not paying it back?
	Nope, not even close.
	He paid the loans back with interest, exactly as he promised.
	No bank was harmed.
	But the theory goes that he overstayed the value of his real estate.
	And so the poor banks were defrauded.
	Think he had more assets than he really did?
	You know how insane that is?
	These big, top-tier banks have armies of accountants, lawyers, and appraisers working for them.
	They had no way to possibly determine how much Trump's collateral was worth, so he just trusted whatever number Trump told them, and they did no due diligence of their own?
	Absolutely insane!
	Before he Ran for president.
	These banks were falling all over themselves to get Trump's business.
	They craved it, fought for it.
	No bank was harmed.
	And yet now Trump is claimed to have committed fraud because he thought real estate was worth a certain number.
	Even that is absurd on his face.
	Real estate valuation is by definition an art, not a science.
	Real estate is worth whatever a disinterested buyer and seller willing to pay for it on the open market.
	Countless factors can impact that, and it can change yearly, monthly, weekly, even daily in fast-moving markets.
	Give ten real estate appraisers the same property value, and don't give them a purchase or sale agreement to base their decision upon.
	Tell them they have to value the property on their own, and all ten will give you a different number.
	And this is a basis for their case, and a Democrat judge runs with it insane.
	The real key.
	They needed this ruling to revoke his business license, and try to shut down his business.
	We'll get this.

	Judge undervalues Trump real estate.
	Remember, they were claiming Trump had overvalued his real estate.
	Now, they, the courts, are undervaluing.
	A judge has found 45th President Donald Trump liable of fraud in New York City.
	Trump family must quickly come to his defense and call out the called-rob shot.
	On Tuesday, Judge Arthur Ergonon reviews the Smith, New York Attorney General Letitia James lawsuit against a former president.
	She claimed that Trump and his family businesses inflated their wealth on financial records in an effort to benefit from better loan terms and lower insurance premiums.
	According to Judge Engeron, the GOP hopeful's primary real estate, Mar-a-Lago, Is worth around $18 million.
	Eric Trump, the former president's son, responded to the news on Platform X, formerly known as Twitter, when it was revealed that Judge Aragon had placed a lower valuation on Mar-a-Lago.
	This is like the absurd valuation on my book of $25,000 when it's $25,000 per month.

	Never before have I seen that hatred toward one person by a judge.
	A coordinated effort with the Attorney General to destroy a man's life, company, and accomplishments.

	Eric Trump quickly refuted the judge's assertion and provided images of other homes that are for sale in the same neighborhood As a famed Mar-a-Lago property.
	All the other properties that he included were much smaller and not close to the water, like his father's home.
	Here's what he's got.
	These homes are about one third, 30th, one 30th the size of Mar-a-Lago, not on the beach.
	Let alone the beach and intercoastal.
	Don't span from one side of the Palm Beach Island to the other.
	It's a travesty of justice and embarrassment to the court.

	Yeah, but Mar-a-Lago with 10 times the land ocean and one of the most spectacular homes in the world on it is worth only 18 million because a judge wants to be sold for his narrative.
	Our legal system has been commandeered by radicals hell-bent on destroying America.

	The Attorney General has a lengthy history of claiming that a former president has committed money fraud.
	She first sued Trump in 2020.
	At the time, James claimed Trump was exaggerating his wealth by $3 billion.
	As part of his Tuesday ruling, Judge Erdogan ordered some of Trump's business licenses be rescinded.
	Doing so would make it nearly impossible for the Trump Organization to operate business in New York.
	Additionally, Trump would have to assign an independent third-party monitor to oversee Trump Organization operations.
	How insane is this?
	I mean, What they did to me, Jim Fetzer, for publishing a book that exposed that Sandy Hook was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
	They've come over me massively.
	The only role of the jury was after the summary judgment finding when there should have been no summary judgment at all, period, except for perversities in the Wisconsin law.
	Which is why I went to the Supreme Court in Texas.
	The case would have been thrown out, right off the bat, because they attached a different death certificate I'd never seen before than the one that I had published, where the one they attached had a file number, state and town certification,
	It was a complete pass certificate, whereas the one I published had no file number, no state or town certification, was incomplete, and where, as I pointed out during the course of the summary judgment hearing, according to Connecticut law, not even parents are allowed to have incomplete pass certificates.
	The whole damn thing was a sham!
	And look what's happening to Donald Trump.
	They got an empty lot down the street that's a fraction of the size for $150 million while the judge is claiming his estate is only worth $18 million.
	Now the problem is this is blowing up in their face.
	Everyone who owns property can see this is a gross miscarriage of judgment.
	You think all those Landowners down in Florida with all that wealthy property are going to take this sitting down?
	You think even the business community in New York is going to buy this bullshit?
	The Democrats have gone off the cliff.
	But let me tell you why this is so stunningly awful.
	The most important principle the United States is supposed to represent is equal justice under the law.
	Everyone is supposed to be treated the same.
	Black, white, young, old, rich, poor, Republican, Democrat.
	This is a grotesque perversion of the values which the Constitution and the United States are supposed to stand.
	This is part of the Democrats' effort to trash The guy is going to clean their clock in 2024, just as he cleaned their clock in 2016 and did it again in 2020, where they had to massively change the vote outcomes for Barack Obama before he left office.
	With Trump about to succeed him, took measures to ensure it wouldn't happen again.
	He declared our election system as critical infrastructure.
	And put it under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security.
	So the Department of Homeland Security can monitor and even change the vote down to the precinct level.
	That's what Obama did for us.
	That's how he showed his appreciation to America for electing him the first black president of the United States, not once, but twice.
	That's how he repaid us.
	Bend over, America.
	Barack Obama is a disgusting traitor.
	And it's absurd what we have with this mental munchkin impersonating Joe Biden as President of the United States.
	The election was a fraud.
	The guy himself is a fraud.
	It's not the real Joe.
	And look what's going on.

	And the question becomes, how long can the Democrats put off the inevitable?
	$260,000 in Chinese wires to Hunter Biden listed Joe Biden's home as beneficiary address.

	President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden Allegedly received wire sent from inside Communist China for more than a quarter of a million dollars in 2019.
	That listed Joe Biden's home in Delaware as the address for the beneficiary of the money.
	Fox News reported House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer obtained the information after subpoenaing bank records of banks with his records of two wires Originally from Beijing, China, and linked to BHR Partners, a joint venture between Hunter Biden's company and a Chinese investment company where Hunter served on the board of directors.
	The two wires that were sent to Hunter in the summer of 2019 totaled $260,000.
	And listen, Hunter Biden is a beneficiary, but listen, his father's home in Delaware has his address.
	ass.
	The report noted that Hunter Biden allegedly lived in the home during various points at time from 2017 through 2019.
	2017 through 2019, but it's not clear if he was living at home when the thousand dollar wire was sent in July 2019 or when the second wire for 250,000 was sent in August of 2019. was sent in August of 2019.
	Bank records don't lie, but President Joe Biden does, Comer said in a statement in 2020.

	And now the mass looting, shoplifting that helped destroy Democrat-run cities like San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Portland, Seattle, and Chicago has spread to Democrat-run Philadelphia.

	Now the city of brotherly love is getting what it voted for.
	Several stores in Philadelphia were looted by more than 100 juveniles Tuesday night, according to police.
	The Foot Locker and Apple Stores near 15th and Chestnut and the Lululemon Store in Center City were all looted according to NBC10.
	Multiple videos of the looting were posted on social media and show police officers trying to arrest people while windows are smashed and items are stolen.
	The excuse for all this?
	A Philly judge dropped the manslaughter charges against a cop, shot a driver, body cam footage, showed the driver was hiding a knife.
	This is what the Democrats are doing for America.
	Destroying people are very high.

	Meanwhile, Seymour Hersh strikes again.
	Reveals motive for covert Nord Stream sabotage attack one year on.
	On the one year anniversary of the September 26, 2022 Nord Stream pipeline sabotage bombing under the Baltic Sea, legendary General Seymour Hersh that provide more context and color based on his intel sources.
	Hirsch's original bombshell reporting of how America took out the Nord Stream Pipeline, that was a highly secret CIA op with assistance from an elite U.S.
	Navy dive team as well as Norwegian intelligence.
	Given Hirsch's significant charge at Washington conducted a false flag.
	At a moment, many Western officials were quick to blame Moscow for destroying its own pipeline, which was as ridiculous as it gets.
	Russia had, in the wake of Herschel's report, called for an urgent United Nations investigation into the sabotage, which, of course, has not taken place.
	Instead of answering questions, For example, when in March the Intercept approached the White House for answers, the Biden admin merely said it was supporting the separate investigation of individual countries like Sweden, Germany, and Denmark.
	The heart of Hersh's new article this week, entitled A Year of Lying About Nord Stream, deals with motive.
	What was the United States motive?
	He asked.
	And his sources tell.
	The answer is somewhat surprising or not.
	Relates to all important question of energy dependent.
	Here are some key sections from Hersh's new investigative report.
	Let me say.
	And I've not read this before.
	It's so timely.
	I want to bring it to you.
	It's been my inference that this was to sabotage growing interdependence between Germany and Russia.
	Russia was providing cheap gas to Germany, which would have become the economic powerhouse of Europe, even more preeminent in its productivity than in the past.
	And because of the peaceful relations, the cordial commercial transactions, It would have been obvious that NATO is an anachronism.
	There's no need for protection from Russia engaged in these mutually beneficial business relationships between Russia and Germany, which alarmed the military-industrial complex, worried that its conveyor belt of expensive weapons being purchased by NATO countries To oppose a non-existent threat would collapse.
	That is my take.
	And I'm open to the possibility Seymour Hersh has something different.
	Let's see what he has to say.
	Completely offline planning and plausible deniability.
	Deniability as an option for President Joe Biden and his foreign policy advisors would paranoid.
	No significant information about the mission was put on a computer, but instead typed on a Royal or perhaps Smith Corona typewriter with a carbon copy or two, as if the Internet and the rest of the online world were yet to be invented.
	The White House was isolated from the ongoing near Oslo.
	Various reports and updates from the field were directly provided to CIA Director Bill Burns.
	It was the only link between the planners and the president who authorized the mission to take place on September 26, 2022.
	Once the mission was complete, the typed papers and carbons were destroyed, thus leaving no physical trace, no evidence to be taken up later by a special prosecutor or a presidential historian.
	You could call it the perfect crime.
	The Germans possibly had poor knowledge.
	It was no surprise that the agency's secret planning group went on January 27, 2022.
	The assured and confident Newland, that's of course Victoria Newland, now under Secretary of State, who not only
	...worked the coup in Ukraine in 2014 that deposed the Russia-friendly president, replaced him with a Western clone of whom Zelensky is a successor, but who, as well as Joe Biden declared before the intervention, that if Russia were to cross the border into Ukraine, there'd be no more Nord Stream.
	They both made that declaration.
	So I don't think all the few type copies of the carbons were sufficient when they're out there grandstanding in public that the United States is going to end Nord Stream if Russia intervenes.
	Then Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs strikingly warned Putin that if he invaded Ukraine, as he clearly was planning to do, At one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward.
	The line attracted enormous attention, but the words preceding the threat did not.
	The official State Department transcript shows she preceded her threat by saying that with regard to the pipeline, we continue to have very strong and clear conversation with our German allies.
	The German leader was considered then and now by some members of the CIA team to be fully aware of the secret planning underway to destroy the pipeline, which I add, of course, was going to leave the citizens of his nation high and dry.
	Biden's extraordinary public threat.
	What I did not know then, this is Seymour Hersh writing.
	What was told recently was that after Biden's extraordinary public threat to blow up Nord Stream 2, with Schultz, the German Chancellor, standing next to him, the CIA planning group was told by the White House there would be no immediate attack on the two pipelines, but the group should arrange to plant the necessary bombs and be ready to trigger them on demand.
	After the war began, it was then that we, the small planning group that was working in Oslo with the Royal Norwegian Navy and special services on the project, understood that the attack on the pipeline was not a deterrent, because as the war went on, we never got the command.
	After Biden's order to trigger the explosion planted on the pipelines, it took only a short flight With a Norwegian fighter and the dropping of an altered off-the-shelf sonar device at the right spot in the Baltic Sea to get it done.
	By then, the CIA group had long disbanded.
	By then, too, the official told me.
	We'd realized that the destruction of the two Russian pipelines was not related to the Ukraine war.
	Putin was in the process of annexing the four Ukrainian oblasts he wanted, but was part of a neocon political agenda to keep Schultz and Germany with winter coming and the pipeline shut down from getting cold feet and opening up the shuttered Nord Stream 2.
	The White House fear was that Putin would get Germany under his thumb, and then he was going to get Poland motive.
	All of this explains why a routine question I posed a month or so after the bombing to someone with many years in the American intelligence community led me to attribute that no one in America or Germany seems to want or pursue.
	My question was simple.
	Who did it?
	The Biden administration blew up the pipelines, but the action had little to do with winning or stopping the war in Ukraine.
	It resulted from fears in the White House that Germany would waver and turn on the flow of Russian gas, and that Germany and then NATO, for economic reasons, would fall under the sway of Russia and its extensive and inexpensive natural resources.
	And this followed the ultimate fear that America will lose its longstanding primacy in Western Europe.
	There you have an explanation from Seymour Hersh.
	What's going on there?
	It was not even a matter of the Ukraine war.
	Meanwhile, we have a remark from Scott Brenner on the Jimmy Dore Show.
	Let's talk about this.

	That kind of pushes back against this narrative from Anthony Blinken, from Zelensky, because I keep on believing they keep on saying like, oh, we've we've captured this town.
	And I'm not sure because I can't my my Ukrainian is not up to par.
	But it seems like they're doing the same thing when they said, oh, we we killed the number two ISIS leader.
	I'm like, I thought you did that like three times.
	I think, like, sometimes they're saying they're recapturing these small towns, these small pockets.
	Like, oh, they already recaptured that.
	You're repeating it again to make it sound like Ukraine is actually having success and is counter-offensive.
	Go ahead.
	Well, the first thing we have to understand is this counter-offensive has been months in the planning.
	Back in October, General Zelensky, the senior commander of Ukrainian forces, went to what's called the Ramstein Contact Group in Ramstein to make a pitch for billions of dollars more.
	Because remember, the United States already provided that initial tranche of $45 billion back in May that built a Ukrainian military of 80,000 that launched this counteroffensive against Kharkov and the Kherson region.
	And they were somewhat successful, but they were all killed, wounded, destroyed, gone.
	Whatever was left of them died in Bakhmut during the fighting in March, April, and May of this year.
	this year, very violent fighting.
	He said he needed 300 tanks, 500 infantry fighting vehicles, 500 artillery pieces, unlimited ammunition, et cetera, et cetera.
	And there's a lot of debate, NATO, who's gonna provide what, da da da.
	But the bottom line is, NATO did pony up this equipment.
	And NATO did train around 37,000 Ukrainian forces outside of NATO that were then, outside of Ukraine that were then brought back in Another 20,000 were trained inside Ukraine to man this equipment.
	So that's about 57,000-60,000 troops.
	In addition to that, in the vicinity of Baku, where that heavy fighting was, Ukraine built up another eight brigades worth another 40,000 troops to launch an attack there.
	So 100,000 Ukrainians were mobilized specifically for this counteroffensive.
	The counteroffensive began around June 4th.
	The main axis of advance was in southern Zaporizhia.
	On your map, it's where the box is.
	That little blue pocket represents its low ground.
	Now imagine the brown terrain surrounding it.
	That's all high ground.
	So what the Russians did is build defensive barriers in that blue ground consisting of minefields, trenches, ambushes, etc., And then on the high ground, they dug in their main defensive line.
	So, the Ukrainians have spent the last three months dying in the low ground, rushing into the Russian minefields, getting blown up, getting slaughtered.
	In Bakhmut, attacks in Bakhmut up there where it says held by Russia, just a little angle up, you'll see the term Bakhmut.
	They're launching counterattacks there, yeah, using those 40,000 troops.
	So of the 100,000 troops right now, as of September 10th, 71,000 of them are casualties.
	That doesn't mean they're all dead, but it means they're either dead, they're wounded, they're crippled, they're blind, they're out of combat.
	71,000 out of the 100,000 are gone, along with all of their equipment.
	In the city of Poltava in Ukraine, the military commissar responsible for mobilization has come out and said, "Out of every 100 men that we mobilized, 80 to 90 of them are gone.
	80 to 90 are gone." This is what's happening here, and people want to somehow believe that this is a success.
	The Russians have given up trivial amounts of land.
	The Ukrainians have not reached the first line of defense.
	Remember, after the first line of defense is the second line of defense, and the third line of defense, and the fourth line of defense.
	The Ukrainians haven't reached the first line of defense.
	They're still in the forward defensive area, what I call the crumple zone, designed to absorb the attack.
	And they've lost Ukraine is done.
	They can't accomplish what they say they need to accomplish.
	Again, go into that box.
	That box shows the axis of advance, the ideal axis of advance.
	So you go from that blue pocket, you go down south, there's a village called Tokmak, they were supposed to have captured that two months ago.
	They have not come back.
	Their final objective is Mariupol, at the bottom of Melitopol, I mean, at the bottom there.
	They were supposed to capture Melitopol, and that would sever the land bridge to the parts that are held by Russia.
	That's the continental part.
	Going down further south is Crimea.
	You sever the land bridge, you isolate Crimea, and you have the fantasy of recapturing This was the goal.
	This is why they built up these forces.
	They haven't come close to accomplishing that.
	They are stuck in the low ground near Robotino being slaughtered by the Russians.
	And for all you out there, ladies and gentlemen, if you ever see the movie The Rock, the seals come up from underneath the ground.
	They're going to try to go back and get and take the away from the Marines.
	Ed Harris had them and they saw them coming and all the Marines were up on top and all the SEALs were trying to come up from the bottom and Ed Harris told them like, we have you.
	We're on an elevated ground.
	It almost sounds like when you're talking about over here that this is the low ground in which they're trapped and there's no way for them to go.
	You said the absorption zone.
	Is that what you're kind of referring to over there, where the Russians are so... Because, you know, Scott, there's this argument out there, there was this narrative that was put out in the beginning of this war, that the Russian military is just a bunch of sloppy idiots, they're not trained well, the Ukrainians have had, you know, what is it, Blackwater training them, and a lot of weaponry, and they're much harsher fighters.
	I mean, could you provide a little insight to that when you talk about this high ground and this low ground, this absorption zone?
	Well, what's important to note is that this defensive barrier here is representative, it's standard, it's an adaptation of standard Soviet defensive doctrine that has been in part of the Russian military since the end of the Second World War.
	But it was adapted when the Russians went into Ukraine early on.
	and they began fighting the Ukrainians.
	I think everybody realized that everything people thought they knew about modern war, throw it away.
	The modern war is far more lethal, far more dangerous, far more bloody and violent than anybody had made.
	It's not me saying that.
	General Christopher Cavoli, the commander of U.S.
	forces in Europe, spoke at Oslo in January to a NATO defensive forum, and he said just that.
	The scope and scale of the violence is beyond our imagination.
	We couldn't consider what is going on here.
	If you can't imagine it, you can't prepare for it.
	So even Russia, I think, was taken a little aback on it.
	It doesn't mean that they're bad soldiers.
	Russia is very adaptable.
	There was a general A dude named Alexander Romanchuk, and he was the deputy commander of the He was pulled out of the fighting and sent to the Combined Arms Academy, where he rethought Russian defensive warfare, re-conceptualized it, and he wrote a new manual.
	He actually published an article, which I read about it.
	He explains this, and it redefined Russian defensive doctrine, and then they pulled him out of the Academy, and they put him in charge of building the defense.
	Guess where?
	Right there, right in that box.
	He's the man who built the defense.
	Let me tell you, there are two people whose word you can take to the bank about Ukraine, and that's Scott Britter, this guy you've just been listening to, and Colonel Douglas MacGregor.
	Meanwhile, we had a bizarre situation in Canada where the Speaker of the Canadian Parliament did not understand Zelensky was there, was introducing not just a neo-Nazi, but an actual Nazi, and they all applauded.

	Having done so, the chamber came to its feet, including Zelensky and Trudeau, and gave sustained applause with whooping cheers, not once, but twice.
	Yeah, Huka was quickly identified as a former member of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, a notorious paramilitary formation, which a Polish ambassador to Canada said Sunday was responsible for murdering thousands of Poles and Jews.
	Being seen applauding an SS volunteer is awkward for his nation's cause, given the country devoted by Russian, the energy devoted by Russian propagandists to portray Kiev's government as being the descendants of World War II era Ukrainian fascists, except that it's not propaganda.
	It's true.
	Russia tells its own people.
	The purpose of what they euphemistically call their special military operation is the denazification of Ukraine.
	Well, also the demilitarization, also the destruction of the biolabs, also the protection of the ethnic Russians and Russian-friendly members of the Donbass who've been subjected to artillery bombardment since Victoria Nuland engineered the coup in 2014 and where?
	These neo-Nazis in Ukraine were planning an all-out assault that would lead to the slaughter of those in the Donbass.
	This is what led Vladimir Putin to intervene.
	And he explained all this out.

	The Great Reset reads like a globalist plot with some plot holes will happen fast.

	If this We're the head of the most powerful financial institution in the world.
	It would be easy to write off as irrelevant.
	But the IMF has the power to pull this off.
	But how?
	Quick answer?
	The SDR.
	The SDR is short for Special Drawing Rights, which is IMF money, so to speak.
	Without getting into the complexities, think of it as Currency for nation states only.
	Businesses and individuals cannot access SDRs.
	SDRs are what the IMF uses to bail out nations and rebalance economies.
	They're digital, not hard currency.
	You cannot hold an SDR in your hand.
	Can you write a check for one?
	What backs them?
	International currencies.
	Larger economies like the EU, USA, Britain, China and others contribute their currencies to the IMF as donation to be used to maintain the global financial system.
	When a nation like Greece gets in trouble, the IMF may choose to issue SDRs Which can be converted into any currency required.
	So in the case of Greece, they would convert their SDRs into Euros.
	Remember, SDRs are digital only.
	And you could say they were created to be converted into another currency.
	SDRs were created in 1969 and are used by many nations.
	There were times when political forces attempted to make SDRs a world currency, but none succeeded.
	Today, more than ever, however, there's a growing consensus among nations to bring SDRs onto the world stage as the one world currency.
	Exactly what it would be like, and how it would come to be, are details known to only a handful.
	But there's a meeting every five years that discuss SDRs, and the next meeting happens to be October of 2025.
	Why this matters?
	The past five years have seen calls from nations like Russia and China for a one-world system, a one-world currency, namely the SDR.
	These two nations were holdouts to the system, but now both are vocal advocates of this monumental shift.
	That leaves no substantial resistance to SDRs among nations, save countries like Iran, Syria, and smaller, which have no say in such matters.
	Back to the reset.
	The term creative destruction is popular among economists.
	It refers to the process of destroying something in order to birth something better.
	In this scenario, they would deem destruction to be creative.
	This is exactly what the heads of large financial institutions, nations, and various global players have in mind.
	They have said so with their own words.
	And when people with this kind of power say they want to do something, it would be wise to remember, it's true they don't always succeed, but usually they do.
	The global reset will be a currency reset.
	Several currencies will be chosen to form the basket of currencies, which will be the privileged few from which SDRs can convert.
	Will other currencies still exist?
	I don't know.
	But even if they do, their value will be greatly diminished, as I write.
	We already have a currency crisis developing in the world as the US dollar has become so much more valuable than other currencies, in particular emerging.
	I think that I would disagree with that claim.
	Because of the role of the Bricks and the failure of the war.
	So I don't think it's true.
	I think the dollar is falling and I think we're going to have a catastrophe here as a consequence.
	Why is this a problem?
	The US dollar is, I would say has been, up until now, the world's reserve currency.
	So to trade with other nations, it's usually necessary to convert your nation's currency into dollars.
	This becomes a problem when your currency is worth very few.
	It makes everything more expensive, too expensive.
	It can be a benefit for exports, though.
	As other nations view your products as cheaper to your currency being devalued.
	But unless the country is a major exporter, this isn't enough to offset the devaluation disadvantage.
	This trend shows no signs of changing that will ultimately result in emerging nations being unable to pay back debt denominated in U.S. dollars or import goods required for their society.
	This is why we need a reset, among other reasons the IMF would claim.
	If you listen to IMF discussive reset, it sounds like a necessity, a necessary change in beneficial for global trade and commerce.
	But behind the few benefits are some very nasty hooks.
	SDR will put control of the world's money into the hands of a few.
	The money will have no intrinsic value.
	Even worse than now, where we merely trade pieces of paper with no intrinsic value, we'll be moving to digital currency.
	With a click of a mouse, billions, trillions, or quadrillions can be given or taken away.
	That's a lot of power.
	Many people understand the danger of a system like this.
	And will therefore resist the IMF.
	But the IMF and its allies are already aware of this, which is why they believe they'll have to orchestrate a crisis big enough to make the whole world beg for a new system.
	This is easy to do when you have the cooperation of the largest banks, governments, and institutions in the world.
	The global reset will happen fast.
	You won't be warned.
	You'll either be ready in advance or you'll be subject whatever crisis unfolds.
	It might be a collapse of the banks, an economic collapse, a war, or all three as anybody's guess.
	But it will be the world's largest economic event in history.
	There's no way to know exactly what will occur, but there are ways to prepare for it.
	This could kickstart World War III fellow patriot.

	Biden changes his southern border game plan.
	The Biden admin announced on Wednesday a new measure that would allow nearly half a million Venezuelans who are currently in the United States to get work permits.
	Many Democrats and immigration advocates have been pursuing a federal government to take action that would enable migrants and asylum seekers to get access to work permits faster.
	If you want to know why, by the way, there's this tremendous surge of minorities turning to the right, supporting Trump, abandoning Biden.
	This is one of the reasons.
	Biden Is facilitating all these new migrants to take jobs away from old migrants who are here.
	He is undercutting the wage gains that were made under Trump, where the lowest earning wage earners were finding their wages rise at the highest rate.
	This is just disgusting beyond belief.
	In an attempt to ease pressure on the shelter systems across the country.
	The administration announced the Venezuelans who had entered the country prior to July 31st would be allowed to temporarily, right, temporarily, right, live and work in the U.S.
	Many Democrat-controlled cities have pushed for migrants to be able to get work permits as a surge in migration would increase pressure on the shelter system.
	But there shouldn't be any surge in migration.
	We shouldn't have all these migrants coming across our border.
	These other nations are emptying their prisons.
	They are emptying their asylums.
	We have rapists, killers, drug dealers.
	We have all kinds of miscreants flooding across our border.
	And Biden is welcoming them with open arms, giving them $2,200 a month.
	Giving them food, giving them housing, giving them green cards.
	This is just as horrific, destructive of the nation as any action could possibly be.
	Migrants who were previously not allowed to work were relying on the shelter system as they were unable to sustain themselves or find housing.
	The Biden admin has also announced They'll deploy 800 troops at the southern border.
	Not to stop this, 800 troops at the southern border will help the Border Patrol and Customs by taking over many administrative tasks to free up the Customs and Border Patrol officers and agents to help them process migrants who legally enter the country.
	These people aren't who illegally enter the country.
	Customs and borders recently had to close.
	Railway crossings and international bridges redirected many of their agents to assist Border Patrol in bringing migrants into custody.
	Wednesday, they further announced they were removing their staff from Eagle Pass, stating that was a response to surging encounters and that they'd use their available resources not to stop the flood of migrants.
	But facilitate their entrance into the United States.
	Wow.
	Unbelievable.
	Meanwhile.

	Biden regime.
	To offer nearly a half a million jobs to Viet Venezuelan migrants flooding through America's southern borders.
	Very much along the same line reported—get this—outraged protesters block bus carrying migrants to Staten Island.

	Outraged Staten Island President took to the street Tuesday night to physically block the arrival of an MTA bus carrying asylum seekers to a newly converted shelter, a move that Mayor Eric Adams called ugly, even as over 100,000 migrants have been shipped to the Big Apple since last year.
	The group of unruly protesters captured on video Wailing and banging on the side of the bus halted traffic just before 10 p.m.
	after intercepting the bus which was headed to the former Island Shores Senior Assistant Living Facility.
	Police said 10 persons were taken into custody, 9 being issued summons for disorderly conduct.
	A 48-year-old man identified as Vadim Belyakov Was charged for allegedly assaulting an officer who was trying to make an arrest.
	One video taken of some of the protesters outside the facility at Father Cappadonna Boulevard in Midland Avenue showed people whistling and screaming, You're not welcome!
	You are illegal!
	How appropriate!
	How disgusting!
	There are, by the way, further speculations out there that Philadelphia, for example, where the lawlessness is going rampant, might be the point at which a civil war breaks out where American citizens seek to put a halt to the lawless criminal activities
	Being fostered by the Democrat administrations of these cities and they turn the police on the American citizens who want to uphold the law.
	I think we're getting pretty close to that.

	had a copy of the laptop and that the agents within the FBI coordinated with the Democrat leadership, and Nancy Pelosi in particular, and had let them know what was on the laptop.
	And had already vetted the laptop.
	When Nancy Pelosi decided to come out and say we need to impeach Trump.
	That was all a a response, an internal response from the Democrat Party, and it was carried out by Nancy Pelosi.
	It was essentially yet another attempted overthrow.
	You know, by the Democrats of Donald Trump and his presidency.
	Of course, we have, you know, the crossfire hurricane and the FBI and then insta-get trying to get and got a special counsel in another effort to overthrow Donald Trump.
	And when this came out, they knew it would be devastating.
	So, um, That's when they decided to work with the NSA and the CIA, worked with Nancy Pelosi's office to essentially overthrow Trump.
	Now that was, you know, just another set and, you know, the series of lawfare that's gone against Trump has been, well, Unprecedented against any person or any company and all that and all truth.

	Mitchell, I think you were making a rather important point about when the CIA decided to throw in against Trump, but I didn't quite catch all of it.
	Would you mind giving a thumbnail recap?
	Well, basically, basically what I'm pointing out, Jim, Is that the Hunter Biden laptop and when it was turned over to the FBI in a preliminary manner.
	OK, it wasn't until December that there was a subpoena from the grand jury.
	And what happened during those 50 or 60 days Was not only the laptop was verified to be Hunter Biden's, but there were several steps taken.
	And of course that includes the in the efforts by the intelligence services and the CIA to craft that letter of denial.

	There was this communication and strategy that was crafted by the Democrat leadership.
	They had that in place and going even before the supposed subpoena from the official grand jury to get a look at the laptop.
	What we have to understand is that the Democrat leadership played offense in defense of what they were doing when it came to the laptop and charging Trump.
	What you're telling me, Mitchell, is they perceive the enormity of the problem and they were already taking measures to come with it politically to suppress it and deny An elaborate strategy before it became accessible to a grand jury.

	My reaction would be, imagine my shock at what you just said about failure to uphold the law.

	That was the whole point of the lawsuit, really, was to seize control of the book.

	I mean, it's just outrageous how the courts violate The statutes and protocols of the state of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin courts, the Circuit Court blatantly violates and then the Court of Appeals rubber stamps it and the Supreme Court declines to hear it.
	This is all in the state of Wisconsin.
	This is just a disgrace.
	Well, yeah, you just have to pretend they don't exist.
	I mean, that's the ultimate solution is for people to operate as if these courts and these so-called laws do not exist, and to do whatever it is they're going to do anyway.

	If I told you I would give you even money, you would not take that bet.

	And so somebody better wake the fuck up.

	These are some pretty big things, but he will lose because at some point perception becomes reality.
	And look, do I think he can do the job?

	Government, as you well know better than anybody, is done in small rooms like the Oval Office where people are talking quietly and decisions are made.
	I think he still can do that fine.
	He cannot run for president.
	He'll look bad in the debates.

	I'm fairly stunned that Bill Maher would suggest that Joe Biden actually beat Trump.
	I mean, hell yeah.
	How naive is that?

	And to suggest anyone could beat Trump is just ludicrous.

	I've had a very bizarre exchange.
	Well, you know, the whole thing has become a laughing stock.
	I can't imagine that anybody You know, at certain educational levels, at certain levels of perception in other civilized parts of the world, could look upon our system over here, our current, shall we say, media circus regarding politics, and not just laugh and shake their heads and immediately want to change the conversation?
	Because there is no point!
	I used to try to explain, you know, to my family members years ago, You know, we're concerned that I was, you know, going down the wrong path when I started gambling on sports, right?
	When I started, you know, watching a lot of mainly football, right?
	College and pro football and also basketball.
	And to taking an active interest on a regular basis in the outcomes and so forth, it became a part of my life.
	And, you know, but here's the thing that I tried to get across is, I mean, when I started this, I had already worked, you know, many decades.
	I knew about going out in the world and Performing and you know making money and doing all the all the routines that everybody does and it first started as a little bit of a distraction entertainment But then it became what I I guess I could best describe as a regular part of my reality a regular part of my life and The best explanation I could come up with is it's 100% real so even though there are some games that you would question as being fixed and especially the NFL and I have no doubt that
	Not all, of course, because they cannot do all.
	But on a regular basis, some NFL games, the outcome is predetermined or scripted.
	I don't have any doubt about that at all.
	But still, there is one result, one side or the other, which you can clearly see the score is fixed.
	And that when you have a winning ticket, they do pay you.
	Or if you have a losing ticket, they don't pay you.
	It's clear.
	It's black and white.
	And you know, it's, it's one of those things that I say to myself and I would say to others, uh, you know, at least it's not completely and totally absurd like politics where they put, you know.

	I heard you discussing basically an outlook that doesn't look very good as far as our country goes.
	And I'll have to say this, I'll play both sides.
	Realistically, we don't have a snowball chance in hell right now.
	And the reason is, and I think you guys know, I'm preaching to the converted here, that we don't have a democratic system anymore.
	We have a totally rigged, corrupted voting system.
	The bar is being lowered for the Democrats, so anybody of a Democratic leaning gets a free pass.
	As the great Bob Grant once said when he was in New York City on the broadcast, and he was a great broadcaster, he said, you know, Bill Clinton could rape a 13-year-old girl on the White House lawn and he would get a free pass.
	And I don't think that's much of an exaggeration.
	I think the Secret Service would throw a blanket over them and say that he was trying to resuscitate her, that she had passed out.
	And that's not an exaggeration, by the way.
	But I will say this.
	We could turn it around on a dime using the mechanisms that are built into our Constitution and using our state sheriff.
	The American people have the power to do this, and this ruling elite knows it.
	That's why A, they're dumbing us down.
	B, they're intimidating us, that if you speak out, you're going to have a SWAT team at your house.
	And C, they want to make you feel like it's not worth fighting.
	You know, just give up already.
	Because they know, it's like the big guy, it's like, if you've ever seen the big kid in the schoolyard, he doesn't know how tough he is, so these other kids bully him around.
	But the other kids know if this kid ever woke up to the fact that he's a big bear and he could take them out in two seconds, that that's what exactly what he would do.
	So what they do is they keep intimidating him so that he'll never fight back.
	And that's like the American public, totally demoralized.
	I see a public that is almost totally demoralized, except for someone like a Curtis Flewa, who is a lion.
	And there's some lionesses out there, some women, by the way, put the men to shame.
	Let me bring in Brian to offer his opinion, then we'll go back to Paul.

	Well, I mean, we're living in the Soviet Union now.
	I mean, that's what we've become.
	You know, when I listen to you talk about all these legal deals, it reminds me of when I called in to you when you were first, you know, getting ready to have your case heard.
	And I said, it reminds me of the book, The Long Walk, where this Polish officer is in front of the Soviet judge and he gave his defense.
	And the Soviet judge said, you know, that was the best defense I've ever heard.
	And then he slams his gavel down.
	He says, for you, life at hard labor in Siberia.
	You know, I mean, it's just the world we live in now.
	People just don't realize we live in the Soviet Union and it gets a little worse every day.
	And that's what it is.
	And, you know, Casey, Edgar Casey predicted it.
	He said, you know, the Soviet Union is going to become like the United States of America.
	And the United States of America is going to become like the Soviet Union, and it's here!
	There's just no doubt!

	Well, I mean, of course I agree with almost everything that was said, except for this idea that the Constitution has got anything to do with anything.
	Because it clearly doesn't, and as a matter of fact, it could be well argued that it's the reason where we are now, right?
	I mean, this Constitution is exactly why we've got where we're at.
	Because it wasn't the proper sort of Constitution.
	Well, I don't know.
	I'm a bit of a fan of the Constitution as a political document, if only it were adhered to.

	Well, the Constitution, within it, because the founders were extremely wise men.
	Most people think because they walked around with those funny-looking white wigs on that they were like some kind of kook, some kind of simpleton.
	But these guys were extremely wise.
	No, they were criminals.
	They were involved in a criminal conspiracy.
	If you've not heard the works, many shows available like that.
	Would you like to qualify that?

	They institutionalized in this document, in this structure, a permanent and unlimited taxing capacity.

	That was one of the greatest powering intellectuals of his era, what they said about one of the founders.

	But we live in a dark world, and they always find a way around it.

	By instance, the 14th Amendment was one of them.
	And that allowed these people, these financial predators, these cesarean imposters to come over and start influence peddling their way and taking over our government.

	When the Constitution was formed, that was basically the nails in the coffin because they had put enough to corrupt it.
